I really hate this cliche reactions. What the hell, man. Its just a seating arrangement who the heck cares about who you seat with in the classroom. A guy who looks average and sat with a 10/10 girl wouldn't spark much reaction at all, like ever. Its as cliche as novels where people get fussed over for breathing the same air that someone breathed 5 meters away.

it feels like they got brainwashed. I doubt any normal human being on Earth would immediately surrender themselves and be loyal to an unknown entity even more so since we are educated beings and many of the population are wavering between faith and non-faith due to the solid evidences of scientific theories. If one were to be summoned I doubt they would actually classify a "god" in the isekai world to be an actual god since its magic world, those so called gods might have just been beings that reached height of power so high that mortals called them gods.
