this is just a book im reading and need the audio function! so dont waste time here im already in chapte 55 or something

I spent some time reading the grimoires and tomes that were on my stand. Some were written by good people. others were written by people who had studied darker things than I could have handled. Most of the books talked about theory and the nature of the soul. Souls apparently are eternal things. destruction of the soul is impossible. Purification and Transformation on the other hand were commonly done to souls. My studies led to alot of epiphanies about the world I now lived in. In contrast to most things in my previous life I soaked up all the knowledge I could get my hands on. The other 3-4 books that remained were true grimoires. They held the spells and learning of different necromancers over the years. These books were coated in iron and had chain bindings with green and red monster skin pages. Each page exuded power as though the necromancer was still trying to speak. Whispers often filled the air as I passed some darker magics. Most of the magic was good and solid for everything from releasing souls to trapping demons.

The other part was about using souls and the dead for other things. Combination spells, Golems, Even a Revenant. Many things filled the pages. As I learned I felt my mind unlock in new ways. Some things about me K came to understand. I hate sweet and sour at the same time. The type of people who make good images often are ones who like one thing or another. Not two things together. Focus in certain aspects is key while strength of will is the thing that unlocks the door. 
My mind was stretched and filled with knowledge over several days. Even to the point I went and got a journal from the newly renovated bookstore. All the books were still in crates but I was allowed to take a journal to use. I started writing down basic knowledge and understanding. After that was spells. After close to two weeks of studying I gathered the ghosts. 

"People of this settlement! Are you finally willing to rest and make peace?" I asked the group. There was a moment of silence as Garishe moved forward. "Our women and children seek to rest and be at peace. We men wish to avenge our families." He said solemnly. I nodded. " Those who seek vengeance for the wrongs which have been done to your people step aside now!" A portion of the shadows moved as men both big and small gathered to the side. Children were left being held by their mothers in the middle. "I made this promise many moons ago. I said that after I gained Hargos certificate I would find a way to release you. I have found a way and if you are willing. You can finally leave this place." I paused to let it sink in. Sam stood off to the side. I bet that she only sees a massive shadow in the middle of the courtyard. 

A womans shadow came forward with two small children. "Alarra is this something you wish for. I quietly said. You've been through so much. I think it time all of you finally get some rest after all this time." She nodded. Her face was hidden in shadow and has been since I met her all those months ago. Most of the women's shadows had obscured faces for fear of judgement being passed on their beauty. Despite all that and the fact she hadn't learned to speak I still managed to learn her name. 

The women in the group followed her example and slowly moved forward together. I put my hands out level with my chest. I formed a circle with my fingers cupping toward each other. The top open part of my hands faced the sky while the side with the pinky faced the ground just like the books had described. I began to circulate power like I had been instructed. The magic flowed around my hands going from the right hand through the left and back through my thumbs. As I did this I imagined that circle growing and flowing around like a great river. The feeling of power filled the air. Crackling like electricity as it arced around the ghosts within. Within moments the ghosts were surrounded by it. I then said the spell. 
" From Shadows which once lived, From darkness which knows light."

The ground beneath the dead glowed a slight white as I spoke. A beating pulse like a heart could be heard.

"From Young to Old or bitter to sweet, rotten or clean."

The air gained the smell of spring as a grass grew through the stones and the light grew more bright within the circle once more.

"Pass ye through the doors of eternity and receive new light"

 I opened my hands wide breaking the circle and just  as quickly clapped them together as hard as possible. The clap sounded like  slamming an iron door closed as the light engulfed the ghost and they vanished. Warm wind rushed past me and I heard a multitude of people whispering "Thank you."  I bowed my head and offered a small prayer for the departed before I turned to the others.
"My part is done. Now what will you do."
The ghosts bowed deeply. " We will follow till we find our reason to rest. We failed once to protect our loved ones. We will not fail to avenge them." Garishe said. 

I nodded thoughtfully. ( Now the ultimate problem. How can the ghosts travel with me..... ) I thought. It took me a bit to figure it out. One of the books contained information on a type of wraith called legion. Many ghosts/ spirits inhabiting one being or item. I got thinking. As I thought I got a great idea. I quickly went to the smithy. The ghosts came with me and at a simple request they went out for a few things. I pulled out some silver, black steel, wood, leather, and got Sam to get me some monster Crystal's from my room. Sam got back around he same time the ghosts did. 
When they got back I was already at work. I had taken a mannequin apart and had started on forging something. The ghosts had all brought something that tied them to the world in some way. Everything from knives to jewelry to shirts. Heck one even brought a oak bow. I worked for a week on my project. I had created a set of armor. It was black with silver decorations. The joints were linked together with monster hide. The mannequin was sitting in pieces still as I still needed it to be. I took its pieces and carved runes on them with a special carving tool. As I carved the runes glowed. As I finished my carving I carved eyes and made a jaw that I attached to the mannequins head. 

" What are you doing?" Garishe asked quietly. 
" We know we need to go with you boy but will this really help us?" He was nervous. In reality so was I. But I needed this to work so it would be easier for us to travel. I went into the back of the smithy and gathered a few of the materials I needed. I brought out a cauldron and put the pieces of the mannequin into the pot and began mixing a substance in a pot on the table close by the hearth. I mixed a few herbs that I had found around the settlement over the past few months. 

"Dead Claw herb, Shallow Grave Grass, Corpse Fungus, Hydra Flower. Surprising that we could find everything I needed here in the settlement. At the same time kinda sad I was able to." I put the herbs and a couple of monster Crystal's into a pestle and mortar and ground them into a paste then added them to the water in the pot. The once clear water turned black, then green, then a dull grey. I looked at the book I had brought to the smithy. " Looks like I did it right." I brought the pot to the hearth and lit a fire. The solution was heated till it was boiling. I added the liquid to the cauldron with the mannequin and set the cauldron above the fire. The wood from the mannequin dissolved into the solution. Once that was done I had everyone bring the item to the cauldron and out the thing they brought in. One by one the items dissolved into the liquid. The ghosts shuddered a little as though they were cold. 
" This feels wrong." one said. "It'll only be for a short time." I replied. He nodded.

After some time the liquid turned a creamy white. When it reached that stage I took the armor I had made and put it into the fluid. Unlike the rest the armor didn't dissolve. Instead it began to suck it up like a hungry animal. The armor became heavier and heavier. I saw wood like appendages weaving together to form a body within the armor. I eventually let go and put the fire out. A head had formed where the helmet was. Arms were growing out and filling the sleeves of the chest piece, The boots had feet. Everything came together nicely. After it stopped growing The thing stood in the cauldron. My wooden puppet was now complete. It had no face despite me carving one. It didn't really look human at all. It had the form but the look was missing. I took it out of the cauldron and placed it before the ghosts. 

" I know you all have to travel with me to get revenge. I also acknowledge the fact you all like your personal space. But I have one request. I ask that all of you come together and inhabit this armor. If there isn't enough room I will form another." I quickly did a count. "There are 20 of you. I don't know how many this can hold. But I will do my best to make it as comfortable as possible till you get your revenge." One of the ghosts approached the puppet ahead of the rest. It was a female ghost who was known to be adventurous and slightly mischievous. Cora if memory serves. She went into the puppet. Within seconds the head started turning and a womans voice could be heard. " What is this. It's so spacious in here!" After that the ghosts poured toward the puppet in a flood. The puppets hands which had originally looked like mitts separated into fingers and the face became a mask with half of it being a womans face laughing with the other being a man's face crying. Excentuated muscles carved themselves from the wood as he puppet changed. All 20 ghosts fit into the puppet and not one complaint was heard. The puppet continued altering itself until the armor was filled and a tall, powerful puppet stood before me. 

I knocked on the breastplate. "Can you all here me?" The head nodded as a voice echoed out. "Yes." It was a mix of the voices of every ghost inside. It was as cool as it was creepy. 
" Since all of you are inhabiting the puppet I will simply call you legion until you separate. Is that okay?" Once again a nod. ( Good. We're off to a good start.)

Her sweet face and approaching body to Yun by stepping forward.. created a frightening strain on this young fella. It was a little bit, but Yun still found hard to say something logical. 

With a deep breath he found his logic and normal mind again.

Yun had tensed up for the first time and could not find what to say, because he was not use to do these. Also a deep note;  He'd love to say, "Yes, I'll spend time with you beautiful thing." But,

"I'm sorry. I need to pick up someone I've been waiting for so long on this day. I should really be at the airport few hours later."

Her eyes filled with concern at a time like this. Why? Yun was thinking hard to find the reason. This girl was an adorable and charming girl. If you didn't see angelic girls and young looking middle age Gradies from other world, he would be shocked. But he was used to spend time with charming womans after months of time. 

Also this girl is still walking over me! Isn't she overreacting a little?

"Well, would you mind if I came with you? I won't give you any trouble. I promise."

Yun felt his heart accelerating little by little. He wanted to say "yes" again. His heart was cursing and begging him to make him say Yes! 

But would it be appropriate?

"Lets ..aah, you already added me on the phone just now, so would we meet tomorrow? I should really deal with this important matter alone. It is a matter of life and death." Yun didn't even want to say no. But it was the most urgeng matter he must do in this life.

But in seconds, turned out that this little fetchy-witch didn't understand "no".

"I'll go with you and make no noise. Please go with me. I also have a car, if you want to go with my vehicle, it would be easier ha??"

Yun hesitantly looked into her eyes. She really looked sincere and didn't look like a swindler. 

"If I say yes, do you promise not to stab me in a dark street a few hours later? Hahaha."

He gave her phone back with a frightening joke and took the books under his armchair. Yun knew it was a bad joke to tell to a stranger.

"Ah also, I need to find another book. You may wait me in the entrance or come with me. It will be quick."

"All right. Mei Zhen, by the way. My name which you didn't ask!"

"I'm Yun. Gong Yun, but in short, please call me Yun. I don't know why my family gave that name."

The girl who called Mei Zhen gazed over Yun's relaxed and funny expression. It was just a last resort to save herself from a bad situation. 

But she found out, the one and only people reading from the top floor was a weird and handsome boy. She felt interested in this young man without a proper reason.

Mei Zhen was a too famous girl to hang out in "public libraries". But today she made an exception.

But things turned around and gave her a surprise right? It was a good decision to come here. She slightly smiled and started walking alongside this strange man named Gong Yun.

Mei was shorter than Yun and she had a beautiful scent of perfume. Her hair was tightly bound. She also looked so sweet with the hat on her head. Yun didn't know that but this hat's price was more expensive than his whole apartment's total price.

"Mei Zhen ha. Your family should have thought a lot before giving you that name. Ah ah.. my poor luck.."

Yun sighed and remembered his childhood. He gritted his teeth as he remembered the wave fights and funny moments with his friends on the street. 

While thinking his childhood, he didn't see the eyes of Mei. He was deeply in his thoughts. They went downstares and walked to deeper sides. After seeing the windows and the dark sky without stars, they found the part of Yun seek. 

After seeing the section about cooking books, Yun stopped thinking about his stupid past. 

"Now I'm looking for a book about simple recipes made in old times. Could you help me?"

Without waiting for an answer, Yun suddenly rambled through the shelves. He was so self-confident and relaxed that the girl watching him was a little puzzled. Mei Zhen was used to be like this guy. Collecting all the attention but never pay attention to others.

It was an invisible shirt on people. No one could see this cloth but everyone could feel it.

It was a cloth named "Courage". Mei found out after thinking about it. This guy had a strange aura on him that telling others he wouldn't feel fear no matter what. It was like he was immune to all the dangers.

Even Mei didn't have this much nerve in her peak moments of life. She became even more curious and continued to stare this "mysterious and "handsome guy.

Ah! Now I find him handsome too Mei, be careful! He is too dangerous for young womans like you.

Mei still looked at Yun and lost her composure. She fell in thinking about randomly about Yun.

For example she imagined Yun as her friend. Was that possible?

She started thinking about a hypothetical relationship or even a little intimacy.

Oh no! Mei Zhen!!! Check yourself pls. I m begging myself right now... I'm losing my mind because of this weird handsome man. Ah NO! Don't think about his perfect hair and good shaped body. Also I shouldn't think about his manly smell!

"..." Mei Zhen  _I am screwed already.

Actually she was doing this for the first time due to her troubles. She never asked a guy to spend some time together. Even the meaning behind the words was humiliating. She was supposed to get through the reporters at the entrance of the building. But the encounter with this young man was very strange.

A normal teenager should have already complimented her a thousand times. or examine her body secretly, give her dirty looks to give her other meanings for adult stuff. At the very least, talk about himself and be proud to be with her! 

At least smile to me, you damn casanova. Damn it!!!

 Questions and answers has always pursue her, whereever she went. She was even mentally prepared for many more. But Yun was studying books like he didn't care. Even his gaze never turned to her.

"Ahha! I have even found it." * 1800's DINNER TIME FLAVORS"

It had been written by a famous chef a long time ago. The man also received help from historians. That was exactly what I was looking for. Hahaha...

Laughing like he found the meaning of life, Yun approached Mei Zhen and showed the book.

"You know, because there wasn't much cooking ingredients in the old times, people had to improvise, and sometimes they used recipes that we can't see now.

When Yun saw that Mei had a face with such an interest, he smiled and showed off his other books under the armchair. But the thing he didn't know was, Mei was a professional in acting. She earned her money from that...

Yun ignored his tight schedul and started to begin his weird speech, "In ancient times, when there was no technology, construction of big buildings and proper toilets were much more challenging. But people managed to find easy paths. Or there are simple mechanisms in agriculture that were installed with some rope and hose. Look at this book. It explains everything from ancient time agriculture. It will save my time greatly."

Mei Zhen shook his head and examined three books. Then he looked up at Yun with his head raised. She didn't say anything, but she was a little confused while giving the books back.

"Is he crazy or a secret genius?"

She had to get along with this young man until she get out of the museum door. But she still felt like a little school girl looking his lover with pure and innocent interest.

Mei took her chance and tried to pretend like lovers. She took Yun's arm and linked their arms in an intimate way. She even thought about hold his hand, but did scared to do it. Yun noticed that the arm thing but he didn't mind at all.

It's like he wasn't attracted to her beauty. He wasn't getting mad, excited, or staring at her. Get sweatyh with their touch or become nervous. He was really like a cold brother.

All of a sudden, Mei's competitive side got angry.

"Hey. You have a girlfriend or something?"

Yun suddenly turned around as if his attention was elsewhere, and he thought before answering.. "Actually, I never had a girlfriend. There was no time. Now it's worse and still have no time..."

As soon as Yun remembered something, he shook his head.

"Now I have to live in the not one but the two worlds. What lover. I wonder if I ever have time for such childish things in my whole life."

He said his last words inside. But Mei Zhen was relieved to hear that this boy wasn't in a relationship. Then she noticed her own strange thoughts and remembered her weird question. Wt-hell! She got angry to herself.

"Why I do care him so much? We'll never meet again. I don't believe in love at first sight or the existence of a real proper man who can love with pure intentions. I don't believe any man is good. Ah, except my father!"

Mei Zhen was so distracted that they left the museum and got out succesfully from barrier of paparazzies. 

Yun walked into the parking lot with a marketbag in one hand, and a sweet girl on the other. 

In that moment Mei was thinking about boys and her famous life while Yun was thinking about other world and his master's mission on this planet.

This time it was not for building ideas and ridiculous other hobbies. This was an important task!

He turned to the girl in his arm when they got to the entrance of the parking lot. She was also deep in thinking something while staring Gong Yun by coincidence. She noticed the gaze with strong intent at her. 

When Yun asked hesitantly, even though he didn't notice it, his tone and face seemed so sweet to Mei Zhen.

"Is there something in my face?"

Yun had grown up not knowing he was really handsome. He was very poor at the university and he had never been with people except to go to an internet café with his close friends. As the classes ended, he always got to the bus and arrived his job on time.

In short, the girls from class who tried to show interest had no chance.

Mei Zhen, blushing as if guilty of being caught, gestured in the direction she left her car. Yun didn't ask any more questions. He was never talkative except for his talks with his master in Kelewan.

But this silence had an side effect that made Mei think she was not attracted.

Gradually Mei was getting more and more angry. Yun's image become even more attractive after thinking like a grudging girl. She suddenly took a key out of her pocket and threw to air through Yun.

"Why don't you try it until the airport ha?"

*I died as thinking what would've happened if I lived one more time.

Without any friends, without laughter at all, and I'm sure I've never been loved.

No god, no angel, no family, no friend.. Nobody helped me! --- Not even one tiny miracle showed like the movies and books showed us!

I realized that there is no miracle, good luck or perfect coincidences in this life. I gave up of those crap.

I thought everything would end. I'd sleep and rest forever. What a perfect plan for my eternity ha?

That was the fucking plan!

But no. Like Damn Earth wasn't enough, now I must live in this f*cking planet full of "Fantasy Crap".

Everyone keep talking about magic and miracles. "Just shut up would you!"

With this thought Zach pulls out a piece of paper that he had stashed in his room.

Zach does the chores around his house and begins to study the Arabic books, Quickly  night comes around and he plays CounterFight for another 30 minutes before going to sleep.

Zach finds himself on a beautiful beach with white sand and large waves,

He attempts to dispel his wariness but fails, as he looks around he finds a small hut.
Approaching it he hears voices,
"Get off!, help! AHHHH!"
"Shut up!"
Zach walks into the hut quietly and sees a woman strapped to a surgical table with her hand fixed upwards, a man is standing next to her holding a finger... Her finger.
The woman spots Zach,
"Help me, please"
The womans face changes and morphs into his mothers face, the man looks back and laughs. 
The man takes on the guise of his father and shouts,
"YOU DID THIS, THIS IS WHAT YOU DESERVE"
Zach tries to stop him as he raises his arm... Hes not fast enough and the mans arm brings down a cleaver completely severing his mothers head.
.NOOO!.

He wakes up sweating like the previous night.
.What's wrong with me!.

His dad leaves in a hurry. Zach packs a few books in his rucksack and heads off to school.
The trip is quiet, people walking past, blue sky and a man about to punch.....
Zach dodges the punch at last second,
.What the fuck!.
He looks at his assailant and realises it's Raheem, he looks at Zach and runs into a park.
Zach follows to teach this punk a lesson. They run through the park, and into a dark forested area where Raheem finally stops.
"This is it, your gonna pay this time"
He pulls out a machete from behind a log and prepares a striking stance,
.Pfft, you really think i'm afraid of you? Let me guess, Grace saw me and wanted you to deal with me.
"Doesn't matter who said what or where they say you, your gonna die today."
.Somehow i doubt that, did you come here with anyone?.
"Obviously not"
.Any cameras?.
"Stop fuckin around, why would i put myself at risk."
Zach lets his tail unfurl out from behind him and hover mid air over his shoulder, Raheem is visibly shaken and almost drops his machete.
"What the fuck is that?"
.The question you should be asking is what you are to me, because right now all i see is blood.
The tails whips in the air smashing the machete out of his hand, he falls to the ground but quickly stands and tries to run. 
The tail sharply changes direction and wraps his ankle stopping him in his tracks,
"STOP! You can't touch me, my family will never let you go!"
.It's a shame nobody knows your out here huh.
His face drains of blood turning white,
.You can't die on me yet, we're not done!.
Zach says with an innocent smile, he hangs Raheem upside down and prepares the dreidel.
.Aren't you used to this? I'm only gonna make some  Halal Raheem.
Zach laughs at his poor joke and jams the dreidel into his exposed neck, he is careful not to get blood on himself.
"Stop, please"
His voice fades as his body loses moisture turning into a mummy.

I walked in to the dark cramped room, looking to be more like a storage for books than a real store.. I wonder where those spells are, they are usualy expensive. Doesn't hurt too take a look though.
''WELCOME welcome in to my little shop.'' A mature voice came from nowhere but also everywhere.
Freaky.. ''Thank you??'' I walked further in until I stumbled upon the woman.
She was holding a stack off books infront of her, so I couldn't see most of her upper body and head.
Wearing a long red dress with white patches here and there.
I kindly walked up too her, and lifted the books up myself, as she then took a step too the side, startling me slightly.. ''Miss? you have no head..''
I heard her laughter come from another room behind the counter. I handed back the books in a daze as I was confused.
Was she perhaps a dullahan? They usually poses a great deal of mana.
To be able too just have your head and body disconnected it's just pure work of magic in itself.
''You must be a new customer, haha.. Come in come in. I am just in the back room.''
I carefully walked in to the next room.
''Welcome to the backroom. Not many make it this far.'' She said as she giggled.
''I see now that you're an orc.. I wouldn't have thought that from the aura around you.''
She smiled in a mischievous way. ''Pick me up will you.''
I reluctantly nodded and walked to her, picking her head up gently.
''You're very light, it surprised me.''
Her head felt strange too carry, being as careful as possible, but it was easy.
She smirked, ''It's how it is for us dullahans, even my body might weigh no less than 20kg's''
''Carry over to the counter will you.''
I nodded as I carried her out towards the counter. ''Place me down on that red pillow will you..''
I saw a pillow that was burgundy red, It looked comfy.
''Thank you. You're very gently for an orc. I honestly thought you'd be more rough handed.''
I giggled slightly as I grinned down at her.
''Oh I can be quite rough.''
She laughed in a playful manner before stopping, as she looked me up and down. 
''What's on your mind then stranger, what brought you into my little shop?''
 Asking in a lively manner.
''Well I did see your advertisement for spells.'' She smirked quickly. ''I thought so.''
''Follow my body, it'll show you.''
That sounded odd but her body was standing next to me, waiting for me to walk with her.
We went back into the room behind the counter once again and then a bit further into a larger room. 
Less cramped with rows of bocks on large shelves, stacked from the floor up to the ceiling.
''So many.. This is amazing.''
Her body gestured over towards me, whilst she was pointing at a specific section of books.
They seemed massive, could I even buy one?
I walked over and stood on my toes, taking a peek at the ones furthest up, then slowly reading my way back down. 
''Fire spells for imbeciles.. '' ''Water for life.''
''Spells about fishing.. what even is that book?''
''Smithing spells, seems at least.. Usable?''
''How to shape shift like a demon?'' That just seems like it would end badly.
''Your soul for a doll.''.. Aren't these pretty shabby? 
''Heh?.. summonings for beginers.''

A book was somewhat glowing, with a pearl in the middle. It was bright yellow with a rainbow like glimmer to it. ''This.. This seems promising.''
I stood up and walked back into the first room, where the shop owner still sat, well her head at least.
I held up the book and showed it to her.
''How much would this cost me Miss?''
''Oh.. That isn't for sale, well for one I don't even think you would be able too afford it.
Or perhaps.. Depends on how willing you are too get it.''
I felt a bit skeptic about what she was about too say. ''Do I have too sell my soul?''
She laughed and smiled in a flirtatious manner.
''Oh no no.. It's just I have never seen such an aura before. Would it be wise too hand such an important book off too a mear orc..'' The woman tried too sound sincere but came out as mischievous, as if she had some sort of plan already in mind from the moment I walked in.
''So you're never gonna sell it to me I assume??''
She flapped her long eyelashes in a very charming way. Staring directly at me.
''You know... I'm getting a little old, I might even become infertile within a few years..
I've never bore anyone's children before..
But when I laid my eyes on you, when I sensed your immense power, I knew I couldn't pass such an opurtunity. That book alone contains everyknow spell too me.. I give you that for.*Cough*. Free, if you provide me with an ample amount of.. Baby batter.''
Slightly stunned.. I didn't have bags of gold but I do have balls of cum.

Just as I was gonna answer I heard the floor creak as the womans body stepped in wearing no dress.

The woman chuckled.. ''So shall we begin?''

It had been a few Millenias since the Care Taker had a visitor. He had sensed a presence appearing within in the walls of his dimension. It all but took a mere thought to pinpoint the guest. His vision covering the vast expanse of his Castle like space to a body lying prone in his library.

"Hmm.." A deep rumble emitted from the Caretaker as he 'stepped'  over to that side. His large form hovering over the body that kept leaking the precious nectar of life that mortals needed to have. With a brown gloved hand, the Caretaker touched the boy's shoulder.

The injury that should have killed any other human began stitching itself back together one slow piece at a time. The pool of blood underneath the body seeping back in to the closing wound as muscles, nerves, and skin repaired themselves.

The process took nothing more thne a few minutes before the boys breathing settled down in to a restless sleep. A tilt of his head and a simple flap of his earth toned robes both were now in another part of the castle like space.

"Most interesting.." His voice sounded like rocks grinding together while his eyes turned to the large, Ceiling high glass room. This space appearing like a glass box floating in the clouds with only a luxurious bed in the center. A door off to the side being the only way to leave. 

Walking over to the nearby room the Caretakers skin looked like that of stone's, gray and dull. He looked like a elemental taken human form but only because he found the form fun.

His shapeshifting experiments taking him away from the boring solitude of his prison that the young boy manages to get in. "A new form?" The same rumbling voice sounding more masculine now as his stony skin bubbled and popped. His whole anatomy changing in mere moments as new form came to be.

The caretaker had never chosen a human form before. He found them to squishy, to easy to break. His new appearance was that of a older adult Male in his thirties. Flaming Red hair cascading down his shoulders in a tangled mess. Narrow, sharp features with high cheek bones and a shadow of a beard growing while his sky blue eyes seemed to pierce souls.

He was handsome. Winning the genetic lottery on any human populated world but his brown robes seemed to keep his very much domineering appearance from being to much for any poor womans mind.

"This shall do." Moving his arm and examining his hand that soon morphed in to a dragon's. Scaled blue as lightning crackled between the sharp claws. "Convienent as well." 

The Caretaker of course decided to added some flavor to his appearance and incorporated some draconian features. A barely noticeable bunch of faded blue scales around his faces with his nails were sharp and deadly. Pointed. 

"Wake up boy. Awaken from your slumber." Walking over and leaning over the form of the child in the bed, the Caretaker touched the forehead before injecting magic. 

"Aaaah!" A once sleeping form practically flung itself out of bed and on to the glass floor where more screaming continued. "Why is there floor! Is this heaven?!" 

A mere eyebrow rose across the stoic face of the Caretaker as the boy wildly yelled for a few minutes before noticing another being in the room. "W-who are you?"

"I am. The Caretaker young one. Who might you be?" His voice grabbed attention, demanded it without effort. His new form  required a bit of time to get use to it seemed.

The child squeaked and his behind the bed. Tears in his eyes as he hid from the Caretaker. 

"I mean no harm.."  Placating hands came up to soothe the child as the Caretaker changed his vocal cords to something less..lethal?

"I merely wish to see how you were doing since you were close to Dieing on my library floor." The voice was that of a very..feminine man. Both his changed voice and was only making the child almost cry.

"I seem to be bad at this. Is it the voice? Or possibly words?" The Caretaker thought. He was very much confused at both the boys reactions and how he would remedy this.

The boy stared at the Caretaker for what felt like a eternity, only really being a half minute stand off. "I'm Arthur.." The staring continued while the Caretaker mentally searched through his mental library of how to deal with kids.

"You are strange.." The boy said. 

"This coming from a kid who landed on my floor and screams like a girl?"

The boy in question flushed red in embarrassment as he slunk down behind the bed. "But nevermind then. How did you get here? I do believe this space was cut off from just about everything but from two things. The main door and a book."

"A book..with a monster.." The boys voice quivered as the memories of what should have been his death came back. His whole body shuddering as the Mental and Emotional trauma seemed almost to break his mind. 

The Caretaker tilted his head ever so slightly as he debated on what to do. The boy should not be here, for that matter no human should be here. This dimension of his held no breathable air and the child was neither a Cultivator or a Mage. 

"I see..I am sorry for your bad experiences. Let me help you." His next actions were deemed cruel by many. Yet good in their own way as the boy would never know painful memories. Only those Memories came with everything else.

Another touch to the forehead of the boy and the Caretaker removed almost his whole lifespan. His parents?  Gone. His friends? Dead already but gone as well. It was almost equivalent to a mental **** as he removed and input new things.

Arthur grew up in this place with the Caretaker being..his Caretaker. A passion for book reading and not really a desire to leave the library. "Live well young one. Call for me when you need something." The blank look the boy gave soon shifted in to a bright smile. "Always! Now where to start with my new collection of books!"

The smiled laughed, more a giggle as the Caretaker transported him to the large area where his collections of tales from all over the Universe. "Yay!"  Arthur ran off and down the seemingly, never ending hallways. Grabbing a few books along the way before plopping right down on to the floor. 

Excitment in his eyes as he opened up the first page of his book.

Tales of heroes, villains, the men and woman of heroic deeds or evil deeds that were never told. Until a young boy stumbled in to a library full of those forgotten tragedies and obstacles that would were overcome. Things even the mightiest God's quips be hard pressed to succeed. Here are their stories. 

These stories are all one shots and with different genre's. Chapters are not written in any order and are more of me writing, exploring creative ideas. There are more then just Male leads.

How can you lose something you never have?

I was born without love, my mother is a mistress of an old politician. She wants attention, she wants money so i became a collateral in her schemes to became my father's second wife.

How would you react when the person who suppose to love and care you the most makes your life a living hell?

The beating starts when I'm just four years old, she could pinch my ear or my arm. The more i grow up, the more she would beat me, when I'm twelve years old my whole body is black and blue to the bruised i recieve from her. She would beat everytime—the smallest scraping sound when i move my chair; one slap. The clicking of the silverware on my plate; comes another one. When i talk to her in a loud voice; a spank. When in a quite voice; she would be angry and then came her fist.— She would punish me for something i don't have any control off, heck i even start to think that she beats me just for the fun of it.

What would your reaction be when you realize she beats you then blatantly lie when someone ask about the bruise?

My mother would always lie that the reason I'm like this is because I'm a clumsy child. She would keep saying that she is just a klutz and her skin is easily bruised. I guess my skin does bruised easily, a pale skin white as a paper. All off them brush it off when mother explains to them, sometimes i could see in there eyes that they don't quite believe my mother but well why would they be concern about me anyway when even my parents doesn't care about me? My father just doesn't care about me, he could just say some superficial words of concern when he sees my bruised and other than that, then nothing.

The beating stops when i reach my eighteen years of age. Then it seems like everyone forgotten my existence, but i like it, do now have a peace and quite moment where i don't have to always on the look out to my mother when she came to beat me up when she is in a wrong mode. When I graduated on high school—home schooled style. I became addicted to reading. The library is full of non fiction works and when i finished reading it all, i started to read the fictional one, fiction where we can have magic powers, where beautiful womans go to the ball or some sort of celebration wishing and wanting that the prince or the handsome leading man would love her, care for her and swipe her right under her feet and dance all the way to their happily ever after.

What is love?

What is care?

What is even a want?

For me, i don't dare to want, i don't dare to wish, because when you have nothing, then you have nothing to lose.

My peaceful days disrupted when my father called me to go in his study, where in there everybody is in—my mother, my fathers first wife, my step-sister and step-brother.

I have a bad feelings about this meeting but i stays silent and look for a chair to sit to.

"Sydney, your fiance would be in here in an hour to get you. You are going to live in his house from now on so go and pack your stuff." father broke the silence when he uttered this word.

"Daddy!" my step-sisters indignant voice can be heard amidst the hustle and bustle of the place. "how could you daddy, I'm supposed the fiancee not her." 

"shut up! What i says goes! Now go pack your bags now!" he shouts before angrily get ups and go to the door slamming it shut when he goes out.

A pants, shirts and other article of clothing are currently in askew on sydneys bed. Maids keep going to the walk in closet, getting stuffs and putting it on the luggages on the floor.

"A fiance?" mutters sydney to herself before looking at her room.

How she so wants to just run, go away and forget everything but she knows that she can't. Her father would surely find her and when he does, she doesn't want to know the punishment she would recieve.

"well, i guess it's not that bad" i can finally leave here, if her fiance would not forbid her, she likes to learn how to bake pastries and cook foods. "i just have to be positive, if worse came to worse then i can still read some books"

"maam, do you want to bring your books with you? Should we pack it for you maam?" rose one of the maids ask inclining her head to where the book case is built by.

I nodded before going to the book case.

"I can't possibly bring them all so i would just bring my favourite ones so i do needed your assistance."

Before noon, all of my stuffs are pack, luggages and cartoon boxes are already in the front yard ready to be sent out. My father is currently talking to my husband to be in his office. He come in one hour ago but i haven't even seen his face yet so I'm kind of curious, the maid said the his name is Adam Williams, a filthy rich CEO who start his own business when he is a teenager. He bacame successful that he dominate the electronic industries, a businessman savvy who know what he is doing despite his tender age of 25. When they are talking about him, they make it so that he looks perfect, a gentleman, philanthropist and most importantly a very handsome man.

When i heard that, i became curious that why would he wants to marry me, then father says that the marriage arrangement are done by our grandparents thinking that someday one of there grandson and granddaughter whould wed and make them became one family. In fact they just want one of their grandchildren to be wedded that they don't even put names and just put the arrangement in there children's lap hoping that they would fullfill it. 

Against the water falling in the fountain in front of our house, i can hear a footsep coming by, I guess that's my fiance so i decided to face him to look at the "perfect specimen" that the woman in the house keeps talking about.

How can you lose something you never have?

But when you do have something to lose, how far whould one go to keep it?

I can't afford to lose you.

So if my heart going black as ink keeps you by my side, then so be it!

3rd person POV

"You have been busy, haven't you? 'wife'?" Ha-jin looked coldly at his wife who just looking away from him. her small hand trying to stop his advance while his other hand sneakily held his wife waist in place. Si-yeon gulped while trying to push her husband away. He  who trapped her between him and the dining table. what is this risque pose? what did she do wrong?! isn't this man supposed to be emotionless robot?! 

growled in frustation, Si-yeon kicking her husband legs. unfortunately, he was too sturdy. he isn't even buckle. Making the transmigrated master deadpanned, before sighing.  seems her training still not enough to match her husband who probably toughed up since longer than  her.

"So have you, 'husband'" she prickly replied as she channeling her inner Archer, trying and failing to look unperturbed by her husband mischief.

Raising his eyebrow in wonderment, Ha-jin murmuring "Mm-mm" with a smirk definitely appeared in the usually cold faced man. "So, i think it should be the time we've a date isn't? i'm finally get a day off,  sorry to make you wait too long, honey" the coquettish tone, contrasted with his smug look.

Si-yeon start to choke. 

"W-Wut?!"

The different is too high from her 'usual' husband! D-Damn her E-rank luck!

one hour later....

Watching Si-Yeon grow red in embarassment as she showed him the way her newly bought dress suited her, giving a sense accomplishment for Ha-jin. Passing in and visited the clothes shop first seem the right thing to do. since Si-Yeon doesn't have anything beside her shirts, jeans, pijamas and wedding dress. it's a mystery why his wife doesn't try to ask him to buy more clothes, other womans usually like to collect 'fashion modes' as their hobbies. thankfully Ha-jin has prepared his own 'date worthy' cloths, so he manage to push Si-yeon to buy hers.

Even if Si-yeon trying to evade him again, the young Assassin manage to secure the wife in tight grip. playing the 'innocent' husband in public does seem to deter the young woman. since denying her 'husband' plea in front of the neighbour will ended up with her being interrogated and scolded by the other housewifes about the waste of neglecting such a handsome and capable husband.  She definitely didn't bought his act, but its still make him grin when his 'wife' sulkily relented to him.

"What a lovely young girl" the older shopkeeper chuckling at his wife predicaments. Ha-jin nodded in agreement. for a woman, Si-yeon does look extremely uncomfortable with her dress, it strangely look cute in Ha-jin's eyes. his eyesight probably worsened again, Si-Yeon and cute in one line doesn't seem fit. but she does wild and can match him in bed for a while, wait, back off bad thoughts.

Ha-jin coughed, capturing his wife attention.

"Are you satisfied now you jerk" Si-yeon blue eyes glared at him, her long black hair swayed by the wind free of it's usual buns. 

The light blue dress with white flower pattern was the latest clothes she decide to wear as per Ha-jin's order to discard her original clothes in to the bag.
The clothes empasizing her delicious curve while still closed enough as it has long sleeve, and length up to her knees. the white legging pants underneath just a touch up of Si-yeon's taste who prefer using pants over skirts.

The piles of clothes that Ha-jin approved lay in a tray beside changing room, ready to be purchased. it's not like Ha-jin's low on money from all the mission he took, and its also not that much of a burden to give his wife some decent attire. 

looking at the mad look his wife which surprisingly feel harmless, make Ha-jin feel relieved. as he gently grab a few strands of his wife's hair and kiss it, Ha-jin look back with an amused look.

"Not yet, wife. The Day is still long, I'm already planning so much for this day" 

His answer come in Si-yeon's rambling about unneeded plans, wasted times, and bad lucks.

Fortunately Si-yeon didn't raise a fuse after that, though still look unwilling to talk with Ha-jin for the rest of the ride.

They went to the Cinema next and watch a newly releashed movies about kingdoms and thrones. His wife surprisingly emotional as she quietly cry in her seat, unlike her usual calmness. she also punch his shoulder lightly when she feel tricked and unjustly deceived by the movies plot twist, claiming that the plot armor of the protagonist was too thick. 

Ha-jin doesn't understand why she talking about the Hero's war as if talking about her own experience. though he just passed it as Si-yeon being Si-yeon again. she is naturally weird like that, afterall.

"Shut your mouth" Si-yeon said while rubbing her own swollen eyes, stopping Ha-jin from commenting. The young woman's cheeks still fresh of tears line from crying at the movies ending. while self-mocking about why womens so damn easily triggered. 

Ha-jin didn't know whether his choice to watch the fantasy movies rather than watching the other cheap romance movies beside it as the right decision or not. but at least Si-yeon struggling less than before.

The walk in the park progressing smoothly as Si-Yeon seems familiar with it. she even recommended few food stall that she regarded as safe and hygiene enough. Ha-jin enjoyed being led by the shorter girl around the park as she talk about cooking process of food they buy. it seem that his wife kinda addicted to cooking since her rambling were continuously pouring once the topic mentioned.

When the sun goes down, Ha-jin led his wife to their car, and drive home. He still need to punish the girl, no his wife is a woman now, for making some questionable and scandalous books behind his back.

He is very ready to wrestle his young wife.

Meanwhile, Si-yeon shrudder as she was having the worst feeling and urge to run away. Unfortunately the luck has yet sided with her.
