Previously :Sakura raised her hand and the sword turned into a bracelet and went right into her hand. It glowed like the stars in the starry sky. Yuri was shocked but Alex remained calm till the end.

Yuri: " A magic user!!!!!!
              for real? "

Alex : " Indeed "

Sakura : " I shall take my leave then "

when Sakura tried to stand she felt a little heavy and lost consciousness. At that time Alex who sat beside her , held her in his arms and left a heavy sigh.
 
Alex :" You sure are a hard one to handle, aren't you little        dragon? "

Yuri : " Oi, are you aware that she could use magic from the beginning? " 

Alex : " Yup, I did. She can use different kinds of magic  even   the runes "         .

Yuri: " She is not an easy target for you and I don't think the Marquis is the  easy type to handle either "                     

Prince Alex sent a letter to the Marquis Mansion stating that his daughter was safe at the castle but she was in no condition to travel. He also requested to audience the Marquis at his place. 
He gave the letter to his familiar  Kurt ( a pet or a beast which is made contract with according to ones magic strength)     and sent it to the Marquis mansion. Kurt is a type beast of high category as a  it's a Phoenix type and a strong one too
  
IN THE MEAN TIME AT THE MARQUIS MANSION 
 
the entire mansion was in a state of chaos. The Marquis was a middle aged man with a well built body and had quiet a scary aura around him. Marquis had 3 children and Sakura was the youngest , thought she was an adopted daughter, the Marquis cherished her more than his own sons.

Sakura a girl who was found at the battle field by one of the knights of the Marquis house hold during his time at the front line. The child Sakura was only a few days old new born.
It wrecked the heart of the knights to see such a young child abandoned in a battle field if all the places. Those knights took care of the young Sakura and brought her to the mansion.

Only those who were most trusted by the Marquis knew this truth even Sakura herself doesn't know anything about this. 
The only secret of the Marquis family which was never know to the world even to the Royals.                 

Sakura  could keep up with the knight trainees at a very young age and her magic core was incredibly strong compared to the adults not to mention her knowledge on the countries history. She was considered as a prodigy amongst prodigies but there was on thing which she was lacking that no one could offer or grant her. Feeling, emotions things which are considered to be the most basic things which makes us humans, she was devoid of them
She became even more expressionless after the death of the Marquis's wife.

Albert ( Marquis's  First son) came rushing as if it was the most important thing in the world.                                     

Albert : " Father ! Father! where is Father? " 
Maid : " Young Master, The Marquis at his study "

As maid Aria ( head maid) calmly directed Albert to the study, she was so surprised to see that the Young Master losing his composure for the first time.                                   
Albert knocked the door in manner of expressing his impatience to the Marquis who was inside the study. 

Albert :" Father? "
Marquis : " Albert ? you may enter. " 
                  ( what brings him here at a time like this? Did he find Sakura 's  whereabouts? ) 
Albert : " A letter from palace arrived earlier stating that they
                   found  Sakura but is no condition to travel due to 
                   ' certain circumstances ' " 
Marquis : " Who is this letter addressed by? " ( Thank heavens 
                    my precious girl is safe, I will not spare those who 
                     dared to harm my little Sakura)
Albert : " From Prince Alex , Father. Your audience is 
                requested Father " 
Marquis : " Then shall be it. Did William( Marquis second 
                   son) find those who were behind 'that incident'? "
Albert : " Yes, Father. It seems that little Sakura was the one
                 who took care of every thing behind our back. Must
                 have been those sneaky bastard, they must be hold 
                 responsible for what happened to her " 
Marquis : " Very well make they disappear from the surface of 
                  the world "


Thought the Marquis know Sakura could never be hurt in terms of a battle cause the inhumane strength and her strategies were right out of the world, for her to be hurt is not likely possible unless... Unless someone backstabbed her.

the mere thought of it gave a chill down the spine for the Marquis. Thought he was not sure of what awaits him at the Castle, the only thought on his head was his daughter was safe ond she is alive .

By the time Marquis arrived at the Castle, there was a peculiar person at the Castle who caught the Marquis eyes. It was the king and the Crown Prince of the kingdom of Anican  . The Marquis despised them because of what they did to get to the throne.

The Marquis ignored them and went inside the castle along with his attendants and knights. The Prince was waiting at the Royal Garden for Marquis arrival. As much as Albert and William want to see Sakura they didn't like ' that person'
 ( Prince Alex) . so they stayed at the mansion despite their overwhelming emotions 

One of the attendants at the castle guided the Marquis to the Royal Garden as ordered by the Prince. The Royal garden was a huge garden with  a very quiet atmosphere around it . Many rare species of flowers and plants were there. It had quiet a spectacular view to it and during night that place was the most beautiful at the entire kingdom. But the Marquis didn't spare a look to such a beautiful place. His soul and Heart was pounding with anxiety since his daughter was mentioned to be in  .  ' no condition to travel ' .

As Alex saw the Marquis he smiled a little and stood up

Marquis : " I, Ain von Capulet, came here as requested "
Prince Alex : " No need for the formalities Marquis, please 
                           have  a seat " 

A simple yet elegantly arranged tea table was there and since the prince offered to sit the Marquis couldn't refuse 

Marquis :" Since you have rescued my daughter, for that I am 
                    Greatly and you have my sincere Thanks "
Prince Alex : ( This guy, he sure is imposing. Thought he 
                        speaks polite, his eyes are hostile towards me. ) 
Marquis : " Then I shall take care  my daughter from here on "
Prince Alex: " I don't have ony objection to that. But care to 
                         explain why a daughter of Nobility fighting mobs 
                        in midst of forest and getting herself hurt  . And 
                        without  a backup of all the things " 

As Prince Alex questions the Marquis, not a single hint of fear was seen in his eyes and was so sure that the answer won't be a simple one. 

Marquis was surprised by the Prince Alex sudden question and was not able to answer at that moment and was so surprised that he froze for a moment. 

What will be the Marquis answer? Will he be able to give a reasonable answer or will he lie? What is Prince Alex thinking and what ate his intentions ? Will Sakura be able to leave the Castle or not?

When the person for the Prince is chosen they make them take lessons since birth to be a great queen. I, Julia Lex William, was chosen as the Prince's fiancé by the Oracle. I met the Prince for the first time when I was three.

Duke William: Julia, this is your fiancé Prince Noah.

As soon as I looked at him all I saw in his eyes was hatred.
I bowed.

Julia: Hello Prince Noah.
Noah: Hello Julia.
Duke William: Bye Julia I have to go to the meeting.
Julia: Bye Father.
Noah: Well I will be going. Maids, bring her a sweet tea and some cookies.
Maids: Yes Your Royal Highness.

They all left leaving me alone in the room. Even if I can't show emotions tears can still appear. So tears come out my eyes even though I have no expressions. 
No one born in the William family can show expressions. It is a curse. My family got cursed many years ago. They got cursed since someone framed us. The curse can only be lifted if you are beheaded. You can't be beheaded because you want to though. We tried that in the past. It has to be against your will is what we all think. Curses or magic don't exist anymore. It went extinct as soon as the last spirit died.

One time when I was seven I went to the King's castle with my father. He had a meeting that day. I decided to explore the castle. As I was exploring I came across a garden with a tree in the center next to the tree was a table with two chairs across each other. The Prince and his personal servant were there. The Prince had a natural look on his face not a serious or full of hatred one. His expression was a relaxed. As he wrote on a piece  of paper. After writing for a bit he smiled. His smile was really gentle. As I saw him I found myself loving him.

Duke William: Julia we are leaving.
Julia: Coming, Father.
Duke William: Why do you look surprised?

Even though we can't show expressions we can read each other. So to each other we are an open book.
Julia: I saw the Prince smiling really gently.
Duke William: Really? Well then good for you.

Are eyes can reflect are emotion if you look at them long enough you can probably tell which emotion we are feeling.

I gradually fell in love with the Prince over a year after that day. Though when ever he saw me his eyes were full of hatred. I didn't notice the cold look though. 

When I was fourteen a browned hair girl with gentle blue eyes appeared in the fountain of the Kings castle. The Oracle sent a message after fourteen years. The Oracle said that this girl was the Prince's real partner. When I heard the news I felt empty, as if air can easily pass by through me. I was told even though that girl was going to be the Royal Queen I was going to be the Queen and help her with the work. They meant I would do all the work. The Royal King, Royal queen, and me, the Queen. She looked scared. I mean why wouldn't she? She appears out of nowhere and they tell her she is going to marry a Prince.

After two years the too of them married. As they came out the church he had the biggest gentlest smile ever and so did she. I felt like I was breaking but before I finished breaking a spirit magically appeared in front of me. 

I thought,"Wait! Weren't spirits extinct?!". The spirit must have read my mind since he answered.
Spirit: Spirits are extinct. I'm the first born after a long time. I'm Justin.
Julia(thinking): Oh. 
I looked around I was the only who can see him, the spirit.
Spirit: You seem to have a curse.
Julia(thinking): Everyone in my family does.
Spirit: May I ask why?
Julia(thinking): We were falsely framed many years ago then they put a curse on us. Which can only be taken off by being beheaded against your will.
Spirit: I can take it off.
Julia(thinking): You can get rid of the curse? Everyone in my family not just me. Either way it is only me and my father.
Spirit: Yes here I'll take it off now.
Julia: No! Not here. 

I realized I said that out loud since everyone look at me. I ran away so the he can take it off in a more private place. As soon as he took it off a wave of emotions went off. A mixture of gratitude, sadness, and happiness all of those in the forms off tears. After a few minutes I stopped.

Julia: Thank you, Justin.
Justin: No problems.
Julia: I'm curious though why did you appear?
Justin: You have really strong magic and your feeling at that time were really strong. I'm the strongest off all spirits.
I smiled.
Julia: Really?
Justin: Julia I have something I want to ask you for.
Julia: What is it?
Justin: Can you make me so that people can see me?
Julia: How?
Justin: Just think of it. You don't need an incantation since your magic is strong.
I thought of him being see able to people. I'm not sure if it worked though.
Julia: Did it work?
Justin: I'm not sure.
Julia: lets go back to the church to see.

When we got back to the church. Everyone was still paying attention to the new Royal King and Queen. I looked at my father he had a kind of sad but happy expression. I went up to him. I hugged him. He smiled.
Julia(whispers): Father you have a huge smile on your face.
I smiled. He looked surprised.
Duke William: Julia the curse?
Julia: It is gone.
He smiled and tears formed at his eyes.
Julia: No one can say we are heartless or other things now. 
No one ever noticed us they only payed attention to the new Royal King and Queen. The only one that notice was Noah's father. 
Noah's father(King Albert): Duke William?!
Father started acting proper after that.
Duke William: Yes, King Albert?
King Albert: Were you just smiling?
People gasped after that.
Father was contemplating what say. He looked at me I nodded. He breathed in and then breathed out.
Duke William: ...Yes...
Everyone gasped again.
King Albert: That is wonderful!
Father smiled.
Father: It is all thanks to-
Julia: Greetings King Albert.
King Albert: Hello Julia.
Julia: You left the throne to early don't you think? I mean you are barely in your early forties.
King Albert: I'll be helping Noah.
Julia: Should I refer to him as King Noah now or His majesty?
King Albert: Either one is fine.
Duke William: Julia who is this?I
Julia: That is Justin.
Justin: Hello Duke William.
Julia: Not to be rude your Royal Majesty but is it alright if I don't get Married to King Noah?
He glares down at me.
King Albert: I'm sorry but you have to marry him since you will be helping the new Royal Queen, Queen Valery.
Julia: I can still help her. No offense your Majesty.
King Albert: I'm sorry Julia but that is not acceptable the information is classified and we can't trust you with it unless your are married to Noah.
Julia: Alright your Royal Majesty. I understand.

I left them at that point. Once I was far from them I sighed. 

Julia: Well people can see you.
Justin: Julia? Why did they choose you of all the other nobles there is to help the new Queen?
Julia: Before she came along I was chosen. Since birth I was taught to be a great Queen.
Justin: Why did that change?
Julia: The Oracle. The Oracle chose her when she appeared here.
Justin: The Oracle?
Julia: Yes the Oracle also known as Fatum. It tells the Prince who to marry. 
Justin: Where is the Oracle?
Julia: Under the church there is a room it is right there.
Justin: Alright then let's give it a visit.
Julia: Why?
Justin: Well maybe you can talk to it.
He smiled.
Julia: Alright. Oh can I teleport?
Justin: Yes.
Julia: No one has figured out yet that magic and curses are possible. I wonder what will happen if they do.
I smile.
I teleported us in front of the door of where the Oracle was. I opened the door and it looked like an empty room except it had a machine with paper coming out of it. I stepped in and I wasn't in that room I had seen. I'm in a place with out walls. Everything around is all dark. I heard a voice saying my name. "Julia," it said.
Julia: Who are you?
Voice: I'm Fatum.
Julia: Fatum? You are the Oracle?
Fatum: Yes.
Julia: Why am I here? Where is Justin?
Fatum: I was hoping you would visit here. Your little friend is still in the room. I want to apologize.
Julia: For?
Fatum: Valery was supposed to be born here. A careless mistake made her end up in a different world. I needed a replacement for her and your compatibility to the Prince was second best. Once I found her I brought her here.
I smiled.
Julia: You're right. It is all your fault. I wouldn't have to go through the training if it wasn't for you and I wouldn't have fallen for the Prince if it weren't for you. Your apology is unacceptable.
After saying that some cracks appeared in this dark place. Light came out from the cracks.
Fatum: You puny human.
Julia: Why are you mad I only declined YOUR apology.
Fatum(mutters): It is a good thing spirits are extinct.
Julia: I heard you. Why is it a good thing.
Fatum: If they weren't they could make me die off.
I covered my smile with my hand.
Julia: Which reminds me. Did you hear about the curse on the William's family?
Fatum: Yes. William's family can't show expressions. The only way for the curse to break is being beheaded against your will.
Julia: Does that mean we can show expressions in here.
Fatum: ...No. Where are you going with this?
Julia: Oh my I guess you never noticed my smile.
I smiled again.
I felt the place shake.
Fatum: So that means one of your family members got beheaded.
Julia: It has only been me and my father since my mother gave birth to me. Both of us are still alive as well. Is there any other way to get rid of curses.
The place shook again. I lost my balance and fell on my ass.

Fatum: A spirit.
Suddenly the place disappeared and I was sitting on the ground of the room.
Justin: Where were you?
Julia: Talking with Fatum.
Justin: The Oracle?
I nod my head. I heard a 'ding' sound and saw papers were coming out of the Oracle. One of the papers was filled with the word anger, another paper was filled with the word danger, the last one said "Kill Julia Lex William!". I heard steps of someone coming. I put the paper down.
Justin: What does it say?
Julia: It says, Kill Julia Lex William.
He looked shocked.
Justin: We should get out of here then.
Julia: No wait for the priest to get here.
After a minute the priest entered.
Priest: What are you doing here, Julia?
Julia: Nothing.
I headed to the door to leave and pat his shoulder on the way out. He then walked over to the Oracle. After a while he came running with the papers. As soon as he got near me, I teleported Justin and Myself out. I teleported us to my house. We searched the house to see if my father was there. He wasn't. I remembered that today was the wedding. So we teleported to the castle. When I found my father I went up to him. I put my hands on his shoulders as I gasped for air.
Duke William: Why are you in a hurry, Julia?
Julia: Bye father. I'll be back for you. Just stay alive.
The priest arrived. He searched for the King Albert.
Duke William: What are you talking about?
Julia: Bye get ready for when I come for you. 
Duke William: Wait won't you stay a bit?
The priest found King Albert.
Julia: Okay only a bit. Also this isn't the last time we will see each other I promise.
Duke William: Okay?
He smiled.
King Albert walked to the guards. The guards closed the doors. He then looked around.
Duke William: I'll go ask the king what is going on.
I hugged him from behind before he could take a step.
Julia: Bye father.
Tears came out my eyes.
Julia: You can go now.
When he reached King Albert, The King yelled for the guards. The knocked him to the ground and tied his hands. Everyone quieted down and looked over where my father was.

King Albert: Where is your daughter?
Duke William: Why?
King Albert: Fatum said she is dangerous and we should kill her.
Duke William: That is unreasonable!
King Albert: Where is she?
Duke William: I won't say.
King Albert: Tell us where she is or we will kill you!
Duke William: No.

Bekora thought of keeping Helios company whille waiting for Aria's call . Ace had arrived at the room where his parents were . When he opened the door , his mother grabbed him from his shirt and took him to the sofa .
" Mom , could you be a bit more gentle ?! " said Ace who had been thrown on the sofa with force .
" How's Aden ?! What did the doctor say ?! Can he be cured ?! How much does the treatment cost ? Will it last long ? Where's Aria ? Why aren't you with her ?! " said Kejt in a worried tone .
" Kejt , slow down a bit and let him speak . " said Ace's father .
" Thanks dad ! " said Ace and his father nodded his head .
" First , the doctor is doing the check ups necessary now so he didn't say much . Aria is still at the clinic waiting for Aden to finish the check ups . " said Ace with a serious expression .
" Why didn't you stay near her ? " said Ace's father , Karl with a bit of angry expression cause Ace left Aria alone .
" Dad , mom , do you think this place is a hotel ?! This is the royal palace of Denmark . We shouldn't have come here . Do you guys think that someone would be generous enough as to let common people like us stay here ?! Aria has work to do here and that's why we are here too and she also found this as an opportunity to take Aden to the doctor . She told me to come here to keep an eye on you , it's not like I didn't want to stay with her . " said Ace and made his parents understand .
His eyes catched a glimpse of the clock on the wall and saw that more than an hour had already passed . 
' I have to hurry and unlock Aria's information and account . I have put a lot of block on it just to avoid her getting into trouble but she's just...too much of an airhead . ' thought Ace with a troubled expression . 
" What exactly are you children doing behind our back ?! " said Kejt in an angry tone .
" Mom , I will tell you everything when we go back to London . Now , I have to finish a work that Aria gave me . She needs it fast so I have to hurry . " said Ace and started to type on his laptop .
" Okay then...! " said Kejt .
" Oh and....please don't go out of the room . " said Ace when he saw that his mom was heading towards the door . 
" I was just going to the garden . " said Kejt . 
" The balcony is very big mom and there's also a pair of stairs that take you to a side garden . It's a great garden , you two can go and check it together while I finish the task Aria gave me . " said Ace looking at his father .
" No , thanks ! I will just stay here and watch TV . You go by yourself if you want to ." said Karl to Kejt in a lazy tone and sat on the sofa . 
Madam Kejt looked at him in an annoyed way and then went out . Ace glared at his father but he didn't understand why .
" What's wrong ?! " said Karl .
" We will talk at home . You better change your behavior , become a bit more understanding and gentle towards us . " said Ace with a fiercy look .
" Again with this ! Leave me alone ! " said Karl and Ace wanted to talk back but then he thought that it was better to focus on his work rather than waste time on explaining to his unreasonable dad . 
While the others were busy , the queen was taking care of some files in her office . Butler Albert was next to her and kept thinking whether he should have told the queen about Helios's incident with miss Aria or not . He was undecided whether to tell her or not and he kept glancing at the queen often . Queen Margrethe and butler Albert had been good friend since when she was just a princess, even her husband and butler Albert's wife , the four of them were friends and made a great team when they were young .
" Albert , do you have something to tell me ? " asked the queen when she saw his behaviour .
" Nothing , Your Majesty ! " said butler Albert a bit off guard . 
" How many years do you think we have known each other ?! You and your wife are great friends of mine , and I know both of you very well so , spit it ! " said queen Margrethe looking at him .
" It's....it's about the prince....he... " said the butler with a nervous tone .
" Don't tell me he has bothered Aria again ?! That child ! Can't he think a little about his grandmother who's being annoyed to death by those ministers ?! I am eagerly waiting for her to finish this matter so that I can make those ministers pay for causing me a headache . " said queen Margrethe .
" Well...kinda....no....he must have done something to miss Aria ! " said butler Albert whie recalling the scene that traumatized him . 
' I have been in the royal family since I was a baby , I even learned a lot of history of the different countries's king and this is the first and probably the last time that someone actually has the guts to kick the balls of a crown prince . Those balls are considered on pair with royal treasure , especially if they are prince Helios's one who's a genius apart from a prince . Ah.....this thing must never be learned by the next generations . ' thought butler Albert .
" I didn't undersatnd a thing of what you said . Mind speaking more clearly ! " said queen Margrethe with a curious expression .
' It's rare to see Albert so nervous and undecided to whether say something or not . The last time he behaved like this was when he wanted to propose to his wife . ' thought queen Margrethe .
" Albert , we are friends but if you have cheated on Lusi then I cannot stay silent . " said queen Margethe looking at him with anger .
" No Your Majesty , I would never cheat on my wife . I love her very much ! " said butler Albert .
" Then , what's wong that you're talking like this ? " said queen Margrethe looking at him with a suspicious look .
" It's about prince Helios ! He received a damage on the royal kingdom's treasure . " said butler Albert with a serious face . 
" Helios has financial trouble ?! Do you expect me to believe that ?! Never ! " said queen Margrethe with a smile . 
" Not that kind of treasure ! " said butler Albert and then started to tell queen Margrethe everything from the beginning . 
" When I went to get them like you ordered me to , I saw that Princess Mana , princess Klara , master Bekora , Ramolo and Aria's brother were eavesdropping in front of prince Helios's office . I saw that they were very focused then decided to see what was going on . I remained traumatized ! I saw prince Helios was on his knees , my son who was trying to help him get up and miss Aria who was standing in front of them . " said the butler then looked at the queen who had her eyes wide open from the shock . 
' Seeing her Majesty like this I don't dare say more but this concerns a national problem . ' thought butler Albert then continued to talk . 
" My son had called prince Helios boss and when I saw the scene I was so shocked that I said the word ' son ' out loud . Strangely miss Aria mistook Helios as my son then told me that he kept finding trouble with her and that he acted immorally towards her . She was surprised how a person as polite as me could have a son like this and suggested me to send him to a reeducation school . " said butler Albert and queen Margrethe laughed a lot . 
" Hahahahahahaha ! This girl is really...hahaha ! " laughed the queen .
" Your Majesty , please , this is a serious issue ! " said butler Albert with a serious face . 
" What's so serious about this ?! They are young , it's normal ! " said the queen who was stil laughing .
" I didn't understand it at the beginning but then I learned that miss Aria had kicked our dear prince Helios straight in his treasures . And with treasure I mean that ' manly special part ' . " said butler Albert with a depressed tone . 
The queen's smile froze the moment she heard butler Albert say this . She looked at him frozen for a second .
" WHAT ??!!!!! " yelled the queen . The queen voice was so loud that it could be heard even at the medical department within the castle . 
" Did you hear that ? " asked Bekora while looking at his phone .
" Yeah ! Maybe the workers are dealing with something . " said Helios and continued to read the book he was holding in his hands . 
It was silent for a couple of minutes and then the noise of foot steps was coming from outside . The people started talking and it clearly created a mess . 
" Now what's happening ?! " asked Helios when he heard the noises becoming even louder .
Bekora looked at him and he too couldn't understand what was happening . The door to Helios's room opened fastly and to their surprise it was queen Margrethe accompanied by butler Albert . She had a worried expression on her face . 
" Grandma ?! " said Bekora surprised .
' Oh no ! ' thought Helios with a troubled expression and covered his eyes with his hands . 


My motto : Never owe anyone anything . 
Now I regret this motto so much cause it brought me a lot of troubles when I accidentally bumped into a demon , Helios .
All enemies fear him ,his wealth is beyond imagination and every woman begs just get a glimpse of his attention but not me  . I’m just a simple girl who has her mind set on her professional career. Our ways met accidentally and fate kept pushing us in front of each other . Is this good or bad luck???? His biggest enemy was his aunt, my biggest problem , that ruined my family's peace was my uncle's wife . I wanted to become someone important , he wanted to get back his title and make his aunt resentful . Even though we didn't get along we understood that the best way for both of us to get what we wanted was to collaborate . After we succeed then each one goes on his and her way but he refused to let me go . At the beginning I thought of it as something easy to handle but little did I know that I was about to be mixed in the royal family issues because of this annoying guy . "I'm very sorry for the delay, Your Highnesses. Something came up, so Mr. Cordiviera could not attend this meeting. It will be me standing in for him," Assistant Albert explained and bowed to the both of them.

"It's okay. We understand," Prince Lishvan vaguely said.

Princess Amirrah wanted to ask questions, but during this time, it would be a bad thing is they knew about the relationship, so she just quietly worried.

"How about we start the meeting now," Princess Amirrah suggested and positioned herself for the presentation.

"We may start now," Assistant Albert said and seated himself to listen to the business offers of the two royals. Then, the both of them started to discuss their proposal.

Albert was just quietly sitting. He may be looking at the two people, but his mind was already wandering due to what happened. He was still feeling at a loss on what happened today. He and his boss already discussed the outcome of this meeting because they had skimmed the proposals sent to them. After that, the two royals stopped talking and waited for Albert's answer on who would be chosen among the two of them.

Albert took a deep breath and started talking.

"Both of your business proposals are good and it really did catch the eye of the CEO. No matter the outcome, I hope that the both of you will be glad, Your Highnesses," Albert said and the two of them agreed. Business was business so they would accept it, but it was best if they accepted one of them.

"We will be glad to have this collaboration with the both of you. We have decided to sign the contracts from the two kingdoms," Albert said and the two of them gasped as well as the prince's companion.

"You mean... By signing the contract, we will also have a collaboration with the kingdom of Philon," Prince Lishvan asked. 

He could not imagine having a collaboration with another party. The kingdoms may harmonize, but it was only on the surface. In the dark, they hated each other to the very core of their hearts.

"Yes. Both of the kingdoms will benefit from this, and from now on would be under the Cordiviera's group of companies," Albert said, handing the contracts to the two royals.

The royals looked at each other and signed the contract. They wanted to have a collaboration with the king of the business empire, but they did not expect to collaborate with each other. When the other kingdom finds out about this, who knew what circumstance would arise.

For Albert, he should be joyously enjoying this collaboration, but due to what just happened, he did not have the energy to do so. After signing the contract, the prince already left, while Princess Amirrah stayed for a while.

"Assistant Albert, where is Sister Callista? I thought she would be here? Did something bad happen to her," Princess Amirrah anxiously asked while clasping her hands.

"We were attacked on the way here, but do not worry. Young Lady is fine and is already home," Albert coldly said. He still needed to investigate this matter on why they targeted their young lady, but not the princess.

"What? I need to go now! I need to see her," Princess Amirrah exclaimed and the bodyguards followed her back to the mansion.

Ashton was looking intently at Callista who was being examined by Dr. Muyin who just came back from England.

"Could you tell me what happened," Dr. Muyin asked after examining her condition.

"I was at Slovenia a week ago and just found out that she killed someone who ambushed them. I called you back afraid that she will have a trauma. She also told me the truth about it then, and this time, too," Ashton explained what happened to the doctor and looked at his wide lying on the bed.

"I see. Her case is very difficult. Does she have a case of suffering from amnesia?"

"No, she doesn't," Ashton answered, knowing she still remembered everything about herself.

"Did she have any cases of trauma from her childhood that could trigger this killing intent?"

"I don't know."

"What about split personality case?"

"I also don't know," Ashton sighed deeply. He did not know much about her. He only knew some things through investigating her.

"I see. It looks like she consciously knows what happens after her killing intent is triggered. This is only triggered when she is being threatened or her loved ones are being targeted or threatened. This is what we call the 'Lucifer Effect'," Doctor Muyin explained and Ashton's expression turned black.

Hearing his explanation, it did make some sense. She did kill when they were threatened from the ambush, and it also happened today when they were attacked.

"Ashton, we need to examine her more. If this goes on, I am afraid that if her killing intent is triggered, there is a possibility that she can not go back to her usual self and end up killing the people around her," Doctor Muyin said as he could not help but worry.

He did not know that this kid would get married and have such a beautiful and talented woman. He knew Callista before because he met her during the doctor's banquet in Europe. He did not know that he would meet her in a situation like this.

"I understand. Please keep this matter from my parents. I don't want them to know about any of this," Ashton coldly said in his blank expression.

"Do not worry. I will look more further into her condition. I still need to talk to you about some more matters regarding your wife," Doctor Muyin said and left with Ashton to go discuss in the study.

After they left, the sleeping Callista opened her eyes and stared blankly at the mint green ceiling.

"When did I become a crazy person to be diagnosed with a disease?!"

"What trauma? I'm fucking fine!"

"Do I look like I have split personalities?!"

"What the hell is 'Lucifer Effect'? Do I look like I came from hell?!"

Callista could not help but curse on the bed and trash around. Earlier, she just pretended to faint. When she was pretending to sleep, she was listening to the doctor that was spouting nonsense.

If her husband was not here, she would have already pounced and tortured him for spouting nonsense! Is he even a doctor? How dare he say those words about me! I am a perfectly healthy person!

But when she thought about it again, of course they would arrive to that conclusion for what she did just a week ago and today.

She took a deep breath. She bet that her husband was worried to death for her, acting like this. She was really sorry to her husband. She did not mean for it to be like this.

Once she started and finished her investigation, she promised that she would really tell him the truth.

In her current life, she had always trusted him. Since her parent's death, she knew she had no one but him. But, who would know that he could never be there when she was struggling? 

When she was prepared to give up, she surprisingly got another chance. This world may not be modern times. This world may be lacking in some things, but she had learned much in her previous life. Maybe not about the survival of the current world, but she learned about the distribution of her emotions. 

The very first man she was attracted to in this world, told her, "I will help you. Even if you don't trust me."

When he begged her to come back to him, she told him, "When I was dragged, raped, and tortured, where were you?"
