"Yohoho! No need to get so upset, so we lost our shadow? what's the big deal?" Brook replied calmly as he levitated above Arthur.

"What's the big deal? WHAT'S THE BIG DEAL?! THE BIG DEAL IS THAT NOW EVEN IF WE WANTED TO WE ARENT ALLOWED TO GO OUT INTO THE SUN, WHICH MEANS WE CAN'T LEAVE THIS SILENT ABYSS UNTIL WE GET IT BACK!!" Arthur screamed with a raspy tone that would put smokers to shame.

Brook was rather dumbfounded by this. "What do you mean?" he questioned.

"Ugh..." Arthur sighed. "I should've given you my knowledge on devil fruits." he quietly muttered to himself. 

"What was that?" Brook asked.

"The Kage Kage no Mi allows you to turn shadows tangable and the shadow is like a second soul that's supposed to follow and copy their master till death. Since we can't cast a shadow we can't go out in sunlight or we'll be vaporized." Arthur explained.

"Why didn't you share this info with me during the spirit fusion?" Brook questioned.

"Because I didn't think you needed to know!" Arthur replied voice quivering.

Brook was about to blow his top until he finally looked into Arthur's empty sockets. It was clear to see he was crying even though no tears could form.

"Brook I messed up... and you deserve to know everything..." Arthur said with his head down totally defeated.

Arthur came clean. He told Brook every last detail, Multiverse Theory, his past life, the butterfly effect even about One Piece itself as a franchise of course leaving out details like names and anything having to do with Brook.

"Another... World..." Brook was in deep though as he was a little overwhelmed with info.

"Feels good to finally get this off of my chest." Arthur stated as he let out a sigh of relief. 

"So you basically know the future?" Brook asked.

"To a degree." Arthur replied. "Who knows what will happen if I- we do too much." Arthur replied. "Since I'm here this timeline has already branched off from the one I know." 

"Yohoho... how Interesting." said Brook.

"Interesting? doesn't it kind of freak you out?" expressed Arthur.

"YOHOHOHOHO!" Brook bellowed. "If every little thing freaked me out how would I be a pirate? a Grandline pirate no less."

Arthur was a little taken aback by Brook's openness but after some more discussion Arthur made a deal.

"Brook, help me get stronger and achieve my dream and I will do the same for you." Arthur put his hand out as he finished speaking. 

"Yohohoho who couldn't agree to a deal that sweet." Brook put his ghostly green hand towards Arthur's only to have it phase through as they tried to shake hands.

"Yohohoho!" they both chuckled in unison.

"With the much needed chitchat out of the way let's explore!" Arthur replied as he too became a ghastly manifestation of their body.

After exploring the ship there wasn't anything worth too much. It had clearly been raided by Moria's zombies before they were cast away. 

"Man there's almost nothing here but bookshelf after bookshelf." Arthur thought as he read off the titles. "Sewing for Pirates, Occult Phenomena... Finally something interesting." He saw a book that was titled Alexander's Log.

He floated back into Brook's body and decided to check it out. As he went back to where the book was Brook phased through the bookshelf just as Arthur was about to grab the book.

"ARTH- oh your right here." Brook said. 

"What is it?" questioned Arthur.

"There's a secret room on this ship." replied Brook.

"Really?! how do we..." Arthur facepalmed. "No way it would be that easy." Arthur reached for the book he was about to grab and...

 Kerchunggggggg KEEERK!

The bookshelf was on a giant ball bearing that caused it to act like a spinning door and the book is the handle to open the door.

"How cliche..." Arthur mumbled as Brook looked in amazement at the technology at work.

In the secret room there were small bookshelves about waist height on the average person. Each shelf acted like a table as books were open and sitting on top as well as ink and everything you'd need for writing. there were at least 20 log books one for each crew member that had previously sailed this ship as well as a whole lot of blank books filling the shelves. Arthur walked over to one that said Alexander's log and began flipping through the pages.

"The founding of the Truth Seeker Pirates blah blah blah. Knowledge collectors blah blah. Government hunting them whatever, whatever.  ugh how boring." Arthur stated as he put the book down and began think up a new plan. 

Sometime after when they had finished throughly exploring they discussed the plan Arthur had thought up to the last detail.

"Yohoho! You're knowledge never ceases to amaze and intrest me." Brook said.

"Just you wait Moria We're coming for you! and I will get payback!" screamed Arthur at the top of his lungs well not that he has lungs to scream with.

Brook was in control of the body tonight doing his daily drills of Fencing when he noticed a barrel in the ocean. He jumped off the boat.

"Soul Solid... Mini Ice Age!" Brook thought to himself as the ocean beneath him froze just enough to give him a platform to stand on and bring the barrel back to the ship.

"Arthur is certainly creative with naming moves." Brook said to himself unaware that Arthur had stolen the technique from Aokiji.

Meanwhile Arthur was in the captain's quarters. Arthur's ghostly form was completely separate from Brook sitting in a chair well hovering right above it as if he was sitting.

"Maaaaaaan... I feel like getting hit with a nostalgia wave." Arthur sighed as he pushed his hand into a book titled Training Log. The book began to have a green glowing outline and the book opened to the first page.

Training has begun! I mean I guess it's  finished for a while but not having to eat, drink or sleep means we can train 24/7 however Idk if I want to do that. Good thing Brook can switch off with me when I get bored.

Training is really ramping up heck we've almost made Ice for the first time. Soul Solid... what a neat trick. Well since training is getting intense I think I'll be logging less and less. Brook and I are keeping tally of the days though so hopefully we don't lose track of the date!

Day 200! So close! we are almost at the level of soul solid that he was at after 3D2Y unsurprisingly. So little time to log I think I'll have to change the style of this log from daily updates to yearly... but we'll see.

It's been 2 years and I'd like to think weve surpasses the him in the story... I can only speculate as I don't remember the story to clearly anymore all I really know is that we have all the same abilities he had after 3D2Y 

Year 3 Update
Found a solution for my memory problem! While in deep meditation I figured out an amazing ability of the Yomi Yomi no Mi, Soul Scape is what I call it! Basically I enter a Mental Room that is modelled after the ship we're on except instead of all those random books it's filled with books full of my memories. To think I'd be able to read this beautiful Manga again finally time to do some "Training".

Year 5 Update
The last update I explained how I started making Ice Shapes and they're getting more and more complex. from a perfect ice cube to a smooth as ice sphere! So cool!

Year 7 Update
I've detached. I was using the Ghost form as usual when all of a sudden the tail that anchored me to Brook became a pair of legs! I think I'll call it Poltergeist!

Year 8 Update
So while using the new and improved Poltergeist so regularly the name gave me an Idea! Guess who was right? Me! I can possess inanimate to a degree although they have to be light. I can't even lift Brook's sword only slide it slightly.

Year 11 Update
You would not believe what I have finally mastered after 11 years and being completely unsure if I could build physical strength I have my answer! A big fat yes! For you see reader I have just mastered one of the 6 Powers! The almighty Rokushiki technique Soru! To bad I won't be able to master anymore. Thanks for telling me you just need to stamp your feet 30 times a second Lu        ! I blanked out the rest of the name as not to spoil any of the fun!

Year 12 Update
Those books are more useful than I gave them credit! Thank you Alexander! With the knowledge of sewing I've made a new suit! A nice Maroon suit jacket, and dress pants made from the curtains, a white undershirt made from bedsheets and I even found a pink tie in the captain's quarters. Does it ever feel good on these bones to get out of that ratty old suit.

Year 14 Update
I've mastered Soul Solid completely. It can go from very intricate to hellishly destructive in a matter of moments. It's so refined I can make all sorts of things, Hell I could make a new ship completely out of Ice if I wanted! Too bad I need my shadow.

We've finally made it to Thriller Bark. The technique I developed in this last year your probably asking? well let's just say it's a technique that'll let me defeat a certain ghostly girl.

"Yohohoho! what do you mean canons? I don't see any lined up?" said Brook in Poltergeist form.



"Oh I died" said our MC

"Oh well guess I'll enjoy the afterlife..."

"Man the afterlife sure is foggy... and what's with this ocean that surrounds as far as I can see." he thought aloud

Hi there I'm sure your curious on what I am writing and just know I think it'll be fun to write. It's a One Piece transmigration/reincarnation story about a certain skeleton who spent the last 5 decades drifting alone.
I do not own One Piece or any of the characters, they all belong to Oda and Toei

This will not be a harem although Brook might get married for story purposes and it may seem kind of wacky if I go with it.

This is my second attempt at a One Piece fanfic hope you enjoy it and feel free to critsize, leave advice and ideas!

After attending a day shift with Lu Jingzhi, Jiang Yuning could not help but feel very bored.
At this point, she finally understood what holding an idle job means. He had a meeting in the morning, signed a letter in the afternoon and looked at some documents in the evening. He had freedom of movement and no restrictions at all. How could this possibly be a promotion? This was literally a frontier distribution.
At half past five in the evening, Lu Jingzhi got off work on time as he took his coat and went to the cinema with his wife.
At this time, there was a very strong Christmas atmosphere on the streets. The Christmas trees were placed at the entrances of all the major shopping malls and there were also many young ladies on the street who were selling Christmas hats and headbands which looked very cute and playful.
The movie theater that Jiang Yuning booked was newly built and there were not many merchants around.
Moreover, since it was winter, everyone was wrapped in hats and scarves so no one really noticed Jiang Yuning for the time being. Jiang Yuning and Lu Jingzhi also got into the movie theater with the rest of the other audience.
Jiang Yuning chose to watch Song Chenxing's new film. The movie was called <The Murder Case> and it was released today. The genre of the movie was a crime thriller.
It was really unique for a crime thriller to be released on Christmas Eve. The producer and the entire cast of the movie was also very awesome.
The main feature of the movie was a crime committed by a man with high IQ. What Jiang Yuning was interested in finding out was whether this was considered a high IQ in Lu Jingzhi's eyes.
Jiang Yuning originally thought that since this was the six o'clock movie, there would not be many people in the theater. However, she has seriously underestimated her master's box office appeal. Moreover, Christmas Eve was also many young couple's Valentine's Day in disguise. The young couples would watch the thriller movie and they would then hug one another as they shivered because of the cold at night. Wouldn't this be a particularly beautiful thing?
Now, she finally understood a little cinematic lineup technique.

After the movie began, Jiang Yuning and Lu Jingzhi sat amongst the crowd of audience. From time to time, they would be some people who would cast some suspicious glances at them.
Jiang Yuning was afraid that someone would eventually recognize her. Therefore, she leaned on Lu Jingzhi's shoulder all the way. She was entirely focused on the plot and she did not even pay attention to anyone around her at all.
However, there were still people who recognized her in the end.
The people who knew her the best were naturally the Ginger Candies.
They were more familiar with her private clothes and they were also familiar with the outstanding man who was seated next to her. However, out of the group of friends who saw Jiang Yuning, there was also one of Shen Zhongwei's friends.
"Why are you still secretly taking pictures of her? I asked you to jump over the wall and become Weiwei's fans instead but you refused to do so. You did not believe me when I said that Jiang Yuning is being idle at home. So, do you believe me now? It is already the end of the year, so which artistes is not busy preparing for the various upcoming awards ceremony? At this time, Jiang Yuning still has the leisure time to come and watch movies."
The girl's voice was not loud but everyone who was watching the movie was very quiet. Therefore, everyone who was seated around her could hear what she was discussing.

The people around her immediately looked left and right to look for Jiang Yuning and they eventually found Jiang Yuning sitting in the hall amongst the crowd of people.

"If I know that she is doing well and she is in a good mood to come out and watch a movie at the cinema, then I am more than satisfied."
The two Ginger Candies took pictures of Jiang Yuning but they did not circulate the pictures at all.
"I can tell that you are really very loyal to her. However, I really do not understand why you would even be loyal to her when she could not be bothered with you at all? She is cold now, she is not popular anymore."

The four girls who were sitting at the back of the cinema hall were about to break into a fight. At this time, Jiang Yuning leaned in before she whispered to Lu Jingzhi, "Second brother, let's leave now."
"Yes." Lu Jingzhi nodded.
The both of them stood up in the auditorium before they left the theater halfway through the movie. At this time, Shen Zhongwei's fans got even more excessive.
"Hahaha. Look at your idol. She does not even care about you and she could not even be bothered to put in a good word for you! She can only pretend not to notice you at all. I told you that she does not care about any of you!"

After a long and hard negotiations, Cornman finally agrees to sell it for $40 million include their film libraries. Ari got 2% fee for his effort.

So now Muspelheim Films finally becomes a production house, film distributors and has its own film library.

Not many employees left in there, only in distribution department and some office worker totalled 10 people.

His new instruction to distribution department is to search some independent film in film festival and distribute it in NA. Al will find time to build the overseas distribution part.

The New World Picture left 70 films in its library. Al knows how important film library is. He will begin his hunt for production house who in tight financial condition and buy their film catalogue.

In 80s, the home videos is not popular yet but in late 90s, after the emerge of DVD, the home video income can almost compete with the box office income and even better, and in internet era, the emerges of streaming sites like Netflix, Hulu and others each competing to enrich their content.

Secondly, he got nomination for Best Supporting Actor and Best Original Script in Golden Globe Awards, his first nomination in his life.

The Oscar nomination will be announce on early Ferbruary.

Thirdly, his next cooperation with Robert Zemickis. Zemickis said that the film will be shoot after his new film screened in March 30th.

His compensation also soaring almost 10 times. Because as a Hollywood's Lucky Charm, both of his film has box office of $300 million in North America and both also get over $600 million worldwide.

Ari has negotiated with 20th Century Fox to get at least $10 million with 10% North America box office shares. Finally his final payment will be $5 million with 15% North America's box office shares.

"You know I just bought the graphic rendering department from Mr Lucas right? I'm working on it right now, a technology to render a whole environment as real as it is so we can do a scene what in real life can't, but it will take a long time."

Robert just nod and amazed at this kids dream, Al just woken up his fiery feelings of the filmmaking.

"How's the preparation anyway?" Al changed the topic.

"Better, you know that because the <Sixth Sense> now the budget increase from initial $20 million to $30 million, the new president, Frank also supportive with me, unlike those Tanen guy, kicking me out of <Cocoon> Luckily I won't meet with him anymore. I will never work with someone like him."

"Wow, you really hate that man, or are you hating those Hollywood executives?"

"Both, which director like them anyway? None I tell you none." Al is laughing after he heard his jokes.

Both of them are call it a day, he also need to prepare for the Golden Globe Awards in a few days.

This year, Al under a pen name of Edward B. Ephron released another book.

There is a long line in some of the book stores where book by Edward was displayed.

His new book titled <A Song of Ice and Fire: The Game of Thrones> is released and it got a 5 star recomendation by New York Times.

They even began to call the author the "American Tolkien". Before, his nickname was the Father of Modern Sci-fi, now they call him American Tolkien, an epic fantasy drama writer.

So what will this author write next? A love novel? Thriller? Even everybody wondered what is he look like because he really guards his privacy.

While there is a big comotion when his book was released, Al was typing some codes in his newly Macintosh in his room while Drew was reading her newly acquired script and lie in his bed.

"What should I choose Al?" She speak while her head buried in pillow.

"It depends, if you choose <Cat's Eyes> another thriller film, the script is bit bad but its adapted from Stephen King's novel. You got a few screentime but it will be memorable. <Return to Oz> you will be the lead, but it will be a test to your acting skill, the outdated story and darker tone than the fairy tale books will get you a mixed review. I will only say that everything you choose, I will fully support you and help you achieve it." He comes over and pat Drew's head.

"Okay, I'll decide it tommorow. What are you doing anyway? Is that a computer?" She come over and become dizzy after seeing a bunch of words and numbers.

"My little experiment Drew, I want to try to make movie editing software from and test this Macintosh capability, and send them to my Alfheim Studio to test it."

"Movie sowhere? Where are your computer going anyway?"

"Soft-Ware Drew, not sowhere, I will explain it when you grow up, now lets pack up, tonight is Golden Globe Awards. I will tell Jessica to prepare the dress for you, now go!" He made a tickle gesture to scare Drew.

"Bye Al." She use her little legs to escape from his room.
