until one day when he and his friend are crossing the street talking reading a Spiderman comic when he hears a loud honk and instinctually shoves his friend backwards.

The story of a Comic Book Collector who is brought to a world where he finds out that he is one of the special people who can earn experience and level up to become a superhero.

With the cash and watch in tow, the group drove off in their car.
Li Du kept the watch in little bug's black hole. He had the real deal, why would he wear
a fake? He could not bear to dump the imitation watch, but could not derive any
happiness from keeping it either.
They stayed another night in a hotel and the next day, they started their journey back to
Phoenix.　　
Amengda Mountain in South Africa had been purchased successfully, and Li Du was
free to go over to develop the area any time he wished.
However, Li Du wanted to let Carl arrange for the diamond inspection team to conduct
their checks first. He was not in a hurry to begin the development and was keener to get
an evaluation of Amengda first.
For now, he wanted to go and resolve the bet he had made at Harry Winston, Inc. He
had to obtain Carlston Fritz's shares!
Sophie had returned to the villa first, and the five little ones had set up their own base in
the spacious backyard. Each of them drew out their territory.
Little Flathead, Ah Meng, had the largest territory. The four little ones were unwilling to
provoke Ah Meng. The hounds were clever enough to notice the wariness of their four
bosses, and were even more cautious around the new family member.
The truck entered the villa's grounds, where Big Quinn's wife, Rosalind, was waiting for
him with their three children. Seeing their father, the children climbed onto Big Quinn
and hung onto him like monkeys.
It was a heart-warming moment: Godzilla brought his gifts over to Victoria, Brother Wolf
went to see his recovering daughter and Lu Guan was reunited with his Golden
Retriever.
Hans wanted to take the opportunity to leave as well, and said, "I miss my sister very
much. I want to visit her."
"No, the two of us have to organize these books," Li Du said firmly.
Hans instantly lost his enthusiasm and said lifelessly, "We have to do all that work?"
Li Du said, "What if there are valuables in this pile of books? We have to look carefully."
Big Ivan took the initiative to bring down the books from the car. Hearing Li Du's words,
he took out a comic book that had been preserved in pristine condition. He passed it
over to them and said, "That's right. Look, this book seems like it could be valuable."
With a smile, Hans took the book from Big Ivan. His eyes widened.
Hans held the book in one hand and his phone in another. Then, seeing that his mobile
connection was too slow, Hans yelled at Lu Guan, "Let go of your stupid dog and bring
me my laptop! Hurry!"
Li Du stepped over, took a look at the book and said, "Aren't you being too dramatic?"
The comic book looked like it had been around for some time. The red cover page had
turned dull. On the front cover, Spiderman carried a little boy and was about to swing off
a skyscraper. There were shadows of cars on the streets below him.
The top right corner of the comic book carried the numbers '1962', and the bottom left
corner was labelled '12 cents'. The word Marvel was neatly printed above Spiderman. It
was a Marvel book.
Hans said, "Dramatic? I am beside myself. This seems to be the first Spiderman comic
book from 1962. If it really is, this is very valuable."
"More than ten million dollars?" Li Du asked expectantly.
Hans rolled his eyes, "How can that be? But it might fetch a few hundred thousand or a
few million."
Once he laid his hands on his laptop, Hans quickly made an internet search. Then, a
piece of news flashed on his screen. There was a picture of their comic book on the
news website.
The headline was, 'Spiderman' Snapped Up At Paris Auction. Comics Connection Pays
1.2 Million.
The news article described the story of that comic book. At an auction in Paris last year,
that first issue of Marvel's Spiderman comic was brought out, and Comics Connection
bought it for 1.2 million. It was actually exhibited in its town hall!
After reading that piece of news, Hans carefully removed the packaging to examine the
comic book more closely.
Having read the publishing details, he could not help but pump his fist in the air. He
yelled, "Yeah, yeah, yeah! This is awesome! It's this book! One million and 200,000 !
One million and 200,000 US dollars!"
Shocked, Li Du asked, "Really? Someone would actually fork out over a million for a
comic book?"
The most expensive books that Li Du had come across were the set of National
Geographic magazines he kept. They were priced at more than ten million.
However, that was ten million for more than a thousand magazines. Besides, most of
those were the only existing copies in the world. Also, from his perspective, National
Geographic magazines represented parts of history. It belonged to the narrative of all
humankind, and was not something that comic books could compare to.
Now this comic book disrupted his understanding and knowledge of magazines and
their value. A comic book, one that was published only fifty odd years ago, could
actually be worth more than one million?
A million was not the most they could earn from the comic books, however. As they
continued to organize the stack of comic books, they found a few more that were as
precious or even more so.
One of those was the first issue of Superman. On the front cover, Superman was
wearing his iconic red cape, blue spandex top, and red pants. He was running away
from a storm, looking as cool as ever.
In the middle of the front cover were the words 'Action Comics #1'. This meant that it
was the first issue.
Hans caressed the dated comic book and said, looking punch-drunk, "This is history.
We are looking at history. Buddies, this was the start of it all, the birth of American
heroes! We are looking at a baby photo of an American hero!"
Li Du asked, "Is it very valuable? Run an online check, how much can it fetch?"
Hans said, "There are no trading records online. At most, there are only ten copies of
'Action Comics #1' in the entire world. Even DC Comics Company don't have it… oh,
they had it previously, but it was stolen!"
Li Du was optimistic, "Then it should be worth a lot, right?"
"Let's put it this way, don't talk about money, brother. This book is priceless!" Hans
exclaimed. "There are no trading records of the original copy of this comic. However,
the re-released copy was sold for 1.8 million US dollars!"
Li Du was shocked. "A re-release version can fetch such a high price? Are those comics
collectors crazy?"
Hands said, "The high price is due to the main character. Superman is iconic, it is the
first superhero in human history!"
Li Du shook his head, "At the time of the Ming dynasty, we already had a superhero
named Sun Wu Kong in China. This is the first superhero in our history."
Hans called out, "Who cares who came first? Anyway, this comic is very valuable. It is
very, very valuable!"
Li Du carefully took the book out of the wrapping paper.
There was a price indicated on the front page. The comic was published in June 1938,
and its selling price had been ten cents.
As Hans continued to call out, 'careful, careful', Li Du checked the information related to
that comic book. 　　
The first issue of Superman comics, 'Action Comics #1', was the holy grail in the comics
industry. It was said that there were fifty copies of it in the world, but there were less
than ten registered on the official records. They were sitting either in huge publishing
houses or in the hands of billionaires.
Besides, Li Du also found a hand-painted copy of the 'Fantastic Four' that had Stan
Lee's autograph on it. That comic book was also worth a lot. Comic books hand-painted
by Stan Lee were typically exhibited in the gallery of Marvel Comics. Few of them were
found in the possession of individuals.


They love gold, and they love silver. Even more so, they love gems that dazzle, like stars across the skies. 
Firearms, jewelleries, and precious metals; A collector’s world will not be complete without antiques.  
Storage auctions, old goods trade, re-estate sales and gold-digging. But the truth is, if one wants to make money, then the supreme way is through searching for the legendary treasures. 
Holding the fort, there’s an ocelot, a wolf, and an Andes condor. At the side, there’s a loyal hound, an irascible ape, and an African honey badger. Who said that you can only rely on humans when treasure hunting?!

DISCLAIMER: Hello dear readers, I hope you are doing well! I just want to warn you about some of the aspects of my fan-fiction before you start reading. 

First of all, this version of Peter Parker is not Peter Parker himself. It is a different teenager who got reincarnated in his body. Jack Chastain was a typical 15-year-old high-school teenager... pretty average grades, a few friends, and conflicts with parents. There was nothing special about his life back then...

His main hobby was reading comic books and watching superhero movies as he used to spend most of his free time on these things. He was truly inspired by the actions of fictional characters and always wanted to become a superhero himself. Although he had a weak body and was constantly being made fun of at school by the bullies, he had a big heart and never surrendered. However, his courage sometimes leads to him having lots of injuries after getting beaten up by senior students.

The last time this happened was when he tried to defend one of his friends. Jude, the captain of the schools' football team was humiliating him in front of all of the students at a launch hall. Jack crept up to Jude from behind and hit him on the head with an elbow...

Jude fell down... there was complete silence in the hall as everyone was shocked that a kid nobody expected anything from dared to hit the schools' main man... even after all the serious injuries he'd endured, Jack did not surrender and had a strong will power.

Later that day, when he was returning home by bike, he was constantly thinking about what he had just done. He felt like he was a real superhero who managed to defeat a strong villain who was treating many students badly.

But... when Jack was in the middle of a crossroad a car hit him from the left at a high speed and Jack fell down with his head hitting the ground very hard and eventually started to bleed. 

It was a thief who did not stop when the traffic light was red because the police were following him. 

The last thing Jack saw in his life were police cars that were following the car thief...

"Where am I?" said Jack. There was nothing around him and it seemed like he was levitating in emptiness.

"You are in 'under heaven', a place where all of the young souls go before their future destiny is identified" said someone from the top... It was God...

Jack understood that his life had ended... at such a young age and with so many ambitions... 

He could not control himself and started crying.

"No..." he started crying. "Why did this happen now? During one of the best days of my life, I just had a turning point..."

God was able to see that Jack's soul was clean, that he wanted to protect the weak, and was always ready to help his friends... 

"It is rare to witness a person with such good intentions and ambitions nowadays" God said.

So, after a few minutes of thinking he said...

"I will let destiny make the final decision," God said.

"What does that mean?" Jack whispered.

Suddenly, a big golden coin appeared in God's hands. There were wings on one side and a skull on the other.

"Wings mean reincarnation, skull means death" God said, before tossing a coin...

"Wings... I guess destiny has the same opinion on you"

"Wait!" Jack shouted... he remembered how much he had suffered in the real world and did not want to experience that one more time. So, he said...

"I want to reincarnate in a fictional world... Can you send me to the comic world, please?" said Jack with a lot of hope in his words.

"I can, but... you have to know that there is no way back... and that you will not be able to return to the real world. Are you sure about this?"

"Yes!" Jack said confidently.

After that God came closer to Jack and pushed his forehead with his thumb...

Jake felt a strong pain in his head, as he woke up because of an alarm.

"Oh my god… that was just a dream" he said, before he understood that he was in an unfamiliar room… It was a small room that was full of superhero posters on walls, just like in Jack's room.
"Iron Man, Captain America, Black Widow…" Jack whispered.

Then, Jack heard someone coming closer to the room. Woman of about 40 years old opened the door and said loudly:

"Come on Peter, you are late for breakfast!"

Jack jumped up to the window, where he saw a view on Queens, New – York. "Did she just call me Peter? Was that aunt May?" he was thinking.

"Wait… does it actually mean that I am… Peter Parker… the Spider-Man."

Typical teenager gets reincarnated as a Spider-Man and gets a chance to meet the Marvel world's greatest superheroes.

His aim is to become the greatest superhero of this world and he will use his knowledge as the key to defeating his enemies and people that face him during his journey.

10 Classic Superheroes, Ranked By Their Origin Stories

Not everyone is born a hero. In the case of superheroes, it's a singular moment that typically sets the individual on the path to becoming a force for good. That's what is known as the origin story. Whether it's an alien with unbelievable powers or a regular Earthling who's just trying to do the best with their natural talents, each comic book protagonist has an experience that leads them on their heroic path. And boy, have there been a lot of these told for both classic and modern heroes. 

The comic book medium has been going strong for more 75 years, and over those decades hundreds, if not thousands, of superheroes have been introduced. Typically these origin stories have been seen across a variety of media by both passionate comic book fans and people who are just looking for a good tale. And just because a hero is successful doesn't mean that they got off to the best start with their origin stories, but when these tales are told right, they're the stuff of legend. Here are some of the most famous superheroes of all time ranked by how great and epic their origin stories are.

1. The X-Men

Of course, each individual X-Men has their own unique stories, but together the team's origin tale is a classic. As mutants, they were all born with their abilities rather than imbued with them by science, magic or aliens. Consequently, many of these people face mistrust and bigotry from the general population who view them as freaks of nature. However, despite their persecution, they still use their powers to protect the innocent. Brought together by Charles Xavier, the X-Men not only combat threats ranging from fanatical humans to fellow mutants, but their overall mission is to fight for the rights of their fellow mutants and usher in a world of acceptance and peace. So even though their overall story is based in a superhero world, it's memorable because their goals are similar to what many of us want to achieve in real life.

2. The Flash (Barry Allen)

In the 1950s, DC Comics decided to relaunch several of their most successful superheroes from the 1940s as new individuals. The Flash was the first to receive this treatment, being reintroduced in 1956 as forensic scientist Barry Allen. While working late in his lab one night, he was struck by lightning, which subsequently knocked him into shelf full of chemicals. After waking up, he discovered he could run at superhuman speeds, and donning the red and yellow costume that's become much more recognizable than his predecessor's, Barry became the new Flash and built a quite a supporting cast. Visually it's one of the best origins on this list, but it also has a distinct sci-fi feel to it that few DC hero origins had before it. Many non-comic book fans saw this origin told for the first time back in October on the CW series The Flash.

3. Green Lantern (Hal Jordan)

Green Lantern was the second DC hero to be revitalized during the Silver Age of comic books. This time around, test pilot Hal Jordan inherited a special ring after it was bequeathed to him by a dying alien named Abin Sur who had crash-landed on Earth. Unlike the magical ring that the Golden Age Green Lantern wore, Hal Jordan's ring was a product of science that allowed him to use his willpower to fly and make solid constructs with his mind. Inheriting Abin Sur's legacy, Hal became the new Green Lantern of Sector 2814, and the first human to ever join the Green Lantern Corps. Like The Flash, it's memorable for its sci-fi feel, but also to due to how this Green Lantern inherited his heroic legacy from a mysterious visitor (which would later be repeated with Kyle Rayner) whereas his predecessor Alan Scott just sort of stumbled upon his power.

Seen On Screen: In the flawed, but right now only, Green Lantern origin movie with Ryan Reynolds, which hit theaters in 2011.

4. Iron Man

Although the location for Iron Man's origin has changed several times throughout the decades, the story itself has not. While demonstrating some of his creations abroad, Tony Stark was injured and taken captive by enemy soldiers. While in captivity, he was forced to build weapons for these terrorists, but with the help of scientist Ho Yinsen, he built a mechanical suit that allowed him to defeat his captors and escape to freedom. With a renewed perspective on life, Tony uses his new armor to protect the innocent as Iron Man. Not only is it one of best redemption origin stories and full of action as Tony escaped his imprisonment, it also showed that not everyone who becomes a superhero starts out as a moral individual. Sometimes takes a nudge (or in Tony's case nearly dying from shrapnel in your heart) to discover your true potential.

Seen On Screen: Stark's destiny was brought to life by Jon Favreau in 2008's Iron Man, with Robert Downey Jr. in the lead.

5 Captain America

Captain America's origin story wouldn't work well as an anti-drug PSA, but it's an excellent story of trumping over the odds. Steve Rogerswanted to serve in World War II, but his scrawny body and ill health prevented him from enlisting. Fortunately for him, he was chosen as the test subject for Project Rebirth, and after being injected with the Super Soldier Serum, his body became the epitome of physical perfection. Soon after the scientist who created the serum was assassinated by a Nazi spy, leaving the serum's formula lost and making Steve the only one of his kind. He subsequently became Captain America to not only to help defeat the Axis forces, but to become one of the most well-known superheroes in the present-day after being frozen for decades. As mentioned earlier, it's memorable for featuring the little guy rising up to beat the odds, but it also helps that it was an important reflection of the era he was created in and even inspired good to defeat evil in real life.

"Annie! Is nice to see you. You look even better than the last time we met" A middle aged guy greeted my mother once we entered his office.  

"Oh Clark stop with your lies" My mother replied playfully. It was clear that the both of them were friends, or in really good terms at the very least. 

"And you must be the young genius I been hearing about... Mister Sam Bane" He said amicably, and then he offered me his hand to shake "I'm Clarke Cook, it's a pleasure to meet you" 

"Good day to you sir" I shook his hand firmly. Or with the most strength my seven year old self could muster. 

After the short interaction, I finally could relax a bit. For some reason, ever since yesterday night I was really nervous about this reunion. I guess that I really wanted for it to work out. 

"Take a sit please" He said after a while, with a never ending smile on his face. 

His office was a mess. I could tell that he worked hard, if the multiple papers all over his desk, and the big bags under his eyes were any indication. Still, it didn't gave much confidence on his organizational skills. 

"Thanks Clark" My mother replied. And before I could notice the mood changed. It was like the both of them went from normal mode to business mode, in just second. 

Before coming here, my mother just told me to let her negotiate in my behalf. And I planned to do exactly that, especially now with the professional aura she inspires. 

"Well, let's start with the book composition first" said Clark, "Annie, like you already know, I like the three stories you've sent me last week. They appeal to a younger demographic, which is  a group that is gaining traction lately. Although I have to say that these stories are too short to be released as books on their own. So, I propose to compile them. I think five stories could make a good sized book" 

It was reasonable. My stories were a little too short. I could've done them longer, but I wanted to keep them simple, considering that the target readers would be mostly kids. 

"That's a good idea. Although I think that the stories should have a common theme between them. For example, a book collection could be about princesses. Sam here has written about ten stories about princesses, so it shouldn't be a problem, right Sam?" My mother said, and tactfully helped me to get into the conversation. 

"Yes, there's no problem with that" I said calmly. Mr. Clark finally looked at me after that. He looked interested with that bit of news. 

"That sounds good to me. I'll need to read the five stories you plan to publish, so we can progress any further... But in an act of good faith of Sam's work, we can talk about the details of the deal we will be making" 

"What do you propose then?" Mother asked. 

He looked at me for a second before concentrating on my mother once again. Then, he brought up a paper he had at the only clear zone of his desktop, and passed it out to my mom. 

The contract I assume. I planned to read it on my own when my mother finishes it, but I couldn't help to look at her to see if I could get any information from her face expressions. Which ended up being a pointless endeavor. 

"Ha!" She exclaimed "I see your intentions Clark. If this is how it will be, let's stop here. We'll take our leave" My mother finally said. And then stood up from her seat and walked to the exit. 

I could only guess what unreasonable things were written on there. So for now I just followed her up. Although for some reason I felt that this wasn't the end of the discussion. 

"Wait!" Clark finally said, "I admit the contract may be a little unfair, but we can discuss it, no need to go away just like that" 

My mother turned back with a smirk on her face, "I'm surprised, I've heard a little about your situation Clark. But now with you flinching so quick, I'm wondering of how bad it really is" 

To my surprise it seems that we were not in the losing end of the negotiations to begin with. My mother really played him hard. Clark's face said all I wanted to know. He was mad, but he still stayed quiet about it. 

"Yeah, it's true. We are in need of a success, and that's the principal reason to even consider to publish a kid's book, besides the publicity within itself that it could generate" He admitted. 

"I've heard that all the upcoming writers choose to go with other companies, after all you've had a bad record in the last five years" My mother added while the both of us took a seat once again. 

"You really did your research, huh?" he said with a defeated look. "... I wanted to start my own comic book company, but at the end all the good artists preferred to go with either 'power comics' or 'marvelous', and before I realized, the book company I had spent so many years to build up, was on his way to bankruptcy" 

It was kind of a sad story, but also an amazing opportunity. If I played my cards right, maybe making my own comics wasn't impossible for me in the near future. 

"So, in your times of need you thought on cheating your good friend of so many years" Mother said while making 'tsk' noises, pointing the bad deed Clark has made, "Sam is young, so there will be no problem if he waits a couple of years to get published... So now I wonder, what deal could you offer us, so we can even consider making a deal with you" 

Clark clenched his jaw at that, and had a serious expression on his face. He kept quiet though, it seemed that he was seriously considering the matter. 

"What do you want?" He finally asked. 

"Twenty percent, and the rights will belong to him completely" Mother demanded. 

That was a extremely good deal, especially for a newcomer like me, asking for that much was out of my expectations.

"That's... acceptable. But Sam will have to publish at least four books with us" He countered. 

"Are you joking? Two is the most we are going to concede" Mother said with displeasure. 

That was something we had talked about before. If I was successful enough, I could go with a bigger publishing company in the future. And my mother had a high faith on my success for some reason. 

Now there was a clear disagreement between them. I honestly couldn't care less if I had to write four books for this company, with the new deal offered I would have no complaints. But I knew what I wanted. 

"How about I do publish four books, but you'll have to publish a comicbook of mine... With the same conditions as the one with the books" I interrupted them. 

The both of them stared at me with surprised faces. "What do you mean?" Clark asked after a while. 

"Well... I have this idea for a comic, and I felt compelled to do it after I heard that you own a comic company" I explained. 

"Are you talking about the one you've made with Hanna?" Mother asked me with a worried face. It was clear that she thought that it wasn't that great. 

It wasn't a bad comic per se, but I do agree that it isn't the kind of comic that sells well with the masses, nor profesional enough to be a comic on his own. But I'm aware which comics are the best sellers at this era, compared to my old reality.   

"No" I said, before Clark could have asked about it, "I have an idea for a superhero comic, but I don't have the talent to draw. So I thought it was a good compromise that if my books are successful enough, Mister Clark will hire an artist to draw my comic, and then he'll publish it" 

"That's interesting. What do you think Clark?" Mother asked with a simple smile on her face.  

This wasn't something we had discussed before, so I was relieved that she just went along with the idea. 

Clark just sighed and nodded with a smile of his own. Even if he tried to hide it, I could see that he was happy about the deal. In the end, he wanted both of his companies to succeed, and now there was a chance for it to be possible.

Samuel Bane, a guy who was just a normal 23 year old in another life, was living in a new world with his memory intact. 

The new world is almost exactly the same as the one he lived before, except that the period of time was similar to the mid 80's that he knew by the movies and tv shows he watched.

This story will focus on how Sam enters the entertainment business. Getting his works published and meeting new people on his way towards an unheard level of success. 

The concept of the story has inspiration in "I'm really a super star", but it's nothing alike.

I am writing this as a project to test out my skills in writing a superhero story and to become more knowledgeable about the world of Marvel and D.C. 

I have read some comics, but not many to be honest. However, I watched all Spiderman movies and all Marvel/ D.C movies so I will be basing this novel heavily on the movies that are out and maybe on the Spiderman game. 

Such content like  Inifinty War, Spiderman 1-3 original, Spiderman PS4, and other Marvel and D.C movies will be included. 


Note this is Marvel X D.C world so nothing will be canon. 

You can give me suggestions on some of my questions 


Who should the MC train with and become stronger? Example Batman or Tony Stark. 

How powerful should the system be? Should there be restrictions? (Note) The MC will be able to get new Spiderman suits and powers from the system, however, he must earn it. I could also put no system if that's what you want?

What timeline should the MC be reborn in? I was thinking during the first Avengers/ Infinity War movie. But let me know. 

Which Spiderman comic books should I read? 

Lastly, this is just for fun so don't expect much. I am writing this novel so that I can gain more knowledge of the Marvel universe.

Jake is reincarnated as Spiderman and chooses to become the most powerful Spiderman in existence. He will forge his own path.

Monday came quickly. Opening his daze green eyes Eric yawn and left his bed. Doing his daily routine of taking care of his hygiene and cooking breakfast he left the penthouse eariler. 

Today was the last day of school before summer vacation. One might why not end school on Friday. It was due to several sport team coming back from a state wide sport meet Sunday. Today was the school enduring ceremony where students are gather within the school auditorium. Long boring speech about the previous school years and the upcoming years would be given along with the principal expectation. 

Why was Eric going to school then? It was because after this long drawn out speech the Mary Janes Band would be playing to entertain the students.

Eric basically only came to show his support for Gwen and MJ. MJ was the leader of the band and main singer while Gwen was the band drummer.


Leaving the subway station Eric yawn as he look at morning sky. Placing his right hand in his pocket he enter the busy street crowd and quickly went to his school.

Reaching in his homeroom class he quickly spotted Peter and Ned. Waving to the two he came over. 

" Hey Guys. What you up to?" Eric asked as he sat on a chair infront of the two. Although he only had memories of the previous Eric he was in some sense the same person. It was more like the previous Eric and the Eric from the other world fuse together.


" Eric, Your at school earlier" Ned said surpise before he pointed at the book on Peter desk.

Raising an eyebrow at his first comment Eric gaze turn to the book and roller his eyes. It was a comic. When superhero actually exit in real life  many people made fan fiction about their origin and then write in their comic about the real fight the hero had.

Several comic books roam the world like this for several hero, but superman comic were one of the most famous one.

Looking at the book it spoke of a fight between superman and Zod in Metropolis.
Raising his brow for a bit Eric shook his head. The previous Eric might have enjoyed these things but since he now knew real story of each hero within this world he was no longer interested.

" I just woke up early today. Don't you have anything better to do. I recall you reading that over three time already" Eric said.

" I told him the same but he doesn't listen. I don't see why I don't see any story about spiderman though. That I will be interested to read." Peter said. Closing the comic that Ned had recently gave him he place on Ned desk.

" It doesn't matter how many time I read it. The comic is great every time. Plus Spiderman don't have his own comic yet since he not on the same league as superman and Iron Man" Ned said as he open the comic. Defending his stance Ned didn't look at the two.

Scratching his head in wonder he look at Peter green face. It was true that spiderman was not in the same league but that was just the spiderman today. Later down the year when Peter mature more and gain more innovative idea with his technology he should be able to be a far better hero than Tony.

Ignoring Ned for a while Eric turn to the green face Peter.
" Have you seen Gwen or MJ?" Eric asked.

Shaking his head, Peter finally got what Ned said out of his head. He mainly agreed but it still felt wrong. 
" I haven't seen them." Peter said.

" You've seen Liz?" Eric asked with a small smile. Hearing what Eric said Peter subconsciously was about to speak when he shook his head.

" Will you stop teasing me because I have a crush on Liz" Peter said with a frown.

" Oh come on. It funny, although I don't know why you like her. I heard she might be dating flash of hard people" Eric said.

Peter snorted as he took out his phone.
" Okay how about you and Gwen. You guys did go to the movie Saturday. Was it a nice date" Peter said with a smirk causing Eric to cough.

" Okay I give. New topic please. Where do you want to go in Metropolis." Eric said.

" Hmm, I don't really know much. I want to visit superman statue through and we could probably raid comic store." Peter said with some thought.

" Okay then. I was thinking beach, spa etc but that good too. We could do both." Eric said as he took out his phone. It was his mother who would be driving the group to Metropolis.

The other parents had already agreed to the trip so it was officially on. The group would be leaving New York this Friday, June 3 and return back July 15. Basically a month.

What surpise him though was that his mother Jane was mainly coming to say hi to a college friend. Guess who her friend was though. 

Clark Kent love, Louise Lane. It really caught him off guard when he heard but after learning about someone else she knew he gave up being surpise. 

I never knew Diana Prince was a Lawyer and good one at it. 

After sending a text to his mother he heard the school bell rang signalling it was 8am.

The school intercom came on and the announcer began this long speech before requesting all student to make their way to the auditorium.

A Marvel and DC world combination. This entire book will be a mix up of both movies and cartoon. I haven't read any comic though so don't drill me if I am getting something mix up or wrong, then again it a two world fusion so the unexpected situation is the main fun in the book.

"Kip wake the hell up!"

Two eyes were pried open as a pool of drool furthered his realization he fell asleep in Hero History Class.

Kip hesitated before lifting his head,
"Yes Mr. Reed?"

The white bald head of Mr. Reed glistened from the sunshine pouring in, "When and where was the first Villain attack of the Super age."

Kip tilted his head as he saw the class shift toward him. He quickly wiped away the saliva and spoke, "The First Villain attack of the Super Age took place in New Chicago during 2050."

Mr. Reed pressed on,
"And what was the name of the Villain?"

Kip scratched his neck as he sifted through his mind built up by comic books and personal journals. 

"Her name was Unleash: The Undead Villain." 
A confident grin and perfect white teeth aimed at Mr. Reed, a complacent look on his aging face.

"Very well, no lunch detention today. Just do not fall asleep in my class again Mr. Dagger, or I won't even quiz you next time."

Kip nodded annoyingly as he turned back to his textbook. 

"You got lucky on that one, I'm not counting it." A brown skinned boy with wild curls leaned to his side.

Kip rolled his eyes,
"You never said I couldn't fall asleep in Hero History, that is a tally on my side."

The brown haired kid was Marcus, Kip's closest and only friend. They were currently hosting a competition to see how many times Kip could get away with snoozing off in class, currently he was at five out of six. 

A playful smirk crept onto Marcus's face, 
"I'm calling draws on that one."

Kip shrugged his shoulders,
"Go ahead and call draws, I'm still gonna beat you."

Marcus bit his lip, "calling draws" is when they had a competition and the outcome was very unfair so they made it were no side got a point. Marcus usually was the one to do so. 

"Whatever," he muttered as he turned back toward the front of the class. Kip leaned over to get one last jab, "That's what I thought."

Marcus rolled his eyes before focusing back on the text book. The blonde haired boy smiled as he saw his closest friend grovel in defeat, groveling just being him paying attention for once. 

After cleaning his awkwardly wet desk, he took a gander at the view outside. A couple of students in maroon track suits jogging along as a instructor held a clipboard. He frowned as he realized he would be doing that next period. 

Living in a superhuman world was way more relaxed than what Kip had come to understand. A couple decades ago, entire cities were being threatened and their was always a hot new superhero who was topping the popularity charts. Hostages were taken and saved with heroism, something that was smiled upon during such a time. All became peaceful as more and more people started to become superheroes, fighting crime their only occupation. And in this great burst of national justice, any spry energetic villains would be captured as soon as they appeared. The point of heroes quickly loosing their only payment. 

In the recent years, only the top ten heroes stayed active. A lot dropping out once the villains' activities became a lull. Sadly enough, Kip always wanted to become a professional superhero but being born in such a peaceful time was a curse. He would never truly be able to live out his dreams but would instead follow in his fathers footsteps, being an architect. Kip shivered at the thought. Was that really going to be his legacy?

He sighed as he went through the rest of his day. He ran four miles, aced a math test, managed to talk to his crush, and was now sitting snug in blanket. He was on his couch, the Hero news spouting anything about a gas store robbery not far from his house, the suspect fleeing on foot. The channel trying its best to stay relevant. The sun was still high in the sky for any real criminal activity to take place.

"Kip did you take Marley out yet?" 
Kip's Mother was in the kitchen cooking dinner for tonight, her eyes also glued to the screen.

"No Ma'am."

A annoying face was plastered on her,
"I have told you three times today, hurry up and do it before it gets dark." 

"But-"

His mother gave him a ugly look and he guessed as much. 

"You know someone just robbed a store three blocks down, I could die."

Steam rose from the pot she was stirring,
"You will be fine, I heard the Second top ranked hero is in town."

Kip's heart stopped for an instant, "Mighty Man is in Sunset City..."

All his breath drew out and he stared at Marley. The beagle happily started licking his toes. Kip in disbelief glanced at his Mother, she happen to wink at him. He grinned without any remorse.

Kip was outside in a hurry, Marley following happily behind, tongue flopping about As he kept pace next to his owner. Before he even realized, he was running full speed toward the train station. 

Mighty Man was known as the strongest Hero, even if he was just the number two ranked, that was something to be giddy about. Kip happily would like to see him easily take out a robber, even if it might last just a single second. 

The air grew oddly mysterious as he came down the hill, already people gathering there. A smile crept onto his face as he skated down the concrete and came up on the station entrance. 

"What's going on, am I late?!"
Kip heaved as he tapped the closest man, a black trench coat and a grey beanie on. The man glanced back and smiled, "Just made it kid."

Kip thanked the man as he pushed through the crowd, coming out in the front of the line forming. Marley hesitantly paddled to his side. His eyes quickly surveying the area, two figures facing off. 

Mighty Man stood, a red and blue skintight suit encased his body, a very generic yellow cape flowing in the non-existent wind. 

He had sharp features with broad shoulders and flowing blonde hair. The muscles he dawned teaming to rip away the cloth, his power radiating from his entire picture. His presence was one to be noticed, especially as all eyes focused on him. What he did next would be spectacular, no doubt. 

"Hello evildoer!"
His voice was deep and manly, you could almost hear the experience. "It has come to my attention that you have disturbed the peace of Sunset City, something I can not overlook."

People started to cheer and shout as smartphones snapped upwards, the scene instantly going to go viral on everything. Kip cursed as he forgot his smartphone on the coffee table, getting a picture with him was out of the question. 

It was almost magical to stare at Mighty Man, a superhero who has fought for his spot and gained his power through sheer effort. 

Kip always wondered how someone gained such a powerful superpower. The only way to obtain one was to go through a life changing experience, something Kip and many others did not quite understand. You either got a superpower out of pure luck, or out of misfortune. All anyone really knew was that the power was somehow related to the event. 

This only begged the question. How exactly did Mighty Man get his power?

Messiah, the name given to his immense strength. The more people who believed in him and supported him, the stronger he gets. 

That is why he was this amazing pillar which still supported the superhero world, somehow, everyone already believed in him. He was the Second ranked Hero after all.

"Oh so it's Mighty Man, the SECOND ranked hero. Have you come to stop me?"
The robber was a lengthy man in all black, his facial features hidden by a simple black ski mask.

Mighty Man took a hefty step forward, the friction of him stepping caused a slight gust of wind. Kip almost jumped for joy as goosebumps ran down his spine.

"Indeed I have. I will take back the peace you so easily thought you could steal."

The robber laughed, "Jesus I hate the way you talk, maybe talk normal for once, I can practically smell the wedgie up your ass." 

A few small giggles came from the crowd while others booed the man. 

"Hurry up and kick his ass!" A male called from the commotion. Kip joined in the incoherent yelling, having a blast being a part of it. Marley hopped up and down as she too joined in. 

"Haha, think what you please Villain, your time is up."

BOOM

Mighty Man accelerated forward at blinding speeds, his body becoming a blur. Winds of untold strength whipped wildly as he raced by the crowd. Kip's hair was blown back by his rush, "Woah"

He cocked his arm back and aimed for the robbers chest, he planned to fracture a few ribs without permanently injuring the man. It wasn't that he cared for the criminal's health, killing just would not help his reputation. 

"Mighty Man, Mighty Man, Mighty!"

The crowd was an uproar as people could see his fist zip across his body, the robber simply putting an arm up.

"Thank you for such an amazing effort, but Im done with you." 

BOOM

The second ranked hero In the Sunset State of America, just had his hand blocked my a store robber. 

"What?"

Mighty man stared at his fist, a single finger placed against it, 
"So much strength, huh?"

Mighty Man literally was buried into the metal grates, cracks forming in the concrete. The crowd was completely blown back by the punch, Kip barley able to catch Marley from flying away.

People started to panic as they saw Mighty Man's lifeless body on the ground. Kip stared in disbelief, his favorite idol laying still. 

"Haha, that felt so gooooood." 

The robber waved his hand as steam rose from his fingers. He cracked his neck before looking at the crowd. 

"So-"

A hand was placed on the robbers calf, fingers ripping the black fabric like paper. Mighty Man stood, an angered look littered across his face. The robber was flipped upside down in his wake, Might Man taking a scornful deep breath.

"Is that all you have to offer, I was expecting an actual hit."

His cheek was still perfect, and his stature was still strong. His cape majestically flapped before The superhero turned and threw him like a baseball. The roof to the station started to churn and break apart, the man was now unconscious, not a single doubt in anyone's mind.

Mighty Man was swarmed by citizens, some having comic books already ready to sign. Kip started toward his idol, a twinkle in his eyes. The battle was something he longed for, his thirst for heroism quenched. The rareness of witnessing one of the greats at work was breathtaking.

So watching the little dog run past the crowd toward the unconscious villain brought fear into his heart. The roof above was already threatening to fall. 

Kip kept his gaze down as he pushed hard against the backs of people.

"Hey watch it kid!"
