[A/N] Just a quick note, thank you all so much for all the comments on the novel. They really help me figure out if you, the readers, enjoy this novel and if it's something worth keeping up the effort on. I know the MC is clumsy and still fanboying out but just bear with me on this as I'm trying not to rush on the character development. Also, I hope you enjoy the title and the meaning behind it. *wink*
Superman was looking at the other senior members of the JL as they were discussing on whether to allow Milton to walk around Earth for a bit. They trusted him, a little bit, but with Lex Luthor putting a bounty on his head it was a tricky situation. The other thing was how Milton knew that while there some good people in the Marvel Universe, aka Earth 616, there were others who were much more willing to fill their pockets. Plus, there were some that would just do whatever they wanted because they can.
Batman had interviewed Milton and was looking for anyone they could get to possibly switch sides for money. Milton knew a few names, Deadpool, maybe Taskmaster if he was on hard times, The Punisher but he knew who to trust, and maybe Domino. Money talks and they would need a lot of it. 
"Don't worry about that Milton, I know someone with money that makes people talk."
"Yeah, I know. I'm just not sure I'm worth all the trouble I'm causing you guys."
"Milton, you possess knowledge on every member of the Justice League, past, present, and future as well as our secret identities and loved ones. We can't afford you getting in the hands of Lex Luthor or anyone else that is like Luthor in any way."
"You're right Batman. I'm sorry, I've just been trying to process all this. I went from running a comic bookstore to entering the comic book world. I just don't want to ruin anything, but I guess it's a little late for that."
"What happened to Hawk wasn't your fault. If I had to guess, you getting brought here gave you some kind of ability to "even things" in a fight or something that disables our powers. Why don't you go to the gym and relax? I'll talk things over with the others and figure out a plan."
"Ok."
Milton got up and walked back to his room so he could change and then head to the gym. Batman sat down and breathed a sigh relief as he had been struggling with a part of himself. Milton had all this knowledge and Batman was a little curious on what he could learn from Milton. However, something in him told him that asking Milton anything about each other was the last thing he should do. Martian Manhunter almost ended up in a coma from digging into Milton's brain. However, he was trying to be gentler and Batman knew there were some more forceful people who would want everything inside Milton's head. 
Milton had gotten into his gym clothes and was headed towards the gym when he bumped into Supergirl and Stargirl. Now that he had a better look up closely, both girls were insanely cute with long blonde hair and blue eyes. They chests were ample as were their hips and both girls stood at around the same height. Milton was gonna say something, but both noticed him before he could speak. 
"Hey Milton, where you headed?"
"Really Supergirl? He's going to the gym obviously. Open your eyes moron."
"You know what, how about we settle this in the ring? Or are you too chicken to take me on?"
"Wait, that's not fair. Supergirl has super strength unless you have dampeners in the gym to make things fair for sparring."
"Uh yeah, we do actually. Guess we don't need to tell you about those Milton."
Stargirl was really trying to rile up Supergirl while getting close to Milton so she wrapped her arms around Milton.
"Hey Milton, will you be our judge to decide a winner?" 
"Uh sure, I'll be ringside to make sure that things don't go too far."
Milton wasn't sure on this, but he felt that the girls were competing for his affection. He knew they did have a bit of a grudge because they had similar styles but Stargirl relied on tech while Supergirl was an alien. He was just gonna watch and end the scrimmage if things started to go south. Both girls agreed to meet at the gym, so Milton went ahead while the girls got changed. He started to get the ring set up and was able to figure out the dampeners when the girls showed up in their workout gear. They looked so good in their tank tops and yoga pants as the clothes weren't tight but form fitting, nonetheless. Milton was a little speechless, but he stayed calm and finished prepping the spar. Both girls popped in a mouth guard and put their gloves on with Milton's help. 
"Ring the bell Milton. Maybe we can do something after I wipe the floor with the alien bimbo."
"Bring it bitch."
Milton rang the bell and Stargirl rushed right for Supergirl. She threw a wide left hook and Supergirl was able to block it. The two girls were throwing and blocking punchers the entire first round. When the buzzer went off, Milton stepped between the two girls to separate them for a quick break. However, he had accidentally lowered one of the dampeners so when he got between the girls, Supergirl threw an uppercut right into Milton's ribs. He hit the ground like a sack of potatoes and was clearly in pain. Before Supergirl could say anything, Stargirl rushed to Milton and started to tend to him. 
"I-i-i didn't mean to, it was just an accident."
"Well, you're lucky we had those dampeners on, or you could've killed him. Why don't you go get someone to come help me get Milton to the med bay. I'd ask you to help me carry him, but you might hurt him even more."
Before Supergirl even left the ring, there was a loud shout coming from Milton.
"Enough!!!!! I'm so fucking sick and tired of you two bickering and arguing like fucking five-year olds with a playground crush. It caught me off guard, but it didn't hurt that bad. I'm pretty sure Supergirl won that spar so that's it. Both of you hit the showers and I'll walk myself to the med bay."
Milton got up and stepped out of the ring, leaving the two girls in the ring alone with their thoughts. They only looked at each other, put the boxing stuff away and went to their rooms to shower up.
Milton made his way into the med bay where one of the attendants looked at him. He had some bruising, but nothing was cracked or broken. 
"You got lucky, Kara packs a mean uppercut."
Milton looked at Superman, who walked into the med bay to check up on Milton. 
"How did you know I was here?"
"I saw you three in the gym on the cameras. I was worried because Supergirl and Stargirl have been known to get into it from time to time. You handled it better than I thought you would."
"Sorry that I snapped at them. I was just worried that they were gonna really hurt each other for some stupid reason. You guys are need every person able bodied and in ass kicking condition."
"Well, I'm not upset at them but if you feel bad about your response, why don't you take the two of them out for a bit of shopping? Batman gave me a credit card for you to use and has already made sure you won't run into any problems. Take the girls out for a night on the town. Just stay safe out there Milton."
"Will do, thanks Superman."
Milton walked back to his room and changed into normal clothes. Then he stopped by Supergirl's room first.
"Hey Supergirl, I'm sorry I reacted the way I did. I was gonna leave the Watchtower and look around the town. Did you wanna come with me?"
Supergirl was trying to hide her excitement. 
"Absolutely, just let me get ready."
Milton had her meet him at the teleport pads and went to Stargirl next. 
"Hey Stargirl, did you wanna join me for a late-night stroll around the city?"
"Hell yeah, let me get changed."
When Milton got to the pads, he released a big mistake on his part, he hadn't told either of the girls that the other was coming. 
"Fuck me man, I'm not gonna survive long in this world."
Both girls met Milton at the pads and while they were shocked that the other was there, they maintained their calm to avoid what happened in the boxing ring. After a flash of lights, the trio found themselves in an alleyway in Star City. 
They started walking around town and enjoying the sights when Milton made a realization, he was getting kinda hungry. That's when he noticed this little stand down the road.
"Hey look, a chimichanga stand. I could use something to eat."
"Uh, I think I'll pass."
"Same."
"Suit yourself."
Milton walked to the stand with the girls not far behind. However, when Milton got closer to the stand, he noticed a teenage boy slumped up against the side. Sadly, Milton walked right to the front without realizing it.
"Excuse me, is he ok?"
The person running the stand turned around and Milton damn near shit his pants.
"Hey Milly, I've been looking for you. I heard your head is worth quite a lot of money. I could buy so many new toys with all that mula. So, are you gonna come quietly or I am gonna have to get rough?"
"I don't know Wade; I don't want any trouble."
"Ha, trouble is my mid- wait, how do know my name?"
"That's why I'm worth a lot. Now, how about we have some tacos, drink some beer, and have a chat. I know about the voices."
"Well, I guess I can kill some time before I drag your Michelin man ass into baldy's place. Fuck it, your treat."
The girls saw Milton walk away with the strangest man they had ever seen. He was wearing a red and black suit with guns strapped to all sides and two swords on his back. Milton looked like he had just made a new friend, but the girls knew something was up. Milton and the stranger walked into a little Mexican restaurant and they followed close behind.

Milton Graves grew up in his dad's comic book store and eventually took it over. After a fire burned his shop to the ground and smoked him out, Milton awoke to find himself in the middle of the street. Before he could even think, two beautiful women with emerald skin were fighting. He recognized as comic book characters, but they were from different companies. How is this possible?



5 years later, Fire wings and Stargirl where going to the training center but they saw an active robbery at they world worst richest man in the world. Fire wings and Stargirl Zoooooomed of to action and THEN POOOOOOOOOOOOOOW from no where fire wings hit the robber. Next thing u 

you know the robber suddenly transformed into some kind of monster "Ahh shoot" said Stargirl. Firr wings tries to use fire to hit the robber but the robber blocked him. The robber had a limit of how long he can transform so he got out of there imidatly. Stargirl tried to go after him but she wasn't able to find him. Fire wings and stargirl got home and then Jada said "Dad we need new equipment and suits with a secret layer" then Fire wings said "You are right but it also sooooooooooooooo expensive"."Then I'm going to have to be working for a long tume so you have to handle all the crimes but if you need help then click this button and I'll be there very soon".It been 4 weeks seen the stoneman had not been seen. The Stoneman is the robber that tried to rob the world richest man. After 2 days The Stoneman had returned but he wasn't trying to rob or steel anything. He was trying to fight Fire wings. Stargirl had gotten to where The Stoneman was but he hadn't transformed yet."Hello there I would like to see your Partner Fire wings" said the Stoneman "you wanna see him u gotta go through me" said Stargirl.

Dark Flames was starting a robbery at the city bank he nearly got out with $7.9million but Fire wings arrived and gave him an early birthday present which was a speed punch. Then when he saw the Dark flames Fire Wings said "impossible!" "I thought I defeated him" Dark Flames heard him because he has superhearing, lightning, and speed."Remember Me," said Dark Flames. Fire wings were shocked because  lighting actually hit him. After all, lighting did hit Fire wings. He fell to the ground then Stargirl went for a really really strong point because she was soo angry. Fire Wings got up and said "Stargirl aim for the head" She tried punching the head but Dark Flames punched her and she got knocked out for a few min by the time she woke up Dark Flames was already gone. Fire Wings and Stargirl went to the house and Jada said "he his really strong" but Jada had noticed something. When she hit Dark Flames chest he fell and was weak for two seconds because she hit it softly."What if we hit his chest hard maybe we can take him out?" said Fire Wings. Jada said we can combine all our powers to hit him maybe that will give us time to take him to prison. The Next day Dark Flames was on his way to attack the precedent celebration party because he was just elected president and Dark Flames didn't like that. Fire Wings and Stargirl we're at the party. When Dark Flames arrived he was wearing a chest plate. When Fire Wings and Stargirls saw that he was wearing a chest plate it would be tough to aim for the chest." Everybody let's dance" said Dark Lord. When security was shooting no bullet was able to hit him cause he could see every single one of them "well that new" said Fire Wings. Stargirl and Fire Wings were trying to get the chest plate of him but he couldn't figure it out so he thought that they were just trying to attack him but finally, they got it off Dark Flames and used all their powers even turned into flames and aimed for his chest. The first time it didn't work so they did it the second time and he was knocked out. By the time he woke up, he was in prison and Fire Wings and Stargirl were back to saving the city of LA. When it was yard time in prison Dark Flames was in a lot of trouble because all the other prisoners were trying to kill him.

This fan fiction assumes that the main group of the MHA manga started attending U.A in the year 2014, the year the manga started serialization. It also makes the assumption that due to Quirks being around for several generations that science isn't completely up to where we are now as Quirks can do what would otherwise required innovation from science to create. In addition, this MC has his powers converted to Quirks and as such they require time and training to improve. Part of me wanted to smash my dumb alarm clock into tiny little pieces when it rang at 4:00 a.m. I know 4:00a.m is really early but I really needed time to gather up the energy and will power to get up and I also didn't want to be late for my first day of junior year. 


I really didn't get up till 5:30a.m. I just laid in the darkness and prayed a little.  
I had already planned my outfit the day before. It was a green cropped shirt I designed myself, a pair of high waist denim jeans and flat brown sandals. 
Then I did my braids into what I like to call "The Eternal Bun." 


It's just a normal bun, but I never style my hair differently so, yeah. Eternal bun. 


In case you haven't guessed I was really excited for my first day of school. Not because of friends or learning. It's cause I was one more year closer to leaving this town.


I couldn't wait. 


It's not that I hated this town I just didn't like the people who live in it. 
Wow.
That sounded harsh. But it's true. My town was filled with mean, annoying, slightly racist weirdos who misquote Bible verses and couldn't handle anything that was even slightly different from what their tiny little minds knew. 


Before I went downstairs I crossed off today's date from my calendar. 


I really was counting down the days to leave. 


I went downstairs to make breakfast for myself. 


By breakfast I mean some left over pie. 


I left a note for my mother to let her know I had gone to school. I put in my earphones and listened to I Look Up To You by The Lake while I quickly cleaned my bike. 


When I started riding I listened to Today and Tomorrow by Grace Vanderwaal. 


I like to ride my bike to school. It's the only time I've been able to be truly alone lately.

For a small town, there were a lot of teenagers. My school felt so crowded. On my way to my locker a group of girls said hi to me but I pretended like I didn't see. I just didn't like the energy I had to use to fake a smile and say hi back. 


When I got to my locker I was greeted by the only one of my friends I like. Juan Diaz. Is it a bad thing to not like your friends? Cause I sure as heck don't. They're all so pretentious. 


Juan isn't like that though. He's real.

"Hello? Is that all you have to say? I don't see you all summer and all you have to say is hello."

Juan went to Cuba for the summer to visit his grandparents. I didn't miss him though. He didn't let me. He sent me so many photos of himself and his grandparents. 


I bowed. "Oh forgive me your majesty for I have offended you."


He raised his hand. "It is okay peasant you have been forgiven."


We laughed so hard. 


You know that one person that no matter what could make you laugh and feel like everything is going to be alright? Well, for me, that was Juan. He was like the older brother I never wanted but was glad I had. He was my first friend. Which is sad cause we had only been friends for two years. It's not that I didn't try to make friends. I really did. But, when you live in a town like mine, if you're not like everyone else it's really hard to make friends and I was a really weird girl. In addition to that, my eyes were green. Green for crying out loud. And I'm black. How is that even possible? It was like I was sent to my town to be different. No one wanted to be friends with the demon 
girl with green eyes. 


So, yeah my life was sad. That's until I met Juan. He was a foreign exchange student from Cuba. We were partners in biology. He refused to dissect the frog but, I honestly was happy to give the sad frog the sweet, sweet release of death. I guess he liked my outlook on life cause after that, he never left my side. At a point I felt like he was following me. It was weird but, made me feel good. We've been friends ever since. 


The bell rang so we had to say bye till lunch.

I was at art class. It was my favorite class. I didn't even mind that it was the only class I got summer assignments. I was just finishing up a drawing I had been working an all summer for my assignment. We were to interpret our favorite things into art. I interpreted my favorite song To Build a Home by The Cinematic Orchestra. It was a house with a woman climbing up a tree and her daughter following her. The house looked like it was turning into dust. 
At the back of my drawing I wrote then lyrics to the song in cursive. 
I was so proud of it. It was the best artwork I had ever done. And I had done a lot of good artwork. 


I never really wanted to be an artist I just was it was one of the many things I poured myself into so I could ignore all the bullying. 


The deadline for the submission of my project wasn't until the next week. So, I decided to show Juan before I submitted. I knew he would say it was the most beautiful thing he had ever seen even if it looked ugly. So I kept it in my locker.

It was perfect cause it was a small university, within my family's budget and most importantly far, far away from my town. I know it's weird to look for a university at the beginning of junior year but, I wanted to make sure everything was perfect when it was time for me to leave. I also spent my summer designing outfits for school and helping out at our local hospital and helping my mother when I could. My father made it a case never to take me on expensive vacations. 
"No daughter of mine will be spoiled", he said. Weird old man. 


"Green? Are you listening?", Joanie tapped me. 


"Um, you said something about Hawaii."


"Yeah", she said and continued talking.

After school, Gabby invited me over to her house but, I said no. I just wanted to go home. 


Juan followed me home. I rode my bicycle and he walked beside me. 


"I just want to make sure you get home okay", he said. 


He's such a good brother... I mean friend.


We talked about school and our summers. I didn't tell him about Pacific University though. I didn't know how he would take me wanting to go to a different college than him and I really didn't want any drama today. I'd just tell him tomorrow or... On second thought I'll tell him when we graduate. He'd be too excited to be mad at me. 


When we got to my house I told him to come inside. There was no one home. My father is always away on business trips and my mother owns a bakery. Best pies in town. I don't have any siblings but I did have a bunny. I named her Quality Benedict Cumberbatch the first. I know. It's a weird name. I guess the weird name giving thing is hereditary. I call her Qually for short. She was white but,  had a black tail. Weird like me. I loved her as much as I loved Juan.

I could literally recite all the lines from that movie and I did but Juan didn't mind. He said I reminded him of Stargirl. I took that as a compliment cause I love Stargirl.

I guess I just didn't expect it to change so suddenly.

"So what do you want me to do?"
"Simple I will be giving you the same power and show you how to use it and you will, in turn, teach them how to use it. Of course, you will be in charge of all the speedster slaves in group 4, also known as the Speedster Squad. Understand?"
"Yes, master."

After signing the contract with Nora, M got the ability to tap into the speed force as well, and using the DNA manipulator powers he got from before, changed Iris's DNA to that of a speedster. After changing her DNA M taught her a bit about her powers and how to manipulate it and all the knowhow, M also told her that there was an interdimensional cable in the living room that she could use to watch how barry and her cloned self deal with their troubles. The interdimensional cable that M brought was an enhanced version of the one shown in Rick and Morty capable of accessing the omniverse instead of just only being able to see the multiverse.

M found Sara, Amaya, Mari, Stargirl, and Guinevere and told them they were assigned to group 1, also known as Home Defense Squad and that there were going to be subunits in this group later on. 

So in total, there were currently 4 groups.

Group 1 is the Home Defense Squad (HDS), the most diverse group with normal and meta-humans possibly aliens in the future, they responsible for the home's security in case of an attack or infiltration on home grounds.

Group 2 is the Attack Squad (AS), which is mainly made up of normal humans and they are in charge of attacking the enemy or capturing slaves.

Group 3 is the Intelligence Squad (IS), comprises of intelligent people only, they are in charge of all the science and technology research and they are also the eyes and ears on the internet. 

Group 4 is the Speedster Squad (SS), Made up of only speedsters, they are capable of helping the other groups in doing their job fast if needed and they also generally very smart due to the fact that they can learn and think at superspeed.

In the future, as they capture more slaves there will be more groups, subunits, and specialized groups. One group M is planning of having made is the AVA Squad literally made up of only Avas.

M went to group 3 and told them to try and improve the torture machines as well as the slave collar all the girls were wearing. After that M went to his room while talking with the system.
