"First of all you need a strong base to start from. You did great here, and this city will turn into the capital of your empire in the future," she said these words first before adding:
"As for what you lack, sigh you lack a lot. First you need to know that focusing on the army is good. An empire without a strong army defending it isn't considered an empire at all.
Yet empires won't be built on military alone. You need science, trade, and stable internal affairs; things I can say clearly that you lack."
Arthur just glanced at her deeply with just nodding. He came from a world where strength only mattered, as for all these things she spoke of; he didn't ever care about them.
"Science is one of the major bases of any empire. Without innovations you will always be one step behind everyone else. Science is a thing that can touch any other aspect here; be it military, citizen lives, or even trade. All depend to some degree on science.
To encourage science you need to look first for scientists. Frankly speaking they are rare after what those filthy invaders did to my world. But there are many still. You need just to focus your search upon them. Plus…"
She paused while giving him a meaningful glance. "The sky castle and those kids?" he asked.
"Yup, those are very crucial for your future. Most of them hailed from the ancient scientific families. Have you gained their trust yet?"
"Don't worry yourself about them," he simply replied, refusing to give her more details about these kids. Since the start, she showed great interest in the castle and those kids.
"Sigh," she helplessly shook her head with a long sigh, "after gaining their trust, and gathering more scientists, you can establish the academies."
"Academies?" he was surprised to hear this term from her. He came here to join the academy, and now she was speaking about him establishing one.
He knew nothing at all about academies to begin with!
"Not like your academy," Sara seemed to know more than he thought about the Dorgazine academy. 'Lilly,' he sighed inwardly as he knew from where did she gain such knowledge. 'I must have a word with her and everyone later,' he decided.
"The academies I meant are those interested in science and innovations. From these academies, inventions will be born, and you will be able to apply new things to various life aspects in your empire. But…"
She paused before adding, stressing on her next words with deeper tone, "this would take much time than you think, plus many resources and support. This is a future step, a giant step for you, so you should be patient and not rush things."
He noticed how much understanding she had towards these academies. "You can work as these academies chief," he proposed.
"Dean, it's called dean."
"Whatever, you will be their dean."
"That would be better indeed," she smiled as she hurriedly added, "when will you give me those kids then?"
He understood the reason behind her compliance. "Later," he vaguely replied, "what about trade?" he asked, shifting the topic away from this matter.
"Tsk," she glanced at him silently for a period before saying, "having currency is the core of any trade. Yet you don't own one."
"Tell me, genius, how can I have one?" he replied with the same look and tone she gave him. He wasn't challenging her, he really didn't know a thing about currencies!
The trade term he knew about was based on bargain, changing goods for goods with equal value.
"What do you know about trade then? Don't tell me you know nothing!"
"Bargain is the trade I know."
"Primitive," she said, in a mocking tone that he totally ignored. "Bargain isn't fair and subjective. Some goods might be priceless for you, pointless for others. Currencies solve this problem."
"How, genius?" he replied in the same mocking tone.
"Setting a unified version to value everything, people wouldn't bargain about goods. Simply a pricing system will be applied controlling everything. This way anyone inside your empire will be able to trade on equal terms, regardless of place and time."
"Seems interesting," he liked the idea, "how can I have this currency then?"
"A coin must be made first, easy for us to make, impossible for others to copy. You need to make sure you, and you alone, have the right to make this coin. Or else anyone would make forged coins and make you lose," she started to explain in detail before adding:
"Then you need to link it to something valuable. Not anything can be used to link to coins; and this is considered the toughest step in making any currency."
She paused, so he could absorb all she said, before adding:
"For example if you selected an ore from this world, and the next day another rival clan or empire found mines of this ore. The value of this ore would decrease, affecting your coin negatively.
So, you need to select something hard to find, very precious to anyone, and you have a way to gain it easily and cheaply, and above all in great quantity!"
"So I should look for ores from my world then?"
"Not only that, you also have to make sure it's not easy for dark clans to get their hands on it, or make trouble for you to get more of it."
He went into a period of silence thinking about something. 'I have ores inside my garden world! If I can find something rare and unique, then I would be the only one able to get hands on, plus no one would ever cause me trouble inside my garden world.'
This idea seemed much more appealing to him than going out and seeking the world for ores. "After finding this ore, what else should I do?" he asked, as he would give this task to Agnus living inside his garden.

"Mom. Mom. Mom!"
Violet's voice snapped Keeley out of her half asleep state. She was so tired. Her daughter looked at her expectantly and she realized she had probably been trying to talk to her.
"I'm sorry, Vi. Could you repeat that?" she asked in a weary voice. 
"I said I need a ride to Noah's house. He needs help on his science fair project," Violet replied impatiently. "What's with you? You've been such a space case lately."
Keeley couldn't deny it. She hadn't missed any major commitments and let her kids or friends down—thank goodness—but she was pretty out of it. Her mind was either back in the lab or on a tropical island somewhere.
She needed a vacation so badly but wasn't likely to get one until the current trial finished. Then she might be able to take a week off.
"Work is getting to me," Keeley confessed. "Don't worry about it though. I'm fine."
Violet scrutinized her. "You're not fine. You are clearly in desperate need of a vacation. When does your trial end?"
"The end of March."
"Perfect! We can go somewhere for spring break. If you plan this far ahead there's no way your boss could say no. You usually have a couple weeks between trials anyway to write the report for the FDA, right?"
Keeley sighed. Yes, but the entire two weeks was spent writing. She supposed her research assistants knew the material well enough to do most of it if she did take a week to get away. All she would have to do is triple check everything when she got back.
She had become nearly as severe of a workaholic as Aaron had been in their first life. She needed to take time off for the sake of her sanity and to focus on her family for a while.
"Sure, Vi. I'll ask Doctor Butler," Keeley promised. 
Her daughter smiled and flipped her ponytail over her shoulder. "Great! Now take me to Noah's please."
Leaving the other kids in the care of their older brother, Keeley went down to the basement and started up the car. This would be so much easier once Violet and Kaleb could drive. They were only a little over a year away now!
Aaron could obviously afford to get them each their own car. Violet could drive herself to ballet or the Singletons' place whenever she wanted. Kaleb could take himself to all of his sports practices. They might even be persuaded to help chauffeur their siblings.
Would it be easier to hire another driver? Probably. But after Henry died driving the car Keeley was in she felt like she couldn't risk anybody else's life. Aaron hadn't been able to persuade her otherwise.
When she dropped her daughter off, she briefly stopped in to say hi to Jennica. They caught up for a few minutes (they had barely seen each other two days ago) and Jennica offered to have Violet stay for dinner.
She or Cameron could drop her off afterwards in exchange for the help she was giving Noah on his project. Both of them were hopeless when it came to science, which was why he had conscripted his best friend.
Like her mother, Violet had a natural aptitude for science. The difference was that she didn't enjoy it. Her science grades were always at the top of the class though.
Keeley left Noah's project in her daughter's capable hands and went home to lie down. Aaron should be home soon; he could handle the kids for a little bit while she ordered some takeout. She definitely did not have enough energy to cook tonight.

"I've done enough science fair projects in my day that I've compiled a list of ideas for you," Violet said as she pulled a neatly folded piece of paper out of her back pocket.
She handed it to her best friend who read it eagerly. As he did, she sat cross-legged on his bed and sighed. Her mom's blatant exhaustion was contagious. Now she was tired too.
It must be hard balancing a career and a family. Her mom never missed a single event or skipped out on driving her kids to their activities even if she was a bit spacey lately. It had definitely taken a toll on her.
To be perfectly honest, it was part of why Violet had chosen to be a ballerina. Of course she loved to dance—it was her favorite thing to do—but something about the timeline appealed to her. Dancers typically retired before the age of 35.
Violet could dance to her heart's content for a while and then get married and focus on being a mom. Once her kids were older, she could be a dance teacher or something. Provided she was even able to find a husband.
At age fourteen, she had never been asked on a date. Tons of other eighth graders she knew had boyfriends or girlfriends. So why did no one want her? She had specifically worked on not keeping to herself so much!
She was at an age where she wondered what it was like to love and be loved. It was hard not to considering how lovey dovey her parents were all the time. Was it so bad to imagine having something like that for herself?
The romance novels she had been into recently didn't help matters. Despite her cold exterior, Violet was actually quite sensitive.
She squealed to herself reading about all of the cute things in her novels when no one else was around. How romantic would it be if a handsome guy did those sorts of things with her? Ah, she couldn't wait for the day she had her epic love story.
Speaking any of those thoughts aloud was impossible though. Her brothers would never let her hear the end of it. Violet would talk to her mom about it if she wasn't so obviously worn out; she didn't need anything else to worry about right now.
"What about the teeth stains one? That seems easy enough to do," Noah said, jolting Violet out of her thoughts.
"Oh sure. Just make sure you have a hypothesis beforehand. Like which liquids would stain teeth the most ranked down from there," she said absentmindedly.
He narrowed his eyes at her. "Are you alright? You were totally zoned out there for a minute."
"Yeah, I was just thinking about something."
She certainly couldn't tell Noah her worries about romance. He was a boy. He wouldn't get it.
At least he probably wouldn't tease her like Kaleb did. Nobody teased more than her twin. Noah typically defended her when he did it within earshot and her brother always called him a spoilsport or a suck up or lame. Violet didn't think sticking up for someone made them lame. She always let her friend know she appreciated it somehow.
"What could you be thinking about that made you look like that?" he persisted.
Violet hid her embarrassment by being brusque. "Do you want my help on this project or not? Focus, Noah!"
"Right, sorry."


Keeley, a simple plain Jane, hits the jackpot.  [No, she did not win the lottery!]  At least that's what she thinks when she marries the most eligible bachelor in New York City: Aaron, a wealthy cold-hearted heartthrob and Tycoon. 

She wants to show the world that she deserves her position and bends over  backward to fit into his world.

One beautiful day, Aaron hands her a document asking her to sign.  A divorce paper...

The next morning, the Sullivans showed up early and along with Mrs. Kane followed Gramps to the Stellar Support Center. 
Gramps drove in his car by himself, followed by the Kanes, and then the Sullivans.
It was a two-hour drive to the Center, but to the kids, it seemed like it only took a few minutes. 
They came to a security gate, Gramps was immediately recognized and he explained to the security guard he was bringing two new students. 
The guards gave the Kanes and Sullivans a day pass for parking as well as a guest name tags. 
Dr. Yu Wong, Gramps, had a private parking spot at the front. Visitors had to park more toward the back lot, so he had to wait for them to find parking spots and meet him at his car. 
The kids were excited as they looked around. Texas geography is a flat plain. It means you can see quite a distance from anywhere you're standing.  
From the parking lot, they saw the main school building and various sports fields. 
There were kids training and working out. Mini and Kyle's little brothers would point excitedly every time they saw someone flying or moving at superseded. 
One person picked up something the size of a car and tossed it like it was as light as a pillow. The dent in the ground it left when it crashed to the ground, revealed it was actually very heavy. 
The Stellar Support Center used to be an old Junior College, but the college moved locations, and Gramps and Dr. Edington bought the place. 
Along the way, Gramps would point to different buildings and explain what kind of classes were held in those buildings. 
"Over there in that four-story building we have our science classes. The science classes start out as basic science on the bottom level and advanced sciences are located on the top floor. 
The kids range from as young as five-years-old, to as old as eighteen. We don't offer adult classes right now. We're planning on an adult facility. We have military contracts and we'll get someone from time to time from them. 
Those people are trained in that little one-story building over there. We don't usually have more than five or ten people at any one time. 
Those adults are not allowed around the children. Their mess hall, quarters, and training facility are all in that building. We have a special field for their training behind the building that you can't see from here. 
Some of them have apartments or houses provided by the military in town so they can stay with their families. Single men and women stay in the building. 
Let's go into the gymnasium."
The Sullivans and Kanes followed Gramps into the gymnasium. They found seats in the stands. It was a very large gymnasium, but it looked like a typical gym. The squeaky sound of sneakers could be heard. Kids were playing basketball currently and looked like they were having a great time. 
Samira was taken by how happy everyone looked. She didn't see anyone being bullied, even weak-looking kids and strong looking kids were getting along. 
"What's the school's position on bullying," Mr. Sullivan asked. 
"We don't allow it. If you look at the kids, every one of them has a bracelet. The bracelet allows them to call for help if they feel they are in danger. 
The bracelet also monitors their situation and if it detects unusual bio readings, an officer is dispatched to check on the child. 
We teach the kids to control their powers, to do that kids need to feel safe. It's fundamental to our approach and we've had a great deal of success," Gramps said. 
After watching for a while, Gramps led them into another building. In this building, kids were being evaluated. They stood in the hallway and observed from the outside. Every child being evaluated had two to three trainers working with them. 
Some of the children were being examined by strange devices, and others were using their powers to accomplish different types of tasks.
"One of the most important things is to understand the body of the kids. Sometimes an inability to control their power is a result from a problem in their body. 
Those problems are usually overcome through exercise and creative training programs. 
There are also students whose problem has more to do with psychological issues, early childhood traumas, and such. We approach their treatment in a different way."
"Dr. Yu, for those kids where training and exercise doesn't help them with their power control; what do you do?" Mrs. Kane asked. 
"Sometimes a child needs surgery. We consult with the student's parents and their family doctor when making our recommendation. If the parents agree, the child will undergo surgery."
"What happens if the parents don't want surgery?" Mrs. Kane asked. 
"Then we can sometimes help the control issues with pills. To be frank, surgery is a rare solution, but when we suggest it it's pretty much the last option for the student. Either they have the surgery or we're unable to help them. 

If it comes down to that then we prepare the student for the lifestyle they'll need to live. However, so far no one has refused surgery when we recommended it." Gramps said. 
The tour of the facility was very interesting for the parents and the kids. Dr. Yu helped Kyle and Samira register and led them to their dormitory. Their parents and siblings said their goodbyes and left. 
Kyle was assigned a room with a boy name Lemonjello. He wasn't there at the moment so Kyle put his things away and sat on the free bed. 
About an hour after his mom left, Gramps came to the door.
"Ok, kid, let's get to work. We've already wasted a couple of days."
It was about an hour before dinner. Gramps led Kyle to a building he didn't show the tour group.
"This is my private training facility, this is where you're going to train for the next month. You will eat your meals here and study here. You will go back to your room at night to rest. 
"This whole place was created with one thing in mind and that was to train you! You are not going to enjoy this." Gramps laughed sadistically.

It's not so easy to make it as a superhero these days. In the golden age of heroes, it didn't matter what kind of ability you had. 

If you had an ability, dressed up in bright colors, and came up with a crazy name; you had it made. You were a hero. 
The world isn't so simple anymore. Kyle Kane is finding life as a teenage superhero to be worse than a pimple on prom night. 

Eliminated from his team and forced into normal classes, Kyle's F class powers have doomed him to harassment and mediocrity.  Then one day, he gets a cranky message from a system. "I'm your system, congratulations, blah blah blah."

Is this Kyle's chance or just another new way to be humiliated?

"How was it?" Chen's eager gaze locks on to me. He's almost like a puppy asking for praise, I feel my heart warm.
"Great, really great. Those kids were eating it up."
"Thanks!" His face blossoms into a smile. "I really love kids, they're so adorable."
"Want any of your own?" I ask, glancing at him through the corner of my eyes.
"Huh? Well, I don't know. I mean, not biologically since I'm, you know, gay. But maybe I'll adopt one. Who knows what could happen!" He shrugs. "Anyway, did you think that what I said about math and science was okay? Like, I was just trying to say that not everything is for everyone. I didn't mean that like STEM is bad or anything. Oh I hope I didn't dissuade anyone from going into STEM or anything!" His feet tap the floor agitatedly.
"You were fine. They're kids. Don't overthink it."
"And do you think the ugly duckling comparison was okay? There were some middle schoolers there along with the elementary school kids so I wasn't sure about that one. It wasn't too childish?"
"It's was fine." A sudden thought hits me. "So you compared yourself to the ugly duckling?"
"Huh? Oh, yeah." 
"So that means you're now a swan? Are you praising yourself?" I grin.
"What? No! I didn't mean it like-I mean, I just meant that I couldn't fit the mold my parents had for me I didn't mean-"
"Okay swan Chen."
"Stop! I was just using it as a comparison. Anyway, are you sure it was okay???"
"It was fine."
"You're just being perfunctory!" He pinches my arm.
"Well what do you want me to say?" I ask as I make a turn. "I already said it was great."
"Fine." He pouts, crosses his arms, and leans back in his seat. He's silent for a few minutes. Then "are you sure it was-" I burst into laughter.  
We reach home and Chen heads straight for his room, I assume to work on his story. I walk into my room, there's a couple assignments I still have to finish. I pull out the chair and sit in front of the desk. It's empty except for my laptop and looks neat but the minute I switch on the laptop my 50 or so tabs jump out at me. I get started on them, responding to emails, crunching numbers, recording data, writing, filling out applications. 
Now it's just me alone in this room with the tablet containing a seemingly unending set of assignments to finish off. Now the thoughts that I'd deliberately suppressed earlier start creeping into my mind. 
Why am I doing this? Why am I in business and computer science? Chen has this amazing life story, a reason behind everything while I seem to have just fallen into it. I'm good at it, otherwise I wouldn't have gotten hired by a top firm so fast but...when did I first think of pursuing this? 
A mental image pops into my head of my parents surrounding me at 13. 
"Ramayan, if you choose a profession it should be in math or science okay?"
"Ramayan all the jobs are going to those with computer skills."
"Ramayan, the highest paying jobs are all in Stem."
"Ramayan-
Bzzz. Bzzzz. My phone buzzes from within my pocket and I fish it out. Speak of the devil, I sigh and answer it.
"...Hello Appa?"
"Ah, Ramayan. How are your studi-"
"I know Amma asked you to call again. What is it?"
"Well..."
"Appa what is it?"
"Your Amma has arranged for you to meet a friend's daughter." Silence. Seriously? Now she's not even going to ask, she's going to just set it up?
"Appa-"
"Ram, your Amma is really worried about your Patti. Please try to understand. She just wants you to try this out to give Patti some peace of mind-"
"Fine." I massage my brows.
"and you-what?"
"I said fine." 
"You, really?" Then, fearing I may change my mind, he quickly adds. "It's this Sunday. You're usually free on Sundays right? I'll send you the details." Click. He quickly hangs up before I'm able to say anything further. I place the phone down, then heavily lean my forehead against the wall.

Note: Volume 1 and 2 are two separate stories happening to different people in the same university. The characters intersect in one chapter. Then, volume 3 involves all three. 

Volume 1:
Twenty two year old Ram has got it all, he's intelligent, athletic, social, and he's just been hired by a well known consulting firm. Life would be perfect...if his grandmother weren't ill and if his mother didn't think she'd be miraculously cured by him getting an Indian girlfriend on the premise of marriage. Still, Ram trudges on...until he meets Chen. Whimsical, openly gay, and following his dreams of being a novelist, Chen is the complete opposite of Ram. Yet, he has nothing to do with Ram until a sudden accident brings them together.
Volume 2:
"I'll be your eyes." Ever since elementary school when the soft spoken brunette said that to him, looking very like the model of a super hero in a comic book, Jason hasn't been able to forget it. And as the seasons changed and everyone faced the inevitable phenomenon of "growing up" Jason kept his slowly failing eyes desperately trained on his hero, following him through high school and onto college. Now, a senior about to graduate, will Jason possibly be noticed by his hero? Or will his love life fail just like his eyes slowly turning blind...
Volume 3
Chen isn't crazy. At least he doesn't think he is. But he considers the characters he writes about real, very much so. He wants his boyfriend to understand this but it's harder than he expects until he and Ram join the literary club for their annual camping trip and...he, Ram, Jason, and Arev are sucked into the world of his books.

Arizona, 2001.

                  In a small bedroom, a handsome young man is looking at his naked upper body in thought, he has black night hair, sky blue eyes, and a sunny muscular handsome face, he's about 2/3 American and 1/3 Chinese which added to his charm, his body muscules is well developed compared to his age, if someone who doesn't know him see him now, he would never think that the boy in front of him is a 10 years old kid but a teenager who is 13 to 14 years old. Just as he was thinking he heard a loud very coming from the kitchen: "Jack Parker you're gonna be late for school, come down to eat your breakfast" 


hearing the woman, Jack flashed a touch of tenderness in his eyes as he said: "Ok Sam, I coming"
he then wore his shirt and Jacket and went out from his room, but before he could descend he heard Sam saying: "Jack brings that lazy girl with you".


Jack turned back to his room, only to see a beautiful girl changing her clothes, she shouted: "brother Jack help me with this dress it's stuck"


Jack shook his head helplessly and said: "ok..ok and why are you wearing a dress to school anyway"
she shouted  in a voice that only he can hear: "but..but I like it, I want to show it to my friends"
Jack: "Ashley it's not that I will stop you but it's Sam who will do so.", Jack felt helpless, he never thought that taking care of his 'twin' sister would make her so attached to him always coming to him for anything, but he also loved her, and because he never turned her off from any request and this is one of the reasons she's so attached to him, also since we are still 10 years old kids, we live in the same room in two separate beds, but this never stopped her from sneaking to my bed when she has a nightmare. Jack felt normal, in the end, Ashley is still a little girl and in Jack's past life his kids always come to him when they have a nightmare, so he pretty much knows how to comfort a little kid.


 Jack picked up some nice clothes from the closet and said: "Ashley take this one, you will be very beautiful if you wear it.", Ashley looked at the clothes in Jack's hand and said earnestly: "ok, help me take this stupid dress off", Jack shook his head and started helping his sister.


10 min later, Jack and Ashley went to the kitchen for breakfast.

Sam looked at her two kids with deep love, she never imagined that she could raise two kids by her own, in fact, she always felt that Jack was the one who took care of her and Ashley, never disappointing them and always caring for them, he never cried or complained about anything, for the first time in her life she felt that taking Jack from that spaceship was the most correct choice she has ever made, she said: "hurry up your breakfast is going to get cold, and you're gonna be late for school".


"ok Sam", "ok, mom"

In the past 9 years, if I want to describe my life, I can only say one word "ordinary", I spent it like any other kids should, except taking care of my young new mom and sister and training my body under the sun, everything is cool and normal, my body kept absorbing sun radiation but strangely I didn't feel any different from a normal human being I thought there was something wrong with my body until Selvy told me that my body won't start showing extraordinary power until I reach 10 years old, and my birthday happens to be tomorrow the 5th of September 2001, so according to Selvy from that moment on I can expect my abilities to surface at any time, my strength will rise like a rocket and everything that superman should have will surface as I keep absourbing the sun radiation, besides this, I trained all my abilities except for Rune science, star forging, and hot weapon mastery, all other skills have been raised by a couple of levels, there are also some changes in property panel, because according to my understanding all kind of science should not have any upper limit so I talked about it with Selvy and she in turn agreed and replaced the upper limit with an ∞ symbol, as for other common skills, Selvy told me that an ordinary human being can only reach Lv.10 because of the limitation his body puts on him, if he want to go beyound Lv.10 he needs to upgrade his body according to the skill he has. I also integrate my Critical thinking and Deduction skills in my daily life which in turn gave me a photographic memory as time passed, my strength has also reached the peak my current body could withstand.

                    Today, I am only having school in the morning while the afternoon is all mine, which is great as I will start cultivating the star forger technique, I have been studying this technique for 9 years trying to have a deeper understanding of it so that my start can be smooth, although school was boring and the knowledge I have in my mind that I Inherited from the universe can throw any scientist miles away, but it is still one of the places that make me feel relax and normal, in the end, who never wished to return to his childhood, besides this, I am also a little famous in school, in the end, I am smart, strong and handsome at the top, so you can understand my charm, of course, this is only in the circle of teachers, as for these little devils, they only have adoration in there eyes when they look at me and some of them envy me, but I never take these things in my heart, especialy after I finished school and went to my place of training, afcourse I sent my little Ashley back home first.

In a deserted place full of sand a shadow can be seen running, his speed was very fast, he went straight inside a normal looking cave but once he went inside an entirely new world has shown itself, the inside is full of cold weapons, from stick and swords to spears, in the middle of the cave a giant training ground with an open roof that let the sunshine on the inside, what is weird about this cave is that if you looked at it from the outside you will not notice anything abnormal about it, not even the hole in the roof, as for why is that, it's because of the knowledge of rune science he inherited from the last universe, Rune science is very magical but logical at the same time, it shows how to channel the energy of the universe by inscribing Rune lines and creating a complete rune of the energy you hope to control, there are 6 main elemental runes:

Once I arrived at the center of the training room, I took a deep breath to calm down, moments later I started running the method of star forger, I felt all the solar energy that I absorbed in the past 9 years boiling, my skin turned red, white smoke started coming out from every pore in my body, I felt so much pain in the process that I wished to kill myself to end this pain, but this feeling has gone as fast as it came, what I felt after this pain is the pleasure of my body getting stronger every second at a rapid rate, my muscles kept expanding, getting bigger and firmer, my hight has reached an astoniching 1,85m which made me look like muscular boy who was trained by his bodybuilder father from an early age, but this didn't last long when black matter started coming out from my pores covering my entire body, these are the impurities that I have accumilated in the past 10 years with genes that are unwanted or worthless to my growth, this allowed my body to return back to its normal look, my hight has shrunk back by 30 cm reaching 1.55m which is 1.5 cm higher than before, my muscles became more stream-like, firm and beautiful, my five senses has reached another level, I can hear everything within 500m, I can see the small particles of dust within a 500m.


after more than 30 min I finally took a deep breath only to smell a very disgusting odor coming out of my body, and because my sense of smell has been upgraded to an inhuman level the impact of this odor was 100 of times worst. Without further delay, I went directly to the prepared small lake and jumped in.

 1 hour later, I went out feeling very refreshed, my mind was very clear like never before, I felt everything about my body has been upgraded by 10 times, not only this because I felt that this strength belongs to me and I won't lose it even if I stopped absorbing the solar radiation, I was so excited that Called out loud: "Selvy show me my panel "

I looked at the panel in shock I never thought that the 10 times means ten times in speed and spiritual powers, this is simply an all-round upgrade, not only this, I feel my body absorbing the solar radiation way faster than before, but the because in the first place I never felt my body absorbing sunray, which means that the stronger my body the faster my absorption rate, the clearer I felt it, and if I am not wrong then the capacity of my cells have been widened by 10 times and this is the reason why I absorb Solar radiation 10 times faster, Jack said: "Selvy, is my analyze true"

Selvy: "Jack you are really smart, without any tools you stimulated your theories in your head, not only that, because of your brain development, all the skills that are related to using intelligence will go beyond the limit of ordinary people."

"Roll out, kids! One minute late and you all get detention!" The Gym Teacher popped into their Science class and called them all out. All 40 kids in the room groaned as they got up and stuffed their books back in their bags.
The Science teacher dropped his chalk and looked at the Gym teacher, "What the hell are you doing, taking kids from my class?"  
The Gym teacher laughed her head off and patted the Science teacher. She turned around and fished a letter from her back pant pocket and slipped it inside his coat, "Read it when you get time." She held his gaze for a while and winked before calling out the students again.  
One of the popular boys in the class saw this exchange and walked over to the dumbfounded Science teacher and punched his arm lightly, "Good luck with that, Mr G." He chuckled noisily and made his way out to Gym, swinging his varsity jacket over his shoulder.  
One of the girls in the class was the last one to leave. She walked over to the Science teacher who had flopped down on his chair by now and watched his students leave his class midway one by one.  
The girl bent down and reached for the letter from his pocket but he swatted her hand away. Her face fell and stood up straight, "What are you hiding from me, dad?"
The Science teacher met his daughter's gaze, "It's none of your business, sweetheart."
She frowned, "But it is Mom's business right? What will you do to me if I let her know of this?" she stuttered, glancing at the whit popping out of his pocket.  
He shook his head toward the classroom door, "Get out, dear. I don't want you to get detention."
"Fine, but don't come to my room until you give me an explanation," she finalised and stomped out of class, clearly disappointed with her pain of a dad.  
She knew there was something going on with the two most good looking teachers of her university, her dad and the dazzling gym teacher. But she didn't know it would turn out this way.
What would happen to her reputation within the campus?  
"It's close to broken," she told herself as she stepped into the field wearing her gym clothes. But her jaw and heart dropped as she saw that the game had already started. She facepalmed and looked around for the Gym teacher.  
She had her hands on her curvy waists and was clapping at her students to run faster and kick the ball into the goal. Sensing someone was watching her, she turned her head around and met the late girl's pitiful expression.  
She lifted her left hand and pointed over to a point in the bleachers, 'Stand there,' she mouthed and the girl obliged and walked over with a million thoughts in her head.  
'My 6 page essay, my photography project, my fanfiction and my date with my bestfriend…' she slapped herself, 'All gone to dust just because of detention by myself.'  
She walked over to an empty spot in the bleachers and stared at the game sadly. Her best friend was there and so was her 2 year crush, Reese Xiao.
He was tall, had dimples on both his cheeks that appeared when he smiled that sunshine smile of his. He was caring, he was kind and everything a girl like her wanted all her life. He was helpful and did all his works diligently. Once, he even picked up a cheerleader during the last five minutes of the game to drop her in the clinic because the paramedic had fainted because of dehydration.
Their team lost that day and everyone was super down but this girl, her heart pounded for him and he was all she thought about day and night.  
But there was a catch…
Reese Xiao didn't notice her even once!  
'It's like I'm invisible…' she sighed and stared at Reese lift the bottom of his shirt and wipe his face. 'Oh my god, I'm going to die…' she looked away turning a scarlet red.  
Her head flew to the side as she felt something hit the side of her head, "Ow…" she groaned and tried to regain her footing. Her balance toppled and she fell on to the turf. She almost heard her arms crack.  
"Help…" she croaked and looked around. She saw a tall boy standing in the shady part of the bleacher, where a huge tree canopy created a shadow on the ground. She reached towards him and called out, "Please, can you help me out?"  
He wasn't all that far away and should have heard her call. He turned the other way, ignoring her.  
"Please, I think I got a fracture…"  
Still, the boy didn't budge.
She winced in pain and dropped her arms in pain. She saw a tennis ball on the turf a few feet away from her. Who had thrown this at her?  
She couldn't move. Her eyes looked up at Reese Xiao among the crowd and saw him playing, fully immersed.  
One boy didn't even notice her. Another strange boy did, but wasn't helping her out.  
After a while, soft hands gripped her shoulder and picked her up and helped her sit on the bleacher.  
She looked up at the person to say thank you but seeing that it was the Gym teacher, her words ran back down her throat. Instead, she simply smiled.  
"Where are you hurt, little girl?" she asked in her cute accent, looking her over.  
'I'm not a little girl…' she sighed and smiled wider at her, "Just a scratch on my right arm I guess."
"Can you move it?"  
She tried to move her arm and it hurt a little. Then the Gym teacher knew that it was a fracture.
The next minute, she was in the clinic as the doctor treated her fracture delicately.  
After that was done, the teacher looked at her and smirked, glancing at her cast, "This doesn't mean you are escaping from detention, little girl."
She pouted and drank her lemon juice timidly, "What's the punishment, ma'am?"
"You still have your right hand. And there's another late comer in detention with you. You both can clean all second floor classrooms. You will not leave until you're done and the staff gives you the permission slip to leave."
She gulped. Second floor classrooms? The classrooms where the primary kids study? Oh god, she has passed by those classrooms before and they're always a mess!
She nodded sadly, accepting her fate and made her way to the last class of the day.  
As the sun had started its descent her best friend hugged her tight.  
And who was her best friend?  
None other than Shella Roselin, the craziest, funniest and creative person ever. She owned the trending fashion line, Forell, and had her own company which she ran all on her own. She swooned for literally any amazing fashionable boy she saw and loved watching K-dramas. She loved spending time with her best friend and was slowly gaining fame on RyuTube too, with her ASMR mukbangs.
She was perfect, unlike her best friend.
She looked pretty even while crying a bit and hugging her best friend, "Don't stress your hand much okay? I need you to be safe so we can compensate for today's shopping spree this weekend."
Her best friend pursed her lips and nodded happily, "I will not let you down, Shells."
And she left, swinging her designer handbag and walking out of school.  
Our detention girl stuffed her bag in her locker and took the stairs down to the second floor to meet her detention partner so that they can get this over with. She stopped midway and closed her eyes smiling, "Oh my god, how nice would it have been if it was Reese…"
But she already knew that was a fantasy, Reese was too perfect to be late like her.
She continued her steps down and saw the second floor empty except for one person holding two towels and a mop on the other hand. A bucket also sat next to his leg.
She narrowed her eyes to see who it was and gritted her teeth when she finally understood. No wonder he was standing by the bleachers earlier.  
It was that boy who had ignored her.  
Chapter 2 Little Poker Face
She strode over silently and grabbed the towel from his hand. She pulled once, twice and he didn't let go. Just stared down at her from his shade of a hoodie. The girl finally looked up at him and spoke, "Give it to me."
His eyes flitted to his right and fell on her cast. Letting out a breath, he finally let go and she pulled the towel and walked inside the first classroom to clean the mess up.  
Her jaw dropped for the second time that day as she saw the hell that was created inside. Crayons were scattered everywhere and a few tables were toppled over and stacked on top of one another. 


Ashe lived her whole life hiding under the blankets, taking down notes at the back of her class, and secretly mastering coding in the corner of her room. She was never in the spotlight. 
Until, six boys from a forgotten VR Game somehow come to life.

Mr. Myers is my English teacher. He can be a bit eccentric and hyper but the students still love him. Everyone can tell that he has a passion for teaching. He rarely looks unhappy. Even when a student gets on his nerves, he finds a way to stay positive. Boy oh boy, I wish that I could stay calm like that all the time. Anyways, I enter class get seated in my desk. The bell doesn't ring for another 10 minutes so I was here early. I decided to work on some math homework. The exact questions that Mrs. Granger had on the board were on the front page. I finished it quickly, double checked, and went on to the next eight questions. Mr. Myers came up to me and said, "Hey, Mira! How's it goin'?" I looked up and said, "I'm okay Mr. Myers, and you?" He grinned and said, "I'm good. Since you're so good at math, why don't you enter the math competition?" I shook my head and said, "Sorry, Mr. Myers but I'm not interested." Before he went back to his desk, he tapped my homework and said, "You have so much potential, Mira. Don't let those other kids get to you." I nodded my head and said, "I know." I stopped doing my math homework to think for a second. Mr. Myers doesn't understand. Talk about boldness, I did think about doing the competition but I don't do well with pressure AND limited time. The real reason is that I don't want another thing for the kids to make fun of me for. Sure, I get on the white kids side a few times, but they don't truly accept me. If I won, they would think I'm stuck up and better than them. However, my mind along with some others are different then the common Anglo-Saxon individual. There is no color in my mind. The is only one race, the human race. How long will it take for everyone to accept us...to accept me? The bell rang and interrupted my thoughts. Everyone else stormed into the classroom, then class started soon afterwards. Today, we talked about analyzing and interpreting literature. My love for reading and daydreaming has paid off. I understood most, if not all of what Mr. Myers. Sometimes I like to learn about new things before they are taught. Call me stuck-up or smartass but that's just me. I am who I am and I won't change anything about it for the world. Whenever the teacher asked a question, I got it right. There were times where paper balls and names were being thrown at me but I stayed calm. I couldn't stoop to their level and be "the uncontrollable mixed girl". Mr. Myers always allows us to read or talk quietly with friends. Nobody in class wants to talk to me so I either talk with the teacher, continue reading a good book, or try to rest my eyes. Today, I choose to rest my eyes because I was tired. Not physically tired, mentally. 

I was sick of all the hate in this world for race. There's not a day that goes by that I don't think about it. Dad wants be to stay strong while Mama thinks we should still go back to the North. I am like the son that Dad never had. I know Mama has a right to be scared but Dad is right. I shall not be moved. I won't give up so easily. I will not give in to the "superior race" and their twisted thoughts about how blacks and whites cannot mix. The bell rang and it was time for Science. 

Mr. Stark was my science teacher. This old man had more energy than a bus full of kids on a Friday. Today's lesson was about inertia and physical force. Mr. Stark made us watch a video, had a short lecture, then made us work on a packet individually. We were allowed to use the book underneath our desks so it was easy work. I was the second person finished and decided to finish that math homework. Before class ended, Mr. Starks looked directly at me and said, "Mira Washington, I would like to have a word with you." I nodded my head and said, "Yes, sir." When the bell rang and the students left Mr. Starks asked if I was going to enter in the science competition. I looked at him for a second. Mr. Starks is sort of fake. He'll act all racist and commanding during class but when he talks to me privately he shows no hate at all. When we first met, he asked me to forgive him because he had to maintain his "white dignity". Anyways, I responded to Mr. Stark and said, "No sir, I am not interested. " Mr. Starks looked confused and asked me why. I know that I would breakdown if I explained to him what was going on inside my head so I simply said, "I just don't want to, sir. I don't wish to engage myself in these type of activities at the moment." He gave me a similar look to Mr. Myers, took a deep breath, looked at ceiling, then said, "So you know you have potential but you don't appreciate it? C'mon, Mira. I know you can do this. Don't be ridiculous, just be yourself and try your best. That's all that matters." I responded by saying, "Well, I could say the same for you, Mr. Myers." He gave me a sorry look but it doesn't fix the way he acts toward me in class. I got up and left the room. 

I had so much rage but I couldn't blow up till after school. I wanted to cry...I wanted Atlas. Instead of finding him, I sucked up my emotions and took deep breathes. Holding in emotions is such a talent. People can never understand how I am feeling with my straight face. I took my last breathe then entered history class with 2 minutes left to spare.
