As the user becomes more advanced, these branches may grow. Here are some levels that other empaths have displayed having/may gain:
Clairaudience - Some Empaths have displayed the ability to not only feel emotions, but also "hear" the heightened thoughts associated with that specific emotions. This is probably due to the fact that both cortices (emotional and mental) so closely relate to one another. An example would be if an empath senses two spouses aiming a lot of hatred towards one another. The empath might get the echo of thought along with that emotion (E.g. "I cant believe he's cheating on me after all these years"). However this is not to be confused with Telepathy. An Empath can only get visionary "echoes" related to certain emotions. They cannot read full memories.
Clairempathy - More advanced users of empathy have shown the ability to sense emotions over great distances such as cities, countries, continents, and other dimensions and planes (The Astral Plane AKA The Emotional Plane).
Clairvoyance - An Empath can forge an emotional connection with another being. If that connection stays opens, the Empath is able to sense when that person is in danger and is also able to locate them by their "emotional scent". To give you an better understanding of this, one could consider this the empathic version of "Vampiric Siring" (see "True Blood", "Buffy", "Moonlight", and "The Vampire Dairies" for an understanding of supernatural "Siring"). See also Sensory Scrying. Also could be used to sense/feel/detect spiritual/demonic beings, as well as feel the danger within a place.

Empathic Healing - This is a level that is somewhat rare and not many can master. Empaths can easily heal emotional wounds, but healing physical wounds is somewhat uncommon. When an Empath "heals" wounds that are physical, they don't heal the actual injury. The Empath simply takes the pain into themselves so the victim no longer feels that pain.
Empathic Illusion Casting - Empaths can create illusions based on certain emotions.
Empathic Mimicry - Higher level Empaths can use this power to tap into others' abilities. This is done by the Empath channeling someone and finding the exact emotion that triggers their power. The Empath, so long as they remember that emotion, is able to use/copy that person's power, and maybe even turn that power against the original user.
Empathic Power Absorption - Highly advanced Empaths can steal the powers of others for their own by using an associated emotion, leaving the victim powerless.
Empathic Power Randomization - Powerful Empaths can gain random powers based on their mood and emotions (gaining Regenerative Healing Factor or Invulnerability when scared, or Enhanced Strength when angry).
Empathic Projection - Some Empaths can develop the ability to project their own emotions onto others.
Intuitive Empathic Replication - Unlike Empathic Mimicry where the user simply channels and copies others powers, Intuitive Empathy gives that user the knowledge on how to use the ability intuitively.
Lie Detection - Empaths can sense when a person is lying to them, as lying can cause an irregularity in one's emotions. More skilled users can pick out the lie and find the truth.
Psychometry - There are some places that have constant emotional residue (due to major events happening in that location war, death, historical moments, etc.). Some Empaths are able to tap into those emotional (lower level users that enter these places are overpowered involuntarily) imprints and re-experience those emotions as if they were happening in that moment. If skilled enough, some Empaths can also see the emotional echoes (images/residual ghosts) still there. This would be due to high levels of concentrated emotional energy.
Tactile Empathy - Empaths can sense, understand and/or manipulate the emotions of others through physical contact.
Techno-Empathy - Empaths can sense the emotions of machines and other technology.
Telempathy - Empath can not only sense others emotions, but they can also send their own emotions to others. Users can communicate with one another emotionally and if skilled enough send "echoes" (ie: it means a quick glimpse of an images and thoughts, e.g. sending the emotion of love to another user and the receiver seeing an image of their loved one like a mother, child, or spouse) of images back and forth.

Hi my name is Katie levin at least that’s my totally normal people name my superhero name is mistress of calamity ya it’s really long but most people ok not most all people just call me calamity because of my superpowers is fire and ice I know it’s like that supercool anime but it’s also not like it my superpowers can cause...massive destruction if not careful I only use it at 1 percent now your probably wondering how the actual frick did I get my superpowers well you see there were these special rock things that flew out of the sky hundreds of years ago my family was the first to get powers when scientists tested on powered people they were frightened they thought it wasn’t hereditary and it would weaken over time but were they wrong my ancestors powers used to be fire and water now it’s ice and fire because of how strong it’s become now ever since that happened there’s been superhero licensing sorta like that anime again but also unlike it it’s optional most superhero’s don’t want there info out to the public eye so they don’t use the school license but as superhero came to be supervillains also came to be the thing I know is that this worlds gotten dangerous since powers risen and normal people declining

Ross: "You can't understand now why you have no chance of winning against me, right?"
Whatever I try, nothing seems to work.
Ross: "You get why you are the inferior Psychic here, right? Right? RIGHT?"
I always get a hit or two at him but then he heals himself completely within a second.
It has happened at least 10 times now. Each time, I have tried something different to stop him from healing or finish him before he gets the chance to but he always manages to not be knocked down and then heal.
He's the worst, most annoying opponent anyone could face, which reminds of a different Psychic who always ran away from his fights despite having the power to fight, much to all his opponents' annoyance.
Kais: "Tsk! Bastard!"
Well, the thing I hate the most in my life is Ozyllus and his plans.
But you know what, Ross Green, the thing I hate the second most is my past self.
So, reminding me of that annoying shrimp really isn't good for your health.
Ross: "Now, what next? You are giving up, right?"
He asks, clearly looking down on me.
Ross: "You aren't going to try some other trick, are you? You realize by now it'll be pointless, right?"
Kais: "You are your 'right?' needs to understand that sometimes," 
I charge straight towards him.
Kais: "it's better to shut up!"
I charge with the speed of a cheetah at its prime. But, it still is not fast enough that a Hellfire wouldn't be able to dodge.
Hence,
Ross: "You lost your mind and now aren't even thinking about strategies? Is that it?"
He mocks me as I stumble down on the ground as my attack is easily avoided.
Ross: "What a foolish-"
But, just then, his neck is chopped with a glass pane and he comes stumbling forward right towards me, where I put a heck of a lot of energy into my fists and chop on his throat, making blood spew from his mouth.
My chop sends his body flying backwards, where the glass pane is used to break his neck once again, an action that floors him on the ground, and gives the glass pane-user ample time to continue chopping on his neck, until he is finally able to behead him.
Chop! Chop! Chop!
And so, the glass pane-user does continue.
Blood gushes out of him like it's water and his hands and legs are tied down by my Psychokinesis. 
He isn't completely immobile but his throat has been destroyed enough that he can't make out words and he's tied down enough that he can only move enough to make the chops he's getting become more painful.
Kais: "I hate to do this to anyone, even a psycho like you, but this is what you get for going against me."
Ross: "B-blurgh! F-fcjk y-y-yu! … Y-tu on-nli wun c-cux l-luuc-ck!"
He barely makes sounds but I can kinda understand what he is saying, and it's the most classic 'loser's speech' if I have ever heard any.
Still, 
Kais: "Why, in the world, do I sense deceit in your words?"
This should be the end. This should have been enough to take him down. And these words he is saying now should be genuinely spiteful murmuring of a loser.
Yet, it feels like he's only acting like this. It feels like he doesn't actually think he's lost.
But, why!?
Ross: "O-O-O vel, u f-f-fuul!"
Kais: "Tsk!"
Alerting myself, I look around. 
Could it be that there's someone else in this room? I try to sense it and pick up from reading Aura. Yet, I don't sense anyone except the three of us - me, Ross and my Psychic body-double playing the executioner on Ross' neck.
But, I know what he is saying isn't just a bluff. 
There must be something up his sleeve still that he believes can get him out of this situation.
I'd love to have the confidence that it won't be anything I need to worry about but the cautiousness is ingrained in my head far too much for it to not start ringing now.
Ross: "Y-yu l-l-luuz!"
He says so, making me click my tongue, and right on cue, the whole ceiling comes crashing down out of nowhere with no warning or indication beforehand.
The marble roof weighing tons of pounds falls on us.
Even while reading Aura a few minutes ago though, I never really felt anything wrong with this roof.
So, why?
In the brief moment I get before this dome of marble crushes me beneath it, I question that.
And, as soon as the marble touches my skin, I get the answer.
Kais: "You bastard!"
There was nothing wrong with this roof because there was everything wrong with it. 
It didn't feel out of place because a weed growing in a farm that is full of weed doesn't necessarily draw attention.
It is when you widen your scope, see others farms and see no weed there that you start to think it's a bad thing.
Maybe that example isn't the best one though.

Truck-kun strikes again! This is about a guy who loves Marvel and Pokemon. He gets a lucky chance to reincarnate and gets three wishes. But is he as lucky as he seems or is it just fate messing with him.

    It's being 2 years since we were born and landed on Earth and things have being amazingly AWESOME!!!, I mean why wouldn't it be, I have being receiving a front row seat to Kal or as he is known now Clark's life. Finally figured out why Jon and Martha didn't have their faces caved in by Clark's playful punches and slaps. Turns out that due to Clark's love for them, he subconsciously reduces his strength when interacting with them though that only started after two weeks of our stay here but before the two weeks, Clark's shenanigans didn't affect them because he wasn't strong enough yet and could only be compared to a 3 year old so they could take it all with ease. Anyway My Universe Worth of knowledge finished downloading earlier this year and I spent the five months after that reading and studying using my mind's Time dilation (Spent almost two years in there) and my increasing intelligence (Kryptonian Physiology, the Yellow sun boosts everything about them) to my advantage.

"Finally done" I said as I dropped the last book in the library, yeah today is my last day of reading and I discovered some pretty weird things in here and oh yes, some might be wondering how I am reading books in my mindscape, you see. In order to be able to keep up with the Knowledge I gain practiced a little Occlumency and created a library in my mind which is also currently where I am now

Before I start I would like to intoduce myself my name is John Edrian Villegas.

At 3rd year 1st sem. college my soul(?) got sucked in a black hole(?) By a ghost(?).

I dont really know myself I just saw ghosts 2 times in my life. First time I saw headless school girl and it did a(teleportation walk) and I just collapsed. 2nd time it touched my blanket which scarily moved up and dragged my soul body to some black world while I was sleeping.

I knew this wasn't a dream since I hooked my fingers in my pillow and woke up still hooked and saw as I was getting dragged kuya Ian and my body sleeping as I was pulled down a hole.

After that my aura(subtle body) became black and I started hearing voices of [real] people.
Mostly they were chinese. As long as they think(?) Talk(?) about me I could hear there conversations. I also had an ABUNDANT amount of chi.

But the voices I hear are limited to people who are awakened(?) as I read in a book.

For 1 month my chi,prana,aura or life force has been extracted by Mr.Park and family. At this point in time I didn't know that mind reading was real. What they were doing is what the chinese call "extraction" or being a psychic vampire. I got the "chi" when I was sucked into the black hole(?) by the ghost(?). This is only my theory, I dont think of my body as special in any way.

Note: they do distance feeding but they can only do it to ME and me alone also Mind reading.

Which made me believe I was the psychic vampire and they're just using the connection I forged. Yep I'm chunnbiyou like that. (Found about it on the net)

After a month I made the biggest mistake of my life. I went to get help from Roland with mike at his side through chat. [This was perhaps the decision I would forever regret in my 22 years of life]

Mike has mind problems and issues.For some reason he coveted a black aura and my chi.And have an unnatural obssession about me which is scary. I regard him a stalker person even before everything happened.

When I still lived with them in uncles house house he would continually survey my sex life(porn history) by mind reading(?) or some app(?). I also believe the cctvs were put their because of me. I would often hear him complaining about my preferences upstairs.

Back to the story.

They also extracted my life force for a week.

At this point I was starting to believe Taoist and buddhist cultivation is real. That my 1 month with the koreans extracting me was not a delusion. That my experience of people  talking to me with their mind(telepathically) were "REAL"

But I needed more proof that the voices were real. So I chatted Mike and Roland and they both replied at the same time which was weird because I know for sure they were always busy.

At this point the proof I gathered was:
1. Heat coming out of my chest. (By extraction of qi)
2. Voices of said people.
3. The chat from my uncle and Mike ( they chatted at the same time and I'm not close with either of them.)

I said this to my aunt ate cristy that mike and roland were reading my mind and taking my energy.

After a week of peace.

 I made the second mistake of trusting my cousin jeremey judes eduarte.
I shared with him my story. But he also know about cultivation. I shared with him how I can get mind read and extracted.

I got extracted again for 2 weeks(?) By said cousin.

He tricked me 2 times!
1. I thought he was actually there to listen.
2. He made me think he was helping me by cutting the psychic tendrils.

With this discovery I prevented them from extracting in my upper dantian since my middle dantains qi was depleted by the koreans.

It was at this time my parents decided for me to go see a psychologist.

And WoW they also know how to "cultivate"
they were called in advance by my uncle to not divulge any information about cultivation and label it as depression and psychosis.

After X weeks Mike and Roland came back.

At some point in time they learned aside from mind reading and extraction; Giving me headaches, fever and pain(?).

This went on for months.

During those months I had numerous mental breakdowns.

At this point I still didn't believe in the voices 100 percent. I wanted  more "proof"

So I endured.

Me and my research mates castro ann bacay, ginky macasaet and francis ferrer had a video chat with our professor.

I made another mistake. I had the bad idea of using telepathy( sending messages with my mind) to my classmates.

During those weeks..months... I got made fun of by my so called research mates.

Mike would constantly reminded me I cant pass the exams during that time.

I did it by tapping my third eye while my tongue is on the palate of mouth then in mind i say " aura you will shrink and compact now" 

And it did.

But that didn't stop the psychic attacks(?)

I tried reaching out to my other relative on my mothers side alvin and tita che.

But they also refused to help me. Their reason was because they dont want to trouble themselves over my matter.

I bought the ultimate protection bracelet made of black tourmaline and a mantra bead with clear quartz you wear it on your left hand.

It did raise my vibration after a while of wearing it...but would immediately lose its effect when I remove it.

Other than raising my vibration In my opinion it did absolutely nothing.

I also bought a grey labradorite bracelet but still no effect. It did however raise those "chance" encounters I had for better or worse. (I just felt its real you be the judge though.)

I also bought a selenite. To the readers its 100 percent true in removing negative cords
 I really felt a release. but alas focus on the word "negative" it cant get rid of the mind reading psychic cords and tendrils.

The mind reading cords and tendrils is still considered of light so selenite wont help.

I also bought an amethyst and its coldness did give me a relaxed mind but that was it.(I put it in my ajna chakra)

I dont have the heavenly eyes or celestial eyes in buddhism. So I cant get rid of the cords the easy way.

I tried a lot of books on how to see auras but still couldn't open the heavenly eyes.(I probably didn't try hard enough or practice enough)

Who could blame me? I cant achieve a tranquil mind with the constant mind ****.

The technique is probably something passed by mouth to mouth and not published for the people.

I lost my mind one day and sent energy to a lot of people. I lost the feeling of chi in my thumbs probably thru over exertion.

at this point over 11 people was mind reading me.

More months continued like this accompanied by a lot of mental breakdowns.

One day they found out a new way to torture me its poking me with psychic needles. The pain is physical and I had a lot of marks because of that.

Again they can only do that to ME and me alone.

I had a huge tantrum. I cried and begged my parents for death.

But as expected they didn't listen. Another HUGE mistake.

They thought I lost my mind. They wont believe me even though I showed them "bite" marks.

[Home Care facility]

I was put in a homecare facility against my will. 

For 11 days I was put in a cell with only a bed, table, tumbler and my jacket as a blanket with a slim book. On the left side their was bathroom with no locks.

I didn't finish the book. I only read 1 page a day. I was afraid. Afraid that I'd lose my mind if I finish the book in one sitting.

If I remember it was called effects of Sunlight and the production of Vit.D. something like that.

How ironic.I wasn't able to see the sun for 11 days and yet there I was reading a book about sunlight.

I  had to wait 14 for the doctors approval of another book.

I lost my mind at some point during those 11 days. this time I kept cursing my parents stupidity in understanding my condition. My anger for my Mike and Roland. My anger for my classmates,  and my so called relatives in my mind.

I was continuously attacked during this time but I actually loved the pain and the voices. The psychic strings as they swang about, the gloatings of Mike and Roland as they laugh at my situation was my only form of connection to the outside world.

I loved my telepathy during this time and felt I was blessed.

I was actually free I had cut of the mind reading cords during this time but i forced myself to think about them. Another HUGE mistake. But I cant be blamed although I hate them down to my soul, my very being
... I was scared of not having someone to talk to.

I finally had human companions.. someone I can talk to physically.

I had no use for them anymore during this time. I wanted mike and rolands psychic cords gone. But somehow I cant get them off like the last time.

If only I wasn't so naive back then but I cant be blamed Silence kills.

Their I met Archer(13) - a manipulative, backstabbing friend. But also a fellow otaku and comrade.(Severe Depression) 

Kuya nathaniel (44)- who got himself admitted by his uncle he was already discharged after 3 months but no one picks him up and its been 9 months since. (Severe depression)

Jasper(22) - a autistic boy whose parents own a school. He was a beggar for 4 years and have a lot more experience than me. He also attempted to escape and was beaten up by the guards. His a poor soul who thinks he would be able to get out but unfortunately his parents decided he'll stay their indefinetly the last I heard. His been their for 4 years already.(Autism)

Paolo(22) - his the punching bag of the guards.. someone I always avoid lest I get beaten up too. His always getting picked on because of his incessant ramblings and beaten up for not following orders.(schizoprenic) he still wasn't allowed to call his parents after 3 months. (Schizoprenia)

Lolo armando(70+?) - his silent all the time and just usually sleeps all day he always says " maliligo nako" , "Tapos nako, I'm finished the end! And would sing at the end of a rainbow everyday consistently.(??)

Lolo primo (90?)- been there since the facilities establishment and its first patient.. a fun guy.(Dementia)

Mycka(19) - she sometimes speaks and sometimes dont otherwise normal and have terrible mood swings (Bipolar disorder.)

Lola elena(70?) - she is a pure chinese with a temper.Would curse out from time to time for the slightest grievance.(Tempermental)

Desiree(?) - She's been their for years and been discharged a long time ago but since she doesn't have any relatives she works in the kitchen and does labor to pay of her debts to the facility.(???)

(???) - she talks with someone called mikko in her mind. But unlike me she doesn't know telepathy and might actually have a condition but who am I to tell. It might even be a ghost she's talking too or some spirit guide.

Tbh it was bearable since I had companions and my fave activity is watching movies in monday.

Our activity is as follows:

Sat -board games or outdoor activities
Sun- Worship day

It's pretty repetitive and bland. But bearable.

Time went on and I spent my Birthday, Christmas and New Year in the homecare facility.

After a month of staying there I was finally discharged..

My parents bought me a new phone.. I felt alive again.

During all those times The psychic attacks still continued I had lots of marks on my face and legs but endured.

The mind reading also continued. Having everything you think be their for them to see is very hard for me. Especially when I have thoughts of revenge that I would quickly bury inside. Hate that I quickly extinguish.

It has gotten to the point where they cant live without me. The obsession towards me never ceased and somehow increased.

They probably haven't slept like normal people for quite awhile now and is heavily dependent on me.

He never admitted jealousy and placed it on me being arrogant...idk about this having black aura being cool. As far as I'm concerned its the negative energy of the ghost that possessed me and is in fact bad spiritually.

Even up to this day he still wants my chi for his own.

Even though his 15+ years ahead of me he still argues as if lower my age.
 
His the source of all my sufferings physically,mentally and almost spiritually.

If I ever become a ghost It'll be him I'd be hunting for last.

I dont know if I want to transmigrate or roam this earth to get vengeance. Idk tbh. I want to transmigrate so bad. But I dont know if I could find peace as long as his alive.
