A/N:I will insert 21st century and music in the story, so dont complain that the song was not even out then or that reference doesn't make sense. The purebloods would never have understood muggle references anyway.

Emilia, dying of cancer, has made a bucket list of things to do before she dies. She may have had a hard life but she enjoys everything around her, and although her brother is struggling to let his little sister on her own, he knows that her journey will make Whats left of her worth remembering. 

Ava is very over protective, never letting any bad thing take her loved ones, she tries her hardest not to let anyone in. Ava’s behavior is frowned upon by her grandmother, all her gram wants is for Ava is to find happiness and love. Ava’s grandmother signs her up for year round traveling.

When Ava and Emilia cross paths what could possibly go wrong? Will they fall in love? Will Emilia suddenly combust? Will Ava push Emilia away? What about all of the above?

Hayato Adashi is bullied, teased, and abused from the moment to he steps into college, Aoigiri Private College. He doesn't have anything to make up for this bullying. He isn't strong or good at any sport at all. His grades make you wonder how he passed highschool.

Then one dark and rainy night, a man with a cloak made his life change forever. For the better or the worst is what Hayato is still trying to figure out. 

He ends up on a Chronicle List that grants him the power to see and manipulate future events. It's all thanks to this little God that goes by Oculus.

Hayato begins to believe that his sad life is turning around. That is until he learns the truth about the Chronicle List. He isn't the only one who's on it.

Apparently, Oculus has made a grave error and allowed too many people on the list. There isn't enough power for everyone who is on it. There are about 12 people on the list in total and now only 2 people must be on it. Which means 10 people must die.

No one knows who is on the list expect Oculus so the stakes are high. Hayato knows that he can't sit with his thumb up his ass or else it will be game over. Will he prevail or end up with a regretful death?

One of the bugs was red and yellow, had a tiny little stinger on its tail, like a scorpion, that stretched over its back, and six, super long, claw-tipped legs. Of all the bugs she was holding, this one terrified him beyond anything else.
"Why are you so scared?" asked the prince, moving forward to look at the selection.  "These are all merely bugs.  Sure, they can kill some, but your scales should be sufficient to protect you."
"I don't know, but that red and yellow one, scares the shit out of me!" he said, shaking his head.  He couldn't bring himself to get any closer.  In fact, he was pretty sure that if he had more space, he'd move even further away from it.
"Well, you were going to teach her how to kill, you could start with that one?" suggested the prince, shrugging and sitting down, out of the way.
"Yeah, that's a good idea, kill that thing!" he said, pointing at it.
She tilted her head to the side, as if she wasn't sure what he wanted.
"Damn it!  Just squish them!"  He clapped his hands together, as if squishing them all.
So, she clapped her hands together, only squishing some of them, and sending the rest flying throughout the room. Most of them landed on the ground, and scattered to the edges of the room, against the walls.  
And do you know where that damn yellow and red bug landed?  Yep, right at his feet.
He couldn't swear where the girly screaming was coming from, but it certainly amused the prince, who calmly reached over and crushed a few around him. Dustin thought he was going to lose his mind, scrambling halfway up the walls. 
His heart was trying to make its way out of his rib cage as that bug sat there calmly waving its antennae.  Then it almost turned its head towards him, and just like in one of those damn horror movies, that he hated by the way, it scrambled towards him.
The bug tried to sting him, and he just barely moved his foot out of the way in time.  The prince was on the ground, laughing, and the stick girl looked at him in confusion, shaking her sticky hands, that were covered in bug guts.
"PED you better coat my feet in some thick crystals right now!" he all but screamed.
(INITIATING EVOLUTION)

As soon as his feet were as encased in crystal as the prince's used to be, he dashed forward and stomped that bug.
It became paste beneath his foot, and he slowly raised it up, seeing a bright, glow-in-the-dark blue streak.
Breathing hard, he allowed a full body shiver to travel throughout him, before slowly reaching down and pinching a piece of it.  Placing it tentatively into the port, he quickly wiped his fingers on a root that was sticking out of the wall.
(GENETIC MATERIAL ACQUIRED. ANALYZING. POSSIBLE EVOLUTION OPTIONS: TISSUE DISSOLVING VENOM, NEUROTOXIC PAIN INDUCING SALIVA, TARGETING PHEROMONES)
A little giggle escaped his lips as he worried about his sanity for a moment.  How the hell does anything come up with these things?!
"Give it all to me," he said, scraping his foot off.
(INITIATING EVOLUTION)

Shaking his head, he turned back to the twig girl.  "Do that," he said, pointing to the glowing smear on the ground.
After she was done, chasing and stepping on all of the bugs she had brought down, Dustin changed his mind about staying down here.  He had sampled all of the bug material, but none of it gave him better traits.
"I must have been stung by that thing," he said after she was all done, still staring at the spot it had died.
"Really? Do you remember?"  
"No, but the traits I got from it are terrifying enough, I'm sure there must be some residual trauma for me to react like that."
"I suppose, we haven't bothered to study anything like that, at least we hadn't before I got stuck here.  It's always possible they might have discovered that, but honestly, I don't see them caring."
Turning to her, he said, "There are some creatures that hang in trees, camouflaged, so that you don't see them until they start sucking your blood.  Do you know what I mean?"
She nodded after a moment of thinking.
"Get one and hit it hard enough that it doesn't try to bite you, and bring it here.  It's time for you to kill something larger."
After it left, the prince shook his head.  
"Getting the cloaking ability from that creature will only work momentarily.  The drones will still be able to pick up your heat signature, and the electrical signature of your PED."
"One step at a time.  I can't solve all the problems at once."
Dustin was frustrated.  How the hell did he hide his heat signature?  He was trying to think about if he covered his PED with a large plate, whether that would do it, but he wasn't sure.
"PED, grow a crystal plate over the PED."
(INITIATING EVOLUTION)

It looked weird as hell, but seemed like it would work.  How could he check to see if they could see it or not?  He thought really hard, then froze.
What was he doing?  Dustin felt like such an idiot!  Here he was, trying to hide himself from the sensors and drones, when he could be hiding in plain sight.  He had upgraded the PED to allow him to mimic any creature he wanted, fully.  Just because he couldn't mimic a Josagn, didn't mean he couldn't mimic anything else!  He had even thought about trying to be the stick girl, so why hadn't he considered any of the other organisms on this world?
He needed to find a creature, that was about the same size as himself, because he was rather partial to his current size, and that wasn't on a kill-on-sight list, then he could waltz right up to the shuttle station.  He wasn't sure about once he got inside, but he would worry about that then, unless…
"Hey, Prince!  What kind of defenses do your people have inside the shuttle station?"
"The weapons they carry on themselves, normally?  There would be the normal laser guns, maybe a few projectile weapons, but your biggest problem will be the sonic attack that they are capable of shooting at any shuttles that leave."
"And what does that sonic attack come from?"
"A mounted sonic emitter, that swivels on a 360-degree base."
"What would be the point of having such a powerful weapon, when it is only good against crystal creatures?" he wondered, out loud.
"Oh, it's not used to hurt anything, though it would hurt crystal things, it's primary use is to capture things alive.  On a non-crystal creature, it would merely stun them.  That way if a prisoner managed to get as far as the shuttle station, they could catch it, wipe its memory, and try again.  The viewers love it when they get that close to escape."
"Sadistic bunch, aren't you?"

Dustin needed to evolve to survive on this hostile alien planet.  If he can survive a year, he'll be released, free and clear.  Unfortunately, no one's ever done that before.
And it's not looking like he will either...

Belle's beautiful! That was Professor Salinya's first thought when he watched the movie. He was already close to being a middle-aged person, and while "Beauty and the Demon" may have touched the heartstrings of many youngsters as well as moved them to tears, what caught his attention was the heroine, Belle.
The heroines in stage plays were mostly very unreal, and no matter how good their acting skills were, the audience would know that she was simply performing her role on that limited stage.
However, Belle in the movie was different. It was as if she was living in it! A kind, curious, and bold girl who was living in a small village...
Professor Salinya found that he could no longer distinguish between reality and fiction, preferring to believe that Belle was a real person who was living somewhere in this world.
However, when Professor Salinya snapped out of it, he realized that he was inside the Weissenasche Theater... and the movie he just watched was simply a performance. That meant Belle's actress could be someone whom Sir Weissenasche might know!
He became a little unsettled as he thought about that since the show, called a "movie", was a form of performance far beyond stage plays. Whether it was in terms of its entertainment value or its aesthetical value, it far, far surpassed stage plays...
If this went on... No... No... He still had the Blackswan Theater Company. The troupe's reputation alone and the charm of the Black Swans would ensure that Norland National Theater would continue to thrive. While movies may be overwhelmingly better than stage plays, the biggest drawback was that no one could see the actors themselves in the performance.
Many of those who bought tickets at Norland National Theater did not buy them for the performance but bought them to watch Gallolie... Yet, when Belle in the movie got into the gorgeous dress and danced with the demon, Professor Salinya was surprised to find that Belle's charm was no lesser than any of the Black Swans'.
The movie continued to play until the end, and following the melodious music, the list of the cast was gradually presented to the audience. Professor Salinya saw the name of the actress playing Belle... Ynor.
It was a name that he had never heard of before. He had been in the theater business for so many years, and the number of actors he knew or heard of was considerable. Could it be that Sir Weissenasche had found another talented actress?
Professor Salinya was no longer able to continue sitting there. He memorized the name as he stood up but found that Gallolie, who was next to him, had no intention of leaving her seat.
"You can leave first. You don't have to wait for me. That's an order," Gallolie said.
"Uh... Understood."
Professor Salinya's trip this time around was not to ensure the safety of the duke's daughter. He knew that his ability was far beyond what was needed to be her bodyguard, and he was at best, just a tour guide.
So, Professor Salinya hurriedly left the performance hall, leaving Gallolie to sit alone quietly in her seat for a long while.
"Just cry if you want to," Gallolie suddenly said.
Soon, a sobbing sound rang out behind Gallolie as a blurry shadow appeared behind her.
"Mistress, why did that demon die in the end..."
It sounded like the sobbing was coming from a little girl, but the absence of a form made it sound a little fuzzy.
"That's the most common technique used by any scriptwriter. They present the most romantic scene to you before they brutally rip it apart; that's the simplest way to make the audience cry. The more beautiful the thing is, the more heartwrenching it is when it's destroyed," Gallolie said with a soft whisper.
She underwent dance training from a very young age and had been performing on stage ever since. With so many years of stage play experience under her belt, she had long seen through the techniques used by the playwrights in their scripts. She had since gone from shedding some tears while reading the script to driving her audience to tears with her performance without feeling any sorrow herself.
She thought that she would no longer feel any emotions from a performance in her life, yet she did not expect the movie to give her the same feeling she felt when she performed her first stage play.
Gallolie wiped the tears off the corner of her eyes. 
Aside from feeling emotional, the movie had piqued her interest.
She had never heard of a performance that was presented like the movie. The scope of the performance was not limited to a small stage, and all of the characters were not wearing a specific costume but uttering specific lines.
This form of performance had turned the actors into the characters in the story!
How... was this thing made? What method was used?! And how did the switching of the images happened... A boatload of questions floated in Gallolie's mind, and all of the questions culminated into a single one, who made this movie?
Was it Ms. Ynor who played Belle? No... Was it Zenarth who played the demon? No, there had to be someone else behind the movie.
Gallolie sat in her seat quietly as a new name finally appeared after a dense list of casts, and the rest of the crew all had the same name.
"Director: Joshua
"Producer: Joshua 
"Camera Operation: Joshua
"Costume Designer: Joshua..."
A series of identical names took up the entire screen of credits.
"Gotcha..." Gallolie said.
"Mistress, I strongly disagree that you make contact with this man."
The fuzzy shadow behind Gallolie stopped sobbing and instead spoke to her in a very serious tone.
"Why?" Gallolie asked.
"That's... That's because the demon prince seems to be a Sin Demon, a monster that only my master can overcome."
"Why do you always assume that demons must be hostile to us?"
Gallolie suddenly popped a question that would have been blasphemous in Messai, the Nation of the Holy Church, but she was not a citizen of Messai. Instead, she was a citizen of Farucci, the Nation of Arts, and she would not simply follow the dogmas of other countries.
"Because..."
"It's because of those so-called missionary teachings. The demons do indeed have a centuries-long history of war with the Nation of the Holy Church and the Land of Frost, but even our country was at war with Messai a few hundred years ago. In the end, we reconciled and became allies."
Sensing the silence from her attendant behind her, Gallolie sighed.
"Simply put, if you replace the villagers in the movie with the Ecclesiastical Templars of Messai, not only would they kill the demon, they would also hang Belle for being a witch and consorting with the demon. If you had the opportunity to help them escape, would you help them or not?"
"I... I..."
That was probably the biggest regret everyone who watched the movie had. They all had the urge to rush over and warn the demon prince that the foolish villagers were coming so he could quickly make his escape. She was no exception.
"I don't know how to answer that." Gallolie caught a sense of hesitation in her voice.
In the past, if she faced a demon, Gallolie's attendant would have struck without any hesitation. Even if this was just a verbal example, she should have given a very firm answer, yet she did not.
Perhaps, that was the movie's real purpose.
"Let's go back. If you still haven't had enough, I can come over here again tomorrow, but the tickets won't be as easy to come by like today."
Gallolie sorted out her heavy dress as she stood up, and just as she began to walk up the stairs, she suddenly stopped.
"Also, one last question, which do you find more interesting, my performance or this movie?"
"Ugh..."
"Please be honest," Gallolie said with a smile on her face.
"This movie... Mistress... I... I've immediately felt sleepy during your stage performances for about... a year... honestly..."
The voice behind Gallolie got softer and softer before it faltered altogether.
Nevertheless, the smile on Gallolie's face did not change. Be that as it may, her hold on the armrest of the seat revealed the disquiet within her heart.
