Spring has come to the Dukedom and while in the East they celebrated the New Year not all part of the Dukedom shares that festive feeling.
The war still rages on in the North.
The young dragon march to the North was unstoppable, as his forces conquer cities and castles and fort, all for the crown.
By now, Arial Vermont name inspires fear on his enemy's heart and awe in his colleague and comrade, and victory is all but certain now.
A new Kingdom, is without a doubt, will be established after the war.
The fresh spring air breezes through the window as the curtains waves and bring the scent of spring.
Adrian takes a deep breath
He is here in one of the chamber overlooking the small pond. He stands in front of the tower, his hand behind his back waiting for Silas and Lady Julia of House of Vermont.
He closes his eyes for a moment enjoying the spring wind.
He and Silas have been talking a lot these couple of days, discussing about the proposal that the young lord has put forward for them.
Other than that they also discuss about many other issues after the war that will serve the Kingdom interest
And when that is mentioned, he also had to discuss about the reward for those lords that participate in the war, punishment to other lords that surrendered and many other things that require his attention as his own courtiers is waging their own war in the Court.
He is busy without a doubt.
If not for Silas wise advice and counsel, navigating the complex web of plot in the castle would prove impossible for him.
He must thank the kind lady of House Vermont for sending me such an able advisor to serve me.
And there is one other thing that they have discussed
It plays an integral part of their discussion. It is the discussion around the identity of the Kingdom
The identity of this nation, this Kingdom. And once this is discussed many other of his courtiers send in some proposal.
They all have their own opinion on how to proceed. Even that one old fox also send him his proposal.
There is the proposal to include diversity from other race, to encourage immigration from Vangua and the East.
One of them even come from Arial Vermont himself. It was then Adrian knows that some of his courtier, to get in the good books of that young military commander echoes his sentiment in the proposal.
the young lord believes that by having many more races in this new Kingdom, it might attract new talents and knowledge.
He spoke of the example of the Empire of the past and the efforts of the Great Renasia to integrate their people and the Mountain tribe and the surrounding Etrushk people.
He also spoke of expanding the education program all over the kingdom.
Not to mention the Vermont's themselves is known as a patron for knowledge and have built many library and education institution in their city.
It is no wonder they are pushing this policy to be represented in the Court.
Even some of the scholars from the University of Acro send their petition to him, hoping for a new reform on the education program in the kingdom.
Adrian also heard that Duchess Julia has approved a plan of creating one library, that from hearsay, rival the Grand Library of Vern.
The cost of such library of such scale would surely be astronomical even for the Vermont's. But to the common people and the nobles of the kingdom, they already viewed the House of Vermont to have unlimited gold.
This library when finished, would be filled with books and knowledge of all kinds, from Human Continent and other continents, like Asteros and Vorthy
Many scholars of the University of Acro had already anticipated its completion and praise the Vermont as caring about the world, to deliver the peasant and the common people from ignorance so that they could enlighten themselves with truth and the knowledge of the world
One could say that Acro is emerging not only as a trade hub but also as a lantern of knowledge in the Continent.
And it is actually the vision of one man that is staring all of this. Arial Vermont is a formidable military leader but he is also a capable leader.
From what he heard of Duchess Julia, when she came into one of his meetings, she once said that his son imagined that their city of Acro will be the most civilized portion of mankind, guarded by renown and disciplined valor of the Dragon private army, conducted by the abilities of genius mind and impeccable virtues.
Like the Anglais-Raxons in Vangua, the Darnes from Cori, who are very talented in the matters of architecture and not to mention the Etrushk who are an even more genius than the Darnes in architecture, it will combine all their tenacity and ingenuity to create a new world out of ignorance
Where intelligence is respected and not belittled. Where people do not fear intelligence but aspire to it.
Patriotism is integral for the Kingdom survival. The way to create a patriotic love is by using patriot.
Patriot is a word coined by Arial. Patriot is one who fights for the Kingdom.
Arial want to bind the loyalty of the lord to the Kingdom itself and its crown which will make Adrian Kingdom strong and united.
Truly, the young lord is not only genius in the battlefield but also a genius administrator and a great policy maker. Adrian wariness for him is within reason but his intention is well received.
The young lord of the noble house of Vermont wanted to make this Kingdom powerful. But for what reason?
Adrian still don't know the answer to that question
Other than that, there is also other issues.
There is also the matter of his marriage with Zettel royalty who is situated in the Far West. It is a political marriage, but it will serve this Kingdom well.
His advisors all advise him to marry royalty from Vern but Silas advise him to take a bride from Zettel which will secure alliance with the West.
There is also this wariness of Vern that Silas shares with him. Empire of Vern while it has declined from its former glorious days, it still has the ambition to re-unify back the Old Empire of Vern
But by marrying a Zettel royalty, it will thus ensure that the West is safe for them and at the same time it would also be profitable for the Vermont family who have much dealings there.
Other than that, trade roads can easily be opened there and the one who will reap the benefits, is not only the Kingdom but also the most prominent and wealthy family in Alan, chiefly, the Vermont's who have many connections there.
Silas may say he is not an ardent supporter of the Vermont, but it is clear that if Adrian decides to pursue a marriage with a Zettel royalty, the Vermont would also reap its benefit.
And yesterday a momentous decision was decided in the Court.
Seren and Kingdom of Alan have signed an alliance of military partnership.

Going through the entrance he momentarily frowned seeing as Megan wasn't sitting at the front desk.


Then continued his way through looking at the books on the shelves 'hmm if Megan's not here I'll just do the regular studying'


Going around the bookshelf that blocks the view of his regular spot, he heard the sound of a women's voice mumbles and papers being pushed around.



Finally getting to his spot, he saw that the desks that are usually on the side are pushed the centre and a large whiteboard with the words R.E (religious education) was standing beside.



Megan had her head down planning something, when Theo saw this he approached her "Hi Megan"

Megan raised her head and looked down at her phone and said frustratedly "Your late Theo"

"Sorry sorry I got distracted by the books"

"Okay I'll let you off seeing as it's your first offence but no next time"

"Thank You, Miss Hancock, I won't"

Looking at each other, they breathed in the awkward, still air before breaking into laughter.


"So Miss Hancock what am I learning"


"You said you hadn't done any studying on R.E (Religious Education), so today I'll teach you that, but also I'll teach you some etiquette and then we'll do a photo shoot around the library"


With a puzzled look on his face, he replied "I understand the first two but why the photo shoot"


"I need to update your Instagram it will count as a lesson for entertainment"


"Fine but explain the entertainment thing"



"I decided that the lessons will be devised into three."


Putty up three fingers she goes onto say "1 being basic education, 2 P.S.H.E.E (Personal, Social, Health and Economic Education) and 3 will be building up entertainment skills like singing and acting"


"You really thought of everything"


"Of course" with a prideful look, she pulls out the basics school essentials, books, pens, pencil etc.


Throwing a thin red book at Theo "Put your name on it and put R.E on the second line, that will be your R.E book"

She got off her seat and picked up a whiteboard pen before writing the date and the title for the first lesson of R.E.

"Why is it important to understand religions"

They seemed to accept his new identity as a student and write down what was on the board as a good student.

Megan had finished writing on the board and asked "Theo, do you know why"

Theo really had no idea why the school was so adamant on teaching religions "No miss, why is it"


"Well, at least you're honest. You must know that being a star means travelling the world, do know what that means"

*Sigh* "It means you will see different cultures and religions and so you need to know about them as too not offend them and it also helps to understand them"

Theo's mind went blank when he thought about him offending a whole country, causing war too break loose, made his body shiver. Exaggerated but not entirely wrong there have been stars who were banned from countries because of there ignorance which also led to their fall in the entertainment industry.

Seeing him become nervous" It seems you understand"

"Yes I do but how do you know all of this"

The lesson continued for two hours and surprisingly enough, both parties were not the least bit tired but more energetic than when they started.


It had seemed the two enjoyed the atmosphere that they had built for themselves and had completely embedded each other to learning and teaching.



It finally came to the second lesson, P.S.H.E.E which he was very much not a fan of. 


Megan looked at Theo with intense and demon like rath that seeped out of her eyes she asked "Have you done any drugs"


Theo felt like the room had fallen into an icy hell "um, um no Mam I haven't done any"


"That's good, just too remind you if there is any news of you doing drugs I'll. . . Ruin you" Saying last part with a cold smile caused Theo heart to momentarily stop like it was frozen.


Theo's thoughts 'Shit shit I swear I felt a demon grab my heart'


"For this lesson well talk about drugs and the advantages and disadvantages"


"There's an advantage to drugs??"


"Yes the but only weed seeing as their only good use is in the medical field"

Theo was intrigued and asked, "How so?"

"It can be used as an anaesthetic"


The lesson turned into just Megan nagging him about how drugs are bad and how he should avoid drug abusers for a full hour.


With that lesson done he saw that Megan seemed to have more energy when introducing his next lesson.


Megan moved the whiteboard to the side to show a clothing rack filled with various clothes and costumes.


Megan looked through the clothes before pulling out, light blue skinny jeans and loose low v-neck white shirt that had a black and white skyline on the front.

Turning too Theo she throws it at with a commanding tone "Put this on"


"Do you have anywhere I can chan. . . "


Megan cut him off pulling out a small tent then looked at Theo with anticipation


"You don't seriously think, I'm getting changed in that?"


Megan crossed her arms and gave him her special devil stare that was constantly breaking Theo's will.


*sigh*  "fine I'll get Changed"


Going into the small tent he turns back to zip it up just he cheekily says "Don't look or I'll hold you responsible"


Megan's face became red as cherry as she nervously fiddled with her hair as she stands and waits for Theo's reveal.


After a few sounds of rustling she heard the sound of the zip begin to move *zzzzz* (don't really know how the zip sounds so yeah)


Theo stepped outstanding straight, the v-neck was low enough to show his strong chest cleavage that had been developed due to his weight training, his whole body was well toned with the right amount muscle.


The skinny jeans were super uncomfortable but it showed off his muscular legs marvellously.

Megan just stared with her mouth wide and drool coming out, then she snapped out of it and said "wow your like a Greek god, umm should I start praying to or maybe make religion"

Warning: Harem, system, slow-paced, CRINGE and system with a bad personality. 

This has been dropped. This is my first novel which had a lot of problems from the pacing, power scale and grammar. Read knowing that it has no end.

To be a star is a simple Idea but to turn a boy that's been secluded from Society into one is much more difficult. Even if you took on his body you still felt his anxiety, insecurity and more. It's slow but worth it.

The Mc is beta at the start as he is a character that suffers from anxiety due to his upbringing. Although it did take 23 chapters for the Mc to show visible growth that's just due to my naturally slow pacing.

Similar to the process for the orphanage this time he searched for witches and wizards teaching in his required subjects. He even combined modern writing and older cursive style to create a much neater and easier cursive style for writing and mastering. He also made the school provide education for A-levels in the Non-magical World until he made Hogwarts pick up its slack. He had plans for Hogwarts as far as revamping the educational system. As well as setting up a University level education in Hogwarts.

While he was setting up and writing books for the Magical Primary school, The most controversial trial was being held in the Wizengamot. Sirius Black had been deemed innocent, under questioning in veritaserum and Peter Pettigrew was found.

Sirius Black was seen leaving with the Longbottoms. After Sirius had reached home, Harold told the longbottoms that he would be taking Sirius to Potter Manor and immediately took his godfather to potter manor and then to the bathroom, where he showed him all the hygiene products, gave him his wand showed him his new hygiene spells and locked the door behind.

It was 1 hour later a much cleaner Sirius came out of the bath. It was honestly a testament to his living conditions when a simple bath had made him look much better. Without as much as giving a chance to speak, he then hurried Sirius to lie on the fit-bed.

After reading this he immediately took a Starvers potion, a Mind Restorative Draught, an Immunity Building potion and shoved the potions down Sirius' throat. Then he called Jeeves and gave him the medical report to prepare meals for Sirius accordingly.

He then whispered to Jeeves that since he just took the starvers potion it was better to get a large number of foods Sirius dislikes first so that he can enjoy normal meals with everyone else.

By this time the effects of Mind restorative draught had worked its effects he slowly regained all his memories and occlumency shields till that night and he even remembered conversations with his dearest cousin in Azkaban.

Silent tears fell from his eyes as he remembered all his happy memories of his He asked: "What did you give me Harry and How do you know what to give me?"

Harold said as he gave the report from earlier to Sirius "I gave you a Starvers potion, a Mind Restorative Draught, an Immunity Building potion and the rest of it we will talk after we have something to eat."

Thus he leads his Godfather to the Dining Hall where the elves were continuously cooking and bringing lots and lots of food to the table. Harold noticed that mostly the foods were salads and greens of different natures.

But to his godfather, it was like a feast he immediately began munching the foods. Even Harold didn't think he could eat that many greens even with the starvers potion but thought that it was probably because he hadn't eaten them in so long.

He kept commenting "Is it just me or are salads tastier than 6 years ago." And kept on eating.

After 2 hours he finally seemed to have enough for him now. So after that, Harry took Sirius to his office with the computer. Immediately as they entered the office Harold had an excellent idea.

He sat Sirius down and computer parts and asked him to replicate these in his mindscape. After 45mins he successfully reproduced the computer in his mindscape. Harold then asked Sirius to allow him to enter his entered his own mindscape first and then create a storage device with functionality similar to a USB and then copied his A.I code into the device.

Thus Harold entered the mindscape of Sirius and began to look around. Most of the mindscape looked to be slowly repairing. When he finally found the computer in the mindscape he took out the storage device he brought and connected it to the computer.

The computer turned itself on and series of codes appeared to be flowing when finally the code was done 5 Sirius's shimmered into existence. Then immediately Harold came out and his Godfather was in deep sleep he put it into the code to make his godfather sleep immediately before the A.I's started their 'Spring Cleaning and repairing' of Sirius's mindscape. He also fed Sirius a Language crystal.

He had Jeeves put his Godfather in the Lord's bedroom. After that, he went back to Longbottoms manor for dinner and told them everything that happened and slept for the night.

Next morning when Harold went to Potter Manor he saw his godfather eating a Shawarma in one hand and the book he wrote for his Godfather on magical computing to better understand his A.I and the computer in the other.

He stood there and watch him go through six shawarmas before he finally finished reading the book and looked up he said happily, "Harry, Thanks for doing that for my Occlumency last night, I have never been clearer about my Life until now. The A.I made connections between my memories that I never saw before and gave me a new perspective of my life."

"So thanks for that. Now what happened to my Godson to become this intelligent and how was your life until now?" and so thus began the tale of Harold's journey thus far, this time he even told Sirius the existence of the library since no one other than himself currently has understanding enough on occlumency to take the knowledge from him. Then he told Sirius about the Horcruxes and also about Regulus's sacrifice.

He looked truly grief-stricken that he could have helped his brother. But eventually, after some counseling by Harry, he was able to get over it.

Sirius was currently in between apoplectic rage at Dumbledore and grief-stricken over his brother. But instead of rushing, he looked like he was waiting for something.

When Harold saw his patience to wait for to explain his plans he knew that Sirius really had a new perspective on life. Thus he told rather than attacking him now, they would slowly chip off his influence bit by bit and air out all his dirty the time they were done with him he would look like a Dark Lord in disguise. Even though Dumbledore had done a lot for the magical community, he had done more harm than good by his manipulations. Their first step was to get him removed from Chief Warlock and Supreme Mugwump posts.

After they were both done plotting of the MOB(Meddling Old Bastard), they moved on to lighter topics when Harold finished telling his plans for the magical world Sirius was practically beaming at his Godson.

After that the next few days Sirius was taking rest whereas Harold was typing up his new books. While talking to Sirius yesterday it came to his attention that there weren't any textbooks in the magical world and the average standard for witches and wizards completely depended on the standard of Hogwarts at their time of the study.

Thus he sat and wrote textbooks for all subjects he thought Hogwarts should have for all years. The subjects were Arithmancy, Astronomy, Care of Magical Creatures, Herbology, Charms, History of Magical world, Offensive and Defensive Magic, Transfiguration, Occulumency, Runes, Potions. He even made the books in color and had wizarding photographs for wands movements, creatures, etc for better understanding and visualization.

He even wrote an introductory book for First generation Witches and Wizards and recommended books to read so as to not offend someone. It even had tips and tricks like getting checked at, Magical Products that are not found in the non-magical world, etc.

Even Sirius took time to review his books as a way to brush up his knowledge and he even commented that his books were a lot easier to understand and had lots of information he would have probably love to have when he was in Hogwarts, he said he even had fun while reading.

Thus Harry found a reputable publishing house with worldwide connections to print and publish his books.

After seeing Sirius read his books with much interest Harold Offered Sirius tutoring over financial management and political maneuvering. Sirius rejected saying that he would like to learn on his own, so Harry sneakily gave him library versions of money management and politics to learn.

By this time Harold was getting bored so he took the idea of tutoring and instead of Sirius he offered it to Neville who happily agreed.

Since Neville had agreed and he was also a natural occlumens he made him repeat the process he had done with Sirius. This time Neville had a bit of a hard time since he had no understanding of runes but he had it done in 6 hours even though he was just copying,

After getting permission to enter the mindscape of Neville, Harry checked over Neville's work and noticed some mistakes after getting them fixed and having one last inspection he connected the data storage device. Just like with Sirius 5 Neville's shimmered into existence and Neville went asleep.

Harold watched as Neville fell asleep and asked one of the Longbottom elves to take him to bed.

After Neville woke up in time for supper he told that his mind was free of a lot of clutter and his thoughts were flowing freely. Thus I told him that I was going to start his primary education from tomorrow.

So after that, he started to teach Neville, with Neville's occlumency, his Heavens library teaching book and Neville's own determination to learn it was easy to teach Neville he was struggling a bit with computing and art, but with Harold teaching they were nothing more than Hiccups.

The longest thing that took to teach was calligraphy, But that was also learned easily, because after seeing Neville's struggle he had charmed a book so that it would show writing only if written correctly, and remove the ink if it is not acceptable and at end of the book it would show the time taken to complete the book. If the time taken each time was not shorter than previous times the amount of work would go up by two.

Thus Harold was able to get Neville Excellent writing in Two months. His record for the book was 4 hrs. Very good in Harolds Opinion, Harolds himself was 2hr 45min. Seeing the success of the book he gave Scrivenshafts the idea that the Book was recommended with the Pen.

So during 3-month tutoring of Neville, Neville was already at high school level at many subjects and he had been parallelly doing the Fit-bed routine and he was already in tip-top shape.

Since he was Physically fit, He taught Neville fencing and ancient sword fighting he took more to sword fighting than fencing but he was very good at both. He was so good in fact sometimes was even giving Harold a run for his money.

During this time he showed Neville along with the muggle world and even took him to some movies like Star Wars, he liked it very much so Harold took some tube light sabers charmed them to be unbreakable, work without battery and sting whenever hit by it and used it in fencing practice.

Were playing along and unknowingly or knowingly Neville was using 'the force' in their battles. During the whole time he was tutoring Neville he could see Augusta approval in her face but she never congratulated Neville or praised him, so one day when she was not busy he asked for her time and counseled her and then made her create the barrier between 'Dowager Longbottom' and 'Gran'.

After another month or two past Rica's new reform in place and another new store called "Azure" that sold fashions (Clothes) were established.

The bank and Academies where also finished And Its spread to both Blur and Salver provinces. And the departments are as follows: Finance, Education, Public Affairs, Public Works, and Judicial Affairs. 
 
The Finance department is concurrently working on the taxation. Each department is to calculate their expenses and submit a report in the form of a balance sheet. From there, the bank will take a look at it and give the approval needed. Again, this is being done to prepare of the taxation reform in the future.

The Education department operates similarly to the Ministry of Education in Japan. The academy personnel will decide on what subjects they want to teach, but the Education Department reserve the rights to choose the contents and how much funds will be spent.

The Public Affairs department from Blur and Salver was added they are in charge of managing the people of the territory. As of now, they are busy running about in preparation to make family registers. The Public Works is currently in charge of the road construction, and eventually, they will also be responsible for building public facilities. In other words, because the road maintenance is underway, it is not an exaggeration to say that they are busy.

As for the Judicial Affairs, just as its name suggests, they are in charge of implementing the laws in the fief. They are currently in charge of enforcing the current rules and will be working on law reforms later on.

By the way, it seems that those Merchant had joined the neutral faction.

I’ve traveled through many worlds, lived many lives, granting last wishes. What have I not seen, what have I not experienced? Using the Floo at three broomstick pub at Hogsmeade, I made my way towards Hogwarts. As I was neither a student nor a teacher yet, I didn't have access through the Hogwarts wards. As Headmaster allows the new teachers access at the start of the term, I had to go through the front entrance of the castle, which is the only way for visitors to come inside. 
But I didn't mind and leisurely walked to the castle entrance. 
As the Hogwarts express had already arrived at Hogsmeade station, I expected the students to come here soon. So, I didn't waste any time and went straight to the great hall. Some of the teachers were already present, though Headmaster, deputy headmistress and newly appointed high Inquisitor were noticeably absent. 
As I approached the staff table, I greeted the ones present there and took my seat. Soon the older year students started to come in. In around ten minutes, almost all of the students except the first year and all the staff members were present in the great hall. 
Most noticeable was the New high Inquisitor, Dolores Umbridge. Got to say that the books didn't do her character justice. She was even more hideous then depicted in the books. Even though I expected it to some extent and prepared myself in advance, I nearly gagged when I saw her for the first time. So much pink, I almost thought that I was going to go colour blind. I don't know what spell she used, but it is certainly working in making everyone hate her the moment they saw her. What's worse was her sickly sweet and high pitched voice. You might think that I am over exaggerating but I assure you that I am not. You see, due to my dual animagus forms of falcon and wolf, my sense of hearing and eyesight are much stronger. Add on that Ritual I did to enhance my body last year, all of my senses are many times that of average wizard's. So her overall pink theme and high pitched sickly sweet voice is affecting me much more than the rest. 
Shit, even though it was my idea to have her here, I don't think I can endure this torture for one whole year. I think it will be for the greater good if she were to suddenly drop dead during this Hogwarts year. Yes, a horrible person like her who tortures students and someone as blood bigoted as her deserve to die and for the greater good, I am willing to undertake the task myself. 
But, damm it all, every time I look at her ugly mug, I want nothing more than to vanish her out of existence. Good thing I am a master occlumans, otherwise I don't know if I could endure this torture. 
I was brought out of my thoughts when deputy headmistress McGonagall brought in the new first-year students for their sorting. 
Soon the sorting of the new students started but I didn't pay any attention to it as there were no noticeable characters amongst the new students. Instead, I focused on older students. Actually, many of them were pointing at me and Umbridge. I can sense their confusion as there is only one opening for DADA professor and there are two of us new staff members seating on the staff table. Many of them were guessing about which one of going to be their new DADA professor. 
Soon, the sorting of new first-year students was finished. Dumbledore stood up and started his speech, "Good evening, everyone. Now, we have a few changes in staff this year. Please welcome back professor Grubbly-plank, who will be substituting classes in care of magical creatures subject, while professor Hagrid is on temporary leave. We also wish to welcome our new Defence Against the Dark Arts teacher, professor Aiden Canis, I am sure most of older year students remember him and the ministry appointed High Inquisitor, Dolores Umbridge. I am sure you will all join me in wishing them good luck. Also our caretaker Mr Filch has asked me to remind you-" 
"*hem hem*" here Umbridge interrupted Dumbledore and stood up from her seat and started, "Thank you, Headmaster, for the kind words of welcome. how lovely to see all your bright happy faces smiling up at me. The Ministry of Magic has always considered the education of young witches and wizards of vital importance. But, sadly it has come to the ministry's notice that the educational standards for this great institution have fallen in the last few years. So, to ensure that students get the proper education, our esteemed Minister of magic, Cornelius Fudge has appointed me as the High Inquisitor. I am sure we are all going to be very good friends." 
[Soft applause]

From the memories of the old Xavier, was classified as a special talent, but he wasn't. He could remember everything yet it was not because of the energy, he could not feel the energy at all.
         Although he searched in all the books in the library, he found nothing related to his affection. So instead of talking about, he chose to hide from the crowd and claim to be a special talent. And it worked. The old Xavier does not know, but the new one knows the name: hyperthymestic syndrome.
Old Xavier, though he managed to memorize all the books, started to have problems, the constant, irrepressible stream of memories has caused significant disruption to Xavier's life. Difficult to attend to the present or future, as he is permanently living in the past. And the list can continue.

Though new Xavier doesn't have it, actuality, he didn't try to assimilate energy in the points of his new body.
 He didn't have the side effects of the affection, he thought of a single explanation: His body suffered a transformation once he took control.
This complex process of thinking spent in Xavier's head has formatted as he walked to Frederic's office.  However, it's worth trying to see if anything has changed. So Xavier changes the direction to an inner garden of the library.

Once arrives, Xavier closes his eyes and focuses on his body.
This time it was different. 
Even though his points didn't exist, his entire body had turned in an area to deposit energy.
 The energy in Xaver's body was the same as in hell.

Apparently, because of the owner of the old body had no collected energy instead of resurrecting with the soul of a mortal, he made it with his captive soul of hell.
 Practically as long as he does not release the energy, he can remain immortal. The body is just a casing. That explains why he hasn't lost his memories of hell.    
To be able to use the arts of fighting, you must be able to release the accumulated energy. If Xavier does that, he would die. But if he returned as a soul of hell, it means he has the same capabilities as in hell.
He can form a contract with a mortal soul.
He could see through emotions and affect them. 
Though you can do this, and with the help of this world, it is not as effective as the energy of hell.

As soon as he realized, a sinister smile appeared on Xavier's face.
There was good news.
Not only has he managed to return to a body and have the chance to live, but he can also stay here forever as long as no one kills him.
Except there are not only good parts.
