"Heck yea, I do." Noah told me, putting his hands on his hips, standing by his desk. "That boy cost me a bat!"

I laughed. "You can't call him boy...he's only a year younger." Noah was picking up on his Grampa's habits after half a day. "And he didn't cost you a bat...you did that on your own. I even told you I didn't want to bet with you." I tucked myself under the comforter. 
Noah turned out the lights and got into his own bed. "Semantics. And just because Zeke's training is tough, doesn't mean it isn't beneficial. I'm doing this for his own good."

I snorted. 
"I'm serious, Jake. I can tell that he has some skill. Maybe with Zeke's help, we can help him make varsity as a freshman too. That'll show those jerks."

Knowing that 'those jerks' were the kids in our own grade, I couldn't help but feel sorry for Noah. His friends are now enemies. He probably wants to pay them back for excluding him and me from tryouts. What better way to do that than have someone younger than them do better in tryouts. 
"You might scare him away tomorrow." I warned him.  
"Then he isn't as serious about baseball as we thought." Noah replied.

We both fell asleep, tired from the day. 
"Hey, you guys told me to be here at 6am, but you're still sleeping."

"Looks like you guys forgot to mention you invited Andy and Julian over." Zeke's voice jolted me out of sleep for good.

"What's happening..?" Noah mumbled. He rubbed his eyes. "What are you guys doing here so early? Didn't I say 6am..?"

"It's 6:10am." Andy got closer to Noah. "Come on, get up."

"Whattt." Noah was bewildered. He looked to Zeke. "You let us sleep in..?"

Zeke smirked. "I was going to let you all sleep in today, but I was surprised to find some familiar faces before I hit the road. So I thought I can't let you guys miss out."

I groaned. The injustice. 
"We leave in ten. Get moving!" Zeke told us, leaving the room with the Wilson brothers. 
Noah and I got moving, finding some workout clothes and put on our shoes. Downstairs Zeke, Julian and Andy were all waiting. So were the twins. The pair glared at us as we joined them. 
Dave was the first to pull Noah in a headlock. "It's all your fault. We could have been sleeping in today!"

"How was I to know?" Noah struggled. 
"Let him go." Zeke commanded. 
Dave complied, dropping Noah. 
Zeke looked to Julian and Andy. "We usually run for a good two miles. Don't worry about keeping up. We all go at our own pace."

"If we get to choose our own pace, doesn't that mean we can just slack off?" Andy asked.

Zeke stared him down. "If you slack off, you're only hurting yourself. You have to hold yourself accountable."

Andy straightened up. "Yes!"

"Let's go." Zeke led the way. 
Once outside the house and the front door closed, we jogged together as a group. The twins stayed on either side of me, trying to keep their breath even. Zeke and Noah led the pack with Julian and Andy right behind them. 
Andy made a move to go around Noah and Zeke, but he did it right before the hill so the move was useless. Zeke and Noah picked up the pace, leaving us behind. Andy was surprised, but hurried to catch up. Julian also picked up his pace, but didn't go as fast as the other three. 
The twins decided to leave me behind and catch up with Julian, trying to stay with him. It didn't last long. At the top of the hill Julian left them behind. Our group was now scattered throughout the streets, and I soon lost sight of everybody. 
I was the last one to arrive at the house, finding everybody spread in the driveway, doing different exercises or lifting weights. 
Andy glanced at me and gave me a head nod. 
I started to feel embarrassed. Andy beat me and he's younger than me. 
"Pushups, sit-ups, and jump rope before you start lifting." Zeke instructed. 
I moved over to Noah since he seemed to be doing the same set of exercises. He smiled at me as he finished with the jump rope. "Here. You can have it."

There was no longer any time to feel bad about my fitness compared to others when doing a workout. Zeke was always quick to point me to the next station or give me a new ab exercise, keeping my mind solely focused on surviving. When he finally called it quits, I collapsed beside Noah, exhausted. 
"Are you boys done out there?" Mom came out on the front porch. "Breakfast is ready. I made enough for Julian and his brother too!"

"We'll be right in, Mom!" Noah pushed himself up, finding new energy in her words. He grabbed my arm and pulled me to my feet. "Let's go!"

The twins moved way faster, bolting for the door. 
"You guys might want to hurry before the twins eat all the good stuff." Noah told Julian and Andy. They followed us, leaving Zeke alone to finish pushing everything back in the garage. 
"What about Zeke?" Julian asked. 
"What about him?" Noah shrugged. "It's not like anyone dares to steal his share."

Breakfast was like a buffet feast. Mom directed us to grab a plate, fill it, then eat outside since there wasn't enough seats with all the guests. Julian and Andy were polite at first, only taking one serving of eggs, bacon and a bagel. But once they saw us pile our plates and go for seconds, they soon caught on that there was enough for everyone.

"Hey, do you want to go to the park after this?" Noah asked Andy. 
Andy blinked. "Can we?"

"Why not? It's not like we have school or anything. Do you need to ask your parents?"

"No. They're at work." He turned to Julian. "Can we play at the park?"

Julian smiled. "Sure. I think our baseball bags are still in the car so maybe we can play a mini-game of sorts."

"I'm in!" Noah grinned. He turned to the twins. "Want to play 'over the line' at the park?"

Dave looked at him in disbelief. "You want to exercise even more..?"

"I'm in!" Kyle said. 
Dave turned to look at him. "Really?"

Kyle smirked. "You afraid?"

Dave rolled his eyes. "Not even a little bit. I'm in too."

"I call Zeke!" Kyle yelled. 
"Then I get Jake!" Dave shot back. 
"I call Julian!" Kyle continued. 
"Well then I should get both Noah and Andy." Dave claimed. 
"What?? That's not fair." Kyle argued. "Why do you get the extra player?"

"Because you picked first. Plus, are you scared that me and the kids will beat you and your college bound team?" Dave wiggled his eyebrows. 
Kyle narrowed his eyes. "Fine. It's on!"

When I got home I saw Ayesha dressing Riley in our bedroom.

She climbed on the bed and moved towards another end of the room as she replied, "Didn't Dad say it in front of you about you and Ray?" 

It was a bombshell to his poor heart. He stared at her. 

She was holding her heels and looked at him in horror. 

'This dumb woman thought me as gay from day one.' He thought to himself. 

"Sky! Let's sit and talk. Come here." Arlo called again patiently.

"It's you Eirwyn! Did you know I really miss you? Hihihi." A young woman greeted Eirwyn and giggled as she stood on the doorway.

One could easily discern that she was a tomboy. Her ravishing and stunning appearance and her outfit contrasted to each other.

Her face was oval-shaped with smooth pale white skin. She had attractive black monolid eyes. Her lips were thin and fresh, and her silky long black hair tied into a high and messy ponytail.

She wore black and white tracksuits that emphasize her sylphlike and willowy figure. Her neck was wrapped with black foulard scarf. She also wore black high top sneakers with a white shoelace.

"Long time no see Aria." Eirwyn greeted Wren, but his tone was aloof.

"Come in, come in!" Aria smiled as she opened the door wider so Terrell and Eirwyn could enter.

"Don't act like you own this place." Eirwyn came into the door. He removed his sneakers and placed it properly on a shoe rack.

"Hahaha! Don't act like that to her, Eirwyn." Terrell laughed as he removed his grey basketball shoes and then he followed them inside.

The condominium unit was not only a guild workshop, but it was also the place where Terrell lived.

Almost three years ago, Terrell bought this real property using the credits they earned from the guild to establish their very own workshop.

The apartment had separated into five areas. Terrell's room, mini gym, kitchen, bathroom, and their guild workshop which occupies the large space.

First, the workshop. It was air-conditioned, and the smell of the air had a hint of citrus fruit fragrance.

The marble tiled floor was covered wool carpets. Even though they are resistant to stains and dirt, Terrell didn't allow any people to wear shoes inside. He wanted to keep it nice and clean.

The large windows had roman blinds, when rolled down it makes the room darker when the lights are turned off.

The lighting fixtures were stylish and customized, it can be changed into different colors and lighting modes.

Ten comfy single sized beds were arranged neatly, each of them have cotton blankets and soft pillows. Core guild members would lie down and use their own Occult Xeno headgear to play virtual reality games.

There were also gaming computer sets beside each bed. The specs of these computers were far more advanced compared to the past century. The Xeno virtual headgears were connected each of these computers.

Each gaming computer set had gaming chairs, widescreen monitor, wireless gaming keyboard, mouse, and headset. The design was sleek and ergonomic. 

Next, the mini gym was separated to the large workshop with translucent glass panes as a partition. It had five treadmills, two workout benches, and complete dumbbell & barbell set. 

The marble tiled floor was placed with simple rubber gym mats for protection against damages to the equipment and the floor itself. The core members would exercise at the mini gym to stay fit and maintain a healthy body.

There was nothing special about the kitchen and the bathroom, they were simply designed but complete with essentials.

Lastly, Terrell's room. Oh, it's locked. I wonder what's inside?

Terrell and Eirwyn went to the sitting area of the guild workshop where the core guild members could sat down and relax on the sofas and recliners. They took a seat opposite one another.

Aria walked towards to her own computer. She sat on the gaming chair then she wore a headphone.

"Hmm... nothing had changed since a year ago, this is quite nostalgic," Eirwyn looked around the guild workshop.

"Yeah, but we're missing other core members." Terrell smiled but his expression became gloomy.

"Oh, they didn't come back?" Eirwyn wasn't surprised. He knew after 'Apolcalypse' — dubbed by the playerbase — many players abandoned the world of virtual reality and began to focus their lives on the real world. 

"Uun... they decided to quit gaming and currently they were occupied on their jobs to make a living." Terrell nodded as he told Eirwyn about the situation.

"I see. Well, they needed a stable income." Eirwyn understood.

Aria was busy moving and scrolling her wireless mouse.

"Do you know why she came back?" Eirwyn asked Terrell.

"Nah, I had no idea. She just barged in. I was surprised she even kept the access key." Terrell shrugged as he shook his head.

Eirwyn shifted his gaze to Aria. Terrell noticed him and followed the direction where Eirwyn aimed his eyes.

"Oi oi oi, did you really missed her too?" Terrell had a devilish grin on his face.

Eirwyn ignored him as if he was nothing but air.

Seeing Eirwyn ignored him, Terrell approached him. He was whispering something to his ear.

'Shua shuahahsuahsa'

"Hahaha!" Terell laughed and shoved his elbow to Eirwyn.

"Oh, that really nice, I still have a chance..." Eirwyn was unaware that he talked out loud.

"No. I'm joking, she's not single." Terrell smiled.

"What?!" Eirwyn was totally perplexed, his expression was really terrible.

"Hahaha! Look at that face! What I said before was true, don't worry! Hahaha!" Terrell couldn't control his laugh.

"You ducking manhole, go duck yourself. I'll go and ask her." Eirwyn gave him a pinky finger. He stood up from the sofa and walked towards Aria.

Aria was busy scrolling her mouse while browsing through the forums. Her username displayed on the screen was 'Wren'.

Aria sensed someone was behind her. She took off her headphones and turned around slightly.

"What?" Aria tilted her head.

"Why did you come back? You're the one quit first before right?" Eirwyn asked, his expression was nonchalant.

"Huh? Stratus Isle shut down, right?" Aria replied back with a question.

"Yeah, that doesn't mean you should quit and left us without any reason." Eirwyn retorted.

"Nah, I'm just tired at that time. Besides, there are no other decent VRMMORPG released since then." Aria continued to scroll through the forums.

"You should come here and visited us every now and then even you don't want to play anymore..." Eirwyn grumbled to himself.

"Are you still mad at me? Now I'm here, right in front of you!" Aria took off her hair tie. Her long black hair dropped down and straightened out smoothly. The sweet scent from her hair reached to his nose.

"..." Eirwyn was dazed, he couldn't think properly and lost for words.

"So cold." Aria was referring either Eirwyn or the temperature of the air conditioning.

"..." Eirwyn was speechless.

"Did you heard the news about Halcyon?" When she realized Eirwyn became silent, Aria turned around with her chair and faced him.

"..." Eirwyn nodded.

"Could you guess now?" Aria tilted her head.

"..." Eirwyn shook his head.

"Can you speak properly when someone is talking to you?" Aria was annoyed.

"No. I'm neither an esper who can read minds nor a prophet who can predict your words," Eirwyn replied with nonsense.

Aria couldn't take it anymore and stood up.

"Dimwit. We will play together again like we used to do and rebuild our guild back to its former glory!" She poked his forehead with her soft finger.

This is the latest model of Artificial Intelligence that has been released to the public. I named her Violet. Her main purpose is home security but has plenty of other uses. For example, telling the news and keeping you up to date with latest trends. It can even call for takeout food based on your preference and sign packages off. But this is getting off track. Back to the story.

"Happy Birthday Miss Luna. It is July 24th 2550. The time is 5:30am and the first thing on your schedule is exercise. It is scheduled for 5:40 am. You have 3 unchecked messages.  Would you like me to play them?"

As I listen, I slowly stretch my self. 

"Sure, play them." After saying this I go to my wardrobe and find some workout clothes and begin my morning workout. Starting out with simple stretches and going onto doing 50 situps to work on my core. Next, I do 3 reps of 20 squats. While I am doing this, Violet plays my messages. The first one is from my father.

'Good Morning and happy birthday Scarlett. I won't be able to come back today but I'll be there next weekend. But don't be upset yet. Afterschool today, you will see a suprise gift to make up for me not being there. I hope you will like your present.'

Next is from the class representative, Lisa...

'Happy Birthday Scarlett! Were gonna have a mini celebration with the class at that Restaurant across the street from the school.  Also, there is a new MMO coming out on saturday but if you buy the newest VR Cabin, you get it for free. Anyway, our Student Council is hosting a get together on it and I am also gonna be there. I also hope to see you there.'

As the message ends, I think to myself, 'I really don't want to go but I would waste everyone's time and money if I didn't show up. I guess I'm stuck going there...'

I was about to sigh to myself when the next message interrupted my thoughts.

'You have been randomly selected from the top students in your county to participate in the early release of our brand new MMORPG, Creed of the Fallen. You also have been sent the newest model VR Cabin and it will be arriving at your house in 1 hour. All we ask of you is to livestream your entire play session and relay your experience to our company and you will get to keep the equipment as payment as well as a bronze growth equipment set that you can upgrade along the way using other equipment. If the equipment has more than 1 special ability. The system will choose from what you don't have on your set already. We hope you enjoy our game.'

I stop doing my excercises and ask Violet a question.

"Give me the latest information on the MMORPG called Creed of the Fallen."

"Yes... Creed of the Fallen is the first VRMMORPG to utilize what is known as the Dream Battle Simulation Technology which is what the military uses to trains its soldiers. It puts your body in a light sleep while it projects  the chosen simulation into your brain. As the first public pioneer of the technology, the game company is working with the military to ensure that there are no problems with the equipment. The new VR Cabin model that comes out with the game is said to stimulate the muscle in the body and comes with a nutrient solution that stimulates the cells in the human body. As for the game itself; It is a fantasy mmorpg but has elements of the past and present. For example, there are carriages and there are also hovercars as modes of transportation. The game has 3 modes. Assisted mode, Half-manual mode and fully manual mode. Assisted mode makes it so the game performs the action or skill for you. This is generally for people who have never played a vrmmorpg before. Half-manual mode  is for people who have some familiarity with vr games but are not used to being in combat. Manual mode is for people who are very familiar with vr games also people who are familiar with combat. The game is set to release on Saturday. Would you like to clear your schedule for Saturday?"

"Go ahead and clear my schedule for Saturday  and sunday."

"Right away."

After listening to my messages, I spend another 30 minutes working out before finishing and taking a shower. Then I make a small breakfast. 

While eating breakfast, my doorbell rings as I was reminded that I would be recieving a vr cabin to promote that new game. I got up and made my way to the door and tap the display on the wall and three people show up on the camera feed.

"Package for Miss Scarlett Luna."

I open the door and greet the 3 people. 2 of them are wearing the game company's branded working outfits and the other one is wearing a business casual outfit. 

"Good Morning Miss Luna. I am Chris Hansen, and I am the representative for the Dogma Gaming Company. While these two are installing your cabin, I hope you can complete this survey."

"Sure, come on in." I invite them in and ask the other 2 to install the cabin in my bedroom while I bring Mr. Hansen to the living room so I can do this survey. "What's this survey for?"

"Oh, Its just to recommend what game operation mode you would like to use. Alright lets begin. Do you have combat experience?

"No combat experience but I have trained with my father since I was young. My father is in the military currently and doesn't have time to teach me so I just learn and practice on my own."

"Great, next question. Do you have experience with other VR Games?"

"No, never thought of playing them. I just tried to study hard to get into a good Academy."

"Oh, what academy are you aiming for?"

"Eclipse Academy in the capital."

"Great, That's near the company."

"Why is it great?"

"It's great because all of the early players will be invited to visit the company for a tour in 2 months and bring any feedback they have. Whether its yours or your friends."

"Oh, Alright."

"Next question. Would you choose 2 classes and what would they be?"

"You can pick 2 classes?"

"Not at first but after you become Lvl 10, you can either stick to one class or choose a secondary class and use it in tandem with the primary class."

"What classes are there?"

"In the game currently, there are Thieves, Berserker, Hunters, Rifleman, Knight, Warrior, Paladin, Mage, Cursemancer, Summoner, Cleric, Holy Mage, Swordsman, and elementalists. Out of these classes, which 2 do you think suit you the best?"

"... It would probably have to be the Thief and the rifleman."

"If you as a thief were going up against a knight with high defense, and low mobility setup, how would youj handle him or her?"

"Oh, that's easy. I would play with them until their emotional state became imbalanced and kicked them off the game."

"That's... very sinister."

"The winner is king. How I won wouldn't be important."

After a couple more questions, the installers came back to the living room and said that they were finished and were waiting on us so Chris placed a contract on the table.

"What's this for?" I ask curiously as I read what the top of the paper says. 'Partner Program'

"This is the Partner Program contract for you since you are gonna live stream your play session. The early release starts at 5:30 pm this evening so make sure you clear out your schedule. The contract states that you are to livestream at least once everyday for 3 hours a day. It also makes it so that when your viewers watch the stream for a certain amount of time, you and them get rewards sent to your mailbox or your personal storage of you have one. There really isn't anything too bad. It might as well say "do those things and you keep your vr cabin." Is this fine?"

"Sure." I sign it right away and Mr. Hansen takes it away and shakes my hand. After the contract was signed, Mr. Hansen and the 2 installers left my house while I also left my house to go to school.

Its is about a young woman fresh out of High School that has a very high IQ and a very low EQ. She is very good at self defense. And carries a dagger on her thigh at all times unless she is at home. She ended up being the Top Scorer in the county for the end of the year tests and earned a chance to play the new and upcoming game, Creed of the Fallen. The game company, Dogma Gaming, sent her a free VR gaming cabin and the privalage to play their game early while livestreaming it. This is when her gaming legend begins.

"Mini BOSSes in the second altercation? Interesting," Ye Xiu said quietly in surprise, but I still heard him.

This dragon was a mini BOSS? No wonder it was so hard to kill! A Mini-BOSS had around a fourth of the health of a regular dungeon BOSS, whereas a normal trash mob had maybe a sixteenth or even less. What an ingenious and horrible surprise for a level ten dungeon! They weren't thinking of all the noobs who would lose their lives from lack of basic dungeon knowledge when they created this place. I was already feeling sorry for the unwise that would stumble through.

"That's it, I'm not spinning my wheels any longer. Sister Su, and you, Moon boy, duck again, I'm coming through," Huang Shaotian shouted.

We flattened ourselves to the ground, and Ultimate Trash Talk leaped over us. He tucked his feet up and ducked his head as he went so he wouldn't kick us or slam his head against the ceiling. Huang Shaotian used Falling Light Blade, causing Ultimate Trash Talk to drop quickly, slamming his sword into the head of the dragon. Light flashed from the ability, lighting up the area bright enough that I had to squint at my screen.

I knew that if I were going to get another chance to attack, I'd have to find the opportunities myself. I watched Ultimate Trash Talk's moves. He ducked, and Su Mucheng's Launcher shot at the Mini-BOSS in perfect sync with Huang Shaotian. With a nod of determination, I slid smoothly into their rotation of skills.

Ultimate Trash Talk jumped backward to avoid the dragon's sharp teeth as it snapped at his arms, and I slid under his feet and the dragon's jaw to stab upwards with my Ninja Blade. Then I rolled back, throwing out a Shuriken to stun the dragon while we switched places. Huang Shaotian leaped over me and followed up with a Lunge, stabbing the dragon's snout twice, and pushing the beast backward.

This time I leaped over Ultimate Trash Talk and slashed multiple times before doing a backward flip. Huang Shaotian slid under my feet to hit the dragon over and over. Laughter in the wind hadn't been idle during this time either. She used every Launcher skill she could, finding openings that showed how much of a Pro she really was.

In no time, we'd brought the dragon to red blood, enraging the beast. Its feathered mane shuddered and glowed red, and two smoky plumes wafted up from its nostrils. It hissed then made a hacking sound, and a ball of fire jettisoned from its mouth.

"Down!" Ye Xiu ordered, and once again, we flattened ourselves to the ground.

I was starting to become a little bit too acquainted with the dips and rises of this particular spot of cavern floor. The fireball flew over our heads and crashed into the other dragon. It didn't do any damage to its buddy, but at least it didn't hit any of us in the process.

We all hopped up and continued fighting, dashing to the floor anytime Lord Happy yelled at us. This fight was surely one that depended on hand speed. Of course, if we'd had a standard group with a healer, this wouldn't have been much of a workout.

"I'm getting really tired of only being able to swing my sword up and down. Do you think they made it this way on purpose just to mess with Blade Masters and other sword wielders? I mean, think about it, is there another class that's at a worse advantage? Maybe Battle Mages, but at least you guys have a longer reach," Huang Shaotian babbled as we fought.

"Either way, it's a pain," Unrivaled Pain said through gritted teeth, obviously annoyed at the lack of room.

I agreed with her, this might be the worst part of any dungeon in the history of all Glory dungeons! Maybe. Depending on the rest of the new content, of course. And with those thoughts circling in my mind, we finished off the two Mini BOSSes.

"Not bad," Ye Xiu said as he collected the loot.

I looked at his screen and watched his mouse hover over the items. Three were crafting items, Dragon Feather, Dragon Scale, and Dragon Bone. The last was a piece of blue level gear, The Sight of Darkness. It was a badge that, when worn, would give you a +1 to agility and allow the wearer to be able to see pitch dark places as low lighted areas, low lighted areas as mid lit, and so on. Apparently, there would be many more dark places in this dungeon.

"Too bad it's level ten. This would be rather useful, I think," Ye Xiu said with a shrug.

"Someone will be able to wear it by the time we finish, though," I replied. We were only a couple of levels below, so it wouldn't take long for all of our characters to hit ten.

"True enough," he said and gave me the piece of equipment.

"But I wasn't trying to-" I started, embarrassed that he might think I was begging for the piece of gear.

He waved me off before I could finish, "Who else would use that?"

Oh. He had a point. Maybe Huang Shaotian could have used it in my place, but before I could offer it to him, Ultimate Trash Talk was walking away complaining about how stingy this new level ten dungeon was, and how it gave them junk from the Mini BOSSes. No wonder Ye Xiu gave it to me!

"Let's hurry to the first real Boss, I want a challenge," Tang Rou said with determination, and so we all followed, making good time clearing the trash mobs.

Just when I thought we'd never reach the first Boss, the cave rumbled and shook. I had to maneuver my character deftly to keep it from falling down.

The entrance to this part of the cave collapsed, shutting off our only avenue of escape. A mighty roar echoed through this giant cavern, and a massive Wyvern named Acid descended from the upper reaches of the cave.

Once again, I fervently wished we had a healer with us!

Opening up to the first page, it was listed with today's date, with a listed gym session for the day's events. 

"Oh," said Stephen, looking at the calendar inside. "So that starts today?"

"Precisely," Grace grinned.

"Can't I just do it later on?" he bargained, trying to get out of it.

Grace put her hands on her hips, "Not a chance. This was your wish, mister, and you have to abide by that."

Stephen groaned, even though he didn't really mean it. Truthfully, he was glad that Grace was reminding him about the wish, and the promise he had made to himself to do it. It would be a lie that, for a split second, he didn't think about rescinding the wish and just taking the easy way out.

"Okay, okay," he surrendered. "Well, how do we do this?"

Grace beamed with a smile, before gently getting out of his lap. "That's the spirit, love! And it's not like you are going alone, after all."

She but barely snapped her fingers, and her tank top and panties melted away, leaving her completely nude once more. Before he even had the chance to drool, Grace had new clothes forming, including a tight pair of black spandex workout pants, kicked off with a white pair of trainers, and a sleeveless light blue workout tank top that exposed generous portions of her arms and midsection. Her hair was carefully done up in a ponytail, but even dressed in simple workout clothes, she was still breathtaking.

"That's right, babe. Trainer Grace is going with you," she grinned, triumphantly.

"Sounds like you are going to distract the whole gym looking like that," he gesturing, motion to her generous cleavage and exposed belly.

 "That's good well go back to your wife. I need to go back to training I got this new exercise video which should help me out with my training" Said the very excited Roshi

You can see Gus walking back to check up on his wife and his new born. He walks into the room and sees his beautiful wife holding there baby while they are both sleeping. He walks up close and kisses both of their heads and gets in the bed with them both to rest as he also goes to bed and gets ready to spend the next day with his new son

AN: Yes that just happened

 On a small sandy island in the middle of the ocean you see a house with the words Kame on it and inside the house you see a skinny 10 year old boy with black spiky hair and black Caterpillar like eyebrows. Laying on the sand taking a nap until  he slowly opens his eyes and he is looking up towards the sky. That boy is none other then Might Guy

'Whoa how did I get here? I remember talking to that Batman God and now I'm here... WAIT this must be Dragon Ball?' thinks Guy as he looks around the island

As Guy looks around the island he sees the Kame house and for some reason he feels like he has lived there his whole life. He slowly walks to the door looks at it. Then he slowly opens it and enters.

"Hey is anyone home?" Says the confused Guy

"Hoo...Hehehahah"

Guy slowly walks into the living room and sees a old man wearing sunglasses watching a workout video laughing while working out.

'Wait... I think I know him..'

Guy gets a sudden influx of memories and now he remembers this is his grandpa Roshi

"Hey Grandpa Roshi"

"AHHHH!!!" 

screamed Roshi as he was so into his workout videos he didn't notice Guy standing right behind him

"Guy don't sneak up on me like that!. Do you need anything?"

"Yeah I want you to Train me so I can become strong!" Said the passionate Guy

"..."

"Guy is everything OK? I have never seen you so passionate before about training?"

"YES I am fine.! I just want you to train me so I can become stronger."

"Guy... The Turtle Hermit training regime is so intense. You couldn't handle it at your current level of strength. Besides you haven't trained a day in your life If you want me to train you in the turtle hermit ways... You need to build your foundation first so you can actually do the training"

"I see.. How long do you think It will take me to get my foundations enough to do the training?"

"Well Guy there are a lot of factors to that considering you never trained a day in your life. But for you I can make a training plan for you can follow to get your foundations up so I can train you in the turtle hermit ways."

"Thanks Grandpa" says guy with his signature shiny smile with his  thumb up

"Huh?"

Roshi takes off his glasses to look at Guy's smile

"Is everything ok Grandpa?"

"Yeah... For a second I thought i saw a little sparkle when you smiled I guess I am just seeing things" Said Roshi as he puts his glasses back on

"Well I will go make your schedule Plan now"

Roshi gets up and heads towards his kitchen to get a sheet of paper and a pen and walks back to the living room to start writing up Guy's training

"There Guy I made this plan to let your body foundations get stronger so later on I can fully teach you the turtle hermit style which should give you the most benefits. As long as you follow through it and don't worry about the food I will make specific food to help your body get more nutritions to compensation all the training you will be doing Guy"



5:00Am to 5:15Am: 15 minutes of stretching/breathing exercises (Improve flexibility of the body and calm the mind)

5:45Am to 7:00Am: Light Jog around the Island (to improve your endurance for future training)

7:00Am to 7:15: Breakfast(To eat good food)

7:30Am to 12:00Am: Open Training (To improve your overall physical capacities)

12:15Pm to 1:00Pm: Lunch(To eat good food)

1:00Pm to 2:00Pm: Nap Time(To relax the mind and body)

2:15Pm: to 5:00: Open Training (To Improve your overall physical capacities)

5:00Pm: to 5:45Pm: Dinner(To eat good food)

5:45Pm: to 6:15Pm: Rest(To rest the body for the upcoming spar with the turtle hermit)

6:15Pm to 7:00: Sparring(To improve your battle experience/Reflexes and technique)


"Thanks Grandpa for helping me" Says the very happy Guy

"Since this will be new for you I will help you for the first day but after that it is all up to you Guy."

"Got it and when can we start?"

"We will start first thing tomorrow and Guy we will be moving to another island so we can do all your training effectively OK. Now go get some rest you will need it cause the first day is always the worse one."

Time Skip to next morning

"Guy before we begin your foundation training their is something important you must know if you want me to train you."

"What is it Grandpa?"

"We do not learn marital arts to pick fights or to impress girls who would say
"Oh beef cakes your so strong I want you muhaa" Says Roshi in his girly voice
 We must learn the art of peace and war and basically We learn how to fight so we don't have too. We strive to maintain peace in the universe"

"You will also need a self Rule Guy. If someone threatens  you or any of the good innocent people it is your duty to defend." Says Roshi as he punches out to emphasis on to protect those who you care for.

"OK Grandpa."

"Ok now let's get started with your foundation training. Are you ready Guy?"

"I was born Ready"

"Ok now try and do the stretches I am about to show you OK Guy."

"Got it"

Roshi shows Guy all of the stretching techniques he will need to use and tells Guy

"Guy the reason why we have stretching as one of your first foundation training is because this is your first time training so we do these stretches to make the chances of your body getting injured during training less likely for any fighter you need to be decently flexible to dodge/ fight well."

"I understand Grandpa"

Guy does all the streches he has for 10 minutes

"Ok Guy now for the breathing exercises these are to help you with some of your training."

Roshi shows Guy how to do some of the breathing exercises

5 Minutes later of doing some of these breathing execrises

"I think I get it Grandpa"

Guy can feel the air slowly enter his lungs and then leave. Over the 5 minutes he notices he has become more calm and more focused on the task at hand

"Ok that's good now onto the jog Follow me Guy"

 Roshi jogs ahead and Guy follows after 15 minutes of jogging Guy starts to get a little tired. Soon another 15 minutes pass and Guy is starting to slowly lose speed and after it hit the 60 minute point Guy couldn't jog anymore

"OK Guy time for breakfast"

"(pant) Ok...(pant) Grandpa"


After a nice and healthy meal Guy goes to Roshi to ask him how will he do the next exercise

"Hey Grandpa for the open training what should I do?"

"Guy just do all the basic exercises repeatedly like push ups, Squats, Situps, Punch and Kick the tree and some jumprope" 

"Got it"

Guy starts to do the push ups but as soon as he barely got passed 20 he could barely do anymore

"21.... If i can't do 50 push ups then it is 100 squats"

"22... Ah"

Guy falls down onto the ground but slowly gets up to do his 100 squats

"33... 34...35"

' If I can't do 100 squats then it is 100 sit ups"


As Guy continues to train through the whole 4 hours and 30 minutes. It was unknown to Guy but Roshi was watching him the whole time and to say Roshi was shocked was a understatement he couldn't believe why his grandson was so motivated to get stronger.By the time Guy finished training for the 4 hours and 30 minutes Roshi walked towards him and asked

"Hey Guy can you walk back to the house?"

"Yeah.. I can"


As they both slowly walk back to the house Roshi starts making the big lunch for Guy

"Ok Guy time for the most important part of your training. Are you ready?

"YES!"

"Ok time for the Nap"

As time passes the nap slowly ends then began Guy's 2nd Open training/mini lesson on marital arts beingsand the part where we have all been waiting for the dinner... then the sparring


"Ok Guy for your first sparring lets see if you can hit me. Are you ready?"

"Yes I am grandpa"

"Ok come at me whenever you want" Said the nonchalantly Roshi

"Goodnight mama, goodnight baby brother" I lean down to kiss my mother on the cheek before giving a soft rub to her gigantic belly.  Of course I would never tell her that, not after father commented on how big she'd gotten. That was a scary day in the castle. Father only meant it as a compliment but mother did not see it that way.

"Good night baby" mama blows me a kiss as I leave the entertainment room and head to the east wing where my bedroom is situated. 

As I make my way through the corridors I pass countless treasures of art from ancient tapestries, sculptures and paintings to framed  armoury, ornaments and exquisite carpentry.

My family are big supporters of the arts and have always encouraged me to pursue my own creativity. I've tried everything from martial arts to poetry to cooking. I've not only gained useful skills but I've found a way to express my emotions and relieve stress, something I can't always do as a public figure. 

As I reach my bedroom my personal guards walk ahead of me to open my door. I smile at them in thanks and bid them goodnight. My room is definitely fitting of a princess but by no means would I describe it as girly. Directly opposite my bedroom door is my private balcony that has a stunning view of the west side of the city, giving me breath-taking views at sunset. My bed is a four-poster cherry wood 10metres by 12metres frame, my silk sheets are a deep teal with gold cushions. I have cherry wood floor boards with a faux sheep rug that covers half my floor. My walls were originally cream but over the years I've taken to using the blank spaces as a canvas for painting pictures, compositions and poetry. Other than my bed I have a mini fridge, computer and workout area where I do my morning exercises.

I walk to the left side of the room where my walk in closet and ensuite bathroom are located. I go through my nightly routine before  jumping into bed and snuggling into my blanket. I click my fingers and close my eyes as the curtains slowly close and the lights dim until I'm submerged into complete darkness. It's not long until I fall into a blissful sleep.

*CRASH*

I jolt awake when I hear a loud noise. I turn my head just in time as my guards rush into my room, only the look on their faces tells me they aren't here to protect me. I grab my knife hidden under my pillow and throw it at the first guards throat. I leap out of bed and hurl my body at the second guard. He's taken by surprise at my direct attack and slams to the ground. Before he can get his bearings I steal his gun and shoot him twice in the head at close range. I roll away from him and lift my arm and shoot the last guy in the chest. He drops to the floor and I shoot him two more times in the chest. I look at my bedroom door and see my fourth guard lying lifelessly on the floor and I come to the conclusion that not all my guards betrayed me, something I don't know if I should feel happy about or not. I drop the gun then run to my closet where my secret escape route is. Not even the palace guards know the exact locations of the personal escape tunnels so I figure I'm safe for now but that doesn't calm me down. I'm guessing my guards aren't the only traitors in the palace and I have no idea if my parents are ok. Remembering my training I take deep breaths to calm my breathing and focus. I close my eyes and think of a plan. Seven heartbeats later and I know what I have to do.

Even when I run at my maximum speed it still takes me 5 minutes to get to my parents personal chambers. Once I arrive I see the situatiin through a double sided mirror. Both my parents are on their knees, my mother has a knife at her throat and my father has a gun to his head. I release a suprised gasp when I take notice of the man arrogantly standing before them with a smug smile on his face. After the initial shock wears off I pay attention to what he's saying. 

"...is what you deserve dear brother. You were always the favourite. Everybody loves you. And when father banished me you did nothing. Nothing! Oh wait, that's not true, you took my childhood sweetheart and defiled her"

"Your brother's soft-heartedness is the only reason your father didn't kill you. His generosity and loyalty are the only reason you were allowed to set foot into this kingdom again. And how dare a vulgar monster like you say my HUSBAND defiled me. You are a mere stalker, MY HUSBAND owns my heart" my mother spat at my uncle's feet.

*Deep breath* "I'll forgive you this time my dove but your actions thus far must be punished" my uncle turns to his henchmen "Take her to the north wing dungeons. I want that creature inside her removed at once. She's then to be locked in her new room until she learns to accept me...as for my brother, kill him" as his henchmen listen to uncle Ray's orders and start to drag my mother out of the room my father who has been silent since now suddenly disarms his guard and reaches for my mother as she too releases herself from her captures. I begin to smile as I see my parents kick ass. However a frown quickly replaces it as a bullet pierces my fathers chest. I tilt my head in the direction the bullet came from and see my uncle chuckling with a magi-gun in his hands. He shoots off another round aimed at my father but my mother shields him and is hit between her shoulder blades. 

I panic at the situation before me but before I can do anything a wave of light is released and it takes a few seconds for my eyes to re-adjust to the brightness. Once the light faded all that was left of my parents was what looked like a white jade sculpture of the two holding each other in their arms. It took a few moments for me to comprehend what happened. They were gone.

"AAAAHHHHH!Bastard! Dirty whore! You two deserve each other! Just wait and see what I do to your precious country. Hahahhaha" Uncle Raymond mocks wickedly

"Your majesty, we have yet to hear from team B, I'm afraid they might have failed to kill your niece" henchman one voices his concerns

"Ah yes, my neice...so much like her mother. *deranged smile* Retrieve my niece using any means but I want her alive. If Felicity refuses to be mine by locking herself away in a stupid rock then I'll make her watch as I make her own daughter submit to my wishes" I gag as my uncle voices his plans for me.

Barely able to stay on my two feet. I make my way back through the tunnels and take the route that will take me out of the city. My family is gone. Tears cascade down my face as an overbearing sense of lonliness enters my mind. 

I know deep down it was the right choice to make. Mama only had a brief opportunity to save daddy and baby brother but being left behind still hurts. 

As I reach the end of the tunnel I decide to rest and recover my energy. When I wake up I'll decide what to do.

I wake up as streaks of morning light enter the cracks of the tunnels exit. I don't feel refreshed from my sleep as my dreams were plagued by nightmares. 

I don't know who to trust anymore. I don't know the state of the kingdom. And I don't know what to do. I do know that my mother would never commit suicide, especially pregnant. She and father are still alive. I have to save them! Somehow...I lean my head back against the tunnel wall and grunt in frustration. But self-pity never solved anything so I open up the secret safe for emergenies and place my palm flat on the bottom of the empty safe.

"Identity confirmed. Please select emergency protocol. Initiating protocol three" a robotic male voice sounds out.

The fake bottom is unsealed and exposes two cards. The first will be useless as it's my Royal ID card. I second is my fake ID. I'm surprised that it shows me as male but take it anyway. Beside the small duffel bag--which I know to be filled with clean clothes for various seasons, money and weapons--there are two items. One is a privy-cell, an electronic device that only opens for the owner and the person it's directed to, and the other is a potion.

I tap the privy-cell and it starts to float in the air. It scans the area and when it deems it secure it activates a sound proof barrier with me inside the bubble. 

"Baby, if your listening to this it means you're  on your own. For that I'm sorry, you must be so lonely right now but you need to be strong, I know you will be ok because you have your father's heart and my strength" my mother's virtual-self smiles and winks at me. "I'm sure you've seen your ID and the potion. The potion can turn you male. Don't worry it won't change your bottom half, it will just keep your chest flat and make your face more masculine. But it will only last a year. Hopefully you won't need it after that but if you do it gives you enough time to collect the necessary ingredients for another batch if you need to make your own. Be safe my love and know that your father and I are always here with you" my mother blows me a kiss.

The scene glitches and my mother is replaced by my daddy "Darling I've made an adjustment to the potion. I'm sorry but it's too much of a risk to not have a full transformation. Daddy is going to tell you how to use...the male appendage *lightly coughs* I know you might not like it but the world is a scary place and with me not there to protect you and you being a young woman...men are dispicable creatures my darling, you can only trust daddy. Now listen to my instructions...." my father explains in great detail how to use the penis but I still roll my eyes when he repeats the whole 'only trust daddy' spiel. "I love you my darling, now go show the world why" daddy says with a shaky smile and watery eyes before the message ends and the privy-cell floats back down to the floor. 

I reach into the safe and grab the potion and drink it all to activate the magic, I feel a tingle run down my spine as my body changes from female to male. I grab my ID and privy-cell and place them into my bag before walking out of the tunnel. I take one last deep breath before exiting the tunnel and facing my new life as Sirius Sly. My new name is Sirius Sly. Seriously. My father definitely came up with the name. Damn goof. I smile and step out into the sun.
