Galen was the richest guy in the town for a simple reason: his father was the mayor of the town, and he owned a mine. While the minerals were not very profitable, they still made Galen's life comfortable.
Galen eyed Roland up and down. In the end, for Falken's sake, he said, "All right, since Master Falken has recommended you, I'll take you on. However, I'm a fair man. I'll give him money according to the minerals he digs without any special privilege. How does it sound?"
Falken chuckled and said, "No problem."
Then, he patted Roland's shoulder and left slowly. Galen opened the gate of the stone house, and the stench of rocks was unleashed. Different minerals had been piled up inside the warehouse.
Galen fetched a hoe and a basket from inside and tossed them to Roland. He said, "These are your tools. You can start working… Right, what's your name? I need to register it."
Galen picked up a quill and opened a book from his drawer carefully. "Speak, and tell me your age, too."
"Roland, seventeen."
Roland was twenty-four in reality, but his game character was set to be seventeen, between a teenager and an adult. So, he could only give such information. After all, he looked too young to be twenty-four, and Galen wouldn't have been convinced if he said so.
Galen wrote down his name in the book. Roland stole a glimpse at it and discovered that the words in this world were pictograms. The words were not straight. There was no telling whether it was the standard format or Galen's personal style.
In the end, Galen waved at Roland, and Roland strode into the cave with the hoe and the basket.
The cave was rather huge, which was understandable because fresh air was needed in the mines. An oil lamp was established every dozen meters on the way. The wall was wet, and Roland could feel water on it.
Roland dragged the basket forward. There were pit-holes and pebbles everywhere on the way. After several minutes, he finally heard noises up ahead. Soon, he saw several people working hard at the end of the cave in different directions.
This was the real mine. It was a rather spacious place. The dome was a dozen meters high, and there were about thirty meters from the left end to the right end. The place was rather dim despite the lamps hanging on the wall.
Roland jumped off from the platform. Someone noticed the noise but soon focused on their mining. Time was money for the miners.
Observing the environment carefully, Roland came to an unoccupied corner and watched other miners work. Then, he copied them. 
Mining and sweating for an entire day, and copper of purity five is all I can find…
To the soundtrack of cling-cling-clings, Roland somehow remembered the poem. When MMORPG games were popular, he was only a ten-year-old child. He saved his breakfast money for a whole month to buy the monthly card for a game. Then, he mined two hours every day and paid for the game with the coins he earned in the game in order to play on.
His deepest impression on the first MMORPG game was mining, and he was mining again in the first immersive game in the world. He wondered if he was destined to be a miner.
Mining was an arduous task, but players, including spellcasters like Roland, had much better body builds than regular people did. When he started to work, his hoe was always hitting the hard rocks or getting stuck in the crevices, but half an hour later, Roland felt that he was getting the hang of it.
A yellow and white rock was dug out. Roland picked it up and observed it for a moment. Then, he shook his head, threw it away, and worked on. Before, when Galen opened the warehouse, he had snapped the minerals in the warehouse with the photo function of the system, which allowed him to compare the rocks he dug out to the existing ones to evaluate their value.
Of course, the comparison couldn't be accurate, but it was much better than random guesses.
After another hour, the other miners sat down and rested, but Roland kept working. Those miners gathered and pointed at him. There was even vague laughter. They must be mocking Roland because they thought that Roland couldn't persist much longer.
Roland ignored them and carried on. He had to keep trying until he felt exhausted.
Those miners rested for a while and went back to work. An hour later, they were too tired to work on again, yet Roland was still waving his hoe. This time, they didn't tease Roland and just gazed at him in silence.
After resting for a while, they continued digging, but when they gathered again and rested an hour later, Roland was still waving his hoe.
The miners stared at the thin young man in disbelief. Someone couldn't hold back anymore and approached Roland. He looked at the rocks in Roland's basket and the dent on the wall that Roland had just created with complicated feelings.
Roland pried a stone off the wall and threw it back into the basket. He smiled at the miner who approached him and left the mine with the heavy basket.
At this moment, Language Proficiency was already over. It was impossible for him to communicate with others.
The miners watched him leave. Looking at their baskets that were still half-empty, they all lost motivation to work.
Roland left the cave with the basket. It took him quite a while to become used to the dazzling sunlight outside. In the end, he dragged the basket to Galen and heaved it onto Galen's desk.
The basket was so heavy that the desk almost collapsed. Galen was greatly surprised and woke up from his dream. He exclaimed after he saw the basket and Roland behind it.
However, Roland couldn't understand him now. After Galen made a long speech, he could only shrug helplessly. "Sorry, Language Proficiency is over."
Galen was stunned, because he couldn't understand Roland, either. However, as a merchant who traveled a lot, he guessed what had happened.
There were more things that he wanted to say, but he could only shut up now. He moved the basket down to the ground and screened the rocks in the basket. The worthless ones were thrown away, and the valuable ones were divided into three heaps according to their quality. In the end, he counted them and put twenty-eight coins on the desk.
Roland took the coins and left without saying anything.

After two hours of walking and checking the place that they pass, Xin and the girls finally arrive in the center of the Island.

They expect that gravity, pressure, and air in this part are more dangerous, but who thought that the thing is its opposite.

The air is fresh and the thing that holds them is gone as if nothing happened.

While the surrounding is much more different than the place that they pass before commenting here.

And just like what Xin expected, the whole forest in perimeter already transformed into a magical forest.

Some of the magic species plants start to growing left and right.

Xin suddenly remember that he has a skill in inspecting things so he hurries activate it.

"Golden Gaze Fiery Eyes"

His eyes start to shine with golden color, he notices a silver grass not far away from them and inspects it.

A silver leaves that evolve from absorbing too much sunlight and excessive magic in the air.

It can be used as a healing regent for potion and elixir.

Just like what he read, normal grass evolves into a panacea and it much more useful than normal panacea because it contains a lot of magic power.

But the thing is normal humans can only consume a bit of this plant because their body cannot withstand the property of it.

And as for a strong one they can easily consume a whole plant.

While observing the change and seeing new species of plants starting to grow at this place. Xin suddenly feels that he gained a secret medical garden that no one can discover.

And not just a normal medical garden, it was a magic garden filled with magic plants and herbs.

Xin said," Girls open your eyes to see anything that looks out of place here a thing that you think that out of place here"

"We need to discover the cause of the change here"

Ikaros, Astrea and Frankenstein nod,"Yes Master!"

Then the four of them walk and carefully observe the whole magic forest.

While walking Xin sometimes takes a plant that looks cool and unique, he collects a flower with five different colors, a mushroom that glowing, a stone that looks like a green seed.

And anything that can use as an experiment later.

Xin even notices some magic ingredients and spices so he takes some to try it.

While walking Xin notice that green magic is starting to become dense, he feels that the yare close to the source of this change.

But the thing is Xin feels relief that the thing that changes this Island is not bad enough that they need to defeat it.

He hurries walk fast to see what is the thing that magically changes this whole Island.

Few mites later they stumble a huge cave that surrounded by lush greenery, while the cave is visually releasing green light energy.

Xin knows that they already found the source of all this.

Astrea asks," Master is that the place where the source of change came from?"

Xin said," Let's go and see we can only found is we see it clearly"

The three girls nod and follow Xin inside of the cave.

While waking inside of the cave, they see inside of the cave is beautiful, it's filled with glowing rocks and gems.

Xin fascinates from, the glowing rocks so he uses his ability to inspect it.

Xin was excited that he found this precious stone, he only read it in books and see it in historic documents.

Who thought that he will found a large amount of it in this cave, he takes out a knife and carefully takes out a large piece of it to place as decoration in his house.

Astrea walk at Xin and stare fascinated in the beautiful gem, even though that she is childish sometimes, she is still a girl that likes beautiful things.

While Ikasros and Frankenstein are opposite from her, the two of them likes planting different kinds of plant species.

After successfully getting the uncut night pearl, Xin carefully wrap it with leaf and store it for the meantime.

Then they continue to walk inside of the cave, while leaking Xin sometimes discover different kinds of element magic stones, from water stone to dark stone.

He collect all different kinds of element stone and hoping that he can make something from it.

While leaking Xin and the girls finally found the end of the cave.

Inside of the cave has an underground lake field with clear water, while in the middle are two floating objects that looks like a seed and a small, gray ornate book, bound with chains.

The seed is a field with green energy while the book looks normal, But when Xin use his eyes to inspect it, he was shocked by what he sees.

It had been a day since Shaka had returned to the world of the living. According to the proprietor of the Inn he had being gone for less than six hours. All the things he had experienced a thousand years had actually happened in a very short span of time. 

The mental adjustment alone were confusing people he believed he would never see again were now back in his life. The power that Lord Gu had scared him. What type of person would allow him to experience so many lifetimes and not give him a way to cope. He is extremely grateful for the knowledge but the price of that knowledge is something no-one had asked if he was willing to pay. 

Shaka was glad that it had not been longer thou,  He simply had to work hard to see his family again. The goals they had set out with could still be achieved, especially Shaka who wanted to build a home for his whole family to watch them grow in their goals and achieve their dreams. A chance at some form of normal life in what had spiralled deeply out of anyone's control.

The sense of belonging is something deeply linked to identity of self, without a place to call home Shaka knew that they could be lost to the winds eventually. Many people had made many promises to each other only to have it fall away the following week.

The barn was a big structure, the wood a type of local tree that would turn green as it got older. Inside Shaka was writing a list a for what he thought would be suitable materials for his new furnace, anvil, hammer and other small crafting tools. He even planned to make his own alchemy set. He looked over the first volume the Lord had given him, not only was it a class change item it also have him additional benefits. His tome had been soulbound to him. He had an innate understanding of all the languages written in the book. Each page was in a different language, as each page a different material. 


Tools of the trade [Volume one], was a tome that's listed the various method to forging a set of creator tools. Shaka glanced at each of  the pages, each of the had a production method for tools used by past creators. Shaka spent the morning reading those that he thought he could make. He tried to speak to himself his throat dry from thirst. He grabbed a drink from his carriage, the water did really taste of anything. 

Shaka walked through village to the mountain base he was collecting herbs and flowers. The seed were part of his plan to rise his own unique herbs as the book did say having a variety of herbs, minerals, tools and spirit were the best way to become a true creator. He gleaned from the book that each of his predecessor would spend about a year making their tools of the trade. A notable figure in his tome that stood out to Shaka was Feralden, a creator who had tried to focus on a type of metametal that was incredibly durable and endlessly versatile. Feralden had used it for all his tools.

Shaka, flexed his aching elbow as he picked at the various herbs around. Lucky for him he found four different kinds of grass in the same rock formation, they each had a slightly different colour of green, all but one which was bimbograss a white flakey grass. The others are humble grass, a brilliantly green grass that had a matte finish. Rock grass, that grows in clumps and final just normal grass ( LoL ). The herbs found in the base of mountain varied, hundreds of flowers grew wild here, Sniperroot, Venoblossom, Capadrew, Clapping Roses, Weeping Sage, EverThyme, GoldenCaramel and Savage leaves to name a few.

His used his tongue to rub his gums a weird throbbing had been going in his month for a few seconds. The bark of mountain Brooke a smallish tree with yellow branches. He was collecting all kinds of things the natural environment had been sparsely used for resources thus It was incredible rich with surface level goods even some minerals. A  bleeding root was an especially rare find, Plutarch rocks a special mineral that exists as a solid, liquid and a gas all at once. It unique properties have never been figured out as it was mana paradox. A term he learnt when he was reading on the failure of Sweeney a creator from a bygone era his whole life wasted on Plutarch rocks.

Shaka looked all over picking any thing that might hold value to him, the tome served as a sort of carrying bag as each item had been automatically placed into the tome. His muscle cramped up, as his muscles moved in a cramping fashion it nearly caused him to fiant it was truly severe. Prompting him to make his way back of course thou he killed a few mountain goblins, a salamander, two rock wolves and a Phantom baby Eland. His small haul made him really happy he could do a bit of experimentation with all the material he had. 

The barn a welcome sight, he was taking deep breaths with ever step, his face drenched in sweat. Perplexed as he should not be this tired from the little he did. He figured his just tired from the many changes happening around him. He had yet to take the time before  to even process his feelings on the fact that his family his parents were dead or worse, his whole life had been uprooted and placed in this hell. The small comforts of home no were to be found, not a single God damn Twinkies.

His whole family scattered to God knows where. His was really feeling forlorn, an unending pit of despair in the borrows itself into the recess of his mind heart and spirit he himself not realising how bad it had actually become. It gripped his heart twisting it worse is than the cramp before. He collapses to the ground tears in his eyes. Alone in the middle of the barn a young man crying, about one thing but also a lot of different things. The turning of his stomach snapped him out of he had not eaten the whole day. The midday sun high in the sky.

Shaka paced towards the Inn he wanted to have some Jambalaya, he had a strange hankering for something truly filling. The maiden working at the Inn, an oxen female, a type of Minotaur. Came up behind him, "Doooo yoooou need anything toooo drink sir?"

Shaka swayed his head side to side, in refusal at the same time made himself a little dizzy. "The hell is going on with me, I'm aching like an old man." He heaved checking a piece of skin that felt rather odd, slowly he peeled it off, fortunately it's a not serious."

A deep bowl dropped in front of steaming hot food, the smell rather aloof. He slowly ate the food as his spat it out yelling "What the hell are you trying to do?This food is horrible it taste of nothing!"

"Sir, you must be mistaken we have the best food in the village." She quickly tastes the food, her nostrils flaring as she lifts him up with one hand ready to strike "There is nothing wrong with this, Toothless Pete, eat this, you sir can leave we will not be fooled by the likes of you." She was fierce not even giving him a Chance to refute the claim before being thrown out the Inn, some of the villagers laughing as he land in the mud.

Shaka to mentally tired to really care about what just happened "at least use a different scam if they want they can really do better." He was beyond tired he slept for a few more hours after he had slinked into the barn. He arose to the evening sun. His eyes dry, his mouth parched, his stomach empty. He drank a potion it strong bitterness slightly dull, it had a refreshing affect on his whole body satiated.

He went to open his carriage, an ordinary set of glassware the he adapted by cutting them in half. He pressed the soil into them, breaking cores into the soil and planted the seeds of Eldar tree, a wood perfect for wand making, Crackling vines, Vines that smell like cooked pork used in making [Attract bags], Nin Flower, Captured Deweed and Birch wood. 

The cores could work as super fertilizer, depend on there rank. Sirius Kolisi, master farm creator had work close to two hundred years to make the basic core fertilizer, or so the tome told him.

The labour quick and simple a sort trans had befallen him, he watched the trees grow, the core not only fertilized them but increased the rate of growth at the expense of quality however one could use the roots to check if the plant has adopted any changes from the core one used.

Afterwards he had a small drink of water that tasted odd he went to the local tavern to find information as it was evening most of the villagers were out on the town. He knew something must be wrong the aches the weird taste of things, his skin, these are all things he had never suffered before.

Slowly but surely he had found a drunkard willing to talk to him for a quart of local ale, a smooth golden ale subtle in flavours. The foul mouthed man listed anything he could think that might make Shaka continue on his way. 

The disappointment of that not all bothersome, as a few more customers were more than willing to help for a drink. Shaka spent the next two hours speaking to people who were more interested in drink than speech however his hard work did produce.... 

Not a single Goddamm clue as to what was happening to him, after the twelfth man/demi, one of them had been a hegoat (LoL), Shaka resigned himself for night he still had time and it's so.serious.He could probably make it through a few months before anything disastrous will happen to him.

The world has final reached a point where technology is so advanced, that it will become indistinguishable from magic. Jion Shaka as travels the world of Unity and becomes the Solar systems most powerful being.

Then one day the war broke and everything change our Mmorpg became real!

"FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU... CKING HELL!!" I shouted loudly 

"Time to find a way to get Minerals. But where would they be? I can't see any on this island. At least on the surface." I said while thinking about ways to get minerals.

The first thought was to check trade ability and it was right choice. I could sell resources of any kind to the shop. For example earth could be sold - but it was really cheap and to get the needed 400 minerals would require much more time than selling trees for example.

I could sell rocks, ores, trees, water and literally anything around me. As it is said in the introduction to the trade menu - the more resource sold - less the price. And trade menu had a limit of transactions. It will not buy too much cheap resources at once as it is wasteful and transporting those resources would cost more than their price (at some point).

I can't understand how it is possible to sell it like that, but it seems that this is some super-advanced magical technology that I would not be able to understand. As it seems that only resources from my storage could be sold, I have to place items inside it manually and not just stand close to it.

"EErghhh.." 

"I don't want to work" I began to think of a reason not to do it. And all of them were crushed by a thought that I could create other drones and they would do all the work for me.

"Uhhhh. let's begin. First of all - How is storage system working? " I began to think on how to use it. I tried thinking about 'Put this tree in storage', didn't work. 
Tried thinking about it, tried talking, yelling, willing, grabbing it and putting it on me(ended in failure)... and it worked when I used system storage menu to put item that was held by my manipulators  in it. Process of me placing tree inside took a second. Whole tree in a second and it was inside my storage. To say that it was not happy moment would be telling a lie. The way tree teleported inside was marvelous. One moment it was there, other it was already incased in some kind of dark-blue/black shield and WHOOSH it disappears warping inside me, right under my [eye sensor].

"Oh. How could I be so stupid!" 

"I need to be careful. There could be some dangers in here. I don't know dangers of this world."

"Better do it fast, before the night falls. Better safe than sorry"

And so I began to cut trees and placing them inside my storage. And it was FUN. If there was any wildlife in this forest - it ran away from me as I was racing through the forest and just cutting all the trees in my manipulators range. after cutting for what looked like an hour or two I got around eight hundred trees. Yeah I was surprised too that I cut that much, but it seems not much time passed. Time to sell some trees and see how much minerals it will bring to me.

My 1200 cubic meters of trees resulted in 1200 minerals and it is strange. While looking at the transaction dialogue it seems that trees from this world are different from ususal, so for some time price will be 1 cubic meter = 1 mineral. But only for the trees with roots. Ones without roots, that would no be able to grow anymore - only 1 mineral for 10 cubic meters. 

It seems whoever buys these trees want to replant them at his place. Doesn't really matter to me. As long as minerals are easy to get - everything is good. 

"Hmm time to place this Nexus and relax! YESS" I said while rushing to the top of the hill, as this is the best place to observe this island.

After getting to the top of the mountain I pressed nexus button: holographic Nexus appeared in front of me... and OHH it is HUUGE up close. so I placed it right at the top of the mountain.

"WOW. so beautiful." Huge Spherical portal appeared on the designated place. It seems that this part is the same as in the game, just much bigger and a lot cooler.

After waiting for Couple of minutes portal began to change and increased in size rapidly it scared me, but not for long as Nexus appeared as portal disappeared in a flash. 

The moment in appeared I rushed in to create more probes to work for me, but when I entered it was almost empty. "WHyy oh whyyy everything is much more complicated than in the game!!!??!!"
After looking around inside the only thing that was obviously useful was control panel where I could add new functions, rooms and many more to this nexus. Most of them were locked, but the one I really need to make as fast as possible is a thing that can create drones for me. And it costs a fortune. like literally fortune. HUNDRED thousand minerals to buy technology from [Knowledge stream] and another TEN thousand to create [Drone Synthesizer].

"Oh shit. why is this so expensive?"

"Soo, is there anything else that I can create and that costs less?"

"Hmmm. It seems there are some options available" I was said to myself while looking through the list of addons that mostly were locked. Obviously.

[Hull upgrade to lvl 1]: 10k minerals (Makes Hull stronger and more resistant to damage)
[Photon thrusters lvl 0]: 100k minerals (Allows Nexus to move, albeit slowly. )
[Nexus Modification Station lvl1]: 1m Minerals (Allows to get more advanced and better upgrades)

"Uhh. everything is expensive and it seems the only thing that makes sense for now is to get a little bit more trees and get [Modification station] so I could see what [Personal modification] can do, as I tried pressing it and it said {No station available}. Now I know why."

The bad news is: the sun is setting. And I don't know if anything dangerous comes out at night. Better be careful and don't risk it. I think staying on top of the hill and watching around would be the best way to do it. 

While maybe as a human I should feel tired in body or mind - I am not tired at all. Nor in body or mind, what feels a little bit strange, but non the less is good.

~Getting Dark~

I climbed on to the top of the Nexus as it is perfectly angled so I could climb it easily, and began observing.

The first thing I saw  was movement. A lot of movement inside the forest. And this is strange, as in day time I saw almost no creatures - only small ones and a couple of Herbivores. While concentrating my sight on to the movement I felt like it got closer to me, and thinking about it it is obvious - drones are machines, they should have something like zoom. But this is hard to use as this is so unusual.

~After an hour~

I got pretty much used to it. At the least a little bit - I can now follow pretty erratic movements that are far and don't lose sight of the target.

In this hour of observation I found out that most of wild life on this island comes out at night. And they mostly come to hunt on to the shore. And it seems that each type have its own part of the shore.

The most common animal, from my observation, looks like Alligator with big jaw, but thinner body. It have 6 legs, long tail and it's skin resembles mix of a fish and alligator.

The most surprising thing about them is that it seems they can stand on to four legs and lift upper body part to latch on to the tree and climb on to it to wait for some prey on land. They have the biggest part of the shore, what is not really that surprising.

Another pretty eye catching one looks like centipede. Huge centipede. "BLURGH" Not a cool looking one, but an ugly version of it. No GOOGLY eyes like in some cartoons, no shininess of the shells. The dangerous looking claws, a lot of legs that look like Reaper's scythe on the end. Some drool always coming out of its creepy mandibles

To say about size? its width and height are close to mine. To Drones. And length is about fifty-sixty times of that. I counted 202 legs. This is creepy.

And there are more kinds of animals but they are mostly hunt each other and runs from previous two, so they does not worth mentioning.

"I should wait and watch a little longer to find out how they hunt and what they eat so I would be careful" I whispered to myself. And while watching them I caught myself on a thought. While I am talking I don't seem to hear any sound of my or any other voice. Am I talking in my head? Or drones does not have any way to speak? This looks bad.

"I am getting tired"

The Centipedes seems to be a mix of centipede and snake. They just devour any animal they see. Even Alligators. Like nothing. The strangest thing for me is that they Don't come close to shore. Maybe it is because there are a lot of Alligators? Most probably.

Notable thing is after hunting a little bit, Centipedes just go away, to somewhere close to the mountain and disappear. There must be a cave there, or more probably a cave system.

"I don't have anything to do, and I can't even sleep. This is boring, I wish I had an internet in here..." I sadly said. But no miracle happened, sadly. WIthout anything to do I began to move down the nexus and saw some movement in the forest close to it, so I stopped and Began watching in that direction.

There is a choice in what world he begins in, and I am thinking about it

1- Star Wars world, Pretty easy to butt in, not much to research because I will not include tv series in this.

2 - One piece : this is island and it is pretty easy to include 1 unknown island in this world (more research needed in stages of after the Death of Luffy's brother  and I read it a long time ago and already forgot most of happenings)

3- Random Low-level cultivation or any other magical world. LOW LEVEL , so the story does not progress too fast and MC becomes OP 

this is not obligatory and I will just think about it and choose by myself

---- I will mostly evade main stories or main characters of the worlds. As it is easier to do so, and world will try to make everything as it should be -------

Imagine reincarnating. But not into some godly being with OP powers, but into Probe from StarCraft.

But at least MC is not absolutely dumb, so he understands that he have potential because he can call upon mighty protoss on his journey.

After the chaos in the woods had passed, Baiyi did a little digging and learned more about the Rock Druid's background.
Its main body was an ore mountain lining situated at the border between the Fairy Kingdom and the dwarves' nation. After a while, some rare minerals were discovered on the mountain, leading to a mad scramble between dwarven powers to mine the precious and scarce minerals. The loss the Rock Druid had suffered during this time was no less than the loss Grandfather Tree had just suffered because of Godsfall.
The situation was too dire for one to think of honoring the age-old oath. The Rock Druid pleaded with the traditionalist fairies, who he considered his allies, for help, but all he received in reply was silence. The leaders of the traditionalist fairy settlements were too concerned about their positions and traditions to help.
In the end, it was the Wise Mad King's troops who came to the Rock Druid's rescue. The battle was hard fought, but the fairies still emerged victoriously; they ended up expanding the Kingdom's borders even further, into territory that used to belong to the dwarves.
After this, it was no surprise to anyone that the great druid would choose to side with those who had come to his rescue. The alliance with the Rock Druid must have been what stoked the Wise Mad King's desire to bring the traditionalist fairies over to his side. The Rock Druid had proved indispensable to the Wise Mad King, for the information he provided had improved the king's plan by leaps and bounds.
"That was when I realized the truth; his Majesty is the best hope for all fairies. As that is the case, I'm more than honored to fight by his side!" The Rock Druid declared with a monotonous tone of voice. "We've known each other for so long, so don't make me end you. Give up the surviving fairies and the human outsiders."
"If you honestly consider the Wise Mad King your priority, then honor the fact that protecting these fairies and humans are my priorities. Nevertheless, talk is cheap; let me show how far I am willing to go in order to protect those I prioritize above all!" Mr. Bear cried, activating his strange power.
Different forms of rocks suddenly broke off from the earth's crust and rushed upward till they were above ground, then they continued to rise into the sky. Soon, the sky was completely shrouded by a sea of floating rocks, making for a horrifying sight, and after a few moments, these rocks began to plummet at high speed, straight at the Wise Mad King's elite troops. It was as though the bear planned to stone its enemies to death! 
"Rocks? Pathetic. Who do you think I am?" The Rock Druid laughed scornfully before waving its hand casually. The rocks instantly halted in midair, then they changed course, flying towards the surviving Eom villagers. Suddenly, a stone dome rose from the ground, encompassing the surviving villagers and the humans.
Mr. Bear pouted its lips and waved its paw again. The earth below the feet of the enemies melted in a quagmire and crumbled under the weight of the troop and their weapons. Screams reverberated through the area as some were swallowed whole by the mud.
"Enough with your foolish parlor tricks!" The Rock Druid roared and slammed its boulder-like fist onto the group. Huge boulders blasted out of the mire, bringing with them those who sunk into the mud moments before.
"You! Cannot! Win me this way!" The Rock Druid bellowed. It raised its boulder-like fist and charged at Mr. Bear.
Wild grass sprung out of the ground in front of the Rock Druid and weaved itself into a web big enough to trap the enormous, golem-like druid. Mr. Bear seized this opportunity to retreat backward.
"Hilarious!" The Rock Druid guffawed scornfully. "You have no idea how the new powers I have been bestowed work."
A strange olive-green flame surged from the Rock Druid's body and incinerated the wild grass that had it trapped.
Mr. Bear's face darkened. Its powers were mysterious enough to puzzle even Baiyi; however, they were not meant for battle. The bear was a pacifist who was adept in the Gnosis of Nature; it did not dabble in the art of killing. Its power could only support or frighten; that was all.
Furthermore, in the wilderness they were currently in, only rocks could be used as weapons. However, their enemy was a Rock Druid, who was capable of manipulating rocks more than they ever could, giving it an overwhelming advantage in this battle. Now, Mr.Bear also had to deal with the olive-green flames. 
Those who wielded metaphysical powers had similar flaws. Although they revered nature, metaphysical powers had very little offensive capabilities, limiting what their users could do in battle. Although sorcerers were unable to use very strange techniques like metaphysical users, they excelled in battle, much more than the former. Hence, nature-loving druids were almost no match for sorcery.[1]
These nature practitioners have always been more adept at psychological warfare, making them and their powers unpredictable. However, once the mystery that shrouded them was lifted, these druids become vulnerable. This was the reason why Mr. Bear was not at the mercy of the Rock Druid, who had gained a new power from Godsfall.
The Wise Mad King really had left no stone unturned in his bid for success. The three guardians of the village had been completely suppressed. All that was left was for his elite troop to march into the crowd of defenseless fairies.
When the Fairy Commander of the Wise Mad King's elite troop saw Mr. Bear being pressured by the Rock Druid, he knew it was time to lead the elite troop into battle. He led his team past the suppressed Mr. Bear, charging towards the survivors of the Eom Village attack.
"We're all fairies!" The charging elite team cried out. "Surrender! Do not fight us!"
The Wise Mad King had directed them to kill some of the survivors, then capture the others to be used as hostages; this way, if other traditionalist fairy settlements got wind of everything, they would be unable to step in. Furthermore, with hostages, they could pressure Nydore to surrender, as well. Hence, the elite team moved to capture some hostages before slaying the rest.
It was at this moment that Little Mia stepped forward, coming to stand in front of Eom Village's fairies. With the hammerhead shark plushie clutched tight, cold fury flooded her face as she yelled, "Don't touch my friends!"
The Fairy Commander of the enemy troop froze momentarily, then an expression of bemusement crossed his face. This girl was their target, after all, and she had just presented herself to them. In a fit of joy, he instantly ordered his archers to fire at her.
The sky darkened as arrows soared upwards, with every one of them seemingly aimed at the little girl's chest. Right when they were about to strike home, the hammerhead shark plushie wrigged out of Mia's arms and soared into the air.
An ancient and solemn voice echoed from its mouth. "The Lord sayeth: defend the weak out of compassion..."
Suddenly, as though at its behest, the soaring arrows began to drop to the ground, like hovering blades of wild grass succumbing to the laws of gravity.
The plushie flapped its stout fins and somersaulted twice in midair before saying, " The Lord sayeth: be courageous when faced with evil..."
Golden shimmers suddenly appeared deep within the bodies of the surviving fairies. It was a blessing, which made every fairy of Eom Village feel they could knock out a bull with a single punch. The sturdy stone wall in front of them, which was as indestructible as the Western Wall on Earth, crumbled from a random fairy's push!
"Isn't this… Word of God?" Laeticia stared blankly at the hammerhead shark plushie, which was now hovering above Mia's head, with disbelief.
The 'Word of God' was the highest ranked theurgical magic spell in existence. It was far more potent than other kinds of theurgical magic spells cast by regular priests. If theurgical magic spells were ranked with the metric of society, such that the weakest was grade one and the strongest was grade 7, Word of God would akin to an eighth-grade magic spell!
This was not something that could be performed by just about anyone from the Church. It was an ability that could only be used by the highest ranks of the Church; today, only the Bishop or a Saint could use it. Who would have thought that a hammerhead shark plushie would able to cast it, too?
Baiyi was just as shocked when he saw this. If the Saint Joel of old had been present on that battlefield, it would have been understandable that such high-level theurgical magic spells were cast. After all, in his time, the apostle had ventured into a demon-filled abyss alone. Only someone insanely powerful would be brave enough to undertake such a missionary task.
However, the Cleric Walker of today had long since abandoned the faith he had once held, becoming the pervert he now was. Hence, it was incredible he had been able to perform such high-level theurgical magic. In Baiyi's eyes, he was a Voidwalker who only specialized in perverted deeds.
'Wow; is their god oblivious to everything the Cleric Walker has been doing so far? If this god were to participate in a Starcraft tournament, he would probably end up in the Korean team, wouldn't he?'
However, the Cleric Walker seemed eager to refute his naysayers on this issue. "The only faith I abandoned were those which mortals adhere to! Those commandments written in the book are cleverly disguised man-made laws! I don't believe in those, and that has not changed the fact that I can cast theurgical spells just fine!"
'Alright. It's not like I buy that pile of bull, but…' Baiyi paused and continued watching the Cleric Walker's recollection.
With the Cleric's powerful spell on their side, the skirmish began to veer in favor of the fairies from Eom Village. Every long ranged attack deployed by the enemy elite troop, such as arrows and spells, were destroyed by the plushie, leaving close combat the only viable option the enemies could employ. However, against the fairies of Eom Village who had been blessed with strength boosts, the chances of a huge upset for the enemies increased!
Laeticia stepped forward to join Mia. She instantly activated the personal theurgical spell passed to her by the Cleric Walker, and suddenly, she turned into an angel with wings of light. The power that accompanied her transformation allowed her to provide her allies with defense boosts and frequent health restoration. 
Tisdale, on the other hand, swung the magical staves Baiyi had gifted them. Then, her, Mia, Nota, and Vidomina began to chant, casting elemental spells at the enemy with precise accuracy!
Baiyi, who believed that skill was not always sufficient to win battles, made sure to equip his students with the best equipment and gears available. The students had always undergone high-level training from Baiyi and teamwork training from Aya, so they were far more powerful now than they were given credit for. Even Godsfall had underestimated them, thinking they were nothing more than mere decoration.
However, the girls had become a force to be reckoned with.

Imagine being forced to live, after death, as incorporeal bodies trapped in a vast space of nothingness for thousands of years, with nothing to do but exchanging past memories with other cohabitants (read: weirdos).  Everybody wanted out, but there was no way to leave the Void...

However, Baiyi had to use the techniques and abilities the other souls had taught him throughout the years, and together with his own extensive knowledge of anime and game tropes from his shady and dangerous past as an otaku, to face the biggest challenge of them all: training the clumsy young girl he was forced to partner up with… into a competent sorcerer!

With my mind wholly focused on the book I sat down on a chair and with a *flop* mountains of collected dust rose from their slumber. *cough* *cough* What in Merlin's saggy pants-?!

I fast walked a couple of feet away and saw mountains of dust-bunnies just floating around. Looking down at my once sanitary attire I sneer and reach for my wand.

Tergeo. Walking around the house, I point at any and every spot that might have never, in its entire existence, been cleaned before this. Scourgify. Scourgify. Scourgify

*sigh* I decide to give my services to a side that loathes me because I dont want to kill and now I have been reduced to a house elf. How lovely.

Within several seconds gets darker. Looking out the window, I spotted dark clouds looming over the sky, blocking out the sunlight.

I sneer at the aggravating situations that seem to barrage my every waking moment ever since I have been sent on this superfluous mission.

Taking hold of my wand, I swish it in the proper motions. Reparo.

One by one, the rotten pieces of wood that have fallen to the ground, fly up and reconnect with the splintered planks of wood that was once, and now is the ceiling.

With nothing to do due to the rain now pouring down outside like waterfalls. I sit back down on the chair and open the book, turning to the first chapter. "The Soul"

It says { the soul is the incorporeal essence of a living being, However, I have come to the . . . } I have no time for this. I'll just return to it after I find what I'm looking for

It documents people including 'muggles?' who seem to remember their past lives, there is an article about oracles seeming to have come from the future or... come back from the future. Some speak of a parallel world or dimension but... no, this is not what I'm looking for. unless

A list of ingredients? Has the author already experimented on time-travel before? Did he succeed? But these ingredients make no sense. Most of them can be bought with a peasant's pocket money, others like Phoenix blood are impossible to attain. Lets see... usually their composition can give us an insight on what the potion is for

Phoenix blood is maybe... life? rebirth? Death cap is a poison, Ponderosa Pine absorb more Carbon Dioxide than other plants. Edamame is... a legume. Fusilinid shells... I've only seen in pictures...

*sigh* I massage my temples and take a deep breath. I flip the page and see a diagram, the type usually used in alchemy. The person who wrote this was an alchemist? I skimmed the entire book and found insights, revelations, not just on souls but on the alchemy used to study them.

This barmy lunatic, this amount would have needed more or less seven hundred souls to study it. He tried to transmigrate souls into a form of energy to create another resurrection stone. But midway it seems as though he gave up and focused on the concept of time instead.
I turned back to the page with a diagram and studied its formation. If only I could test this.

I scatter everything in my pouch on the floor and find items that could be used as substitutes. Taking out the explosives and survival necessary items, I was left with fewer things than I expected.

I... guess I could use half a vial of Saint Potter's dried blood as substitute for phoenix blood... right? It was supposed to be used for the situation wherein the book was hidden in the dark wanker's library located in the chamber of secrets. But there was no need as I found it stashed away in a room on the second floor.

It's gotta have just as much 'holy' in it. Okay I'm not thinking straight and am just making excuses. But I doubt I would be given the same time and opportunity to attempt this in the future. I doubt I would even have one with the number of murderers wanting my head.

Analyzing the items I could use as alternatives, never minding that most of them were poisonous, I just needed the fusulinid shells.

I realized earlier that most of the ingredients listed (mostly vegtables) have been known to absorb or contain high amounts of certain protein and minerals like potassium and carbon. I remembered that fusulinid shells were fossilized in a certain type of lime stone; however, I dont carry stones with me like some creepy old bachelor.

Will trans-mutating a few rocks work? The light magic spell wont allow its composition to change but maybe dark magic? I will just have to find a material of its equivalence.

Setting aside the materials I could use into a different compartment in my satchel. I fish my pocket for a galleon and set it down on a table. Putting my wand back in its holster, I cut off a few pieces of my hair to use as the medium for my magic. Scattering it around the gold coin, I execute the hand signs and channel my magic, giving it instructions on what to do.

Red magic pours out of my hands, merging with the magic of nature that surrounds me, turning into wild magic under a minute. Wrapping around the galleon and condensing into thick layers of pure energy. It thrashes around like a wild animal and eats away at my magic core like a savage beast. I could feel it clawing and viciously tearing me from within. This is why I dont like old dark magic.

The red light that was wrapped around the galleon like a blanket, disperses and reveals a limestone, about the size of an child's clenched fist. Never before have I felt so exhausted but exhilarated at the same time.

I succeeded! I transformed metal into a mineral. Turning mineral into a metal would be much harder, no it may be impossible. Turning metal into mineral however, it is possible.

All of a sudden I felt an intense scorching pain shooting up my neck. The world seems to spin around me as adrenaline pulsates through my veins with loud booms, every beat would push my breakfast up but I force it down. Then I felt emptiness, the cold rushing into my system like snakes, forcefully pushing through my veins.

Magic exhaustion and poison. Digging through my satchel I found a pepper-up potion and a bezoar. The bezoar might not be able to eliminate the wild magic that entered my system but its better than nothing. Swallowing it I follow up by chugging down the pepper-up potion to fight against the developing frostbite.

That should be good enough for now. I'll just continue the rest tomorrow. I collapse into the nearby couch and let sleep take over.

What Zhang Che was looking forward to the most was how fast the Darkfiend Abyssal Dragon would be after advancing.
At that time, surpassing the speed of sound shouldn't be a problem at all! Perhaps, if the Darkfiend Abyssal Dragon made a sufficiently big break through, he wouldn't just exceed the speed of sound. He might even go further, reaching five hundred meters per second!
As he thought about the future, Zhang Che's mood became incomparably beautiful. It couldn't be described with words alone.
However, he'd only find out the end results after some time. As for now, it was better to see what good stuff was in here.
Although the Darkfiend Abyssal Dragon had sucked in the whole pool of the extremely cold creamy white spiritual fluid, the cold aura in this underground cave didn't decrease by too much.
What did that signify? Naturally Zhang Che was clear about that. Without a doubt, that unknown creamy white spiritual fluid didn't appear out of nowhere. Surely it was formed from the combination of the unique terrain here and some special minerals.
Minerals that could produce such spiritual fluid naturally wouldn't be anything ordinary, either!
Done thinking, Zhang Che immediately went into motion, controlling the scarlet and white sword to slash at the pit.
The scarlet and white sword's attack power was terrifyingly high. Even epic-quality exotic beasts couldn't withstand its sharpness. Although the rocks here weren't simple, they too were cut easily.
As the sword light streaked about, large pieces of rock were hacked away.
"Damn, am I possessed or what!" Zhang Che suddenly slapped his own head after controlling the sword light to slash at the rocks for a while.
After not using the Purple Crystal Tortoise to scour for minerals for a long time, and heavily relying on the scarlet and white sword's high attack, Zhang Che actually forgot that he had the capable little Purple Crystal Tortoise to mine for him.
He recalled the sword light, then immediately ordered the Purple Crystal Tortoise to sink into the underground cave's rock strata, digging out all the minerals hidden inside.
At this time, the elemental queen, who had been responsible for standing guard, suddenly said, "Master, there isn't any more danger here. Can you let me leave this place first? This servant doesn't like the environment here."
Zhang Che turned to look at her. He saw the elemental queen's face slightly scrunched up, looking at him in anticipation.
Right. She was a fire spirit, after all. Of course she'd feel uncomfortable in this land of extreme cold.
Previously, they needed her to be on guard against any possible danger that might appear. Now that it was clear there wasn't a single powerful exotic beast in this underground cave, it was a given that the elemental queen wasn't willing to remain here any longer.
"Alright. You go wait outside the underground cave. I'll join up with you after the Purple Crystal Tortoise digs out the minerals."
Zhang Che was naturally understanding of this. He nodded and agreed to her request.
The Purple Crystal Tortoise still needed some time to finish digging. Of course Zhang Che wouldn't force the elemental queen to wait with him here.
"Thank you, Master!" the elemental queen let out a long sigh of relief. She bade farewell to Zhang Che and quickly ran back along the tunnel they had come from.
After sending off the elemental queen, Zhang Che was in no hurry. He stood and waited quietly. All of a sudden, the Scarlet Flame Drake let out a soft bark when it saw the elemental queen leaving.
As a fire-attributed subdued beast, the Scarlet Flame Drake hated this environment to the extreme, too. It barked as a reminder to Zhang Che, wanting its master to recall it back into his spiritual sea.
"Fine, you're all so delicate. Can't even take a little bit of suffering," Zhang Che shook his head helplessly. He recalled the Scarlet Flame Drake back into his spiritual sea with a wave of his hand.
The entire cave fell into an endless darkness.
"Shit, I shouldn't have let the dog come back!"
Zhang Che was depressed. Although there wasn't any more danger, waiting alone in this darkness left him feeling uncomfortable.
-Forget it. I'll go wait outside the cave too.-
Shaking his head, Zhang Che gave another order to the Purple Crystal Tortoise, telling it to meet him at the cave entrance when it was done digging for minerals. He followed the tunnel he came from and quickly retreated from the cave.

After returning outside, the extremely cold feeling seemed to have disappeared without a trace. Zhang Che relaxed all over, feeling much more comfortable.
He stowed his beast card armor and chatted with the elemental queen.

After waiting for close to an hour, they finally saw the Purple Crystal Tortoise emerging from the ground.
However, the Purple Crystal Tortoise obviously seemed to be in a bad state. The purple armor on the surface of its body was dyed with a faint layer of white frost.
"Could it be that there are still exotic beasts in the cave's rock strata?" Zhang Che widened his eyes. He saw the Purple Crystal Tortoise opening its mouth, and a pile of white jade-like mineral poured out from it, accumulating into a pile half as tall as a man.
As the white jade-like mineral appeared, the surrounding temperature quickly fell, like winter had suddenly descended on them.
"What a concentrated force of extreme cold!" Zhang Che finally understood why there was a layer of frost on the surface of the Purple Crystal Tortoise's armor. The pile of mineral in front of his eyes was the cause of it.
"This thing seems to be even higher grade than the fire crystals!" Zhang Che immediately grew excited.
No matter what, this was an extremely rare mineral. It would definitely be very useful.
"Since these minerals contain such dense aura of extreme cold, I'll call you Dark Yin Crystals," Zhang Che casually named the minerals, before stowing them away in the Nirvana Snake King's spatial storage.
It went without saying that their applications would only be known after he returned to Bei Du and had his father-in-law's men conduct research on them.
At this moment, changes suddenly happened in his spiritual sea.
Concentrated rainbow light suddenly shone from above the rainbow crystal, enveloping the light that represented the Darkfiend Abyssal Dragon.
"Hmm? Could it be that the creamy white spiritual fluid wasn't enough to let the Darkfiend Abyssal Dragon advance in quality, and so the rainbow crystal gave it a hand?"
After thinking things through, this seemed like the only possibility.
With that, however, Zhang Che looked forward to the end results even more.
"Then, since the Darkfiend Abyssal Dragon's breakthrough in quality is a given, I wonder if he will advance in level as well…"

The sky gradually darkened.
Zhang Che decided to get back inside the cave, ready to set up camp here tonight.
Since the Dark Yin Crystals that emitted the extremely cold aura were already dug out, it shouldn't be very cold inside the cave anymore.
Indeed, after entering the cave, although a tinge of coolness could still be felt, it was no longer to the extent of being unbearable.
Thus, Zhang Che prepared tonight's roasted meat party while waiting for the Darkfiend Abyssal Dragon's advancement.
He didn't wait too long. When the meat was roasted on the skewers stabbed into the wall to fragrant perfection by the elemental queen, the Darkfiend Abyssal Dragon's light in Zhang Che's spiritual sea finally emerged from its cocoon.
His pet finally had supersonic flight speed!


The world experienced a cataclysmic change, and countless spatial gateways appeared out of thin air.
Exotic beasts of all shapes and sizes swarmed out of those aforementioned spatial gateways, forcing the humans to face the crucial moment for their survival.
In order to search for a chance at survival, brave warriors from the army and scientific researchers risked their lives and entered the world beyond the spatial gateways. To their surprise, they discovered that there was a chance of obtaining beast cards by killing these exotic beasts in their world.

Yang Ling quickly understood how to use the Space Ring after Sofia explained it to him. The Space Ring was a sort of magical storage space, and he only needed a thought to quickly put in or take out an item.
There were many things in the Space Ring. There were various minerals, a few crates full of crystal coins, as well as a large stack of books. In that instant, Yang Ling felt dizzy just looking at all the items.
"Mind Magic for Beginners, Gryphon Techniques, Research on Secret Silver Ores…" Yang Ling nonchalantly picked out a few books from the stack, and each of them shocked the elf Sofia.
"Mind Magic?" Sofia said in surprise, grabbing the thick book from Yang Ling's hands. "Yang Ling, when this skeleton was alive, his status was definitely not simple!"
"So what if it wasn't simple? He still returned to the dirt after he died!"
Sofia was shocked, but Yang Ling did not think too much about it. Just as he was about to carefully scrutinize the items in the Space Ring, the Horned Bee Beast leading the group suddenly let out a howl, leading the group of Horned Bee Beasts back toward him.
"Sofia, be careful!" Yang Ling had a bad premonition when he saw the unusual behavior of the Horned Bee Beasts. He hugged the flustered Sofia and observed the surroundings closely, preparing himself for any surprises.
Quickly, rustles could be heard. A group of strange creatures emerged from behind the rubble. They had large heads, yet their bodies were only about the thickness of a water bottle. They all had a thin tentacle on each side of their bodies, as well as a bowl-sized eye in the center of their foreheads.
"So they are Evil Eyes!" Sofia heaved a sigh of relief as she leaned in Yang Ling's embrace. "They are low level Magical Creatures that live in groups. They can shoot laser beams. Even though they are rather slow, we should still be careful!"
Yang Ling quickly understood what she meant by rather slow. The Evil Eye directly opposite them attacked without warning, releasing bolts of chopstick-sized beams of light. The attacks left holes in the wall behind them. Even though the beams were powerful, the speed and accuracy of the projectiles were laughable. They had to store energy for half a day after every round of projectiles, and Yang Ling and Sofia could easily avoid the projectiles they released.
Yang Ling was even more relaxed by the fact that even though a portion of them would attack with all their might, a good portion of them would just stay by the side and look on. He did not know if this was because they were confident of their numbers, or if they just lacked intellect. In fact, some of the creatures even spread out in search of food, picking up and consuming the Dark Fire Crystals.
Under Yang Ling's command, two hundred Horned Bee Beasts started to attack. They formed a triangular formation and swarmed over, freely assaulting the slow Evil Eyes as if they were fighter jets.
The Horned Bee Beasts rained down on the creatures, stabbing with their sharp black horns before ripping their flesh off with their shiny fangs. The Horned Bee Beasts dug out deep holes on the eyes or heads of the Evil Eyes. The Evil Eyes that were under attack let out pathetic cries, struggling before they fell helplessly.
Seeing the precise attacks of the Horned Bee Beasts, the leader of the Evil Eyes tried to consolidate their firepower. But they were slow, often losing their targets before they could even take aim.
Under Yang Ling's command, the Horned Bee Beasts made use of their speedy movements and forced the Evil Eyes to retreat. They sometimes scattered in the air, easily avoiding the light beams of the Evil Eyes; other times, they grouped together and attacked the defenseless Evil Eyes as a group. Sofia was shocked to see how powerful these Horned Bee Beasts were compared to their wild counterparts.
Under Yang Ling's command, a mere two hundred Horned Bee Beasts were enough to disrupt the Evil Eyes' battle formation. The situation only turned slightly more advantageous for the Evil Eyes after their leader managed to successfully gather all the Evil Eyes.
The power of the Evil Eyes' attacks were improved as they combined their efforts and formed a rain of light beams. Even though the beams of light they shot out were still messy and all over the place, there were a few Horned Bee Beasts that were unfortunate enough to be hit.
At the same time, the giant rocks around them became targets for the Evil Eyes, the light beams creating little holes within them. Even though the Evil Eyes could not launch an effective offensive, their firepower was decent. Perhaps that was how they got their status as low level Magical Beasts.
With his speed, Yang Ling dodged the Evil Eyes' attacks with Sofia in his arms. Soon after, seeing the holes on the giant rocks, Yang Ling came up with an idea.
He told Sofia to hide behind a giant rock. Yang Ling did not retreat. Instead, he advanced. He bit on his right index finger as he charged quickly toward the Evil Eyes. At the same time, he commanded the Horned Bee Beasts to launch a full assault. Under his command, the Horned Bee Beasts attacked the non-vital areas of the Evil Eyes. They did not kill the Evil Eyes, but instead, they rendered the creatures unable to move or attack.
Yang Ling did not stop. He dripped a drop of blood on the head of every injured Evil Eye. When Sofia wasn't looking, he would consume a Blood Orb made by crystallizing blood essences from Magical Beasts, quickly replenishing the energy and wizard powers he spent taming the Evil Eyes.
After coming into contact with Yang Ling's blood, a silver glow enveloped the Evil Eyes. Mysterious symbols also appeared, creating an effect similar to what happened with the Horned Bee Beasts. At the same time, Yang Ling felt a streak of warm current enter his body. He also gained many more unfocused memories in his mind.
After moving through the group, Yang Ling had soon managed to tame a large portion of the Evil Eyes. Counting them after the battle was over, he realized that he had tamed about two thousand Evil Eyes, so their numbers were similar to the Horned Bee Beasts. The price was that he had to consume more than two hundred Blood Orbs, all that he had gathered recently.
"Yang Ling, this… This is the Ancient Summoning Magic?"
Sofia was dumbfounded when she saw Yang Ling quickly taming the Evil Eyes. She had never expected that such a powerful Summoning Magic existed. He did not have to use magical powers, nor did he recite incantations; all he did was use a drop of blood to summon two thousand Evil Eyes. He lived up to his reputation of an Ancient Summoner of the legends.
After giving a mysterious smile, Yang Ling did not confirm or deny Sofia's statement. The Wizard's Pagoda was a secret that his survival relied on, and he did not want anyone to know about it. Also, there were still many things he did not know about the Wizard's Pagoda, so he couldn't explain it even if he wanted to.
Yang Ling's face was rather pale even though he had consumed a large number of Blood Orbs. After all, he had tamed a large number of Evil Eyes. He was lucky that his wizard powers had improved after consuming the Water of the Spring of Life, and that the Evil Eyes were all injured by the Horned Bee Beasts; otherwise, there was no way he could have pulled it off.
After resting for a moment, Yang Ling excitedly commanded the Evil Eyes into a formation. The firepower of the Evil Eyes wasn't weak. Even though they required some time between attacks, this weakness could be offset with the correct strategy.
Yang Ling recalled the famous three column cannon formation used by Napoleon when he thought about the ancient cannons used in the eighteenth century. He arranged the Evil Eyes into three rows, the first row prowling on the ground, the second squatting, while the third row stood. The three rows would fire successively. This way, he could create a continuous web of firepower. With the terrifying number of Evil Eyes he had at his disposal, his offensive capabilities were now greatly increased.
Sofia looked at the busy Yang Ling. Slowly, her shock turned into admiration.
He had a massive number of Horned Bee Beasts and excellent training methods. After summoning a large number of Evil Eyes, he could perfectly balance their strengths and weaknesses in the blink of an eye. Sofia felt that the more she learned about Yang Ling, the more shrouded in mystery he became.
Buying a mountain of minerals with a large number of Essence Crystals might be unimaginable to many, but Yang Ling did not hesitate. He seemed to be a rich person who spent money like water, but when he was busy, he could do without his meals or fill his stomach with ordinary food. He did not have airs of a noble.
Possessing a strange summoning magic and a large number of Magical Beasts, Yang Ling seemed to be a powerful Ancient Summoner of the legends. Even though there were many questions surrounding Yang Ling, Sofia instead became more attracted to him. With Yang Ling around, her life became radiant and full of laughter; when she saw the suave Yang Ling, her heart would unexplainably beat faster.
"Yang Ling, how did you come up with this strange yet effective method?" Sofia instinctively took out her handkerchief and prepared to wipe his forehead when she saw the sweaty Yang Ling. But she felt a little embarrassed.
"Haha, Sofia, I'll tell you the truth, these ideas were all given to me by the Goddess of Nature!" After storing the Horned Bee Beasts and Evil Eyes into the strange space that was the Wizard's Pagoda, Yang Ling gave a mysterious smile. "Let's go, my elf beauty. If we do not make our way back soon, the tender orchids will be dried out by the sun!"
Sofia blushed when she heard Yang Ling call her a beauty. She scanned Yang Ling with her large eyes before leaving. Besides her shyness, she had a sweet feeling in her heart.
Referring to the memories of the Evil Eyes, Yang Ling understood that there were many deep caves within the valley, and in those caves were countless monsters. Legends also said it that there was a subterranean city sealed somewhere underground, overrun with monsters. His wizard powers were depleted, and he could not explore the valley even if he wanted to. All he could do was come back if there was a suitable opportunity.

The world of naruto is divided is Seven major parts, The Land of Fire, The Land of water, The Land of Earth, The Land of wind, The Land of Lightning, The land of Iron and The land of Snow. 

Land of Iron and Land of Snow are at poles of the naruto world, both occupying North and South poles. 

Land of Wind, mostly consists of unfertile land and desserts, high speed winds are very common there. Has the Village Hidden in the Sands, Sunagakure which is Leaded by Kazekage, it is a ninja village. 

Land of Earth, consist mainly of Plateaus, and hard rocks, rich in minerals and resources. Has the Village hidden in the Rocks, the Iwagakure which is Leaded by Tsuchikage, it is a ninja village. 

Land of Lightning, Topography is mainly long and concentrated chains of Mountains. Rare minerals can be found there. Has the village hidden in the clouds, Kumogakure which is Leaded by Raikage, it is a ninja village. 

Land of waters, Mainly consists of Islands. It is a band of hundreds of islands. Rich in water resources. Kas the village hidden in the Mist, Kirigakure which is Leaded by Mizukage, is a ninja village. 

Land of Snow, as the name suggests, is covered by snows. Little usable land. The same is for Land of Iron, but land of iron has less harsh conditions comparably. 

Every land the world of naruto has hundreds and thousands of villages but the ninja villages are still the main capital.
Each land is leaded by a Daimyo, which is responsible for maintaining the economy of the land, while ninjas are the military forces. 

After the warring era, Hashirama Senju and Madara Uchiha both rallied clans throughout the land of fire and founded the first ever Ninja village, which consisted of many different clans. Seeing this, Every land soon founded it's own ninja village and naming their respective leaders Kages. 

After the betrayal of Madara and Death of Hashirama, Other ninja villages seeing it as an opportunity attacked the land of fire which was most rich in every kind of resources. And soon the 1st Shinobi World War started. 

Till date, the world has seen 3 Shinobi World Wars. 

Land of Iron and Land of Snow have remained Neutral throughout the world wars. 

Land of Iron is the most unique country as it's military forces are Samurais instead of ninjas. Samurais, appreciating a Warriors spirit, dislike the ninjas due to their underhanded means of fighting. Though they are still very Strong. Instead of ninjutsus, they focus on their physical bodies and Chakra augmentation to achieve super high speeds, defence and durability. 

The current leader of Samurais is The Great General Mifune, whose strength is SS Ranked. Though due to old age, his strength is degrading.
