Hideyoshi had taken an ice cold bath after doing dynamic stretches before doing some functional and bodyweight exercises. ("I'll need to persistently work this body out.") He was smirking with eagerness.

He went downstairs to eat some fruits and drink some water before going back to his personal bathroom.

He brushed his teeth, applied cosmetic products that had laid neglected in his bathroom, blowdried his medium-length hair and used pomade to create a casual messy hairstyle.

While looking for clothes in Tashi's wardrobe, he remarked: "He was self-conscious about being skinny and tried to hide it. So many baggy and dark clothes, by God kid, what's up with the fashion sense?!"  ("I should keep these types of remarks to myself though.") He couldn't help chuckling.

("Let's see... in the end, he didn't throw away those clothes his fashionista aunt had bought.")

He took out bags of clothes he had stored earlier.

He settled on a plain white tee and wore an unbuttoned navy blue flannel shirt over it. He picked slim fitting blue jeans and white sneakers. 

("Could definitely gain more size, but he doesn't look bad at all! It's the attitude that's the turn-off kid! Ha! I'm giving bro-advice to someone who isn't there...") 

He then took out the oval eyeglasses Tashi had refused to wear and put them on, bringing balance to his square face. He also elected to wear a brown leather belt that matched the glasses.

("It's a good thing that I can unfailingly rely on all of Tashi's memories and experiences, I'd feel like an alien otherwise hehe.")

He took a woollen winter scarf and looked for a jacket. ("Spring is chilly here! Need a coat.)

 ("Oh! I actually like this flashy lavender jacket!") 

As he looked in the mirror, he wondered what the boy would think about this makeover. 

("Looks like I'm done. Let's head outside")

He took his wallet and keys and left his room. 

He wandered around the house while appreciating the unfamiliar scenes. 

("So, that's how they used to live? I really like this atmosphere...")

He then decided to head out to town.

("Anyways, time to try and bring some good fortune around here! Hehe, whatever that means...")

Tashi had been walking through several neighbourhoods before ending up in the city centre. He was greatly enjoying the sights, sounds and smells of a city close to the great lake of Grandara.

("Good thing I'm a student on break... when was the last time I actually took time off and enjoyed it?!") Hideyoshi realized that he was actually taking pleasure in being released from his numerous duties.

After a few hours, he had become used to using Tashi's body. Although he lost some memories because of it, it didn't affect his individuality.

("They're not critical or precious anyways...") 

He was walking along the touristic shore when he saw a lovely coffee shop called 'The Lucky Charm'. A notice was hung outside the shop: "Are you out of job-Luck? We're looking for students to work as waiters!'.  

("Lucky charm ey?") Tashi unhesitantly went inside. There was a nice rustic atmosphere inside. Most furniture was old and gave the place a unique charm. The decoration was eclectic and original, a mishmash of several styles. The big windows allowed for plenty of natural light and for a view of the lake. Customers were peacefully drinking or eating while soothing acoustic music was being played.

There was a small podium in corner of the coffee shop. A sign in its front read, 'Open Mic Night'.

Tashi: "Good morning. I'm Tashi, a sixteen-year-old high school sophomore at Granlake High. I'd like to apply to be a waiter." He addressed the person at the counter. His appreciation for the Lucky Charm was reflected in a natural smile.

"Good morning Tashi! Granlake High? Nice." An auburn-haired young woman effervescently replied. "I'm Ashlin O'Kelly, also a student but from New Lampshire University." She added with a wink.

Tashi ("That name and hair... she should be of Irish descent. She seems friendly and is quite cute, I must admit...") 

Ashlin: "And it's both our luck! We put out the notice only today. You're the first one to apply, congrats!" She smiled as she promptly took out a sheet of paper and handed it to Tashi.

Ashlin: "The owner is not here at the moment, but you can fill in this form." Tashi did so.

Ashlin: "Thanks, so, what made you want to apply? Do you have any experience as a waiter?"

Tashi: "Oh, I was drawn by the name and charm of this place. And I haven't worked yet... I just turned sixteen so I thought it would be a good time to get some working experience."

Ashlin: "Ah! A greenhorn¹? Well, with the right attitude, you'll learn quickly on the job. It's not rocket science. And congrats on your sweet sixteen!" She again playfully winked.

Tashi: "Thank you, Ashlin". He returned the form to her.

Ashlin: "Can you start today?" She suddenly asked.

Tashi: "Oh? Am I hired? Euh, yes, I can!" 

Ashlin: "Sort of. We'll you a two-week test, if you prove your mettle, you'll be officially hired! We could use the extra hand this week. Of course, you'll be paid during the test-phase. Be friendly so you'll have some tip to keep, okay?"

Tashi: "Yes!" He was enthused. ("Never thought I'd be excited to work as a waiter, haha. Even simple experiences are satisfying, this is not bad at all...")

Ashlin: "Gary! Can you give our new colleague Tashi a tour?" She called out to a stout brown-haired man in the back.

Gary: "Sure thing! Any news from Joaquin, Clara and Judith by the way?" He had a deep but warm voice. He turned towards the new employee. "Tashi? I'm Gary O'Connell, lead barista."

Ashlin: "They called to say they'd take the day off."

At that moment, two people around Ashlin's age walked into the shop.

Gary: "Abby, Daphne, can you assist Ashlin while I gave our new guy, Tashi, here a tour?"

Abby: "Already?" She looked at Tashi. "Hello, nice to meet you, I'm Abigail Sheehan but everyone calls me Abby." An energetic and pretty, Venetian-blonde-haired rapidly introduced herself.

Daphne: "I'm Daphne de Vito, please no nicknames." The posh brunette followed suit.

Tashi: "I'm Tashi Boncoeur, I can also go by 'Tash'." He made a slight bow. ("I'd rather not though...") "Pleased to meet you all and happy to start working here." 

Abby: "Haha, so formal! There's no need for that, you can relax around and be yourself.

Tashi: ("Oops, old habits.")

Daphne: "What are you saying, at least Tash knows his manners!" 

Tashi: ("Come on Daph, you can dish it out but can't take it?")

Ashlin: "Of course, Daphne wouldn't mind being bowed to."

Daphne: "Of course!"

The three girls and Gary erupted into laughter.

Tashi: ("Good. Looks like they get along well...")

Gary: "Anyway, we'll have enough time to get to know each other. Let's start with your tutorial, lad." He went towards the staff room.

Tashi hastily followed him. 

A tour and explanation followed. Gary showed him the whole shop and gave him an overview of the history, mission & vision of the Lucky Charm. He showed him how to serve, gave him waiter-tips and even taught him how to prepare and brew drinks.

Gary: "You know what, I'll just show you how to do everything, just in case we need you at the counter. Since it's the Monday and the first day of break, it won't get busy before noon."

The tutorial was concluded two hours of detailed explanations, demonstrations and instructions.

{Monday, 11:20 AM}
{The Lucky Charm}

Gary: "Alright, good job paying attention. Any questions?"

Tashi: "None, sir. It's all clear."

Gary: "Oh really? Good, then you can start immediately. Go back and tell Ashlin you're ready to start."

Tashi: "Will do. Thanks for the tour and tutorial." ("I can tell he loves this place and enjoys working here.") He sincerely appreciated Gary's careful explanation. ("The world has changed so much, it's unimaginable to me that people were still doing this type of job in the 21st Century...")

Gary: "You're welcome, do you best." There was a look of approval on his face.

"Good that you're here! There is a big flow of tourists today! You can join Abby a server." Ashlin quickly instructed after she saw Tashi.

Tashi: ("I guess this was unexpected... it's a good opportunity to be helpful!")

He instantly went to greet unattended customers and take their orders. Gary joined Daphne and Ashlin at the counter after noticing an increasing amount of chatter.

Tashi dexterously took two numbered platters - each table was assigned a number - and assuredly went to serve the waiting costumers. 

Tashi: "Two espresso's, two coffees and five croissants, please. Enjoy." He put down the first platter in a bowing motion while looking each customer in the eyes with a genuine smile. 

"Thank you." "Thanks." "Great!" "Yes, thanks..." The elderly customers happily replied.

He continued to the next table. "A latte, an Irish coffee, green tea and scones, please. Thank you for the wait and please enjoy."

"Thanks." A middle-aged man quietly responded as a woman and a child were serving themselves.

Abby: "Good job, keep it up!" The blonde encouraged Tashi while carrying two platters in each arm.

Tashi: "Thanks, I'll do my best." ("Wow, I don't I have the arm strength do emulate her yet... shouldn't let myself get carried away!"

While the three at the counter continued preparing the orders, Abby and Tashi deftly synchronized to serve each customer as fast and as well as possible. Tashi would brew coffee himself when Gary, Daphne and Ashlin had their hands full. Eventually, he'd sometimes take care of orders start to finish.

This continued for hours. There even was a sharp increase in the number of customers around noon. At one in the afternoon, it finally was calming down.

{Monday, 2:30 PM}
{The Lucky Charm}

Ashlin: "This is the first time the coffee shop has had so many customers since we opened in September! And by chance, we're missing half of our staff."

Gary: "Good call on making Tashi start, we would have had to refuse customers otherwise."

Ashlin: "It was a stroke a luck he applied this morning. He's doing a great job, maybe he'll be able to keep up with Abby one day."

Daphne: "Yeah, the rest picked the wrong day to be no-shows! But Tash is doing well for a high schooler. It's already great that he's not messing up orders or being slow! And... it looks like he knows how to charm the customers. By the way, he is in high school right?" 

Ashlin: "Sophmore, yeah, at Granlake High. He just turned sixteen."

Daphne: "Oh? I have a cousin who's a sophomore in high school too!"

Gary: "Same school?"

Daphne: "No, private, all girl school..." 

Gary shook his head while Ashlin laughed.

Ashlin: "The matchmaker strikes again..." 

Daphne: "What? She barely has a chance to meet guys! I'm not saying they should date. He seems like a good, diligent kid, maybe they can become friends."

Gary and Ashlin looked at her incredulously.

"That's it!" She playfully tossed up her hands, assuring them of her uncomplicated intentions.

Gary: "Nothing like, 'they'd totally look good together' or something like that?" He imitated Daphne's way of speaking.

Ashlin: "Haha, 'like they'd totally have matching styles', nothing like that?" She added.

Daphne: "Well, actually..." She appeared to seriously consider it.

"Hahahahaha!"
After a few seconds of silence, they had all simultaneously burst into laughter.

Daphne: "Anyhow, shouldn't he be taking a break by now, he already went above and beyond for a first day, no?"

Gary: "You know it's you who'd have to switch up with them right?"

Daphne: "Yes! Tash already got enough stash! Did you see how many tips he got?!"

Gary: "Haha! Of course..." He again shook his head in mild amusement.

Ashlin: "I already was starting to think why you were so considerate? Seems like you'd also like a share of tips on this lucrative day?" She jokingly taunted Daphne.

Gary: "It's not like you need the money..."

Daphne: "I don't. I'm here for the vibes ladies and gentlemen. But, in all seriousness, what if he thinks he'll always make this much money or sues us for overworking him?!"

Gary: "She does have a point. Can you pass me his form, Ashlin?"

Ashlin: "Suing? How dramatic... but I agree..." She only pretended to be reluctant as she handed Tashi's form to Gary. 

Gary: "Abby, Tashi, break time!"

Both Tashi and Daphne headed towards the counter, handling used mugs, cups, glasses and plates on platters.

Abby: "How are you hanging in there, we've never been so busy but you did well!" She seemed proud of her junior.

Ashlin: "I second it! You did very well." A sincere smile graced her face.

Gary: "We wouldn't have made you work so long at such a time if it weren't needed." He lightly punched Tashi's chest.

Daphne: "And if you weren't doing such a good job without getting tired. But today was the exception, okay?" Tashi detected tones of concern and reassurance in her voice.

Tashi: "Roger, and thank you all for your kind words."

Gary: "Come with me to the staff room for the contract and your payment of today."

Tashi: "Contract? Am I officially hired then?"

Ashlin: "If you could handle today as well as you did, there would be no reason to not hire you now."

Tashi: "Yes!" He happily raised and briefly shook his fist.

Daphne: "Ah! So besides being baby-faced, you also act your age sometime?" She raised her voice and put her hands on her hips.

Tashi: "Huh?" ("Huh?")

Daphne: "It's a compliment, Tash with the Stash of Cash." She coquettishly winked.

Tashi: "Huh? Stash?" He confusedly asked. ("Don't tell me that nickname is going to stick?!")

Abby, Ashlin and Daphne laughed heartily.

Daphne: "It's a good thing, I have a cousin your age from Fortuna High School who..."

Tashi: ("Fortuna² High...?")

" You are even more cuter now ." She avoided eye contact and turned around , he hugged her from behind . 
" Did you like it ? " 
" Its the best date I have ever went to ." She was really happy and totally forgot about the previous day but they didn't knew a new challenge was about to come...

Minoru was still sleeping on his bed. He was dreaming that he dated a lot of girls. His smile was a bit ugly but overall he was still handsome.

"Minoru, hurry up and wake up, you need to attend your entrance exam," A girl entered his room and called him. 

Minoru opened his eyes a little and said, "five more minutes, please." He was quite weak in the morning but actually, he was waiting for her to come. 

"Moo, don't be like that," Kashiko walked near his bed and wanted to shake him but suddenly she was being hugged by him. 

"Kyaaa! What are you doing!" Kashiko blushed. 

"Hmm, let's sleep together," Minoru said while hugging her.

"Don't worry, you're more important than an exam," Minoru said with a deep tone.

Kashiko couldn't reject him and when she wanted to agree suddenly something flew toward them and hit Minoru straight into his face.

"Hurry up and go to the Exam!" Gran Toronto was quite annoyed with his disciple. He knew very well about his disciple that was why he decided to come to his house. 

"Ow, ow, ow, I'll go, I'll go!" Minoru woke up from the debris. He didn't expect his teacher to come to his room. 

"Good morning, grandpa," Kashiko smiled at him. 

"Oh, Kashiko, can you give me a taiyaki for the breakfast?" Gran Torino was quite doting Kashiko. He was glad that his disciple making a girlfriend. 

One thing that Gran Torino was glad for his girlfriend was she made him stopped flirting with someone else's wives. He had treated Minoru as his own grandson that was why he was glad that this girlfriend of his would bring a change on him. 

"Well, since this is special day, I'll give you a taiyaki," Kashiko had gotten used to this student and teacher antics. She smiled and prepared breakfast. 

Minoru sighed. He was wondering what was went wrong. His girlfriend was being treated nicely and he was being treated very rough.

Minoru started to change his clothes to his middle school uniform. He had been dating Kashiko for few months and it was very nice. He had bought a house near her house so she could always come to his house to wake him up or cooked him breakfast or dinner. He also didn't want to eat dog food when he saw his parents were flirting. 

They didn't stop him since the reason why he moved was for his girlfriend. He had enough money from his novel and movie so why not buy a house for himself. 

His house wasn't particularly large but it was enough. He didn't want a mansion since it would be a hassle to take care of it and he was the only who lived here. 

Kashiko was still living with her parents since they were still young. Her parents still wouldn't let them but when they graduated her parents granted him permission to live together. 

Gran Torino and his parents were also occasionally come to his house to check his condition. They had also always told him to wear a condom when he did it with his girlfriends.

Minoru shook his head and walked down. He saw his girlfriend wearing an apron was preparing breakfast. Her hair was being tied with hair accessories and showed her beautiful nape. He started to remember their first time to do it at the summer festival.

That time Kashiko was very beautiful wearing a blue kimono. Her hair was also being tied with hair accessories he had brought her sometimes ago. 

Minoru was stunned and his throat was dry when he remembered that time. They were playing around the summer festival and it was very fun, especially at the fireworks time. He whispered to her that he wanted to take her. She shyly nodded at him.

That night, they had taken a step to become an adult. 

Minoru walked slowly toward her and hugged her waist. He smelled her nape like always. He really liked her.

"Be careful, I'm still preparing breakfast," Kashiko had gotten used to her boyfriend. She didn't mind and let him do whatever he wanted as long as he didn't bother her too much. 

"Well, I heard that you've got a recommendation from Isamu Academy High School?" Minoru asked while taking the tamagoyaki she made.

Kashiko slapped his hand and said, "Yeah, that's why you need to enter U.A. High School if you still want me to become your support." She continued to cook breakfast.

Minoru shook his head and caressed his hand which was being slapped by her. He sat on the chair and looked at his teacher who ate taiyaki. He was quite worried about him eating sweet food in the morning. Though he also ate donuts in the morning. 

"Teacher, where is Yagi-san?" Minoru asked. He knew that Yagi had started to train Midoriya to become the next holder of All-For-One. He knew that Yagi was very busy with both training and hero activity.

Gran Torino didn't stop eating taiyaki and read the newspaper. He said to him, "He is quite busy, he won't come often." The identity of Yagi was All Might but it was secret. Gran Torino couldn't tell it to Minoru since he had promised to Yagi to not tell anyone. 

Minoru didn't say anything and ate his breakfast. The entrance exam of U.A. High School would be held today and he needed a lot of energy. He remembered the sentence,'Someone who is hungry can't enter the battlefield'. He needed to eat his sweets and breakfast for this exam.

"This is your bento and lucky charm," Kashiko gave him.

"Charm?" Minoru looked at the lucky charm on her hand. He remembered that to make a lucky charm the girl needed to give her pubes inside this charm. He looked curiously and wanted to open this charm. 

Kashiko looked shyly and said, "Don't open the lucky charm!"

Now, he had become even more curious but he didn't have time to open it. He would open this charm after the exam. 

"I'm waiting for you at home," Kashiko looked like a wife who was waiting for her husband to come home.

"Yes, I'll be going home as soon as possible," Minoru kissed her lips and exited the house.

Gran Torino also followed him, "Well, good luck boy." He didn't want to stay at this house because he felt like eating dog food when he saw him kiss her.

"I'll enter the U.A., teacher," Minoru nodded. He had to wait for this moment. He wanted to meet everyone in the 'Boku no Hero Academia.'

Minoru had a girlfriend now and he didn't know whether he should make a harem or not. He felt like betraying his girlfriend but there his identity was Minoru Mineta. He was Mineta in 'Boku no Hero Academia'. There was something called plot armor in this world and he couldn't fight it. He was born as a pervert but he was proud of it. 

Minoru shook his head and decided not to think about it. 

Let's just go with the flow! He was fine either way whether he had only one girlfriend or harem.

'You're going in the wrong direction,Alec.' Max, his elder brother yelled. He smirked at his thoughtfulness. Max wasn't able to sense his little brother's trick. The question was, who was able to do? 

He decided to take his turn and stun his big brother.Alec quickly changed his direction. He caught his sword from ground.That sword would be lucky one to have a fighter like him, he thought.

The man- Alec Notte, was counted as one of strongest and ambitious army man. His parents proud of him for that.He was very popular in his domain. 

Swording was his favourite game. There was none, who could defeat him. His opponent were afraid to stand against him.

'So... how was that, master?' Alec asked teasing him. 

'You'll shine my name one day, dear student.' Max said laughing. He never minded his little brother's taunts. This was why they were also good friends. Alec gave him his left hand. Max took it and stood up. He cleaned dust from his clothes. 

' Let's take lunch. ' Alec offered him,' So, who's tonight. 'He said wetting his lower lip by his tongue. Max stiffened and looked tense.

Alec rolled his eyes. Not again. 

' Big brother, they come to me.I'm fulfilling their wishes. '  He said innocently. 

' Still-' Alec cut him off. 

'Big brother, we get this life only one time. I'm just getting good experience for future. ', He laughed humorlessly,' Why don't we go to our house? '

Alec climbed on his horse and his brother on his. Alec loved his horse. It was one of the living ones that were very loyal to him. Alec patted his horse to increase its velocity.

They passed from many farms. Alec licked his lips as he found many beautiful women staring at him. Max nudged me. He rolled my eyes and asked him in annoying tone, 

' What? '

' Can you be serious about your responsibilities for a second? '

'Serious? Doesn'tt he find me serious? ' Alec asked himself.

' Oh, I'm. Look I've already told you that I'm being experienced. I've no rush to choose my life partner. ' Max was literally frustrated by his flirting behavior. 

Like it was gonna stop him.😉

Their house was not so far from their farm.Approximately 2-3 miles.They used to practice in our farm. They could see their house from their current position. Their father was a royal commander of the king.And their mother was a doctor. There were many ladies servants in their house. 

Nope,he was not that open-hearted to share his bed with servants. 😁😁

They could see their house. He paced. They reached to the main gate of their house . There was great distance between gate and door. Their house was neither so large nor too small. His parents insisted not to live in too much luxury. It was surrounded by small garden. You could see one gardener giving shape to trees.The house had 2 floors.

They opened the door of it and entered into the house. His own house had different kind of smell. You might have distinguished the difference of smell in every house. Alec could hear the voice of his mother discussing with his father in the living room, 

'She is so cute.'his mother said. 

' Yes, none can say that she's a servant. She is the most beautiful woman, I've ever seen. ' his dad said.Then his mother coughed. 

' She's like your daughter.'Who was she admiring that much?

' I know. '

They entered into the living room. Max also heard that conversation. And he's also surprised as much as Alec was. 

They was sitting in royal style. Copying each other's style. Copycat. The sofa was like a light grey pearl. Their parents were sitting on the other sofa.

Max asked staring at their mom,

' What are you talking about, respected parents?' They both stared at each other and his mom replied, 

'Well, before two days one of our chef did resign her job. So we decided to take new chef. We checked so many girls but our heart wasn't ready to give this job to anyone. Then one girl came here for that job. At her first sight we couldn't refuse her. '

Oh, what was so special about her so you couldn't refuse. Alec thought knitting his brows. And like they had heard it. 

' She had a different kind of personality. She is so sweet, innocent and believe me there can't be more beautiful girl in this country. I say in this whole world. 'Mom said smiling. 

In this whole world!!! Interesting. 

' So where's she? ' Max asked like she was his beloved. 

' She is gonna stay here, at our house. She's orphan. First we thought if any princess has lost her way. But we were shocked when she told us that she was here for the job as chef. 'His father said staring at 'Alec?'.

Did he think that I'm gonna try my luck on world's so called beautiful girl.  Alec almost laughed at the thought. No servant touching rule.

' And now she's taking glass water jug from all houses to fill water. 'Mom said. Alec didn't wanna hear other' compliments ' about her. The group of roaming women were enough to satisfy him. (there weren't supposed to be only sluts, there were many innocent women.) 

' Fine. I'm going to my room. 'He stood up when Max asked a question, 

' What's her name? '

His mom took deep breath before replying, (Alec internally rolled his eyes to her for producing such a dramatic answer.)

' Adeline, her name is Adeline.'Alec stopped and looked at Max's face. His behavior was making me to punch in his face. 

He quickly run towards the staircase. And claimed it. His room was upstair. He turned left from staircase. He was lost in though. He couldn't understand why his parents were giving too much importance to this girl, 'Adeline.' 

He reached to threshold of his room and entered into the room.He was lost in the thought.He felt a gentle push and something wet on my shirt. 

He looked down at his shirt. It was water on his shirt. His mind blasted with anger. He looked in front of him. There was a girl looking down at the floor. He couldn't see her face. He could see her long, smooth and brown hair reaching till her waist. 

'Hey, can't you see? 'She continued looking down making Alec more angry. 

' Look at me. 'He ordered. 

She gently turned her face towards him.All of his anger melt as her green emerald, almond shaped eyes bored through his. His words halted in his throat. Damn to her beauty. 

Her heart shaped face and fair skin was suitable with her slim body. Her neck was around 2 inch long. Her waist was not more than one open hand width. Her breasts were high and full. Her lips were red like a rose. She was reaching at his chin. He stared into her eyes. (but why was I noting it?). 

She bowed him. And said in such a sweet tone so a shiver passed throughout his spinal cord. 

'Pardon me, my lord. I didn't intend to do that. Forgive me. '

I defended her, Alec thought, 

' Oh no! 'She looked at him with widened eyes,' I mean it isn't your fault. I rushed into the door. '

She exhaled with relief. God, damn to her beauty. 

' Still, I'm sorry. ' She said lovely. How could you be angry with such a sweet girl. Alec turned round as Ava yelled, 

' Adeline, let's go. We haven't time for rest. We have to serve lunch. 'So this girl is Adeline. 

They weren't wrong. My parents had better taste than me.Alec thought.

He started at Adeline. She must be an angel, fallen angel, he decided. BTW How did she dare to yell at her?Ava was main controller of this kitchen stuff. An old lady.

Then suddenly Adeline nodded. She turned away and walked toward the kitchen. His hand automatically came outward to stop her. But she was gone. 

Then Ava turned to face Alec and said sweetly, but he did not give her a glance.

' My Lord, lunch is ready. ' 

He just nodded. She left the room. He entered into his room but his brain was wondering when he'll meet her again. 

Adeline. Adeline...

"Heru!" Elsa exclaimed after I closed the door. There was real worry in her eyes. It wasn't like the time before when she was ready to walk out because I didn't listen to her bidding on the matter of a rude customer. This time she looked afraid to lose her job. 
 
"Relax," I said. "I'm not firing you."
 
"Then why did you-"
 
"Who's supposed to be coming tonight?"
 
Elsa thought about it, and the upset expression turned to confusion. 
 
"Were you already blacking out by then last night?" I asked. "Herwin is supposed to be bringing Galston the Great to the tavern."
 
"Oh, I do remember some mention of that."
 
"If Mideon sees us palling around with Galston and Herwin, maybe he'll leave us alone."
 
"I don't see why you're so worried about him," Elsa said. "The man couldn't find a sock in a sock drawer."
 
"It's not Mideon I'm worried about, it's his father. He could close down the tavern for any reason he wanted."
 
"On what grounds?"
 
"He could have one his inspectors come in, throw a dead rat on the floor, and say the place was too dirty to serve food. My license would be revoked, and the tavern would be closed the next day."
 
"Oh..." Elsa said, the indignation in her features dissipating. "I didn't realize..."
 
"It happens all the time to businesses that have angered the officials or the nobility."
 
It was strange to see that Elsa had not thought this through. She was smart and strong, but surprisingly lacking in understanding of some common norms. 
 
"But," I continued. "If Mideon sees us with the winner of the Tournament of Heroes, and if Herwin can put on a big show of being a baron's son, who I don't think Mideon noticed last night, then we'll have a chance of being left alone."
 
"I see…" Elsa said, looking down at her feet. "Sorry, I didn't consider how far he'd take it."
 
"Don't worry about it. The guy deserved a beating. But as a general rule, let's avoid knocking out nobles on the tavern's front steps in front of a crowd in the future, okay?"
 
Elsa smiled. "I'll try my best."
 
We spent the rest of the afternoon preparing for the night. Elsa mopped the floors and reset the furniture and threw out the old broken table and replaced it with a new one from the storage room. 
 
I set to work on my newest batch of beer in the tavern's basement. The grain and hops had already been prepped. Now I was adding mashed pumpkins for flavoring. I'd been experimenting with pumpkins for a couple of months now, and I hoped that this latest recipe would become my next beer at the tavern. But it'd be another couple of weeks before it was ready. 
 
Charm prepped food for the night, making several meat pies and put a new pot of stew on the stove. Even Cassia offered to help. She said it was to help pay back the night she stayed when I told her I wouldn't take her money. 
 
I was feeling guilty about the night before and told her it wasn't necessary for her to work, but she wouldn't take no for an answer, so I put her on food prep with Charm. 
 
Charm seemed annoyed with Cassia's presence at first, but she was slowly appeased as she found that the templar was a capable kitchen hand. 
 
There was little conversation as we worked on our respective tasks. But it felt nice. It'd been a year since I opened the Tipsy Pelican, and the past couple of weeks were starting to feel like a real tavern with regular customers and staff. 
 
All of that could come to an end, depending on how the night went with Mideon returning for more trouble. 
 
I put up the open sign outside the door at four o'clock in the afternoon, as I always did. Our first patron was an older gentleman named Cormith. He sat in the corner of the bar, ordered a pint of Honeydew, and drank it in silence.
 
A few minutes later, a couple of young builders who looked like they'd gotten off of work early came in and ordered some more of the same. It made me smile when I saw their refreshed faces as they drank down their first mouthfuls of the chilled brew. 
 
I didn't serve many beers at the tavern yet. Only two in fact. Other than the Honeydew Lager, I also offered Red Harvest Ale, which I bought from a large distributor. 
 
It was more expensive to buy Red Harvest than it was to make my own beer, but it saved me time and made it easier to manage my inventories. 
 
The greatest difficulty with making your own beer was figuring out how much you needed over the course of a few months. If you made too much, you'd have a bunch of useless stale beer sitting in your storage room at the end of the season. If you didn't make enough, you wouldn't have anything to serve the customers until the next batch. Each batch of beer took at least two weeks to brew from start to finish. 
 
By adding Red Harvest, I could control how much of my Honeydew Lager was being served. If business was good and I began running low, I could just discount Red Harvest, which would switch customers over to the cheaper ale, evening out my inventory. 
 
The good thing about buying from a large distributor is that you didn't have to wait for a month to refill your stock. Once I made the order with Kilven, my go-to guy at the Tree and Stump Ale Company, a barrel of Red Harvest would be delivered to the tavern's doorstep in just a few days. 
 
The tavern had now been open for about a year, and I'd pretty much mastered managing my inventories. With business picking up in the past month, I figured it was time to add a third beer. 
 
It was something I wanted to do since I'd opened the Tipsy Pelican. Most taverns in Kerrytown carried four or five different beers on tap. But they also had the patronage to support it. My customer base was small compared to the others. The house itself was large, but I'd only opened the front barroom to the guests. And that area had only recently begun to fill up now that the tavern had been running for a year. 
 
However, the Tipsy Pelican Tavern was becoming known for its house-brewed beer. The Honeydew Lager was a big hit, and if my upcoming pumpkin beer did well too, I'd be able to open the main room, which was now mostly unused except for breakfast and lunch among the staff. Then I might even save up enough to hire a good musician who could play some songs a few nights a week.
 
I watched as more customers came through the tavern doors. More young men and boys with half a foot into adulthood. They all sat at the bar so they could flirt and chat with Elsa. She was a big reason the tavern was becoming more popular. She and the beer. It was a good combination. 
 
Once, I asked if Charm would be interested in working as a barmaid as well. Though she rarely came out of the back of house during business hours, she always drew the attention of anyone who caught a glimpse of her and would certainly be popular among the guests. 
 
But when I presented the question, she gave me a cold look and said, "If Master orders it, then Charm will have no choice than to do as she is asked."
 
I took that as a no. So she stuck with food prep, which was just as well. I did not have another cook (I was awful at it myself), and she did an excellent job. 
 
We served simple dishes that could be made in large portions. Mostly stews and pies. They were hearty and inexpensive meals that went well with the beer. 
 
"Master Arch, you lucky bastard," said one of my regulars who'd just walked in. "How did you land another beautiful barmaid?"
 
"Huh?" I said, looking up dumbly. Another barmaid? Then I saw whom he was referring to. 
 
Cassia was not wearing her sword and church's tunic but a stunning shoulderless dress as she served drinks. She looked a little embarrassed at the attention and slightly uncomfortable in the outfit, pulling at its seams. 
 
"Uh..." Where did she get that dress? And good gods did it fit her well.
 
Then I saw Elsa wink at me, and I realized it was one of hers. 
 
Of course, it is. Bless her incredible taste in dresses. 
 
"Oh, that's Cassia," I said. "She's helping out for the day."
 
"Only for the day?" said one of the men and turned to her as she poured him a mug of honeydew. "You should just stay and work here. Master Arch won't let you down!"
 
I looked away afraid of the sting I'd feel if I met her gaze. I'd already let her down. More than once, if you counted what happened in the storage room. 
 
Cassia smiled shyly. "It's a very nice tavern, but I'm afraid I won't be able to stay long."
 
I ducked into the backroom to escape the conversation. 
 
"How's the stew going?" I asked Charm as I came into the kitchen.
 
"It is warm and welcoming, Master," Charm said and leaned in to smell the scent of the stew. "The opposite of how Master treated the young templar last night."
 
I scowled. "Oh, give me a break."
 
"Charm sees that Master is beginning to run a habit of taking advantage of desperate young maidens."
 
"I hope you're not including yourself in that, because I'm pretty sure you only qualify as an old gran-"
 
The ladle she had been holding flew through the air at my face. I ducked. It bounced off the pantry behind me. 
 
"Celeru! Did you just throw a ladle at me!?"
 
"Ah, Charm's hand slipped. Apologies, Master."
 
"Uh huh, then see to it that nothing else 'slips' from your hand," I said with annoyance, touching my hair to check for any drops of soup that might have splashed from the ladle. 
 
"That would depend. Sometimes Master's words cause Charm's hands to spasm."
 
"That sounds like a threat. Actually, I'm pretty sure that is a threat!"
 
"Not at all, Master. It is only because Charm puts great weight in Master's opinions that they have such an effect on her body."
 
I had always been a good fighter, and I'd been known for a good quip or two, but I was never a match against Charm in jests. I sighed and picked up the ladle and brought it to the sink. 
 
"I wish there were something I could say to cheer you up," I said as I scrubbed the ladle with soap. 
 
Charm eyed me with one of her half-lidded stares. "There are no words Master can offer Charm that will make her happier. Only actions."
 
"I'm not getting into that argument again, Charm," I said meeting her eyes. "That matter is settled."
 
She was staring at me intensely now, but I did not look away. I could afford to lose the small battles, but not the big ones. Never the big ones. 
 
After a moment longer, she dropped her gaze and turned away, taking the stew off the stove. I dried the ladle and handed it back to her. We did not speak anymore as I put food on plates and served them to the customers. 
 
The time passed quickly, and soon the sun was setting. Bran, Dalian, and Amberly arrived, but Herwin and his guest of honor were nowhere to be found. 
 
"Looks like the boy couldn't pull off the deed and skittered," Dalian said as I poured him a mug. 
 
Bran put down his own mug, finishing a gulp, foam glittering his beard as usual. "He's a good lad, I bet he and the champion are just running late."
 
Just then the doors swung open and cracked against the wall. The whole tavern turned to look, eager to lay eyes on the Champion of the Tournament of Heroes.
 
But it wasn't Galston. 
 
Mideon stood through the frame of the door with a dark, vicious smile on his face. And this time, he brought six men with him.  
They were each holding clubs.

Dobby quickly nodded his head: "Yes, Dobby would be lucky if that can happen" 

"Then let's go to my office. I'll give you a potion that will make you 'evolve'"

"Here, drink this and go to sleep. The changes will happen overnight. That is your room from now on" he pointed to a door at the end of the lobby. 

"Yes boss" 

Dobby gulped down the shining golden liquid and went to sleep. 

Alexander went to work on his new project. He was going to leave his inheritance to Edward because he saw him worthy, but that didn't mean that all the next generation will also be worthy. Hence he created an Inheritance test for anyone to ever be able to inherit the company. Gringotts were responsible for conducting the test, and for each successful test, they would be paid 300,000 galleons, many god-level curses were waiting for them if they tried to cheat and they knew it. If none of Edward's descendants were able to pass the test then they would not get the company. Gringotts will conduct the test on random young high achievers of Hogwarts to choose a new owner. 

The house-elves under the company were to bond with every new owner. Though the owner will be oathbound to never mistreat them and whenever the seat of owner was empty the elves will bond with the Galaxy tower's magic source. The test was uncheatable, if someone forcefully tried to become the company's owner they will be cursed for life to live a life of extreme poverty. 

All this was to ensure that the company always remained under righteous and competent hands. 

After completing his inheritance test and binding it with various contracts and other things he called Edward to come to his place the next morning. He was going to explain it to him.

"Good morning Professor" 

"Oh hey good morning, Edward and it's grandpa for you. Come sit with me" 

Alexander showed Edward the inheritance test. Edward was in favor of it as he also knew that it only needs one bad seed to destroy the years of hard work. 

While they wore discussing, Dobby's voice came from behind. 

"Good morning boss" 

"Oh good morning Dob..." Alexander's words got stuck in his mouth when he saw Dobby. 

"What the hell, Dobby, what happened to you?" Alexander cried. 

"Dobby doesn't know, Boss. When Dobby woke up Dobby noticed that the bed's legs had broken, then Dobby got up and saw myself in the mirror. Dobby looks like a human, Boss, a human." He cheerfully jumped around. 

"I know, you were supposed to look like a human but how the hell did a four-foot-tall elf evolved into a fricking seven and half feet tall buffed giant." 

Dobby looked like a slightly thinner version of hulk in normal human skin.

"WHAT? you mean, he was an elf before?" Edward asked, shock clearly visible on his face. 

"Yes, till last night. I gave him a potion that forces humanoid subspecies to evolve into a better version of themself. I was thinking of making an elf army for protection of Universe Industries assets... How are you feeling Dobby? Throw your most powerful charm at me," he ordered. 

"But boss..."

"Do it Dobby, it's an order" 

Dobby sent his full-powered attack charm at him. Alexander easily caught it and neutralized it. 

"Damn Dobby, you are a master mage now. You are as strong as any Hogwarts professor. You elves also have natural dueling talent. I can't even imagine what would happen when you properly study Magic. Do you feel like if I give you clothes our bond will break?"  He asked. 

"Now that boss said it. Oh... Dobby feels different. I think Dobby can do whatever Dobby wants, but I still feel the need to bond or else the magic will weaken." Dobby answered. 

Alexander nodded, he had all his answers. 

"It seems that whoever made your species wanted to keep you under check. They made your mind in a way that you'll have a base instinct to serve your master. Your magic was also dependent on your master for this reason. But it seems that if you get evolved you change from that species. You are a human-elf now." Alexander loudly muttered. 

"What are you gonna do now pro... Grandpa?" Edward asked. 

"Hehe... Now, now we're gonna do the biggest heist ever. We are going to abduct every single house elf in the world. We will bring them under our banner and feed them evolution potion. Once they all become human-elves we will register them in ministry. All the elves will never have to worry about magic bonds as they will always have it here. We will then teach them Potioneering, enchanting, rune making, dueling, business or how to be a butler. 

Then we will open a new company through which people can hire them for services under contract. No elf will ever be mistreated. And just imagine if someday a new dark lord rises they will have to fight thousands of master magi plus you and Hermione. World peace baby" Alexander said grinning. 

Edward was truly impressed with the plan but there was a problem. "What about all the places like Hogwarts where elves are used to make food?"

"I already have a plan for that. I am working on magical nanny bots. I'll give them to all the schools in the world for free but at a request that they'll have to say good stuff about it in the news. After that we'll start selling them on the market. They can cook and clean even batter than house-elves. Profit Baby... Hahaha," Alexander started laughing. 

"Are you sure you weren't some evil capitalist in your past life?" Edward jokes. 

"Hahaha... This is not the end of my plan boy. I have too much power. Even if I am not required to do anything for the world, I still want to do it. I am going to open thousands of orphanages all around the world. These nanny bots will be heavily used there. The new Human-elves will also be responsible for it considering that elves enjoy taking care of children. I am going to remove hunger from the world too but that will be a slow process. For now, focus on the kids. I don't want any child to sleep with a hungry stomach ever again." Alexander said his last words sounded more firm than others. 

Out of nowhere a little curly-haired cat jumped and hugged him. Alexander's face changed into a warm smile. 

"Haha... Finally, you found time to see this old man." He said. Alexander had now grown to 6 feet 5, so Hermione looked even smaller in front of him.

"I was training for the Triwizard tournament, grandpa," Hermione happily said. 

She mostly acted rowdy in front of people but whenever she was with Edward, he or her parents she would always turn into a spoiled happy child. 

"Oh yes, I nearly forgot about it. Do you want me to train you?" He asked. 

Hermione shook her head "No grandpa, I don't want to have anyone to think I had an unfair advantage. Besides, I am confident that I'll win," she proclaimed. 

"Oh, and training with me isn't an unfair advantage?" Edward said with arms crossed. 

Hermione was so engrossed in Alexander's words that she hadn't noticed Edward. When she looked at him her face turned red. She had her first kiss just a day ago in one of the training sessions. She embarrassingly hid her face in Alexander's chest. 

Alexander understood by her face and faked that he got angry at Edward. 

"Boy, don't tease my Hermione. Or I'll turn you into a donkey" he winked at the end. 

Edward understood, "Oh really, not before I turn you into a pig" 

"HAH!" They both shouted like they were about to shoot charms at each other. 

"Noooo stop," Hermione roared, stepping away to see the situation. When she saw both of them smiling at her, her face turned even redder. 

All of them started to laugh, including Dobby.

The next day, it was time for the Triwizard tournament. Alexander was supposed to be head judge so he had to be present there early. 

Alexander went to the platform for the for judges. As soon as he entered the vision of the people, a loud cheer engulfed the whole arena. Alexander had to wave hands and tell people to sit down. 

Unlike in the movie, this time the arena was very big. There were more than 100,000 people there. Many came from foreign countries. At that time Alexander had the idea to make an International Wizard tournament in which champions from all magic schools in the world will compete for the trophy and 1 million galleons.

Ron and I look at each other confused "Hermione, Ron and I have sent at least 10 letters to you. Hermione wanted to send more to make sure that you're okay but I was against it. Wouldn't want your aunt and uncle to get annoyed at all the letters." I say looking back at Harry.

"Then what happened to the letters?" Harry questions.

Fred speaks up "Maybe someone's targeting you, Harry."

George turns around and makes ghost noises "WooOWOoooo, maybe it's a ghost."

I roll my eyes as everyone else laughs "But he is right Harry there could be someone targeting you."

"But who would want to target me? I don't think I have done anything." Harry says confused.

I gesture towards his scar "There are a few I could think of."

Ron and Harry gasp "You think it could be 'you know who'?" Harry asks.

"Of course not, but it could be one of his leftover lackeys." Ron and Harry nod.

George turns around again "What's with all this talk. We are kidnapping Harry for your birthday let's have fun."

I smile "You're right." I look at Ron and Harry "I got a cool game for when we get to my house."

The rest of the car ride we just talked about our summers so far. I told them about Luar's new stables and Shy's new perch hanging from my ceiling. 

Harry said he was studying the whole time since the only books he had were textbooks. I told him we can stop by Diagon Alley tomorrow morning if he wanted to but he declined. So we decided to go later this summer and he will just read my books until then.

Once we got back to my house Fred and George went back to the burrow. They said they don't want to hang out with kids for any longer than promised. 

I bring Harry and Ron with me downstairs to ask Auntie if they can stay the night. I've heard parents are more likely to say yes if their child isn't the one to ask. Therefore I waited until now to tell the truth, better to ask forgiveness than permission right?

When we get downstairs Auntie and Uncle are at the table talking to each other. As Uncle Ted notices us he gives a knowing smile and motions to get up. Auntie just watches confused as he just walks away mid-conversation whistling into the afternoon sun.

She turns around and see's the three of us as realization dawns on her face. The realization comes to a glare… at me.

"Mind telling me what's going on?" She asks me.

Harry speaks up "Ma'am, Ron and I were wondering if we could stay the night tonight?"

She smiles at Harry "Of course you dears can." She looks at me "But first I'll need an explanation."

She begins her interrogation "This is your friend Harry, Correct?" I nod "He lives in LONDON, Correct." I nod again. "Now tell me, how in the world did a 12-year-old get to London and back before lunchtime?"

I  look her dead in the eyes with raised eyebrows "Through the power of friendship and magic."

She pulls on my cheeks "Ow, stop it Auntie, I'm just kidding." 

"Well continue, the truth now." She says still tugging on my cheeks. 

"We took Mr. Weasley's flying car to London to pick up Harry," I say slightly slurred since she is pulling my cheeks. 

She lets go of my face and leans back into her chair "Oh no, my boy's only 12 and already a car thief."

I raise my finger "I'm only 11 until tomorrow."

She smacks the side of my head softly and glares at me "That is not better."

Ron speaks up "Technically my older brothers took the car and we only went with them." Ron looks at me as I give him two thumbs up.

Auntie sees my thumbs up and smacks the back of my head. She rubs her temples as she thinks.

Seeing her in thought Harry speaks up "He only did it to save me from my aunt and uncle." I give him two thumbs up as well.

She sighs, "You're lucky it's your birthday tomorrow. You will have to help cook diner tonight though."

I nod as all three of us run back upstairs. As we get back in my room I begin to show them what I bought a few days ago. From my Mokeskin bag, I pull out a large tv that was annoying to hold and a SNES. 

Ron looks confused but Harry's eyes go wide. "Is that a SNES? Dudley has one of those. I heard they are super expensive."

Ron looks even more confused as I reply "Harry, both you and I are rich… did you forget that?"

He looks a bit embarrassed "Yeah, a bit actually."

Ron finally speaks up "So, what is it?"

"Sorry, forgot you're from a full wizard family. This is a SNES, a muggle video game machine, and this is a tv, it makes moving pictures a lot like magic. Here I'll set it up and show you how to use it." After that, I spend an hour of my life trying to explain how a television works when I myself don't know much. 

Don't get me started on trying to explain what video games are. I got Ron to start playing Legend of Zelda: A link to the past. When I finally look back at Harry he is just staring into the Foe-glass.

As I approach Harry speaks up "What are these figures I see?" 

I sigh "This is called Foe-glass, it shows you the outlines of your enemies. The more clear they appear the closer they are. How many do you see?"

Harry nods as he stares into the mirror "I see only two. but it's quite blurry. One of the two looks like it is somehow split… Why do you have this."

I shrug "Well I mean I didn't know how many enemies I had until I looked at it. So I decided it was best to keep an eye on them."

Seeing he didn't move and kept staring I grabbed his shoulder "Come on, I can't watch Ron die in another dumb way. It's your turn to play."

He nods.

2 chapters a week Monday and Thursday

Day before Halloween was very exciting for me. I had a ton of new spells and abilities to try out. 
First thing I did is learning all new spells from a spellbook in my free time. Some of them I already knew, but just could not practice, so I mastered them. It was surprisingly easy. I spent around half an hour to master each spell. Not learn, but master. Which means I can cast their empowered versions with ease. 
Also, I was quite surprised with the speed of learning and mastering, but then I remembered that my magicka characteristic was improved 11 times. Now I had immense talent, enough to breeze through first and maybe even second year.
I was also trying out chantless and gesturless  magic with spell I mastered to the peak, "Fire-Making Spell". During training using personal spellbook functionality I tried using it wandless as well but got severely burned in hands. Thank god that was just virtual burns, although pain was real!
I forgot that this spell was a charm, so while using it with hands I need incredible focus and concentration to charm item before me and not my hands which circulate all the magic to be used. Wands are really too convenient. They make every spell so much easier.
Anyway, I tried wandless magic with some other spells from spellbook. Charms are no go, because while going through hands charm can be applied to yourself as well, so channeling and concentration needs to be very precise. 
It was easier with "Knockback Jinx", because the idea is to send a type of force into the object and not to charm it. However, sometimes force was very weak and other times I would send force in the direction slightly off the target. One time it was even send in the opposite direction which is into me. 
I experimented the whole day, whenever I got a free time, forgoing all the reading for that. Now, I can understand why spellbook is so useful and is part of the system. I can virtually try any spell in any way I want to and if got unsuccessful or hurt in the process, it will disappear in the next session of experiment, because all of it was just virtual training.
Overpowered. Can't wait to have more powerful spell to experiment with. And then there is simulation, but I had no time to try it, too engrossed by experimenting. 
That is how day passed. 
Halloween came. To me it was just another day and I honestly did not understand all the fuss around this festivity. However, when we got to charm lesson and started training levitation charm, my heartbeat quickened. Finally, the moment of troll attack is near. 
I didn't care about lesson one bit, because mastered this lesson month ago, so I let my partner Neville try the spell any way he wanted. I was looking after Granger and she was successful with the spell to annoyance of Weasley. After lesson, I went after her, but then heard how Ron was saying not very nice things about her. I wanted to really beat him up, but it won't help the situation. 
I went after her, to check if she is okay, but apparently, she wasn't. She was crying and running somewhere. I was going after her, but when she entered the girls' bathroom I was thinking if it was appropriate to enter there as well.
I decided to save and go in.

I entered and heard person's crying. I shouted:
"Hermione, are you okay? It's me Magnus. I saw you running away from class and got worried. I am asking forgiveness in advance for bothering you, but I need to make sure you are okay. Please, can we talk."
Crying went softer and quitter, but still there were no words.
"Did something happen? Did somebody hurt you? Just say a word and I will deal with that person!"
I said with gusto, trying to sound confident and funny to make situation a little bit lighter. Maybe it was speech or maybe it really helped but she calmed down a bit and exited the cabin where she locked herself in. 
She had teary face and red eyes.
"Am I a nightmare?" she asked.
"What?" I was very surprised by a question. "Why would you ask such a stupid question? Of course, you are not. You are smart, brave and kind person. You got in Gryffindor, after all."
"But n-nobody t-talks with me and I h-have n-no friends, and s-s-so no can s-stand me and …" She was stammering and blabbering some nonsense. And started spilling tears once more.
"Stop! I am your friend and will forever be! I can stand you just fine and I can talk with you as long you want! If you want to talk about something, then let's talk. Anytime, anyplace. Just stop crying, please."
"Can you talk with me now?" She asked
'Wow, she really was shaken that much by words of the redhead? Damn.'
"Of course, where?"
"Here!"
"Um… In girls' bathroom? Are you sure?" I asked to make sure she meant it.
She blushed due to embarrassment. She must have forgotten where we were for a moment.
"We can talk outside." I offered.
"Yes, let's do that." 
And so, we talked right outside of bathroom for hours. Thankfully, I had come up with some life stories in these 2 months. Soon, the floor was empty and there was nobody bothering us. 
She calmed down in the first hour, but I did not want to break the atmosphere, so I just continued conversing. We both delved deep into magic knowledge, so we had a lot of topics to talk about, plus we came from muggle background, so we had a lot in common.
We discussed all sorts of topics: our lifes before school, magic theory, history, connection to science, muggle world, magic world. 
At some point in conversation I even raised speech by one.
At some point in time I smelled something very nasty and wanted to ask Hermione but noticed that she became terrified looking behind me. I turned around and saw some bad shit there. Ugly, stinky, giant monster with a club looking stupidly in our direction.
At that moment of time, I heard hurried steps from path opposite to where troll came from. Harry and Ron came from the pathway. The first thing they noticed was Hermione and me. 
"Hermione, Magnus, there is a troll that…" Harry wanted to say, but Ron interrupted him with the loud cry.
"Harry! It's a troll!" They both looked at the monster and apparently troll either did not like the sounds or looks we were giving, but he got angry and went after us. 
"Run." I said 
But Granger was just frozen in fear, while boys were apparently still dazed. 
I wanted to scream at them, saying how stupid they are, but troll was quite fast for its size, so it was near us in a short amount of time we didn't move. 
He was angrily raising his club to smash us to paste, but I used knockback jinx on him. As a person with experience of video games and self-made food, what can scare me? Nothing! 
"Flipendo!"
That interrupted him and he made a step back. He shouted in anger and that awoke others. 
I shouted this time. 
"Run"
Everyone started running for dear life, except for me. Hopefully, they will notice I didn't follow only after they escape this floor. Troll wasn't scary and I had saves. 
He was perfect target practice, because he was slow and stupid. He tried  to raise his club was once more and this time I just raised a wand. Now is the time to test my power. I don't need words or gestures now, that nobody was here. I can enjoy this.
'Concentrated Flipendo' 
Troll was knocked 3 meters away, his every step sounding like a drum.
'Empowered Incendio'
Wand like a flamethrower was spitting fire on a troll, to which he used one hand to cover his face. Nonetheless, it was apparent he felt a lot of pain due to all the screaming. I enjoyed this feeling of control over my enemy.
He tried to rush at me with the club, but…
'Concentrated Diffindo'
I cut his club like butter and what hit me was nothing but air. Now I wanted to test something truly overpowered.
'Empowered Concentrated Flipendo'
Effect was not just 1+1=2 but more like (1+1) to the power of three.
Troll was sent flying back, landing on his back. Sound of him falling was loud and satisfying. I defeated a troll with my own power. It was exhilarating. 
Troll was confused, so without giving him any second chances and expecting some teachers coming soon, I had to knock him out fast. 
First, I repaired club with 'Reparo', so that nobody will know I can use Severing Charm. After that I used same trick Ron used in the film. I used 'Wingardium Leviosa' to levitate club above the head of the troll and dropped it. Nice sounding crack in the head proves that I dealt enough damage to knock him out. Seconds after I finished, adrenalin started running out of my blood and I started feeling mental exhaustion. 
My brain was unaccustomed to real-life concentrated and empowered casting. Especially without chants and gestures. I have taken a sit on the floor to rest a little bit and soon started hearing hurried footsteps and then felt someone hugging me. 
'Wait, what?'
"You are alright? Thank god. Why did you stay? You shouldn't have!"
It was Hermione, she acted so cute worrying about me and using her very bossy tone. Damn, I might fall for her. I smiled.
"I am okay." She noticed her outburst and quickly stood up, although her cheeks were suspiciously read, he-he. 
"Teachers!" I've greeted three teachers. Actually two, Quirrell was sitting on the floor, clutching his heart.
Snape went to check the troll, while McGonagall went straight for me and furiously started speaking.
"What on earth were you thinking of? You are lucky you weren't killed. Why aren't you in your dormitory? Thankfully, these three led us here."
Snape looked piercingly at me, trying to understand how I soloed this mini boss.
Just, when I wanted to say something Granger, came with horrendously realistic story of her and those 2 coming to fight the troll, but got scared and here I came, saving them, stalling the troll for them to escape. 
'Wait… Did they think I stalled the troll for them? This situation is truly – one stone for two birds. I both practiced my spells and looked like a hero in their eyes. I can be sure that I will be their friend now for the rest of the story.'
Both Ron and Harry were astounded by her well-thought lie and nearly missed the moment where they agreed.
"Ron Weasley, Harry Potter and unexpectedly you Hermione Granger! How could you even think of tackling a mountain troll with just you three?" Hermione hung her head, while those two had no idea what to do.
Professor continued:
"You three! 5 points will be taken from Gryffindor per each person! Now you can proceed to your tower! Students are finishing feast in their house."
All three of them left.
"As for you mister Magnus, you truly are a mystery. No last name, no records of letter being sent, yet you are indeed a wizard with huge potential of 11 years of age."
"I've never knew family and names people have given me is empty sound for me. My name is Magnus. It was my first choice in life, and I am proud of my name. As for letter, I… well, have no idea." I laughed awkwardly.
'Of course, there are no records. I came to this world on the day of sorting.'
She stared at me for some time, then sighed and said:
"In any case, you showcase of skill in defeating a troll and bravery in stalling the troll for your friends wins your house 20 points! Professor Dumbledore will be informed of this. You may go."
I saved. Just in case.

Finally, this is over. I seriously need to get some rest… and food.

Seems like the time has come for another party to begin. Let's hope this one will be a success. World - Potterian. Person - random.
