Sigmoid colon tumor with G-nas mutation presenting unique morphology

A 64-year-old man presented to our center for follow-up colonoscopy. The colonoscopy revealed a 20-mm laterally spreading tumor in the sigmoid colon, which had elevated portions and a slightly depressed portion ( A). The magnifying endoscopic findings showed that the oral-side elevated portion had type II-like and type IV-like pit patterns, and the anal-side elevated portion had type II- and type V-like pit patterns. However, we could not assess the slightly depressed portion according to Kudo's pit pattern classification because both chromoendoscopy with indigo carmine and magnifying endoscopy with crystal violet showed microvillous structures ( B, C). On the basis of the endoscopic findings, we diagnosed this tumor as early colonic cancer and performed endoscopic submucosal dissection for removal of the tumor. Histopathologic analysis showed a low to focally high-grade adenomatous lesion with dilated cystic glands including mucin inside; stained with hematoxylin and eosin ( D). The elevated portions consisted of dilatated glands resulting from mucin production, and the surface glands were serrated. The slightly depressed portion had a thin, spirelike villous pattern, which mimicked an intestinal-type intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm (IPMN) of the pancreas ( E). Of note, molecular biologic analysis revealed activating G-nas and K-ras mutations, whereas BRAF mutation, CpG island methylator phenotype, MLH1 methylation were not detected.

A new chapter has start in their lives. Jungkook and Sana kept it a secret even though they are still only friends. They talks over phone,plays game online,chats. Days past way. Jungkook tries to ignore Tae Ri and she gets to know  why Jungkook never wanted her. Sana is the reason. Either their love will win or Tae Ri will.

So.... I found out you can make a grilled cheese sandwich with mayonnaise. 

 My back is all sunburned from pulling grass and stuff. Like my left shoulder and right shoulder blade sting. It's not to bad though. I remember this one time I had severe sun burn. Like my skin was peeling off and It hurt whenever my skin came in contact with something. 



Anyways, I've been trying to think of ways to make my relationship better. I just realized that saying "I love you" everyday doesn't  mean much. I really I want to get something for her, but she doesn't want anything. I also know that material things are not really great at expressing your feelings. So I thought " I can do or make something for her."

 Though, what could I do? I mean I have a few things I am good at. Maybe I can write how I feel then give it to her. Not a love letter, but just expressing what I think, feel, believe, and value. I could also write a poem. Maybe a few poems? A book of poems? That actually sounds pretty good. I already have a few love poems written with her as my inspiration. I could just write all that down and make her read it. Then keep adding poems to it over time. Though, I don't know if I should post it online. I mean, what if someone else steals my work? Then again, poetry is art and art has to be appreciated. There is no way anyone will appreciate art if it's locked away. 



So yeah. Maybe I should start posting up my poetry. Would any of you read it? Does anyone even read this? Currently my journal says over 3 thousand views, but do you guys really read this journal? Or do you just skim over it? Do you just get bored and forget? Then go on to delete my journal from your library? Anyways, I just want to see if I have actual readers. So if you've really read this. Could you make a comment?

I have finally decided what I want to do with this journal. A mind journal. I'm gonna write EVERYTHING that goes on in my mind. Yes, mom, everything. It's gonna be awesome. Since it has a 'Subject' label I could do something stupid like: Stupid Tik Tok Ideas I'll never do. The whole just. Maybe I'll write about internet boys because all my class are online. I'll have a section called: "Do not read means do NOT read! (mom). That seems appropriate. I know that she'll read it anyway. That's just a thing loving mothers do. It reminds me of that one IJ episode where they read out of their daughter's diary. I'm not gonna try to doodle but knowing me I'll draw eyEBALLS everYWhere. I think the next page will be a disclaimer. Mostly for mom and/or Justin. Just incase and naughties get ahold of it and wanna blackmail me. If I was texting I could add emojis, I would've added the shrug emoji after that last sentence. If I started drawing comics would Jesse and Ryan think I was cool? It's weird not using quotation marks when I write. I never write in first-person and about myself. Maybe one day this will be posted on reddit and I'll be famoose. *hair flip emoji*

Life can change in the blink of an eye. One second you can be enjoying a car ride to pick your little brother up from school, the next you're moving across the country and away from your brother to escape the memories.

A child called Grey Hunter was Sitting on a tree next to the ocean. He lived on an island with his mother and grandmother. Grey had his eyes closed into the sunshine relaxing reading his book. He then was called by a man saying, "Hey Grey, your mom is looking for you," Grey then dives off the tree, standing towards the man. Grey was opening the door; his mother sat on a chair, with her hand on her head. He knew that he had to sit down, and he could also hear his grandmother in the kitchen.

    "what's wrong?" he asks, then he notices his mother's pale face as she was about to respond. "G-Grey...I d-don't know how to tell you this without being angry at me," she says now; Grey's face was full of worry he was holding his hands together tightly and sweating bullets until he's the mother starts shedding tears, then his heartbreaks. "Grey...y-you're adopted," she says while crying. Grey had many emotions at the same time; his brain couldn't express it until he hears his heart pounding. He looks at his mother, who was in tears her face was down on the table, and her weeping made him tear up the most. "I don't care," he says with a soft and gentle smile on his face his mother was shocked as she slowly raised her head and said, "you're not sad," she said while wiping off her tears.

"you've always been like a mom to me, so I don't care who my real mom is because it has always been you," he said. His mother's face turns into its average color again, and now she was crying tears of joy. "Was this the right choice I still want to know about my parents at least my father," he thought to himself.

  Grey was on his bed, resting his brain from what just happened. His mother comes and says, "here's something that they gave us when we adopted you," she says while handing him a journal. "I think it's your father's old journal or something," she said. Grey stands up and takes the book from his mom, and as he was about to take the journal, she takes him in for a hug. "We're okay, right?" she asks. Grey hugs her back with a smile on his face, "yeah, we're okay" he says, then she smiles and breaks the hug and leaves. Grey sat on his bed thinking if he should read the journal or not. He decides to open it, and then he finds a picture of his real dad when he was his age (twelve). They looked similar in many ways Grey's eyes shined the same way his fathers did. He then flipped the pages to the last pages, and his dad was going on about Titans; he wrote, "I've always wanted to become a Titan and that was my dream until I was twelve, and I've become one. I've thought about my next goal, and it's to make them perfect hunters like me." Grey looks at that, "by abandoning them" he thinks to himself.
                      "I will leave them to discover the world on their own, and I'll leave them both this same message so they can become hunters, and one day if they find each other, and if they find me, they'll be worthy of having me as their father. I know it's the logic of a lunatic, but that's me." Grey was in shock he found out that he had a twin brother, so he knew exactly what he had to do now. He set a goal to do, and it's to become a Titan and find his brother and father.


      The next day Grey showed his mother and grandmother the journal and explained to them what he wants to do. His father also explains," being a Titan is like living the best life. Once you become a Titan and passed the exam, the Titan association will give you 100k. You'll be allowed to go anywhere around the world with your Titan's license, and more job opportunities will appear to you, and you can access anything online." Grey told his mother that he's going to leave so he can become a professional Titan. She looked at him with sorrow and said, "no I can't let you leave."

His father was from the top-ranked ninja in Lilala. His father inspired him. On his journey, he meets friends. They go on a journey to get stronger. Will they be able to stop the secret organization that has taken something valuable to the world of lilala.

My heart is beating furiously. I'm so nervous. 

I constantly check if there has been a response yet.

I wait and wait and wait. 

I think of various excuses to explain why it's talking so long, Maybe she is in the shower? She could be busy or is she asleep already. 

I grow anxious and check the time. 

Two minutes have passed!

Yes, only two minutes. 

But I'm stressing out dude!

At the height of my inner dialogue, a notification awakens me from my delusions.

*Ding*

I check my phone and sure enough it's Irene's response one word response, just a simple

"Call"

I take a deep breath and steady myself. 

Hi , Hey, Helllooo, Joo-hyunssi.. 

Argh how should I begin. 

F*** it, I'll do it live! 

I go to contacts and my finger hovers over the call button. Press it. Press it. Press it.

My finger moves slowly downwards and ........... ........................... ..... *click*

*Tring* Tring* Tring* *Tring*

The dial tone cuts off and a feminine voice answers

"Hello"

"Hi, am I speaking to Joo-hyunssi?"

"Were you expecting someone else?"

"No, am I just checking"

After a light chuckle, I feel awkward. What should I say ?

Think Dylan. Think!

"Uhmm"

...............

Come on. Say Something. Say Anything!!

".... I really don't know what to say"

She responds in a similar tone

"Me either"

"I even searched online questions to ask you know"

"Really? You did? are you nervous?"

"Of-course, it's my first time ever calling a pretty girl. If i'm not nervous now i'd have to be an Iceman. But then again an icemen would be prefect for the ice princess hahaha"

"As if! you are definitely a playboy. I bet all the girls at your old school were heads over heals for you?"

She says this very sharply. I can even feel the jealousy emanating from the phones' head piece. 

Thinking about it, I never read anything about school in my journal. 

It appears that in in order to avoid messy situations, I've always had private tutors from SNU come teach me and then spent most of my days at the company. 

"I've never gone to school before"

Surprised by my sudden declaration

"Huh! never ?"

"Yeah, after my parents died. My uncle was pretty protective of me, I've only had private tutors and not much free time for other things"

"Oh" With a pitiful tone she asks, "Weren't you lonely?"

"Not really, I had plenty of people who worked for us who would do anything I wanted" 

If you are wondering why I know these things even though I suffer from amnesia, then the answer is simple..... it was in the journal

MC: Author! you can't just cover up plot holes like that

Author: Do you have a better solution?

MC: How about saying, my memories of this life came back during the week?

Author: That's smart. SO DEAR readers if knowledge of this life is not from the journal or some other source. Just assume his memories came back . Done !

Irene seems to process what I've just told her. 

"I knew were pretty wealthy. I mean i'd have to be blind but ..... honestly .....who even are you ?"

Dylan was an ordinary 18 year old with a particular taste for the older girls. What will happen when one day he finds himself in the past possessing a body no longer his own.
