Story excerpt 

I can't believe we just walked away!" Tray yells.

"Its for the best." Matt tries to calm him.

"You know other packs run off intruders!" Tray continues to yell.

"What do you suggest we do?" I ask. I see a devilish smirk cross his face.

"You know I heard some guys will mark a girl and run off." Tray suggests.

I can't believe that! Marking someone that's not your mate? It ties you to them how will that run them off?

"You're nuts! Marking someone as your mate ties them to you it doesn't drive them away!" I tell him. Tray laughs.

"You are so naive my little Alpha!" I growl at him and he holds his hands up.

"Ok listen Ryan." Tray starts up again. "It only ties you to her if she marks you back. If she doesn't it's just really embarrassing for her. She gets all emotional for a couple of days and then the mark fades... but if you do that I can promise you she will never cross the border again."

"That doesn't help us with Jack." I say. 

"The girls stop coming the guys will too." Tray assures me. Well if it won't really hurt her and will stop them coming I'm game.

Day 023: Black and White
"Awoo~!" Lumi cheered as she skipped along the forest, finding her way back to her cabin. She had been looking for people to talk to, but the forest was pretty empty. That Miko person at the top of the mountain was very nice to talk to, but Lumi wanted more friends to talk to. She opened the door to her wooden cabin, a wide smile on her face. "What should I eat today?"
She walked over to her fridge, opening it. There was nothing there. "Aw darn, I guess I have to go hunting," she said to herself as she closed the fridge door. She was about to turn around but stopped herself when she saw a particular orange pamphlet attached to the fridge. She detached the pamphlet from the magnet on her fridge and read it. "Where did I get this?"
She read it a couple times. "It says I can meet people there?! Maybe I should invite Merry!" She bolted over to her phone, dialing her cousin's phone number. "Awoo~!"

Merryweather sat down on the bed in his quarters. As a commander of the Navy, he had his own quarters, so he had time to let himself breathe. He took off his hat, letting his dog ears flop down on his head. At that time, he heard his phone ring on his nightstand. He heaved a sigh, standing up and walking over to the nightstand, picking up the phone. He looked at it to see a picture of him and his cousin, Lumi posing together. He smiled softly as he answered the call.
"Hello?" Merry asked, putting the phone to his ear.
"Hello!" Lumi cheered in her normal, cheerful voice. "I found this really fun place we can go to and meet new friends! Awoo~!"
"Are you sure that's a good idea, Lumi?" Merry asked, heaving a sigh. "With tensions this high, I'm not sure it would be a good idea."
"It seems that the pamphlet I got was actually targeted towards demons," Lumi replied. "I'm sure it would be really fun!"
"If you say so," Merry said. "I'll meet up with you in a couple hours. You're still in Japan, right?"
"Yup!" Lumi chirped. "I'll see you soon! Awoo~!"
Merry smiled as the line went dead. "I guess some things never change."

"Agh, my back," Ryan said as he sat up, rubbing the sleep from his eyes. "Morning Sui-,"
"Shhh!" Suisei shushed him, cutting off. Ryan looked around bleary-eyed to see Suisei mashing on a controller, looking at a TV she apparently installed while Ryan was asleep. She was playing Tetris 99, of course, and it seemed that she was competing with someone for first place. "I'm trying to focus!"
"Whatever you say," Ryan sighed as he got out of bed, followed by the TV making a bunch of noises.
"Ah, I lost!" Suisei looked at the TV. "What?! That was YAGOO?! Matsuri damn it not again!"
"It seems that YAGOO is a pretty good gamer," Ryan heaved a sigh. "Well, I need to go to work."
"Yeah, yeah, shoo," Suisei waved her hand dismissively as she started another game. "I have a stream in 30 minutes and I don't want you to be here when it starts."
"Whatever you say," Ryan heaved a sigh as he opened the door to his apartment, walking out.

"Morning Tenchou," Ryan smiled as he opened the doors to the KFP.
"Hey Ryan," Kiara said, a bright smile on her face. "Are you feeling better?"
"Getting all of that off my chest yesterday felt really good," Ryan replied. With a snap of his fingers, he was instantly in his KFP uniform. "God, it feels good to do that again."
"I bet it does," Kiara put a hand on Ryan's shoulder as he walked around to the other side of the counter. "I'm proud of you, my Little Egg."
"Thanks, Tenchou," Ryan said with a smile. At that time, the doors opened.
"Awoo~!" Lumi cheered as she barreled through the door. "Is this KFP?"
"Yes, it is," Ryan said. "Welcome to KFP. My name is Ryan Shade."
"I'm Takanashi Kiara and I'm the manager!" Kiara introduced herself, excited to see someone new. "What would you like to order?"
"Nothing for now," Lumi said as she sat down at the counter. "I'm waiting for my cousin to join me."
"Oh, someone else I coming as well?" Kiara asked. "That's great!"
"Yep!" Lumi said, smiling. "Awoo~!"
-100 hp! Critical Hit! Ryan clenched his chest as the cuteness seeped into his body.
"Are you okay?" Kiara asked, looking at Ryan, concerned.
"Yeah," Ryan said. "I've been dealing with this ever since I started working here, I don't really know what it is."
"Maybe I'll get Choco-sensei to check you out someday," Kiara said.
"Please don't word it like that," Ryan shuddered, remembering the time Choco came to "Get Ryan a Girlfriend Day". "It brings some… unsavory memories."
"I don't see why Choco-sensei hitting on you would be a bad thing, but okay," Kiara shrugged as the door opened.
"Is this KFP?" A man with dog ears and black hair walked into the restaurant. He wore a military uniform with a lot of medals pinned on it. He wore an oversized, puffy jacket over the outfit and a red tie. He had a black and red hat, his dog ears sticking out on either side. He then focused his attention towards the wolf girl sitting at the counter. "Lumi!"
"Merry!" Lumi jumped up, tackling the dog boy into a hug. "It's been so long! How are you?!"
"I've been alright," The dog boy, seemingly named Merry replied, putting a hand on Lumi's head. "Let's sit down, shall we?"
"Sure! Awoo~!" Lumi smiled brightly as she pulled Lumi over to the counter. "This is my cousin Merry!"
"It's nice to meet you, Merry," Ryan extended his hand to shake. "My name is Ryan Shade."
"It's nice to meet you too," Merry said before turning to Kiara. "You must be Takanashi Kiara. I wonder why a CEO is working at such a small joint."
"Well, I wanted to make this place a sanctuary for magical beings," Kiara said with a smile. "What would you like to order, Merry?"
"Do you have treats?" Merry tilted his head, obviously excited.
"Of course!" Kiara said. She then turned to Lumi. "What would you like?"
"Can I order some head pats?" Lumi asked, her tail wagging excitedly.
"Ryan, I'll go get the treats. Can you do the pats?" Kiara asked.
"I would love to," Ryan said as Kiara walked to the back room. "Alright, Lumi. Here you go."
Ryan smiled as he put his hand on Lumi's head, rubbing it gently. Lumi smiled as she closed her eyes, her tail wagging even more.
-999 hp! Super Effective! Ryan clenched his chest in pain.
"Can I pave pats too?" Merry asked, taking off his hat.
"Of course," Ryan smiled softly as he placed his free hand over Merry's head. Merry closed his eyes, his ears twitching as his tail started to sway from side to side.
"I'm back!" Kiara smiled as she walked over to Merry, who seemed to be enjoying the headpats. "Say A~"
"Ah," Merry opened his mouth, his eyes still closed as Kiara fed him the treat. "This is really good!"
"Hey Tenchou," Ryan tuned his head to face Kiara.
"What's up, my Little Egg?" Kiara tilted her head.
"I take back everything I said yesterday," Ryan turned to look at Lumi and Merry. "This is the best day of my life."

"I'm back," Ryan said as he opened the door to his apartment.
"Hey Ryan," Ryan heard Suisei's voice come from his room. "You might want to see this."
"What's up?" Ryan asked, his hands in his pockets as he walked through the door to see Suisei looking at the TV screen. Ryan saw that she had since moved her streaming PC into Ryan's room, but paid it no mind.
"Look," Suisei pointed at the TV. Ryan sat down next to her, interested in what she wanted to show him.
"As you can see from this overhead footage, roughly a quarter of China has been covered by this darkness," The news reporter said. "Some are suspecting that this is a power outage, but it doesn't seem to be the case. No matter how many lights we shine into the darkness, it is impossible to see our way through. We have sent in a team to report, but we have been unable to contact them since they entered the darkness. It seems to be rapidly spreading throughout the country. More at 8."
"Do you know what it is?" Suisei asked.
"Yeah, it's the void," Ryan's expression darkened. "It looks like war is coming. We have to prepare."

Shade heaved a sigh as he looked at the TV. "Looks like shit's hitting the fan, huh?"
"What do you say we do, Shade?" Sabrina asked as she walked into the room, her mask on.
"Looks like this is the biggest threat that's entered this dimension since the evil gods that resided in heaven three years ago," Shade said, standing up. "I guess we're going to have to pull the Masked Mages from retirement."

Grimm looking around him with a satisfied smile on his face. The Phoenix Dimension's development was going very well. Although there weren't a lot of buildings, he liked it that way. He liked that lush plains, flowers blooming throughout the terrain as small hills and valleys were scattered across the plains.
"It seems that you're doing well," Grimm turned around to see Shade closing a portal behind him. Shade was a bit taller than 2 meters. He was lean and muscular, but his muscles were being covered by his baggy orange shirt and cargo pants. His hair was short, messy and blond. His left eye was covered by an eyepatch, but his right eye was a deep ocean blue. "I haven't seen you in a while, Grimm."
"Hey big bro," Grimm said as he tuned towards Shade. "Would it kill you to visit every once in a while?"
"You know how much I don't like to leave the overworld," Shade said, shaking his head. "I'm happy to see you're in good shape, though."
"Yeah, surprisingly, Nux was the one to put me on the right path," Grimm chuckled. "He's been a lot more involved lately."
"That's good, because I might need his help," Shade heaved a sigh. "It seems the void has come to the overworld. I'm trying to put together the Masked Mages again. Are you in?"
"You know, Nux was here not to long ago asking me to help him out with the void," Grimm said. "I'll be there for the fight. Don't you worry."
"Interesting," Shade rubbed his chin. "I'm going to host a meeting in a couple of days for the Masked Mages. Please be there."
"Will do, bro," Grimm said.
"Thank you," Shade said, turning around. With a wave of his hand, a portal opened up. Without another word, Shade stepped through, closing the portal behind him.

"Are you sure you want another shot?" Roberu asked.
"Yeah," Jack grumbled. Jack's short hair was messy, as if he hasn't brushed it in years. His right eye was brown, but his left eye was covered with an eyepatch. He wore a blue trench coat and a checkered shirt underneath, topping off his outfit with dark brown cargo pants. "It's not my fault that your alcohol is weak as hell."
"Whatever you say," Roberu sighed, pouring Jack another shot of liquor, sliding it over.
"Thanks man," Jack said as he downed the shot in one go.
"I should have known that you would be here," Jack didn't even turn when he heard Shade's voice.
"What the hell do you want?" Jack asked. "I thought I could just retire in peace now that the evil gods are dead."
"We both know what's going on right now," Shade said, sitting next to Jack as he looked at Roberu. "I'll take some cola."
"One cola, coming right up!" Roberu said, spinning around to prepare Shade's drink.
"I guess I don't really have a choice," Jack rubbed his temples.
"Here's your order," Roberu said cheerfully, placing a glass of cola before Shade.
"The meeting's in a couple of days," Shade said. "Meet me at KFP."
Jack only grunted in response. "I guess I'll take my leave now," Shade said. "Oh, and Roberu?"
"Yes?" Roberu perked up.
"Congratulations on winning," Shade said, smirking as he vanished with the glass.
"I'm not going to get that glass back, am I?"

"I really enjoyed our date today," Ollie said, a huge smile on her face as she held Brianna's hand.
"Yeah, me too," Brianna smiled at her partner. "I never thought I would enjoy an arcade as much as I did. My brother was a bit of a gamer, but I never saw the appeal of it."
"You were surprisingly good at the rhythm games!" Ollie exclaimed as they found their way to Brianna's house. Brianna got the keys from her pocket, unlocking the door.
"I was actually in a marching band before I died," Brianna said, nostalgia flooding through her eyes as she sat down on the couch next to Ollie. "I wonder if I can go back to the living world one day."
At that moment, the two heard a knock on the door. "I got it," Brianna said, standing up and making her way to the door. She opened the door, flinching slightly when she saw Shade.
"It's nice to see you, Brianna," Shade said, a small smile on his face.
"If you're here, then I guess something bad is happening," Brianna said.
"As much as I want to let you exist in the underworld happily, there's a threat that can potentially seep its way in here," Shade said. "I really need your help."
"I guess I have something to fight for now," Brianna said, looking back into the house for a second before looking at Shade. "I guess I'm in."
"I'll come pick you up for the meeting in a couple days," Shade said.
"Thanks," Brianna said before closing the door.
"Bri?" Ollie asked as Brianna flopped on the couch next to her, snuggling into the zombie idol. "Who was that?"
"My foster dad," Brianna replied, burying her face into Ollie's shoulder. "It looks like I have a job to do."

Shade appeared atop a building to see a man with a black hoodie and black pants on, his back facing Shade.
"I'm in," Reporter said as he looked at the city lights in the distance. "It's not like I have a choice."
"Thank you, Reporter," Shade said, closing his eyes. With a flash of orange light, he was gone.
"Ugh, I guess I have responsibilities again," Reporter ran his fingers through the hair under his hood. "What a drag."

Shade's last destination was the graveyard of the Masked Mages. He stood before a figure whose back was faced towards him. "I'm not the person you're looking for," The figure said, not caring to turn around to confront Shade.
"I know," Shade replied, "but I decided that you deserve a spot amongst us."
"I guess that's fair enough," The figure chuckled. "I already know what you're up to. You know YAGOO is going to join us, right?"
"All the better," Shade said. "The more help we can get, the better."
"I guess you're right," The figure said. "I guess I'll see you in a couple days."
Shade smirked. "Thank you, Ryan Shade."

A normal person is hired to work at a new KFP location where the CEO Takanashi Kiara herself will be working at. It is a rather small location, but for some reason, none of the customers are normal humans. Read along and find out how he interacts with different people from the Hololive Production and how this changes him as a person.

As dust from the crash blocks their vision, Yuji was pulling his self together, as he tries to face their situation.

Everyone was stunned at their position, until the dust blocking their vision of the entity starts to clear up.

"A HIGH CLASS!!" one of the random persons at the back shouted, causing panic to some students, resulting for them to run away.

The Akuma had a tall body about 6-7 feet, it had one large arm while the other was long and thin, and average buff legs. And like the other akumas, it's right eye was closed with large veins covering half of it's face.

"IDIOTS! Don't separate!" Gin shouted.

Despite what Gin said, most students still ran, leaving them behind.

"WATCH OUT!" Yuji shouted, as the Akuma jumped high in the air, with it's arms raised, about to smash the ground.

Gin managed to dodge the attack, as the Akuma came crashing down with it's unnaturally large arm.

The students had a great decrease in numbers, due to running away.

"This is really bad" said Gin.

"Stay calm" said jack.

"The square head!" Yuji thought.

"Sure some coward's ditched us, but there are still enough people here to get rid of that thing" said Jack.

Gin clicked his tongue "I know that..." he said.

"I won't argue about staying calm," said Yuji, "but I don't think your getting the whole picture here.".

"what do you mean?" said Jack in a cocky voice.

"Right now, if we take too long to kill that thing, were as good as dead" said Yuji.

"What!?" said Jack, with a sudden realization.

"Looks like you got it" said Yuji, "If we take too long, and the noise attracts more akumas to head here, were going to have to deal with numerous akumas, along with this high class akuma".

"And in worst case scenario" said Gin, "The arch demon will get here faster than we thought, if that's the case we're done".

"Crap" said Jack.

"ITS COMING!" Layla shouted, as the Akuma ran towards them, with it's arm covering it's front.

Yuji, Gin, and Jack quickly scattered to dodge the Akuma, as the Akuma swings it's large arm on the air, as it tried to hit something.

The Akuma had a quick look and started to run again, this time it was towards Elizabeth and the others. 

"SCATTER!" Yuji shouted.

everyone scattered and dodged the Akuma.

After Every attack, the Akuma keeps on quickly recovering and attacking, not giving them time to think.

"Squadron! distract it!" Gin shouted, giving an order.

"Yes sir!" the soldiers replied, as the three soldiers ran towards the Akuma. They injected themselves.

The soldiers kept on attacking and defending with their guns against the akuma, taking its whole attention, yet none of their attacks seem to have effect.

One soldier pulled out a knife, as he jumped on the akumas neck. The soldier stabbed the Akuma on the neck, as the soldier presses a button on the handle of the knife, producing a burst of electricity from the knife, electrifying the Akuma.

The Akuma was stunned for a short second, then the Akuma used it's long thin arm to grab the soldier. Unlike it's large left hand, it's thin right hand was a lot faster, which resulted to the soldier being grabbed at the head.

The Akuma then threw the soldier in mid air, and hit the soldier with it's heavy left hand.

The soldier came flying, hitting a building wall a few meters away.

"looks like they won't be able to take care of it..." said Gin.
"We'll take care of this" he said as he looked at the students.

Yuji and Jack looked closely at Gin.

"Hey kid" Gin said as he looked directly at Yuji, "You have a risky plan right?".

"Huh?" Yuji replied.

"Earlier you asked, which way would Erina and the others will come from" said Gin, "If by the chance that their not ahead of us, you were hoping for us to meet up with them once were in a pinch like this aren't you?"

"He... thought of something like that?" Jack thought.

"Yeah..." Yuji said in a low energy voice, "but it's really risky...".

"Go on ahead, all of you" Gin said.

Yuji and everyone else looked at Gin, as he said those familiar words.

"That's!" Yuji said.

"GO! All of you will just hold me back anyways" said Gin.

Yuji stood silent for a moment.

"Are all of you adults like that... always saying stuffs to push us away, just to keep us safe..." Yuji said, as he was gripping his hand hardly, "what do you gain by doing that...".

Gin turned around and said "looks like it's not the first time you heard something like that". 

Gin looked at Yuji again, "or the second...".
"Listen kids! and listen well!" Gin shouted, 
"The new generation of people always represents a stronger version of the past generation, that's why for us, you kids are our hope... our hope to end this messed up era" "now go! we'll take the risk, and if we managed to get rid of this Akuma quicker than expected, we'll be right behind you..." he said with a smug smile on his face.

After Gin said that, Jack gathered his group and started to run, as he passes Yuji "let's go..." Jack said without making any eye contact.

Yuji regained his composure, as he gathered everyone in his group and said "let's go".

Elizabeth and the others knodded, as Yuji took one last glance at Gin saying "don't die", as they left.

Yuji and the others catches up to Jack and everyone, and kept running to the direction of the extraction.

After a few moments.

"How did you do it?" said by a person from Jack's group, looking at Yuji.

"Huh?" Yuji said.

"sorry I haven't introduced my self" said by the student with black hair and eyes, in Jack's group, "my name is Ray, we meet again" he said with a smile.

"You! the person I bumped into, this morning" said Yuji.

"Seems like a lot has happened since then huh?" Ray said, "so, how did you get this far? without any abilities...".

Yuji was stunned speechless and wasn't able to answer for a moment.

"luck... I guess" said Yuji, "luck that brought me to these people" he said with a slight smile, facing Ray.

"Hmph, true... but I can't help but feel it's the other way around..." said Ryan.

"You actually said it" said Layla "that was uncharacteristic of you" she said with a smug face.

Ryan looked away, as if he was embarrassed.

"Hey Ray" said by a man with a deep voice beside him, "don't waste energy, there's still a way to go".

"aww, come on Craig, I was just setting up a conversation" said Ray in a complaining manner.

"He's got a point you know" said Yuji.

"EH!, you too?" said Ray, "fine, I'll keep quiet" he said, as if he was feeling down, just like a kid who didn't get what he want on a grocery store.

"Akumas ahead" said Jack, "four of them".

Everyone got ready and charged at the akumas, some akuma's we're not newly turned, and was faster than the others, but it did not cause too much problem for them.

After they knocked down the akumas, Yuji looked carefully at one of the bodies.

"Hey!" Jack called, "we don't have much time here! let's keep going!".

Yuji cathed up with the others, as they continue to run.

"Did you see something?" Layla asked.

"There was an unusual hole on one of the newly turned akumas, it just kinda bothered me" said Yuji.

"Hopefully it's nothing" Jaspher prayed.

After a few minutes of running, they saw a number of dead bodies on the road, that has yet to turn.

"Dead bodies?" Jack said.

They stopped and looked at the corpses.

"This bodies... it has the same holes like earlier!" Yuji pointed out.

"What does it mean?" said Elizabeth.

"it means we might be following a trail of an akuma that killed all those people" said Ryan.

"What should we do?" Layla asked.

As they were thinking, a loud sound suddenly emerged from behind them.

BOOM!, the loud sound reached them, as they see a large smoke of explosion behind a small building from a distance.

"That place is!" said Ryan.

"Where Gin was... right?" said Yuji.

"let's split up" said Yuji.

"what?" Jack questioned.

"In front of us there's a two way path again, that leads to the same location, only with different exits" said Yuji, "after that explosion, it could attract some akuma's, being in a large group would be too dangerous".

"So your suggesting that we split into two, so we have better chances of concealing ourselves?" said Jack.

Yuji nodded.

"But your group has five people, and we got three" said Jack, "Your group is in a dangerous state".

"That's why if your willing, you can take one of them" said Yuji, "or who ever wants to go with them, just say".

"I'll stay here" said Elizabeth, with no hesitation.

"If my sister is staying, then so am I" said Layla.

Jaspher was looking down and seemed lost on what was the right thing to do.

"I don't... want to be too much of trouble for Yuji and everyone if something happens" said Jaspher, as he walked closer to Ryan, he handed Ryan the Glove he used to knock down the Akuma they fought earlier, "I can't use any other specialized weapons, and I don't have any special ability... so....".

"Jaspher, it's ok" said Yuji, as he smiles at Jaspher, "thanks for everything".

Jaspher nodded as he walked over to Jack's side.

"Then that's everything" said Jack.

"Wait!" Ray said, "I have a proposal"

"What?" said Jack.

"Do you mind, if we switched places" Ray said, pointing at Ryan.

"Huh?" Ryan said.

"I'm just a B class unlike you, an A class, and I don't mean to offend in any way... but I think I can help them better if they get in a pinch" said Ray.

Ryan was speechless.

"He's that confident he can help them better, despite being a class lower than me..." Ryan thought.

"I'm probably not as strong, but I got these things that really suit my ability" said Ray, as he showed his belt, below his uniform, containing three types of specialized weapons.

"A gun, two gloves, and a blue knife..." Yuji pointed out.

"Yep, sorry but I think I'm the only one who can efficiently use this," said Ray.

Ryan looked at Yuji and nodded, then he walked closer to Ray and said, "take care of them".

Ryan gave Yuji the black case containing Syringes with amplifiers.
"I still have one shot left... And they have their own... It should be more than enough.".

Ryan then walked over to Jack's side, switching places with Ray.

"Then I'll be In your care everyone!" said Ray in an energetic voice.

"Then that's that" said Jack, "let's go".

Moon Dozen: Just for the school, we're trying to find a solution for the whole entire world on it's own.

Alex: Aki, let me see the results of the magic that is fading.

Moon Dozen: So, what do you think?

Narrator: Let me explain you see all these people are Kanisha's imaginary friends and because of a spell now they can use their powers, but can't be seen by other people besides Kanisha and Moon Dozen.

Kisa: So, they can't see us.

Moon Dozen: Sorry, no, they can't even hear you.

Wolfie (smirks): Interesting 

(Wolfie causing a hurricane that takes a bunch of students away)

Kisa (looking angry): Wolfie!

Wolfie: Sorry I couldn't resist.

Daisy: That's awful, I'm going to cheer them up

Cherry (runs after Daisy): Wait for me

Lily (runs after Cherry): Hey, I'm apart of the group 

Dandy (running after Lily): And you're just going to leave me.

Sciencia: (sighs) I Knew this would happen.

Kanisha: It's alright, Wolfie look after them and make sure they don't get in trouble and don't get too distracted 

Wolfie: Got it (hops away) 

A girl (pointing at Kanisha): Look it's a human

Boy: Where?

The girl (points to Kanisha): Her

Long ago, the Gods were bored in their respective "temples" and decided to intervene in the lives of Humans. Humans capable of having lineages with Gods are called "Carriers" of course, there are still normal humans, but they are very rare, there are also "Doublers" who have affiliations with 2 Gods, but these are extremely rare, they focus more on queens,  kings and princesses. The world as such had to evolve with the new possibility, now wars are fought by these carriers, countries are separated and with that came the Academy of Gods, where future carriers are trained, the future generation.

 "I appreciate the reception, but please don't use my imperial position" asked the girl, making you stand up. "and treat me like a normal student, after all I am very anxious to study here, the largest educational institution for border bearers"

 The princess in question was right, this Academy is the biggest educational institution on the border, like a normal school girl look, where the Gods were studied in every possible way, laboratories and workshops working non-stop in search of creating cures for diseases, new divine powers or weapons, a country that revolves around it was created and expanded around the institution over the centuries, in the past people came from all continents to learn to use their God. But after long years countries were divided with their respective Mythologies, this Academy was centered on Greek Mythology.

 "So you turned fifteen and are here, have you signed up for classes?" You asked "but that doesn't make sense, since you have the best teachers at your disposal...

 "Certainly, as a Princess, I have privileges, but a very important person for me said that no private class would replace the practice gained here," she said.

 Did you smile when you heard those words, a Princess not arrogant? This was a new era, it showed wisdom, its future is already half way with this.

 "Do you have any special reason for wanting the experience gained here?" Asked the interested old man.

  "I will be an Empress. In the future, I do not want to be queen, and with that there will be many kingdoms that will want war, in addition to the enemies of the Gods creating monsters to attack us, I want power to protect my empire" replied the young woman.

 There are enemies of the Gods who will come to their actions and decided to intervene, throwing monsters on the earth and empowering humans with bad intentions, over the years Gods also revolted with other Gods and thus the earth would be closer to self-destruction.

 "In the last Orda of monsters the kingdom was slaughtered, there were so many deaths that are countless" she said "even knowing a pattern of when the monsters are going to attack, hear internal wars and limited our troops, it took a long time to get the kingdom up again.  most powerful of the Folders and I will fight for my empire."

 "The person who rules the kingdom at the time of the Orda is always unhappy" lamented the lord "poor man"

 "I intend to change that, I will not be in charge when the next order arrives, but I will help as much as I can" she said "for that I need to learn to dominate my Gods"

 "How do you know you are more than a god?"  Asked the old man.

  "Folders aren't focused on those who have a lot of social status? I'm a princess, aren't I?"

 "Certainly, but it is not always that someone of high status becomes a Bender," said the gentleman.

 "In any case, I'm here to help Princess Ana achieve her goals," said a young man behind her.

 The young man was the same age as the princess, Brown hair, moved like a guard, when noticed, said he was a longtime friend of the Princess, his name was Jack.

 "I am the Princess's private security guard, with the function of protecting her, I signed up with her at the Academy" explained the young man. "and also gain experience to be an army general in the future"

 "Well... However, being a student we will not be able to give you any benefits or advantage Princess" said the old bearded man "it is always good to see young people dedicated and happy with the future"

 "Actually, I wanted my social status to be hidden," she said. "I will behave like a normal student, and when asked about my position, I am the daughter of a noble and nothing else, understand Jack?"

 "So be it Princess" he replied

 "It looks like you didn't understand anything" she muttered, rolling her eyes "don't call me princess, here we are friends, as we always were"

 "hahaha surely it will be a very productive year, I am anxious to know your Gods, speaking of that it is about time, I will see you later" said the gentleman getting up and disappearing in their eyes, leaving them with sparkles in his eyes.

 "Shit, I'm going to scold you for being late," said a young man running as if he didn't hear tomorrow.

 He ran as fast as possible, went through many shortcuts and alleys on the way to the Academy, and just barely managed to get in.

 "Phew" said the young man snorting

 The young man then gathered his things and went to where there were many people gathered, it was the courtyard of the Academy right in front of it, the opening ceremony was already happening, a new year begins and new students arrive.

 They were separated, veterans on the left and newbies on the right, and it didn't matter if you're a plebeian or a noble, the Academy's only requirement was the ability to be affiliated with a God, they discover that kind of thing when they are born, but they are extremely confidential  this type of information, Ryan was not a commoner but he was also not a Nobleman, and he had the capacity so he was here.

 "How many new people are there?" Ryan said looking at his new rivals or friends.

 "Every year 5,000 students are enrolled in the Academy" explained someone next to him "congratulations on being able to have a God.

 Ryan looked to the side, saw a young woman with blond hair and green eyes, you could see that she was a noblewoman, her skin was well taken care of and she was beautiful.

 "I'm Ana and you?"  She asked without shout

 "Ryan, nice princess" he replied "shhhh... Don't say I'm a princess" she whispered very quietly.

  "Aliais how do you know that?" Asked a young man next to Ana.

 "Why am I not stupid? How am I going to live in a country without even researching who runs it" replied Ryan.

 "Please take this paper" asked the veterans handing over the new students "keep it until the end of the ceremony"

 Many students wondered what it was about, some who came from a family with people already knew and got excited, Ryan one of them was not excited just kept it in his pocket, but there he had the attention of Jack and Ana.

 An old man then went up on a stage wearing a yellowish cloak, presenting himself as Director and owner of the Academy, his name was Dácio, a Bender who had already studied at the Academy, and behind them the assembled teachers.

 "Today we will kick-start a new year, and also for the Academy, it is a prestige to see this courtyard full of new students, with dreams" he said "you were blessed by the Gods with the ability to use their powers, but  everyone here is the same and I ask that you treat them with respect "

 Ryan ended up, his ability was received in luck, and he wanted to master his powers to achieve his goal, so he traveled to this country to study at the best gym in the world.

 "Classes officially start tomorrow, the rest of the day will be to see who your God and your teachers" explained the director "we have everything a full-time academy can offer everyone.

 This time a teacher used his power and separated students into groups of 50, each group would be in a room and would have different dormitories.

 "It seems that we will be in different rooms" said Ana looking at the line that separated her from her Friend.

 "I can't say I'm surprised," said Jack.

 The director continued to explain, most of them were about rules in general.

 "To give an incentive to these 5,000 students, know that only 500 graduated, over time and years, students give up, some are expelled and so on" explained the director "and of course you will do missions of truth"

 "That's why I'm here hehe" said Ryan excitedly.

 "For the missions? Did you come for the money?" Asked Ana interested "money can you get by working"

 "Money? What would I want money for, I don't need something so trivial, I'm not like you high-ranking people who just think about it" replied Ryan, cutting off the conversation

 "Each of you has the ability to affiliate with any God, and some of you have the ability to affiliate with two Gods, and if that happens the role will split" explained the director "now take your papers it will show what  God you are affiliated.

 Quickly all students took and held the paper, the Principal told them to focus on the paper and focus on it and the paper will do the rest, according to their affiliation, the paper shows the name of the God or Gods to which you have an affinity, and so several names appeared in different roles, Poseidon, Hera, Hephaestus, etc.

 "Yes! I'm a Bender" celebrated Ana "Athena and Aphrodite and you Jack?"

 "Apollo" replied Jack showing his paper with Apollo written to Ana.

 Ana already expected this, after all Jack's parents were descendants of Apollo.

 "The perfect magic for you, Apollo is a great God for a military man" said Ana "you too, Athena has the wisdom of a Princ... A person like you needs this" answered Jack

 "Look at this" shouted someone desperate

 Everyone looked at Ryan who had a giant smile on his face, the paper he held was named Hades, the God who betrayed the other Gods and allied himself with the monsters.

 "Look, it looks like we have a descendant of Hades this year" said the Headmaster, stroking his beard

 "When was the last time we had one?"  Replied the teacher beside him

 "In fact, we never had a descendant of Hades, when this Academy was created Hades had already allied himself with the monsters, and this meant that he did not find a single human who had common interests with him" replied the director "well... So far, this is going to be intriguing to say the least "

 Everyone looked at Ryan, was he reliable?  Also because the Gods affiliate with equal ideals, and Hades betrayed the Gods, some turned away from Ryan, some admired him and others saw him as someone interesting, but for Ryan, it was okay, Ryan raises his hand indicating a doubt.

 "So... I know this country and the others have had no Hades affiliates since its creation, so tell me, is there anyone here who can teach me?" Asked Ryan with a smile on his face.

 "So you're not from that country? You know what that means, right boy?" Asked a teacher staring at Ryan with his eyes looking death.

 "Yes, I know... But they don't" replied Ryan pointing to those around him. "So we can leave this between us... For now"

 "Nice to meet Ryan, I'm Angelo, the teacher of the descendants of Hades" said that some students were frightened, that teacher was reputed to kill students inconsequentially, and looking at Ryan I could see a winning smile on his face.

 Instinctively, Ryan lowered his hand and hid the paper while a cold ran through his body.

"No drinks?"
"Chief, we are not heavy drinkers. We won't be able to get back!", Nancy flushed red.
"Yes, that's right. But Chief, even you are not drinking?", Rose earnestly asked.
Zsadin's alcohol tolerance was amazing. She  never lost focus! 
"No", Zsadin didn't explain further and scooted away from the conversation, observing the surroundings.
Noticing her coldness mixed protective attitude, the team didn't bother her again and chatted happily amongst each other. After a while their orders arrived and just when everyone was about to eat, Zsadin stood up.
Seeing her everyone was about to follow when she motioned them to be seated.
Her personality and voice caught the attention of the other customers.
"Team, I congratulate you all for the completion of another important mission. As you all know, this criminal is a big fugitive and thanks to your efforts, we have managed to catch him. I appreciate your efforts. Thank you so much for enduring with me!", saying this she let out a satisfied small smile and sat down.
The batch once again felt warmth all over in their hearts and started eating. They were happily chatting, discussing about the boys and their lives.
 But Zsadin's mind was wandering in the isolated cells of Cannon Prison. She was waiting for the time when she would be asking about that incident 18 years ago.
