I feel lazy but at the same time bored, thus, just going to select from the comments of each chapter on what to write on the following chapter. I'd just start a topic. Then if the story deviates from the ongoing topic, I'd introduce a new topic. Not a "pro" author, just a really bored person that actually wants to write something but don't know how.

It was already late August. Soon, the universities would be welcoming new students. 
The last batch of fourth-year students who had completed their supplementary exams dragged their suitcases and as they headed toward society, they waved goodbye to their youth. A new group of freshly graduated high school students was about to flood the university campus, opening their new chapter of youth. 
It would soon be the most lively time period of the year.
The members of the student union had returned to the school and they were busy having meetings to welcome the new students. 
Even though he was not in any meetings, Lu Zhou was busy as well. He held a large stack of flyers and was about to start doing his old job. 
He was about to give out the first flyer when he was stopped by the vice president of the student council. 
Lin Yuxiang stared curiously at Lu Zhou's stack of flyers and asked, "What are you doing?"
Lu Zhou had an awkward expression when he realized he was caught. 
"Oh, you can't stick flyers here?"
Lin Yuxiang said innocently, "Although I can pretend I didn't see anything, it'll still soon be taken away by other student union staff…"
This is troublesome…
Lu Zhou was thinking about what to do. Lin Yuxiang walked forward and looked at the flyers. 
"Campus train app? Wow, I didn't know you knew how to program. Did you write this yourself?"
Hey, you're too close to me…
Lu Zhou subtly moved half a step backward and asked, "Yes, why?"
"Why don't you post it on our school's Tieba forum? The students that are already here probably won't use a ticket-buying app right?" Lin Yuxiang pointed out.

The administrator account is used by the union president and I can just tell him about your situation. You can have it stickied on the forum for a few days. Oh yeah, send me the QR code or the APK file. I've heard that many students posting on Tieba about having troubles getting a taxi."
Lu Zhou was surprised.
"Really… Thank you so much!"
Lin Yuxiang smiled, "Don't need to thank me. I should be thanking you."

"It's perfectly possible to add a student route into the main app interface and have options for leaving from school and traveling to school. This can help new students to buy the tickets and also give them the shortest transportation route."
"But then I would have to crawl data from major bus stations… Wait a minute, I can directly crawl data from third-party maps. Baidu Gaode has a transportation system! How did I forget about this!"
The more Lu Zhou thought about this, the brighter his eyes became.
Not only did the students travel by bus and subway, but they also traveled by car. They would get off the train and carpool using unlicensed taxis. 
If he used his app to collect the user's train number, travel information, and the number of various university students, then he could team the students up for carpool right?

"Uploading updates…" murmured Lu Zhou. He took a deep breath before saying, "This change is ground-breaking. I hope I can stand out from other apps."
He looked at the download numbers. It was only 15. 
Lu Zhou tried to comfort himself. It was double the amount of downloads version 0.11 had. It could be counted as a good start. He sent the link to Lin Yuxiang so that she could log onto the school's Tieba today. After that, his user numbers would surely increase. 
"Oh yeah, if I can advertise on Tieba, why can't I try to advertise on other platforms?"
Lu Zhou suddenly remembered that he had registered a Weibo account during his fight with Zhu Fangcai. 
He did not hesitate and logged on.
The f*ck?
Did I get another 10,000 followers?
Lu Zhou looked at the number of followers and he was surprised. 
He then looked at the 99+ private messages and frowned. 
He clicked on it and unsurprisingly, they were all either asking for his contact information or asking him to write a thesis. 
F*ck, can't these people give me a price?

Why are they so insincere!
Lu Zhou shook his head. He wrote a Weibo blog post and attached the link.

When I reached the end of the driveway I shifted the car into park, turned the key and exited the car, gravel crunched beneath my boots, and took a deep breath of pure, forest air. With each breath, I envisioned all the negative thoughts and feelings a life spent in the busy city had been causing to interrupt my daily thoughts, so when I opened my eyes a smile formed upon my lips. 

I'd recently got a promotion and was having trouble acclimatizing to the new duties now expected of me, and decided to keep the time off I'd previously booked off to relax. I had been wanting to go to the country and breathe fresh air as I had done in my youth. Not to say that I'm particularly old, I'm only twenty-four years old. I work at a pub, not the most dignified of jobs but it always paid the bills. The boss skipped town and since we have a high turnover rate, I, who had been there for three years was suddenly the senior waiting/bar staff, employee hence, my sudden promotion.

 After putting all of my bags into the cute little log cabin, I sparked up the old propane BBQ that sat on the small porch, accompanied by a wooden table and two chairs. As the potatoes and steak grilled to perfection I watched the trees swaying, birds playing as they twirled over and around the tree, the distant sound of the waterfalls rumbling somewhere out of sight, and the smell of nature lulling me into a cozy, relaxed state.

 "This is an absolute paradise!" I squealed in delight, I couldn't wait to head to the secret hot springs that had been reported from this area lately, but only on the local online pages only, they weren't very well know yet and said to look exactly like it has for so many years, and I couldn't wait to explore the caverns. In my spare time, which was few and far between, I like to travel all over the world and explore abandoned places, take a picture or two, and write a blog about my creepy adventures. The scare turning into adrenaline that allowed me to feel a type of freedom I'd yet to experience with any other moment in my life to date. With how tight the security is on the page I found these caves on was, I knew that very few people would have access to the actual coordinates.

 When the last piece of steak slid down my throat I stood and grabbed my backpack and walking stick, excited to stretch my legs after a good meal, I'd find the cave's mouth and return to the cabin for sleep before dark falls. Overflowing with energy I began the hour and a half hike to the cave Azmodian's crest, imaging the different stones and chrystals that I may discover there. And most importantly, I can't wait to see how warm the water temperature is! I've always wanted to visit a natural hot spring, I've been looking into haunted outdoor natural springs in Japan, I want to visit one that truly haunted. How amazing would it be to find actual proof of paranormal existence? 

 "It should be right around here," I looked on the ground, the first landmark to finding the caves a fissure in the ground, and it's supposedly visible from right here, looking up to see that the sun had begun to lower in the sky, appearing to lightly sit upon the treetops. Suddenly my eyes wave over a small crack the weaves through the trees, widening the father I follow the uneven line.  Step one complete, now it should just be a ten-minute walk to the caverns. 

        As I walk I have to start moving farther and farther from the lip of the crevasse as it slowly opens wider and wider. Now all I should have to do is find a large, old tree that splits down the middle, suddenly the ground dips and I lose my footing, my head jerking forwards and smashing painfully into the side of a thick trees trunk, the last thing I remember was sliding down the side of trunk as my word filled with moving black fuzzy-things until all I saw was darkness.

When Life became a bit too stressful for 24-year-old Emilie Massey takes a break to look for a cavern filled with natural hot springs her life changes forever. Waking up on a space ship with a crew of large alien warriors is not what she expected for her relaxing get-away...

When Zero received the news that Dorgon agreed to help them build Freya's statue, the doctor was overjoyed. However, Truen still sounded a little concerned so Zero asked why he wasn't feeling happier about the good news.
"We might have to make a trip to Derby Desert to find a gnome technician. Dorgon says that he has a Crafter's Suit that's broken and only a gnome can fix it. Without that suit, there's no way he could build a huge statue of Freya that's even taller than the giants. I don't think our mission will be done anytime soon..."
Zero smiled. "That's alright. It's an adventure, isn't it? Besides, how about you ask him where the Crafter's Suit is. I can take a look to see if I could repair it."
"Zero..." Truen warned. His friend had a tendency to take things too far by trying to help. "How about you leave the fixing to the gnomes instead and focus on transforming Princess Dorothy into a drop-dead beauty as you promised?"
The doctor rolled his eyes even though Truen couldn't see it over the communicator. "Don't be silly. She is already a great beauty now. She's just going to become better once she stabilises the second stage of her core. It's been two weeks since you've left, when are you coming back so that we can go to Derby Desert? Schaf wrote a letter. He said that Half Moon Village will be sending a representative over to negotiate with the royal family about trading for ores, minerals and salt with the dwarves in exchange for medical plants, potions and cultivation pills."
Truen sighed. "It takes about two weeks for the dwarves to walk to Geode Town and it might take me another two weeks to get back with Dorgon. We can't ride any horses because the dwarves aren't good horsemen."
With some reluctance, Zero agreed that he would only steal a peek at the Crafter's Suit but not fix it even if he thought giving Merlin a call would resolve the issue quicker. Truen threw his words right back at him for being impatient about wanting to get the job done.
"It's an adventure, right? Let me return to Rocket Mountain and then report the situation to King Darius with Dorgon so that we can make arrangements to go to Derby Desert. Besides, I believe that it might be better this way. You can take this opportunity to convince the stingy counsellor to give you your adventurer's pass."
The laughter took Truen by surprise. "Silly Truen! I don't think we need to negotiate at this point. In fact, you can call it a happy accident that I lost control of my temper back then. I'm receiving a treatment better than royalty right now so I'm bored out of my mind waiting for you. I'd even started to teach the princess some martial arts. She's a natural warrior, must have gotten it from her mother."
The archer didn't know if he should be happy or worried about how Zero described the situation at the capital. They only arrived at Rocket Mountain a few weeks ago but Zero was getting the royalty treatment for losing his temper? The doctor described the small earthquake caused by his clashing mana when he saw how the princess was trying to destroy her body by practising cultivation and magic at the same time.
"I did apologise later and talked to everyone about it. The chancellor agreed to keep it hush-hush but they were more understanding about why we wanted me to have a special guild pass with a healer class and a low rank with the ability to travel anywhere. King Darius won't be refusing to sign the document and I'm sure the monocle dwarf would have made arrangements by now."
Truen nodded. Not bad! Zero was improving even if he shouldn't have been that careless to lose control of his powers. "The monocle guy has a name. I found out from Dorgon today, he hates his name. Want to guess it?"
Zero hummed and tried to think of the most embarrassing names a prideful dwarf like the chancellor could have.
"Flower?"
"Nope. It isn't a girl's name so don't even try."
"Mm... Ginger?"
"It's not food," Truen sighed. "I'll give you a clue, it starts with "M"."
Zero frowned and made a list. "Mofofo? Mulan? Mustafa? Marian? Marie? Movolo? Mack? Mickey?"
Truen burst out laughing at the last one. Calling the strict dwarf Mickey was a little worse than his actual name but the archer wouldn't say it to the chancellor in person.
"None of it but Mickey is a good one...It's actually Motley. M-O-T-L-E-Y. Apparently Dorgon, Darius and Motley are childhood friends. Now you know why the king looked slightly guilty when we first brought Dorgon's name up. They had a fight and Dorgon left the capital."
Zero listened attentively and asked for details that Truen was happy to indulge the inquisitive doctor until it was way past bedtime.
"That's enough for today," the archer reminded. "It's time for bed for you. Don't make me report to your shifu that you started misbehaving. As a teacher, you should be setting better examples for your student."
After complaining about how unfair it was to use his new teacher identity against him for such things, Zero ended the call and Truen chuckled. Zero was still adorable when he was trying to lie and hide his embarrassment. He wasn't doing a very good job to convince Truen he was angry over getting acknowledged as a teacher. From the tone he used earlier, Truen knew that Zero must have been controlling his voice so that he wouldn't burst out in excited giggles. It was cute seeing how the little boy grew up but never changed much. He was still happy over little things like that.
Now that the call has ended, Truen took some time to write his periodic email report to the Great Gods and Zero's teachers. Although they were finally on their adventure, that didn't mean the people around Zero didn't worry. After updating his employers, Truen gave the Onion Union a brief update about where Zero was going next and how they were progressing.
Coux asked about their financial situation and Truen checked the shared inventory that Zero created for them by partitioning the void inventory using the upgraded system's function. They had a thousand gold from the king as a reward which was equivalent to 10 dinnites and 600 binnites. Mammon who saw that amount scoffed.
Mammon: If you have no need for that money pass me half of it. I will invest it and grow it on behalf of him. The business operation between Earth and Hell needed deeper pockets to expand quickly. Schaf is working too slowly.
Truen: You can have 8 dinnites, the rest we will need to get Zero registered and prepare for the trip to Derby Desert. I believe Zero will want to buy a number of gadgets from the gnomes.
The various faction leaders of the Onion Union discussed more the complex business network and Truen nodded in satisfaction. Everyone was working hard and the competition was still going strong between faction leaders. Mammon worked the hardest with Coux not far behind. Hence, he kept his promise and sent them both privately some of Zero's cute moments from when he was at Magnus Hilda. Zero's new look startled them at first but Truen explained that Zero did it so they could pass off as siblings easily on their travels.
Gaia who was stalking the chat didn't mind seeing Zero as a cute wood elf but she said something that made Truen shiver.
Gaia: Does it mean that if we want Zero to transform into other species we must first change Truen's appearance?
The archer declined to answer and made an excuse to quickly log off. He was very satisfied with his current body and didn't want any cosmetic changes done.

First let's start off with what elementary algebra: it is fancy counting. Logarithms are just a continuation of this but in a slightly advanced way.

The definition of a logarithm is the inverse of an exponential, in other words: something to the power of x. Whilst, the same can be said for an exponential. An exponential is just the inverse of a logarithm.

Logarithms are used when you know what you are counting to, and you know what step you want to take. But you don't know how many steps to take.

For example. To get to 81, using steps of x9 you need 2 steps.

But say you don't know that, what would you do?

Well, in a system that counts in a times nine sort of way, 81 is equal to two steps.

STC = Sytem that counts

That can be rewritten as
STC x 9 81 = 2

In a system that counts in a times 9 sort of way to the integer 81, it takes two steps.

Now, we just write "STC" as "LOG" for logarithm.

Log9(81) = 2
When answering this question with a calculator, it can be done by dividing log81 by log9

Log81/log9 = 2

Log follows exponential rules where

X^x = x^x * x^x
X^7 = x^3 * x^4

Log9(81) = Log81 / Log9

Except you change the normal multiplication to division.

Remember, the log of something is any old number. It is nothing special, just a special way to get to it.

Ive been unable to write at all recently like I have about 100 maybe less or more Differnt stories some are like similar to others but I just wasn't satisfied with the first version so like I created a different version basically another dimension or parallel universe or even alternate universe.

any way over nearly a year hon I've been reading a shit ton playing games and just experiencing a bunch of shit.

i can honestly say at one point I felt like I could do this continually but I can't get the small conversations written out I can more or less create a basic outline or start it off but real writing skills have a deeper view of how shit plays out.

i have to see and embody every character I write.

being Richtofen  was cool if not insane, lol especially practicing his lines in public I was at a teen court thing waiting for my shit to start when I was just like making a chapter for one of my niveles about Rictofen in marvel I believe ya I remember now cause the most recent one that's not published is Richtofen well a version of him kinds like the marvel one except a bit different can't remember lol well one main difference is he's in The DC universe god what a great idea.

the beginning is rough cause like it seems overly used like I use it to much and like it's just been used by others quite a bit but fuck it's hard to be original in a when everything is technically already unoriginal cause someone else has already thought of it.

The creators were old gamers. They wanted to see a game with every existing fantasy factor, yet with the opportunity to play as an ordinary person in a protected city. You could become an immortal cultivator or a vendor. There weren't just fantasy elements, they also created a country on the idea of how humans lived on the Earth thousands of years ago.
The colorful realistic world was full of delights for the eye.
When the promotion ended the girl came back to her senses. She slowly walked into the shop. On the wall, the displays were showing the game's races with their information. Dragon, elf, gnome, fairy, beastman, undead, spirits, ent, and a lot more fantasy tribes.

Ever since humans started to travel in the universe, life became easy, because everything was controlled by machines. The AI's high level intelligence made it impossible to say the difference between humans and robots.
The work done by these AIs' become more perfect than humans', so finding a job became almost impossible. The government was paying the people's necessary living expenses, but if you wanted to buy something more, you needed to find a way to get the money.
She spent almost a year to write different programs and tried to sell them. She almost gave up the idea to buy the game helmet.
The shop was empty. There weren't any costumers. In this age, online shopping was the most commonly used. Even school was working online. Belinda enjoyed going out shopping, or just to take a walk. Being at home all the time was almost made her crazy.
Behind the counter, a man was standing. Was he a human or a doll? No one knew. In old times, someone had said that technology would kill humanity. Nowadays walking in the city you couldn't know if there was any human there. There's a popular blog on the net, with the theme „are there still any humans?". Even Belinda thought about it sometimes, what if she was the last human on this planet? What if she as just a robot with the memory of being a human? She was scared by the thoughts.
She quickly threw away this idea and went to the man to buy her helmet. It's made the game 100% realistic, but a lot of gamers criticized it. They hated to log out to eat, to go to the bathroom, or to go to sleep. So some weeks before the game's company put on the market the game capsule. With it, you could spend the rest of your life in the game.
After buying it, she set off to go home. Usually, it took her 15 minutes to reach her house from the plaza. But she was walking slower and slower, because of her dilemma. She still didn't know which race to choose…
On the net, there's a lot of topics about the random setting. To make the game more interesting, the creators took in this choice too. With it, there's a chance to get a special half-blood character. To make sure the players weren't repeatedly using this function until they got the one wherewith they were satisfied, you could only have 1 character within a year. It had caused a big riot, because most of the time, these random characters were waste. Their professions were far from what the players used to play.
One of the creators said „No one can choose where to born, and you need to learn to live in that time and place. We took the random setting in the game following this idea. All of us get tired of our life in this high technology world. Seeing those fantasy games, we wanted to create a new world with a new life! It depends on you if you accept this challenge or not!"
A gamer from the top 10 list wrote an article with the „The random role's challenge" title. He wrote about his personal experiences. The game came out almost 3 years before. He was one of the first players, yet in the first year, he didn't get any reputation. He used to play mage or archer, roles that could fight from afar. So getting a warrior, it's almost made him crazy. He was forced to learn sculpture when he couldn't even draw normally. Above all hardship, he really enjoyed it. His place in the top 10 could show, it's possible.
This article not only made those rebels to shut up but lead more players to choose randomly. Even a lot of people, who weren't interested in the game, chose to try it out.
Belinda was one of these people. Usually, she played some free games at random, when she was bored. This article made her curious about the game. The more she read about it, the more she wanted to try it out. Not to mention it's possible to get money while selling your loots or workmanships. She didn't have big dreams, she just wanted enough to buy the things she needed.
 - Playing a random role? Maybe I'll need to create a new character after a year because I can't play with it. Or choose a profession I'm good with it and make money? Random or setting? Challenge or money?!
She couldn't choose. It took her almost half an hour to reach her home, yet she still hadn't made her choice. She walked into her room and threw the box with the helmet on the bed. She was walking around in a circle while thinking.
After a while, she just felt dizzy and fell on the bed. She had an unpleasant feeling as if her senses were dragged out of her body. Slowly falling into the darkness, she saw her room become farther and farther away.
 - Shiiit! I didn't even try out the game!

Clyde's house…


Clyde and Alice stared blankly at the TV then simultaneously reached for the bowl of popcorn Yuki placed between them. A news report stated that a large creature identified as a dragon, attacked a small nation. A fucking dragon! One unidentified man apparently subdued it. Clyde wasn't sure why that gave him chills. 
"Unfortunately, before he could be declared King, the man vanished with his party during the night," the news reporter said. "The current monarchy is rewarding five hundred million palos to anyone that captures him. To obtain his description, one must travel to the nation, and get the classified details. So far, no one has openly declared any desire to join the bounty hunt."

Clyde, taken aback by the loud static sound in his ear, accidentally selected No. He wasn't terribly interested but it'd be something else to stick into his log for later dissecting. Why did the system react like that? He tried asking it but received no response. Oh well. 
Ruri was laid across his lap, her happy place established through Clyde's petting and caressing. Even Yuki was on board with the lazy Sunday though she mostly tuned into her book. A familiar novel that the young man could've sworn he hid. Maki continued her daily cleaning routines, but not without stopping to give Clyde a suggestive smile. It quickly shrank away when Yuki glared at her. The demoness decided to check on purple-haired girl every ten minutes as punishment, doubling any work for every spot found.  
Matsume left with Natalia to shop, Tear went to the Hades' Estates to speak with the servants, but not without reminding Alice that starting Tuesday, she'd be handling everything as the head. Her father taught her everything she needed to know some time ago. The half-demoness made a pouty face but said nothing.  
A commercial about marriage popped onto the TV. Ruri's ears perked up and her tail wagged as she eagerly watched. The vibe around Alice and Yuki seemed to change as well. The demoness watched intently, almost as if taking mental notes. Alice caressed Clyde's arm repeatedly, excitedly. 
He wondered if the time he set aside to think on it mattered. Well, he was now on his second month in this world.

It was time to stop delaying the Niyoto quest. Even though it wasn't mandatory, slaying the demon lords happened to be a requirement to acquire some world star fragment. Maybe he'd take Sazuki, Toru for good measures, and Harumi with him. Well, there was the demon lord, so maybe bringing the entire party was for the best. Maybe Airi, Ms. the Legend twenty-seven would show some of her wisdom and amazing powers and insta-kill the demon lord.  If Tear wasn't available to Jump them to the city, they'd have to take the train. 
  He could call Chika and Melody that night, maybe surprise-visit Kitome. As if things were that simple. Not if the silver-haired girl had a say in it.
Minotaurs in a multi-step quest. Were there not any other gifted around that city to take care of the problem? He wanted to be sure if Team Stone was even needed there anymore.
 "Alice," he said. She flinched, as if he snapped her out of a daydream. All eyes were on him. There was no way he could ask her something as mundane as passing him the laptop now. 
He recalled from an article he glimpse which stated that Niyoto was a city of beauty and even in the fall, its exotic roses made visiting worth it. "How does a trip to Niyoto sound?"
 "You're only asking her?" Ruri said.
 "Well duh," Alice said. "He's my Clyde. Life mate. Who else would he ask?"
She used the force to hurl the hellhound to the side then sat in Clyde's lap.
 "That's not fair," Ruri said. "You can't hog him to yourself." She snuggled next to Clyde. "You can't interrupt a canine's moment of petting."
Alice violently rubbed Ruri's head, while smiling smugly.
 "How is that doing for you, hound?" 
 "Cut it out," she whined then quickly fixed her hair. "So rude to my hair."
 "Speaking of hair, Yuki, I'm running low on conditioner. Mind joining Ruri and I for some quick-shopping?" Alice said. She looked up at Clyde. "I would drag you along but someone's toughing out the strain. And it seems worse than ever. I'd be a bad wif—life mate if I allowed you to move around in that condition."  
Clyde kissed the top of her forehead, soliciting her blush.
 "I'll be fine. Go have some girl time with the others."
 "I feel like Ruri has a point here," Yuki said, laughing. "Where's my forehead kiss?"
Alice giggled.
 "Has anyone seen Natalia?"
 "She's out for a bit," Clyde said. He knew the runt would take his advice. She loved Alice like a sister. 
 "I guess we'll head out without her," Alice said then scurried off to get dressed. Yuki and Ruri's predatory gazes set on Clyde. 
 "My turn," they said.

Dark raised a finger at the redcap that approached him. She grinned with shark-like teeth. Long purple-white hair, pointy ears, she'd look so much better with a normal smile and not the monstrous, predatory expression. The silk, a nearly transparent-brown dress and metallic-skull necklace didn't ease things appearance wise. Neither did the six-feet-long, three-foot-wide sword she carried. 
Selkie and her stupid reports! She left magic residue with her warps to whatever realm she travelled to, creating a giant beacon for whatever creature within the vicinity. A village warned him about the redcap sightings—but those detections were supposed to be fifty miles away. The goblin girl wasted no time stoking her curiosity. The only good thing Dark could fathom was that she traveled alone, not with a clan.
 "Look," he said. "I'm in no mood for this. I am willing to forgive the disrespect if you leave now. No need for me to bother with the power of my right hand."
The redcap licked her lips and continued forward. "Oh, come on, we can talk about this. Besides, I'm kind of in a hurry. Just put down the giant sword."
Dark knew all about the redcap weapon's properties. It didn't injure nor damaged men, rather it directly attacked their spirit energy. Usually one hit is enough to stun the average man for a few hours, which of course they mounted and raped away. And the goblin girl didn't stop until men passed out. Some would take the guy away, forcing him to become husband. Dark had no intention of letting that happen. 
Suddenly, the redcap lurched forward, swiftly swinging the sword with unbelievable speed. Dark dodged to the side then aimed his left hand.
 "Great power—Giga slicing dark bolt!"
The redcap easily dodged, giggling.
 "Thanks for yelling out your attack. It gave me—ugh!"
Dark grinned as his magic erupted from the ground and struck the cocky goblin girl like lightning. Sometimes yelling out the wrong attack worked just fine.

He certainly had no intention of wasting his tier skills on such a lowly creature. Well, monster girls were tough—but he still needed to save his magic, avoid unnecessary cooldowns just in case. The next town was just a mile ahead.

[Lassie's HP has dropped to 165%]

He took off, not caring to continue the battle any longer. Facing a mini-boss solo sucked. As if things couldn't get any worse, he heard wing flaps in the distance. Blue and green-winged harpies?
 "Great power—analyze." His eyes were on the leader. "More freaking harpies. Do they ever learn?"

"I'll make him husband," Jetta shouted to her sixteen companions. 
"No you don't, bird-brain, he's mine," the redcap said. "I saw him first."
"Why am I not happy about having women chasing me," Dark said. Still, he didn't want to kill them. He'd have to use a tier skill after all. One that should cover up his escape. Oh that one!  He thought. 

[Dark activated Tier 1—]

Something clubbed him in the back of the head. As his eyes closed, his mind's eye just barely glimpsed the ogre that ran carried him away.
