Various summaries of Game of Thrones fanficions that I wrote over the past few months.

Each summary would be 10,000-40,000 words long.

Yuuki told Ryujii about the first play, she wants to plan the first play as soon as possible. Ryujii thought for a while. The two then parted ways to return to their respective rooms.

On his way back to his room, a kid playing with his video game console in in his way. He bumped into Ryujii. "Watch where are you going, uncle!" He said. "What a bold brat..." Ryujii thought. He walked past the kid and then thought of something. He looked at the game he was playing. He went to the vending machine and bought a soft drink and presented it to him.

He tried to persuade the kid to show him the game, and he did it. A role playing game in which the player is the hero who will defeat the evil demon king. The game itself is interesting, but the plot is too common for stories.

He said his goodbyes to the kid and returned to his room. He sat down and begin scribbling on a piece of paper. He is trying to write a script, but to no avail. So he decided to write a short summary of the story. He's already asleep before he noticed it.

Kaori entered his room and saw him asleep on the table, she laid him down on his bed and covered him with his blanket. She noticed that he was writing a story, she tidied up his table, then left the room.

Morning, Ryujii woke up on his bed. Looking at his table, the papers that made a mess on the table were stacked together, the table was tidied up by someone. "Did anyone entered my room last night?" He wondered.

Completing the story summary, he gathered all the members via Raine. Yuuki is the first to arrive after Ryujii. The two are excited for their first plans as a drama club.

The club members gathered together. Each of them are nervous about the first play. Ryujii decided to tell them about it. "Fellow club members, I'll present you the first story we will work on, pass this around to understand the general idea of the story." Ryujii said, then he passed it to Yuuki.

Yuuki bursted in laughter. "Demon King and human princess falling in love?! Hahaha..." Yuuki laughed, so as everyone. Ryujii is red faced. "A-At least, I tried you know?" Ryujii responded.

The members quieted down and started skimming the story summary, although they seemed unimpressed, but they still voiced out their thoughts about the holes in the story. The club then had their meeting in the cafeteria. The story was made into perfection that no one in the club dislike it anymore.

Kaori shows up, and asked about their exploits today. "Hey sensei! Please look at this!" Fuyuko said. She passed it to Kaori, and gives out a big grin. It seems like everyone is looking forward to see Kaori's thoughts on their masterpiece.

"It seems like a good one, but the setting is a bit odd, just like video games huh?" Kaori commented. She continued to give harsh comments until some of the members are sobbing. She then noticed and sighed.

"Ryujii, when you first wrote this, do you think we can actually do it? The costumes and all sorts of things we need in this play." Kaori asked. "I dunno, but I think it is possible if we can get proper guidance from you, sensei. Please take good care of us, sensei!" Ryujii said while bowing. "Please take good care of us too, sensei!" The others bowed as well. 

It's so embarrassing that Kaori had no choice but to agree with their wishes. The members are all excited that they began acting like a bunch of spoiled kids. She sighed and then dismissed them.

On her way back to the nurse's office, she bumps into Dr. Hiro. "Miss Kaori, how  are the kids doing now?" He asked. "Thanks to them, I have to play along with their drama club, I suppose I need an extra paycheck." Kaori said with a troubled face.

Dr. Hiro chuckles a bit and then smiled. "It seems like you are doing well helping them. Good job." he said.

Kaori blushed slightly, but quickly regained her composure. "A-Ah... It's nothing compared to you, Dr. Hiro." Kaori responded. Dr. Hiro closes in and whispered. Kaori's face became from red to pale.

After saying what he wants to say, Dr. Hiro walks away, leaving Kaori alone standing in shock. "I'll have to make the play work, at all cost..." She murmured to herself.

Ryujii, a delinquent student who has hated his own life from the beginning, until he met a girl, Yuuki, who is always cheerful and outgoing who asked him to watch twilights together every evening. What will happen when two exact opposites meet each other?

Here's the characters, their backstory (some) and a small summary of the story and what kind and what it will be.
Reader might be wondering why I didn't just write story and not need to tell every single detail. I want to write novel and interact with the audience so that they can know what I want and so that I know what You want.

Qin Long (Blue Dragon)

The older twin brother
 
Appearance: Long dark blue hair reaching his waist, golden eyes, has porcelain skin, round yet sharp nose, light grey lips, dark blue eyebrows and eyelashes. When in kid form, has child fat on his cheeks and is about a meter tall. When in teenage form has skinnier face and is between 1.7 to 1.8 meters tall. In adult form, he is 1.99 meters tall with an angular face, warm gold eyes and swallowing blue hair. Qin Long has a muscular yet slim figure like an olympic athlete. 

Personality: He is calm and collective, he's quite a soundless guy only saying a few words per minute. He tries to hide his emotions by keeping a stoic face. He has a deep understanding of the world and its dangers so he is always careful, not doing dumb things without justification. Just like his brother, he too likes to fight honourably when needed to. Right now, Qin Long isn't interested in love or sex because he had too many in his previous life that he feel sick, needs a break from the never ending harem and sex.

Bai Hu Hao (White Tiger)

The younger twin brother

He also has purple eyes, he has same features like his brother Long but tanned skin and white eyebrows and eyelashes. When in kid form, he has child fat on his face and is meter tall just like his brother. In teenage form he his face is skinnier and is 1.85 meters tall. In adult form, Hao is 2 meters tall and has a sharp angular, handsome face. He has a muscular build like the z-fighters and like a statue of an olympic god.

Personality: Compared to his brother, Hao is more emotional than Long and doesn't hide his emotions, to his friends and colleges only and knows when to control his emotions. Though he can still be a tinny bit hot-headed like in his previous life youth. He enjoys fighting and sleeping most of the times. He only listens to his big brother only and sees him as a father figure all his life since Long took care of him and acted maturely. Although he acts sometimes like a kid, deep down inside Hao is mature as an old fox. Hao, just like his brother is not interested in love or sex, too much a man can handle, not even a break. He is still traumatised from cleaning the babies nappies.

Qin Chen (Great Blue)

Appearance: Long black silk hair, black eyes, peach skin and elegant round nose. She wears a tattered pink robe, although really old doesn't smell like any smelly rags but instead like peaches and blooming flowers.

Background: She was a bastard child of blue lightning tyrant dragon clan (BLTDC) clansman, she was kicked out on the streets, she was taken in by the manager of a brothel who founder her on the streets alone and bullied by some of the people on the street. She became a prostitute, years later married a city guard. One day, she was doing her 'job' but got knocked up by a titled douluo, her husband abandoned her and the brothel kicked her out since she was of no use. Now she lives with a blind old man that has taken her in because he felt pity for her.

Personality: She is kind of caring. She doesn't want to spend a lot of time with the kids for she doesn't want the responsibility, she was a prostitute so she never thought about raising kids ever in her life. Since she was raised by sluts, she was a slut as well, not resisting the temptation of sex . She loves sex and doesn't care if people look down on her unless it was her son (cough Qin cough Long cough). She hates the man that got her pregnant.

Cang (warehouse)

Appearance: looks like stinkmeaner from boondocks but with dirty white robes and a black blindfold.

Background: Cang was a martial artist, a powerful one when he was a kid but a rich young master was jealous of his talent so he had a spirit master cripple cang and blind him. Although his arms and legs were repaired his eyes weren't so he became a farmer, started his little tiny farm in the wilderness next to a city. He lives all his life being humiliated, no wife or kids or money. One day he met a young lady, he took her in because he felt pity for her.

Personality: savage and doesn't give a fudge, used to. He is kind hearted and cares for people around him. He treats Qin and Bai as his sons.

Bai Khan (White Lord)

Appearance: A handsome man with sharp features and carrying a domineering aura, and a stoic face. He has long hair, half of the side of his hair is ice blue and the other half of his hair is silver. The blue side has a purple eye and the silver side has a yellow eye. He looks in his early 20s and is 1.95 meters tall.

Background: He was a man that was a member of two families (mom was in that clan and dad was in that clan), BLTDC and the Star Luo Empire Royal Household (SLERH). He was treated as a prodigy for he had a combined spirit of a tiger and a dragon. In actuality, he had three because he had inherited the white tiger spirit beast and the blue lightning dragon spirit, he can combine them making three spirits. He used his immense talent to become a strong titled douluo rivalling rank 99 douluos. After few years he went to a brothel, he had a lot of stress to relieve, Qin Chen seemed pretty so he played with her. He accidentally loaded her. He quickly ran away, not to get into trouble. Few years later he starts feeling as if something is missing, he follows that feeling to find the woman (effing) and two kids that have half his hair colour each.

Personality: Bai Khan is cold and ruthless. He does not show emotions to anyone. He is prideful and arrogant but not too much. Yet he is also kind hearted and humble to his friends and family. He feels guilty for leaving his kids with a slut all these years as they had to see and hear the poor sight, as they were poor and hungry whilst the geezer and slut were having the time of their lives. He despises the slut and doesn't want to mention her to the kids, trying to make all of them forget her. He is actually a good father figure, even when he wasn't ready he tries his best to take care of his kids.

Something:

*Before the boys died, they were brothers in the previous life, one of them had a system and they travelled fictional worlds doing what ever they wanted and plundering whatever they want. They faced the person that granted them the system and had a battle to the death. All of them 'died' but now they somehow reincarnated.

WHAT TYPE OF STORY IS THIS GOING TO BE?: Well it is going to be a story about op mcs, they have strong abilities, skills and artefacts stored in their consciousness but they have to unlock it as they get stronger (why? coz i'd be boring watching people constantly get rekt & characters getting arrogant). The mcs are not cocky so they don't show off but that doesn't mean they will just let trash mess with them. The thing that inspired me to make this novel was 'Lightning Dragon God Douluo' by Evil_Dragon (shout out to Evil_Dragon), the mc in that fanfic had an azure dragon spirit that (I hasn't got good memory of it) makes the user stronger, becoming the azure dragon god or something.

But something came to my head, an idea, the azure dragon represents the wood element, then I remembered Naruto how cool and powerful the wood element was when used by the likes of Hashirama and Yamato, it could take down all the nine tailed beasts together. Imagine if a character from Douluo Dalu-verse could use the wood element/wood bending from the azure dragon spirit to create tree weapons and control nature and take down 100,000 year old spirit beasts easily, that character would be OP. As for the white tiger spirit beast I came up with, the user could also control the metal element, imagine a person sending a razor sharp metal giant tornado at people, yeah OP right:). The tiger is the opposite of the azure dragon, like yin and yang.

Some of you might be wandering, what is the point of OP skills, artefacts and abilities if they already have the  OP spirits? Well the thing is, although they do have so many overpowered things they won't use them against anyone,the mcs won't be exposing themselves constantly, it's not that they are scared but that it won't be fun anymore or honourable. They will only use their OP abilities on beings that threaten their actual lives and their friends/family.

The most important thing, the key aspect of this novel is that the characters are learning from their past mistakes, growing as human beings, not being the trash that they loath (e.g. mc kills a cold hearted villian, another [person] asks: why did you kill him? [mc]: because he was a cold-hearted killer trash, killing people without giving mercy [person]: but aren't you doing the same? [mc]:??? [person]: hypocrite.) Trying to be better person and learning forgiveness. They kind of do it like Kratos in god of war, go to another place and learn how to be a good person instead of a killer. 

I know that some of you don't like what i'm going to do with this story, you'd want super op mcs that don't give a damn and killer whatever they want and f*** how many girls they want. This story isn't going to be like that but don't be sad for I will give you a prelude, before this story started I actually came up with another one, both of them are linked and the mcs from that story are the mcs of this story. That story has everything some of you'd want, I have a rough sketch in my laptop in a wordpad file, I'll probably be starting it at February, so stay tuned for that.

Qin Long and Bai Hao are two twins travelling the multiverses, they end up being reborn in Douluo Dalu. Watch as they rewrite the whole story into their desires. Set 10 years before any Shrek Devils were born.

Its been over a year since everything that happened has come to pass now that i have settled in i suppose i can recount and file away a brief and short summary of the on goings on the world. 

while words cannot describe the amount of comfort and joy i have come to experience with the quirky avengers, i will with out further ado begin.

Being introduced to the avengers was fairly quick they introduced themselves

Ive been unable to write at all recently like I have about 100 maybe less or more Differnt stories some are like similar to others but I just wasn't satisfied with the first version so like I created a different version basically another dimension or parallel universe or even alternate universe.

any way over nearly a year hon I've been reading a shit ton playing games and just experiencing a bunch of shit.

i can honestly say at one point I felt like I could do this continually but I can't get the small conversations written out I can more or less create a basic outline or start it off but real writing skills have a deeper view of how shit plays out.

i have to see and embody every character I write.

being Richtofen  was cool if not insane, lol especially practicing his lines in public I was at a teen court thing waiting for my shit to start when I was just like making a chapter for one of my niveles about Rictofen in marvel I believe ya I remember now cause the most recent one that's not published is Richtofen well a version of him kinds like the marvel one except a bit different can't remember lol well one main difference is he's in The DC universe god what a great idea.

the beginning is rough cause like it seems overly used like I use it to much and like it's just been used by others quite a bit but fuck it's hard to be original in a when everything is technically already unoriginal cause someone else has already thought of it.

alrite so let me see fuck school my writing and grammar obviously suck and I'm a waste of space.

then I was like wait do I wanna follow the story exactly the same chronologically or do I wanna like splinter off and do some crazy shit.

stories ain't got to be about OP CHARTERS Like it could be a story like mud runner system in DC so you pick you start off with cheap ass Jeep then slowly progress to better vehicles by either completing missions or finding them in parts of the world.

you know like bust out some good story driven shit regular stories our characters don't have to be to fuc.king great because the real us are human who have lost more times than we can count.

The tears shed by his mother and his aunt were a mix between sadness and happiness. They knew it was the best that could happen to him, but they wanted to be part of his development too. Unfortunately, it was common knowledge that the Lord was very protective of the children he trained, they were rarely seen walking the streets, usually leaving the castle only to buy materials needed for some research or to help their training.


Riwall was unceremoniously taken to the castle the next morning, two of the lord's personal guard arrived with a carriage and did not utter a single word, grabbing Riwall by his arm and tossing him inside and locking the door. Hellen took a step forward out of reflex to protect her son when one of the guards pointed the tip of his sword on her throat. Riwall tried opening the door, but with no success, he was not strong enough, all he could do was to put his best reassuring smile and try to ease Hellen's heart.


It did the trick, calming Hellen enough for her to rationalize better and understand that there was nothing she could do now, all attempts of resisting the lord's will would only make Riwall position weaker among the other children.


The carriage finally began its slow journey to the castle and only now did Riwall notice how he was not alone in this situation. Together with him, there was a small girl and a boy of his size, and they were probably commoners like him that got a potential of at least A.


The girl was of a race that seemed to be a mix between humans and foxes. She had bright red hair, long fox's ears of the same color, hazel eyes that had vertical slits, giving her a predatory look that sent shivers down Riwall's spine, and a bushy tail that he caught a glimpse.


The boy was as plain as someone could be, brown hair and eyes, unkempt hair and a scared look stamped on his face.


"Well, hello guys, my name is Riwall Madec and I am 8-year-old, what about you?"


They both took some seconds to answer.


"I'm Gregory, 8-year-old too..." The boy almost whispered.


"Nice to meet you Gregory, and you fox girl? What's your name?"


The girl snarled when he called her fox girl, but he was not flustered.


"Anna, my name is Anna Kendric, also 8-year-old. If you call me fox girl again, I will rip you apart."


{All have the same age? I have my doubts if it's just a coincidence.}


"Sorry, Anna, I meant no offense. Let's get along from now onward. I think we commoners need to stick together when near the nobles." She frowned after his wordy apology.


"Why do you say that?" Anna's interest was picked.


"We are riding in a very uncomfortable carriage and being escorted by two very rude guards. I doubt noble kids are being treated like that." 


He wanted to elaborate more, but he felt like most of anything he said was being ignored by the two kids, not because they were uninterested, but because they were only eight and lacked a rich vocabulary.


{I may have to instruct them on some basic things if I want us to band together.}


The way the guards treated the three kids made it clear for Riwall that the nobles had some prejudice against commoners, which meant that Anna and Gregory would most likely be his only friends for a while as they were most likely the only ones at his age with at least A potential and from commoner origins.

About one hour later, they arrived at the castle, and it was a sight to behold, few buildings on Earth could rival it in size or grandiosity. Its walls had a gray color and were 7 meters high, which is the height of the Great Wall of China's. The castle itself was huge and beautiful, following an English design that made it resemble Conwy Castle, but bigger, the streets around the main building were bustling with activity as if it was a self-contained city.


{It does seem like magic affected this world's architecture; the sheer size and beauty of the buildings could not be achieved on Earth during the medieval age. Despite the existence of magic, it seems like humanity is fated to segregate itself, be it based on wealth, race or societal status, for the castle grounds are like a self-contained city of much better planning and infrastructure than the village, with houses, shops, and roads that make one mistake it for a town and not the grounds of a military building. The village of Marsastor is clearly nothing but a hub for commoners and foreigners to live and prosper under the watchful eyes of the ones living in the castle.}


The carriage went past the residence of Lord Kester Marsastor, which was surprisingly not among the biggest, and arrived at one that struck to Riwall as the barracks or something close to that. He could hear some distant sounds of metal clashing and some people shouting commands.


"Ok you three, move out!"


The three commoners wasted no time in jumping off the carriage.


"You see that white-haired fellow?" The rude guard said while pointing to another guard that was by the door of the barracks.


"His name is Joshua. You follow him in silence and obey his orders from now on. He is the one responsible for all commoners that are raised by the good grace of the Marsastors."


{So we will not be living with the noble's sons and daughters, that's a relief.}


The trio silently made their way to Joshua and just blankly looked at him, waiting for orders or at least some sort of introduction.


After a few seconds of awkward silence, Joshua frowned and sighed.


"So you don't even know how to greet nobles, huh? First lesson kids, do at least a short bow when seeing a noble, I thought commoners knew about it. Well, your files say you are all eight years old, your parents should be punished for not teaching you basic manners before your better. Don't worry, I won't pursue this matter, as long as you don't let it happen again or disobey me in the future. Do I make myself clear?"


The three nodded.


"I see your files make no mention about a few things, your masters will see to it in the future. Now, out of curiosity, do any of you have a complete mana pathway?"


Only Riwall raised his hand.


"Do the two of you without pathways have any family design?"


Both Anna and Gregory shook their heads, which did not surprise Joshua as commoners rarely had any kind of heirloom mana pathway design.


"Let's get to it then, my name is Joshua, a member of the Dewbrook family, and I am the supervisor of the students from more humble origins. For now, follow me, I will show you the building and your room, and then you will have the day off, I still need to finish the draft of your schedule. Go to bed early today so you can all be ready to begin your training tomorrow."


The trio followed Joshua in silence while he showed the place for them. As Riwall suspected, this building was indeed one meant for the training of soldiers, but much to his surprise, it was only one of three that existed. The Marsastor family opted for organizing the soldier's training in three levels. 


The first building specializes in the training of low-level soldiers, usually new recruits, or drafted commoners during periods of war.


The second one, which was the one they were in now, was meant for the training of commoners with high potential like the trio, which had not appeared in the last fifteen years, and mid-level soldiers with solid combat skills and levels ranging from 15 to 35.


The last one specializes in the training of officials and high-level soldiers, whose levels were all above 35.


Riwall take on this system was not positive, he speculated that the ones from the first building would be meat-shields, meant to overwhelm the enemy with sheer numbers or to at least tire the enemy out for the other two classes of soldiers to finish the job.


{And the whole thing about the village having only two healers is also strange, I am sure I saw more than three healers during our tour in this building. I may be overstretching my imagination, but with healing magic, I think there should be problems of overpopulation among the commoners, maybe they keep their numbers in check by regulating the availability of healers?}


The more he saw, the more skeptical he felt about the ruling family.


{Erika has clearly overstated the Marsastor's honor and worry for the serfs. Judging by the striking difference between the castle grounds and the village, they are barely doing the minimum!}

Joshua quickly ended the tour and dumped the three kids in a small room with a single wardrobe and a bunk bed with a trundle. Being gentlemen, Riwall and Gregory let Anna pick her spot first, which ended up being the top bunk. None of the boys wanted to sleep in the trundle, so they agreed to take turns each week.


They chit-chatted for a while and soon went to sleep, Gregory and Anna were still kids, both physically and mentally, so talking to them was tiresome for Riwall who had a 25-year-old mind. From the few things he knew about this world, lone adventurers would always find their way to the grave sooner than parties.


Riwall could not sleep before sharing his worries about the future with his always present friend. The longer he spent with Friday, the more he saw that most of his mistakes in life happened because of his impulsiveness.

Both Riwall and Friday were changing through their connection. Her machine-like behavior was becoming more human by the day while he was learning to act more rationally and plan for the future instead of going with the flow like he used to do on Earth.

On the following morning, Joshua woke them up a little bit before sunrise and handed them their schedule. Neither Anna nor Gregory knew how to read, so he made Riwall, the only one literate, responsible for explaining to them their daily routine every morning until one of the teachers taught them how to read and write.


For one year, their routine would not change much. The trio would go every morning to the training grounds to do some light exercises meant for raising their stamina and some stretching to prepare their bodies for the future.


As they would be warmed up, each would go to a specific instructor to take lessons about combat skills that were more aligned to their current stats. 


Anna was going to take lessons on edged weapons, more specifically on how to use daggers and shortswords. Her stats were not disclosed to Riwall, but Joshua said she had more potential to fight as a harasser.


Gregory was going to take lessons on edged weapons with Anna, followed by archery. Their supervisor told him he was far more suitable to ranged fighting, both physical and magical, so his routine would revolve around catering to his strengths, the edged weapons training is meant to teach him how to fight in the eventuality of finding himself in close range to his opponents.


Riwall was an all-rounder, he was going to take lessons with both Anna and Gregory in edged weapons, with Gregory on archery, then, while they were away being taught on how to write and read, he was going to be trained on fist fighting and the use of blunt and pole weapons. After one year, they would allow him to specialize in one or more physical combat.


Every other day, they would have basic lessons on magic in general. According to Joshua, the Adventurers Guildmaster, Hector, personally asked the Lord to teach them so that he would be their first and only master for now. All the other lessons would be supervised by different soldiers each day, for all of them were overqualified to teach the basics to kids.


Riwall got exempted from the magic classes during the first three months. Hector would be devoted to helping both Anna and Gregory in creating their own mana pathways, and it would demand all his attention.


To not let him be idle during the evenings of magic classes, Hector would bring books related to magic theory with him. Riwall would have to do his best to read them in his room, learn the contents, and write a summary of it to the best of his understanding. 


Needless to say, Friday was ecstatic.

I will state here my promises to you, potential reader:

1. No harem! I don't trust myself to make a harem feel natural or healthy, I never met any person who has a personality that can adapt and live in a harem for reasons that are not monetary, so I can't draw inspiration from real life. Sorry!;

2. The enemies will not be bland and illogically mean. Some may feel like that at first, but I will take great care in fleshing them out, trust me. You may end up hating some, but you won't be able to deny that they had their reasons for what they did;

3. I am using a paid (and expensive) automated editor tool, and I take longer to write because I take my time in editing the stuff I write. I am aiming to improve and I will not shy away from constructive criticism, nor take offense for no reason;

4. Characters will die and will suffer, some will get over the tragedies and improve, others will not be as resilient.

5. This novel has a lot of ground to cover, it is neither a short story, a manual on crafting, or the script of some action scene. There will be both time skips and oversimplifications of some actions for the sake of moving the story forward. Time skips will be more prominent in the first 30 chapters. I will describe crafting processes and fights with more detail if they are essential for the chapter;

6. If I took my time describing something, it's because it is important. I hate novels that wastes time describing useless stuff. If you skim over something, the chances are that something in the future will not make sense. I am an adept of "Chekhov's gun" principle;

7. If in the future Webnovel comes to offer me a contract, I will first reach for the readers to know their opinion and see if they want to donate through other sites or not. It would be a dream come true to live of writing, but not if the cost is the alienation from the people that supported me along the way;

8. I already have 31k words on my auxiliary documents, I have a plan for the story, and I will not be making changes even if someone ends up noticing some foreshadowing and figures out what will happen. The story comes first.

9. I have a wife, a job that demands 9h every day and courses related to my job (lawyer) three days of the week, it's unlikely that I will be able to do mass releases at all. I will have a healthy amount of chapters to be able to post at least 1 chapter every day continually. Don't worry.

10. I will read all the comments. I will listen to all you have to say and will try my best to accommodate demands as long as they do not hamper the path I prepared.

11. There is an arc that spans the entire novel. Each volume will be an arc in itself while progressing a little bit of the main arc. Every arc will have one or more main antagonists.

Vladimir briefly looked over the slightly complicated title, asking, "What are small animals?"
"The definition of 'small animals'… In general, most animals like cats, dogs, rabbits, hamsters, anything smaller in size that can be domesticated and reared by humans," Zhang Zian answered.
"Isn't that just pets then? Why not just write 'pets'?" it asked.
"The concepts of pets and small animals overlap a lot, but they are not completely identical," Zhang Zian patiently answered. "For example, the country has ruled that most types of parrots cannot be reared as personal pets. If we only protect pets, then most parrots would be ruled out of it… Besides, the scope of 'pets' is too narrow. If a cat reared in a home by a human is a pet, it would be protected. But if it ran out or got lost and became a stray, then it wouldn't be protected. That's not right. Should the law be protecting the cat itself or the family? Bad people would be jumping through loopholes all day if we phrased it this way.
"The most important part of any law that is proposed is that it is stringent and able to be enforced. If we make laws that are unclear in their definitions and conditions, it will be difficult for our law enforcers to work too.
"Pets don't actually need much protection. Pets are considered private property under the law and are already under the law's protection. No one is able to illegally harm them. The ones that really need protection are those small animals that are not pets." Zhang Zian clicked the mouse, minimizing the document and opening another one. This one was full of pictures—not those of pretty ladies, but instead those from his trip to Germany.
"Before you came to the pet shop, I went to Germany. Their animal protection laws in place were very memorable to me."
He clicked on the photos, scrolling through them for Vladimir to see. Most of them were photos that he had taken when he visited pet shops and the aquarium, as well as the photos of Reina and Karl.
"Back then I thought it would be great if China could have animal protection laws as comprehensive as Germany's," he said. "Right now, we have wild animal protection laws, and they are well enforced. People's understanding of wild animal protection has been increasing too, but we are still lacking when it comes to small animals… The village beside the dog market that you saw yesterday on the television? Their villagers are in the threat of being harmed by leopards, but they are enthusiastically in support of the country's wildlife protection measures."
Vladimir opened and closed its mouth, wanting to say something but swallowing the words back into its throat.
"Why did you suddenly think of writing this?" it asked. Could it be that he had heard what Galaxy had said and was trying to reverse the definite end of humans' reign?
Zhang Zian scratched at his head in embarrassment. "The pressures of life are too great right now—buying a house, buying a car, studies, employment, geriatric healthcare, kids' education…all these stresses fall on the shoulders of our youth," he said. "Many youngsters are not interested in our issues in politics, and I'm basically a jobless man now. I only have to feed myself, so there's not much pressure on me. Even if I don't earn much, I always pay my taxes on time… Most importantly, I will always vote when there's an election going on. You may think that that is naive, but I always feel that my one vote could possibly make a difference to this country and possibly this world."
Vladimir listened carefully, shaking its head. "I don't think it's naive."
"Previously, I was just a common man, no one special," Zhang Zian said. "I knew that I didn't have much authority, and the most I could do was to uphold my responsibility to vote, but…Grandma Gu just informed me that I am officially a part of the Municipal Consultative Conference as an additional member, and now I have the authority to take part in their political discussions. So I gave it a thought and felt that I should take the chance to do something with it. They say if you're not in a position of power, don't get involved in its politics. But now that I am in a position of power, if I still don't get involved, then aren't I just wasting this chance? I might as well just sell sweet potatoes at home… Oh no, I mean, sell pets." Zhang Zian easily joked and smiled.
"I checked online yesterday. A mere member of the Municipal Consultative Conference has no right to make new laws, but at least they can express their opinions through the organization and be a part of discussions on the direction that the country is taking and major events and changes that will happen. So I wanted to write a bill and present it during my first meeting." He changed the documents again.
Vladimir's eyes scanned through every single sentence of the document.
"Do you think it would work?" it asked. "A bill like this would be able to push the country's laws forward?"
Zhang Zian shook his head. "I don't know, but if we never try, we'll never know," he said. "And I believe that as China's amount of pets increases, there will one day be a new law specifically geared towards pets and small animals. Someone has to push that first domino down. That person might not be me, but I at least have to try. There's no success without failure as its foundation, after all."
Honestly, China was too huge, and the income gap between the rich and poor was beyond anyone's imagination. Different counties also had different cultures and people. The small animal protection law would definitely be challenging to enforce, but it would be impossible for China, such a huge country, to not have such a law in this, the 21st century. It was just a matter of time.
It was exactly because there were challenges that they had to prepare for the worst.
Vladimir raised a front paw, pointing to one of the lines in the document. "I feel that this phrasing isn't too accurate."
"Oh?" Zhang Zian's attention was piqued. "How do you think I should write it then?"
It gave it a thought before saying, "I think it can be more direct, and the wording can be stronger. Compared to others, you are considered an expert in the field, so don't sell yourself short."
Zhang Zian nodded and tried to make changes according to Vladimir's suggestions, and the document did turn out better. The previous wording had depicted him as a humble nobody, but being humble in this situation might end up getting him dismissed.
As time passed, the sky started to become brighter.
When the first streak of light started to shine in the window from the east, Zhang Zian had just typed the final full stop.
The document wasn't long in the first place, and it was shortened even more with Vladimir's help further accentuating the main point. There was a huge empty space left at the end of the document too.
He rubbed at his sore eyes, looking at the time. It was already his usual time to wake up, so he no longer purposefully stayed quiet. He connected the computer to the printer and printed the document out.
"What are you doing now?" Vladimir asked.
"It's just a bill, and not a draft for a new law. Besides, I'm a newbie to the Municipal Consultative Conference. How can I make sure that my bill will be taken seriously?" He pointed to the empty space below the document. "I want to try and get as many people's signatures as possible. This is my biggest task today."
Finishing, he first wrote his own name down neatly.
"I don't know how many people will be willing to sign this bill…but I hope I can at least fill up the empty space."
He perused the paper, not too confident about it.
"Alright." He stood to stretch and have a big, big yawn. "I'm a little sleepy, but we have a lot of places to go, so let's leave earlier. I'll go wash up and change first. You woke up pretty early too, Vladimir. Go back to sleep."
Vladimir shook its head. "It's alright, I'll go with you."
"You're coming along? We're going to visit all of the households in the neighbourhood, and we won't be driving," he reminded it. "It would be a hassle to start and stop all the time anyway. It's going to be really tiring."
Vladimir showed a light smile. "A cat's not afraid of a tough journey. The world's waiting for us."
"...Alright then."
Seeing that Vladimir had already set its mind to it, Zhang Zian no longer tried to convince it. He placed the bill on the table, going off to wash up.
"Jerk! I was just dreaming that I was staying in a palace! Why did you have to wake me up right now?"
Not too long later, Zhang Zian re-emerged from the bathroom amidst Sihwa's rage, his pajamas damp with water spots, looking rather unkempt.
"We'll leave after I change… Be careful. Don't dirty the bill." Seeing that Vladimir was still standing on the table, he plucked out the bill from underneath its feet and blew on it. Vladimir was an outdoor cat, after all, and it wasn't as much of a neat freak as Fina. It wouldn't look good if the bill got dirty.
He took a look and found that it had still been stained. There was a paw print beside his own signature, but it was faint. If you weren't specifically looking for it, you might not even notice it, so he probably wouldn't have to print a new copy, right?
Even printer paper cost money. It didn't just fall from the sky.
After changing, he folded the bill and placed it in his pocket, leaving the second floor with Vladimir.
After they had left, all of the other elfins woke up as well.
Pi rubbed at its eyes and put on its spectacles. When it saw that the laptop was still on, it jumped off its rattan hanging chair and sat in the computer chair that still retained some body heat.
Its work today was a little heavier. Other than the usual updates, it had wanted to organize the plot summary. For an online novel with over a million words, if there wasn't a plot summary, it would be easy to forget the content in the beginning chapters the moment they got to the later parts.
All of the other elfins started to wake and wash up, livening up the area and passing by it. But all of this hadn't distracted it. It had gotten used to the noise in here, and they would start quieting down anyway. The battleground would soon move downstairs.
Time ticked by.
It focused on the outline, organizing the timeline according to each elfin's order of showing up. All the way from Zhang Zian downloading till today. Each elfin had their own important part in the outline, independent and yet interconnected with one another.
When it started to flesh out the details of Vladimir's part, Pi started to get a little tired, and it decided to get up and move around. There was still some time before they would get to this part, so there was no need to make a detailed outline. Just a rough outline would do.
So it gave it a thought and summarized the whole portion with a simple sentence. It was pretty satisfied, so it jumped off the chair and went to roam around indoors.
The bright logo said, "Chinese cats are strangely ambitious, daring even to change night and day!"

He could no longer be bothered to read his book further; his bottle also tipped and his food spilled onto the ground as Gu Fei's students demonstrated a verve that he had trouble handling. Pitting himself against these youngsters, he felt as if he were already an old man.
"Sir…"
"Sir…"
"Sir…"
Their questions were still flowing without end, and the lack of having a public channel for Gu Fei to shout over and address all his students at once made him feel as if he was about to go insane from anger.
"Everyone, one at a time." Gu Fei repeated this line eighty times, but all the students thought themselves as the 'one', so their questions kept coming.
Besides going offline, he simply could not think of any way to escape from this harassment; he packed up all his things in a hurry and sprinted down the safe zone. Meanwhile, even though Glue and the other two players had seen Gu Fei depart, the three men were not in the least bit careless. Seeing how sensitive Flame Singed Clothes was after having experienced misfortune twice under explicable circumstances, all of them opted to stay in the safety of the spawn point and continued to play Landlord. In the end, they all got quite the fright when they witnessed Gu Fei dashing to the safe zone like a mad man, but before anyone could even utter a word, they watched as that man merely nodded his head to acknowledge the three of them and logged off immediately.
The three men's eyes sparkled. Just what sort of even greater expert could there be that could hunt Thousand Miles Drunk down until he was in such a state? They could hardly wait to find out. Dropping their cards, these men dashed right to the entrance, but all of them saw that it was deserted outside, save for a few random passersby that did not exude even a bit of an expert's air.
The three were stunned for quite a time before turning to stare at where Gu Fei had vanished – utterly confused again.
Gu Fei did not log off for good, though. Merely faking going offline, he logged back on soon after; this time, however, he appeared offline. The good thing about going online without appearing to be online was that his name would not light up, and the system would not announce to everyone on his friends list that he had logged on, letting him slowly contact his students by his volition. Thinking about how he and his students would equally have plenty of time for the coming month, Gu Fei had no choice but to engage in this cold war.
Glue and the others were really confused when they saw Gu Fei log on anew with a flash of white light five minutes later. The three were dumbfounded even as Gu Fei smiled at these men and began sending his messages.
"He probably had an urgent call from nature…" Flame Singled Clothes suggested.
"Oh, yeah. Probably…" Having rushed to get offline for five minutes like that, there really was nothing else they could think of that could cause such a reaction.
Gu Fei originally did not wish to message Ah Fa as that twerp, who had previously betrayed him, was not worthy of trust. But a quick sweep of the IGNs made Gu Fei realize he was having difficulties matching their names to their faces, so he had no choice but to contact Ah Fa after standing there in a daze for quite some time.
"Don't tell the others that I'm actually online; otherwise, you can forget about clearing your physical education grade next semester!" Gu Fei first threatened, for there was no way he would feel assured without intimidating that kid.
 Apparently, Ah Fa did not realize that his teacher was a principled person, for the boy nearly pissed himself in extreme fright, hastily expressing himself, "Sir, it's not my fault! Your name just flashed, and everyone saw it."
"I've been on for quite some time; why did you guys come looking for me only at 2 AM?" He found this to be very strange. There was no way that his students had just gotten online at 2 AM.
"Oh. We have a few classmates that came to play today as well, and all of us went to carry them. Everyone's gotten tired after playing the whole night, so we thought to ask you, sir, and play for a while," Ah Fa explained.
Gu Fei was very embarrassed. He realized that he had really come down with a bout of Protagonist Syndrome, believing that his students would immediately seek to contact him when they got online. However, the fact was that he and his students would always have an age and professional difference – a generational gap that the MMO game might dilute, which could not be eliminated completely in this sort of fully simulated environment. Adding the fact that both parties in this scenario knew each other in real life, the result meant that the dynamics they had were imported entirely right into the game.
Evidently, none of these kids would really treat him like one of their bosom friends, and today's incident was a great example of that. When the whole lot of them was done playing for the day and was feeling tired, they suddenly saw someone appear in their friends list and were then reminded that their teacher Gu Fei was in this game as well.
Most of the comments the students made to him were requests for coin, equipment, or to be carried while questing. Some even wanted him to perform for them. In summary, they were all just seeking him for fun!
"This bunch of brats!" Gu Fei did not know if he should be laughing or crying.
"Sir, are you in Baishi City? How do we get there?" Ah Fa again sent this question.
Having made sense of all that, Gu Fei more or less knew that, while these students were voicing their desire to visit Baishi City, they were not solely intending to do so because he was there. Gu Fei was just a P.E. teacher, so their relationship with him was nothing so dear at all. Thus, he replied, "What are you guys coming over to Baishi City for?" Gu Fei already decided that if that brat replied with 'to see you', he would ensure to give him a great time next semester.
Sure enough, that youngster did not have anything so complex, as Ah Fa came clean. "We've been playing in Yunduan City for so long, and we're thinking of changing to a different city. We heard that the various cities in-game are all different."
"Sure enough, that "Sir, where are you? We'll tag along as well!" was no more than a convenient excuse. Gu Fei was not at all their reason for coming over.
"Well, if you're talking about Baishi City, you'll first have to pass through the Oolong Mountain Range of Yunduan City, then go through Yeguang Village of Yueye City, and walk down the main road all the way to get here," Gu Fei offered.
"Are there any dangers along the way? Some of us aren't even level 10 yet!" Ah Fa was worried.
"Hmm… Anyone under level 10 will be very safe, but anything past that…" His voice trailed off.
Ah Fa was surprised. "Why is that?"
"Yueye City is filled with hooligans, and the streets are teeming with murderers. Any stranger they meet will be stripped of their equipment, have their pockets emptied, and their levels be bottomed out. Players under level 10 are protected by the system, so they are very safe.
"Are you being serious…" Ah Fa was vacillating.
"Pretty much! At least, that's what they were like when I was over there." Gu Fei was being very hypocritical. He was someone who would leave a trail of bodies wherever he went. It was amazing how he likened himself to these obedient kids as if they were one and the same.
"What now? Is there anywhere else we can go?" Ah Fa was afraid. He was still the highest-level player among his fellow classmates, so he would surely be at the forefront if they stumbled onto anything dangerous. Ah Fa was a Mage, yet he still had to shout out "I'm the Main Tank!" every time, all the while doing so in tears. Hearing that the place they were about to go would actually be so murderous, and with how the lot behind him would readily send him to die, Ah Fa felt as if he would really end up like what Gu Fei had said, losing all his equipment, money, and level.
"There's no need to be afraid. You guys go ahead, and teacher here will make the arrangements for you all," Gu Fei replied.
"How would you do that?" Ah Fa asked.
"You guys will make a large banner and ensure that the signet is drawn clearly on it. Pull out that banner the moment you get out of Oolong Mountain Range, and I'll inform my friends about your arrival to have them secretly take care of you all. That should ensure your safety," Gu Fei said.
"Bearing a banner… That's really ugly, sir." The youth always placed value on their image, be they male or female.
"It's at least better than taking off all your equipment and running about in the nude!" Gu Fei exclaimed.
Ah Fa was speechless for a good moment, probably discussing the matter with the other students. This discussion very apparently exposed his online status as he immediately received several questions from them. "Sir, is Yueye City that frightening a place?"
"Of course, you absolutely need to be on your guard," Gu Fei warned.
"Then, is there no other way to get there?" another asked.
"Nope!" What Gu Fei had said could be considered as the truth. The world map for Parallel World only showed Yueye as the only city linked to Yunduan City.
"Okay…" After a period of silence, it was apparent that the students were discussing this matter on their end once more. Soon, Gu Fei got their reply. "All right. So, what should we write on our banner? Do we write your IGN?"
"Most definitely not!" Gu Fei hurried to say. "Teachers' friends have enemies as well. Writing my name out would be a bad thing. Just randomly writing something easily recognizable will do."
"We shall write the number '3', then. After all, we are class 3!" Ah Fa said.
"That works. Inform me once you guys get on the road," Gu Fei said.
"Got it!" These students began to get busy on their end, leaving Gu Fei sniggering on his side. Just thinking about a bunch of players flying a banner, even Gu Fei found such an act to be really foolish. Seeing as how those twerps keep looking to get their enjoyment off me, it should be fine to tease them a little! He had no qualms in doing such sort of harmless pranks on others.
However, his series of expressions as he thought of all these really frightened anyone looking. Glue and the others had been staring at Gu Fei this whole time since he came back online, and when they saw him not moving after getting back beyond showing that vacant stare, they quickly realized that he was messaging others. Still, when his expression oscillated from embarrassment and malevolence to delight which seemed to be born of treachery, they felt that it was too suspicious!
Before the three men even finished analyzing what they had witnessed, Gu Fei's eyes suddenly drifted over to them, and because the conversation had just ended, even that treacherous smile of his was flashed at those men.
Oh, no. That guy seems to have set up some sort of trap for us! The three could not help but think of this. Flame Singled Clothes, who could no longer bear it, asked aloud, "What are you thinking of doing?"
Glue and Verdant Timber gave him the side-eye. Flame Singled Clothes sounded very threatening when he said that cliché line, especially with how he had intoned it with so much gusto.
Gu Fei was not even jolted by it, however, and only showed his astonishment at the question. "What?"
"Just what tricks are you up to this time?" Flame Singled Clothes demanded.
"Eh, you could tell?" Gu Fei asked.
I knew it! The three men each sucked in cold air.
"You guys had better be careful. I've already gathered reinforcement to come and take you guys out. You'll lose all your equipment, coins, and levels. Tragic. How very tragic," Gu Fei said even as he made to leave the Archer Range.
The faces of Glue and the two men paled as they rushed to inform the others of this development.
"We're in deep trouble; Thousand Miles Drunk has actually gathered helpers to come take care of us!"
"Helpers? Don't blame me for praising the man… but can any of us honestly say that he needs helpers against us?" Paddy Scent Pastures asked.
"Which is why it's so frightening! If he calls for reinforcements, can you imagine just how cruel the next bit can get?" Glue asked.
"How did you guys learn of this?" Southern Lone Blade asked.
"He just said so himself!" Glue answered.
"How can you believe him just because he said it?! Seriously, you guys!" Paddy Scent Pastures felt as if they had been overreacting over nothing.
"It did not sound as if he were lying. Thousand Miles Drunk stood there for quite some time sending out messages, so it's very likely that he's truly calling for more manpower," Glue said.

But even if you believe me, I will still show you just how unstoppable a Mage who knows kung fu can be!

Jiro Oshima can be seen cutting through armor and flesh like butter with his legendary sword, dodging every attack that comes his way before he was the only one alive, standing over many bloody piles of bodies. His muscular body was covered with the blood of many and there wasn't a drop of blood that belonged to him. Returning home from the massacre, Jiro was welcomed by twelve beautiful women before they kept him awake for the whole night.

However, Jiro's fun was cut short as he woke up on his bed with an erection. Looking around the room's walls that were covered with hentai posters and the countless piles of empty cup noodles. Finding no beauty insight, except for the ones on the posters, Jiro sighed before getting ready for an ordinary day as a senior in high school.

He didn't bother fixing his messy hair as he washed his average-looking face a few times to get himself to wake up, knowing that he shouldn't have stayed up for so long reading that cultivation novel. It wasn't worth it because of how impulsive the main character was. Jiro auto-piloted his daily routine, not bothering to eat breakfast today as well. He left his one-room apartment and walked to school with his usual indifferent as ever eyes, scaring people that walked by him, mostly because of how much he looked like a delinquent.

Jiro knew his life was miserable but didn't plan on ending it all since he couldn't imagine himself not being alive. Additionally, it was stupidly impulsive and that's what he hated the most, impulsive people.

It was a coincidence that he looked to his left to see a girl, who's legs were shaking as she looked at an approaching truck with fear. Time had slowed down enough for Jiro to make a decision whether or not to save her. Additionally, Jiro even recognized the girl, she was very popular in his school and had a way brighter future than him.

Jiro continued to look at her with his emotionless eyes. A small part of him wanted to try to save her, giving meaning to his life, but he just stood there doing nothing. He wasn't paralyzed by fear. No, not in the least, Jiro wasn't impulsive and knew that he would be in the right not to do anything. Again, he wasn't suicidal and couldn't imagine himself not being alive, so trading his own life for another person was out of the question for him.

However, time had also slowed down for the unmanned truck, and it chose to swerve into the mean-looking delinquent instead of the beautiful girl. 

{Extra Info: With that, the truck's assignment for this world was accomplished before it traveled into another world, identical to this one, to look for another heroic highschooler to run over and reincarnate.}

'Huh,' Jiro thought, feeling surprised but his eyes betrayed his emotions, not widening in the least, as he observed the truck swerve into him.

'That was less painful than I expected' He thought, thinking the pain he felt was awfully similar to when he stubbed his toe.

Shortly after, in the dark void that he was now floating in, Jiro saw a big book floating in front of him. He opened the book only to be instantly immersed in the story being told.

The book took him a while to finish before he was devastated to see the book not having an ending. To be honest, it seemed more like the introduction to a light novel than a book, since it took place inside a cultivation world, but still deserved the right to be called a book due to the sheer amount of detail and imagery that the book contained. The book would've been better if its main character didn't have the mind of a child, but it was a good read nonetheless.

After recovering from the shock of the book finishing without an actual ending, Jiro was greeted by a screen that reminded him of those video games he would play, before switching his hobby to reading light novels instead.

Jiro frowned at the text on the screen but still reluctantly wrote a half-assed summary of the book so he could get his hands on a System to make life much easier. Furthermore, he was delighted to see that he was going to reincarnate instead of his consciousness just disappearing or worse, spending an eternity in this void.

Anyways, his worst subject was English and he would usually write a terrible summary but he felt content with his summary, for the first time in his life, before pressing "Confirm" below the box that was filled with text containing countless spelling mistakes and punctuation errors. [Jiro's Summary: The story tells the life of a kid, named Feng Ru, whose mother dies while giving birth to him and father, who got beheaded for offending a noble's spoiled dumbass son. Feng Ru has a sweet sister, named Feng Yingtai who's also two years older than him, and she takes care of him. Once she had awakened a high ranked Inner Qi, at the age of 12, she met a woman who turned out to be an outer-court elder at the local sect. Feng Yingtai entered the sect with a condition that her low-talent brother, Feng Ru, can join too. The woman agreed, knowing that Feng Ru would get kicked out for his low-talent after not meeting the cultivation base criteria in a few years, and figured that it would serve the purpose of de-sensitizing the girl for the real world. Then, Feng Yingtai trains with her new teacher for 4 years, missing his brother while Feng Ru often gets beaten up and treated terribly by his peers for 4 years, but still gives it his all to live up to the being the younger brother of Feng Yingtai.]

His eyes, that had long gotten used to the dark, was blinded by the bright light but after his eyes had adjusted, Jiro was shocked to see that the room, he was standing in, looked identical to how he had imagined Feng Ru's outer-court room looked like, using the book's godly imagery.

Jiro, an 18-year-old senior in high school, gets run over and reincarnates into the body of a talentless 16-year-old in a cultivation world. He's got a system so we shouldn't worry too much for him.
