And finally, the third requisite is mana itself. This mysterious energy is what fuels changes in reality. The clearer the mana, the more efficient it is as a fuel. Take Hector cold mana for example, according to the book and Friday's observations; his mana is attuned to water, which means he will have an easier time using it to cast water spells than if he tried to use it for casting fire and dark ones.


The book then goes a long way into showing how to cast your first spells. As all ten books were made with kids as the target audience, they still lacked much information. But it was more than enough for Friday to begin researching it.

Our mother set up an account for each of us on a vacation to the Seychelles.  I have been using it to hide my gambling winnings...  I got into some high stakes poker games and threw in the credit card with the $1M limit in...  I have won almost every time.  The losses, Dad paid for.  The winnings went to the Seychelles in prepaid credit cards.  I can access the money via a debit card...  Then I started buying land and, well, the trailer parks...  Mom always made the joke that she had grown up thinking trailer parks were posh...  I've been picking off commercial land on this side of the freeway for a while...  Companies would go under and I would buy for almost nothing...  I got caught up in the idea that something horrible would happen and... things got out of control...  The sane part of the goal was to own  enough land that when I sold, I could be self-sufficient...  That guy, Lyonell Hurst, may have a good plan.  We need to go over it at some point.  If it is a good plan, then I will adopt it and he will be SOL.  In all likelihood, he will prove to be a con artist...  One way or another that SOB is going to pay.  On purpose or accidentally he told the A-Team that we were living there...  Or rather, I own trailer parks under the Sergai Brzezinski name and Avery Shrike sent that guy to find me in one of them.  When the A-Team realized that the trailer had an underground escape route, they must have decided to wait until I got home then try to spook us into taking the escape route... right into their hands...  Thus they would not have to invade the thing and chance having to deal with the police.  How long they are going to sit there waiting for us to come out of the basement, I do not know...  The longer the better."

An hour later we emerged from a manhole that looked down on a hotel.  An idea hit me...  I put some money in my wallet and we marched into the hotel.  I walked up the concierge desk and said, "Look, our car broke down.  We have reservations at a hotel downtown.  Could you call us a cab?"

The guy looked up at the clock and down at a clipboard, then he said, "I can take you in the courtesy van, if you want."

"Thank you.  I appreciate your help."  We loaded up and we were off.  I gave him the address of the hotel across the street from Dugan's Long Term Vehicle Storage.  I asked conversationally, "Are you working your way up in the hotel trade or going to college for something else?"

"I'm getting an MBA. I want to work in the transportation industry.  I graduate at the end of summer from the University of Houston," he said concentrating on the road.  "No bites for jobs so far.  I may have to accept something else."

I opened the briefcase, peeled off $1000 and a $20.  I paperclipped the $1000 to the card, prospectus and business plan from Lyonell Hurst.  At the next stop light, I put the papers on the dashboard and said, "I'm Taegan Shrike.  My father died over the weekend.  I will be taking over Saginaw Industries at some point.  I am now going to give you an opportunity.  I need that prospectus and business plan analyzed.  I want a full presentation on its feasibility.  If you find it wanting, then come up with your own version of it.  Do not contact the man on the business card, but I do need you to explore his background."  I waved the $20.  "You can take this as a tip for moving me and my family from here to there.  If you take up the task I have outlined, then I will want a full presentation after you graduate.  I have attached $1000 to cover your expenses.  You can take tip or project or both... or neither."  Someone honked from behind.  The light had turned green.

The man, it said Bernie on his tag, drove for a while. "Why me?"

"The prospectus and/or the business plan may have a tracker on them.  I need someone to lead the people who put the tracker there on a merry chase...  If you are clever you can lead them on a merry chase and do the project and get the job at Saginaw Industries.  What do you say?"

Again a long silence, then he said, "I could just take the money and dump the paper."

"That is one approach."

After a short silence he said, "I will take the $20 and the $1000 and do the project.  I am not sure how well the merry chase will go."  I put the $20 under the paperclip.  At the next stop light, he attached the paper to his clipboard and handed me his card.  I put it in the mad money pouch.

At the small hotel downtown, Bernie unloaded all the bags and left us there on the sidewalk.  I sent Marsha across to Dugan's.  She returned with the van.  We loaded up and started driving.  We stopped at a McDonalds with WiFi and had lunch.  I logged into my mother's business computer and started searching for a file I knew was there.  Mom had established this account in case someone was watching her other account...  Maybe I got my paranoia from her...  After a lot of messing around, I found the list of residences that had been sold but not occupied, rented but not occupied and residences bought but not on the market as yet.

I chose a rental house that had a movein date two weeks away.  We drove there and unloaded.  My mother always kept a key in a red rock in the backyard.  The security codes were in the file I had lifted.  The inside was unbelievable.  To say that the place was opulent was to say that desert is a mite hot.  White marble floors... three story high windows... two grand stair cases...  A 100 meter swimming pool in the back... a kitchen that was bigger than the trailer we had just come from.

Each of us went to a separate bathroom.  Then we met in the master bedroom and dried each other off... and rutted like weasels.  I had heard that a close call with death can cause you to want sex, but this was ridiculous.  When we were all spent, I had everyone put on a house coat and adjourn to the kitchen.  Brittany made us a dinner to die for from the food in the freezer and food closet.  I made a note of all the food we took with the intent of replacing it at some point.

After dinner we watched TV until late, then... made love some more before going to sleep.  The next day after breakfast I drove the van across US 610 and called Jake Rearden. "Sir, I have no idea.  I will have to call them and see what the problem is.  I gave them all the information they needed.  I have no idea what they could want," I said truly baffled.

"Taegan, you are playing a very deadly game.  I do not see how you can come out of this alive."

"There's a way, I have not found it yet.  My opponents are not the drug lords.  There is someone else out there pulling the strings.  Once that person is off the board, then the drug people will calm down and see reason.  Right now, I am going to go doggo and spend some quality time in front of a TV...  If I survive, I will indeed get back to you about that motorcycle shop."

He started laughing.  When he could talk, he said, "Kid, if you can survive this, I think I might just decide that retiring is a good idea.  I've always feared that a shop would be too boring.  With you as a partner, no telling what might happen."  He hung up laughing.

I dialed the phone passthrough, then dialed Wesley's number.  It rang for a while, then the genteel voice said, "My... are we back to phonebooths?"

"Well, they're not booths, but yeah, I guess so...  I hear you ran by my hideout and missed me by a bit."

"Chico, what IS your problem?  Why would ANYONE have one secret exit, much less two?  What did you think was going be chasing you?  Did you maybe have a bad trip on acid in the past and..."

Emilio was as you said, one of the men who broke open your door and tried to kill you in your bed... against my specific orders not to. This Yugo said that the plan dropped on his desk from someone purporting to have a low Throne number, whatever that is. "Again, sir, you are looking at this incorrectly.  I do not have the correct training to mount an attack on a convoy like that...  Avery does...  Wait...  How many of the 31 people on that list did you grab?"

"We got 21 of them...  I was unhappy with their answers, so I killed each and every one of them."

"Excuse me, sir, has your wife ever suggested anger management?"  I asked fearing his answer.

With a bit of wonder in his voice, he said, "As a matter of fact, she did...  I was so angry with her,...  I killed her."

I said, "Would you mind telling me whether you killed Roland Shrike and his children?"

"I killed all six of those men...  I would have killed their children if they had had any."

"I see...  Sir, I'm going to crawl into a hole and hide for a week or so.  By that time I will have detected who Avery Shrike is and where he is.  Please be patient."  I hung up, pulled out the memory and tossed the phone in a trash basket.  I started up the car and went about three miles south.  I called Megan Hunt using one of the cellphones.

"Taegan, oh my God, Taegan, what the hell is going on?  Someone kidnapped 25 guests from your parents' funeral.  What is going on?"  Megan asked breathlessly.

"Megan, compare the list of 31 names I sent you with the names of the missing.  I sent the same list to the Laurentia Cartel.  The A-Team  they hired to get me has gone nuts...  Let's review.  My second cousin Avery Shrike wanted to be Throne.  That means he wanted to own 59%  of the shares of stock in Saginaw Industries.  He dreamed up a plan to use my mother's business of importing sugar from Peru to import 20 tons of  cocaine...  In the early morning of June 3rd, a trial run was made where a container with one ton of cocaine and 19 tons of Colombian sugar was  swapped for 20 tons of Peruvian sugar in Valle Verde con el Río Rojo, Colombia.  On Thursday, June 9, the one ton of cocaine arrived in Waco amid  much joyous celebration.  The go-ahead was supposed to have been given to the team in Valle Verde con el Río Rojo, to assemble the cocaine and get ready  to swap out the 20 tons of Peruvian sugar for the 20 tons of cocaine.  The swap was supposed be done on the morning of Friday, June 10.   The cocaine was
supposed to arrive in Waco on June 16.  In the early morning of June 23, someone ambushed the truck holding the ton of Colombian cocaine and stole it.  Presumably Avery Shrike did this to force the cartel to kill me and most of his relatives so he could become head of Saginaw Industries.  I..."

"Stop right there, Taegan.  That's crazy.  All of it.  That's too weird.  No one would hatch a plot like that...  You've convinced the druggies that your delusions are real.  You aren't going to do that to me."  She hung up.

I listened to the dial tone for a while.  One by one I was burning my bridges.  This series of events had gone on much too long.  I needed help getting Avery off the Goddamned board.  The SOB was like the Energizer Bunny... he kept going and going and going.  I tossed the cellphone in the trash and went in search of a WiFi connection.

I was cruising through a strip mall.  A book store advertised that they had WiFi... and coffee.  I went inside and sat at one of their tables with my laptop in front of me.  I needed to do something to make this go away.  I logged into my server back in my house and downloaded my email...  I had forgotten that I had asked my friends to make pictures of everyone they could and find out who was attending my parents' funeral... and send the pictures to me.  Somehow or another a flashmob had formed and everyone involved had made an effort to get pictures of who was there and identify who the participants were.  That meant that I had a LOT of pictures to download.  I sat there zoned out as that happened.

Then it hit me...  Avery Shrike was somewhere in this mountain of information.  He had to be.  The SOB was not going to miss a chance to show how clever he was.  A normal person who was hiding would shy away from being exposed.  Avery wouldn't...  How was he going to hide in plain site?

When I got all the email download, I logged off and sat back.  I realized that the book store had a printer for customers to use... for a price.  I got the attendant's help in attaching his printer as a network printer and then went after it.  One by one, I opened the emails and stored the pictures in a separate folder.  The task took forever...  Then I had to create PDF's from each of set of photos with a cover page being the email.  As each PDF was finished, I printed it out.  After a while a guy came over and said, "Sir, you're racking up quite a bill with the printouts."

I absently dropped a $100 bill on the table then put it away.  The guy went back to the printer.

I missed lunch.  About 4pm, the last PDF printed out.  I had consumed a full box of paper.  Making sense of all this was going to be a bitch.  I paid for my printouts with a prepaid card and went back to the rental.

In the story, Teagan Shrike turns eighteen the summer before his senior year in high school. Abdul noticed Lizeth who was running in his direction with a rifle on her hands. He pulled a pistol out of his pocket and closed the laptop. The shout noticed the insurgents and they shouted something in Arabic as they started engaging Lizeth. Dozen of bullets started flying from the hole of the building.

"Aaaah," a bullet found its way to Lizeth's left hand. She used his focus ability again to slow down time. There was five insurgent on the building. She flipped the 3x zoom on her scope and made a precision fire on the enemy. 

Still, one of those guys decided to bring the big guns. A PK machine gun. It gave sudden shiver down Lizeth's spine. She quickly aimed down sights at the machine gunner and killed him. Abdul was running into the car and started the engine. 

Lizeth went for the passenger seat and she pulled the window down to shoot at the insurgent. The focus was on cooldown. One of the insurgents picked up the machine gun and started raining down bullets at her. 

The bullets were raining down. Not to the car, but to Lizeth. She got shot in the torso and in the left hand. Abdul managed to drive the car away from that city block of Fallujah. Lizeth, the foreigner, was more shocked than Abdul since she only knew that IS had been destroyed.

"You said that IS had been pushed away from Fallujah," Lizeth shouted to Abdul for the bad intel.

"Yes, IS, not insurgents," Abdul tried to make a good reason, "C'mon, at least we have good intel."

"Good intel your head," Lizeth opened his IFAK and raised the sleeves of her combat shirt to treat her wounds. He opened a bandage and wrapped it around the wounds on her hands. Lucky for her, thanks to the bullet damage reduction, the wound wasn't as painful as she thought it would be. "It's better be worth it Abdul," Lizeth said.

"Don't worry. It's a dead drop that is supposed to be sent for the insurgents," Abdul said. Lizbeth just smacked her hand on her forehead.

"It's not from INIS?" Lizbeth narrowed her eyes.

"Yes. It's supposed to be an intel that will be transported to a country. We intercepted it, I will send it to Langley," Abdul said as he handed down the laptop to Lizbeth, "Could you send it for me Lynx?"

"Yeah, but could you let me see the INIS files? I need some Intel on this village on the south of Al-Qaim," Lizeth said as she grabbed the laptop and sent that file to Langley. Lizeth opened the INIS server through Abdul's laptop. It was a server with multiple files.

"Hmm, Abdul, which one is the file on Al-Qaim?" She put her hands on the keyboard as the mouse was pointed to the search bar. 

"Intelligence On The Stolen Russian's WMD," Lizeth typed that words on the search bar, and a folder appeared. It was a folder containing pictures and a PDF document. Inside the PDF document, there was a detail on the Russian WMD. The Russian suitcase bomb. The bomb was constructed during the Soviet era.

This is the mastermind behind everything that happened on [REDACTED]. Amar Al-Jamari, more known as Blast Amar, has stolen more than 200 tons of potential IED material on the town of [REDACTED]. Based on the Intel gathered, his location was still unknown. Intel suggested that Amar has another plan. Intel said that Amar has stolen a nuke from Grozny during the Chechnya war. 

The nuke was a portable suitcase nuke bomb that has the ability to level the entire city. The state of the nuke was unstable due to the experimental state of the bomb itself. It is advised to find this bomb as soon as possible.

The citizens were walking like an ordinary person. The buildings in that town weren't expressing that the city was in a war-torn country. She saw that Abdul was greeting several people on the street by calling them Habibi or habibti. The people just smiled at both of them.

The situation of the city made her wonder, 'Why the hell the things I see in the news is only woman in burka when the reality isn't?' she smiled at a woman in her veil. Abdul and Lizeth walked to a house near the river of that city. It was a safe house.

"I know you're very tired. Here's the key to your room," Abdul said as Lizeth took that key and walked to her room. Abdul left her because he wanted to walk around the town.

When she opened the room. She felt a cold breeze hitting her face. The room was a room with a simple bed, an air conditioner, and a bathroom. It was comfortable in comparison to sleeping in the middle of the car. She put her bag on the floor and put off her shoes. She put her body on the bed. Comfy. She then fell asleep.

CIA. FSB. How can I be involved in all of this?

How can anything happen so sudden?

Is everything has a secret meaning nowadays?

Does the government always hiding something from us?

Everything went from dealing with street thugs to dealing with a conflict between the CIA and FSB.

Hello there everyone, how have you been?

It's been a while once again I know :3 
and you will have to wait for a bit longer for the next chapters to roll in again. A week or so.

Let me explain what I did all this time.
Well to keep it short, I started world-building the universe I have created J.K Rowling style. Thus, as I have reformed the world and solidified its foundation to some extent, I will start posting background stuff, such as lore of the world, in-depth information about characters, regions, kingdoms, organization, etc. in the "Auxiliary Chapters" section of mine. So make sure to ask if you have questions and in time I will answer them if they won't contain spoilers. For now, I will post a character overview sheet and Bazuul's profile. Slight regret for me is that I post all this on this platform since I can't post this with the original design in PDF, but oh well. 

Caution though there is one or maybe several gifts within for some of my readers. ;)

1,61 meters (5'3) tall, has amber colored eyes and black neck long hair either worn open or tied to the back. Slight natural tan but clean skin.
STATUS
Soul transmigrated from Earth to Tiamat inside the body of the fourth prince of the kingdom of Ra'Lun.
Bearer of the Primal Heaven Origin Return constitution.
Naturalist; meaning he has the potential to control all elements and thus could possibly invoke the pure essence of nature.

Primal Heaven Origin Return
Darkness: Accelerated healing of the physical body; Has some and up to full control over objects, be it inanimate or alive. He can attract them towards him, push them away, and either lift or enforce the gravitational force on them. Bazuul can also merge into the shadows, becoming one of them, this makes him basically invisible, soundless and extremely swift at night.

Light: Cleansed his life vein of poison. Has pierced into the minds of others and accessed all information about them several times. Further access had been denied so far.

Shunpo Techniques
Flash Steps: Appears behind the enemy or opponent as long as Bazuul is within the range of twenty meters (so far).

Mirage: Creates an after-image of Bazuul's last position and places him behind his enemy or opponent. For now, Bazuul can use five consecutive after-images in a short time.

Arcane Codex
Sonata of the Night: Chapter two of an incomplete compendium. Sword infusion which causes the sound of wind created by swinging the sword or any other weapon to turn eerie, which then creeps into the enemy's or opponent's mind where it causes chaos, confusion and so on.

Cascading Light: Chapter three of an incomplete compendium. Helped Bazuul defeat the servant of Noxae within his inner world in chapter 33. Further aspects unknown.

Myriad Suns: Chapter five of an incomplete compendium. Used by Bazuul to establish a small sun within his inner world. Can create little particles that spread like spores which can then be ignited causing a chain reaction, creating intense flames bursting forth.

Swordsmanship
Bazuul has received sword training by Kadi, ranked fourth in the Sun Guard of Ra'Lun.
Azar, Maw of the Fiend: Obsidian blade Bazuul wields. Attracts blood from seemingly any radius and consumes it.

MISC.

Lunari's Tear: Family heirloom of the Luminaire Family. Supposedly a tear of their goddess. Has several effects such as the constant cleansing of the body to some extent, eases the mind in stressful moments or troubled times and may light the path in the dark.

A bully in school, a parasite as a grown-up. The shadow of a man. A shunned member of society. 
Such are the descriptions given if one asked about a certain young man, but he couldn't care less.

With his protest ignored he was swiftly dropped into the body of a recently deceased prince. Plunged into the seat of a kingdom, overflowing with intrigue and schemes. In a world, as our “prince” will soon learn, vastly different from Earth.

Now known as the fourth prince of Ralun, Bazuul Ylvazad, he has to adjust and learn at a rapid pace if he wanted to survive. Something he himself wasn’t quite sure of.

The question was, did he really have a choice?

Spirit Curing Pet Clinic. 
Sun Xiaomeng was sitting alone in her office, contemplating with her chin rested on her hands. 
In front of her, the computer screen was displaying two documents: one was a PDF file in English about animal behaviorism, and the other one was a Word file where the cursor was blinking. It was the Chinese version of the PDF file which was translated by a translation software. 
On her right side, a pot of bracket plant on the windowsill was bathing in the soft autumn sunshine and growing healthily, bringing vigor to this quiet and simple office. 
Behind her was a customized bookshelf that almost covered the whole wall. The bookshelf was stuffed with all kinds of professional books. Voluminous books that were as thick as dictionaries were put on the bottom, regular academic books were placed on the top shelves where she could reach them by raising her hands, and in the prime position in the middle were the latest journals and magazines in Chinese and in English. If she was going to relocate her clinic in the future, it would take much effort to move this bookshelf alone. 
It was not accurate to say that she was in contemplation: she was absent-minded. Her brain was completely vacant, a status she enjoyed very much, because she could temporarily get away from her busy schedule in the clinic and her studies so that her brain could get a rest. 
Knock, knock! 
She was woken up from her vacant status by a knock on her office door. 
"Come in." She rubbed her palms and placed her warm palms on her cheeks so that her stiff face became softer. 
Wang Qian and Li Kun pushed the door open, but they didn't come in. They just stood at the door and said, "Sister Xiaomeng, we have cleaned everywhere else except your office. Would you like to check up our work?" 
Sun Xiaomeng didn't ask them to clean this office because her "patients’" medical records were placed on her desk, and she was afraid that they would mess them up. Besides, she was the only one who usually came in this office, so it was not dirty at all. 
"No, I won’t check. You can leave earlier if you have finished your work." She trusted them and was satisfied with their work. Cleaning for a clinic was heavy work, but they had done it really well. 
In the beginning, Sun Xiaomeng was really disgusted by their stupid talking, and for a time, she really wanted to tell them not to come to her clinic anymore. But later, she found that they were very responsible at work, and since they had experience working for a pet shop, they were also good at taking care of pets. Their stupid talking was dwarfed by their excellent work, so she gradually got used to their presence in her clinic. 
"Okay, we are leaving then." They said goodbye to Sun Xiaomeng and closed the door softly. 
They didn't leave the clinic right away. Instead, they went to the cashier and cozied up to Long Xian again. It was obvious that they quite liked the new nurse. Why? Probably because Long Xian was very patient and could tolerate their stupid talking, though in the eyes of Sun Xiaomeng, Long Xian was just being polite. 
After a while, their voices disappeared. They probably had left the clinic and went back  to the university for classes. 
Knock, knock! 
Someone was knocking at the door again. 
"Come in." 
Long Xian pushed open the door and stuck in her head, "Sister Xiaomeng, Wu Yue is here. I have brought her to the operating room." 
"Okay, I'll be there in a minute." 
Sun Xiaomeng checked the calendar on her computer, and pulled a medical records file from the cubbyholes on her desk. She put it under one arm, walked out of the office quickly, made a right turn and then arrived at the operating room. 
"Hello, Doctor, I’m here to trouble you again." 
In the operating room was a middle-aged woman holding a flight case. She was dressed up elegantly, wearing a beige woolen coat that fit her well and a pale blue scarf that suited her temperament. She seemed well-educated from her behaviors and the way she talked. 
"Madam Wu, you are punctual as always." Sun Xiaomeng smiled at her cordially. Wu Yue was her long-term client, and she had been visiting her clinic every day recently. 
"I am very sorry to trouble you every day," said Wu Yue very politely. 
"What are you talking about? I’m just doing my job." Sun Xiaomeng had a very good impression of Wu Yue, not only because of her temperament and the way she talked, but also because of her decision. 
Sun Xiaomeng looked out the window, "It's a nice day today, but according to the weather forecast, tomorrow will be windy with temperature drops. Please keep warm and don't catch a cold." 
"Really? Thanks for reminding me. I will put on more clothes tomorrow." Wu Yue smiled gently. 
"Also, please keep Little White warm," Sun Xiaomeng reminded her. 
"Yes, absolutely." Wu Yue put the flight case in her hands on the ground and opened the case. She held up a Pekingese dog from the case. 
The Pekingese dog gazed at Sun Xiaomeng with its black-and-white eyes open wide, sticking its tongue out fawningly towards Sun Xiaomeng. It seemed quite perky. 
"Hello, Little White, how are you?" Sun Xiaomeng rubbed its chin and it barked twice. Little White enjoyed when she got close to it. 
Little White was a normal Pekingese dog that was wearing a pair of special shorts for dogs on its butt—this was quite normal, because many dog owners would put such shorts on their pets for many different reasons. For example, when the dogs were on their menstrual periods, or when the owners didn’t want their dogs to be sterilized nor did they want their dogs to get pregnant, or when their dogs were sick... 
Sun Xiaomeng held up Little White to the operating table, and Wu Yue put her hands on its body and touched it softly to stop it from moving. Little White was lying with its stomach on the table without moving or barking. Little White was not like this the first time it was here - it tried to run away a couple of times after seeing all the strange-looking tools and the cold stainless-steel operative instruments. 
Sun Xiaomeng opened the file and looked at Little White’s case. Though she could almost recite what was in there, she read through the file seriously out of respect to Wu Yue. 
"Is Little White’s diet schedule and bowel movements normal?" She put on the disposable rubber gloves and started the regular inquiry as diagnosis. 
"Yes, I totally follow the diet standard made by you," answered Wu Yue earnestly. Sun Xiaomeng formulated nutritional meals with ingredients precise to the unit of gram according to Little White’s age and weight. Little White seemed to be in good spirits recently, and it was probably due to Sun Xiaomeng’s nutritional menu. 
"Good to know." Sun Xiaomeng took out a small flashlight from the pocket of her white gown, turned it on and observed closely Little White’s eyes, nose, and ear canals. She then pinched its chin to observe its tongue and throat. 
She nodded towards Wu Yue, indicating everything was normal. 
Sun Xiaomeng took off the dog shorts worn by Little White. There was medical cotton and medical gauze circling Little White’s stomach and the binding was stabilized by medical tape. The furs around its stomach were shaved so short that its pink skin was visible. A bit of transparent plastic tube was sticking out from beneath the cotton. 
Wu Yue turned away her head. She couldn't bear to see it like this. 
Sun Xiaomeng took out Vaseline from the medicine cabinet and applied it on the anal thermometer to test the body temperature of Little White. 
Since they had been meeting every day, Little White felt very close to Sun Xiaomeng and almost treated her as its second owner. Though it shuddered a bit, it lay on the operating table still and didn't struggle or run away. 
Two minutes later, Sun Xiaomeng pulled out the anal thermometer and looked at the temperature indicated on it. 
"How is it?" Wu Yue asked anxiously. 
Sun Xiaomeng nodded towards Wu Yue again and smiled, "Its body temperature is normal. Little White is in good condition." 
Wu Yue exhaled one long breath, and relaxed for the first time since they met.
