Today was my day off at Novelty, actually it was because Archie and Alice was out off town on a whim since last night. As a result, he forgot to give me the keys to open up the store. 

He texted me when I was having dinner with Nate's family. Nate saw my text, so he decided that I should joined them for lunch the next day also.

We were about to leave for that lunch at Alex's. Nate was teasing me about my romance novels but he got curious and started reading it from behind me. Then he grabbed my Kindle and started reading the steamy section. 

"Damn baby, this is hot. We should definitely do this, and this, oh and also this. Damn, what is the tittle of this book. We should start reading this and discuss the steamy sections together." He was reading it seriously, making me giggled. 

"Come on Nate, we'll be late. We still need to go and pick up some ice cream for Owen, at the grocery store. He reluctantly got up and put away my kindle. 

We arrived at Alex's just before lunch. Adriana opened the door and gave us hugs, then Owen ran pass through her legs and raised up his hands gesturing me to pick him up.

"Wow Nate, I see that you're not his favorite anymore." Adriana laughed as she let us in the house. Owen was already in my embrace as he gave me his kiss and sighed looking very content in my chest. 

Damn! This kid is going to break girl's hearts when he's bigger.

"Marissa... see that Owen got his way already. Come, let's start our lunch I'm starving. Addie babe, where's the beer? Sorry Marissa, I'm on vacation here, need to fill up my belly beer." He grabbed his beer from his wife, while giving her a little peck in the cheek. 

We were all about to be seated for lunch when the door bell buzzed. "Nate, could you get that for me, I need to get the lasagna out of the oven." Adriana chimed from the kitchen.

Owen let himself out of my embrace as he tugged me, to follow him as he followed Nate curiously to the door. 

That was when a beautiful red haired woman came into the house, and wrapped her hands around Nate's shoulder and gave him a deep kiss. 

"Aubrey! What the..." Nate was about to say something, but get silenced as she pulled him closer to her. 

I was shocked, it was like needles stabbing my chest. Tiny little needles making tiny little stab wounds, my eyes watered instantly. But I couldn't move, I stayed in my place. Until Owen tugged my hand. 

"Marissa! Don't cry, Owen not bad." Then Owen started crying with me. I finally had the strength to move, and picked him up and went back to the kitchen.

I could hear Nate cursing and yelling at the woman. But the needles still making holes on my chest. 

"Marissa? Is everything okay? Owen? Who's at the door?" Adriana asked the questions I could not even began to answer. So I told her what I only know.

"Owen is good, he was crying just because I am. I'm sorry Adriana, maybe we should do this another time yeah? Owen...I'm good. You're not bad okay? I'm just not feeling too happy right now. I'm going to leave you with mommy okay?" He nodded at and gave me a hug. 

Then I went back to the cottage trough the back door, after I excused myself to Alex. I could hear Alex was asking questions to Adriana. I walked away from their house, and decided to start walking to the beach. A lot of questions entered my mind. 

It was not about the kiss. I definitely heard Nate cursing to the other woman. It was about my feelings towards him. It hurts too bad, and I know that he still love me. What would happen to me, when he actually left me for another woman?

I was walking along the coastline, when I heard him calling out my name. I quickly wiped my tears away, as I heard his steps behind me. "Hey baby, why did you leave? I'm with you now, not her. You got to let me explain." 

"It hurts Nate, I know you love me. But it still hurts. I'm afraid what would happen when you actually leave me. I'm too fucking scared too loose you." Then I broke down in his embrace. I was sobbing, pouring all of my feelings to him. 

"Marissa, baby...sshh...I'm here, I'm not going anywhere." He kissed the top of my head as I pulled him tighter in my arms, I kept on sobbing on his chest, until I felt him carried me back to my place. 

He took out the key from my hiding spot under the broken pot, and carried me to my bedroom. I kept my hold on him, not letting him go once. My fingers were getting numbed, from gripping his shirt too tightly. 

He gently laid me down and stayed with me. He took of my flats, and took me in his embrace. "You can let go of my shirt now my love. I got you. Let go, I'm not going anywhere. I love you baby." Then I finally let him go, as he kept on holding on to me. I shivered in his embrace, then he pulled the comforter over our bodies. 

He kissed the tip of my nose, as he wiped my tears away. He kept on whispering his loving words in my ear until I drifted off to sleep. It was dark, when I heard a rumbling sound from my stomach. Then I heard him chuckled beside me. 

"Why don't I get some food for us? We haven't eaten since breakfast. Adriana called hours ago. She was going to get Alex to send the lasagna, but I don't want to let you go just yet. So I've been watching you sleep like a pervert, since this afternoon." He smiled, and  rubbed my cheek lovingly.

I finally smiled at him and nodded. So, he left me to go to his brother's while I took his pillow, and inhale his scent and went back to sleep. My eyes were heavy from too much crying. 

He was back minutes later with a hot lasagna and two glass of water. He was treating me with dinner in bed. "Mmm...I could get use to this." I told him with a little smile.

"Eat my little one, then we will talk." He told me sternly as he told me to rest my back on the headboard and put the food tray on my lap. 

I nodded at him, with butterflies in my belly. I think I just fallen deeper in love with him.

"Don't make me spread your legs roughly little one. Keep them open for me, you want this right? Tell me if you want to stop okay?" He asked with his sexy voice, I was nodding my reply.

Marissa was a true Cinderella story, where her mother died and her father remarried and she had two annoying ugly hearted sisters. 

Her father was lost in his work. Never care for her, she was no longer daddy's little girl.

She finally moved out of the house, out of the toxic environment. And leave her dearest dad behind. She had given up on him, as she was no longer someone he hold dear. 

She found her self living small seaside town to find peace and love and her happy ever after. She was a hopeless romantic, who reads to many romance novels.

Nate was mending his broken heart at his brother's beach house. He always love the little sleepy coastal town. 

All until one day he met a suicidal young woman. She constantly bothered his mind, with her sexy images over and over again. 

She was too young for him, she was just barely legal. And she turned out to be a hopeless romantic. He needed to stay away from her. But obviously couldn't, as they constantly wanting each other's company.

Keeley ended up splashing around in the water and tried boogeyboarding with her sons. Violet did it exactly once before giving up because she biffed it and got water up her nose. Aaron, surprisingly, was the best out of everyone at it.
"Wow, Dad! Show me how you did that!" Oliver said excitedly after Aaron managed to ride a wave all the way to shore.
"Honestly, I'm not sure how I did it but I can give it another shot," he replied with a shrug. 
It definitely wasn't a fluke because he managed to do it four more times in a row. After that all three of the boys looked at him with something akin to awe. They begged him to help them go all the way too.
At that point Keeley rejoined her daughter on the sand. She was sipping an alcohol-free pina colada and was back to her book.
"I've only ever seen you read mystery novels," Violet said after a while. "Do you not like romance?"
She nearly snorted. She hadn't touched a romance novel since was she originally eighteen years old. First it was because she didn't have time and then because she was too disappointed in how her own love had turned out.
Even after her love life was flowing smoothly following her remarriage and re-falling in love with Aaron she still couldn't stomach them. They were so unrealistic and gave people unfair hopes. Real love didn't work like it did in novels.
A wry half-smile appeared on her face. "I had my heart broken a long time ago. That kind of turned me off from romance novels and chick flicks forever."
Violet appeared intrigued. Her mother had never talked about any previous boyfriends before. "Who was it?"
Well that was one question she couldn't answer honestly. She wasn't about to ruin her daughter's opinion of her father.
"A boy I met in high school. He had a rough home life and didn't know how to be in a relationship so in the end it didn't work out. I was bitter about it for a long time. That was probably way it took your dad a while to win me over," Keeley said with a touch of irony.
It took him so long to win her over because she wasn't sure she could trust him again. After that it was fear about Lacy Knighton and Alistair Hale that kept her heart closed off even once he was her best friend again. It took the woman getting murdered for Keeley to realize what she should have months before: that she was still hopelessly in love with her husband.
"I had no idea it took Dad time to win your heart. You guys are so perfect together I figured it must  have always been that way," Violet said before taking another slurp from her straw.
Keeley shook her head, feeling a bit sheepish.
"No, it took us a while. I met him during the last half of my senior year of high school and wasn't open to love at all because of what happened before. We were apart for five and a half years before meeting up again. Even then he still had to work pretty hard to convince me to give him a chance."
Violet laughed. "Someone should make a romance novel out of your love story. I bet people would eat it up."
Ah, if only she knew. There was already a telenovela about it. But nobody knew that except for her. It was a secret she managed to keep from Aaron somehow after all these years. She didn't see the point in bringing it up and hurting his feelings unnecessarily.
"People do tend to like a persistent male lead, don't they?" Keeley asked lightly. "Your father is probably the most patient person I've ever met. He wanted only me and did everything imaginable to make that happen."
"I wish someone would love me that much." Her daughter sighed dreamily before continuing. 
"The book I'm reading is kind of like that too. The characters were apart for more than ten years because she accidentally gave him the wrong phone number. It was one digit off. But he never stopped loving her and ended up finding her again as she was engaged to a jerk."
That sounded like a classic romance novel to Keeley. She didn't think Violet was sentimental enough to enjoy that sort of thing though. She was normally so studious.
When she was younger she read a lot of historical fiction and fantasy novels. This romance novel phase was definitely a more recent development. Well, she was at a very romantic age.
Keeley had to wonder though. Violet said she wanted someone to love her as much as Aaron loved Keeley. Did she not realize Noah's feelings?
It was fairly obvious to both the Hale and Singleton parents that Noah's childish obsession with Violet as a playmate had evolved into an actual crush as he got older. The type of love she was talking about what mushy, sentimental, and supportive. A best friend relationship.
Aside from the mushiness…didn't she already have that with Noah? The boy went to every recital or concert she ever had and always showed up with flowers. How had she not realized her best friend liked her?
"Vi, I don't mean to pry into your business…but do you like Noah?" Keeley asked gently. 
The shock on her daughter's face was genuine. "Are you crazy?! Liking Noah is basically the same thing as liking Kaleb!"
Ah, the poor kid. He was going to get his hopes crushed. Keeley and Jennica had talked about it before. It was completely obvious he liked Violet as more than a friend.
For his sake, she hoped it passed soon and he was able to find someone who liked him back but at the same time…what would happen to her innocent 'I only need one person' daughter when Noah eventually fell in love with someone else?
"He's my best friend," Violet continued. "You don't fall in love with your best friend."
She sounded so certain and yet…it was a large part of the reason she was alive right now. Discounting all of the reincarnation stuff that came later, Keeley never would have married Aaron the first time if they hadn't already been best friends.
She couldn't say that now though since she had already told her daughter that it took time for him to win her over. After all this time, keeping her lies straight about who knew what from which lifetime was still confusing.
The only person who know the whole truth, oddly enough, was Aiden. Aaron had told her how he figured it out on his own the day Oliver was born. That had been shocking to say the least
Although he didn't know everything Aaron did because he had been too embarrassed to share how badly he screwed up with the woman he loved. But he was the only other person alive who knew about their double reincarnation.


Keeley, a simple plain Jane, hits the jackpot.  [No, she did not win the lottery!]  At least that's what she thinks when she marries the most eligible bachelor in New York City: Aaron, a wealthy cold-hearted heartthrob and Tycoon. 

She wants to show the world that she deserves her position and bends over  backward to fit into his world.

One beautiful day, Aaron hands her a document asking her to sign.  A divorce paper...

"She's pregnant, and I need to take responsibility."

So I have been writing this Novel for about a Month now and I am quite happy with my progress, But as the quality of new chapters improves the old ones will only look worse in comparison. I have therefore decided to return to my old Chapters to revamp them and improve them. To give more credibility to how my MC gets things done, better scenarios and better reasons, better values and more accurate data. All parts I am revamping and improving. So at the end of my daily chapters if I revamped a Chapter and the changes are major than I'll link it in the Author's Thought.
Now the Future of the Book, as people have noticed the plot is gradually getting deeper and further from our Historical Knowledge, many questions will popup some have also been asked a few examples would be: 
1-If the MC changes WW2 would the Cold War still happen? 
2-Would the MC retain memories of what he has done in previous timelines when he finishes a timeline?
3-Will our MC also go to the Future of our timeline?
4-Will the MC go to timelines foreign to ours like other Wanderers have been when they came to ours?
5-Will the MC be able to take people from the current timeline to the new one?
6-What will eventually happen to the WW2 timeline when the MC leaves?
7-Is there Harem or Romance?
8-Will the Pz.Kpfw V Ausf. X be shown more?

Some of these questions are very direct and yes very good questions. Sadly I cannot Answer all of the questions, these questions will be answered over the next few Story Arcs. I guarantee my readers that.... you can get if I may be so blunt, 'mindfucked' the further the plot goes, this is very true to my readers who know about history. Some answers:

The cold winter breeze flew by as a young man with black slick hair stared at the window with his head laid on his hand that was supported by his elbow. 

His eyes was tired and droopy. He was sleepy. 

But unfortunately, you can't sleep in class. 

With nothing to do as his History Teacher explained the old Chinese Times about warriors and what-not, he gazed through the open field of his school. 

Highschoolers in their P.E. uniforms were playing with soccer kicking around the ball and screaming when their teammate scored a goal. 

His gaze then turned to a girl who was reading a book. Her long crimson hair was tied in braids as she wore big glasses thar made her face look small.

His eyebrows knitted, why would they wear such big glasses? he asked in thought. 

Then, the girl raised her head feeling as though someone was staring at her intensely.

She turned her head to the second floor where the young man with slick black hair was staring at her with a confused look. 

She instantly recognized him. He was Yang Lintan, the son of Yang Baijie. 

She stared at him and then went back to reading. 

Lintan was shocked. 

He knew who the girl was. That was the freshman that gave a speech. She came in this high-class school as a scholarship. 

He wondered, a girl in the age of 16, why does she dress up like a nerd? Aren't they supposed to be dressing up with make-up and those sort of things? 

His face flushed when he remembered her innocent face that stared back at him. 

With those big glasses, he knew she wasn't some ordinary girl. Basing on how she got here, she was most certainly smart. Probably going to beat the top 1. 

But she was a freshman. She was already in the top 1. 

Yang Lintan was a second year. 

It was impossible for them to meet again. In school, when you have different classes and grade level, you're like in a different world as that person. 

But little did they know that even when they're in different worlds, they'll collide at some point. But it will always end up hurting each other.

The bell rang. It was lunch time. During Lintan's class, his eyes closed and opened fighting off the urge to sleep. 

But the good thing was, it was lunch time that he could just skip eating and sleep.

Lintan took his bag and headed straight to the third floor where there were many rooms that was surprsingly empty. 

He roamed his eyes and saw this room that was hidden quite well in the corner and in the dark. 

He quickly opened the door and shut it. 

"What are you doing here?" hearing an irrtiated voice, Lintan turned his head to a student that was sitting on the table with her legs crossed as she held on a book placing a finger on the page. 

She raised an eyebrow when he did not answer. 

Lintan's eyes widened. He couldn't believe that the nerd he saw earlier was here too! 

"S-sorry. But I kind of--" he was cut off when the girl clicked her tongue. 

"Doesn't mean you're rich, you get to boss people around. But don't worry. I'll leave. i wouldn't want to disturb you." She said and picked up her bag that was beside her and jumped off the table she was sitting giving one last meaningful glare at Lintan and left him there stunned with a confused face. 

He didn't mean it by that! He was going to say sorry for barging in and was going ti ask if he could stay there! 

But that woman! She just jumped into conclusions! For Pete's sake! They don't even know each other personally! 

He sighed slumping on the desk she sat earlier. 

He didn't know why she acted that way. Was it because she was poor and that he got in the school because he paid in the tuition fee? 

That she wroked hard for the scholarship and that all he had to do to get in was throw money at them? 

He clicked his tongue. He wasn't like that. He studied hard to get in, too. 

But I guess she couldn't see that. 

He sighed ang closed his eyes resting on the floor since the desk was too small. 

He used his backpack as his pillow and slept through lunch. 

With cheeks tinted in red, she covered herself using her palms. She couldn't believe it! 

She was way too mean at him! And that was the heir to Yang Company, too! 

What will she do if he says this to his father which was the CEO to that company?!

"Jing, what are you doing? Is the book not entertaining enough? I can go back to the library and recommend in another one." Ru Mao, Su Jingxie's bestfriend asked as she placed down a romance novel she was reading. 

Su Jingxie shook her head. "No! I was just getting sleepy that's all. I was studying late at night yesterday." She said. Well, it was a half-truth. 

She does an all-nighter everyday. But she doesn't make it past 10. That was her limit. And her bestfriend knew that. 

Looking at her suspiciously, Ru Mao nodded and went back to reading. She then let out a squeal clenching her fist her cheeks reddening. 

"The guy is so sweet!" she said kicking Su Jingxie's chair making her book fall on the ground. 

Jingxie glared at her bestfriend who made a peace sign and continued to read containing her squeals and excitement in the story. 

Jingxie shook her head watching Ru Mao every now and then as she enjoyed the romance novel she was reading. 

Was it really that good? she wondered. She always read historical fictions. They even have small romances in them. 

Bur she didn't want those. But just by lookinf at her bestfriend, she wanted to give romance novels a try. But she would start with what Mao was reading. But unfortunately, she isn't done with the book. 

She continued to read until the bell rang indicating that it was time for their classes.

She kept her book. And with that, she paid attention to classes.

It was in the afternoon. The sun was starting to set. The orange light that reflected from the sun lit up the classroom Yang Lintan slept at. 

His eyelashes fluttered open. His eyes slit when the light reflected in his eyes. 

He turned and felt the cold ground through his skin. 

He rose from the floor and held on his head. His head was spinning but quickly recovered. 

He roamed his eyes and saw an unfamiliar room. 

It was the classroom, he thought when he remembered why he woke up here. 

He stood up peeking through the windows that was covered in the blinders. 

He peeked through and saw the same students playing soccer. 

And saw the same girl reading the same book under the same tree near the open field. 

This room was just up the classroom he was in. 

It was nice. It was nice to have a place he could see the girl reading a book. 

It was peaceful. And he didn't want to go home. Not when the view was something he can only see once in a lifetime.

Unfortunately for Yang Lintan, his first love, was someone that can never love him back. 

After years ang months of chasing her, he had given up. Moving on and moving to another country. 

He stayed there for his future. A bright future in the Yang Company. He was going to be the heir after all. But after rejecting that before to chase the woman of his dreams, he had changed his mind. 

He wanted to be the heir to his father's company. So he studied and moved to America. 

After all that, he came back. And the woman he had chased for welcomed him back. But, another woman waited for his return... his fiancé. 

Su Jingxie. A beautiful woman. Yang Lintan had chased her for years. But of course, being the commoner she is, she had to ignore him.

 Loving the Unlovable! 

A story for these two complete opposites!

I slowly and very very carefully turned the doorknob before pushing it open. I walked in nervously with my head down, afraid of what I might see.

"You can look up now." Said a very seductive voice. 

I jumped at the sound and looked up. That's what struck me. I was faced with a face carved by God himself. It was the kind of face that even the most handsome actor would die to have. 
Symmetrical, sharp jawlines, alluring eyes and even with his dark suit on I could see his toned body. He was a model straight out of a magazine..no like a god of Beauty "Adonis". 
The way he was sitting behind his large desk made him look 100 times more irresistible and sexy. He was definitely way more good-looking in real life. His photos in magazines did not do him justice. His elegance was radiating all the way towards me and his quiff styled hairstyle made him look even more handsome. His perfect lips made me wonder what it would feel like to be kissed by it. I imagined this is what guys from romance novels would look like. Suddenly I was imagining what his body would look like under all those clothes and how his toned body will feel. I smacked myself inwardly before my thoughts got even dirtier. I really should read fewer romance novels, they were definitely corrupting my mind.

"Ahmn.." I cleared my voice before greeting him "Good Afternoon your Highness. Prince Elijah. I'm Hayley." 

"Come sit," he said with his deep husky voice. 

"ah, yes.." I replied as I hurriedly walked towards the chair across him, almost tripping on thin air. 
I inwardly cursed and lectured myself to act more professional but it was close to impossible as I could feel his hot gaze on me. 
Or maybe I was just imagining it...

"You seem a bit sick, miss Hayley Sertori." he said with a wide smile. 

I immediately touched my face to find  it was burning hot and that's when I knew my face must be beet-red. One of the bad traits of having pale face, whenever I feel even the tiniest bit uncomfortable my face would look as if I just finished running a marathon. I quickly made a mental note to donate more blood. 
"Tell me about yourself." He said, keeping his gaze on me. He was burning a hole through me. 

I pulled myself away from my thoughts and gave him my soft smile. I prepared myself to answer his question. I had practiced all night of what I was going to say and I had perfected it from my other 6 interviews. 

"I've always been an organised person. Since my school days I've been an active member of event managements.... " before I could say any more, Price Elijah cut me off.

"Miss Hayley, that is not the answer I'm looking for. I want to know the real you, not someone you created in your head." He said harshly with a hidden hint of tenderness. 

"I..I..um.." I murmured, I searched my whole brain for how I was going to reply to him but it was completely blank. For the first time and that too in my most important interview, I was left wordless. 
Throughout all the interviews and the net, this was the sort of expected answer.

"hehe!" I could have almost missed it but did I just hear him laugh. 
I looked up at his face. He had a look of amusement and I assume he enjoyed seeing my troubled face. He really was quite cruel, no wonder those girls from earlier looked like they had a breakdown. 

"What do you enjoy doing in your free time?" 

"Ah, could you please repeat your question?" I was a little taken aback. I had to make sure I was hearing things correctly, I just couldn't trust myself today with my thoughts moving to all the wrong places. 

"You heard correctly the first time, Miss Hayley. I'm quite interested in knowing you." He said calmly, he didn't look like he was joking so I didn't know what to think of it. This was really getting a bit weird. Was the Prince alright but he didn't look tired nor drunk so why was he asking me such a weird question.  

"Well..in my free time I love to read, watch movies and eat."

"Food is my best friend!.."
I excitedly answer. Genuinely feeling at ease but soon realizing the atmosphere around me.
"You're quite different from other girls, aren't you." He said it as more of a statement than a question. 

"I guess so," I replied, still feeling quite confused. 

"Alright we're done with the interview." He declared. 

"I don't understand…?" 
"Does this mean I don't qualify?"

"You lack the qualities. But I can give you this job under one condition."

"What are the conditions?"

"Become my mistress for a month." Prince Elijah replied confidently with an unreadable expression.
Saying this he added more insult to my injury "I'm offering you $100, 000 for every simple kiss."

"Has anyone told you this, Prince. You're a Devil in Disguise. A big one at that!"

So what! Even if he is the Crown Prince, how dare he talk to me as if I was some kind of a prostitute. 
With these few sentences he spoke, I had lost all my earlier respect for him. Notwithstanding being in close proximity with the insulting devil, I abruptly stood up.  
I turned my back on him to leave and mustered up the sternest voice I could find.

"I may not be rich and powerful like you but I do have something that you've probably never heard of. Dignity and Self - Respect."

"And I also won't be needing this job. Thank you!"

I guess good men can only be found once in a blue moon. 

I shot towards the door and reached out my right hand to grab hold of the doorknob. 

"Wait." 

I dropped my arm and turned to face him. 

"The job is yours." 
This time he was plastered with a satisfied smile and his gaze had turned human. Left side of his lip slightly lifted up, while he remained gazing at me. 

"I just insulted you. Shouldn't you be mad."
Confusion had clouded my mind. 

He laughed a little and gave a little bow.
"Forgive me for my earlier action, Miss Hayley."

"Congratulations. You successfully passed the test."

Robert suddenly came out of the side door, which I assume was where he was secretly listening to our conversation from. 

"But. Why this test?"

Prince Elijah came forth and sincerely replied.

"Because I hate women who disrespect themself."

Once Sam and Liza entered the visitors hall again,  Madam queen lovingly hold Liza's hands and pulled her towards her own side.
Both Emperor and queen were happy to see both of them together. 
"Sam, Princess Liza wants to make a documentary on the historical grounds of our country. I hope you will help her and arrange someone trustworthy to assist her during her stay in our place." Emperor ordered in a commanding voice. 
"It will be a pleasure for me to help her, and for her assistance I will give my personal assistant Sue to princess so that all her needs will be catered properly."
Sue looked towards Sam but Sam ignored him. After that all three of them left the place. 
Sam was still holding Liza's hands and Sue was following both of them. 
After walking for ten to fifteen steps,  suddenly Liza's foot got twisted. 

Sam was quick enough to hold her on time, Sue also leaned forward but the moment he saw Sam holding her up in his arms, he stepped back immediately.
There was a slight smirk on Sam's face but he covered that quickly. 
"Go and get a pair of new sandal for princess"Sam ordered him without looking at him. 

When Sue came back, he saw how happily Sam and Liza were talking, Sue looked towards them and put the sandals in front of Liza. 

"Help princess in wearing those sandals and don't forget to give her a proper foot massage before that." 

Liza looked towards Sam in confusion but he just shrugged it off. 

Sue kneeled down and showed his hands, Liza put her left foot on his hands. The moment his hands touched the ankles of her foot, he felt electrocuted, it was an unexplainable feeling for him. 
Liza felt the warmth of his hands and she couldn't help herself from blushing.
Her sweet smile is of a pure little girl who got a simple touch from her lover. 
After some time, Sam ordered Sue to arrange a dinner date for both of them,  then he guided Liza towards his car but before sliding inside he moved back and call Sue again. 

Make sure to arrange every thing properly and don't forget about condoms, I want to enjoy full night with her. 

Then he moved back and sit inside the car. 

Sue was fuming with anger on seeing the shameless behavior of Sam.

Tiya and Ruby were sitting on the couch in the living room.

Mrs.  Aka took her mobile and switched it off and made both the girls to sleep and then she she went back to her own room. 

The moment they both heared the creaking sound of door closing,  Ruby peeked out of the blanket and same was done by Tiya.

Ruby in whispering tone:"When will he come? "
Tiya: "Why will he come today? we were together in the morning, I don't think he will come now. "

Exactly at that same time, there was a knock in the window,  Ruby started grinning while looking towards Tiya whose face was now blushing red. 

"Aah I think I need to go for a walk in the terrace to show some stars to my baby." Ruby said while teasing Tiya. 

"Sshhh no need to go anywhere. Let me check who is there" as she was sure that Sam needs to deal with an important matter tonight so he will not come,  then why he suddenly come.
When she got out of the bed and opened the window, she was shocked to see Sue standing in the balcony. 
Ruby took her cashmere shawl and opened the window for him
"What happened?  Why are you here so late in the night? " Tiya asked
Sue: "Prince Sam ordered me to bring you to the villa."
Tiya was surprised to hear that but still she knows that Sue is a trustworthy person, so she decided to follow him. 
They both quietly sit inside the car and moved towards the royal estate.
On their way Sue stopped the car and told Tiya that he has concern for her and that's why he wants to show how Sam is betraying her. 
Tiya thought about something but then she said, "OK take me to the place where they are right now."

At the age of 5 they promise to be each others friends for rest of their lives but at the age of 18 they ditched their promise and roll onto each other. To know What happened to their friendship or to their promise just read Friends or lovers

Tiya turned around and was about to leave when Sam suddenly hold her hand pulled her close to him and kissed her. 

Tiya's eyes were wide open, her mind was not able to process what was happening, before she could think about anything she felt short of breath, Sam released her as she gasped some air. 

Tiya was about to say something but was only able to say, "WHAT" 
when Sam hugged her again and very passionately placed his lips on her lips for another sweet kiss.  ? 

Tiya was shocked as she thought Sam was not in his true state of mind, so she started pushing him with her full force but her every effort seems to be in vain as the more force she applied to push him away, the more harder he licks her lips. 
Sam seems to be in full swing as he doesn't want to stop ever. 

The next moment he released her, She wanted to say something but again the moment she said, "What" 
Sam placed his palms on her mouth and he blocked her against the wall, he then started kissing on her earlobe then on her neck. 

Tiya thought that Sam was behaving like a possessed person. 

(Right Sweety he is possessed by his own emotions and feelings)

She started struggling but then Sam leaned by towards her ears,  his hands were still covering her lips, he said in a perfectly seductive voice, "I have waited for fifteen years for this moment, for fifteen years I have been keeping it inside me but now please don't stop me,  please don't say anything, I love Tiya. Please be with me forever I love you....  I really really love you. "

Hearing those words from Sam,  Tiya was stunned, she was so stupefied by his words that she forget to say anything.

Romance is a very popular genre in Webnovels. The first thing that come to mind when we talk about romance are the CEO novels. Even though we don't want to admit it, they are the mainstream romance stories in the Webnovel website.

Elyon knew that "Romance" is not his strong point. He writes a fantasy story with romance, but he can't tell if the romance will be able to attract female readers. Out of curiosity, he asked some of his fellow authors the question "Why do you read romance stories?"

Here are their answers…

Kyosei: Because I am single. 

Reili: To fill my empty void of a love life.

Minrei: Because romance let you feel what is to be loved, plus it is universal you dont need to learn magic or cultivation in order to read.

Bajj: Due to lack of romance irl.

Murakami: I read because I enjoy the friction and conflict between the FL and ML. The insistence vs resistance is naisu.

Qin: I reads romance only for ideas and info.

VlassisBehrakis: I don't read romance novels.

Elyon then  ̶a̶m̶b̶u̶s̶h̶e̶d̶ asked some readers about their opinion about romance novels.

Yin: I read romance novels because I want that kind of drama to happen to me in real life. But I know it will never happen haha.

A Certain Irresistible Meowlin: I wonder why? And I do read romance novels. Though the chance of me dropping them is also the highest out of all the genres. Every so often I come across a scene that makes me just want to squeal and fangirl.

Elyon decided to dig deeper and asked a few of his senior "romance authors" some questions about their reason for writing romance stories.

The first question is… Why did you choose to write Romance Stories?

Anjeeriku: I'm comfortable writing romance stories compared to other genres. I'm a helpless romantic person and I like novels that can invoke other people's feelings.

Bajj: First of all, I like reading romance story. It was the reason why I read books before and reading other genres comes after. All in all, due to these romance fiction books, I got the opportunity to read more great books with different genre.

MishaK: That's what I read, so write that too.

Zehell2218: Because as reader, I want to read romance novel so when I write, I write romance since my motto is I write what I want to read.

Ikazainudin: The easiest genre. Everyone can relate.

End_of_Era: It wasn't a full on Romance, it was slice of life with romance which I feel was necessary with progression of the characters.

The second question… When you were making your ML and FL, did you imagine yourself as the lead of your story at any given point in time?

Anjeeriku: I would be a liar if I said no. There were instances that I'd put myself in my FL's shoes. Whenever that happens, my writing feels more passionate and truthful that sometimes it was hard to know where my fl starts and where I end. 

Shen Yi, LMD's ML was based on a person I've lost, The One That Got Away so it was sometimes hard not to self-insert whenever there were scenes that need to invoke feelings from readers. 

Bajj: I believe that every character the author was making and breathing life into it, a part of him/her is added to its character. But me imagining of being the ML/FL, never. I'm too pure for that. Kek

MishaK: Yes I did but sometimes. Otherwise you can't infuse emotions in your characters. It is important to understand your characters.

Zehell2218: Yes, I imagine myself as the lead. Of course, I tweak it a bit, such as in age and appearance. But mostly, the characteristics is similar to me.

Ikazainudin: FL and ML character based on what I want to be irl. Yup. I imagine that will be my love story.

End_of_Era: Yes, my leads had some ocassional self insertion.

The third question… If you were to choose some other genre aside from romance, what would you pick?

Anjeeriku: Fantasy. I always look up to those authors who can write fantasy stories/novels well. I believe writing a fantasy novel is harder than writing romance.

Ai~ there's a few more that I won't add to the list because it will create a wall of text. Well anyways, the reason why I read these stories is to get an idea on "WHY" the ladies love to read them.

Let's just say that it's a unique way to see a world in the eye of a lady (if you are a man of course). When done properly, the execution of the story can capture the hearts of anyone, even male readers. I believe that no matter what gender you are, as long as you find the story interesting then it doesn't matter whether you are a guy or a gal no?

Perhaps, when I'm not too busy to write my stories, I'll once again pick a romance novel to read. Hopefully, I will find another hidden gem that will bring unexpected surprises to anyone who are lucky enough to find them.

It's me again, Lemon Grenade. After creating the story Reincarnated into a Shingle Sea Urchin, I realized how fast I did things and how I didn't put much effort into the story. I've spent my time thoughtfully contemplating on how to improve myself this year before I came up with a new story.

I originally promised another story that involved aliens and game elements, but I got extremely lazy during that time and temporarily gave up. But I've been working on others in secret during my silence. This time I came up with one that's unique and something I'm willing to invest more time in compared to my first one which was a prototype.

This time I won't try to speed run things. I'll try to put effort into the storyline and plot. I'll try to personalize characters and put effort into them. Unlike the first time, I have a relatively good path that I plan on following. Yes, I said that for my first novel, but complications rose so I ended it prematurely.

But I won't start releasing chapters for a while. If I do, the pressure will bring up my habit of speed running things. Once I've completed a portion of it that I've deemed satisfactory, I'll start releasing chapters.

PLEASE READ (But please don't be offended with my passionate rant)

I have reasons as to why I chose the main character to be a female.
The first reason is because I feel more enthusiastic when the character I'm imagining is female.

The second reason is because I'm tired of almost all the female Wuxia/Xianxia novels that I manage to find and read. It's very hard (and rare) to find a legit cultivation novel with a female protagonist that cultivates seriously.
Almost all female cultivation novels have a main male character that goes after them. It results in a lot of romance and little cultivation. The same could be said to multiple male characters going after the single female protagonist. It just results in too much comedy and romance, with little cultivation time taken seriously.

Examples would be Genius Doctor: Black Belly Miss and The Demonic King Chases His Wife. Although I've read the first to 300 and the second to 500, which isn't the whole, I stopped because of the romance. Although yes, there was a period of time where they separated, but even then, cultivation wasn't really taken seriously. 
(Correct me if this changes past what I've read. I'm kinda judging, but what I've said is mostly true for what I've read so far. So you can't blame me)

The ones that I can really appreciate are Kumo Desu Ga, Nani Ka? and The Good-For-Nothing Seventh Young Lady.
The first one has almost no romance with the female character and is all about evolving to become stronger in order to survive. 
The second does have multiple males going after her, but she takes cultivation very seriously and puts in effort to cultivate. If not, she's usually doing important business stuff or figuring out problems. She's not even in love with any of the male throughout the entire story, only friendship. It's extremely slow romance as she slowly falls for a guy that only has a soul, but has a personality that I like very much.

You can find plenty of male cultivation novels, and a lot of them are famous. Almost all of them seriously focus on cultivation; pursuing the Dao with not a lot of romance. Even the ones with female leads still do cultivation seriously even if the male protagonist falls in love.

But NO! When it's a female, the cold and dark world of cultivation suddenly becomes all happy and vibrant! It's all about the male guy! Yes, I have seen darkness and coldness in female cultivation novels like the ones above, but definitely not as much as one with a male MC. It's like the whole world has to be nicer just because the MC is a girl!

For male MC's, most of them struggle to the top. They have to work their way to advance by slaughtering enemies and using them as stepping stones in pursuit of the great Dao. They always severely injure themselves while approaching the brink of death just to survive. There's always gore, evil, and darkness that the MC has to traverse through while maintaining their sanity.

But NO! It's different for a female MC! They do struggle, but definitely not as much. Enemies are slaughtered and used as stepping stones, but I've never seen a female have a Dao they want to pursue. Yes they injure themselves, but definitely not as bloody and gory. Life or death situations are way less compared to the latter. Things are seemingly brighter with a female MC.

The best part of it all is that they're buffed with their seemingly harsh past life. Almost all female MC's in cultivation novels have OP medical skills, assassin skills, and military skills from their past life. I've never seen a female MC cult. novel where she was originally born in a cultivation world and has to work her way up. I've seen several male MC novel's like that, but no female.

Yes, I know male MC's are like that too, but not a lot of them actually have the female tropes. A good portion of them are just male MC's who are in high school or college, or just an average worker. They have to learn harsh things and go through mentally insane things. On the other hand, females are granted buffs and don't start this way out when they arrive. (Correct me if there is a female cultivation novel like that)

In conclusion, the males usually have the tough life while the females can just relate to their past life to get things done. Not to mention getting help from the leading male(s) character(s).
 
You really can't sympathize with the female MC's suffering in their past life as they usually do a brief overview of what their other worldly harsh life was like (sometimes male as well). The males usually have to go through hardships throughout the novel which immerses the reader (most of the time).

Well, as a person who believes in gender equality, this is a frustrating problem for me. I just wish there'd be more novels where the female has to suffer hardships physically and mentally like the male trope does without the buffer and external help from their lover. I also just wish the female would pursue the Dao and not crazily fall in love.

I know you're all saying, "But Lemon! Those novels are to catch readers that love romance!"
I know! But do you think all males and females like romance cultivation novels? 
"But these are all romance cultivation novels!"
Where's the action filled, Dao pursuing cultivation novels with female MC's?!
Where's the female MC's that pursue a lonely road of cultivation like the male MC's?!
I bet there's tons of female and male readers wanting more action-packed, little romance female Xianxia/Wuxia novels!

To make matters worse, they make the males personality traits very annoying to other males! Only the Seventh Young Lady has satisfactory male traits including the leading male.

Yes this all sounds sexist, but hear me out. 
I know some like the romance part, but as a person who loves action-filled novels, the romance part isn't all that big for me. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy romance ones as well, but only if the MC is a male and the romance is kept in check and not exaggerated like the female ones. Very rarely will I enjoy a male lead in a female cultivation (Seventh Young Lady).

Yes, I am using past life experience for the female MC, but that's because I'm lazy. I can understand why the others use this buff of their female MC's, but apparently it's easy for the male and not for the female.

I will try to do as little romance as possible in this novel and keep cultivation serious. There will be a little, but I don't know if I'll include a handsome male lead or multiple male leads. It all depends on the direction of this novel.
