"He is joking, right.", whispered a man in the audience to his friend.

"It's a love poem to a princess. There is no other princess than her."

"It's probably just a coincidence."

"Why the trouble to make a poem about a princess when the theme is the moon?"

That's right. After all, in this kind of contest, the theme was not considered absolute. In the case of the Moon, the theme could be moonlight, moon-viewing, even battle under the moon would not be considered weird. But of all the possibilities, Feng Ao Xiu's Number One Fan chose the Moon Princess. From the multiple meanings and message, it was a love poem. Out of all the time possible, he did it when Princess Ming was watching. How could this not be a coincidence!?

"...", the man could only stay silent.

Not just him, currently no one said anything. They did not cheer for the poem. They did not boo him for wooing the princess. After all, this was the first time a participant ever uses a poem to confess his love.

They did not know what to do. Confessing your love to a woman was good, they will surely support him. But, the target of the confession, the Princess of Xiang Lan Nation. Do you think she will accept someone like you?

What they need to do was to wait for Princess Ming's reaction, then they will go along with whatever the Princess said. With her outgoing personality, she will probably say something like 'Big brother poem is the best!' or 'Qiao An thinks this poem is inappropriate!'. The former answer means they will cheer for Feng Ao Xiu's Number One and praise his poem. The latter means they will condemn him for his action.

Kong Ling Jue and Emperor Fu Sheng Jian, the two men who know the real identity of the young man were especially shocked. Is that why you're here? Feng Ao Xiu must have found out that the Princess is here as a special jury, so he participates in the contest to pursue her.

It was a big gamble considering that there were many scholars who knew thousands of poems and could easily detect if the poem was original. However, he was sure that if he used one of the poems that he learned during the last three years, no one would find anything weird.

Feng Ao Xiu shook his head. 'The Moon Princess' was a popular poem, but no one here has ever heard of this poem.

[Is there something wrong with the poem? It's just a love poem for a princess, there is nothing wrong... Wait! What the f*ck!? What have I done!? Princess Ming is here!]

Feng Ao Xiu did not know what to do. He could only stand there in silence waiting for a reply.

The silence continues. After about a minute of no sound, the Princess realized that all the attention was on her. She finally opened her mouth.

"Feng Ao Xiu's Number One Fan, you did your best, but you cannot win with an ugly poem."

Mo Tie Yang suddenly stood up and said, "I declare the winner Master Sun!"

Kong Ling Jue was the one in charge of this match, he should be the one who declares the winner, but he stays silent. Since Feng Ao Xiu real purpose was to flirt with the Princess, then it won't matter who won.

Everybody claps and cheer, but it's obvious that it was not wholehearted. 

Master Sun Huang won, but he doesn't feel happy at all. Feng Ao Xiu's Number One Fan stole all his glory with one poem, for him nothing was more miserable than this moment. Although he won, it feels like he lost. 

Feng Ao Xiu was shocked. 

[It's over!? Just like that! This poem has been declared ugly. I lost!!! Don't you know that this poem is really famous!?]

The Princess occasionally glanced at Feng Ao Xiu. She noticed Feng Ao Xiu stares back at her, their eyes met each other. She quickly turns her head away, "Hmmph!"

Feng Ao Xiu breaks out a cold sweat. 

[What to do!? She's angry! If this keeps up, it won't matter how good I am at the last match, I will definitely lose!]

The little girl controls everything. Whoever she likes will be the winner, no matter how bad you were. If she said you lose, then you will lose no matter how well you perform.

The host said, "Feng Ao Xiu's Number One Fan, It's too bad, but there is no way your ugly poem can compare to Master Sun's legendary poem."

You still dare to call it ugly!? If the real owner knew that you people call his poem ugly. He will definitely kill all of you.

The host continued, "It's time for the last contest! The painting contest!"

"It is simple. Within an hour, the participant could draw anything, it's freestyle! The best painting declared by the juries is the winner! May the best painter win!"

The contest started and the participants started painting. The white canvases gradually changed colours. There were many drawings like a fluffy rabbit, ferocious tiger, lantern festivals, high mountains, and relaxing ponds. It could be said all of them were fairly good.

After half an hour, many contestants finished painting. Although the three scholars gave a solid and constructive criticism, nobody cares about them anymore. Instead, Princess Ming comments became the highlight of this contest.

Fluffy Rabbit.

"This Rabbit is really fluffy. Qiao An wants to play with this rabbit!"

Ferocious Tiger.

"What actually do we do in this club?"

"We actually just read book in this club right Kaichou."

"What is that so boring." Said Sakura who is now sitting on one of the chair and serve herself a cup of tea.

"How about for today assignment we make a poem."

"Yeup a poem. You can write anything in it such as what you think of yourself or what you think of others that kind of thing that suit the theme."
"And what is the theme?" Ask Haruno curious.
"The theme is about friends."
"Friends!?" Shout Sakura surprised.
"What's wrong you didn't have any friends to write about."
Sakura hearing Haiqal word startled a bit and maybe a little bit off furious.
"I don…"
"Eh, what did you just said I can't hear you clearly?" said Haiqal putting his hand on his ear.
"I said I don't have friend to write about!" Shout Sakura.
Everyone in the club startled except for Haiqal.
"Then maybe you can write it…"
"Didn't I say I don't have a friends to talk about!"
"Are you blind or something aren't all of us here your friends already."
"Or you didn't thought about it at all?"
Sakura hearing those word was taken by shocked her eye wide open.
"So there is no excuse for you not to write the poem." Said Haiqal feeling a bit guilty.

"It is set then today you guys will do the poem at home and we will present it tomorrow." Said the chairman.
"So for today let's wrap it u and go home already.
Everyone in the club goes and pack their stuff. Momoka on the other hand still sit on her chair and think what Haiqal just said.
"We are all your friends huh?"
"You just goes and said something that we agree not to aren't you." Mutter Momoka under her breath. She then pack her stuff and go home.
At home Haruno goes to shower. After he had done shower he goes and eat dinner with his families.
"Thanks for the food."
"Heh, Onii-chan today you eat pretty fast aren't ya."
"Well I have something to do that's why."
"Heee, that's pretty unusual."
"Oh talking about unusual today you came home pretty late what happened?" ask Seiji little sister.
"Well, it was because I'm in a club now."
"Is that so." Said his little sister.
With that Haruno goes straight and went to his room.
"Eh? A club?" 
Seiji after entering his room goes and sit down on his chair. He then start writing the poem.
"What is good for me to write?" 
"The theme is about friends huh?"
"I don't have any friends to write about!" Haruno remember back the thing that Sakura was saying this evening.
"Right now I wonder what is she doing?"
"Does she really can write it or not the poem." Wonder Haruno alone.
__The next day__
Haruno take off from school early this morning. The time he arrive at school Sakura had already wait for him
"Good morning Darling!"
"Good morning Sakura."
"Do you have finish the work that Haiqal given?"
"Of course I have finished it."
"The work that 'meanie' gave me doesn't affect me at all!" Said Sakura proud.
"If that so then I can't wait to hear you read your poem." Haiqal reading a novel book just came out of nowhere and interrupt their conversation.
"You! Just from where did you come from?!" Said Sakura surprised.
"Your real character just get out you know miss".
Said Haiqal still reading his novel book.
"Ah, not good!" Said Sakura try to build back her composure.
"Let's go both of you, the lesson are going to start soon." Said Haiqal walking past them.
"Just what is wrong with that guy?" Question Sakura to herself.
"In my opinion he only worried for you." Said Haruno 
"Ha? Just from where did he worried about me."
"He worried that maybe you didn't find any friends in this school. So he make us join the club and become their friends."
" Because that is how me and him become friend." Continue Haruno.
He then remember back the moment he first met with Haiqal.
At that time I'm only 10 years old. I also didn't have friends at that time but he is the first person to talk to me. At that time I thought him as a very cool guy.

"Alright everyone remember to do your homework and take care of your body." Said the teacher leaving the class.
"Haruno, Lets go to our clubroom." Ask Haiqal to Haruno
"Yeah let's go."
"Sakura too let's go." Haruno call out to Sakura. Haiqal shrug a bit when Haruno call out to Sakura
"I'm coming!" Sakura replied.
With that the three of them take off to their clubroom. Arriving ther Haiqal open the door and see only the chairman is here.
"Eh, are you alone Kaichou did you see Kirihaya-san." Ask Haiqal toward the chairman.
"I just came here myself and I didn't see anybody at all before."
Said the chairman while shaking her head.
"Um Haiqal can I ask you something?"
"What is it Haruno."
"You always call her as Kaichou but what is our chairman real name?" Ask Haruno curious.
"Ah, that's right it a shame to call such a cute girl as her with what you called her." Spoke Sakura.
"Ah, now that you mention it I didn't introduce our chairman properly yet aren't I."
"Well then let me introduce myself." Said the Chairman.
"My name Kotoha Ayumi, I'm in the class 2-1 and this club chairman."
"Class 2-1, that's mean you are in the same age as us?" Ask Sakura surprised.
"Yeah, I have been in this club from a year while Haiqal only here for only a half year."
"Eh. That is so unexpected I thought you were younger than us and been wondering how a young girl could have her own club."
"Well a lot of people tell me that actually." Said Ayumi giving a good vibe.
"S-somehow I felt like protecting this girl." Said Sakura unexpectedly
"I know right Kaichou pretty face that make her look younger make us want to protect her." Said Haiqal admiring Ayumi prettiness.
"If you the one who said that kind of thing make it sound pervert." Said Sakura with a disgusting face.
"Oi!" Shout Haiqal.
And then the door slam open making the other surprised.
"I'm sorry I'm late I have something to be take care of." Said Momoka apologizing.
"Really then what is that 'something'." Ask Sakura
"Do I really need to tell you everything about me?" Ask Momoka intimidating  Sakura.
"Huuuh?!"

The clapping sound got the both of them attention. Haiqal who was clapping his hand to get both of their attention speak out.
"Well now that all of the member have arrive should we start our club activities."
"Yes…" Said everyone.
Haruno looking Haiqal just smile at him. Haiqal give him a smile back. Then all of the member sit down on their chair.
"So who is going to start first?" Ask Haiqal excited.
Everyone turn away their face except for Ayumi. Haiqal looking at the situation just slam his head on his palm.
"if nobody going to go then I will do." Volunteered Ayumi.
"Well then Kaichou let's hear your Poem."
"Friends is a term of who you spending time with
The time 
where you laugh 
where you cry 
and when you happy
That is all a thing that you do with your friends
Without a friends 
we will only be loner"
"That's it from me." Said Ayumi finishing her poem

When Zhao Liangze said this, his tone was extremely firm. His hands squeezed the steering wheel so hard that blue veins popped out on the back of them.

"Why do you think that?" Gu Nianzhi asked casually, her eyes staying practically glued to the poem as she tried to find something out of the ordinary about it.
Bai Shuang smiled and said, "Look at you, studying it so intently. Don't tell me that it's just a moment of curiosity?"
Only then did Gu Nianzhi look back at her and reply with a smile, "This poem is actually very interesting. But I can't tell you if it's important or not right now."
"Why can't you tell me? Two minds are better than one. If you tell me, we will analyze it together," Bai Shuang suggested with a smile. "Three amateurs working together are smarter than one genius!"
Gu Nianzhi blinked her exceptionally large eyes and wondered out loud, "Actually, I don't know what is special about it either. Maybe this question is too difficult. I might not be able to find the answer even if I spend a lifetime thinking about it."

Kleon : "You are so Intelligent!"

Me : "You thought I am a fool and a person with no intelligence?"

Kleon : "Not like that."

We were walking together to the Zombire and chatting. But we were walking a bit fast. The map is easy ro understand. Kleon is following the map and I am following her. 

Kleon : "I discovered something last time here. That's this world doesn't floats in air. Everything is on soil. Nothing can floats in the air."

Me : "Oh, more like our human world."

Kleon : "Yeah, Sibachu is the only one who likes to play the most, I think."

Me : "Um..hey. When will we use our sauro?"

Kleon : "We have to face many problems in our journey. So, the sauros will help us."

Me : "How to use them?"

Kleon : "Just follow my lead, okay? I am not a good teacher to teach you."

Me : "You can be one if you try."

Kleon : "I would rather not."

Watch : "First mission accessed! We are now in the Zombire!"

Kleon : "Great! First mission accomplished!"

So, this is Zombire, huh? I can see a Zombie and Vampire's habitation in distance. They are genuine ghosts. The Zombire place is awesome! Very beautiful! 

Me : "Where is the next hint?"

Kleon : "Gotta search for it."

Me : "Hey, you said we have to face problems during our journey! But we didn't face any problem in the path till now!"

Kleon : "Nobody faces problems too soon in the game. Are you praying to get into problems?"

Me : "Only praying so I can use my blue sauro."

Kleon : "Huh...Let's find it. You will search in the East. I will go in the West. Then you will find in the North and I will find in the South."

Me : "Deal."

We got separated and started finding. I went to the East side and she went to the West side.

Me: "Where can it be...where can it be ."

I am paying full attention to find it. But Kleon didn't told me what are we looking for! Seriously ?! 

Confused with no answer, I keep looking for something to might work as a hint. Kanjo gave us a piece of paper with a poem written there as the first hint, if I recall. 

Maybe the second hint will be also a piece of paper with a poem written, I guess? I was finding for a paper with my head bowed down.

I heared a sound so I looked up and - 

Me : "AAHHH!!"

A Vampire suddenly appeared in my vision out of the blue! He scared me! But the Vampire doesn't seon to understand that. 

He is looking at me blankly with no Reaction and no expression at all.

Me: "Umm."

well ... it's awkward. He is not moving or talking either. Frozen at his spot, I break the silence. 

Me : "Hi! Nice meeting you! If you don't mind, may I go?" 

Still no response from him. I guess, I will have to go avoiding him. I do so. I try to forget about him and find the next hint. 

His gaze is falling upon me and It can be realized without looking behind. Not a important thing right now, I keep looking for a piece of paper everywhere in the East side. The whole place is too big that it will take forever to find a piece of paper! 

I started finding in the North side. Right then, Kleon shouts aloud!

Kleon "Alice! I found it! Come back to our starting point!"

Phew! So she finally found it! I go back to our starting point. She was waiting for me there.

Me : "So you found it? What's it this time?"

Kleon : "A poem again."

Kleon holds the paper between us and I take a look at it. The poem is–

"Hunty, Munty died in a yard,
They will survive, forever in my heart."

Well.. It's kind of romantic poem. Isn't it? We exchange glances with each other.

Kleon : "Well? You know the answer?"

Me : "Nope. Let me think. "

I take out the piece of paper from my pocket and read the 4 names of those places again. 1) Zombirce 2) Horseland 3) Soulhunter and t) Love graveyard. 

Which one of them does the poem refer to? I think hard. I try to find logics with the names and the poem. But I couldn't come up with some thing. Who knows how much time we have left?

Kleon : "Idea!"

Me : "Found it? What's it?"

Kleon : "Love graveyard! Maybe."

Me : "How?"

Kloon : "It said Hunty, Munty died in a yard. Love graveyard also includes the world yeard. Love graveyard is a graveyard for lovers, Hunty and Munty were a couple."

Me: "A gay couple?"

Kleon : "No Hunty is a girl and Munty is a boy. Hunty may sounds like a boy is name but it is used as a girl's name here."

Me "Hmm ..."

Kleon: " Maybe they were burried where they died.They were the first couple who died in that graveyard. We respect them and remember them because they were a great inspiration for Zikaboo Vampines. They were a couple so we named the place as Love graveyard. We bury dead bodies of Zikaboo Vampires in the graveyard who are lovers."

Me: Hmm .. So, our next target is love graveyard."

Me : "There are currently 3 dead bodies there. Because a Zikaboo Vampie dies after 10,00,000 years."

Kleon brings her wrist-watch close to her mouth to say the answer to it."

Watch: "Answer is processing.. Answer accessed!" Kleon : "Great! I Let's go to Love grave graveyard!"

Oh boy, I am recently scared to see zikaboo Vampire's dead bodies there! Who knows how horrible it is! We make our way to love graveyard following the map. We didn't talk much during the time. 

After some minutes, we reached there. The place is horrified! There are coffin boxes in middle of the graveyard. The 3 boxes are made of the glass and these has been kept upright. 

I can clearly see the dead bodies from outside! But the most horrible thing is a and all of the dead bodies are NAKED !! There are 2 girl's dead bodies and I am ashamed to look at their naked bodies! 

So I immediately take off my eyes from their dead bodies and look away. I swear I won't look there anymore no matter what!

Kleon : "Are you ashamed and afraid to look at their naked bodies?"

Me: "Yes."

Kleon : "All right. Then you stay here and I will search around to find the next hint. Don't get lost when I am gone!"

Me: "Thanks for understanding, I will be a good girl!"

And I? I am staring away at a tree to avoid accidently looking at their naked bodies. Hope Kleon comes soon with the next hint. I can't stay like this for too long! 

I am praying so Kleon comes back soon. But she came back a bit earlier than my expectation. 

I asked her if she got the next clue. Luckily, she got.

Kleon smiles and starts searching everywhere in

Kleon: "Here is it. We got our next target and you also got your freedom!"

Me: "Yeah! No more time wasting! I will never come to the graveyard again!

Kleon : "No, First, We need to solve the poem."

Me: "Do it from few meters away from the graveyard! You will have to bury my dead body here if I stay a bit more here!"

Kleon : " Alright, Allright. As you wish."

I immediately storm off from the greaveyard and run far away from there. Kleon followed me and we are at a big tree now. She shows me the paper.

The poem is–

" What do you want now?
- I want your soul.
Where will you use it?
- To eat in a love bowl."

Honestly if I say the truth, the poem is weird. I mean, the lines doesn't match good. Whatever, we started to try to solve it. Another place, wait for us!

"Will I be able to save Human world and also find true love with 3 different type of ghosts?"

Many romantic situations happens between you and them.one day,Their love for you have grown so much that, none of them would hesitant to kill the others to win your heart! Then you need to make a choice! You end up choosing Jaker!

"If Ziqian [1]had not left for Qingzhou, this would've been his duty," said Zhang Zhen.
"He's the best poet among us."
Chen Tai's long beard swayed as a cold wind blew into the room. "Brother Jinyan[2] is more fit for the courts than myself."
"Are you accusing me of passing the buck?" Zhang Zhen quickly followed up with a challenge. "Well, I can't wait to hear your poem. I'll be sure to have my ears wide open."
As an argument was about to break out, a student of Zhang Zhen's entered the room. He greeted them with a bow before saying, "Xu Cijiu is here."
'Xu Cijiu? Why is he here? Has he finished copying the sage's quote?' Zhang Zhen nodded. "Bring him in."
The student nodded and left. Zhang Zhen stared across the chessboard at Chen Tai and smiled. "Speaking of which, I recently took in a new student, Xu Cijiu's cousin. He's an incredibly talented poet."
Li Mubai immediately spoke up, "He's also my student."
Chen Tai looked between the two elders—realization dawned on him. "The man who wrote the line, 'Fear not a journey of loneliness, for you are not a stranger to the realm'?"
Li Mubai and Zhang Zhen grinned.
Chen Tai let out a howling laugh as he wagged his finger at the two elders.
"What are you laughing at?"
Chen Tai held back his laughter and mocked, "I'm laughing at the fact that you're both blinded by fame and jealousy. Yang Ziqian's name will live on in the poem but you two should stop daydreaming. Beautiful poems are few and far between. Not every poem will end up in the history books.
"That epic poem probably took up all his talent. And now you expect him to come up with two more masterpieces so your names will be remembered? Has the noble spirit in you been swallowed up by greed?"
Li Mubai and Zhang Zhen were silent.
They knew Chen Tai was right about the scarcity of good poems. The man was not even a scholar, and the creation of the farewell poem could have just been a coincidence.
To pin their hopes of being written into the history books on some low-level constable was a tad ridiculous.
"Youping is right. As a scholar, we should be humble. For our names to be written into history, we should walk the proper path instead of seeking shortcuts. We have strayed from the teachings." The two elders folded their hands and bowed before Chen Tai.
"To have a mistake rectified is the greatest deed," Chen Tai intoned as he nodded.
Moments later, Zhang Zhen's student came back with Xu Qian and Xu Xinnian in tow.
The two brothers greeted the room. "We're here to see the teachers."
Li Mubai and Zhang Zhen exchanged a glance—the arrival of Xu Qian was unexpected but welcomed.
"Sit," Zhang Zhen said.
"Ningyan, you came. Is it because inspiration has struck you again?" Li Mubai probed.
Xu Qian shook his head and said, "I'm here to ask for a favor."
"Go on."
Xu Qian told the two elders about the request but hid the fact that it was part of a revenge plot against the Assistant Minister of Revenue. He did however mention Assistant Minister Zhou could be the mastermind of the missing tax silvers and once the inspections were over, it was highly likely that he would punish the Xu family.
"This…" Li Mubai looked over to Zhang Zhen who was equally as concerned. "The academy doesn't allow outsiders to stay over, it's the rule."
Rules were important to scholars.
Before Xu Qian could argue, Xu Xinnian spoke up, "The crown princess often stays over in the academy too."
Zhang Zhen shook his head. "She's the crown princess."
Xu Xinnian nodded. "So the academy's rule applies to everyone but the Emperor's kin."
'This young man hasn't learned anything about tactfulness.'
The three elders in the room laughed.
Xu Qian withheld his giggle—his brother's tongue was as sharp as ever.
Li Mubai shook his head and said, "Brother Jinyan, I can't wait for your student to enter the fateweaver rank."
'That's a horrifying thought.' Zhang Zhen's lips twitched.
Chen Tai was the only person beaming. He looked at Xu Qian and said, "You are Xu Ningyan?"
"Yes." The man who was undercover as a scholar folded his hands in greeting.
"I hear you're a great poet. How about this? If you can come up with a poem that impresses all three elders in this room, I'll allow the women to seek refuge in the academy and personally safeguard them."
Staying in the academy was one thing but more importantly, the elder was promising their safety.
That was the real reason why the Xu brothers came to the White Deer Academy.
A glimmer of hope appeared on Xu Xinnian's face. He turned to Xu Qian and uttered, "Brother…"
He was elated but also nervous. Writing poetry was not difficult—every scholar could string words into a rhyme or stanza. The difficult part was impressing the elders.
Was it really that difficult?
Yes. Yes, it was.
'Poetry? You're asking me to give you poems for free?' Xu Qian did not immediately agree. Instead, he asked, "Any themes? Or do I get to choose?"
The three elders eyed each other. Zhang Zhen said, "The theme is learning."
'Of course they have something in mind. Else, I could just randomly pick one from my memory,' Xu Qian sighed in his heart.
Despite that, he was relieved as the theme was still within his scope of knowledge.
He was reminded of the text he studied in high school titled, On Learning. However, being an essay, it did not fulfill the criteria.
'Through books, you will find grand houses and graceful ladies!'
The proverb came from a famous poem that survived the centuries.
It was known to be one of the essential readings when it came to the theme, learning.
Just as he was going to present the poem, he suddenly remembered the precarious position the White Deer Academy was in since 200 years ago.
'If I remembered correctly, this poem was written by the emperor during the Song Dynasty. It mainly spoke about the merits and successes that came with studying but the White Deer Academy students have been ostracized by the courts.
'When Cijiu passed his exams, he was worrying about which remote town he would be sent to.
'This poem would be a slap to the face for the academy students…'
The prolonged silence from Xu Qian worried Xu Xinnian. Zhang Zhen and Li Mubai stared expectantly at Xu Qian while Chen Tai sipped his tea, an amused smile on his face.
Then, Xu Qian stirred from his thoughts. He folded his hands and said, "Forgive my dullness. Cijiu, please ready the ink."
Xu Xinnian placed the brush, ink, and paper on the table. He prepared a fresh batch of ink and dipped the brush, staining the bristles black. Pulling his sleeve up, he angled the brush, gesturing for Xu Qian to accept it.
'I better not humiliate myself with my horrible calligraphy skills.' The turmoil in his heart was not shown on his face. Xu Qian struck a pose, looking like a scholar rousing the mountains with his words.
"Cijiu, be my brush."
Xu Xinnian nodded obediently and sat down before the table.
"The candlelight burns from midnight to morn.
"That's when scholars should study the most.
"When young, we neglect studies for fun.
"When old, we regret not learning enough."
Xu Xinnian finished writing and put down the brush. He stared at the neatly-written seven-character quatrain and felt a pang of emotions in his heart.
Silence filled the room. Xu Xinnian could feel the lingering sadness of the poem. The three Confucian elders walked over to the table and stared at the end-product.
They studied the words in silence.
The long-bearded elder in black robes found his eyes prickling with tears.
