"My stomach hurts! My laughing burned too much calories that I'm so hungry now! Give me more soup!" I ordered him. He was quick to obey.

Even though he looked so calm and unaffected by my weird behavior, I could feel his intense stare at me.

"You keep on looking at me like that. Ha! You find me really pretty!"

"I am just looking after you as you might find these plates attractive enough to kiss." he tried to deny.

"Admit it that you find me pretty! I may not possess an hourglass figure but my legs are the best. They are as white as a toilet bowl! Hahaha!" I stood up and raised my skirt up, flashing him my legs from the knees down and 1900s underwear. "Eeew! Why am I doing this? But aren't they fair and shapely? These cotton pantalets are so comfy, maybe I should make this turn into a fashion statement during my time. Hahaha! Pantalets are in. Shorts are out! Look here! Eeek! Don't look! Why are you looking anyway, you pervert!" 

Antoine was obviously shaken. He instantly covered his eyes and shook his head.

"Of all comparison, why to a toilet bowl? Can't you say that they are as fair as snow? Oh...God! Kindly put your skirt down. Please?"

"I can't. In fact I want to strip. Stop me." I begged. "Help!"

"No worries. Nobody else is around."

"Nobody? What do you call yourself, huh? M-A-N! A man! A perverted man! Do you understand? Stop me or I will tell them readers back in my time everything I saw in you! Bwahaha! Everything!"

"Is that a dare?" he asked me with an obvious blush on his cheeks. He removed his hands from his eyes and observed me."I was just called a "pervert" anyway."

"No. Just stop me. OK, I'm sorry for calling you a pervert!"

He held my hands and thankfully, I was able to manage to put my skirt down. "You wouldn't like me stripping, would you? But I know you want to! Hahaha!"

"What? What made you say that?" he said visibly embarrassed. He let my hands go and quickly stepped away from me.

"Maybe I should just dance! Hahaha!"

"That will be a lot better "

I sprinted towards the living room and began swaying my hips and putting my hands in the air. "Let's party!"

"I never knew you can dance like that." He looked so entertained with my grotesque dance moves. 

"Stop watching!"

"You look just fine."

"I hate you! Hahaha!" I said while rolling my hands in front of me. "Woohoo! Join me." 

"I don't know how to dance but I'll give you the beat." He began clapping while moving around me. "You dance so gracefully."

"I wanted to be a ballerina but my father said it is lame. It definitely is not!" I said while tiptoing. "I wanted to play the black swan you know! Hahaha! Can you imagine?"

"You would have looked so wonderful."

I giggled uncontrollably, After some minutes and doing the zumba, I helplessly slumped on the floor. 

"I am so tired. I don't know what else weirdness I will show you. Save me!"

He too, sat on the floor with me. "What must we do?"

"All I can think of is to tie me up. Hahaha! Tie me up like a mummy."

"No. Not that, Bianca." he said while putting his arm around my shoulder. "I won't do that to you."

He thought for a while. Suddenly, he came up with a bright idea. "I know what to do. Wait here." He quickly turned his back and was about to leave when I stopped him.

"Don't leave me."

"Calm down. I'm going to get you something from the package I just got yesterday. Don't move."

He was soon back with a brown box. I thought he would faint with the sight he saw in me.

"What have you done?"

"I have to do this!" I exclaimed while rolling on the floor like a mop. "Oh my Lord! I hate these side effects! No Hahaha! I'm a rolling pin! Roll! Roll! Roll!"

"Bianca." he said while kneeling and stopping me from rolling anymore. 

"Let me go! Hahaha! This is humiliating. Don't touch me! Hahaha! You're tickling me! Embrace me or I will remove my blouse! Good grief! I might as well roll again! I don't want to strip. Eeek! I'm like a drug addict!" I struggled from Antoine's grip, persistent to roll on the floor again. He blocked me from doing so.

"Don't hurt yourself." he said with so much concern. "Here. Open your mouth."

"Is that a drug?" I quickly opened my mouth. "Aaaaaa?"

He put a chocolate ball in my mouth. I munched the tasty treat.

"Yummy! I want some more!" I demanded from him. "More! More! More! Hahaha!"

"Here." he gave me the box filled with imported delicacy. My concentration was now fixed on the delicious chocolate. He carefully fixed my hair, blouse and skirt in place.

"Are you alright now?"

I did not answer him. I just continued nibbling those magical chocolates, nuts and candies inside that miraculous brown box he gave me.

"You almost killed me. Good Lord." he muttered almost inaudibly. He wiped the sweat on his forehead with a handkerchief.

"That was close! Hahaha! Yum! Yum! Yum!" I said while feasting on a macadamia. "Here, have some." I gestured him to take several chocolate almonds from my hand.

"Those are yours."

"Nope. I want you to eat them. They are really tasty. I swear!" 

"No-" He was not able to continue what he was about to say as I just put the almonds in his mouth.

"Hahaha! You look so cute!"

His eyes smiled at me while chewing the sweets I gave him. Then, he carefully assisted me to sit on a nearby chair.

"I'll get you some water."

He proceeded towards the kitchen. I followed and gave him a bear hug from behind.

"Best friend! You remind me so much of my best buddy.!" I said while leaning on him and rubbing my cheek on his back. How I loved doing that to Anthony. I don't know how I got that bad habit but he surely gave me treats whenever I did that. "You are simply the best! I'm glad you are always there to back me up and never take advantage of me! If you are not there, I could have done things that I will regret on afterwards! Thanks a lot! I'm so sorry if I'm trouble! Hahaha!"

He stopped, holding my hands that were on his abdomen. I felt how firm his...eh...eeek...gosh...abs! The temptation to put my palm inside his shirt was indeed so strong that I had to divert my attention on sniffing his back instead.

"Oh man, you smell so nice...ah...pretend that you did not hear that!" I shrieked. "I'm going crazy! Your abs are amazing by the way! You're like a full course meal. Breakfast, lunch dinner and yummy snacks and desserts! Pffft...yaiiks...don't listen to me!" I closed my eyes, biting my tongue so hard like it would bleed. The other cringe-worthy words should not come out of my damned mouth or else I will die of shame.

I loosened my hold a little as he might think I'm taking advantage of him.

"Sorry...oops...well...not sorry! I am not harassing you, OK? You're just so enchanting, that's why! Oh...brrr! Sorry! "Sometimes you make my knees weak! Yaiiks! Argh! Hahaha! My mind is a mess!"

"No need to apologize." I can tell from his voice that he is smiling. 

"I want to die! Why am I saying these? It's just so not me. Too good nobody else is here to hear these. My sincerest apology. I want to jump out of that window, really. Hahaha!" 

"It's alright. Don't be so harsh on yourself."

"Antoine, you are so nice and cool!" I answered quickly. My mouth just won't let me rest even if I already felt like crying. 

He laughed and raised my hands up close to his chest where I could feel his heartbeat.

"Bianca, I must say that you are amusing yet wonderful. No other lady can be at par with you in any books this world ever had." I slowly removed my grip from him.
He turned to face me and then stroked my hair. "Always remember that." 

I held his arm, swinging it a little. "Because of those sweet words, I will cook your favorite pasta as a snack!"

"Creepy pasta?" he inquired.

"No, silly. Hahaha! Real pasta? Uhmm...baked macaroni or spaghetti?"

"It's up to you."

"Let's go!" I pulled his arm, leading him to the kitchen. "I love you, Antoine! I really do! Yaiiks! What did I say? Forget it! But I do...EEEEEKKKKK!"

"What did you just say?" 

"Hahaha!" I responded.

"I won't forget that." he said with a charming smile on his face. He seemed really happy and I love the feeling of making him feel that way.

"Hahaha! You look like a crazy cat!" I pointed at his face.

"Maybe, I am becoming one." 

I came near him and held both of his cheeks. I removed his eyeglasses and stared directly into his eyes, allowing myself to be under his spell.

"Bianca, this is not a good idea..." I held him by the nape and pushed his face towards mine. He attempted to move away but I grabbed his collar, persistent to get a taste of his tempting lips.

He held his breath, struggling a little but soon, I could tell that he let the love potion took over his entire being. He stopped resisting and even embraced me.

"Kiss me." I told him so softly. "It's now or never."

"Yes, Miss Author." He agreed as he stroked my hair away from my face. He gently held my chin and leaned a little closer to me. "If you say so."

I closed my eyes, awaiting the first sweet kiss that every girl dreamed of having from the most ideal man. 

"Hik!" I opened my peepers in a whim. My lips were just millimeters away from his when we got interrupted by a hiccup. Coming back to my "real self", I pushed him away. "Hik! Hik!" 

My head felt like it was twirling that everything in my sight was comparable to s blinding light. He caught me before I lost my balance.

We just sat on the wooden floor for a while. 

"What...what...was...that?"

He just kept quiet and continued fanning me with an abaniko*.

"OMG!" I screamed when everything that I have said and done came flashing like a comedy film to me.

A disastrous ROM-COM!

"Calm down. It is fine now."

"It is not ok! And you never stopped me!"

"I'm so sorry." he was quick to apologize while avoiding my inquisitive stare.

"No. I am sorry." I took the blame as I knew that he was of no fault and was only involved because he did his best to help me. "Did I scare you?"

Both of us fell silent. We were both ashamed of what just happened earlier.

"You almost stole a kiss from me." he teased while stifling a smile from his perfect lips that I almost did snitch a smooch on.

"Eeek! I'm sorry! I'm sorry! I will compensate you for that!"

"No need. I was just trying to cheer you up as you looked so...troubled?"

"I have no money now but back in my time, I have some savings. Take them all! I will also pay you for all the trouble and favors you gave to me!" I insisted even though I had no idea of how to send those to him. "I will also give you my rare and collectible Hello Kitty figurine I bought from Japan. It is worth a lot now. I swear."

"Hello Kitty? What is that?"

"She is a white cat with a ribbon here." I pointed at my left ear. "All the girls like her and I bet you will like her too-"

"I don't want the Hello Kitty. Just keep her." he interrupted me. "May I ask you just one favor?" 

"What favor? Just, don't eat me, OK?"

"Just say "yes" Bianca."

"Alright." I agreed.

"Close your eyes."

"OK." I did as was told.

I felt him kiss my forehead. He stroked my hair and fixed the black ribbon that ties my braided hair. "This is enough. With interest and all."

"Antoine, why did you do that?" I wondered as I slowly opened my eyes to meet his.

He did not answer. His eyes told me what his lips won't tell.

He cares for me so much.

"Hahaha! I feel strange!" I laughed, shifting my gaze somewhere else before being enchanted again. "My headache's gone in an instant! Hik! Hik! Oops!" I covered my mouth with my hand. "Your kiss does wonders. Maybe you should kiss everyone in the hospital!"

"Well, I would have to charge. Hik!" He too, hiccupped.

"I knew it! You were also under the love potion!" I sneered. "Ha!"

"I am not!"

"So, you did sniff that North Pole cockroach leg too?"

"No."

"You're lying!"

"I did not. There was only one in stock..." he slipped, finally admitting that he too was a victim of the love potion yet willingly gave me the last antidote to save me. 

Embarrassed by his inadvertent admission, he made an excuse.

"This day had been exhausting. We should rest." he instructed me before turning his back.

I realized that all this time, he was painfully controlling himself. He really seemed to be disoriented yet he forced himself to go along with my silly antics and assisted me without any complaint even if he too, was fighting the Love Potion's effect.

If he wanted to, he could have taken advantage of our situation yet preferred not to. 

He is indeed, a gentleman.

From that day on, I was able to prove to myself that my masterpiece is truly a gem among the rest.

As I walked beside him, I quickly stole a kiss from his cheek.

"Bianca..." he uttered while holding his cheek with a bewildered expression. "Do you still have the Love Potion within?"

"Shut up!" I silenced him.

"You are such a thief." he mumbled.

Antoine Sta. Maria is almost the perfect gentleman.

He is rich, kind, otherworldly handsome and with an air of mystery.

He is the type of man ladies would be proud to introduce to their parents and marry.

However, he has one big flaw: he is a fictional character. A being that seemingly only exists in Bianca's mind.

Her Obra Maestra.

Her masterpiece.

Bianca's hobby is writing about the paranormal. He is the product of dreams she had at night.

Young girls went crazy over him.

She wrote about him yet she finds him unattractive and weird. Maybe because majority of him was based on her childhood friend Anthony, who has long been gone. 

She did not care about "fiction Antoine" that much.

One day, she was mysteriously trapped inside her fantasy world and found herself face to face with her created character.

Being with him in person, she began
to understand and see that he is a better man than the fictional character she thought him to be.

She realized that Antoine Sta. Maria is a lot more "real" than the fiction book she created about him.

The next morning
Pink Villa
Daniel stayed back overnight to look after Alice if she needed anything. The other went back. His thoughts went back to the scenes from last night. 
The guy holding her gently in his arms, and their about-to-kiss moment. He remembered her face, full of surprise and shock. Daniel's handsome face twitched from pain, anger, and jealousy.

Was she enjoying that moment? Am I not good for her?

His face darkened as he propped up himself on his elbow. His eyes darted to the illuminated face of Alice. The sunlight was beautifully decorated on her petite, little face. He brushed away a strand of hair that was stuck to her forehead. He sighed deeply and closed his eyes.
Next, he felt the entity near him snuggle closer. He opened his eyes and saw Alice had buried her face in his chest. He slowly patted her head. Then, after steadying her, he got down from his bed. He picked up his phone and went to the balcony to make a call.
"Hello?" his voice was hoarse, "Did you find out who it was?"
"Yes Boss", Lin spoke, "He is the Superintendent's brother. He came last night to take him away while you were busy with the Madam.
"Hmm", he nodded over the phone, "Anything else?"
"The guy who broke in last night is just nineteen. He has been ill since he was thirteen, with the addition of the Superintendent's cold ruthlessness and their parents' death." 
"Okay. Arrange a meeting with the Superintendent."
"Sure."
...
"Danny boy", Alice called in a husky voice, which almost sounded seductive, "Where are you?"
Daniel immediately went back inside and saw the little kitty stretching and yawning on the bed. He smiled.
She opened her eyes groggily and stretched her arms, "Hey Big Burrito! Come and hug this little burrito."  
His face twitched and then a faint smile spread on it, "What did you say?"
"Shut up! This little burrito wants a hug from the big burrito."
Daniel chuckled before he climbed the bed and pulled the sleeping bun in his lap. She rested her head on his shoulder and a smile spread across her face while her eyes were closed.
"Mmm", she let out a tiny moan, "Feels good."
Daniel smiled at her words and leaned in to kiss her crown. The floral, cherry-like scent from her hair drifted into his nose and he felt intoxicated.
"You are testing my self-control, aren't you?" he whispered.
"What self-control?" she tilted her head and looked at him with innocent eyes.
He bent over and pecked at her pinkish lips. Alice curled them into a smile.
"Now?" Daniel asked.
Alice shrugged under her duvet. Daniel squinted before he leaned in and planted his lips on hers, without letting them go.
Their moment of passion was interrupted by a certain phone call. Daniel groaned while Alice chuckled and climbed down the bed. She saw Amy was calling and picked it up.
"Hello!"
"Hey, Alice. How are you now? I heard about it last night", Amy's concerned tone flowed out.
"I'm okay. Wassup?"
"Well", Alice sensed her hesitation, "A new job for you."
"Really?" Alice's eyes lit up, "What is it?"
"A shoot for a YoutTube video. It's called 'What's in my bag?'"
"Wow! I heard about it." 
"Cath will be with you. Decide a location amongst yourself, quiet and peaceful."
"Got it."
"Okay, bye!"
She hung up and turned to look at Daniel. He looked sad and angry.
"Hey! Big burrito! What's wrong?"

Ugh...Where am I?

Dizzily looking around I saw pink walls surrounding me with sketches and pictures on the wall next to me.

Is this...Mari's room? 

I went to sit up when pain shot through my stomach.  Looking down I saw blood seeping through what looked like a ripped blue shirt.  I lifted it to see a large cut across my stomach.  In my panicked state, I heard someone walking into the room.  I look up and see Marinette carrying a bucket of water and a few pieces of clothing. 

I don't think she sees that I'm awake yet!

I lay back down and close my eyes, the second I do she begins to whisper to herself.  "Hm...I can use these designs to help with his wounds.  I can always just start them over anyways if I need to..."  She sighs to herself as I hear the tear of fabric.

Marinette's designs...I feel awful!  God, if only I didn't go out tonight and let Ladybug handle it!

No that's not right...we're partners, I shouldn't leave situations up to Ladybug, we're both responsible for the safety of this city...

I kept my eyes closed and kept listening to Marinette, "this one wasn't even my best anyways..."  I began to frown at the way she talked about her work and decided I was going to 'wake up,' until I heard someone else in the room with her.

"Oh Marinette, don't say that!  All of your designs are amazing, just wait you'll start your own clothing line one day!" 

Who's that?

"Tikki shh!  What if Chat Noir wakes up and sees you?! How am I going to explain any of this to him?"  I squinted one eye open the tiniest bit and saw Marinette's back to me as she talked to the other girl in the room.

"You're right Marinette, it's getting late I think I'm going to go to bed, goodnight!"

"Goodnight Tikki, I'll see you in the morning!"  I say Marinette begin to turn around so I shut my squinted eyes completely. 

I could feel her breath on my as she stroked my hair and sighed.  "Please wake up Chat, I need to know you're okay..." I squinted my eyes open the tiniest bit just in time to see her lean over and kiss my forehead.

A second later I shut my eyes tight feeling her pull away from the bed. I laid there motionless only moving my chest to breathe. I waited a while until I saw the lights switch off through my eyelids then flung my eyes open. Through the dark, I could see Marinette struggling to make it back to her bed.

Wait...I'm in her bed! Where's she gonna--?

My question was answered when she sat on a nearby chair and proceeded to curl up into a ball.

You're too good for me princess...

I laid there for an hour at most to make sure she was asleep before sliding off of her bed and walking over to her. The minute I reached her, I saw her turn in her sleep, about to fall off of the chair, so I extended my arms and softly caught her fragile figure. Lifting her up in a bridal carry, I slowly crept over to her bed and laid her down, pulling the covers over her body.

I hope she doesn't wake up, she went to sleep really late.

I looked at her bedside clock and it said '3:00 AM.'

Or should I say really early...

I frowned at the fact that I'm the one that kept her up this late on a school night. As I began to walk away, I heard soft whimpering from behind me. "A-Adrien...I-I'm sorry..." I backtracked and bent down to where she was laying and brushed the hair out of her eyes to see tears trickling over her nose then down the other side of her face.

"I'm sorry princess...You don't deserve me." I got up to walk away before I heard giggling from behind me.

"Oh hello, Kitty...hehehehe~!"

"Pfft--!" I had to cover my mouth from bursting out laughing, I walked back to Mari and crouched down to her ear and whispered, "Hello my purrincess~ I've missed you..." I seductively kissed her forehead and leaned my head on my arms.

I looked at her with the same love in my eyes I once looked at my now disappeared mother with.

Marinette's POV

I woke up the next morning to the sun shining in my eyes, and an October breeze tickling at my nose. I lazily sat up and stretched myself out. Looking around I saw my room a mess, with three of my projects ripped up.

Ch-Chat Noir!!!

I jumped out of bed as fast as I could and turned around to see no one on the other side.

Maybe he moved to the futon...

I speed walked to the other side of my room to almost pass by a note on my desk. I stopped and backtracked to see my name printed on it. Picking it up I saw little kitty paw prints poorly drawn all over the front.

Silly kitty...

I opened the letter and began to read:

To my Princess,
I'm sorry to have worried you last night...honestly I'm really upset that Ladybug would just drop me off like that on your balcony. I still can't figure out why she would do that, risking my identity, but I'm sure she had her reasons. Don't be worried about me, I'll get my cut glued or stitched in secret so no need to be worried like you were last night ;) thank you again...
You really mean a lot to me.

"How can I not be worried!"  I throw the paper into the air and turn away from it flopping onto my bed again.  "She did it so that she could help you without you seeing her identity...I should know!"  I rolled over onto my back as Tikki flew over to me with a worried expression on her face. 

She sat on the edge of my bed-stand, "it's alright Marinette, Chat Noir knows how to take care of himself!  He'll probably come back tonight too!"  I popped up at the realization of what day it was.

"Oh my god, Tikki!"  I began pacing the room, anxiously in thought about what I was going to do.

"What's wrong Marinette, don't you want to talk to him about what happened?"  She flew over to me as I still paced back and forth mumbling to myself.

I turned to her with my hand on my head, "I do, I do!  But tonight...I-I can't!  It's my turn to patrol!"  As Tikki grasped my train of thought she grew silent and her antennas sank. 

I began pacing again, after a while I sat in the corner of my room with a blanket over my head rocking back and forth. 

"Well hello, purrince--  Marinette?"  I stopped rocking and sat there frozen.  "Marinette~?  Are you in here?"  I lifted the blanket the tiniest bit to see Chat jumping up to my loft.

Now's my chance!

I crawled towards the trapdoor that leads to the hallways connected to the bakery.  I silently closed it so I didn't make a loud noise.  When I looked outside, I saw that the sun was falling already. 

Holy moly!  How long did I sleep in?!

I sat down and ate dinner with my parents, then said I was going to see Alya.  When I left I swung into an alleyway and opened my bag to reveal Tikki smiling up at me.  "Saved by the cat I see?"  She wiggled her eyebrows at me and giggled.

"Ha, ha, very funny."  I poked her nose before she flew out of my bag. 

"I'll need the magic words now ma'am!"  She laughed at me as she twisted through the air around me. 

Honestly, I don't know what I'd do without this girl.  She always brings up my spirit in these types of weird situations. 

I looked up at her then confidently said, "TIKKI, SPOTS ON!"  Pink and red lights sparkled and twisted around me as she disappeared into my earrings giving them and my suit the Ladybug aesthetic I'm not so known for. 

Swinging from building to building I spot a certain kitty sitting on the edge of the Eiffel Tower.  I land softly behind him so I can sneak up on him.  "Chat Noir?"  I tap his shoulder and he jumps at my words. 

"Jeez, princess!  How do you keep getting up he-"  He stops after he turns to see that it's my other half. 

"Princess?  That's a new one Chaton~."  I winked at him as I sat down where he was before and patted the metal ground next to me for him to sit.  As he sat down I asked pretending not to know, "why are you out tonight, it's my day to patrol kitty."  I scratched under his chin with my forefinger and he purred. 

"Aha...well uhm...That is--"  He stumbled over his words looking for an excuse. 

Don't worry kitty...I already know.

I inwardly laughed at him, "That's okay, two's better than one, am I right?"  He perked up and blushed as he scratched the back of his neck, laughing awkwardly and staring off to the side. 

We just sat there for a while until I stood up and took my yo-yo out.  "Well kitty it's been nice, but I think it's getting a little late."  I winked at him but before I could leave he grabbed my hand and pulled me down towards him.  I blushed at the sudden lack of space between us, "u-uh Chat?  Wh-what's wrong?" 

I guess he noticed too that our noses were so close they could touch because he pulled away immediately almost falling off of the tower.  I quickly pulled him up and away from the ledge so that he couldn't almost fall again.  "S-sorry Mari-- I-I MEAN M'LADY!  I uhm...I just wanted to ask you..."  I stared at him and waited patiently.  He sighed and softly said, "I uh...wanted to ask if you're going to the school's Halloween dance this year?  I was gonna go as...well, Chat Noir."  I stared at him wide-eyed and jumped on him with no moment's notice.

"Are you crazy Chat!  If you tell people you're going as Chat Noir then they see you as the real Chat Noir, they'll know!  No, nope, no! I won't allow this, not in a million years Chaton!"  I poked him in the chest as I made the point of not doing that to him. 

He stared back at me with flushed cheeks then shook himself out of the paralysis.  "B-but--!"  he thought for a moment then perked up and triumphantly said, "what if I don't tell people that my actual self is going?  OH AND THEN YOU AND I COULD MATCH WITH NO ONE KNOWING WHO WE ARE!!"  He hopped around excitedly as I sighed.

Could we really get away with this?  If we told people our actual selves weren't going but then went as Chat Noir and Ladybug?  But what if we won the contest?  It's highly unlikely now that I think about how many people are probably going to dress the same as us anyways...

I turned to Chat and sighed, "fine kitty...you can go as, well...yourself."  I poked his chest again with a stern look on my face and threatened, "but if I find out you tell anyone about who you really are, we won't be a team anymore."  I poked him one more time with more pressure, making him cower backward and wince from it, "Got it?"

"I understand, I'll see ya there M'lady."  Before I could tell him I wasn't going as Ladybug he took his staff in hand and jumped away.

Luke's P.O.V

The semester was officially over, and I was relieved, but at the same time disappointed. I never got to talk to Chloe that day, which I felt like was going to haunt me the rest of my life. I tried texting her, but there was no response. Even though I wanted to go back to her dorm just in case she was there, I didn't and continued packing the rest of my things and headed home before I was officially kicked out of my dorm. 
My parents were ecstatic that I was home, along with Ruth and Rachel. My family helped me unpack what I needed, and afterwards we went to my favorite restaurant, Longhorn, to celebrate my first semester at the University of Alabama. 
The next couple of days I kept texting Chloe asking if she was okay and wondered if she still wanted to talk to me, but I got no response. I knew this wasn't like her, just like it wasn't like me to not respond to her. I ended up doing the only thing I knew to do: call Marshall.
I paced back and forth in my room as I had one hand shoved into my pocket with the other holding my phone to my ear. 
Soon enough, Marshall picked up and said, "Hello?"
"Hey Marshall, this is Luke," I said and stared out of my bedroom window. "I was wondering if you spoke with Chloe at all for the past couple of days?"
"Yeah. I went to her house the other day to comfort her…Did you hear about that son of a bitch?"
"Who?" I asked and immediately I knew who she was talking about. "Hailee?"
"Yeah! I mean what the hell was wrong with her to do such a horrible thing to Claire! I had my own reasons for disliking Hailee because she kept begging for us to hang out all of the time, but I never would've thought Hailee would sink that low and be the ultimate bitch she turned out to be. After I found out I dropped that bitch faster than I burn calories," Marshall said angrily. 
I was seething just thinking about what Hailee said to me, but to think that Hailee actually said something to Chloe? Despicable. "Hailee actually said something to Chloe?" I asked, refraining from raising my voice. 
"Yeah she basically called her ugly and fat, which are both totally untrue," Marshall said. "I told Chloe that Hailee was just a jealous bitch that didn't deserve her, but as you probably already know Chloe is still pretty distraught about the whole thing. She lost the one person who was supposed to be by her side until the end y'know? That must suck."
I agreed. "I still need to talk to her by the way."
"About your feelings? Yeah, I know you do. Now go over to her house and confess your ass to her."
"Go to her house? I don't even know her address."
"Lucky for you, I do, now I'll send it to you. Now go, Luke. Go tell her how you feel," she said, the urgency clear in her voice. 
"I will," I said and hung up. I looked down to see the Chloe's address and searched it up on Google Maps. It was kind of crazy to think that the girl I liked only lived ten minutes away.
I rushed downstairs, grabbed my keys, and went out of the house. I hopped into my black, GMC truck, started up the engine, and pulled out of the driveway before my parents even knew I was gone.  
Chloe's house turned out to be a small, two-story white house with black shutters and a hedged in yard. It looked like the perfect place to grow up, with a big, beautiful oak tree in the front yard. 
I pulled into the driveway to see that her car was in fact here. I got out of my truck and carefully walked up to her porch and knocked on the door, holding my breath. 
The door opened to reveal someone who I assumed was her mom, even though I had never met her before. She stood to be average height with dark hair, ivory skin, and almond shaped brown eyes. She was pretty, her features somewhat reminding me of Chloe.
"What can I do for you young man?" she asked, her expression puzzled. 
I gave her the best smile I could. "Hello, Mrs. Claire, my name is Luke Armstrong and I came here to see Chloe."
"Oh Luke Armstrong," she smiled, wrinkles forming at the corners of her eyes. "You're the famous wide receiver who went to school with my Chloe."
"I wouldn't say famous," I said, getting a little embarrassed. 
"Oh hush," she laughed, waving it off like it was nothing. "Come on in, Luke," she said, opening the door wider. 
"Thank you," I said and walked into the house.
Mrs. Claire shut the door behind me and walked over to the bottom of the stairs and yelled, "Chloe! There's someone to see you!" She turned to me and said, "You can find her upstairs, first door on the left."
"Thank you," I smiled and slowly headed upstairs. It felt weird to be in Chloe's house, and I hoped that when she found out it was me she didn't think I was a stalker. I was about to knock on Chloe's bedroom door until the door swung open wide.
"Mom I don't want to–" she began, and she immediately stopped and stared at me in horror. 
I had never seen Chloe without makeup before, and it didn't surprise me to see that she was just as beautiful with makeup as she was without. The only difference was that she looked paler than usual. 
"What are you doing here?" she asked, her voice a little shaky.
I wanted to ask her why she hadn't answered my texts, but I decided against it. It wasn't the right moment. I should've known she was going to freak out. "I'm here to talk to you," I said coolly. "We never got to talk that night when we were supposed to. I came to your dorm and Hailee was there and she told me you left to go to the band room."
She narrowed her eyes. "No I wasn't. I was walking back to my dorm to come meet you and then…"
I should've known that Hailee would lie to me. Even after what she had said she still managed to lie to my face. What a bitch. I sighed. "Hailee lied to me."
Chloe's face changed to something somber. "Hasn't she lied to us all?" she asked exasperatedly. 
"Do you want to go somewhere?" I asked, thinking that her house wouldn't be the right place to talk to her. 
"Sure," she smiled slightly. "Can you give me a moment to get dressed?"
I forgot that she was in her cupcake pajamas, which was super cute. I would've brought her with me without a second thought to what she was wearing. "Of course," I smiled, shoving my hands in my pockets. 
A brown tabby cat that looked to be at least eighteen pounds sauntered out of Chloe's room and it looked up at me with its big green-yellow eyes. That had to be Miss Kitty. "Why hello there, Miss Kitty," I said, reaching down to let her sniff my hand. "I'm so glad I finally got to meet you," I cooed. 
The fat cat sniffed me and then started rubbing her face all against my hand. She was insanely cute. 
"Now you be nice to Luke while I get dressed, Miss Kitty," Chloe smiled and shut her door. 
I ended up being completely mesmerized by Chloe's cat. She was adorable, pudgy, and extremely soft. I wanted to take her home with me except that I knew Big Al wouldn't handle it well. 
Chloe came out of her room five minutes later with an oversized Batman shirt on with leggings underneath. She even looked like she put on a little bit of makeup. 
"Did you put makeup on?" I squinted my eyes, cocking my head at her. 
"Yeah because I don't want to be going out scaring everyone around me," she smiled a little, her face turning a light shade of pink. 
"You look fine without makeup," I said as Miss Kitty rubbed up against my legs. "You don't need it."
"Well thanks except clearly I do," she mustered out a laugh. "Now where are we going?"
"I thought about JJ's Coffeehouse. Have you been there before?" I asked, reaching down to scratch behind the cat's ears. 
"I went there with Marshall during Thanksgiving Break. I really liked it there," she answered, scooping up Miss Kitty in her arms. I didn't know how she managed to do that without breaking her back.
"Good because that's where we're going," I smiled. "Are you ready to leave?"
She nodded and planted a light kiss on Miss Kitty's soft head. "I'm ready," she nodded, and we headed downstairs and out of the door. 
It barely took any time before we reached JJ's Coffeehouse, and there were barely any vehicles in the parking lot, which was perfect. We went inside and stood in line, waiting for Miss Linda, a woman who went to my family's church, to take our order. 
"Well isn't that the infamous Luke Armstrong," Miss Linda grinned from ear to ear as soon as she turned around and looked at me. Miss Linda was an older woman with dyed black hair, a pleasantly round face, and kind eyes.
I smiled sheepishly. Miss Linda could be a little much sometimes, but she was an amazing person. "Hey Miss Linda," I said as she walked around the counter. 
"Let me give you a hug," she laughed as she gave me a tight squeeze. "Boy I don't know where you keep getting your muscles from but–"
She was just as embarrassing as my own mom. "Miss Linda," I cleared my throat, glancing over in Chloe's direction, "I would like you to meet, Chloe Claire."
Miss Linda let go of me and smiled at Chloe. "It's a pleasure to meet you, Chloe. Any friend of Luke's is a friend of mine. Do you guys know what to order yet or do you need some time?"
"We know what we want," I answered. "We would like two iced raspberry mochas please."
"Alrighty and don't even worry about the bill. I've got it covered for you both," she smiled. 
"Miss Linda you don't have to–" I started. 
"Oh hush Luke. It's the least I can do for getting us to the National Championships, which you better win by the way," she laughed. 
I smiled. Miss Linda was the best. As she made our drinks, Chloe elbowed me slightly. 
"I can't believe you just assumed that I wanted an iced raspberry mocha," she smiled.
"I guess you're just stuck with it now," I shrugged, grinning. 
She stuck her tongue at me playfully and I laughed. 
Miss Linda gave us our drinks and we thanked her again. 
"I assume you would want to sit in the corner of the room?" I cocked my eyebrow at her.
"How did you know?" she asked with an adorable smile. 
"I know you better than you think," I said and walked over to the table situated in the corner of the room. 
We sat down and took our first drink of our mochas. 
"This is really good–as always," Chloe smiled as she set her drink down. 
I nodded in agreement. It was really good. I think Chloe just converted me to a raspberry mocha drinker. 
"About what I was going to talk to you about earlier before all of the Hailee mess happened…" Chloe said as she looked down at her iced coffee. "It probably sounds ridiculous to say now, but I was just going to tell you that I'm no longer dating Kason," she laughed uneasily. "And I apologize on his behalf on the way he treated you. It wasn't right."
Now was my chance. I could finally admit to her that I liked her. "He only did it because he knew that I liked you," I said nervously, sipping through my straw. I could feel my face flush as our eyes met.
"W-what?" she stammered. 
My first instinct was to laugh it off, but I needed to be serious. My feelings for Chloe were serious. "I like you, Chloe. I always have."
Chloe's eyes widened as her face turned as red as a tomato. "Y-you do?"
I nodded. "It's hard to admit, but I've liked you since the fifth grade."
She was silent. 
My heart started pounding furiously in my chest, threatening to burst out as I waited with anticipation to Chloe's response. The suspense was killing me. 
"I like you, too," she said quietly, her face deepening to a scarlet. 
"Y-you do?" I asked with wide eyes. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. She liked me. CHLOE CLAIRE LIKED ME!
"Funny enough it all started in fifth grade for me, too," she smiled, bouncing her leg up and down nervously. "Except when I asked Hailee if you liked me she told me that you called me Miss Piggy and said that you could never like someone as fat and ugly as me." 
I could tell just from her saying that it was degrading to her, and it was. That was horrible. "That was why you stopped talking to me all those years ago? Because of a horrible, pathetic lie?"
She nodded, and I could tell she was about to cry. It brought back too much pain for her, and I could sympathize. 
"Hailee's been an evil, conniving bitch the entire time and we didn't even know it," I smiled, my heart skipping a beat. Chloe Claire liked me. 
Chloe sighed and swirled her straw in her iced raspberry mocha. "I just can't believe my best friend…that she…would do something like this to me–to us."
I knew it would take Chloe a long time to get over what happened between her and Hailee, and I didn't want her to think about that any more–at least not at the moment. "You wouldn't believe how heartbroken I was that night of the Halloween frat party to find Kason's arm around you. I was going to tell you that I liked you that night."
Chloe smiled uneasily. "I was actually going to tell you that I liked you that night too, but when I saw Jess kiss you I panicked. Kason approached me afterwards and I only said yes because I thought you were with her."
"But I wasn't," I laughed a little. "Jess was a little crazy at the time. She thought if she kissed me in front of Kason then it would somehow get him to like her more."
"Oh, so that was what it was all about?" she smiled slightly. "She liked Kason this entire time? At first I thought it was the other way around."
I shrugged. "Apparently not."
"Well now everything makes sense, including why Kason came to monitor us that night we worked the concession stands."
"I guess he thought that I was going to 'meddle with your brain,'" I smiled, remembering what he had said.
"You already meddled with my brain many years before that, trust me," she smiled. 
It was weird how everything fell into place. My mind was at peace and my heart soared. There was only one thing missing. 
"I'm only going to ask you this once, Chloe, so I want you to listen carefully," I said and cleared my throat, trying to ease my nerves. "I only say this because I think it's about damn time and I don't care what anyone else thinks. Chloe, will you be my girlfriend?"
Chloe pauses, but soon a rapturous smile formed on her downturned lips. "Of course," she said, and I knew this was only the beginning to something more.

Kylie looked Ethan in the eye and said, "Whatever gave you the idea that I actually cared about you? I don't, and I never did. I was inexperienced in bed, and I used you as a teacher, but I no longer need you." She wanted to hurt him, but deep inside, she's also troubling. 
Ethan met Kylie's eyes and said, "That isn't true, and you know it. You think that I wasn't loyal to you, and so you are attempting to build a wall between the two of us, but it won't hold up – and you know it. I know that you love me too. I know that I own your body and soul, honey!"
Ethan stepped forward and, as he approached her, she melted in his arms and began to cry. She realizes that all of Ethan's words were right. She misses him so much. A few days that they've parted from each other seems like a few years were gone. Ethan picks her up and walks towards his bedroom. 
The last room was Ethan's bedroom, and the door was open. They went into the room together and sat, side by side, on the edge of his bed.

I am still waiting for you to explain what you were doing with another woman in Hamorna! Ethan, don't try to persuade me because it won't work. I have already given you a warning, dare to go against me, and you'll be sorry,"
"I told you that I would tell you everything," Ethan replied, "and I will!" 
"No more stalling then," Kylie snapped with tears in her eyes. "I want to hear your explanation right now! Say it! I bring me here because you want me to hear your side yet you prolong this fucking agony between us,"
Ethan took her hand, smiled meekly, and said, "The woman you saw, she is the boss of Peak Pictures. Her name is Dora Hilton. I told you about her once, in an offhand way, the first time I told you a little bit about what happened to me in Thailand. Before I tell you about Dora, I need to tell you the rest of what happened in Thailand, before I was rescued…"
"When I was younger," Ethan continued, "I thought that there was nothing in this world that could scare me. I was wrong. When they had us boys line up for castration, I was weeping openly and sweating bullets. My legs were shaking and, when it was just about my turn, I begged to be allowed to use the washroom. Because of me, the boy behind me was led to the operating table while I was allowed to use the washroom."
As Ethan told his tale, he began to weep openly, and Kylie held him. She doesn't expect that it will be this hard for him to share what he had been through, "It is okay," she comforted him. "What else could you have been expected to do. I still don't see what this has to do with Dora Hilton, but carry on. It is not good that you've been quietly carrying this weight for so long. Tell me what happened next… I am willing to hear all of that past you have hidden," 
"While I was urinating," Ethan explained, "I heard what sounded to me like a thousand sirens. It was the police, and I knew that we'd been saved. I looked out of the window while I was washing my hands, and I was so happy to know that my suffering had come to an end. When the doctors heard the sirens, though, they were able to escape through a secret passage…" Ethan continues weeping. Kylie doesn't know how to comfort him this time. 
"What happened to the boy on the operating table," Kylie wondered.
Ethan shook his head, but he found that he was unable to speak. It was like all of the years between then and now had slipped away. Lost in his memories, he could hear the boy's screams, and he mourned for him. By telling his past, it seemed like he returned back to that painful experience of his life. No one helped him, and his own family abandoned him. He felt the wound in his heart had opened again as he began to tell his tragic past. Lexilia woke her husband with a gleeful smile plastered on her angelic face.

"Gimme five minutes" Clifford said with a husky voice.

"No more five minutes! Get up and quit being a lazy bone" she retorted.

"Okay, just let me take a bath" he said groggily as he rubbed his drowsy eyes. He's been up all night for he is worried at her for an unknown reason.

He then stood up and walk towards the bathroom like a drunkard.

"Love, I love you" he heard her say even before he could close the bathroom door, and believe me he felt mice racing on his chest.

"Kyaaaaaa~ Love! Let's ride the roller coaster!" Lexilia yelled once they're already at the amusement park. She was pointing to the said ride like a child.

"R-Right! Sorry! I forgot" she said looking at her left but then she looked at him again in just mere seconds with glistening eyes.

"What?" he asked. When she looked at him like that he knew that she'll ask something.

"Just go get that Hello Kitty for me" she said pointing to the place she just looked up to.

Following her pointing fingers, he saw a hello Kitty stall not so far to them.

"But you have like millions of that in our house! And I swear our house looks like a Hello Kitty museum or Hello Kitty shop!" Clifford cried unbelievably.

"I... just wanted some remembrance for the day " She said before sighing deeply "Fine, if you don't want to then lets just go" she said, smiling bitterly though she really wanted the said stuffed toy so badly.

Taking one last glance to the Hello Kitty, she sighs once more before turning her back off it.

"Lets go" he said as he grabbed her wrist and drags her to the opposite way she's been trailing to.

"But Cliff ---"

"Don't you want it or not?" he asked that made her smile.

"I do want it" she said happily and dragged him.

"How much is that kitty cat?" he asked the lady in the stall.

"First of all, it's Hello Kitty, and second Hello Kitty is not a cat ---"

"Whatever"

"And lastly, it's not for sale" the lady said.

"What?! Then why bother display it if it's not for sale?" he retorted.

"Well that's because you need to win it by taking those cans out by throwing balls" she said "And three balls cost a hundred jewels" she continued.

"Okay gimme the three balls" he said.

"Go for it Love! You can do it!" Lexilia cheered for her husband.

When he threw the first two balls, he didn't get luck to succeed. But on his last ball, he aimed for the bottle that made him manage to knock them all.

"Congratulations sir, here is your Hello Kitty" said the lady and handed the stuffed toy to him which he handed to his lovely wife.

"Thank you Love" she said as she hugged the Hello Kitty.

"Just to make you Happy" he said messing her jet black locks while his wife just blush.

"Aww, such a cute couple, say when is the wedding?" the lady asked.

"Actually, we're already married to each other. About five years now" Lexilia said smiling brightly though her eyes looked clouded.

"Oh my… Really?"

"Yep~ Goodbye we should probably go" she said as he dragged the brunette to the Ferris wheel's way.

When they we're already inside at the said ride, it stopped right exactly when they were on top.

"I-I'm scared" Lexilia muttered in fear.

"You wanted to ride this right?" he said "Come here and I'll make you feel safe" he said as pull her into a tight hug. A minute later he heard a faint sob near his chest.

"O-Oh? W-Why are you crying all of a sudden?" he asked rubbing her back.

"Well isn't it w-wonderful? We are here, in this amusement park again, just like the old times. And this was the place where we held our first date" she said.

"The reason why I really love Hello Kitty was because that's the first gift you've ever gave me on our first date. And right here, exactly in this Ferris wheel, we officially became together" she said while sobbing.

Yes, he does remember all of those memories. But what makes him wonder is that why is she telling this to him? Does she really treasure all of it?

"Oh! The Ferris wheel is taking us down again. Let's go home after this. I'm tired" Lexilia said hugging the Hello Kitty tightly.

When they were already at the rest house, they just lie in bed, no one's talking. They were contented to look at the ceiling and lie to each other's side comfortably.

"Cliff..." Lexilia called as she yawn then hugged him and bury her head on his neck.

Prince Ran, Luke, and Frank took her around the town to explore but got separated from them in the crowd. She stopped and looked around her but couldn't find their figures. Su Lan gave up looking and saw a cute accessory on a store window. She didn't know why but had a feeling the accessory was calling her. As Su Lan walked up to the jewelry store that feeling was even stronger.
She stopped right in front of the store and stared at it.

Unsure of whether to go in or not Su Lan stood there for 3 minutes then walked away.

Su Lan (in her mind): Why???!!!!
On the display was a pink charm hello kitty bracelet. As to Su Lan reaction it was because she saw that cat Hello Kitty again.


Ever since she was small everyone would think she liked Hello Kitty probably because of her childish appearance. So whenever, her friends, relatives or family member would give her a gift it would have Hello Kitty on it. Although, Su Lan didn't love or hate it but it got annoying. She really wanted to tell them she didn't like Hello Kitty but, she couldn't say it. If she said something like that it was basically telling them she hated their gifts. All Su Lan could do was smile and thank them for their gifts. In her mind, she wanted to say even Charming Kitty was better than giving her Hello Kitty.
Su Lan who thought she would finally get away from the Hello Kitty curse in this world found out she couldn't.


Ding! Mission alert! Buy charm bracelet or there will be punishment!


Su Lan glared at the screen and walked away.
Ding! System alert! Mission alert!
Su Lan's head had alert sounds that keep going off.
Su Lan grinder her teeth as she turn back and headed into the store.

Su Lan was what people called a hermit. In her life she had no goal and no motivation whatsoever. Her life goal was to live a normal life and favorite pass time was to eat, sleep, and play on her computer. But everything changed when she accidentally pressed an ad of an online game. 

The next thing she knew her life changed. One pit after another waited for her to fall. Until even with her gentle nature she finally flipped out as she declared to fight her way to get her hermit....cough cough...peaceful life back.

Charles continued kissing Gemma until kissing was no longer enough. He lifted her easily into his arms and princess carried her to the bedroom. He placed her on the bed and threw his tie off and hurried with the buttons of his shirt. 
  "Charles—" Gemma began. Before she could finish, Charles pounced on her. 
  "Shh! Every time this week we've attempted this, something has interrupted us. Not this time. Please! I can't take much more of this!" Charles coaxed. 
  "But—" she tried again. 
 He silenced her with a kiss. She felt herself falling back against the soft bedding.  She felt herself melting into him and she moaned, wrapping her arms around his neck.
  But warning bells rang somewhere in the back of her mind. She pushed against his shoulders and turned her head. 
  "No! We shouldn't do this. There's too much uncertainty!" She cried. 
  Charles slowly stopped and pulled away, looking down at her in disbelief. 
  "Do you really want me to stop?" He asked in surprise. How many women would do anything to crawl in bed with him? Gemma refused him. 
  She looked up at him, pitiful. Her eyes betrayed her. She wanted him but her rational brain told her to resist.  Charles sighed heavily in frustration. He could probably convince her with coaxing and seduction but he respected her too much to force her into something she didn't wish to do. Besides, he had his pride! He wanted her to want this as much as he did. Well fine, then! 
  He rolled over beside her on the bed. 
  "Will you at least let me stay the night?" He asked her. He would never admit it, but having her beside him was comfortable and calming. 
  Her soft little hand found his large one. 
  "Yes, you can stay." She said quietly. 
  He grinned at her. 
  "May I use your shower?" He asked. 
  Gemma nodded. 
  A few minutes later Charles yelled for Gemma. 
  "Yes?" She asked poking her head into the door. The sight that greeted her caused her to double over in laughter. 
  There in her tiny bathroom stood the President of the Wen Company, wrapped in a hot pink Hello Kitty bath towel. Charles did not look amused. 
  "I need something to wear, Gemma." His voice held irritation. 
  Gemma tried to stop laughing but every time she looked in his direction, she burst into laughter again. 
  "Gemma!" Charles growled. 
  "I'm sorry! It's just that..." her voice trailed away as she tried to choke back her laughter. She ended up snorting and that caused her to lose her composure all over again. 
  "Woman, if you don't stop laughing, I'll—" Charles made his way toward Gemma when his towel slipped and fell around his ankles. 
  Gemma couldn't hold it back anymore. She was laughing so hard that she held onto the doorframe. 
  Charles strode across the room, grabbed her and tossed her over his shoulder like a potato sack. 
  "Charles!" She shrieked in between bursts of laughter. He tossed her on the bed and crawled on top of her. 
  She smiled up at him, her fingers running through his hair. 
  "I'm sorry!" She giggled. 
  "No you aren't." He said, trying to hide his own smile. 
  "Okay, so no, I'm not. But you have to admit the situation is a bit funny." She coaxed him. He just shook his head, and leaned down to kiss her. All of her laughter faded away as she sighed contentedly. After a few minutes, he pulled away. 
  "What is it? Why did you stop?" Gemma asked in confusion. 
  "Because I'm at the point of no return." His ragged breathing coming between his words. 
  "Don't stop." Gemma whispered. 
  "But you didn't want to—" he began. 
  "That was earlier. Now... I, well, I don't want you to." Gemma admitted, pulling him closer. 
  "Will you regret it later?" He asked seriously. 
  "No. I do love you. I don't want to do this with anyone else." Gemma told him. 
  He regarded her seriously, searching her eyes. He may be known as a harsh and cold man, but he would never force a woman to do what she didn't want. He saw the sincerity reflected in her eyes and was satisfied. 
  "Once you're mine, I won't let you go back." He warned. 
  "I don't want to, Charles. I only want you." She said simply.

Gemma Liu is thick skinned, out going, and most importantly, she knows what she wants. She is the personal assistant for Charles Wen of Wen Technology. He also happens to be what she wants.

Cô cực kì thích con mèo hoạt hình không có miệng này, vui sướng hét lên chạy đến.
"Điềm Tâm thích Hello Kitty lắm à?" Trì Nghiêm nhìn Điềm Tâm với vẻ yêu thương.
"Dạ vâng thưa chú Trì, đây là nhân vật hoạt hình mà cháu thích nhất ạ." Lạc Điềm Tâm cười rực rỡ, nói xong còn duỗi ngón trỏ ra chọc vào mèo bông.
Thấy Điềm Tâm cười vui vẻ như vậy, Trì Nghiêm cất giọng thần bí: "Vậy cháu vào xem đi."
Lạc Điềm Tâm khó hiểu nghiêng đầu, nhưng vẫn nghe lời mở cánh cửa trước mặt ra.
Cánh cửa vừa được đẩy ra, Lạc Điềm Tâm lập tức đứng ngây người.

Trì Nghiêm vuốt đầu Điềm Tâm: "Sắp tới giờ ăn trưa rồi, cháu cứ ở đây nghỉ ngơi một lát đi."
"Vâng." Điềm Tâm đáp bằng giọng ngọt ngào.
Đợi Trì Nghiêm rời đi, Điềm Tâm vui vẻ nhảy nhót trên giường, cẩn thận nhìn ngắm căn phòng, càng nhìn càng thích.
…
Chớp mắt đã đến trưa, Trì Nghiêm tới gọi Điềm Tâm xuống ăn. Cô thưa vâng, sửa soạn lại rồi ra khỏi phòng.
Ai ngờ vừa ra ngoài đã gặp ngay Trì Nguyên Dã cũng vừa ra khỏi phòng.
Thấy Điềm Tâm đi ra từ phòng bên cạnh, cậu cất lời với vẻ chán ghét: "Này, cô đúng là mặt dày thật đấy. Vậy mà lại tùy tiện ở nhà của người khác."
Điềm Tâm trừng mắt với anh: "Tôi cũng bị ép vào thế bị động đón nhận thôi, được chứ? Nếu được lựa chọn thì tôi thà ngủ ở đầu đường chứ cũng không muốn sống chung dưới một mái nhà với cậu đâu!"
"Ồ? Vậy sao?" Trì Nguyên Dã bỗng khoanh tay, khuôn mặt tuấn tú kề đến trước mặt Điềm Tâm, khóe miệng mang theo nụ cười xấu xa như có như không: "Vậy vừa rồi ai đã nhảy rầm rầm trong phòng, phấn khích đến mức suýt nữa nhảy đến sập cả sàn nhà, không phải cô sao?"
Mặt Điềm Tâm tức thì đỏ bừng. Sao… sao… sao… sao… sao… cậu ta lại biết thế?
A a a a, thật là mất mặt chết đi được. Thế nhưng… nhìn thấy cả căn phòng toàn là mèo Hello Kitty, cô lại quá đỗi phấn khích!
"Ai cần cậu lo! Tôi tập thể dục không được sao?" Điềm Tâm phẫn nộ trừng mắt với cậu.
"Với dáng người của cô thì nên cố gắng rèn luyện vào!" Trì Nguyên Dã cười lạnh.
"Cậu…" Điềm Tâm bị cậu chẹn họng.
Trì Nguyên Dã bỗng khẽ cúi người xuống, chống một tay lên tường, nhốt Điềm Tâm trong lòng. Gương mặt ngang tàng đầy vẻ cảnh cáo: "Hừ, con nhóc tiểu học, cô đừng vui mừng quá sớm. Tôi sẽ cho cô biết, vào nhà của tôi chính là khởi đầu cơn ác mộng của cô. Chúng ta sẽ từ từ tính sổ, cứ chờ xem."
