Vladimir gave it some thought then explained, "That is a good question… In short, it fights for the freedom, equality, and fairness of stray cats. Its goal is also to free stray cats from being bullied and oppressed so that they can decide on their own destiny!"
"Okay then…" Its answer was acceptable, so Zhang Zian wisely decided not to delve into it. Who knew if he might get an inappropriate answer if he continued on the subject…
Little Celery was used to Zhang Zian conversing with animals, although his partner that day was a blue cat that looked very spirited. She had never seen it in the store before.
As the weather turned warm, Little Celery was not wearing clothes as thick as the ones she wore during the early spring. They were replaced with loose-fitting sportswear that were easy to move in. Her clothes were a half a size bigger than her actual size––after all, children grew up fast and clothes that fit couldn't be worn for long. Her mother was definitely a pragmatist.
In addition, she finally did not need to wear thick hats and scarves, so her iconic pigtails were fully exposed now.
Zhang Zian noticed the direction of her pigtails, then recalled that it was definitely the weekend. Ever since he had taken over the pet shop, he had almost lost the concept of time; however, Little Celery's pigtails were as accurate as ever.
"Little Celery, it's the weekend. Why are you here so early on a weekend? Didn't you want to sleep in?" he asked.
Little Celery looked around and exclaimed, "Wow, there's a lot of people!"
Usually during the early morning, the store was as empty as ever––but wasn't Dog Warrior showing? Many local fans who watched the premiere rushed over early in the morning to find Famous so they could get a photo together; however, the shop was not fully prepared for opening, so they were stopped outside by the staff.
There were so many fans lined up outside, and Famous wasn't willing to make the floor dirty with everyone coming in after the staff had cleaned up the place. If all the fans were to be let in, they would interfere with the business, so Famous went outside the shop and satisfied the fans request for photos out there.
Little Celery only remembered after being asked by Zhang Zian that there was a reason she had stopped by. She quickly said, "I don't have class today, but the hamster in our class is going to give birth soon. My classmates told me to ask you if you could come over to help. Do you have the time?"
Little Celery and her friends had been very serious about raising the hamster; they had formed a feeding plan where daily records were taken by the person on duty each day. Through their care, the hamsters grew well, and several female hamsters had gotten pregnant. Now, despite Zhang Zian's long-term guidance, they had no confidence in handling the childbirth process, so they had Little Celery ask Zhang Zian to come and guide them through the process.
Zhang Zian looked at his schedule, and that day he was as free as usual. If he stayed in the store, he would probably be dragged around by the fans and media then forced to answer their questions, so it was better to just head out for a walk.
What was more, the Zhonghua Road Primary School where Little Celery studied was very close to the shop; it was just minutes away.
"Sure! No problem," Zhang Zian said. "I'll take a trip down with you."
"Thank you, Brother Shop Manager!" Little Celery finally breathed a sigh of relief.
"Little Celery, have you eaten?" asked Zian as he touched his own empty belly.
"I have!"
"Then you can play in the shop for a while. We'll leave after I have breakfast."
"Okay!" Little Celery ran into the store cheerfully.
Vladimir, who had been sitting by the side watching and listening, suddenly said, "Can I come along too? I'm new here in Binhai City, so I need to familiarize myself with the nearby terrain and environment. After all, I've got no right to speak without any investigation."
"Sure." Zhang Zian agreed with what it said. He felt that there was nothing wrong with bringing it along.
Zian bought some steamed buns and soy milk, split them between the staff members, and finished his own portion. He then called Little Celery over and left the shop with her.
"Oh… Is this cat coming along with us?" Little Celery asked. She had taken a few steps forward before she turned around and noticed Vladimir tagging along.
Zhang Zian guessed her concerns. "Well, don't worry. It won't hurt the hamsters."
"That's good then." Little Celery finally rested assured.
The current weather was mild and suitable for walking––possibly the best weather for walking in the whole year. Many couples and families were out and about, taking advantage of the good weather. Even Otakus that never left their house were not able to stop themselves from going out for a walk. If they didn't, they would have been wasting such good weather.
On the way down to the school, Little Celery told Zhang Zian about the small problems they had encountered while raising the hamsters, and the interesting things that happened in school. Vladimir followed behind them and observed the unfamiliar city.
Binhai City and the capital were two cities with very different styles. Even if the scale and population of both cities were not taken into consideration, the obvious differences could be seen from their rhythm of life. Due to the limited amount of pressure they placed on life, the residents in Binhai were accustomed a slow and leisurely pace of life.
Occasionally, there would be one or two stray cats on the side of the road or on the wall, and after seeing Vladimir, they didn't have any special reaction. Whether they were fighting or eating food from people's hands, they were no different than usual. They seemed to treat Vladimir as any other ordinary cat, which was very different from their behavior when they saw Fina.
Vladimir was walking leisurely. It would sometimes mumble something and sometimes nod, but Zhang Zian did not know what was going on in its head.
Zhang Zian casually spoke with Little Celery, and periodically he would look back at it. He thought that after leaving the pet shop, Vladimir would be very eager to look around for the Holy Cat statue, however the reality was much different from his own imagination.
Before it could deal with the Holy Cat statue, it had to be located first. The Holy Cat statue was really elusive, and if it were that easy to find, then Zian would have already found it.
Zian was very curious about how Vladimir planned to find the Holy Cat statue in the first place.
Vladimir felt his gaze and smiled back at him with a meaningful smile. The smile was full of self-confidence and it said, "No hurry! No hurry! In any practical work, all the correct leads must come from the puss and blend with the puss!"
Zhang Zian paused. Fortunately, it didn't say into the… puss.
They arrived at the entrance of Zhonghua Road Primary School, and Zhang Zian didn't bother with the Holy Cat statue for the time being. He followed Little Celery into the campus and towards the hamsters.

so I have basically had a horrible day it went like this got up went to evolve a baneling to have a toxin that makes the flesh melt but it exploded on me and then a broodmother decided I'm going to for no reason command a zergling to attack a ultralisk which caused them to kill each other and it caused a mass panic because I was panicking over treason that wasn't treasonous just brain dead idiot's doing there things.




it was just awful


but the toxin was good so now it's in most banelings and we have evolved ultralisks to have spine crawlers on there back and a hollow pocket inside so there like mobile bases and last but not least the best the greatest the xenomorph queeeeeeeen

As famed and popular as mages were at one point, that spot was slowly taken by the born fighters with the inhuman potential. For many, that line of work was a dream, one that many wanted to partake despite the dangers.
 "First platinum quest to be completed," boys ran around the streets trying to sell issues." Located near the town square, the heart of the capital from where every district could be reached from – small cabinets with papers had opened. The words platinum quest had piqued the interest of many potential buyers. 
 'The fantasy of being the first to accomplish a tier-one quest has been claimed. Not by a top-guild, but one of the lower and lesser-known guilds: Kniq. Details about the exact quest have been kept confidential. An interview with the guild master has given a vague idea of what transpired. The closed border leading to the south has been subjected to an onslaught of monster's activity. The aforementioned guild's involvement in stopping the siege was imperative. For three months, the guild fought day and night to keep our border safe. From tier-10 to tier-3 monsters, they fought tirelessly to save us all.' A summary of what the news had written was read out loud by Undrar. 
 "They also go on to quote us from our interview," Deadeyes pointed out. Sat around a lovely breakfast with newspapers on the table, they read and smiled for it was a great honor to be the headline of today's news. 
 "The fight was long and hard. Though in the end, with the power of teamwork – we survived the assault," – Avon [Sapphire].
 "At times I thought death had had me in its eyesight. Nevertheless, a pull of the trigger later, all my fears fired alongside the bullet," – Deadeyes [Steel].
 "To save others and protect what is precious, tis the job of a hero," – Achilles [Silver].
 "As powerful as we might have been, if it wasn't for a well-established plan of action, we'd had died without a time to refute," – Viola [Silver].
 "Many comrades were lost, but their memories live on in our memories." – Emma[Sapphire].
 "To endure and power through, that was the teaching given by our guild leader," – Emmy[Sapphire].
After the quotes, the article went into further details about the fights. This information was directed mostly towards aspiring adventurers. Having a firm idea of how things were done could be the deciding factor between life and death. At the end, written in a smaller font, no quotes from Kniq's guild leader. Thus, being the first party to accomplish such a feat, their name would be forever etched into history. The reaction from said news had taken the capital by stride. Many were amazed by the details of the fight. The standards to which the protectors had to follow was raised. Many of the top-guilds were gutted by said news, though it remained behind closed doors.
 "They might quote us, but none really know our faces do they," Achilles commented then sipped tea.
 "You're right, it's probably for the better," Undrar agreed. 
A few meters away, stood on the first floor in the hallway, Staxius waited with a bag filled with books. 'I wish I had more time to spend with Xula yesterday,' he sighed, '-I did manage to get the scholar to make me a sword similar to Orenmir, Blood Blade of the Queen. It might take a few days; we'll have to wait and see.' After returning to Pandora last night – the Lymsey sister took refuge and slept in the lab. As silent as a cat, he teleported to Arda where a stern-looking Xula waited. The supposed one-week trip turned into months. A little angry, he got given the silent treatment. Nevertheless, after flattery and compliments, breaking through that adorable, angry side of Xula – they made up with a shared passionate night. Before the sun awoke, Staxius returned for there were things to be settled. 
 "I'm sorry for being such a bad husband, you deserve better," cuddled under a blanket, he whispered with regret in the tone. A vivid piece of memory that carried over to the next day.
 "It's fine," she caressed his hair and face, "-you're working hard for both my and the kingdom's sake. How it hurts to be away from he who stole my heart," a kiss later, "-I don't mind it one bit. Do what must be done, thou shalt always have a home to return. Tis my job as a wife to welcome thee with open arms," a smile followed by the scent of flowers, Xula's generosity knew no bounds. 
 "Living a normal life isn't in our fate," he sighed, "-you're a queen and the heir to the god of death. Excepting normality is a dream, however, I vow to always stand by thy side," their fingers interlocked, face to face, he smiled and she blushed, "-I adore you so much, queen of my heart and soul, I adore you…"
 "Wake up…" the daydream broke by Lizzie's voice. 
 "Oh, sorry about that," the prior night's memories returned to the back of the mind. The love that built between the king and queen transcended what people deemed as normal. Both felt exactly the same way, despite not having time to spend with one another. Each moment allowed was precious – what they had was unconditional love. To love without condition, each wanted the other's happiness and expected nothing in return. Selfless and noble – the bond wasn't tied to the mortal realm either, it reached their soul as well. Not to forget, Staxius was the conduit for Xula, channeling her power and returning her status as Angel wasn't a mere act of kindness. He had done something worth much more than words and actions. In Xula's case, she gave Staxius a new purpose, a new will, and a new mindset. A change that made him into a better person, a change he'd never forget for it was the best thing to ever happen. In that sense, both were saviors to one another, the love story of an angel and the heir to a god.
 "It's fine," Lizzie spoke with a smile, her uniform, one of white and golden color – the one that was previously torn now replaced.
 "Shall we leave?" he offered.
 "After we say good-bye to the others," she smiled, thus their arrival at the hotel's eatery. 
 "Morning everyone," Lizzie spoke with a big smile.
 "Morning Lizzie, morning master," the others returned said greeting.
 "I see the newspaper has our name on it," Staxius pointed to which Avon lent his copy. The chatter continued as if old friends. A few minutes later, Auic descended from her room with a lunchbox. 
 "Sorry I'm late," she said whilst panting, her face covered in sweat.
 "It's fine," Lizzie reassured the fox-lady then took the box.
 "Master…" confused, Auic needed answers.
 "I forgot to say," he cleared his throat and gained the table's attention. "-Starting today, I've decided to embrace my duty as Lizzie's guardian. Change is sure to come; I hope everyone is ready – that platinum quest we accomplished has opened new avenues," the voice soothing and filled with determination.
 "What about the twins then?" Undrar asked, "-from what I found out, they don't have a place to call home any longer," her concern was well-founded. 
 "Good point," he returned her question with a smile, "-Kniq is a big family. Atop being a guild, we're one big unit – the twins might not have a home yet," a quick pause later, "-that is to say that, the change will come. Best be ready, my friends, my comrades, you best be ready – we shall soon enter a new age," Staxius spoke with a leader's vigor.
 "We'll trust you," Achilles replied with a smile, they nodded in agreement. 
 "It's getting rather late, I'll see you all later. If anything comes up, do reach out – I shall be at Pandora, I think," wearing the same clothes as yesterday, the duo entered Void and headed off to school.
 "Something has changed," Deadeyes commented.
 "I think so, yeah," Undrar agreed.
 "Let's not forget that Staxius is still twenty or so," Avon added.
 "Age is just a number," Auic interjected, "-in my opinion, I think master is standing up to his many responsibilities. As he said, change is underway, we all can but wait and see," breakfast continued. 
 "Are you going to come and fetch me later?" Auic asked, her face could barely keep with her smile, one big and large.
 "Yes," he replied kindly, "-I'll try to be as regular as I can. Though, if something comes up, I'll make sure to send a message," he took out the phone, "-Is that alright?" 
 "Sound good," she took out hers and exchanged details. 
 "If I don't respond, contact Auic,"
 "Don't worry," Lizzie pouted, "-it's not like this is the first time I'm doing this."
 "I guess not," he chuckled then patted her head.
 "What are you doing up so early," Adete awoke from her slumber.
 "See for yourself," the car drove forth. An hour later, they arrived, the roads were jammed for the most part. A normal part of life here. 
 "Here we are," he voiced, the car came to a slow stop before the gate. 
 "Check that car out," the students pointed at Void, "-it must be so expensive," they commented. "Whoever that student is, must come from a rich family – I'd not be surprised if they were royalty," the chatter came from a group of students that waited for their comrades to arrive. Judging by their tie, they were in the same grade as Lizzie.
 "I'll see you later," Staxius said to which the door opened.
 "Later," she replied with a joyful smile, "-don't forget to call if anything happens," her head tilted to the right slightly, then pulled out a peace-sign, after which, she walked away.
 'I wonder who she learned that from,' the car sped forth. As opposed to reluctantly enter her classroom, Lizzie arrived with glee on her face. Being cared for by Staxius had done more than he'd thought. 
 'Now it's time to go buy the place where Kniq can finally live in peace. I wonder who should I call, Raulf or Cake,' parked underneath an array of trees lined on the sidewalk, Staxius leaned on the hood and had a cigar. Leaves from the branches fell slowly to the ground, it seemed as if snow, peaceful and idyllic. 
 *Beep,* the phone rang suddenly.
 "Hello?" he asked with no idea to who had called.
 "Good morning Staxius," a feminine voice spoke, "-it's me, Melisa," she voiced.
 "Is something the matter?" 
 "Yes, could you come by the guild as soon as possible, the guild master has requested thy presence." 
 "On my way," the phone hung. 'Must be the reward for all those monsters I have slain.' Rather than driving back, he teleported just shy of the guild, none noticed for it was done in an alley barely large enough to fit Void. 
 'What's this all about,' the car pulled up against the entrance, he stepped out. A crowd of adventurers waited and spoke as if something major had happened. "Pardon me," he called and made his way through the crowd. 
 'What the hell,' stood near the counter, Raulf crossed his arms and had a giant sword embedded into the floor. "None shall come forth till the Guild leader of Kniq has made himself present," he voiced strongly.
 "Have you called?" the voice monotonous and face unimpressed, he walked and stood before Raulf.
 "There you are," from serious, the face changed into one friendly, "-where have you been," they embraced. "We've got many things to discuss," the giant sword lifted as if feather. The man stepped away strongly. Baffled, Staxius stared Diane and Melisa in search of answers. The former shrugged whilst the latter mumbled, 'I don't know.' Obliged to follow, he continued. Behind, the gathering crowd rushed the counter since quests were displayed a few seconds earlier. 'This could not have come at a better time,' Staxius thought. The door opened – Raulf sat with a gentle smile.

The Wielder of Death Magic isn’t a typical fantasy. The heroes don’t summon forth power from heroes of old, here, the characters are the ones who make up the myths and legends for the next generation. Amidst the turmoil, Staxius, he lives on, watching and waiting as the world grows. 

P.S, I’m not that normal of a writer, my advice is to not expect anything going into this world. Forget everything, I personally, don’t care about rules and limitations and what can be considered to be the norm – the characters are given life, the world moves on its own; I’m just a spectator. No plot, nothing planned, all that you read is the product of the characters moving and acting individually. As opposed to me subjecting them with my emotions, the connection is reversed. They are the ones who dictate the story (Believe it or not, that's the way I write) A world, a story, characters, and the foolish author; we all evolve as one. How am I? Well I'm doing fine, that's what we all say right? Actually school just got finished and a lot of things are happening to our world, like the Virus named NCov. Good thing I don't have that.

       I confessed to my crush.
First I said "Hey, I liked you" and he says he likes me too. I was so happy because he is so sweet, kind and loyal. But as time goes by I started to feel like I don't love him in a way like I want him to be my boyfriend or it's just my friend who is his ex likes him again. It's okay if my friend still likes him I guess? But problems starts to come again in my life, I failed my exams (actually I'm an Honor Student), my parents started to compare me again to my sisters and different people, I started to act bad again that's why I hated myself more and more, I avoid my crush until the time that I said I want him to be my friend only and he started to act like the way he used to (Silent and Sad inside), I wish I could tell him all my problems but I think telling him about how I feel will make him sad too so... I just hide it. Weeks passed and I started to talk to him again and became like the old days where we are so close and talking like everyday but still he didn't notice my pain every smile, every laugh that I showed to him.

Until the end of the school year came and he talked to me with his friends and says "Umm...Hey, wanna talk about your problems?", I was shocked and wanted to tell him everything but I don't want to tell everyone know about it so I just said "Hmm? I don't have any problems dude, Haha" and I said goodbye while I regret what I did.
He chatted me online and says sorry that he's with his friends and we can't talk alone together, he says he wanted to hug me but when he saw me he frozed, I say it's okay and he promised me that he will hug me when the next school year starts.
I still love him like as a crush but I'm scared he only think of me now as a friend so I just keep it inside, I haven't cut/slit my wrist for months now because I'm trying to avoid any self harm but as I keep the pain inside my attitude changes a lot until I feel nothing anymore. Well my family don't even care about me like they don't talk to me, and if they will it's only because it's needed.
It's okay though because I don't feel sadness anymore because I'm used to it.
I started to stay away from social media and other apps so that I could be more active like doing activities in home but until now all I do is sleep.
I download apps for depression chats but it doesn't work for me. Until I just gave up and just go with the flow in this world, Idk anymore.

Everyday before I sleep my Anxiety came back again.

My crush starts to talk to me again and tell me a lot of happy things and I sometimes blushed secretly (in Chat) But today he came offline again and says to me that he will not be active for days... I miss him.

Hi, Here i'll tell you a story about a girl with depression.

I woke up the next morning in a great mood. Yesterday had been a good day. I had sent the link to Steamstorm and though he did not purchase my Jumpbot, he was a potential customer. Having a potential customer after just two days was great. After sending the link, I went into another two Arena battles and acquitted myself well on both occasions. Another reason for my good mood was the soft announcement the System gave me before I fell asleep yesterday night.
I called up the System and went under the Jobs tab. Right there beside Battlesuit Designer was my second job; Marketer- Trainee. I ignored it for now, went to the Skills tab and saw my new skill; Quick-Thinking Promotion. I smiled and notice that the Mission tab was blinking. I accessed it and saw my reward.
[Mission completed. 5,000 DP awarded to User Tobias Wong. New Mission available]
I was surprised and happily so. Someone must have bought my Jumpbot. I just made my first sale! I jumped up with my arms raised in triumph. Luckily I lived alone or I would had woken someone up with all my screaming. After a few minutes of celebrating and fist-pumping, I calmed down and selected the Mission tab to see my new mission.

Wow! My human went into overdrive, blinking several times to make sure I was seeing this right. A million credits? That's…actually pretty reasonable. The main reason why there were so few Battlesuit designers in the market was due to cost. Modern Battlesuits cost millions to design and build so a million is actually a pretty good estimate of a Grade 0 Battlesuit. My mind went into overdrive and my cybernetics pull up my contacts. I had linked my cybernetics to my mobile phone long ago and accessed it remotely to make the call. I went out to the kitchen with my mobile, set my phone on speaker mode and began making breakfast. My eggs were still boiling when the line was picked up.
"Hello, Jaya here."
"Hey Jaya, Toby here. You remember me?"
"Of course! William hasn't stop bitching since the day his best worker suddenly decide to quit to go straight."
"Ha. As if I'll believe that. How's the old miser anyway?"
"Same old same old. Vehicles still need to be repaired and business has been steady though the money is really in the exotics."
"Oh, sounds like you got something."
"You know how it is; the more exotic the modification, the more it cost to do the job. Interested?"
"You heard about me going straight right?"
"And I'm a vehicle broker running a totally legal service. However if some customers want to install some parts in their vehicles that bend the rules a little, and a new repair company quietly agrees to it, that's something I know nothing about."
"Except for your cut."
"If some kind soul want to give me a little extra on top of my commission for making such an introduction, I would hardly say no. That's totally out of my hands.""
"Ha! I take it we are on a secure line."
"Always. So you want an introduction? As a first timer, I would even give you a discount on my cut."
"Thanks, I'll keep that in mind but I'm calling you about something else. How much do you much about the production license of old Battlesuits?"
"Battlesuits? How old? And what's this about?"
I told him about my new business in designing and building new modified Battlesuits. I didn't tell him about the System or who my father was of course but I told him about using Dive for the designs and my need for someone to handle the licensing agreement.
After I had finished, he replied almost immediately. "You are crazy! You know how much it cost to get the licensing agreement for the Steambot alone? The money…"
"I set aside a million credits for all the licensing."
"Correction; you are not crazy, you're just an eccentric millionaire. I'll get right on it."
"You sure you can do it? It's not really what you usually do right?"
"Hey, you're talking to the best vehicle broker in the SEAL."
"I thought only in Singapore, and maybe in parts of **…"
"You won't find a better man in the whole of the League. Sent me the parts you need and I'll get you the info by today or…I'll give you a further discount on my commission."
Jaya cut off the line and I could only laugh at the shamelessness of the man. He was always good fun and he was right, he was the best vehicle broker in the League. I quickly send him details of the Steambot, X-S Cable Punch, IK Battle-axe, and SH-3 Legs. Putting the broker out of my mind, I turned on the news. It was still on the kaiju off the west coast of America and the news agencies even had a shot of it via sonar-photo. It looked big and the various governments in North America has been putting out news on how prepared they were to meet the coming disaster. A news anchor even said that unofficial sources claimed that there was an offer from the famed mercenary group Demon Cannon Regiment to combat the kaiju if it ever made landfall. As the Regiment was mostly a mech group, their offer was being seriously considered by several of the smaller countries.
I listened to the news before switching off the channel and went onto the net. I turned to Solar Chance or as it is more commonly known, the solar gambling website. It is a site that give gamblers quotes on anything and everything, and true to form there were odds given on the kaiju. There are ever-changing odds on where it would land, how much damage it would create, how many lives would be lost, even one on whether the Earth Satellite Laser needed to be used to kill it. I scanned through the site before putting some credits on where it would make landfall. I threw the dishes into the sink before going up to the roof. It was time to go to work.
By the time I arrived at the workshop, I already got a message from Jaya. I went to the Dive console to access the message and saw that he already got the quotes for the various licensing agreement. He only need my okay to seal the deals. It was shockingly fast. I had expected word from him only in a few days and saw that Jaya also sent me a private message. I quickly accessed it and found out why he was able to get the quotes so quickly.
The rights to the IK Battle-axe was held by a small virtual company that exist solely on the Dive designer platform. Only a minimum payment was required and even that might not be necessary as it was highly doubtful that the company could afford the legal fees to take me to court. Jaya however suggested that I just pay them as the payment was so small it just wasn't worth the risk of going to court.
The rights to the Steambot and the X-S Cable Punch were held by the same company. Called Classic Knight Private Limited, they were delighted by Jaya's enquiry and offered him a twenty year production license agreement on the Steambot for sixty thousand credits. They would throw in the agreement of the Cable Punch for free if I agree to it. Jaya had the impression that someone asking for the production license of the Steambot was a rare occurrence. The situation with the SH-3 Legs was no different.
Held by a company called Clockwork Lovers, the small company was created by enthusiasts of clockwork technology and they holds the rights to several clockwork machinery. According to Jaya, they all but admitted they can't remember when was the last time someone wanted to buy a license agreement from them and a man who call himself the company president got on the line with him to thank him personally. He also wanted to know who the buyer was. Jaya brush him off by saying he needed to consult me before giving out the name. Jaya also wanted to know if I really want to use 'The Fat Tinkerer' as my company name.
I gave a small laugh. Although I thought up the name on a whim, I liked it. I'm fat; tinkering is the first skill I gained through the System; and the name was a subtle tribute to my father. It wasn't a great name, but it was fitting and I was going to keep it. I began looking through all the documents Jaya sent me and was surprised by how low the prices were. After thinking about it, I realized it made sense. There may be a niche market for Steam and Clockwork machines but most of the buyers would be looking for vintage and classic machines. Few buyers would be interested in a brand new modified Steambot. It almost make me pray to the non-existing Gods that the System was not going to give me a new mission to sell the Jumpbot.
"System, you're there?"
[Yes, User Tobias Wong. How may I assist you?]
"I take it you won't be able to tell me if you are going to give me a future mission to sell my Jumpbot?"
[That is correct. As I had said before, the Mad Triple did not want to unduly influence the choices of his descendants, only to help them on their life journey. Thus I am unable to give information on future missions before you unlock them.]
"Thought so."
I typed out a message to Jaya telling him I was happy with the terms given and to complete the agreements. I added that the company name is staying and his commission fee would be transferred to his account once the agreements were signed. I hesitated for a moment before sending out the message. Jaya must have been waiting for my reply as he confirmed my message almost immediately. I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding. Now that the paperwork is done, I'm finally a bonafide Battlesuit Designer. Now for the fun part of the job; Production.

Three days had passed since the day 
Akash killed the barren giant.He woke up at 5 A.m. to the sound of his alarm and quickly went to freshen up,getting ready for his morning run.He wore a blue tracksuit quickly and by the time he was done getting ready the clock had reached 5:30.He kept his yoga mat in a bag and left it at the main gate.He went to the living room and searched the cabinet for the key to the house.He opened the lock and placed the key back from where he took it.
He then went to his sister's room to wake her up so that she could close the door.He said while shaking her,"Hey!...Sis!.Wake up,wake up.Come close the door quick or I'll be late and my spot will be taken.Hey! don't go back to sleeping again.Come close the door."
She opened her eyes drowsily and woke up with a start after being shaken.She reluctantly went to close the door from inside while grumbling that he was at his old game again.He would at first be all pumped up and filled with resolve to change his lifestyle to a healthier one but after experiencing hardship for a day or two will go back to being like a sloth,lying around lazily on the bed, refusing doing any chores, wanting to spend time in leisure.Akash ignored her grumbling and quickly moved past the gate and after watching her close the door properly,he left towards DDA park.
The park was quite close to his home with about 1.5 Km between both of them,just the right distance for a light morning jog.He had started to like jogging in the morning.Breathing fresh air in the morning felt good and it felt particularly nice when the cold breeze caressed the face.He felt like he could concentrate much better than normal in such an environment.The areas he passed by on the route to the park were very different from 2 years ago when he used to go to the park with his cousin.Almost everything had changed except a few familiar places.The shop which used to be a fast food store had changed into a general store.The black coloured dog that barked at everyone from the balcony of a house was no longer there.Akash heaved a sigh when he couldn't find all the sights familiar to him but at least the temple of goddess Durga was still there.Akash held his hands together to pray before continuing his jog towards the park.
It was at 6 that he reached the park.A lot of people had gathered by then and they had started doing yoga.Akash took out his yoga mat and joined the others in doing yoga.
Yoga was the excercise he had decided on in the end after researching various activities as he felt that it led to the best possible all around development of the body that he found necessary to improve health.Yoga was a gem that was perfected by sadhus in ancient India and could be described as a healthy way of life.Yoga could induce the harmony of body,mind and spirit.Yoga can lessen chronic pains like lower back pain, arthritis,headaches and carpal tunnel syndrome.It can also lower blood pressure and reduces insomnia,a cause of concern for the former night owl,Akash.It improves the flexibility of the body,reduces weight,increases muscle strength and tone,improves respiration,energy and vitality,maintains balanced metabolism,boosts immune system,improves athletic performance,cardio and circulatory health and the best of all...it helps in managing stress.
As 2020 had turned into a year of calimities there was no lack of people suffering from stress.After all,it was really difficult to stay calm when the whole world had turned into a disaster zone.Even though monster emergence had dwindled through the days,no one knew of their origin even now.Everyone felt scared at the way they inexplicably appeared in the cities.Their dead bodies were being researched on but no news had been released regarding any research results.Akash already had a feeling that the somewhat mystical appearance of monsters in little amounts was not the end.
Akash started with surya namaskar and then switched to tadasan, chakrasan, ardhmatsyendrasan and halasan.He switched between various asanas until about an hour and a half had passed.By the time he had finished,beads of sweat were flowing from his forehead.He felt great even though he was exhausted.He didn't talk with anyone other than greeting everyone when he came.He wasn't familiar with anyone there and thus as per his usual conventions,he left quickly after finishing his exercise.He went back home jogging and rang the bell.
His elder brother opened the door for him and then left for the kitchen.From the looks of it he had woken up not much earlier.He was named Vivek.He was as much of a night owl as Akash,only difference being that he did it for work instead of a hobby.Vivek had started website development early on as a side job while he continued higher studies.
Akash quickly went towards the kitchen to find out what the breakfast was for that day.He found poha(a dish commonly eaten during breakfast in India) in a bowl.He took his share and went to the room to eat.
He looked for news on the computer for any updates regarding the monsters but he found no updates.
He then spent some time reading spiritual scriptures like Bhagavad Gita and Vedas for self fulfillment.He found that reading these scriptures helped him greatly.He felt like his soul was being cleaned by reading such scriptures.Some quotes which he felt that had a great impact on him were:
"You are what you believe in. You become that which you believe you can become."
"Man is made by his belief. As he believes, so he is."
"It is better to live your own destiny imperfectly than to live an imitation of somebody else's life with perfection."
These quotes motivated him that if he believed,he could change from his lazy lifestyle to a healthy one,that he could be more than a burden on his parents,a liability to society.Even though he had not seen much of the world,novels did display plenty cruel and heartless depictions of reality.He knew that even though reality was not as extreme as depicted in novels,there was still no difference in the way it worked.He knew that with his introverted nature and lack of confidence that if he didn't change he would have difficulty achieving an average quality of life as he was not exceptional at anything.He had already lost hope after failing at changing many times in the past.Hesitation always took grip on him if he tried doing something new and after sometime he was back to square one being his lazy old self.But now he had confidence that he could change...that he would change.
Akash felt both sad and guilty as he felt that if he had warned the school guard instead of hiding quickly like a tortoise in the generator room his life could have been saved.After all,the only reason the guard came to check the school from his post beside the school gate was because the sounds that came when Akash blinded the barren giant.If Akash had taken the slightest risk perhaps nothing would have happened to the guard.
Akash was torn by such feelings of guilt but another quote from gita comforted him.
"The embodied soul is eternal in existence, indestructible, and infinite, only the material body is factually perishable."
When Akash felt worried regarding his future and the safety of his family, he always felt like he was at an impasse.He knew he was still too small to worry about his future and that he would still have the support of his family no matter what, he didn't want anyone to go through difficulties for his sake.He found his path as he learnt from Bhagavad Gita.

He didn't stop reading webnovels completely but still restricted the time he spent doing so.He spent time studying as the expected date for board exams according to conventions was coming closer but he had no idea when they will take place or if they will take place or not.His school was already closed till further notice because of the monster incident.So he decided to study on his own so that he would be ready by the time the exams take place.He went back to sleep at 2p.m. to provide rest to the body, even though it was already considerably stronger compared to the past due to the three stat points.
Akash closed his eyes and slowly drifted to sleep.The dream of himself as a lizard like creature came back after two days.He felt a bit different this time he entered this dream.He felt that his perception regarding what the lizard like creature felt had gotten much stronger compared to before.Previously even though he felt the movements of the lizard like creature,he couldn't actively follow them or understand how it moved properly.But now he felt that he could see how the centre of gravity of the lizard like creature changed throughout its movements and how it exerted force with better clarity.The scene of the dream was different yet the same,as even though he could make sense that the lizard was in a different region from previous regions, there wasn't much difference.This time the lizard like creature was fighting a giant grey coloured wolf pack leader instead of blue like previous one even though the size was the same.Akash could hear the various sound from both the lizard like creature and the weird wolf but strangely he just couldn't understand what they were speaking.It was like watching a movie without sound or subtitles.Even though he felt excited that he could use and learn techniques of using the spear adeptly from the lizard, he also felt frustrated at not being able to find out what they were talking about as he had the feeling that if he could understand their conversation it would have a positive impact on his future life but there was nothing he could do except watching and feeling the shifting force in the muscles of the lizardman, watching as it slayed the pack of wolves one by one while dodging attacks of over 30 wolves.Akash was sure by the impacts made by the wolves that if he hid in a car to escape from them, even one of them might be enough to tear both the car and him apart.Akash watched with fascination as the lizard like creature dodged each attack of the wolves as if he was a dancing with them and dealt with all of them without breaking a sweat.The moves of the lizard were clean and crisp without the slightest delay and with a perfect timing as if he was in control throughout the fight.The only problem Akash had after watching the fight was that this time the lizard like creature had also used its tail during the attacks which was not replicable for him.He found out that learning by replicating the spear moves of the lizard was not an option for him as they had different body structures and thus he would have to change the spear techniques into one more suited for him.This pack of wolves did not seem to have a leader as strong as the one present in his previous dream.That wolve had materialised something like a wind blade at its claws, a trait that differentiated it from the other wolves but the pack leader in this dream was not much different compared to normal wolves other than appearing a bit bigger and more ferocious compared to other wolves.As such the fight came to an end very fast as there was a large disparity in strength between the grey wolf pack leader and lizard like creature and the lizard won in a very brief period of time.

Akash lived an introverted life as a homebody but he was still very satisfied.He didn't have any special points or unique qualities but he was still above average in studies.His favourite hobby was reading novels which seemed to have become the activity he spent most of his time on everyday.He thought his lifestyle would continue to be the same in the future but such a lifestyle soon came to an end in December,2020.Everything changed when the invasion happended.Monsters stormed earth and wreaked havoc,ending a third of the total population.The situation was finally turning better with the arrival of the system.It gave humans the ability of counter attacking and shifted the battlefield from our cities to the places from which monsters appeared from.Americans called the system Guardian and thus it came to be called guardian internationally.In this way,the smooth life came to an end and Akash had to adapt to a rapidly changing society and grow stronger to survive and safeguard his family.Fortunately he had something to rely on.

Asher has been attending class, there's been nothing but lectures lately because teachers are complied to give students proper knowledge before practical lessons, although the lectures only serve to remind Asher of what he already knows and they're are only a few occasional interesting facts that he doesn't know
Like for example they're are 4 different form of casting magic and each comes with it's own benefits
1st form: the usual form with chanting and magic formations: benefits: gives you better control of your magic and prevents your spells from being override by other people's magic, drawback: it's takes the longest to cast and requires you to remember the chant in your head
2nd form: having magic preemptively cast on an object (preferably a magic weapon): benefits: it's very fast and easy to cast and cannot be overwritten by others, drawback: the magic imprinted on the item cannot be altered and can damage the user if he/she doesn't have enough magicol to cast the spell
3rd form: using a Grimoire, benefits: magic can't be overwritten, is fast to cast and easy to remember, drawbacks: users can grow dependent on their Grimoires and some  Grimoires have very nasty personalities
4th form: using root magic (more professionally known as sorcery or mysticism), benefits: all of the above, drawbacks: this form has been lost to time, only people who've lived in the mage king's era or people with inmate talent can use it
Asher sits in his seat completely bored out of his mind:

Elise said

"E: no, not really I've been looking through some of the clubs but none of them interests me, also most of them have very restrictive rules, I prefer to have some freedom of choice"
"As: freedom..."
"Si: yeah me too, the subjects some of them study is cool and all but the conditions for joining sucks!"
Sieg exclaimed
"As: hmm...so you want to join a club that basically let's you do whatever you want right?"
"Si: yeah, wouldn't that be nice?"
"As: then why not just build your own club?"
Asher asked as if it was something obvious 
"E&Si:!!!"
Sieg and Elise turned to Asher in surprise

"The meadow was enameled with sodden dew as the Gaillardias rustled gently in the breeze. A narrow pellucid brook flowed calmly adjacently to the Gaillardias while the crusty trout swam swiftly in it. Tall lilac plant swayed flexibly as I ran pass through them, the air felt exuberating as I circled the huge green meadow. This feeling was just liberating and peaceful that I hoped it would be the only thing which would stay with me forever. I was too engrossed in those beauties of the nature that I completely ignored my dad.

My dad looked peaceful sitting on the mat that he laid beneath the large oak tree, Peanut butter sandwich, cookies, cakes and orange juice scattered in front of him, it was an alluring scenario. My dad was totally engrossed in one of his books on organic chemistry that he failed to feel the soft tab on his shoulder. I was envious to the book for grabbing all the attention to itself and not leaving an ounce for me.  I quickly snatched away the book from his grip and put out my tongue and ran around the tree playfully. 

My dad gave a hearty laugh as he pretended to be tried of chasing me; those were the best days of my youth. He faked being in pain as he pretended to hold his chest and breathe deeply as he rested his head on the soft grass and closed his eyes. I was too young to notice his fake acting that at that time I really thought he was hurt. I ran fast towards him praying that nothing would happen to him, I slowly nudged his shirt but he was motionless until he surprised me by tickling my stomach. I couldn't hold the tickling as I laughed my guts out shouting for him to stop, I begged him between my laughter and admitted my lost until he stopped and held me on his lap. I was really curious to know what made the book so interesting that held his face glued to it for most of the day, he smiled and showed me a page about the reaction and it was that time I became aware of this trick,"

Sam focused on the road so to prevent any accident to happen and as of me I gazed outside wondering about all things that has been happening around lately. I knew Sam wanted to ask him everything especially about those magical things that happened and I respect his curiosity too but I couldn't bring myself to pour everything about the events to him.  I was also ignorant about the trick and I thought that dot painting was useless until those dim lights from the lamp enlightened my brain and made me realize everything. The most alluring thing about this trick was the tracing in the painting and I must say it was really opulent. After tons of thoughts and consideration on the painting, it finally led us to this museum.

The museum was indeed spacious and spectacular, everything was luxurious and majestic. And all those gossip about the grand museum was indeed true. Even though we were aware that the museum will be closed for the day and it would be illegal to trespass after working hour, still then we climbed over the high wall and entered through the back door.

Sam instructed me to go towards the right wing and like an obedient child I agreed to his command considering how capable he is judging from the knowledge of being with him for the pass 3 days. I was off to the right wing admiring everything, those painting were just amazing as it transcendently adorned the wall and brought the exhibiting vibe around this place. I scanned every painting on my way and observed them swiftly without wasting much of the time. 

I was walking right at the corner of a painting when I saw monumental object right in front of me. I was fascinated and amazed that I found myself admiring its beguiling structure and artistic form that I someone forgot to inform Sam about it. I quickly regained my mind and contacted him through the walkie talkie. The painting was massive as it hung majestically from the wall and the color in the painting perfectly complemented each other that it was a wonder how the painter was able to make it come alive.

The painting was looked pretty large and amazing, but the cream of that painting was the name "Ophelia," clearly written beneath it. This name made me flashback to that day when Mrs. Patterson sheltered me when I was badly bruised. And I could clearly remember that the painting in her house that hung right at the corner of her stair was indeed of Ophelia. Not only that my dad had this painting of Hamlet and embracing Ophelia which could mean something. At one point I thought this girl in the painting could be Ophelia but when I clearly accessed the painting the girl looked more seductive and it contradicted to the pure and calm Ophelia of Hamlet. It was suspicious and mysterious.

A quote stood right beneath the name and this added more mystery to the painting. I recited the quote for the hundred times in mind until I remembered that particular phrases I read in the book Hamlet, " A ministering angel shall my sister be," it was that exact  phrase in the play when Laertes said to himself remembering his sister Ophelia, which actually meant that he would serve and love his sister under any circumstances. 

I was considering every possible connection that the painting and its quotes could have with the kidnapping but to my disappointment nothing weave together to give me a perfect picture. I tried really hard to flashback to that time when I discovered the mysterious key, I still remember finding the portrait and the key beneath it but there was nothing much skeptical. 

I focused again and recreated my dad study room in mind and to my astonishment there was indeed some vague image projected in my mind about this quote and from what I feel, I think I saw it written in a small font and placed securely in that shelf near the portrait. It was indeed amazing how our sub conscious mind could render help when in need. But one thing really didn't patch up with any information I could think of because it felt too unnatural to find the quotes and portrait in my dad's room unless they already knew before and faked my adoption story.

Sam seemed to always remind me how his aunt loved painting and what most astonishing was that her name was Ophelia too so those information really felt like those puzzle which took time to create but once you get the hold of it, it connected automatically. So from what I concluded Ophelia was indeed my mother and after her disappearance I might have been adopted. But one thing was sure that this painting before me was indeed her work.

One might not feel the pain and hurt hidden beneath me and I won't blame anyone for not understanding me. Remembering those thunderous nights when I craved for warm embrace that would protect me from those scary sound and those times when I saw children's walking with their parents in the park, it made me miss my biological parents more. I would cry silently and pray for their return, not only that I would swear to god that if they came back to me I would learn to be a better boy. Without anyone to support you while growing, I was emotionally and physically drained until adoptive parents came for the rescue. Even though I was showered with love and care there was still some void that needed the presence of my biological mother to fill it.

I have battled myself for a long time and persuaded myself to believe that I needed no one to survive and it was until now I find information about her, she caused havoc within me. And mostly importantly my adoptive dad had more to say something on this story but to my unfortunate they were no more. To add more salt to my wound my mom was already dead and this painting was the only proof of her existence. Sam softly patted on my shoulder and I was really grateful for the mere kind action.

I held the miniature painting and slowly placed in the right hand of the girl and the painting started to drift slowly to reveal a safe behind it. The safe was small and it was finger print password protected. We thought we escaped an obstacle yet we were faced with another. It was quite worrying to be exact because we felt that we were nearing to our goal but we were once again to square one. I was not sure what happened to me but something inside urged me to place my finger on that safe and to our surprise the safe opened.

I was stupefied for a while trying to gauged everything in front me. For all my life I lived believing that they have forgotten me and will never come back for me. I have learnt to move one and forget them but it was my lack of trust and foolishness which underestimated their love for me. They still remembered me and not only that I was the key to everything they were trying to hide. My parents really loved me and I was a coward for not trusting them. Even though Sam gave me that will letter, that stated I might be the potential heir of his empire but I doubted there love for me and I was too wrong misjudge them for they loved me dearly. 

This realization hit me too hard that I found myself bathing in tears, I just couldn't stop it. I thought they hated me for leaving me there all alone in that lone orphanage and I believed their promise to come back was just a mere façade but it was not. Their love was genuine and it was warming everything inside me. They had always been looking after me and it was just me blaming them without any hesitance. I cried aloud when Sam stopped me and I knew I had someone alive and important to protect.

 I had made mistakes and this mistake has cost me all my happiness during my prime age. I knew my parents wanted best of me that they gave everything to me and I really had to do something to prove their trust. I calmed myself and took out the small diary from the safe and exited the museum with a content expression.

"Even before I could go near him, I felt his hand on my waist. His skin was as cold as ice and it sent shiver down my spine. There was hint of admiration and love in his eyes and it really confused me. I felt that he liked me but that thought was totally absurd. His pinkish lips raised, it made my legs give away. I felt his hand tighten around my waist and slowly engulfing me in a tight hug."
