  Hello, everybody, it's Leo! I wanted to give a great big thanks to everyone here! No, I really mean it. I tried to put a lot of support in this novel, in hopes to help people through some tough times. I really hope that in some way, I was able to help many of you through some tough times, as even I myself was going through a lot of painful stuff and tough times while writing this. Now for the bad news; I will be needing a short break to catch up on things such as revisions for my finished works (so I can get started on publishing those), catching up on notes for various of planned future titles, creating more cover art for my novels (Like Respawn: LMS), and generally doing all that I can to put in as much quality as I can for the stories. Naruto was staring at a Holographic Screen that had appeared just a few minutes ago right in front of his blue eyes, his puzzled expression along with the confusion was totally admirable to see

He had the urge to shout because no matter where he looked at that Holographic Screen, he was present as if he were stuck to his retinas, that made him confuse absolutely in the situation

The Strange Cat grinned after hearing what Nojiko said, its face was already stuck smiling so it was even more creepier. The cat had been watching everyone's trial from start to finish, it was watching them before it begun. The cat's grin was very wide to the point where it seemed that its lower face could be opened up, it revealed sharp triangular teeth. It looked at both Nojiko and Erica with interest, they were the ones that solved its face on a puzzle, after all, but it was more to it than just that.

Rein couldn't help but recall what type of creature it was, it was a legendary creature. "Oh my goodness, it's a Cheshire Cat, how is this possible!?" Rein had seen this type of creature from Alice and wonderland but it had appeared here in the one-piece world. The cat was about the size of a hippo for some reason.

"You two, you two are worthy to be chosen as one of my masters!" The Cheshire Cat looked deeply Erica and Nojiko, it was mainly looking at Nojiko with interest. 

"W-What? The two of us?" Erica was a bit surprised, she did recall the puzzle but what did that stand for. Nojiko was just as surprised but remained silent.

"Ah! It's such a cute fluffy cat, how about you come serve me, we can make travel the world together!" Nami looked at the cat and blushed from its cuteness. 

"You? Nah, you're too greedy for my taste! The Ninja is too secluded and ambitious for power, the Gunman is confused about which path is right, the swordswoman has to much doubt in her heart, which leaves these two amazing people here." The cat smiled deeply again as it stared at Nojiko and Erica.

"What!?" Everyone except Erica and Nojiko yelled out in surprise, did this thing just tell us our flaws.

"C-Confused? W-who the hell is confused?" Blacklines appeared on Vindicate forehead, who did this cat thing think it was to tell him his flaws.

"Checheche!" The cat laughed but didn't say anything.

"I-I do have some doubts." Kuina felt dispirited hearing those words because they were so true, she had many doubts about her improvement but still tried. Rein didn't say anything and only listen to what the cat was saying, was he really like that?

"Why are we qualified to be your master or something like that?" Nojiko asked curiously.

"Erica does what she does selflessly, she is truly a good-hearted person who fights for a certain someone." The cat looked at Rein from the side of its eye then it looked at Nojiko. "You are also the same but you also have very good luck, the highest I've seen in thousands of years."

Nojiko didn't say anything, she didn't know what her fortunate was or what it meant. "Then what do we have to do to win this match to be your master?" Erica asked bluntly, she actually liked this cat unique look.

"Hehe, simple, all you need to do is tell me a funny joke! I haven't had a good laugh in so long that it's killer just living in this pyramid doing nothing."

'What the hell? Did this cat have some type of King Kai vibe to it?' Rein had many thoughts looking at the cat, it was a good thing to have as a servant, he had to say. Why it was looking for a master, he didn't bother to ask.

"A joke? So if one of them tells a joke, you'll end up joining our crew?" Vindicate sneered looking at this annoying cat. 

Dared to call him confused!

"Checheche! Not only are you confused about your path, you're literally confused about your path!" Ouch! The cat was now talking about his sense of direction, what a burn! Nami covered her mouth as her eye bulged out of her face, she tried to stop herself from laughing out loud!

"You little shit!" Vindicate pulled out his gun and fired at the cat, he only shot at the ground to scare him.

"AH!" The cat jumped away in fright and went invisible when it leaped away.

"Guhaha! Did you see that? The poor excuse for a deity ran away, wait, how did it go invisible like that?" Vindicate stopped laughing but was soon tripped off his feet by the invisible Cheshire Cat.

"Uhg!"

"Hmph! Now, where was I again, yes, talking to my beautiful sisters over here!" The Cat's huge figure teleported back to where it was and began to talk like nothing had happened. 

"That little...!" It was clear that if this cat did join the crew, it wouldn't have such a good relationship with Vindicate. Oh, how funny this journey was going be! Rein didn't mind the cat joining one bit, he always was fascinated by the Cheshire Cat in Alice in Wonderland.

"Stop it, let's see what happens for now." Nami helped Vindicate up and said in a low voice. Vindicate looked at Rein and he gave him the green light that it was okay.

"Just you wait you little kitten!" Vindicate whispered to himself. Kuina chuckled softly seeing Vin's irritated face.

"Why would you want any of us as your master, it doesn't make any sense." Nojiko had to a conclusive answer from this cat, why would it need a master?

"Checheche! It boring sitting in the pyramid, it can make one a little crazy. In fact, all of us are a little crazy on this Island, even myself." Nojiko and Erica, along with everyone else were speechless.

"With a mouth like yours, I would go crazy too!" Vindicate said under his breath. The cat had good hearing but ignored Vindicate. It had plenty of time to play pranks on him later for revenge. 

"Ah, okay then, let's start, you both get two jokes each!" The Cat said bluntly.

Nojiko and Erica talked for a bit and soon agreed to let Erica go first. 

Erica: Ahem! Here I go! 

Erica: Why do cats always get their way?

Cheshire Cat: Hmm, I don't know, why?

Erica: Because they're purr-suasive!

"Pfft! Hahahaha!" Nami and Kuina broke out into wild laughter while Rein and Vindicate were struck silent. Rein didn't know she could tell jokes, where did she learn to tell jokes?

Cheshire Cat: Haha, that was a good one but not enough to really purr-suade me!

The Cat countered back, which made Rein smirk a bit, this cat really liked jokes, huh?

Erica: Okay, I got another one!

Erica: What do cats love to do in the morning? "Giggle giggle"

Erica started to crack giggles from here own questioned joke.

Cheshire Cat: Uh, I don't know, what do they do?

Erica had tears in her eyes and said in a cracking voice.

Erica: They like to read the mewspaper!

"Pfft!" Everyone including Rein started laughing wildly, that was a good one. The cat even started to laugh hearing the joke!

"Haha, that's a good one!" Vindicate laughed heartily. 

"When were you so good at telling jokes, Bahaha!" Rein shook his and stopped his laughter.

Cheshire Cat: Very good, great, you're next!

The Cheshire Cat looked at Nojiko, she walked forward while Erica walk back, wiping her eyes.

Nojiko: What do you call a cat that tells jokes?

Cheshire Cat: Don't know, what do they call them?

Nojiko: Just kitten!

Cheshire Cat: What!? Checheche!

Nami and Kuina were holding their stomachs at this point, if this kept up, they might have a heart attack! "When have I laughed so hard at jokes before, these two are pretty good at entertainment, Guhahaha!" Vindicate wiped his eyes in a fit of laughter.

Cheshire Cat: Phew, Okay, the next one! These cat jokes are killing me, why do you guys have to do me like that?

Nojiko: Miss cat, you like games, don't you?

Cheshire Cat: Yes, I do!

Nojiko: Then here this one out. Why can't cats play poker in the jungle?

Cheshire Cat: Oh, and why can't they, there's plenty of jungle on this island.

Nojiko: Because.... There are too many cheetahs, hahaha!

Rein eyes grew watery from surprise, he couldn't hold this one in and started laughing from her joke. This included everyone and the Cheshire Cat, it was too good, the timing and all.

Cheshire Cat: I-I... s-sorry Erica, but this woman is the one, she is the one! Checheche!

The cat had watery Green eyes, it had laughed too much from Nojiko jokes, from both to be exact. The Cat shrunk in size to the size of a normal cat and pulled out a book. The cat floated in air as it ran through the book before it pulled a sheet of paper out of the book.

Rein looked closely at the book, the title on it said "The Book of Eternity." The book was green-blue so it stuck out like a sore thumb amongst most books. The Cheshire Cat sat on the book as he floated over toward Nojiko.

"Here is the contract, be sure to check it out." Nojiko took the sheet of paper and read through it. She showed everyone else the contract, mainly Rein to see if there were no tricks or exploits involved.

The crew whispered amongst themselves. 

"It checks out well, all should be well."

"I have no problem with it"

"Yeah, Looks good to me."

With that, Nojiko signed and a light shot into her head once she was done sighing it. 

"Well, it looks like we'll be together to the end, Checheche!"

Vindicate sneered "Yeah, you can be our crew's mascot, this seems more suitable for you, Guhahaha!" Suddenly, a dirty smelly sock shot into Vindicate's mouth.

"Pfft! Blargg! Whose dirty sock is this!?" Vindicate looked angrily at the Cat but it still retained its same grinning face, which was stuck this way. The cat didn't say anything and turned into a fluffy purple scarf the same color as Nojiko's hair, and wrapped around Nojiko's neck.

"Wah, so warm, I love it!" Nojiko's mind was also filled with some information that the Cheshire cat had given here, she knew what the cat was just from that. Suddenly, the Area twisted around them and everyone was warped out of the Pyramid.

They all appeared in front of the pyramid before they had walked up the stairs. Nojiko had gained a contracted beast, so she gained a lot here. Rein had innate strengthening just like Luffy and most of the will of D family.

His stat would go up by themselves through battle and learning from their fights. This was the case for Rein, so he also gained a lot here. Luffy also gained strength through fighting, Luffy's technique wasn't as good as Lucci but his stats were pretty decent, mainly his will which played a big role in Lucci's defeat.

Like all trials, each one had one devil Fruit in it and Rein had one. It was a Paramecia Class Devil fruit that allowed one to control swarms of bugs. You could also have the bugs spy one someone or even attack them with poison, you could also heighten the potency of your bug's poison but you would need some poison for that to enhance them.

It was the ability to control and manipulate bugs, which Rein didn't want to sell. This fruit was too good to pass up. "I'll save it for someone else in the future, I can't sell something like this to the system." Nojiko was no different, she found a strange fruit in the treasury as well and just tossed it into the storage ring, it was unknown what type of fruit it was.

At this time, the crew sat near the pyramid with large umbrellas over them to block the intense sun. Nami was looking at the map while Kuina was sanitizing her wounded arm, which needed to be treated fast.

"What do got so far, Nami?" Rein asked

"We're very fortunate, a forest is nearby and the heat shouldn't be so bad there. It just this lion on the map pyramid, I still don't know what it means." Erica took out the emblem and showed Nami and told Nami all about it.

"So it was like that. Does that mean we'll have to go through more trials to get the other pendants?" Nami would rather not do that again if she could avoid it, that place was a nightmare that was made into a reality and too close to death!

"No, it won't be any trial you guys will have to go through. The lion Pendant is the hardest to get. That's why it has been there since who knows when. Oh, and it's an insignia, not an emblem or pendant!" The Cheshire Cat spoke up to inform them, it still stayed in its scarf form around Nojiko's neck.

"Oh, so there will be no more trial then, sounds good to me. If this is the case, we should head to the North to get the Goat insignia then the south has a Snake insignia I'm guessing from this map." Rein had decided. But what they didn't know was that the Snake insignia was already taken by the Flagstar pirates who fled to the North.

"This could work, a little snow to cool us down from the scorching hot desert, so it's good to me." Kuina nodded as she just got done patching Nami up.

"Oh, right, I got a little gift for you Vindicate, check it out! Erica, could you give him the chest I showed you earlier to him." Erica smiled and nodded, she looked through the storage ring and pulled out the chest.

"Hoho, I love gifts!" Vindicate was curious.

"Checheche! What a loser!" Vindicate glared at the scarfed shaped cat, his eye glinted for second but he decided to ignore the cat. Erica opened the chest for all to see, it was the pair of guns she found in the treasury.

"What the hell!?" Rein was shocked seeing the familiar pistol, he knew good a well what these pistols looked like! "This can't be a coincidence, this is just crazy now!" How was this possible, it didn't even have a trigger like Lucian's Guns.

"Wow, these look amazing, but where is the trigger?" Vindicate took the Chest with a smile and scanned the weapons and saw no trigger.

"Checheche! A confused person like you who doesn't know his true path could never shoot these relic pistols!" The Cheshire Cat cut in, it seemed that one would need to meet certain qualifications to shoot these guns. Rein shook his head, these were indeed just like Lucian's pistols, you would require faith and belief to shoot these, a confused and unsure person couldn't do it.

"What does a creepy cat like you know?" Vindicate glared at the cat who had taken form, it sat on Nojiko's head in a kitten form. Nojiko didn't feel it since it could control its weight, its weight was nonexistent on her head.

"He's right, you would need to believe and have a clear mind when shooting these things!" Rein spoke up and assured the Cat was right. He knew all but too well about these weapons, but how did they end up in the one-piece world?

"A-A clear mind." Vindicate seemed to be thinking, he understood what it meant and he didn't have a clear mind, yet. 

"Checheche! The ninja leader may be ambitious and secluded, but he understands most things here!" The Cheshire Cat nodded and closed its eyes.

"Sigh, I see! I still have things to work on! Thank you, Nojiko!" Vindicate took the big guns and strapped them to his waist with the other two pistols.

"Hehe, No problem!" Nojiko smiled and said.

"Hmph, Loser!" The Cheshire cat was indeed female as everyone expected but it loved making fun of Vindicate. Vindicate's mouth twitched, but he decided to ignore the cat's words.

"Okay, you guys apparently got a lot of treasure, so we'll sort that out later but for now, let's head north!" Rein pointed in the northern direction until...

"That's east!" Nami chimed in with a chuckle.

"Uh, I knew that, I was just testing you guys out." Rein nodded seriously and said. Of course, they knew he was lying.

"Yeah, sure!" Everyone got up and followed Nami.

Marine Campsite 

"Reporting Sir! The pirates came out of the pyramid after a week!" The man was pretty shocked by his own words.

"What? They came out alive, every pirate that went into that pyramid never came out!" Captain Copper was just as surprised, he wasn't sure what was in there but any pirate or marine that set foot in there never came out!

"I want you to gather information on those pirates. I want to see what kind of pirates they are!" Captain copper turned back around and started eating.

"Yes, Sir, will do!" The marines left the large tent in a hurry.

"So, pirates that can survive that hellish pyramid? I wonder who they might be?" Captain Copper shook his head and continued to eat.

There was only a week left until Elliot's next birthday when his tutor would arrive. Naturally, his lessons with his father had gone as planned and Elliot now had an excuse to speak normally and could write without worry.

There were also a few other changes. In the past few months, due to having read every book already, he stopped going to the library and started wandering around the house more. As a result, he spent more time around Matthew, the maids, and his siblings now.

"Hey Elliot, Maria made a batch of cookies. Hurry before Travis eats them all"

Maria was one of the maids and often borrowed the kitchen to make sweets.

"Thanks, I'm coming, so make sure there's some left for me."

Elliot, despite his educated way of speaking, still sounded childish due to his high pitched voice and childish tone.

They walked to the kitchen, followed by Matthew, and found a tray full of cookies, and Travis with a fully stuffed mouth. Ever since Matthew was assigned to be Elliot's personal servant, he has followed Elliot everywhere he went. He became really close to Elliot's siblings and eventually hit the nickname; Matt.

They bit down on them in unison. The cookies were soft, warm and had chocolate chips. They were delicious. Matt looked like he was in heaven.

"I don't remember anything from before I woke up here, but I am certain that I had ever eaten something this delicious before. 

"Hey, you could say they were 'cookied' to perfection"
 
Elliot sighed.

'And there he goes' 

Travis loved puns and jokes but had no talent for them. The problem was that Matt looked up to him and was starting to follow in his footsteps.

Nicole and Elliot just looked at him with a judging stare.

"Elliot,..."

"Yes"

"Don't learn from him"

"Okay, got it, but shouldn't Matt hear the same thing" 

"Poor little Matt is already a lost cause."

Both Matt and Travis said at the same time.

Elliot and Nicole couldn't help but laugh at their response. Travis and Matt followed.

"See, I am funny. I just have to continue pulling jokes." 

Nicole stared daggers at him. It seems that stare is actually a skill called [Threatening Stare]. Eliot wondered how she got it. He was certain it would be useful in the future. It was also somewhat amusing.

Travis didn't have this habit of making bad puns until Elliot stopped going to the library. Nicole ended having to deal with retorting as a result, which was equally amusing as she was previously known as the easily excitable problem child. Such an incredible transformation in just four months.

Elliot didn't once assume that he was the reason for the change, even though he was. Travis wanted to make Elliot laugh, and Nicole wanted to prove that she could be a reliable sister and role model. At first, it was an act, but now it's starting to become a permanent part of their personality, thus their current position. Elliot didn't really mind though.

They laughed and played with each other for the rest of the day. It was quite fun, and they eventually found themselves in the garden. 

As they played, Elliot eventually got tired and wandered away from the rest of the group. He sat on a bench until his [Otherworldly Mind] discovered a small animal in the bushes, seemingly injured. He got off the bench and approached the creature. Once he reached the bushes he crouched down and parted the leaves and branches with his hand. A wave of dust came over him, as his [Otherworldly Mind] showed that the creature had turned into dust as its energy dispersed. It died and left behind 4 eggs.

The first egg was purple, with patches of darkness fading in and out of the purple, and white dots speckled across the surface. The egg was solid with crystalline shards protruding from it, and it looked as if it was made of polished glass, like staring into the void, a sea of stars in a purple nebula surrounded by the darkness of space, through a perfectly clear window. It was strange as some sections showed movement, like watching the eons pass, while others looked warped, as peace itself was distorted. No matter how you looked at it, it was undeniably beautiful, and Elliot could see, thanks to his skill, the unimaginable energy flowing and pulsing through it.

The second egg was like a rainbow. It was constantly changing between colors, but apart from its scale-like patches, there was nothing else strange about it. The third egg was invisible, but Elliot could still see it due to his [Otherworldly Mind]. The fourth egg was white with golden bands wrapping around it in patterns.

It didn't take a genius to know that these eggs were special and that they would draw attention. Elliot quickly grabbed the four eggs and activated his Inventory.

Cosmic Sage Dragon Egg

The egg of an unborn Cosmic Sage Dragon. The Cosmic Sage Dragon is a dragon born with the ability to manipulate time and space, as well as rearrange, redirect, and transform matter and energy. There is only one such dragon every hundred years, and they are known to be quite slender with serpent-like features, as well as extreme intelligence rivaling that of a human. They're one weakness is that despite their incredible powers they are physically lacking compared to other dragons. There is a story that a powerful mage once tried to make one his familiar and failed no matter what he did. Not much is known about them. They are actually tamable but only at birth, and require imprinting. The egg will hatch in 6 months

True Elemental Dragon Egg

The egg of an unborn True Elemental Dragon. The True Elemental Dragon is famous for its control over all elements of Magic, with the exception of Healing, Curse, and the formless Basic magic. They are best known for having powerful elemental defenses that block their appearance and extreme rarity, as well as the fact that one has never been tamed. They're gifted with great power, but their weakness is that they lose their defensive elemental properties when they are asleep, but they're rest periods are only once every few years and only last for a week at most. Not much is known about this dragon. They are actually tamable but only if fed during infancy or when near death. The egg will hatch in 6 months.

Deathly Reaper Dragon Egg

The egg of an unborn Deathly Reaper Dragon. The Deathly Reaper Dragon is said to only reveal it's true appearance to powerful individuals who have brought about countless deaths. It is also believed that to see these dragons means your time is up as the dragon will then kill said individuals. Their powers, other than invisibility, include the manipulation of photons, the ability to copy and then repel most enemies powers and combat styles, bring about nightmares and illusions, cast curses, and summon unreadable and other horrifying creatures. Not much is known about this creature and one has never been tamed, although they are actually tamable but only at birth and they require the tamers' blood. The egg will hatch in 6 months.

Divine Oracle Dragon Egg

The egg of an unborn Divine Guardian Dragon. The Divine Oracle Dragon is a legendary dragon with white scales and surrounded with golden bands, as well as a golden mane that looks like a crown. It is said that they only appear just before a major event, thus the presence of 'Oracle' in the name. They have the power to purify corrupted elements, heal even the worst of injuries and diseases, reinforce and organize allies, dispell magic and predict the future. Not much is known about this creature and no one has ever tamed one, but they are actually tamable but only when young and they require imprinting.

'What the hell are these things doing in my family's garden.'

The eggs were of disastrous origin for Elliot. If word of even one of them got out, it would quickly become an international conflict. And Elliot would be in the center. Realizing where he was he got up and moved to the bench once more, still deep in thought. The other's so far hadn't noticed his behavior. 

'Why would something like this happen? Was it really just a coincidence?'

Elliot was a man, or more accurately boy, of logic, and this was simply too strange for a mere coincidence. Then it struck him.

"... I'll do my best to not put you in the spotlight too quickly, considering your personality ..."

Elliot quietly murmured to himself, recalling a fraction of his conversation with Riftius 2 years ago. It also wasn't unreasonable as Elliot recalled from his books that not only was Riftius the god of time and space, he was also considered the creator of the dragon race and thus was sometimes called the [Dragon God] along with his other titles.

It really wasn't that hard to imagine, and while Elliot still had he doubts, it was the most reasonable conclusion.

And thus, Elliot calmed down. The system had given him valuable information on how to tame them. The familiar system would handle the rest.

Funny thing, the Familiar and Follower system both referred to beasts, but of different kinds. Familiars where a mages companion creatures, whereas followers were more like troops. 

By making the dragons his familiars he could take them into his psyche and hide them there, as well as call them out whenever he pleased. This was the main difference between followers and familiars as followers were just entities made from mana and occasionally nearby materials.

It was probably the best plan as leaving the eggs alone would result in someone finding them eventually, and that would draw attention, just not to Elliot. Furthermore, Elliot loved learning and was very curious about what he could learn if he studied the dragons once they hatched.

Elliot continued to sit in a bench, deep in thought. Finally, someone noticed his behavior and started walking towards him. It was Nicole. Of course, Elliot noticed but assumed she was going to take a break as well.

"Hey Elliot, what's wrong?"

"Hmmm. Oh, nothing, I was just tired and decided to take a break."

Nicole thought about it and decided it made sense. 

'He isn't even 2 years old yet so naturally, he would tire faster than the others, plus he hasn't had a lot of exercise so he probably is weaker than most children.'

She decided. 

"Hey Elliot, if you're tired, why not just take a nap?" 

"Thanks, I think I will"

Nicole couldn't help but giggle. Elliot was speaking so formally but sounded so childish. It was adorable.

Meanwhile, Elliot got up and headed to his room for a nap. Matthew noticed and walked over to them.

"Where are you going?"

"Big Sister said I should take a nap so I'm going to my room for a nap."

Nicole couldn't help but feel proud when she heard the words 'Big Sister'. She would spoil Elliot later when he woke up from his nap.

"I'm coming with you, I'm your servant after all." 

"Okay"

And thus it was settled. Matt followed Elliot to his room. Once he saw that Elliot was asleep, he was going to rejoin Nicole and Travis in the garden when he noticed that he was also tired and went to the room that was given to him.

Little did he know that Elliot was still awake and that he saw an opportunity. He opened his Inventory log for the eggs, and then he began to draw magic circles in the air for various spells. Sometimes he would make a fireball and compress it or at other times a gust of wind. Once he made a bolt of lightning and made shaped in the air with it. He also experimented with earth, water, and nature. He also gathered some energy from his room and sent out a small burst, as well as experimented with concentrating it in and around his body.

'Well that was long, I got more options at least.'

Elliot had a very mild reaction to that announcement, mainly because he was expecting it. Especially the new techniques and skills

Abilities and techniques were like mini skills. Take Swordsmanship for example. A technique under Swordsmanship would be Broadsword Proficiency or Thunder Enhancement Style. An Ability would be Heavy Slash, Quick Thrust, or Lightning Flurry.

Techniques are essentially branches of a skill, such a style of fighting or ability to use a subclass of weapon, which is capable of evolving into their own skill later on, and grant things such as a special moveset or other things that differentiate one method of using the skill from other methods, and having multiple techniques is common if not even necessary to properly use some skills. Abilities, on the other hand, are individual moves and actions and make up the actual skill. Without abilities, there is no skill. Some skills only have one ability and each level just improves that ability, while others unlock new abilities every few levels. Also, it's possible to create your own techniques and abilities for a skill. Skills with similar movesets can also result in the creation of a new skill comprised of techniques and abilities from those skills. Sometimes a skill might influence another and create a new technique or ability for the other skill.

For [Elemancy], Elliot got few new usable elements as techniques and a few new preset spells for his ability list. [Energy Shift] only has one technique but he did get a new preset ability. He spent the rest of the day practicing with those two skills, and his new abilities, as well as messing around with custom abilities and combinations. His inventory log stayed open the entire time, even after he actually went to bed.

Elliot was a true genius. By age 10 he was in a dual credit course taking both high school and college classes. The one day, he and the remaining students who were in his class at the time got summoned to another world. But only 4 could fit in the summoning circle, and thee were 16 summoned. Thus before they were summoned, a being interfered and spoke to them with a simple message.

"... four of you will become this worlds heroes, the remainder, as much as I wish to, I can not send you back to your old world, thus you will be reincarnated into this world with your memories intact."

Thus begins the tale of a boy whose fate even the gods cannot foretell.

Emma was confused how was he able to fall in love. She felt as if Adrian was lying to her. He new she was smart enough to know that sociopaths cant feel love so he had told her he had fallen in love with her years ago. THAT'S IT. He was lying, tricking her. Most sociopaths were born destined to be a sociopath how could he changed his entire attitude halfway through his life could it be trauma? but what extreme trauma could he have went through to suddenly turn sociopathic? That wasn't it ...or was it. She knew sociopaths aren't as extreme as psychopaths, that they are somewhat capable of making bonds. but to fall in LOVE with someone he barley knew? How could such a thing be true? Emma's head began to hurt from so many questions consuming her brain.

"A-are you lying to me?" Emma wasn't overly confident with her answer. No one and I mean NO ONE can tell if a sociopath is lying. Their lies are undetectable, that is how they keep their secrets.

"As expected the great therapist, Raphael Martins, daughter was able to see through my simple lie." Adrian gave out a slight smirk.

Emma's head began to spin she didn't know what to think anymore but she new one thing and that she doesn't know where her fathers book is, she couldn't help him.

"B-but i'm just as clueless as you are, I have no idea where my fathers book is." Emma was weirdly afraid to admit that she new nothing to Adrian, but still it was better than lying, especially lying to a sociopath. 

"But you still know more about it than anyone, my father told me that the only person Raphael trusted was you."

Emma began to consider it but then she snapped back to reality. She didn't want to get involved in this sort of business again, especially after what happened... last time. 

"Sorry but I cant help you..." Emma's tone turned serious and cold and completely different from a few seconds ago. "You can't heal a sociopath."

Adrian stood up as he noticed the sudden change in Emma's expression. Suddenly he began to laugh Emma looked at him in confusion. 'What was so funny?' Adrian stopped and turned around. There they were face to face after a few seconds of silence Emma decided to break it.

"Whats so funny?" She kept her serous tone of voice.

"Oh nothing much its just... that seriousness isn't a look for you." Adrian responded while avoiding eye contact. "You look like a mad bunny haha, loosen up will ya."
 
Even after what Adrian had said Emma left her serous gaze unfazed. In truth she was observing Adrian and the Adrian he was showing to her now wasn't the real one but that fact comforted her, for if she was in a room alone with the REAL Adrian she would be in life threatening danger, that's only if he let his sociopathic temptations get the better of him. Emma was stunned not understanding why he was so casual to her as if they were old friends, making jokes and teasing her I guess that's how sociopaths are, everything is a joke to them even... death.

"Well, how about we make a deal?" 

After Adrian had uttered those words, for some reason it petrified Emma something was going on in that head of his and it worried her a little too much. He was plotting something she knows she won't be able to refuse. They had just met, does he already know her weaknesses?

"What is it?"

"You help me find your fathers book and cure me and I'll model for your boutique and make sure Ranae gets the attention it deserves." Adrian gave an evil smile for he already knew she was going to agree. "What do ya say?"

The only thought Emma had a this moment was 'Shit, he got me' Emma cherished her career choices and future more than anything else and if revisiting the past makes her boutique and clothes famous and known then she had no choice but to relive her oldest memories.

Emma then looked up at Adrian and gave a warm smile.

"I think you already know my answer." She stood up and held her hand. Adrian grabbed her hand and shook it as the ends of his lips curved upwards. "Pleasure doing business with you."
 
Emma watched Adrian leave the store, she looked at the contract in her hand stating and sealing their deal, then looked back at him with curiosity intensely reflecting in her eyes. 'Why?... what kind of sociopath is so desperate to be cured?' 

Why?...

Emma is a new coming fashion designer who just opened a new boutique in Paris. When she's surprised to encounter a famous model, and now his claiming to be a sociopath?

Harry's POV

"You have got to stoke them." Harry heard when started to listen, seeing the shock appointing in the students's faces as they watched Hagrid petting the monstrous book like a dog was extremely funny, especially when he had no problem with the book, having cannon knowledge is extremely helpful in the small things.
"Oh, how silly we've all been!" Malfoy sneered. "We should have stroked them! why didn't we guess!"
"I -- I thought they were funny," Hagrid said "look, even your friend there is sniggering." He continued pointing at Harry.
"Oh, tremendously funny!" said Malfoy. "Really witty, giving us books that try and rip our hands off! As for Peverel," he sneered, and Harry has to admit, he was a great at sneering. "You can't judge how funny things are from someone who don't have any social interactions, nor have any friends except Luny Lovegood."
Harry was now mad.
If you make jokes  on his expense, he won't care.
Nor would he care if you bully him, he would just retaliate in the same manner.
But the two taboo subjects that no one can joke about are are his parents and Luna.
Making sure to show he wasn't holding a wand, by holding the book with both of them and making it look like he is going to smack Malloy with it, Harry casted an overpowered levitation charm on Draco's back side of underwear, creating an overpowered Wedgy.
"Ahhhh" Malfoy screamed as the underwear climbed higher then it should be possible, making everyone be shocked and laugh, Hagrid included, who only remembered after his laughter stopped to ask Hermione to cancel it.
After making sure the blond boy goes to madam Poppy, Hagrid went away for a few seconds, knowing the class will go smoothly from now on, Harry relaxed his vigilants, and waited for Hagrid who quickly returned with the hippogriffs.
While they looked weird, with the but the front legs, and heads of eagles yet with the back legs and body of a horse, Harry couldn't deny they had a unique beauty, a beauty similar to that of a thestral, as they looked like something which is both unnatural yet part of nature.
"Hippogriffs!" Hagrid roared happily, waving a hand at them. "Beautiful, aren't they?" 
"So," said Hagrid, rubbing his hands together and beaming around, "who wants to come a bit nearer?"
Marcus and his friends took a step closer, though they looked a bit green.
 "Now, first thing you have got to know about hippogriffs is that they're proud," said Hagrid. "Easily offended. Don't ever insult one, because it might be the last thing you would do." 
Harry felt it was right about everything in the world, unless you are willing to make an enemy out of someone, human or otherwise, never insult them.
Hagrid continued explaining about the hippogriffs before saying "who wants ter go first?"
While most of the class took a step back, Marcus didn't, making Hagrid gave him a little push in Buckbeak's direction.
"Easy now, Marcus," said Hagrid quietly. "You have eye contact, now try not to blink.... Hippogriffs don't trust you if you blink too much...." 
"That's it," said Hagrid. "That'ss it, Marcus... now, bow." 
Marcus gave a short bow and then looked up. 
The hippogriff was still staring haughtily at him. It didn't move. 
"Ah," said Hagrid, sounding worried. "Right -- back away, now, Marcus."
Harry felt like he was watching a movie for the second time, as he already knew what's going to happen, so while he seemed to be focused on the class, since the moment Marcus neared the hippogriff, Harry was working on his code in his mind.
So imagine his surprise when instead of bowing back, like the hippogriff was supposed to do, a sharp talon slashed toward the boy who lived, drawing blood from his left leg, as he jumped sideway to avoid it.
Making Harry curse while smiling.
Smiling, as he got the chance to see Marcus bleed- something is seriously wrong with him.
Curse, as he felt that if everything he did to stop this tiny plot device from happening didn't work, his plans to change the future is going to be much harder, while also now needing to step up to make sure the terrible Professor won't become the worst.

Hagrid's POV

Having the class scared of the class and two boys in the hospital wing wasn't the way Hagrid envisioned his first class going.
He thought this was his chance to change a few students lives, to show the students the magical animals which most of the wizarding world is scared from for no real reason are misunderstood, now instead he made sure there are another generation of animals haters.
Maybe he should tell Dumbledore he quits.
Sighing after letting the students have the rest of the class for themselves, Hagrid went back to his hut, planing on drowning his sorrows in his firewhiskey.
It wasn't until he reached the door that he noticed one of his students was still with him, and more importantly, it was the Slytherin student who got his joke, how did Malfoy called the boy? Pit.. pol...pot..per... Perevel that was the name.
"What do you want?" Even if the boy had great sense of humor, he was still a Slytherin, and Hagrid didn't trust any Slytherin, except Professor Snape, because Dumbledore trust him.
"Can I have a chance at meeting the hippogriffs?" The boy asked him, surprising Hagrid, even he would have been scared meeting the animals that almost ripped someone's leg off if he didn't know how gentle are the hippogiffs, but the boy was asking less then 10 minutes after seeing it happening to meet them?
"Aren't you scared of them?" Hagrid asked truly curious.
"Of course I'm scared, I'm scared of everything that has the possibility of hurting me, but that won't stop me from learning experiencing this unique experience." 
The boy truly confused Hagrid, why would he want to get close to something he is scared from? The boy apparently saw his confusion, as he explained.
"Mishandling the plants in herbology can kill me, so does learning potions or flying, in fact, every magical subject has the potential of killing me, even history, though it's only from boredom." Hagrid snorted at that.
"If I wanted to stay safe, I would have stayed in the muggle world, I'm in the magical world and I want to meet the magnificent magical animals that it has to offer."
'A Slytherin third year who lives in the muggle world?'
It was the first time Hagrid recognized who the boy is, the twin of Marcus Potter, it was then that Hagrid relaxed, as even as a Slytherin, a Potter couldn't be evil.
"Come, let me introduce you to Buckbeak, and don't call me professor, call me Hagrid."
"I'm Harry."
A few hours later, after having a wonderful afternoon where he talked to Harry about hippogriffs, dragons and other magnificat magical animals, Hagrid came to a realization from the concentration he had with Harry.
'While most students won't fall in love with the subject, he need to make sure they understand the animals and their desire for peace.
He only had to show them that everyone is afraid, including the animals.'

Harry's POV

As Harry finished his job at preventing the creation of the worst 'care of magical creatures' teacher in the history of Hogwarts, he took out the tiny hour glass and turned it twice, it was time to meet Luna

You know the drill, I died and got wishes, than I replaced the main character and lived happily ever after... or at least that's what it is supposed to be like, so why, in instead of reincarnating in my favorite book I am stuck in this AU where I am not sure what's gonna happen? Good thing I love fan-fictions?
