A war is creeping on Europe, can two victorian 11 year olds prevent it when no-one believes. then they are kidnapped and all is lost......right?

Kay a 29 year old man who loves books one day dies in a fire a long with his book. he end up in a 7 year olds boys body. now living a new life. he wishes to read but being in a small village in the mountain their only lower class people that can't read he goes in search to find books.

The King of Scorpion clan Spar had announced a special tournament for 15-year-olds and under, anybody could join and only the top 3 performers would be able to win some prizes in this tournament. 




The whole territory was excited as everybody started signing up their kids up for this tournament. Most were complaining about how 15 was too high of age and those that were under 15 would have a disadvantage but Spar didn't pay them any attention as he stuck to his word. 




The next day there was a huge stage set up as they wanted to start the tournament off right. They had a few fireworks made out of the sand with different colors which amazed Drazon and his big sister Issa. Queen Sassy rolled her eyes as Spar put his thumbs up indicating that he had done a good job. 





Surprisingly only 20 people had signed up for these tournaments as the others thought it wasn't fair to have their little kids getting beaten up by the older kids so it was only 14-year-olds and 15-year-olds that were in this tournament, as the others were lower level one and level twos. 




There was only one kid that was almost a level three and he was known as the best kid around town with the most potential and talents and he was only 14, but everybody was shocked to see a dragon clan member part of the tournament. They thought this Dragon looked a little young and when they announced his age as 11 everybody was shocked. 





They thought how he was supposed to be fighting against 14-year-old and 15-year-old fighters and felt a little sorry for him. Drazon was used to being the center of attention so when he stepped on stage it wasn't anything special but it surprised him when it was just quiet and he wasn't getting booed. 





When his opponent stepped on stage they started cheering as it was one of their own scorpions. This was a 15-year-old kid that was only a lvl 2 so he was no match for Drazon, he charged towards Drazon with his fist. He was too young to know how to spit out his poison from the stinger efficiently so all he could do was physical attacks and send sand attacks. 



He shot out little sand attacks that looked like bullets which Drazon easily dodged them by sidestepping the attack and then disappearing from the view of the kid. The kid looked around searching for him but all he received was total darkness as he fell unconscious next minute. 





The crowd was surprised that Drazon easily knocked him out without even attempting or trying at all. The crowd was so amazed by his prowess that they started admiring him. The scorpion clan respected strength didn't matter where you from as long as you are strong they will support you.  





They started cheering for the surprising Drazon who wasn't used to that. Queen Sassy smiled as she was happy for Drazon being recognized this time and not boo whenever he got on stage like what they did to him back in the dragon clan.

Drazon was born a strange dragon in his clan. He grew up shone by the other dragon clan members. Watch as Drazon embarks on an extraordinary journey to figure out his world

That night as Oz slept after his eventful first day at Hogwarts, he had a very strange dream. He couldn't see anything in the dream, he couldn't talk, he couldn't even breathe. The only thing he could do was listen. Throughout the entire dream, he felt like something was trying to communicate with him, trying to get in touch or get a hold of him. Near the end of the dream, Oz's sight returned and he was staring at the fireplace within his room, feeling as though the pull he experienced was coming from there.
'How.... strange....'
Oz soon after fell back to sleep, pushing this experience to the back of his mind.

As soon as Oz got up he got himself showered and dressed excited for his first day at Hogwarts. Yesterdays experience however told him he'd find it difficult to mingle with the rest of the first years, especially with those in Slytherin after the scuffle he had.
'When I died in my previous life I was 20 years old. Trying to connect with 11 year olds when im now technically 26 feels weird; I could barely even keep up a good conversation with that one boy from Gryffindor'.
Oz wasn't apposed to making friends in this world but he still felt as though there was a valley between him and most of the students here due to his experiences and his age across both lives. He could only manage a preliminary connection with those at the Orphanage, but that was due to how easy 5 year olds are to be friends with. 5 year olds don't sit back and question things, 11 - 18 year olds do.
'Oh well so what if it takes longer for me to actually create connections in this world, Ill just continue on with my plans until that comes naturally'.
Oz heaved a sigh, then leaving his room heading off to his first day of lessons at Hogwarts.

Oz's first day at Hogwarts was indeed strange. The lessons themselves were things Oz cared nothing about, he had already read the syllabus for each lesson up to NEWT level before even coming to Hogwarts and with his memory he could easily remember anything whenever a question is poised at him.
The only interesting lesson he had on the day was charms. Professor Flitwick told the rest of the class to practice the '𝕃𝕦𝕞𝕠𝕤' spell. Oz managed it first try with his Walnut wand and found that the control he had with the light wand was smooth and calm, completely different to using his Yew wood wand. He then tried '𝕃𝕦𝕞𝕠𝕤' with his yew wood wand and experienced the same issue he had with attacking that boy in the dungeons, his control was off by a bit, making the spell more powerful than it needed to be. This ended up showering the area Oz was in with light.
"It seems your control is still off Mr Oz, do try to relax yourself. We wouldn't want all the first years blind on the first day of lessons!".
Oz looked down at his yew wood wand and thought to himself.
'You are truly unruly friend, but as soon as I can use the RoR, I will tame you'.
For the rest of the lesson then Oz practiced under the desk with both wands, using '𝕃𝕦𝕞𝕠𝕤' with one and then with the other. Such a simple lesson had quite large gains for him, allowing him to come up with theories on how to cast from both wands at once or at least in quick conjunction. 
Oz found that throughout the entire day of lessons a large majority of the first years were wary of him staying away from him and what he was doing. Oz believed that his attack on the Slytherin boy had already spread as public knowledge. There were still some first years who seemed to be more curious than wary but that was only a small portion, none of them had the confidence to actually approach him especially after the blinding '𝕃𝕦𝕞𝕠𝕤' spell he casted.
Finally the day of lessons ended and Oz went back to the dungeons, to his room.
'My walnut wand seems to be more obedient and easier to cast from so I'll attempt to cloaking spell with that wand. After that its just a night of locating the RoR, ill take the clock from my room to the RoR as well to ensure I don't overstay my welcome in the Room'
Oz then waited until the dead of night to start moving.

Night fell and Oz snuck out of the dungeons, casting the cloaking spell with his walnut wand so as not to alert any of the students still half awake.
He managed to get to the grand staircase and proceeded up to the seventh floor, from his memory this was the floor where the room was located. When he got to the floor he looked for the tapestry that stood opposite the wall.
'The room should be opposite that tapestry, the one with the fella teaching trolls how to ballet'.
After several tens of minutes searching, he finally located the tapestry. Looking up at the tapestry, Oz did a full turn, turning to a large wall. Oz then walked up to the wall, standing in front of it. He could feel his cloak spell starting to run dry so he needed to be quick.
'I need a place to train with my two wands. I need a place to train with my two wands'.
Oz chanted this thought in his head like a mantra, hoping the room would eventually respond. Luckily for Oz, after a minute of standing still, the door presented itself.
'Finally, I wonder what kind of room it conjured up'.
Oz then opened the door slowly walking into the room. As he looked around the room presented to him, he was instantly shocked.
The room looked a lot like the room Harry had used in the fifth film with Dumbledore's army but the difference in size was insane. The room itself was about the size of a football pitch. On either side of the room there were rows of mannequins with wands, they looked similar to the ones Dumbledore's army practiced with, however, they seemed in Oz's eyes to be more advanced, maybe even capable of casting spells as they had their own magic supply within them.
Oz stood in the room in awe, the sheer size had blown him away initially but now seeing all the mannequins on either side, he was left dumbstruck. In the centre of the room he spotted a button and instantly surmised that when the button was pressed, the mannequins would start to move to attack.
'More than enough space to practice all kinds of spells, a combat mechanism for me to practice high-speed duelling and there also seems to be other mechanisms in place to practice other kinds of combat. This place is perfect'.
Oz put the clock down near the door, out of the way so that it hopefully wouldn't be destroyed. He walked up to the button in the middle of the room looking left and right.
'Well there's no time like the present, lets begin'.

Yep, just like the title suggest, this is a rant. But also an explanation as to why I chose to change some social norms in my story. First, let's talk about what's pissing me off. Recently, I came across a YouTube video, y'know, the kind that you see and go "oh, angry right wing ranting again". But this time, it was different. This time, the title of the video got my attention and I decided to check it out. And to say I was shocked, is an understatement.

Turns out, Netflix is releasing a new upcoming original movie, which I had never heard of, called Cuties. Probably cause it was an international movie from France. But, and this is the real kicker, the movie was about 11 year old girls, fu*king kids for crying out loud, TWERKING. Let me repeat that so it sinks in (and also cause webnovel might censor it): 11 YEAR OLD GIRLS joining a TW*RKING COMPETITION. That was the description of the movie. And the poster? Disgusting. Showing fu*king kids in provocative outfits in a disgustingly sex*al style that screams pedo. Even the title of the movie is sick. Now, I didn't exactly believe the YouTube video and did some research but guess what? It was all true. Worse, THE ACTORS ARE 11 YEAR OLDS TOO.

WTF is wrong with people? How can you make of movie of this? Why would you do that? I don't have kids, but my sisters do and I would never want those kids to do anything like that. Never. Not until they're 20 ... or 22. You get the idea. And this isn't because of some religious thing or whatever the fu*k Netflix said in response, it's just how degenerate how society is becoming; that we accept the sex*alization of children, of young girls.

And to be completely honest, I actually wanted to portray that in my story. How we accept these things, things that aren't right. Jason's relationship with Elizabeth when he was young and naive, teenagers becoming adults at the age of sixteen and having legally consensual s*x at the age of 14 instead of 16 ... it's just not right. (Jason's situation is a little different though. Not only is he never taught to be a child, he's also a reincarnated person, so he never acted like a child. Regardless, the consequences and effect of such a relationship is also apparent to even his psych, forget about a normal child).

And WTF man, why is there even a competition like this for kids? Which parent would even allow their kids to do this? To become targets for predators? I can't ... I don't know what to say. All I can ask of you is to go to the trailer Netflix released and downvote it. Show them that this is unacceptable. That we are better than this.

Magical Time-skip no Jutsu (age-5)

Well it's been okay 3 years for me. After the age of three I started doing the yoga and flexibility exercises to give me leg up in my journey in 11 years. Yes, Eleven years. Turns-out they don't just send random immature 10-year olds to roam around in dangerous wilderness with creatures that can smash mountains and seas. You only start your journey at fourteen only after attaining your PETL's (Primary Examination for Trainer's Licensing). Obtaining your PTELs requires good physical stamina, basic survival and camping skills, basic pokémon knowhow and on top of that a high school diploma. Again, I repeat, they don't want ignorant simpletons messing around with forces of nature that, if thoroughly enraged, can destroy cities.
Aside from that I'm a regular visitor at the town library and have already finished reading the orphanage library. Well I did wish for an absurd IQ. The pokémon world is massive, at least 10 times the size of earth with gravity equivalent to over twice of the previous earth. Days are twice as long , even if they count in 24 hours, 60 minutes, 60 seconds format. There are 18 months in a year, with months being named after pokémon type alphabetically. So even though I'm 5 years old now I've lived as much as a person of fifteen years in earth. No wonder ash remained 10-11 year old kid in the anime. (A/N: Greatest pokémon Mystery solved.. :P)
On the power side of things I've made drastic improvements as I've been able to sneak out of orphanage for a long period of time and I've fully substitute meditation instead of sleeping. Now I can control weights of over 10 Ton with my telekinesis brute force and in terms of control I can individually control 20 pieces pebbles to move independently from each other. My ultimate goal in telekinesis is to mimic Gaara from Naruto using sand control. My mind has grown even sharper and I've also learned how to do thought acceleration and thought partition in 3 parts taking inspiration with various fantasy novels, comics and manga from my previous life that I can perfectly recall with my Eidetic memory. I've learned to delve into non protected minds other people and pokémon and have built an Mindscape inside my mind to better control my powers without going all psycho like Sabrina in the anime. I've also started to learn the move gravity as it'll help in training me and my pokémon in the future. Physically I've only done few stamina improvement exercises and flexibility training. I've also trained using my aura sensing, aura sight and aura reinforcement as I've yet to externalize my aura. Now that I'm five years old I plan to start training my physical aspects more thoroughly as well.

On the other hand, not every youngster was huddling in a cavern creche with Ruth.
There was a difference, a huge difference, between the children who grew up in the Wildlands and the refugees who arrived from the Midlands.
For example, 6-8 year-old ordinary, refugee ex-Midlander children were barely brave enough to do household-chore type Adventurer Guild missions after school for some 'pocket money'. 9-10 year olds might take missions on the farms, or help paint someone's wall or any number of deliveries and message bearing. Even the 11-12 year olds seldom ventured far from town, only a rare few ex-refugees going out to the outlying villages, and even then mainly sticking to the roads. Only teenagers would venture off-road and take on 'real' adventures.
But the children who grew up at Fort Troas or those of the Sea People like Alani who migrated here long ago were not like that. These were more adventurous sorts who ran around the forests armed and armored on a daily basis. They hunted Wilds and natural treasures, mapped out the unknown, guarded their friends and Comrades with their lives, and generally earned enough to live on their own without parental support.
Not to mention the likes of Mindy, George, and Tim, any of whom had a net worth to match entire towns.
At this hour, about a dozen ten year-olds were following Damien and Lisa in the creche, obediently staying safe and doing their homework in the reflected firelight of the cavern. Those were ex-refugee children.
Meanwhile, a certain other ten year-old was riding the Tier 8 Deep Emperor across the seas between continents, accompanied by a fleet of the Order of Light all loaded with desperate new refugees from the Midlands. On Reef's back were more people than she bothered to count, all of them clinging tightly to the magical island that had come out of nowhere and somehow was able to move as fast as the surrounding ships.
A yell sounded from one such ship. "Are we taking them all the way to Fal'Herim?"
Alani called back. "We'll offload at the islands first, and go back for more. We have to get as many of them out of there as possible! The Midlands Wilds are already on the rampage, and it's chaos back there!"
"Understood!" Even if the Wilds didn't kill them, chances were exceedingly high that desperate humans would.
They would save as many as they could, but the islands could only hold so many, and the ships and Reef were likewise limited. Going back and forth, once the islands were filled up, they would have no choice but to land at Fal'Herim, and that would mean even longer trips and more time taken. How much time did they have? How long before all semblance of order fell apart and blood soaked the Midlands? It was going to come down to a race, and every life saved in their dwindling time was a win in her book.

Meanwhile, Tim was in the desert fighting with a Great Dragon.
Yes, of course it was Khar'al-dras, the very Dragon who provided him with power. Right now they were in what could be described as a sibling quarrel, two brothers arguing and physically fighting over the fate of a certain desert city.
Simply put, Khar'al-dras wanted to destroy it. The city was no longer what it once was and had little or no appeal to him any longer.
Tim, on the other hand, had a lot at stake in that city and very much wanted to leave it unharmed.
The argument got heated and eventually they went head to head. Huge shockwaves churned entire sandstorms in the desert. The ground shook and buildings collapsed. Even if he didn't do it directly, Khar'al-dras managed to destroy more than half the city just by fighting Tim.
But Tim wasn't about to give up on all his assets in the city. So they fought, and all the people of Fal'Herim could do was to duck for cover and run for shelter.

Darian, on the other hand, was preparing to face the Wind Emperor. He cleared out most of the tunnels and went to find George in the underground command post. "Any updates on the Beast Tide?"
"Their main forces are two hours away, but word has it the Wind Emperor is in the vanguard." George told him, marking out spots on his map. "They won't have any early waves or scouting parties arriving before that. The Wind Emperor is leading the charge from the front. He will be the very first Wild attacking Kara-Goth. You have time to rest up."
"Two hours." Darian nodded. "I'm going to get something to eat."

In those two hours, Sior'khan-dras amended the Beacon's Trade signal to warn incoming ships about abnormal weather conditions, in case someone tried to land and ran straight into Nil'rak's Shroud or Zor'khan's lightning, or any number of winds and storms roused by rampaging dragons.
Remian and Captain Lance worked to get the Acrobat up and running. It didn't have a whole lot of mana available to power it, but they gave it what they could.
Ermine churned out enough Tier 4 semi-automatic guns for one hundred town guards. The weapon of choice was the Impact Pistol, an ancient Tau design that focused on stopping power. While it wasn't very accurate at long range, the smokeless, high-pressure firearms fired off rounds at such high velocities they would literally blow apart most unarmored humans within twenty meters.
As for herself, she built a gun turret on the elevator to the roof of her apartment and mounted a heavy multi-barrel autocannon on it. On top of that, she piled on metal plating turning the elevator into a pop-up bunker.
Aside from Alani, the rest of Class-2 weren't doing quite so well. They had tried to fly to Kara-Goth on their airship, but the storms raged on, and the airship went tumbling down and they were forced to limp back to Craggy Falls just as the rain started to fall.
Lydia started smoking.
Wulfgar started drinking his third tankard of ale that day.
Asda's dead body was discovered by already-panicked citizens among the ruins in Fal'Herim. Apparently she did not survive the door.
Meanwhile, Charlie was sitting in the wreckage of the Ashdalian flagship, holding Mandy's battered form in his arms. Mandy's breathing was hoarse and shallow, her clothing and Charlie's both stained with blood. Her condition was critical and Charlie was in no shape to move either.
"Did we... make a mistake...?" Mandy coughed.
"Don't talk. Save your strength." Charlie choked out.
"There's no point." Mandy let out a low, self-mocking laugh. "After... everything... now that I think back... all I ever wanted... was just..."
She trailed off. Charlie did not say anything either. Blood slowly trickled out of her mouth.
"How did... it come to this...? How did I... end up... here?"
Slowly, she closed her eyes. Then, she sighed. "Mindy... I'm sorry."
There was only silence.
"Remian... I'm sorry."
Once more she coughed, and she coughed up blood. At last, she turned to Charlie.
"Charlie... I'm sorry."
Charlie shook his head, no longer able to say anything. It wouldn't have mattered anyway.
The sound of hoarse breathing stopped. Mandy's body no longer moved, no longer breathed, her heart no longer beat.
Charlie sighed.
"Goodbye."
