200 years ago man created the greatest AI known but this Machine eventually grew a mind of its own and evetually it's own body, it rose up with others like it against the human race this battle went on for about 20 years and nature and most resources were dieing off cause of the continuing battles but the final battle it released a large blast but is wasn't a bomb it was something else entirely, the machines had something hidden down their main base, something that wasn't human or machine something not of this earth, the blast brought back nature it changed it along with the humans and Machines closes to the blast.....both of them went a evolution of some sorts and because of this both sides where able to form a peace ending the war



Lia Giles became a border guard and mechanic for the power lines on the in between of the main city and the unearthly forests, no longer being able to stand living in the high technology world where humans are treated like second class citizens. On one of her patrols she discovers something or more like someone that no one has ever seen before.

Familiar, such a familiar system display panel. It was light blue, the panel background was filled with runic icons from the game as a gesture of showing how original the game was. In the panel, it was filled with a total of 18 hex-key holes.

John Smith's eyes twitch, he knew that the dream is real. He was not deceiving himself of a false future. He truly dreamed of the future and saw for himself, a path that he had already walked.

One has to know, John Smith's dream of this before so he was familiar with the game content. Just the runic panel said everything. It was one of the things that he saw in his dream and he had almost been the fourth person to be a trillionaire.

Coming back to himself, John Smith slowly formulates a path for his future. He was not in a hurry to create his game character, so he quietly contemplates it.

It was not until half hours later did he get a rough outline for his future. Finally, he moves on to creating his character after letting out a calm sigh.

After a few moments, John Smith's game character looked exactly the same as him. Except, he gave himself a new hair cut. Long hairs like his do not match him, told by one of his buddies. He made his hair short back and side. Overall, he had a fresh new outlook on him.

He wants to show a better first impression of himself when they both first met. Moving on, he finally got to see a familiar status screen.

Nodding his head, John Smith knew that every player was granted a hidden status and thirty-five SP at the beginning of the game. However, the most important thing to take note of was that the thirty-five SP can be allocated into the hidden status.

This is especially very important later in the game where every additional hidden status will bridge or completely in a situation. Also, no SP gain in the future will be able to allocate into any hidden status again. As for how useful a hidden status in the beginning. It will be dependant on whether or not a player the average player or the elite player.

For the three hidden statuses, all hidden status is self-explanatory and very beneficial. Luck improves items drop rate (rate drops), skill improvement rates (lucky enlightenment), lucky hits, and extremely versatile if it activated. 

For example, luck of 35 is the most effective on a level 35 player or lower. The lower the levels compare to the points in luck. The higher the effectiveness. However, if the levels are much higher then the less effective it was.

Endurance improves a flat +50 Hp and +5 Mp for each point in endurance which compares to the average vitality status which only grants +10 Hp per points. For example, a 35 Endurance will net a total of 1,750 points of health and 175 points of mana.

As for the last hidden status, muscular enhancement, it is truly the game-changer. Each and every point will increase flat points to strength, speed, skill, and vitality by however many points are in the hidden status. By definition, a 35 muscular enhancement means a +35 Str, +35 Spd, +35 Skl, and finally +35 Vit.

To be fair, each and every point in a hidden status signify an equivalent of a level. Depending on the very first chosen hidden status, each and every player's game style is different.

For example, Luck is versatile early but became very inefficient later if the levels were higher than the status points in luck. Endurance is very beneficial for a tank. Finally, muscular enhancement is the best for a warrior early on.

However, among the three choices. John had already decided which hidden status that works best for him. He did not hesitate to choose luck. He had only one reason for choosing luck, the tutorial. In total, he had 40 points in luck.

The tutorial was not a normal tutorial-like any other game. The setting of the tutorial was set in the ancient battlefield of an old god. It was a place filled with all kinds of races battling for supremacy and it could only be accessed once per character. Which could be accessed during the tutorial.

Looking at the options, the role of a foot soldier can easily climb up the hierarchy easily. Which can make the foot soldier into a monstrosity later during the tutorial. While a king already had its territory, but its growth for the tutorial is much slower.

As for being a character call Tamar, it's a tough call since he will no longer grow during the tutorial. So whatever levels, powers, and tamed monsters the original character was given will never change throughout the tutorial.

Out of the three options, he eliminated the king's option. Now, it's only there are only two options left. After a few minutes of considerations, he finally decided to risk it. A legendary tamer will definitely have some beneficiary scores already.

The taste of the luck effect was extremely delightful. However, the main mission requirements are higher than his possible levels. It was a mission set for failure. However, it is not impossible. Thus, end chapter two.

A young adult suddenly became a man on his twelfth birthday. What's in store for him when he suddenly finds himself dreaming of the future? Is he going to believe his dream of the future or fall down even more in misery? Read now to find out.

Firstly, let's get the definition out of the way:

{A kuudere, sometimes written as kūdere or just kudere, refers to a character who is often cold, blunt, and cynical. They may seem very emotionless on the outside, but on the inside they're very caring — at least when it comes to the ones they love.} -Ripped straight from Google.

Now, why add this sort of character to a story? The answer is that Dere tropes exist. People just really consistently love certain types of female characters that fit their fetish. The Dandere (Silent Lovestruck) is for the dom's type out there~

As for those who like Cool Lovestruck type of female character, they are normally the type who want to see the eccentricities of said girls. The Kuudere's deadpan face and awkward way of expressing herself matches some dudes out there in their high school days where they thought having an expressionless look was totally cool~

It isn't in real life, by the way. When trying to handle this trope, try to imagine a character who isn't an alien but more like a girl who internalises 'love' in a different way from others thanks to her upbringing.

Although some find her defenceless figure with her naive optimisms or straight up ignorance of the protagonist's thought, it needs to be said that someone would have assaulted her already if she was cute and doesn't know frickin' social distance.

Writers love to get away with 'but she only does this with the main character (who is unable to commit himself and is shockingly 'virtuous') so it's fine'. But really... it's not. The Kuudere does not have a cosmic detector for her future life partner.

If you want her to seem like more of a person that can exist in reality, give her some cautiousness and portray her 'Lovestruck' antics in a more personal way. For example: Through their blunt attitude.

The appeal of a rare girl who is emotionless on the outside but sweet and caring on the inside is a fantasy for Otaku who want to believe that the deadpan classmate they likes also likes them back.

Some think that Kuudere wants to be that way.

But in real life, people are idiots only in high school and become more well-rounded as individuals after gaining enough experience and becoming proper adults. The Kuudere's bluntness and cynical way of talking isn't welcomed in more 'normie' groups.

That's why it's up to the main character to be there for her and be the warmth in her otherwise 'cold' life. The only requirement for a character to be shipped with a Kuudere is either that he could break her trope-y attitude or make her feel at home when they are around. Make it look like they compliment each other through their daily life.

Of course, there are other ways to do this as well and I don't see why writers can't be creative when using this. Just don't use the trope as an explanation and more of a point of reference, as it will stop your character from looking like a walking Dere Trope who has a background attached just for making an excuse for her behaviour.

In order to stop and explanation sounding like an excuse, make sure it comes early in their introduction why they act a certain way. As long as the reasoning is understandable, no one will point fingers and say you are making a flat character.

Just be sure that unless it has a slice-of-life added into it, don't make personalities the man focus.

Keep things in the background if you want to be subtle and focus more on driving your plot.

If not, I highly recommend you at least make sure there are other characters she can bounce off of coldly. After all, if you only show her being nice to her loved ones all the time (even if it's the main character), then the trope will become forced.

There doesn't need to be a big explanation for her being blunt and cynical, all she needs to do is be herself and let the other characters be themselves too. It is fine to show the unpleasant side of such a trope-ish character, as it makes them more 'real'.

The bluntness of a Kuudere is almost like the bluntness of a muscle brain sometimes but you can always decide how snaky they are on through the things they say and don't say. The deeper level of their character is expressed in their choices.

And to characterise someone, express the way these character's see others through the eyes of others. After all, going from her perspective alone would lose the air of mystery around her.

Is she caring towards kids? Does she hate the rainy days? When does she empathise? Or be ignorant?

Character choices play a big part in showing what a character is about, and Pet the Dog and Kick the Dog moments are good material to use (I mean the tropes. Look the two up). Either way, how they react to circumstances say more about them.

The Dere Tropes are only surface level judgements on characters anyway, so making a character with the trope as a guide rather than a reference would make an equally shallow character. Don't add mystery aspects to her if there is no payoff.

Remember that the Kuudere is 'cool and sweet', not antisocial. You can picture her as the heroine of Yamada and the Seven Witches as she is the one who can totally live without the main character.

Even if they didn't meet, she would still be a fully functional 'cool' girl who may be misunderstood by some but best friends with others. The caring side she shows to the main character might not be a side she only shows to him but all those she loves.

Contrarily, there may also be a Kuudere who is truly emotionless on the inside and needs a lot of lovestruck therapy before she can open up even a little to the main character. Even when the Male Lead hugs her, it might take some time before she's able to bring herself to hug him back and really show her affection. Though this is sometimes flipped with her instantly wanting children the moment she realised her own feelings for him.

I'm not a fan of the 'You are so kind = I suddenly love you' scenarios as makes my jaw drop whenever girls instantly fall for our Eroge Protagonist MC just because he's a little bit nice.

I mean, have some creativity or at least make the reasons girls like the Male Lead at first something shallow so you can slowly unravel the romance as she gets to truly understand his deeper emotions.

There's nothing wrong with liking a guy for his looks, money, fame, or just because the character is his fan. Anything is fine as for the beginning of a romance as long as they start to 'want' each other's company and like having them around.

Anyway, that's all I got. Just remember she is who she is and slowly unravel her character. Peace out!

This is a story I worked on ages ago that has been refined and edited by adding foreshadowing to events while also simplifying the power system better than before. This story can be considered a prequel to An Adventure Beyond Greatness as it takes place years prior to the events of that story.

Short Synopsis:
After retiring from the battlefield, my life became empty and lifeless. The regrets of my past haunt me in my sleep. Then a change occurred, a King from another world summoned me to fight for his kingdom, but I died even before I could give him my answer. Now, after a fake God allowed me to reincarnate (albeit imperfectly) with my memories intact, into a world filled with magic and swords.

Long Synopsis:
This is about a flawed protagonist who only knew to rely on others and not socialise who gets a second chance to change himself in order to live the life he aimed for in his past life. The narrator isn’t exactly trustworthy since it is purely in his bias perspective while other perspectives given by others fill in the blanks that he either leaves out or twists to suit the situation.

The story itself can be considered a parody of Isekai’s classic tropes which are given a sense of reality as time goes by. As there exists no ‘Demon Lord’, there is also no black and white, only characters opinions and counter-opinions throughout the story.

Man this stats are awesome, god really did give his blessing but they really question is how do my states compare to other people. Grabs one of pieces the of heartwood and begins carving one of them flat.Looks around to find a Boulder.See one over by the pathway to a city.Walks over picks up the Boulder.Throws over his shoulder. Brings over the Boulder to where sticks where. Punches the Boulder into pieces.Places pieces on shattered Boulder on the flat piece of wood.Then binds the sharp rocks the flat wood piece with chains magic. Finally I have made a weapon.


Stomach growls loudly,crap I forgot to eat food. Well I better go hunt something and maybe I can make some clothes out the hide of the animal.Sniffs the air smells something but can't quite till what is.walks in the direction that the smell is originated. As it get closer the smell get strong. begins hear breathing. Approach  a hill slow climbs to top of the hill looks down the hill to to see a boar about one mile away.Man is my hearing and scent of smell really that good and my eyesight this spectacular. Kneels down on two knees and pray to god thanking him for his new life.Stands back up,time to kill this boar.Slow walks down the hill with his scythe in hand.Creep closer and closer to the boar.Then starts crawl towards boar through the bushes.Realizes that their is total of 5 boars in all.Then one of the boars turn around smells me. The boars charges me,drifting to right to dodge the charge.I have got to end this quickly before gang sup on me.Jumps into the air with scythe in hand, lands on the boar back.swing scythe at boars neck chopping the boats head off. The four other board then charge me too.I would run forward toward,rip the legs of the first boar.blood would pour on the ground,then second boar was dead.Quick dispatch the rest of the boars just as easily.Time to skin these boars for clothing.Pull out a sharp stone out of his pocket begins skin the boars,their enough here to make a,full set of clothes and backpack. Begins tanning the hides for clothes,finish's his shirt,pants,hood,strap,and back pack.

After looking around for stuff to stunt my growing boredom I have found a rwby ff titled "Rage of the Feral " on fanfic.net and it brought about an idea I've had and only read about in it. 
The idea in question is instead of "hunters" as in the fictional occupation what is there where characters in rwby who were actual by english definition a hunter? So the main idea of writing a character like this  in action scenes is basically just write your character as you would a rouge character from fantasy games where combat is focused more on poisons, traps, and mind games instead of upfront combat in the vanguard position where the rouge is likely to get killed off due to having low offensive power.

Anyways these are just opinions like all things in this thing I call a digital "story" so make something out of this idea or not its your choice :p

Martin explained his short conversation with Adeola to his boss. "I'm proud of you son" he sipped his whisky. Martin smile "Thanks boss, i will make sure i get closer to her during the excursion ". 

"Good of you , go pack your bag for the short excursion " he dismissed him. Martin left the man's room with a happy look.
After Adeola spoke with Inder for some hours , she slept off .

Please Princess , it time for dinner come out" Alice plead as she knock the door , she thought the Princess was angry and didn't want to come out for dinner , but our Princess is dreaming about her and Inder.

Alice knock from sometimes before the Princess finally opened the door , Adeola opened the door and went back to bed , her maid entered and close the door. "Princess, i am sorry for disturbing" she bow. "It time for dinner , others are waiting " she said and bow.
"Stop bowing for me " The Princess complained. "After what i said , the only thing she could figure out is 'Stop bowing for me ' Alice thought. As if the Princess was ready her mind she replied her unasked question "Did you have a problem with it ? ".
Alice said innocently "I didn't say anything my Princess".
"Of course you didn't " she said.
Adeola changed her clothes to a pink unicorn pj and a pink unicorn flip-flop . "Shall we ? " she asked her maid. "Of course Princess ". Adeola left the room her personal Maid followed her to the dinning.
The palace has three dinning , the first one is meant for the King and his officials the dining is very , the second dinning was meant for the family and extended family while the last which is private for only the royal family . The royal has rules and regulations for their meal , no one is allowed to touch the meal if everyone is not present , no one is allowed to touch the meal before the King , talking while eating is prohibited but since the King is always busy , he allows his children to speak with him at the dining . Everyone followed the rules except our psycho Princess who even dine and wine with her servant.

Adeola arrived at the dining , she sat down leaving a chair between her and her siblings , Adeola shoo Alice away with her hand so as not to create any problem because her sister was looking at the maid with disgust , Alice bow and left. Adefunke  has a dark curly hair her eyes were brown in colour , she is the definition of aristocratic .She looks skinny and harmless but her character speaks otherwise . She loves things going her way, her and Adede was sent to hostel according to their wish , the school is just meant for spoilt rich brats , each student have their own separate apartment with personal maid and they pay fortune every term , WORTH IT.

The dinner was peaceful until the second handsome spoilt brat speaks out "Adeola , you didn't even say hi to your elder brother, that rude ". Adeola slice the meat with a knife and eat the sliced piece of meat with her fork before she replied him "Dear brother , why don't we act as if you are normal for once , just act you are good at it ". 

"Oh my look who is talking " Adefunke chipped in. Their parent didn't interfere. 

"Adeola , stop been an idiot , you go against your own sister because of a maid, are you jealous because your chest is crying for breast it so flat " he teased her because he knew she hate it when someone abuse her physical features.

Adeola didn't say a word  she just smiled as if nothing happened and continue her meal. Adefunke was satisfied thinking Adede has shun their younger one. 

"Adeola , your school mailed us about the 4 days excursion " the Queen said trying to cheer her younger daughter up.

"Hmm" Adeola reply shortly.

"Dear for your safety , bodyguards have to accompany you , i don't want to take a risk " the King said.

"Dad , no need the school will provide adequate security , they know that the children they are taking with them  came from a very rich families with enemies they won't want their school to be shut down , i don't need any guard " she protest.

"That true , a designer will be coming with clothes for you to go with" The Queen smiled.

Adeola frowned "I have many clothes that i haven't even touch , i need no designer ".

"Why did you like behaving like you are poor? " Adede asked out of the blue.

"The way i live my life is none of your fucking business " she cursed.

"Adeola! " the King exclaimed.

"Dad , i just want a peaceful meal" she said and continue eating as if nothing happened.

"Listen and listen good , there is an event coming up next month the three of you must be present and maintain a good relationship in the front of the media " The Queen annouce .

Adefunke loves event , just for one reason , she loves event because of the camera flashing everywhere and being on the news that what she love about aristocratic event.

"That going to be fun , i am going to take a week off in school because of the event " Adefunke said happily.
"It going to be fun!" Adede  exclaimed.
