Whether it ever reached its destination is debatable. The ship itself was a Class-B colony ship: it had two main fusion thrusters, a Class-B fusion generator and two Class-A storage units. The internals of the ship consisted of one main terminal in the central hub, terraforming equipment, essential supplies and 1,000,010 capsules.

Li Ming woke up sweating in his dorm.
'Where am I?'
He got up of his bunk bed and wore his slippers. 'I was just in the middle of being ripped apart by
a zombie.' 'This looks like the dorm I used before the apocalypse started.' Li Ming headed over to a table and fiercely grabbed his iPad and checked the date.
12.00 PM, 12/31/2019.
'The apocalypse starts 12.00 AM, 12/31/2019. Around the world, people will fall asleep from 12.00 AM to 12.00 PM on 1/1/2020. When they wake up they will find that 90% of the world's population have turned into zombies.'
Li Ming checked his wallet only to find that he only had a 100 RMB left. Li Ming was an orphan so he was not as rich as his classmates and only managed to enter this prestigious university through scholarships. He was an outcast in the university also and most of his classmates ignored him.
'I need to buy supplies for the apocalypse but I don't have enough money. What should I do?'
Li Ming decided to sell the electronics in his dorm to earn money. He left the college and went to the second-hand electronics store. Li Ming sold the electronics for a total of 10000 RMB. He then went into the supermarket to purchase 2000 RMB worth of chocolate bars, biscuits, beef jerky, and medical supplies, and filled them into his backpack that was customized for survival. Then he went to the black market to purchase a samurai sword and dagger which he strapped to his thigh. He also bought an outfit, gloves, and military boots that were highly resistant to zombie bites and scratches which used up the remainder of his money. Li Ming was an expert in using weapons since he had lived ten years into the apocalypse. He checked his watch.
3.00 PM, 12/31/2019.
Three hours had gone by when he purchased his supplies. Li Ming concealed his weapons and went back to his dorm. When he got back to his dorm he equipped his supplies and played video games until he fell asleep. Li Ming woke up to a scream in the hallway so he checked his watch.
12:00 PM, 1/1/2020.
Li Ming left his dorm and engaged the zombie. Before, the zombie could react its head was already on the floor. 
"System initiated."
"Survival system starts."
"Host's information recorded."
A transparent screen appeared in front of Li Ming.

Li Ming is sent back to the day before the apocalypse began.

Two days have passed since the entrance exam.

I recalled my memory as I stared upon the beige ceiling of my dorm room, my head resting nicely upon a soft white pillow.

"Zachary, where did you get these coins?" Headmaster Gamon asked me.

With all my strength, I tried my best to utter a sentence.

"I... don't know..."

"...O-Oh, my bad. We shouldn't force you to speak yet. Let your body heal up first, then we'll talk. Now then, if you'll excuse us."

He put my pouch beside me and left after smiling at me and the two girls. The unknown woman bowed to us, fixed her glasses, then followed him out of the room.

"Hm, we should be going too. We'll be late for first period." Salome said.

"What was first period again today?"

"It's CQC class by Professor Kaelen but... it looks like we're doing self-study today."

"Ah, good point. We can't mess up our records now, can we? Well, we'll be back soon, Zachary. Get well soon!"

"Goodbye for now."

The two of them waved at me and left the room as well. I was left there beside an unconscious Professor Kaelen. My ears were met with deafening silence, so I thought, maybe I should just sleep too since there's nothing I can do at my current state.

...

And now, I'm in my dorm room, able to finally walk properly. Salome and Wanda guided me to my dorm room. I didn't know what I was expecting, but there seems to be a lot more other rooms in the building, belonging to the other Magus students.

Anyway, I wonder what part of the world I'm in right now? The settlements and cities never had these Academies. I don't think they even had magic back there. It's all entirely new to me, this must definitely be a far-off land.

I sat up and looked at the small table beside my bed. There laid two pieces of clothing with black as the primary color, and green as the secondary. The color combination is strangely pleasing to my eyes.

I stood up and tried them on, then faced a mirror. A coat of some sort and a pair of pants. A perfect fit, although my hair is all over the place. I brushed the hair on my shoulder to the back with both hands. Now it looks good.

As I spun around checking out different parts of my outfit, somebody knocked on my door thrice.

"Um, hello?" somebody said from outside, their voices muffled.

I hurried to the door, forgetting to remove the attire, and partially opened the door, revealing two people. The one on the right was a male Elf, while the one on the left was a female Beastman from the Entomorph subspecies.

"Uh... how can I help you?" I asked.

"Are you Zachary? The new enrollee?" the Elf asked.

"Yeah, that's me."

"We'd like to give you this as a welcome gift."

The Entomorph handed me a box. I opened it and revealed a circlet consisting of nicely colored jewels.

"Wow, isn't this a bit too... expensive?"

"Ah, no, not at all! It's honestly just the bare minimum, see... well anyway, welcome to Ombero Academy! We hope you enjoy your school life here!"

They bowed and left without another word. I couldn't even thank them for this accessory. Hell, I don't think I even catched their names so I can at least thank them sometime in the future.

I closed the door and wore the circlet on my left wrist. It's not very noticeable with my coat's sleeve covering a large part of it, but I'll just leave it there as a part of the attire.

I took off the clothes, folded it to best of my ability, then put the circlet on top of it. Upon closer inspection, the circlet had three jewels on it, all three a different shade of blue. Are these perhaps Azurite? It's like I'm looking at solidified fragments of the deep sea, how so very relaxing.

...Wait.

"...I should explore the area while I have so much free time." I said to myself.

With that in mind, I regretted taking off my attire. I put them back on and wore the circlet. I took a deep breath, slapped my cheeks twice and opened the door afterwards.

There was a door in front of me with the number plate "156". The room probably belongs to a different student. I looked to my sides. Long hallways with high ceilings. Far into the horizon of the left hallway was a path with opened windows. The sunshine formed shadows on the floor and revealed the presence of dust floating about in the air.

That part of the hallway must lead to a different building. Magus students are coming and going either alone or with their friends. Their listless chatter echoed through the hallway and reached my location, although lower in volume from where they currently are.

I headed their way while taking in the magnificence of the building. There's just so much detail to see.

I was approaching an intersection and decided to turn right. I could see a nice view of the outside world from the hallway. As I walked slowly, someone's voice called to me.

"Oh, it's Zachary?"

"Hey!"

Two familiar voices. It's Salome and Wanda. I looked back and saw them approaching me from the path behind.

"Good day. How'd you two know it was me?" I asked.

"Well, you're the only one here wearing the male uniform with that long hair of yours." Wanda answered.

"Ah, good point..."

"How's the Academy so far? Do you like it here?" asked Salome.

"It's okay so far. Some guys knocked on my door and gave me this circlet too."

I rolled my sleeve by a bit and showed them the accessory on my left wrist.

"Ah, that's proof that you're a student here, other than the uniform, of course." Salome showed her circlet, which was on her head. Wanda showed hers as well, which was being worn as a ring. It looks like it can be customized.

"Headmaster said you can start attending classes today, after lunch. Just to give you a tour and attend a class at the end of the day."

"We came here to fetch you before lunch break ends. You got your coin purse on you?"

"Wanda, I don't think that's a good idea... his coins might be too expensive, you know?"

"Hm, that's a good point. Okay, we'll treat you to a meal then! Come with us!"

How kind... I'll repay them later. I don't know how much a coin from my purse can buy, but if what the Headmaster's assistant said is true, one for each of them should suffice.

We eventually arrived at the cafeteria. It was a vast room with a high ceiling, packed with Magus students of different races and sizes, conversing with each other as they ate.

I could feel several gazes around me as we made our way to the counter.

"Ah, it's you two again... who's this?"

The lunch lady greeted Salome and Wanda.

"We'll have the usual, please. Oh, add another order of that for our friend here. His name is Zachary."

"Oh, the new kid? Well, nice ta meet you, young 'un. Here's your order. Enjoy!"

"Thanks!" Wanda said.

She put the orders on three separate trays and slid them across the counter. She had quite a grumpy voice but it seems she's kind. We carried our trays and looked for a vacant table. I followed the two girls.

We stopped finding a table at some point and decided to settle for seats instead. All tables apparently have occupants already.

We sat on a table with five other students. The two were greeted by their seatmates. It looks like they're acquainted, which is lucky for us.

"Ah, Salome, Wanda! Come sit with us!"

I sat on the edge of the bench and quietly listened as they chatted. When they started to dig into their meals, I did so as well.

It was a bowl of rice topped with many kinds of meat, along with shredded vegetables and an aromatic brown sauce on top, most of which has already been absorbed by the rice. It smells amazing. I took the spoon and fork on my tray, shoveled a little bit of everything, and took it into my mouth.

"...!?"

Beautiful.

I almost broke character from that combination of flavor. What is this?

Salome, who was eating in front of me, chuckled. "How was it?" she asked.

"Haha, I think you'll know by his facial expression, Salome. Look, he's shocked!"

N-No, please don't say that word. I'm having flashbacks of that entrance exam...

Wanda pointed to me. She was sitting to my right at that moment.

"What is this?" I asked them. "It's delicious!"

"Right? It's called a... well, it's commonly called a rice bowl, so..."

"I think it's really the only thing it's called, Wanda..."

As they thought about the rice bowl topic, the student sitting beside Salome noticed me. I felt her gaze and crossed eyes with her by instinct. She immediately averted her gaze and started a conversation with the others.

I shrugged it off and continued eating. Afterwards, we head to a certain section of the cafeteria to return the trays and bowls and drink water. We exited the cafeteria and they continued guiding me.

"Zachary, the Headmaster has taken care of the paperwork for your enrollment. He took three coins from your purse after asking you about the fee two days ago." Salome told me.

I don't remember that bit, but okay.

"Yeah, so from now on you're a Magus student here. We're in the same class, so we're going to the classroom now."

We've arrived at our destination. Before us was a tall door, and above it was a plate with the same color scheme as our uniforms that read "1-C".

"Well, here we are. You ready to go in?" Wanda asked me.

I closed my eyes and took a deep breath. I'm kinda nervous. "...Yeah. Let's go."

They nodded, then opened the door, making a loud but brief creaking noise. The inside was something I haven't seen before.

There were long desks in rows of threes reaching to the back of the room, which was elevated. On the opposite end was an elevated podium and a wide blackboard. Sunlight peered through the windows.

The students' chatter ended abruptly as they simultaneously faced forward to see who opened the door.

They saw the unfamiliar face that was me, walking behind Salome and Wanda and following them.

"Zachary, you can sit here for now." Salome said.

"It's our desk. Pretty close to the front, huh?"

We were at the second row of desks, on the left hand side of the room. I sat on the farthest side. Beneath the desk was a... bag. With the same color scheme as the uniform.

"Whose bag is this?" I asked, lifting the bag up onto the surface of the desk.

"That's yours. The lady from the dormitory provided you with some supplies that'll be essential to learning magic. We put it there for when you finally come to the classroom." Wanda informed me.

Before we knew it, someone else opened the door. It was a man I'm slightly familiar with. That nice dark brown hair, posture that looked like he's tired of doing things, and some bandages from the entrance exam a few days ago. There's no doubting it, it's Professor Kaelen Springford.

I turned my face towards Wanda and asked, "Why is he here?"

She replied. "Oh, didn't we tell you? Today's last period is CQC class. Maybe we should've given you a schedule?"

Professor Kaelen immediately saw me. "Ah, you're here! Welcome, welcome."

Following this, I felt an immense pressure from the gazes of the students around me.

"Have you introduced yourself to everyone? No? Well then, come to the front. Introduce yourself to the whole class, yeah?"

I haven't even answered you yet, but...

I looked at Salome and Wanda. However, they smiled at me and gave me a thumbs up like everything's up to me now. Which it is, at the current situation.

I gulped and stood up, then headed to the front. Why am I so nervous anyway? It's just an introduction...

Upon arriving there, I suddenly saw how many students there are. I got cold feet, but I can't back down now.

"...M-Māee—"

"Eh? Are you okay?" Professor Kaelen asked.

Damn it, I bit my tongue... I covered my mouth and restarted my introduction by clearing my throat.

I spoke in a loud, clear voice. "...My name is Zachary. From today onwards I'll be attending this... class. I have no recollection of my upbringing, nor my last name, but please feel free to call me by my name. I'm pleased to make your acquaintance."

"That all? Anyway, welcome to class 1-C. I'm your advisor, Kaelen Springford. I teach CQC and bounded field creation. We're a family here unlike the other classes, so please be at home in our humble classroom."

"..."

I nodded to him and returned to my seat. I released a sigh of relief.

"Good job." Salome praised me. Wanda gave me another thumbs up.

Professor Kaelen walked behind the podium, put a considerably thick book on its surface, then spoke.

"Now then, let's start final period."

Even immortals have their own weaknesses.

The summer passed in a haze of work and two close calls when Aaron was in the area but before she knew it, Keeley stood in front of her dorm building with two suitcases and her father in tow. 

It was time for her to move in because school started the following day. They used her recently acquired student ID card to pick up the key downstairs before lugging her things up to the third floor. 

As a freshman, she would be living in a traditional style dorm with no kitchen and a communal bathroom. 

Her room consisted of two beds, two desks, two dressers, a mini fridge, and a microwave. It was long, skinny, and had a single window located between the two beds. 

She decided to claim the right side of the room and asked her dad to set down the box of school supplies and wall decorations that he was carrying to help her set up a little. 

"Where do you want this?" he asked, holding out a few sheets of flower wall decals. 

She looked up from where she was putting away clothes and squinted at them. 

"Oh, I'll deal with those later. I want to spread them out across my half of the room evenly. Could you start organizing school supplies on my desk? I have a little plastic storage box with drawers for them." 

"Sure thing, honeybun. Where's your backpack? Do you need any to go in there too?"

"The notebooks should already be in there but I have a little pencil case. If you could put a couple of pens, pencils, and an eraser in it I'd appreciate it!"

Keeley did not have nearly enough room in this dresser for all of her clothes, as suspected. It was a good thing she only brought seasonal items and could go home to swap things out in her bedroom in Brooklyn anytime she wanted. It would still be warm for another month or so before she had to break out the fall outfits. 

After unpacking nearly everything she decided to do the decorations herself and sent her dad off with a hug and kiss on the cheek, promising to come visit him the following Sunday and make dinner. He hugged her tightly and told her to call him after her first day to tell him how it went. 

Just like that, he was gone and Keeley was left alone in her new home. She finished setting up the corkboard on her desk with a few photos on it and was working on spreading out the decals of roses, daisies, and leaves around when the door opened. 

A petite Hispanic girl with curly hair stood in the doorway with three large suitcases. 

"Hi!" she greeted with a Spanish accent. "I'm Valentina Benavente. Nice to meet you!"

Keeley set her decals on the bed and hurried over to help her with her bags. "I'm Keeley Hall. Here, let me take something."

Valentina smiled gratefully. "Thank you. Have you been here long?"

"Only about an hour. My dad helped me move in. Do you have anyone with you? If you don't I can help you unpack."

"I would appreciate that! I'm here alone; my parents sent me off at the airport in Lima. I want to go to an American medical school before going back home and opening up a practice," Valentina disclosed cheerfully. 

She had been here less than two minutes had been smiling the entire time.  

"Oh, you're from Peru? That's so cool! I've lived in New York City my entire life but I've always wanted to travel," Keeley said as she finished putting up the wall decals before helping her new roommate. 

"You will have to show me all of the good places around here then."

"Sure!"

They happily chatted about their expectations for their first year of college as they set up the room and discovered that they would be taking a lot of the same science classes in the future because their majors had a fair amount of overlap. They even shared the same introductory biology class this semester.

 Keeley was thrilled to meet such a friendly person right off the bat. 

Once the room was set up, it was about dinner time so they headed to the main dining hall nearby. Valentina was fascinated by all the different types of food and asked tons of questions. 

The dining hall was similar to a buffet but not quite. There were several stations offering different meal plates that could be chosen at will, plus a dessert bar that also boasted an assortment of cereal and a waffle maker for breakfast. 

Keeley got a plate of chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans plus a blueberry muffin. Valentina wanted to try a bit of everything and got plates from multiple stations, making her roommate laugh. 

"Slow down there, friend. You'll be able to try everything by the time the school year ends. I guarantee you'll be sick of the repetition at some point." 

She remembered how tiring the meal plan got back at Boston University. They had a rotation of different meals every two weeks but that was still not a lot of variety to last two semesters. It was such a relief when she moved out of the freshman dorms into an apartment that had a kitchen. 

Valentina was a bit sheepish. "You are probably right…but I have never seen this much American food in one place before."

Keeley clapped a hand on her shoulder. 

"Don't worry, you'll get acclimatized soon enough. I have to ask…have you ever had pizza? Or a hot dog?"

"No?"

"I'll have to take you to the best places around here then!" A thought struck her. "Oh, do you have a job?"

The other girl nodded. "Yes, I have a work visa to be a TA for an upper level Spanish class in the linguistics department."

That was good. Eating out in the city was not cheap. 

"That sounds a lot nicer than my job," she said with a laugh. "I work at a Burger Barn."

"I have never had a hamburger before. Should I get one from Burger Barn?"

"Nah, you'd be better off getting a higher quality burger somewhere else. We're meant to be cheap, fast, and easy but not necessarily good. I'll take you to a nice burger place, don't worry!"

By the end of the dinner, Keeley felt like she had made a new friend. Back in their dorm, someone knocked on their door asking if they wanted to come down to the rec center and join the ping pong tournament going on. 

They decided to do it since there was nothing better to do and ended up meeting a fair number of their neighbors that way. Dorm life had officially begun and Keeley loved it.

Keeley, a simple plain Jane, hits the jackpot.  [No, she did not win the lottery!]  At least that's what she thinks when she marries the most eligible bachelor in New York City: Aaron, a wealthy cold-hearted heartthrob and Tycoon. 

She wants to show the world that she deserves her position and bends over  backward to fit into his world.

One beautiful day, Aaron hands her a document asking her to sign.  A divorce paper...

"She's pregnant, and I need to take responsibility."

Ow, that really did a number on me, well quite frankly that isn't the worse death I've had so far. And I have had quite a lot. I stared up at the ceiling of my room feeling slight pinches of pain from the impact of the Jeep. I jumped out of bed and made it up, then I saw my luggage, crap. I'm supposed to move into the dorm in a week and I was supposed to have left thirty minutes ago, well I haven't really given thought to college nor to when I am supposed to go. Ah, well this life I'll try to live normally, luckily this is my first time going to this certain college. Might as well give it a go. I packed extra things in and ran down, how could I forget this means I won't need to worry about my parents or my grades, and I mean that in a good way. I ran into the kitchen. My parents were arguing about what they wanted to give me as my going away present. Like always, but I knew what they wanted to give me. I kissed my father's cheek startling him, then I hugged my mother's form from behind her, she whirled around and nearly hooked me with the knife she used for cutting the bread. Wow, been there already done that so no thanks! I ducked back and fell on perpase.
"Oof! Mom, watch out!" The words tasted fiergn in my mouth but I said them nonetheless. My mother placed her hands in front of her mouth.
" I am so sorry, Ly, I thought...." She began but smiled as I got back onto my feet. I smiled right back and kissed her cheek.
" Mom, since you guys are done arguing can I have some more art supplies please, mine are up." I casually said as I took my car keys from the key hanger.
"Oh, of course we'll send some to your dorm room for you, love." My father said smiling superiorly at mother making her stick her tongue out.
" Thank you, guys love ya see you in the holidays again!" I said as quickly kissed them again and took my perse from the coffee table. I threw my jacket on and picked up my luggage after opening the door. After I had placed all of my belongings into the trunk I got into my car and ignited the engine. I wonder if I'd be lucky enough to be left alone. Nope focus or there will be another car accident in my list of death. Which would certainly be a lot of car accidents, what is it with people and car accidents? Ah no, no, no, focus. It took me a while but eventually, which is four days and thirty six minutes later I arrived at the dorm ground of the Evangeline University of Maryland.

The second morning at the institute starts identically to the previous day. Before long I find myself in my comfy corner of the classroom debating on what to accomplish after class. There are still two months before the start of the original story, so there's no rush to absorb all the books in the institute's library. 

Making 7,000 demon spirit coins will be a bit more difficult. Selling inscriptions still seems like a solid plan, but I've not come across the inscription section in the library yet.

Now that I reasonably think about it, physical exercise should be the number two priority on my list. I'll naturally need sufficient strength, speed, and endurance when it's time to eliminate any possible enemies. Plus, it's mandatory to possess a strong body to absorb the powers of law. Not exploding is also on my priority list.

Genuinely having no interest in the propaganda sermon about to commence, I grab some on my writing supplies to test a theory. The Library of Heaven's Path can correctly show the flaws to nearly anything I can touch. What about literary works that I create myself? 

With teacher Xia's distinctive voice in the background, I title a page 'My Profound Thoughts' and begin to write down every famous saying, quote, and controversial theories from Earth that I can think of. Inspirational and infamous movie and book lines are added next. Nothing is spared. 

My frenzied scribbles only cease once I've used my last sheet of parchment. I impatiently wait for the ink on the last few handwritten pages to dry before a carefully gather all the sheets into an orderly stack. 

With a pounding heart, I tentatively place my hand on the cover of the recently created word vomit and think 'Flaws!'

Jumping into the Library of Heaven's Path, I find myself standing before an unassuming hardbound book titled 'My Profound Thoughts'. Eagerly grasping the book and thinking about its flaws, my vision is blocked by another sheet of parchment.

A sigh escapes me due to my welcome relief. Over two hundred flaws may be a lot, but I must have written down over 400 individual quotes and theories! I'll be able to use the advance technology from Earth for creating a potential pathway for several powers of law! This is huge! 

I reluctantly return to the classroom with the intent to use the Library of Heaven's Path to create a workout plan based on Earth's modern technology, only to be halted in my tracks. I only brought a few sheets of paper today, and those are now all used. Crap.

The last few hours of class drag by. Even reading 'Heaven's Path of Human Meridians' doesn't help much due to the time dilation of the Library of Heaven's Path. Although my confidence in the study of meridians is greatly boosted after the ninth reading. Soon I'll be able to recite the entire book.

Once teacher Xia releases us for the day, I hurriedly make my way to the dining hall. The faster I get back to the writing supplies, the faster I can test out modern exercise efficiency.

My enthusiasm to get back to my dorm room nearly causes me to run into a dark-haired girl exiting another classroom. I'm able to stop before I physically run into her, but we're well within the others' personal space.

Quickly jumping back before she can react, I cup my fist and slightly bow towards her. "Forgive me. I was not paying attention. You have my deepest apologies."

Without waiting respectfully for her acknowledgment, I straiten my bent back and begin to move around her. It was then that I was able to see her full face. She was beautiful and young. Her midnight black hair framed her sculpted and young face. The cold indifference in her fierce eyes did little to age your young face.

My movement around her is only slightly paused as I instantly recognize her. Before anything or anyone can disrupt me, I'm swiftly moving down the hallway, forcibly suppressing the urge to throw-up in my mouth!

Without a doubt, I'm convinced that was Xiao Ning'er, and I'm equally convinced that Nie Li is inevitably a pedophile! Yes, I heartily agree that Ning'er is perhaps the most beautiful girl I've ever met, but she's a very young girl! Even if you squint your eyes and tilt your head, she would still look young, and that's coming from someone that was in their early twenties! Nie Li lived for over 100 years! I change directions and head up to my dorm room. I've lost my appetite.

Once I'm sitting safely at my dorm desk, I take a moment to purge the last ten minutes from my memory. With a final shiver, I'm ready to create an exercise manual.

Two hours later, I admit defeat. While I was able to create a flawless routine to improve flexibility, I can't create a flawless routine for superior strength or speed. I'm throwing in the towel for tonight. 

Stretching my back after uncomfortable hours of sitting feels amazing. Prudently deciding that today will not be a waste, I promptly begin going through my recently created flexibility routine. I intend to merge it once I create a flawless body manual, so I see no point in naming it.

With nothing to distract me, while I'm awkwardly holding each pose, my mind starts to wonder about Xiao Ning'er's situation. There's no possible way I'm going to allow her to willingly give herself to that ancient pedophile. At the same time, I can't replicate what happened in the story for fear of Ning'er directing her feelings towards me. This undoubtedly requires a bit more thought and I'll have to tread lightly when it's time to act. 

Putting that landmine to the side, for now, I try focusing on improving my flexibility. 

The rest of the first week of school finishes with the same daily routine. I rise promptly with the morning bells and dutifully go through my flexibility routine, followed by cleaning myself up before breakfast. Once I'm in my classroom, I typically split my time between listening to teacher Xia and reading 'Heaven's Path of Human Meridians'. After dozens of extensive readings, it's now possible for me to recite most of the mystical book while correctly pointing out the indicated meridian or pathway. After class is dinner, followed by a dull night in the institute's library absorbing books. Once I return to my dorm, I'll typically go through the flexibility routine again before taking a bath and going to sleep.

My first week turned very redundant, but I've already absorbed nearly a third of the books in the library. A side bonus, I can do the splits now. Get to channel my inner Jean-Claude Van Damme.

Today will be a bit different than normal. After six straight days of class, we get a free day. After my morning routine, I make my way off-campus for the first time in a week.

I'm glad to see I'm not alone in my exit. A dozen other students also make their way into the central district. Moving within disorderly crowds is a great way to hide in plain view. As Joseph Heller said: "Just because you're paranoid doesn't mean they aren't after you."

Unfortunately, my little security blanket is slowly dispersed before I arrive at my intended destination. I debated with myself for many hours on intentionally delaying my visit, but I'm really craving a bit of scenery change from the institute's library. 

Not really sure how visiting another library would be much of a change.

Taking in the welcome sight of my destination, I'm a bit disappointed. The grounds are large but the buildings seem to be old and ill cared for. The open courtyard is spacious but appears to be on the verge of being unkempt. 

Determined to see this through, I stoically pass through the entry gates uncontested, making my way to a comely looking woman wearing a grey robe. Before I can introduce myself, she greets me with a professional smile and says cordially, "Welcome to the Alchemy Association. May I be of assistance?"

This is my first novel, so expect some mistakes. I'll try to make corrections when seen. Reworked the first six chapters.

I'm doing this for my own personal pleasure. I have a family and a job that requires me to work most weekends. I hope to produce two chapters a week, provided life allows.

Mondays always made me sick. Who am I kidding I hated every fucking day of the week and nothing made it more fucked up than the fact that I was at college.

It wasn't Highschool, finally got my ass out of that hell hole.

It was just my second week in college and I was already thinking of when I would be out of here as well. Unlike every new comer I was already frustrated. 

I had plans for my life at this college, I'm going to make a name for myself either its the school's bitch or the class nerd I didn't give a fuck but I'm sure you have an idea. I'm going to make sure no one messes with me, Never again.

I got out of my slick red Porsche and grabbed my art supplies. Walking into the school was easy because I know the drill, people would stare. Why? Because I'm gorgeous. And I dress really well. Just because I don't give a damn about anyone doesn't mean I should dress like shit to try to prove my point.
I was walking like a bad ass until someone decided to bump into me which made me land on my ass and obviously dropping my supplies. 

"Oh I am so sorry" he said "That was totally my fault"

"Obviously " I said

"I am really sorry " he said offering her his hand to lift me off the ground. 
I slapped his hand away and got up myself "Next time look where you're fucking going"

"Yeah I'm so sorry" he packed my supplies and handed them to me. "I'm Nathan" he said offering me a hand shake.

"Like I give a fuck" I said then walked away. My second week and some dumb ass is already on my nerves.

I ended up getting late to painting class, I know I'm supposed to be a bitch about it and not care but I also plan on being the best student there, so when I'm bitchy no one would think to use my grades against me. "Fuck it" I told myself then walked in.

"Miss Dunbar, glad you could finally join us. Here at Prenton University we don't deal well with tardiness. 
Take a seat next to Mr. Michaelson" referring to the guy who sat at the back. "So class, as I was saying, welcome to Prenton University, the school of Art. As you all know we also have Prenton University the school of Science, the school of Technology and so on. In this college we only deal with making our students comfortable with showcasing their artistic talents. There are different courses like Theater Art, Photography, Performance Art, and so on. Why you chose Fine Art, which is under the Visual Art category, is what I wish to know. Anyone? Miss Dunbar? And please don't give me the because I love painting and drawing speech"

"No sir, not only do I love painting and drawing but I dream of painting the world in my perspective. How's that for an answer?"

"Beautiful" he said, I could tell from now on he was going to treat me differently. "So moving on. In this class I want your imaginations to run wild, so the theme I want painted on your canvas is how you see your life at this college. The overalls are at the corner so get started"

I had to admit the idea was brilliant I guess the people at this school do know what they are doing. I brought my own overall, it was dark blue and was fitted perfectly to my body and short too. Yeah I like attention.

"Oh, that's hot" said the boy I sat next to.

"Fuck off, fuck boy" I said to him. All he did was laugh.

His name was Cole Michaelson, at least that's what it says on his Art supplies. 
He was good looking. Almost as good looking as Nathan. Wait, why the fuck do I remember his name. Cole had Blonde hair, bright blue eyes and a tall lean figure. And that smirk was a major turn on.

"Nice to meet you too" he looked at my supplies "CJ, it has a nice ring to it. The hot girl named CJ, I like it" he added paint to his work "How has your 2 weeks at this Prestigious University been?"

"I think you mean Prenton University, the school of Art" I said with my best Mr. Robinson impression. Making both of us laugh.

"Sorry, my mistake".

"My first week really sucked, and I think the second week might just be worse" he smiled at me "Yours?" I don't know why I was still talking to him, usually I would just ignore any guy who starts a conversation the way he did. 

"Well mine wasn't too bad, I got all my friends here" he said.

I don't really like making friends but there's this one person who seems to have made a permanent hole in my heart. I know how cheesy it sounds but it's true. Nicole. You can't imagine the kind of person she must be for her to have me as a friend. No, she isn't the blonde, social media queen or the total air head like they portray the bitch's best friend in movies. 

"I can introduce you to my friends if you introduce me to yours" he offered. 

"No thanks, I've got all the friends I need or friend" I corrected "And I doubt she would be into you, besides I don't plan on making friends"

"Everyone is into me" he said with that smirk on his face "Don't worry my friends are cool, I think you would really like them"

"Like isn't really in my vocabulary" I said adding more red paint to my canvas. 

"I've never met anyone like you before"

"I could say the same thing, I don't think I have ever had a longer conversation with a guy without getting the urge to kick him in the balls" he laughed but I wasn't joking. 

"Glad I could last this long" then I laughed. He actually seemed nice, for a boy this handsome he's meant to be a total ass hole. Then I looked at his painting when he made the finishing touches. The painting illustrates a bunch of girls dressed in different clothing, some not dressed at all, standing outside a door with the numbers 230, which I'm guessing is his dorm number. 

'Boys will be boys' I thought to myself. 

"I like your painting" he commented. I painted a finger lifting the school. Yeah it looked awesome. 

"Thanks, I have no comments for yours though" lifting mine and walking to submit it, a few seconds later he joined me at the teacher's table to also submit his. 

"These look good guys" Mr. Robinson comments "You should go get ready for your next class" 

Some of the others were still working on theirs, while the rest of us took off our overalls and left with our supplies. We walked over to our cars at the parking lot. I wanted to introduce him to Raiden, my car but I just met the dude. I'll save that for later. 

We walked back into the building both heading for site seeing class. 

"So tell me about your friend" Cole said. 

"Her name is Nicole, she's under the Performance Art category studying Dance, she has long curly hair, hazel eyes, beautiful dark skin, short legs, she's fun, a bit shy and crazy once you get to know her"

"Wow, you really know your friend"

"Well, we've known each other since forever, the least I could do is master her features and behavior"

"Suddenly I feel like I don't even know my friends at all"

"Don't feel bad, Nicole and I are just really close"

"Okay, tell me about your room mates"

"I already told you about Nicole, there's Asher and Imogene"

"Asher? Asher Withmore?"

"Not too sure, but she's got an afro, dresses all dark and mysterious. Like a goth."

"Yeah, that's definitely Asher. And she's your room mate?"

"Yeah, and then there's Imogene, she's not bad to look at and she seems like a bitch. She's got wavy hair and seems wild considering the fact that wen I first got here she ran out of the dorm room in a bikini shouting 'who wants some'"

"She sounds fun" he said with an approving smile. Perv. 

"Well I don't like her very much. This morning when I was done dressing she gave me this irritated look"

"Really? I don't see anything wrong with what you're wearing"

"I asked her to fix her face before I fix it for her"

"What did she say?"

"The bitch didn't say anything"

"She's probably used to it"

"Yeah, probably"

"Well, Asher isn't like that, you'll need some time to get to know her"

"I don't really care, as long as she doesn't get in my way"

We got to the door of our next class, where we were stopped by a casually dressed man. He waited for the rest of the students before he started his own speech.

"Hello class, I'm Mr. Collins. I would be your site seeing guide. You see site seeing isn't really a course but an adventure, we would be visiting different places both inside and outside the country. We would also be joined by the Photography and Architecture students. I have a list of the people who signed up for this course, since today is our first class we would stay on school's grounds. Let's move out"

:Ryjin: what do u mean i only killed 4 I killed 4 but them Killed the rest (He points at his men and glen) so that means I killed them by default cause they are my men ( smiles his ass off ). 
:Eva: are you serious Really that's That's that's just not fair u Tricked me and lied  and made a fool of me clenching her fists she really really wants to just start knocking his teeth in how ever his next words eased her heart.
:Ryjin: Look i know that cause of my men i won unfairly that's why i wont hold are little deal to heart you can forget it so don't worry also i am glad you got your revenge Eva but what will u do now that you are done with that.
:eva: thought and was looking kinda confused but instantly shocked both Ryjin and Glen for she Got on 1 need and Copied Glens oath stating.
I Eva hereby give my Eternal loyalty to you Ryjin as my lord and leader 
then she got up and turned to glen and asked (Did i do that right i tried to copy u).
With that all the men burst out laughing including Glen and Ryjin she was really confused and embarrassed and glen said to Ryjin well my Lord it looks Like we have a Noble Lady Knight with us now and Yes Lady Eva that was a Great Vow and Oath of Loyalty (Don't u think lads).
Ryjin and the men and Eva all started looting the Bodies and also the Huts they had and soon a Roaring Bonfire was lit and all the Useless Cloths and building supplies and none essential stuff was thrown on with them all slowly starting to sleep after a lot of work with guards posted to keep watch as most slept.
at noon most woke up and Ryjin was Bombarded By the system about his actions and what he can do and what he gained as he woke up He was hungry and Thirsty so he grabbed some food the bandits had and while waking up and eating he was talking to the system.
:System: Ryjin congratulations on your Extermination of the bandits and the seizing of the camp area and land round here would you like your Holding placed down now or would you like to wait once the holding is placed the people who will appear along with the Holding will Know u as there Lord and will act as if  you have been since the building of the holding.
:Ryjin: Yes place the Walled Village down also please store all food  and supplies in the granary and the warehouse also place all the acquired wealth in the Keeps Treasury he stands round Waiting in Excitement as Eva and Glen Stare at him in puzzlement and suddenly Glen and Eva and the 100 men witness what can only be described as a godly act a Wall 25 foot High and 10 foot Thick Just appears from a golden silver Light and a Great Sized Village Behind them with people bustling about.
Ryjin just turns and speaks with them but upon turning round he see them Kneeling in a bow looking at him strangely it took a good 30 minutes to persuade them that he was not a god after explaining he dismissed the men and he went with glen and Eva to the Keep as the Men went to the Barracks once at the Keep Ryjin started Brain storming on what he most needed now and what to build and Above all what 3 Legions To summon Ryjin told Eva and Glen to Pick a room and make them self's at home cause from now on it is.

:Ryjin: System how much wealth do i have in the treasury and what is the daily TW currency income 
and do i need supplies to build buildings or can i just use wealth ????.
:System:you currently have 9000 wealth in treasury your daily TWC (Total War Currency) is 1800 a day  u can use supplies such as wood stone metal to lower the cost of building a building or u can use just wealth for an extra cost I suggest u build some food production area's so as to have a good stable food income and then deal with the rest.
:Ryjin: yes thats my plan i plan to build the Cove to the southeast In to a port and add a fishing Warf there also i want a farm in the south land and a pasture Do i have enough wealth to build them and how long will it take to build them.
:system: it costs 1500 for a Lvl1 farm 2000 for a Lvl1 pasture and 5000 for the Cove to be built in to a fully functioning Port area then a further 2000 for the Fishing warf to be added what would u like to do ?????.
