After the invasion on Earth, AD 2948, many children and adults lost their lives of got injured. A young girl, Hazel, and her friends decided to take revenge for the many lives of Earth and to banish Saturn from returning. The fictional tale includes sci - fi, possibly romance, and a lot of fantasy. How would they take back Earth? Would they get caught? How are they going to survive? There are loads of questions to ask but, most books have a happy ending? Will this one have one too?

I'm finally free. My little sister really enjoys when I read to her, and with the second volume of the princesses books our mother brought recently, she became once again obsessed with those 'new' stories. 

It has been a really bad year. I went from believing I had a lot of time to introduce all kinds of stories to the world, to realize that I wasn't the only reincarnated person in the world. And the others were not playing around like I've done until now.

One guy has already written three books, with a fourth coming out soon. Another one has somehow made a cartoon for tv. And there were at least three others making their 'own' comic books, if the information my father has is correct.

Fortunately no one has touched any of the titles I love. But that didn't mean that no one was planning on it, or even worse, already doing it. So now I could only work hard and pray for the best possible outcome. 

"Rachel! It's time to go, are you ready?" My father called me. 

We were going to the comic publisher where my father has some friends. I planned to familiarize myself in the comic business to eventually make one of my own. After all, I have a talent for drawing and I know many interesting stories. 

"Yes daddy" I said with a sweet smile. I couldn't have him regret his decision after all the time I had spent convincing him to bring me there. 

"Are you really planning on making your own comic?" My father asked once we were on the road. 

"Yes! After you told me about the other kids my age doing so much, it inspired me" I replied with extra enthusiasm. 

My father sighed at my answer, "I know that you're a really talented girl with a precious gift, but you don't need to try this hard. You're young, and it worries me all the effort you been putting these last days" He said with a soft tone. 

It's true that I have been working hard lately. And I'm grateful for the care that my father always gives me. But it's nothing serious, he's just perplexed with the sudden change in my attitude. I went from a relaxed and playful girl, to a hard working one who hardly plays anymore. 

"I know daddy. I just want to try it out and see what happens with my own eyes" I finally said. There was no way I could explain to him the importance of not wasting time. 

The rest of our time in the car was filled with the typical questions about school and the friends I've made. My suffering only stopped until we arrived to our destination, where I finally could get out to get some needed space. 

I didn't had any expectations for the place, but still I have to admit that I was somehow disappointed. It was just a building, with no special details worth mentioning, besides the big sign at the entrance. 

Fortunately the interior had more life to it. There were some people walking from one side to the other, talking and discussing loudly about many things. 

Among the group of people there was one of my dad's friends, an amicable looking middle age guy, who was a little on the fat side. When he saw us, he approached with a happy expression on his face. 

"Robert! Nice to see you" He said before giving my father a short hug. 

"I see that you haven't left the hamburgers, huh?" My father joked. 

"Hahaha, I tried it for a couple of days... Never again!" He replied. And then they proceeded to joke around for a extremely long time. In my unbiased opinion. 

"Glenn, this is my daughter. Rachel" My father suddenly said. I was starting to think that he forgot to introduce me in the first place. 

"Hello Mr. Glenn, I'm Rachel. It's nice to meet you" I saluted him politely. 

"Nice to meet you too!" He said to me with a smile, "Are you sure that she's your daughter? She's cute and well mannered after all" He joked again. But I sure wasn't going to let them go at it again. 

"Mr. Glenn, what is everyone doing? They seem to be discussing something important" I asked while pointing the group of people in front. 

"Oh! They are discussing about work, we have some deadlines to accomplish after all... Although the topic now is about Michael. A kid who's making this really cool comic book named 'The walking dead' " He explained. 

"Is Michael here?" I asked quickly. I really wanted to meet another person in my situation. Maybe the possibility of working together wasn't impossible after all. 

"Yes, do you want to meet him?" He asked with interest. 

I just nodded in confirmation, and after some more small talk between the 'adults', we went towards one of the rooms in the building. 

Inside, there was a young kid my age discussing with two adults about something related to the violence of the comic, according to what I could hear. 

The kid, that should be Michael, had a beautiful shiny blonde hair, although a little too long for my liking. He had pale skin, a small pointy nose, and deep blue eyes. He's definitely cute. 

"Ok, let me ask the boss" One of the adults said, and then walked away. 

Taking advantage of the situation, I approached quickly with a clear intention on mind. "Hey there. I'm Rachel" I introduced myself to the pair in front of me. Although my eyes never left Michael. 

"Hello Rachel. I'm Thomas and this is my son Michael" He said once he noticed his son's lack of interest. 

"Tom! How is it all going?" Glenn asked once he and my dad got closer. 

Like I supposed, there was a problem about how violent the comic was turning out. What did surprise me, was that no one mentioned the fact that a little kid imagined that violence in the first place. 

The adults were discussing about it, so I finally made my move, "Hey, are you planning in doing the whole farm storyline? I ask because I wasn't really a fan of that part in the TV show" I said with a mischievous smile. 

I totally caught him off guard. His expression transformed quickly from irritating and expressionless, to one full of surprise and I even dare to say relief too. 

"Come with me" He simply said after a while, and walked towards one corner of the room. I signaled my father where I was going and then followed him. 

"So another one has appeared" He said playfully when we reached a 'safe' spot. 

"Why are you trying to act like I didn't surprise you? Your face before was pure gold" I joked. 

"Ha ha, a funny one I see" He said, adopting a more serious expression. "Let's drop the act. Why are you here?" 

"Do I need a reason to present myself to you?" I asked back. I wanted us to have talked casually for a longer period of time before we started with business. But he obviously had other plans. 

He just sighed with a tired expression at my words, "Well, let me present the situation from my perspective first, so we'll both are in the same place" He said with a low tone that totally didn't match his boyish looks. 

"I don't know how many reincarnated people there are. And I suspect, given the people I'm aware of, that we all were born around the same year... What I do know, is that we have a big opportunity to succeed thanks to our bast knowledge of future inventions. But like the kids we are, we are limited in our actions... So, the entertainment industry turned out to be the best alternative for us to tackle. Comics, books, tv shows, music. There's a lot of possibilities... "

"I'm aware of that. In fact I'm planning to make a certain story on my own. Which, as you could have guessed, is the principal reason of my presence here" I said with a small smile.  

"That's cute" He smirked, but it didn't last long before his serious expression returned "...In my case, once I realized the situation I was in, all I could think of was to make this one property I loved and make it my own. Give it my own spin if you may...But I was late" 

That sucks, I really hope that doesn't happen to me. And considering that 'Harry Potter' is very popular, it could happen at any time. 

"What was the property you wanted to make?" I asked. I didn't want to pry, but my curiosity was bigger. 

"Star wars" He admitted, "A girl named Carla presented the idea earlier to other comic publisher" 

I completely forgot about that one. It will be hard to make it popular at this time though. And introducing it with a comic instead of a movie, will make it even more difficult. 

"Do you know of others like us?... Besides Carla I mean" I was curious, and he seemed to know more than me about the others. 

"So you really want to join the fun, huh?" Michael said, while he genuinely smiled for the first time. "Well you're in luck, thanks to my father I was able to get to know about most of the competition... 

There's this unknown girl, who I believe will participate in a kid show. But she's going with the music route, so I'm not that interested about her.

Miguel, who I discovered recently, is writting 'The chronicles of Narnia'. Although I been told that it will take him some time to finish.

And the worst of all, even more so than Carla, is this guy who doesn't know how to take it easy. Samuel..."

Samuel Bane, a guy who was just a normal 23 year old in another life, was living in a new world with his memory intact. 

The new world is almost exactly the same as the one he lived before, except that the period of time was similar to the mid 80's that he knew by the movies and tv shows he watched.

This story will focus on how Sam enters the entertainment business. Getting his works published and meeting new people on his way towards an unheard level of success. 

The concept of the story has inspiration in "I'm really a super star", but it's nothing alike.

Hazel presented her drawing to Billy a bit shyly when they met up at the same tree as the night before. His eyes widened a bit. 
"Is this for me?"
She nodded, blushing slightly. She hadn't smiled since losing her parents but after meeting Billy she had blushed more than once. It was as if he was bringing back some of the emotions she thought were lost. Over the past three years she had been little more than an empty shell. 
He examined it closely. "You actually shaded this really nicely considering you only had a cheap 24 pack of crayons. It was really smart using different colors for individual strands of fur so they all blend together. How old are you?"
Hazel held up seven fingers. 
Billy whistled, as if impressed. "I've never met a seven year old who can draw like this. You should be an artist when you grow up."
Her blush grew worse and she buried her face in her hands briefly before daring to peek through her fingers at him. He was smiling with all of those missing teeth. 
Finally composing herself, she took the drawing back and flipped it over so he could read it. She was slightly startled when he let out a snort. 
"Sorry," Billy said between snickers. "I know you tried really hard. That's really not bad for trying to write something like this for the first time. My name actually has two L's in it, not one."
It would be really nice if the ground could swallow her up about now. Hazel's face returned to her hands in shame. She didn't come out of hiding until a gentle hand mussed her hair. 
Her heart hammered in her chest. Nobody had messed up her hair since before her dad died. He used to do it all the time when he was teasing her. 
"I think I should teach you –ing words today," Billy said as he gently smoothed her messy hair back into place. "Let's get going."
He taught her basic –ing words, but also a few that change a bit such as how "lie" becomes "lying." Then he switched over to words ending in –ed and some exceptions like how "run" becomes "ran." 
Hazel's head hurt a bit trying to take it all in but at the same time she was thrilled. Billy was a surprisingly good teacher. Her time with him passed way too quickly. 
The two of them snuck out and met up every night for a week before Billy suddenly didn't show up one day. She was terribly worried about him. He didn't show up for the next three days either. 
Hazel was so stressed out about what might have happened that she could barely bring herself to eat or sleep at all. To keep from going insane, she practiced mentally sounding out and writing as many words as she possibly could, even ones Billy hadn't taught her. 
So when he finally did show up again she angrily pulled out her pink crayon and a piece of paper and scrawled, 'where were you?'
He simply shrugged. "Isolation." 
For four days?! The longest she had ever heard of someone being locked in there was two!
Hazel returned to her paper and held it up. 'What did you do?'
His topaz eyes gleamed in the darkness. "I beat somebody up."
And that was really enough to end up in isolation for four entire days? There had to be more to the story. 
'Who? Why?' 
Billy had taught her all of the Five W's the other day. Who, what, when, where, and why. She wanted to ask more but lacked the spelling skills. It still got her point across. 
He crossed his arms over his chest and actually looked angry. His scowl deepened before he spoke. "Some idiot was talking bad about you after coming back from yard time. It made me mad."
Her eyes widened in surprise. She was pretty sure who he was talking about. Some boy she didn't know kept asking her questions and when she couldn't answer them, he chucked a ball at her stomach when none of the adults were looking. 
It hurt but she couldn't exactly say anything about it. Not one person ratted the boy out to the orderly on duty so Hazel had to suffer in silence. 
But why hadn't Billy been at yard time himself? She didn't have the right grammar or spelling for this but… 
'Why you not go to yard tim?'
"I'm not allowed. I'm dangerous, remember?" He said it with his usual grin so it didn't seem at all sinister. "And time is spelled with an E at the end. We should go over those kinds of words today."
So they did, without further ado. Hazel's curiosity about the incident that resulted in four days in isolation didn't really die down but her desire to learn more was stronger. Besides, it didn't really matter. That boy had hurt her first. Billy was only defending her. 
Truthfully, it felt a bit nice being looked after. She didn't care that those bad nurses and doctors thought he was dangerous. Billy was the nicest person she had met in a long time.

Nearly a year passed and their pattern continued. Most nights, they met up by the same tree and Billy taught her as many words as he knew, sentence structure, and basic grammar rules. After the first few months they were able to converse almost normally, despite occasional spelling difficulties, so they ended up talking instead of teaching. 
Hazel asked him at one point how he knew so much since he had been in this place almost as long as she had.
He smiled a bit wistfully. "I was in second grade when I was brought here but I was already at a sixth grade reading level. I miss books. I haven't read a single one since they locked me up."
'I can buy you books someday if I become an artist' she scribbled down. She wanted to do something nice for him after everything he had done for her.

“I’ll marry anyone who will take me!” Hazel declared loudly. “I don’t need love!”

“Get down!” Will hissed. “You don’t know what kind of people are lurking around in here! Talking like that might get you killed!”

Hazel Dixon thought she was putting her troubled past behind her. But when the person she thought she trusted most betrays her, she loses her head and proposes to an entire bar full of strangers.

A world of sword and magic.
The inhabitants of that place have many enemies. Monsters, demons and even other humans. The strange system existing within allowed living beings to raise their strengths by fighting or through hard work. Where they could hence see the according raise in their statistics and levels.

Our main protagonist, not yet very known of the world goes by the name Wangzar Delainess. He is a very eccentric young man. First, he has his hairs blue. Something only him had since centuries and which caused him a lot of torments. Other youngsters loved to play pranks on him while adults despised him, he didn't receive much love aside from his parents. They deeply love him. One of them, his father the earl Sidik Delainess, is a descendant of the side branch of the King's lineage. Whereas his mother is the daughter of Dawnbreak family's current head Dirvir. Her family is a noble one and the longest present until this days but isn't as rich as it used to be.

The second reason he was flagged as an eccentric was caused mainly by his two hobbies. He loves magic but he has no talents so he spent a good part of his youth readings many books about magic, history and creatures. That quickly led to his other hobby. Since his father wanted him to learn the art of the sword, he often disappeared from sight. Sometimes reading in the Dungeon, or on the wall. Sometimes reading in the kitchen or even going outside to the nearby forest in spite of the dangers. They were his reading spots found as he lurked around, searching for new books.

"Way of the summoners". That was the strangest and most mysterious book found by him so far. When he was seven and only one year after he learned how to read, he stumbled upon an old wooden chest in a corner of the deepest part of the castle's library. It was there since a long time according to the amount of dust accumulated on top of it, the wood, however, was still sturdy and beautiful despite some cracked lines as if it defied the flow of time. Inside was a blue book that strangely matched the color of his hairs. The letters or perhaps words were runes he had never seen before. Symbols from another era along with very complicated drawings of magic circles.

When he asked Sidik, he was told that the chest was there even before the earl's birth. But that no one wanted to go near it, as if repelled by some weird powers and the chest was eventually forgotten. No one around Wangzar knew about the letters but he could find himself having some deep feelings regarding them as if he would one day understand the mysteries hidden within the runes. At that time, he still didn't know of the book's name: Way of the summoners. 

Now that he is eleven years old. New books were a rare sight and he already had read all of the books within the castle. He spent most of his times studying the blue book in a clearing at the forest east of the castle, hidden from all.

It wasn't that he has no siblings - He has a younger brother and an older sister - or other kids his age, but he isn't liked by them. The main reason is because of his hair, blue hair is only known from an old race, the Elsheens. Almost no record remain of them except for the fact that they were evil, and the "good King Almericus" had won a campaign against them, saving humanity long ago. Whether he was part of that race or not was unknown but he was truly born from Sidik and Yilyen's union.  The other reason was that he didn't try to befriend them. He felt no reason to meddle with people who didn't like him.

From all his research until now, he found that there are two types of summoning. The first one is the direct summon of monsters or entities such as elementals. They would appear when summoned and disappear when they die, or when the mana was too low to maintain them. The more concurrent summons one maintained and the more exponential the consumption would be. The second type of summoning was a contract type. That could either be done directly with a being that accepted a contract of master and servant relationship. Or through a summoning circle. 

Beings summoned in this way usually showed hostile behaviors. But if he could beat them they would have no choices but to accept the contract.

Wangzar thus decided after he succeeded summoning his first monster, a wolf, that now is finally the time to test the second option. If anything goes wrong, he could just halt the summoning and the being would return to its place.

After stealthily going into the castle's storage, he stole a purse containing the necessary mixture for drawing circles together with different tools, inks, and a pile of parchments.

Wangzar then began his serious training. Besides the times when he has meals with his family and the time he spends sleeping, most of his time is used in learning how to draw magic circles. Whenever he is not studying them he usually tries to decipher more about the long remaining part of the blue book which seemed to talk about magic and elements.

The only person he talked to on his own volition aside from his family is the court mage of the castle. Today Wangzar specifically went to meet him since he has a few questions to ask.

"Hello, sir Isledel. May I take a bit of your time? Today I have a few questions regarding magic circles."

"Little Wangzar, you are still trying to mess around with magic circles, they are dangerous, you have to be careful. But fine, ask your questions."

Isledel is an old man, past his fifties. His gray long hair and beard were really fitting the wrinkles of his face. The man was among the rare who like Wangzar. The Earl's child devotion toward magic was what made him change the way the court mage saw him.

"Look here this magic circle, it is one that should be able to stir the spell "Torchlight". Can you verify if I drew it well, I want to try it." Wangzar took a scroll out of his leather bag.

Torchlight was, according to its name, a magic from the light attribute that brought sparkling light akin to a torch. Wangzar wanted to use it since winter was near and the sun was setting down more and more early.

"The details of the circle are accurate, the main line is well drawn as well and the roughness you still did a week ago isn't there. You should not only be able to use this scroll for the Torchlight spell, but the scroll should also be usable a few times. Try it." After Isledel checked the drawing, he returned the scroll to Isledel.

"Yes! I'll try it right away."

The moment enough of Wangzar's magical power was poured inside the scroll, a white bulb appeared 50 cm above the parchment held in his right hand. Light stretched across and the room became a bit brighter.

"Ahah I succeeded!" Said Wangzar, a rarely seen smile appeared on his face.

"You truly did Wangzar, that's wonderful! You have way more talent for this than magic."

"I can keep going forward now! Say, Isledel, could you tell me what I could improve on this drawing."

"Here, the curve is slightly too bent. And this line could be heavier..."

"I understand, what if I did that, could the spell still work?"

"That… I don't really know. If you had another line crossing this symbol, I think the spell will not work and the scroll might even explode…"

Torchlight is one of the easiest spell commonly spread for beginners. It is harmless but helpful in many situations. However, the young Wangzar couldn't even cast it. He has enough mana, that isn't the problem. Even his incantations are good. When his parents made him take the test to see how much mana he possessed, the result showed that he even has an amount far higher than the average. The problem lay with his main element, it is impossible to determine. 

Humans can have varying abilities regarding magic. They more commonly had a better ability for fire or water, sometimes to more rarer elements and rarely to none. Wangzar is an exception. He has affinities but the test couldn't determine what they are.

That's why he is now trying to learn how to use scrolls. They convert the elements gathered in the air directly instead of using one's body as a vessel and produced a spell as long as enough mana was infused. Scrolls are often used when one was bad with elements. They could also be used by someone who had a sufficient amount of mana but didn't follow the path to become a mage. They are popular but not that common since they are really difficult to produce. Even the court mage of the Earl's castle has limits about what he can draw and he needs to take time for each scroll. If Wangzar can obtain sufficient result in the art of scrolls, it will be a great help for his future.

Depending on the quality of the drawing and parchment, the number of time a scroll could be used and the puissance of the spell would differ. The different designs were often the fruit of long research and experimentations from passionate magicians. It is really hard for someone to transplant an incantation into lines, circles and runes.

The magic circle Wangzar has to draw for the summoning is far more complicated than the one for the Torchlight spell.

Time passed after his meeting with Isledel and Wangzar is now 2 months away from his twelfth birthday. Earl Sidik once again arbored a discussion with his wife.

"My lovely wife, do you really think we have to send our child to the mage school in the capital?"

"Sidik, the Striould academy is the perfect place for Wangzar. They will definitely help him in his study of magic."

"But even though he loves magic, he has never succeeded in launching a spell. And I'm afraid his blue hair…"

"Our Wangzar has already checked everything in the castle, he has read every book more than once. In the academy, he'll have powerful teachers and a wider library. Besides, the academy accept students from everywhere. Be it beastmen or elves."

"Alright, you got a point. But to reach the academy, it's a 3 weeks trip in a carriage. We have to give him a powerful escort."

In the meantime, at the clearing, secret place of Wangzar. The ground arbored the beautiful lines of a magic circle.

In the world of Ellundril, there are many races, kingdoms and powerful monsters.
Wangzar is different than the others in the world of Ellundril. He has blue hair, reminiscent of a race labeled as evil from the distant past.

He also has no affinity for magic even if he loves it, he is not able to summon any spell.

When he was young, he discovered a book with a blue cover and an unknown language. His study of the book brought him on the path of a lost occupation to become a powerful summoner!

Little did he know that his first summon would attract the attention of ancient strengths and bring many dangers to him and the world...

Beware in this story there will be a lot of beautiful girls, monster girls and beast girls!

It had been a couple of days since Remus had taken the Magical Beast Animagus Potion and everyone was still reeling from the shock. Not only did the Potion work and turned Remus's disease into a new Magical Power, it somehow combined his original Animagus Form, a Bat, with his new one and brought into the world a Legendary Magical Beast, Winged Wolf!! After Remus presented his new Animagus Form and saw the shock on everyone's face, he smiled before turning back into a Human. But even his Human form was different from his previous self, his body was streamlined and perfectly fit his clothes and not only that, it was like he had grown four or five inches and you could see an outline of his well-toned and defined body. 

Whilst everyone was once again shocked and confused, the kids were the first one to get out of their stupor and rushed to Remus. They all gathered around him and Ron was the first one to congratulate him, ``*Woohoo!* How do you feel Uncle Remus?! That Animagus form of yours was pretty surprising to say the least. Not to mention, your current human form isn't bad either.'' Remus looked at Ron and the other kids nodding in agreement and laughed out loud but before Remus or the kids could say could say anything. The adults had also gotten out of their stupefaction and Sirius chimed in and asked, ``I am sure your Uncle Remus feels great at the moment but I want to know where his Werewolf Form got Wings from?! I mean, he already got a XXXXX level Animagus From and he even has Wings! How's that fair?!'' 

Although it sounded like Sirius was jealous of Remus's new powers, he was probably one the people who wished he had gotten even more! Seeing his best friend get cured in front of his eyes would have been enough to make him happy but not only did he get cured but he even got to be the first ever Magical Beast Animagus and that too with a combined Animagus Form! While Sirius wanted joke around a bit more, Remus's father arrived in front of his son and asked him with happiness and a little bit of fear in his voice, ``Remus, are you really cured?! Are you finally free son?!''. The disbelief in his voice didn't make anyone angry instead, they all felt choked up themselves and silently left the room to give some space for a father-son talk.

During the next few days, the families outside of Ottery St also got to see the Wizard World's first ever Magical Beast Animagus and needless to say, they were shocked. Remus himself was still in shock and would turn into a Winged Werewolf every day before flying around the Quidditch Pitch and howling in joy and happiness. Meanwhile the kids were working on creating a simplified version of the Potion which they could provide to the other Infected Wizards. This Potion's only functions were to heal the long term damage the Curse inflicted upon the body and cure get rid of the Werewolf Curse. Although the person might still have traits from their time as a Werewolf, they would not turn into a deranged Monster come every full moon. 

And with only a few weeks left before Bill and Charlie finished another year at Hogwarts, they finally did it! A cure for Werewolves around the world, although no one else besides Remus would be able to get a Animagus Form out of it, they would instead be able to live a normal life in Wizard Society and not have to worry about hurting themselves or their loved ones. The kids had already decided to not take any credit for the Potion and instead got their Grandparents to get it distributed through the Ministry. Needless to say, the news of the cure shocked the entire Wizarding World to its core. No Ministry anywhere in the world could sit still and soon more than a dozen Ministers of Magic arrived in Great Britain. Cornelius who was still reeling from the shock himself had to get over it pretty quickly and went to meet with the other Leaders of the Magical World.

But all of that didn't concern the kids who were currently enjoying a celebration dinner put together by the House Elves and their Mothers and were stuffing themselves with food. The moms were looking at their kids with faces full of pride and joy but with a trace of uncertainty in their eyes. Ron caught this uncertainty and asked them, ``Mom, what are guys thinking about? Are you worried that we are eating too much or something?''. Molly and the other moms laughed at Ron's joke before Astoria's mother answered Ron's question with another question, ``It's nothing like that sweetheart. We're just wondering how you kids managed to give Remus a combined Animagus Form?'' Before Ron could answer, Cedric's mom chimed in as well, ``yeah, we understand the Magical Beast Animagus Form Potion but the combined Form isn't mentioned anywhere in the Recipe or even in any books laying around the different Houses.''

Looking at the kids who finished the explanation and went back to eating as if what they said weren't secrets to a revolutionary Potion but some lame facts from a random book, the Moms couldn't help but think to hit their kids for some reason.

At the Shanghai booths.
This time, there were a lot more children that participated in the competition. It was at least two times more than the past years. Initially, they weren't going to hold the competition here but this time, the number of people hit 500 and the previous small area couldn't contain so many people. Hence, they could only settle for this place.
The shop owners were waiting outside and they were talking among themselves. Each of them was in charge of two children.
"How did Little Boss train them? They're so good at drawing at such a young age. It's impressive."
"What else? Little Boss is not a simple man. It's probably easy for him to educate these kids."
"I hope they can get a good placing."
"They'll definitely be able to. Didn't we go there and see the children draw before? They're good at it."
"Yeah, that's true."

Wu You Lan smiled, "Brother Lin, are you nervous?"
Lin Fan smiled and replied, "Why would I be nervous? I'm not nervous at all."
He was definitely not nervous. Especially when Lil' Fatty was so gifted in Chinese arts. He was much better than the others and what he did wasn't just based on practice.
According to the modern perspective, a genius is equivalent to 99% hard work and 1% talent.
However, the truth is, the 1% talent is much more important than the 99% hard work.
The 365 children definitely had no problem clinching the second and third prize. The commendation prizes were not out of reach either. Lil' Fatty looked to be the most confident to clinch the top spot.
The competition had a three-hour time limit.
The competition ended at 11 am and the kids walked out.
"Let's go and fetch them," Lin Fan smiled and said.
There were a lot of children from the welfare organization and Lin Fan was standing at the exit, watching the shop owners bring them out. When Lil' Fatty walked out, he heaved a sigh of relief. Finally, the last child was out and there weren't any missing ones.
The other parents asked how did the competition go.
"Dad, it was difficult. I didn't draw very well."
"I didn't even finish drawing when it ended."
"Mum, I drew pretty well. I drew a lot of flowers."
The kids were explaining to their parents but they were already very happy to be able to participate in it.

Although everyone was out, the main cook was still at the welfare organization. They would be able to eat an awesome meal after returning back.

Lin Fan complimented, "Not bad. Lil' Fatty is awesome."
Lil' Fatty was elated after being praised. To a kid, the best feeling in the world was to be praised. Kids wouldn't know the meaning of modesty.
After returning to the welfare organization, the kids gathered around and talked about what they had drawn.
The shop owners smiled, "Little Boss, we're here at the welfare organization again. Could you cook some dishes to let us satisfy our stomachs?"
Lin Fan replied, "I saw that all of you were extremely hard working today. I'm afraid it was all because you wanted me to cook, right?"
The shop owners smiled, "Little Boss, since you already know the answer, you don't have to ask us. Your culinary skills are really amazing. If you were to open a restaurant, it would definitely be the most famous one in Shanghai."

There were five judges and they were going to shortlist artworks to be judged by another panel of judges.
The judges were experienced Chinese Artists. If they weren't experienced, they wouldn't have dared to be judges.
In a large basketball court, the tables were filled with artworks.
"Hey, looking at these children's arts are really torturous."
"You can't say that. Chinese Arts is a national treasure. It's a good thing for the older generations to like it."

"Look, this drawing looks like a scribble. What is he trying to draw? It's too messy."
"This is not good too. It's literally children's drawing."

The other workers were following the judges and they would seal up the artworks when the judges said that they were good.

They've invited few neighbors and their colleagues and close friends only, including Shawn Ma. Candy was very cute wearing her white dress, she was eight months old now. Jenny was carrying her when the bride and the groom entered the place. It was very romantic evening with some lovely sparkling colorful lights brighten the nights. Josh and Caren greeted all their guests with full smiles all over their faces. There was a little boy holding his tiny little violin walked to the stage, the MC gave an announcement
MC :"Good evening ladies and gentlemen, on this special night, there is a little boy who wants to participate to entertain you all, his name is Hanson, Hi Hanson... you want to play violin ?"
Hanson :"Yes."
MC :"What song will you play ?"
Hanson :"Can't Help Falling In Love With You."
MC :"OK let's enjoy Hanson performing with his violin."
The little boy played his violin very well, and the audience were touched by his songs. And they all gave him applause after he finished his playing.
Josh :"Wow, your son was very talented on music Mark !"
Mark :"Hahaha... thank you, I think his mom was really support him, but he's still a little, it's a long way to learn."

Shawn always held a party every year to celebrate the lunar new year together with his colleagues and friends. That year Josh and Mark was there again together with their family, Candy was five years old already and she likes paintings just like her mom. When the adults were having chit chat and some drinks, Candy was busy by herself trying to find something to draw, then she found a chalk on the garden, she started to draw with it on the wall. There was a boy had been watching her from far since a while ago, he widened his eyes when he saw her drawing on the wall. "Oh no what is she doing on that wall, the owner will get mad if he know the wall got dirty like that, should I tell my dad ? But her drawing is very nice !"
That boy went to find Mark he told him about what happened. When he saw it was Josh's daughter he smiled :"OK son, let me find her dad. You accompany her now."
Hanson went to see Candy :"Hey girl what's your name ?"
Candy :"I'm Qian Qian, what's your name ?"
Hanson :"I'm Ching Han, you can call me Han gege."
Candy :"OK Han gege." She smiled.
Hanson :"What are you drawing ?"
Candy :"I'm drawing a turtle and the rabbit in the garden."

Candy :"I don't have any media to draw, I found this wall was empty so I just draw on it."

Candy turned to frown and she turned her head down :"Well...I will ask for apologize to him then. But I don't know what should I do here I'm bored, my mom and dad were busy with their friends, I have no friends here."
Hanson :"Then let me be your friend from now on. Let's play together in there."
Hanson took her to play hide and seek with him. Meanwhile Josh and Mark went together to see the wall.
Josh :"Hmmm... it's indeed my daughter's doing, thank you for telling me this I'll go to ask apologize to father."
Mark :"I'm sure it's ok with him, she's just a little kid anyway. Josh how about you take her to my house sometimes, I think she'll like playing some paint with my son."

The other day Josh took Candy and Caren to Mark's mansion. They were still on holidays, Candy was so excited seeing a lot of colorful paint. Selena asked Caren to go with the kids to the garden to made some drawings with paint. Caren was so excited also, she taught Candy and Hanson how to draw in canvas with the paint. Candy spilled one of the paint can, but she smiled very happy and touch the paint with her hands and shed them on the ground then she dipped her hands into other can and shed them again on the ground, Hanson at first was very scared, but when he saw her mom laughed on her he did the same thing as Candy.
Candy :"Han gege we, can make a painting with our hands like this, hahaha..." she was so happy she laughed out loud.
Hanson :"Yes, Qian come here see what I draw now ?"
Candy :"What is it Han gege ? Is it a fish ? Wow it's very pretty I want to draw it too!"
Josh and Mark had finished their chit chat and went to the garden to see what are they doing. Josh got shock to see the spilled paint all over the places.
Josh :"Oh no, I'm very sorry Mark my daughter has made your house got messy !"
Mark :"It's OK Josh, they all kids, let them be. The paint will get vanished by the rain. Looks like your daughter very talented on drawing, just like her mom."

Josh :"Hi Mark thank you for coming, Is Selena and your baby in good condition ?"
Mark :"Yes, they were good."
Josh :"Let's go inside, the party will begin in short time."

Candy :"What is it Han gege ?"

But she took Hanson's gift the first to opened, she smiled so happy to see a cute painting's tools in front of her. Josh smiled to see her very busy with the gifts she had. He looked at Caren.
Josh :"So, when will we make the second child ? She's a big girl already now !"
Caren got blushed :"Ssshhh... we can talk about it later in our room, don't bother this little princess now ! Qian Qian you should get some sleep now, you've been busy this all afternoon !"
Josh had waited Caren to had a shower, he sat on his bed reading some books. When he saw Caren went out from the shower room wearing her bath towel, he couldn't wait any longer to grab her body and not long after his body was on top of her body and they made love through the night.
"Let's give Qian Qian brother this time, Mark already had his second son, we must catch up him soon !"

"They are what?" he asked in disbelief after they got inside the warm house.

Namjoon nodded.   "About two years ago," the silver-haired male began, "grandpa came home with Taehyung, the one with brown hair, and Jungkook, the one with black hair, the younger one."

Seokjin took a sip of his jasmine tea, "I don't understand, what makes them our uncles?"

"Grandpa said they are his kids, his illegitimate children," Namjoon frowned, "I know he lied but what can we do when he insisted they are his kids?"

"Wow, he is our grandfather after all," Seokjin exchanged a glance with Namjoon and they ended up laughing together.

Seokjin spent the night in the mansion. It felt a little weird to sleep in his old bedroom. The bed was too soft and the wallpaper was too dark for his liking. He loved pastel colors but his bedroom's wallpaper was dark grey.

He couldn't sleep that night, the hatred inside his chest kept him wide awake so he decided to get some nice warm milk from the kitchen.

There, he found Taehyung, climbing a ladder that the maid used for reaching the highest shelf, the kid grinned happily when he found a clear jar from inside the shelf.

"What are you doing?" the brown haired kid jumped and almost dropped the glass jar,  his hybrid's ears stiffened. The kid couldn't control his appearance yet; his tail was visible too, curled between his legs.

He hid the glass jar behind him after Seokjin lifted him and put him down on the floor, clearly aware of the cookies jar but he choosing to act clueless.

"I-I'm-" Taehyung stuttered. Seokjin almost smiled at him.

"Hyungie?" Jungkook rubbed his eyes, standing on the doorframe while hugging a pink bunny plushie.

Taehyung put his index finger on his mouth, telling Jungkook to stay silent; the younger brother widened his eyes first when he realized Seokjin was there and covered his mouth cutely.

"Stealing cookies isn't a good thing, kiddo," Seokjin poured some milk, turning on the stove and leaning against the corner as Taehyung looked down to the floor, looking guilty.

Taehyung put the glass jar beside Seokjin's leg since the kitchen table was too tall for him, " Hey ," he called both of the kids before they left the kitchen.

" Come here ," he waved at them. Taehyung and Jungkook looked at each other before smiling widely and rushing to his side.

Seokjin ended up making three cups of warm milk and some pancakes for the kids since they said they were starving.

Broken glass, ripped books, bloody knuckles, grey smokes, endless fights, swearing and mindless sex.

Who knew Seokjin would be smiling while eating pancakes and drinking warm milk right at this moment with two innocent kids who had the brightest smiles he had ever seen, right after he lost everything?

Seokjin lifted both Taehyung and Jungkook. If he wasn't mistaken, Taehyung was tiger hybrid while Jungkook was bunny hybrid.

Did his grandfather really think they would believe that their clans, that had wings, could a have tiger and bunny hybrids as their sons…

He chuckled to himself. His old happy-go-lucky self might had thought the same lame excuse for these two adorable kids.

Today was no better than yesterday. People keep arguing who would be suitable as the next leader. A chaotic formal meeting full of hypocrites, most of them.

"Hey, let's switch!" Taeyeon, another child, asked Taehyung.

Seokjin had been watching Taehyung and Jungkook the whole morning, the brown-haired boy was cheerful and full of boxy grins while Jungkook was a little bit shy and stayed beside his brother at all times.

Taehyung gave her his drawing without hesitation, "Sure," he smiled. Seokjin frowned. Taeyeon ran to the adults and told them it was her drawing, she got praised while Taehyung smiled sadly from afar.

"You shouldn't have given it to her," he approached them, patting Taehyung's head.

The younger boy shook his head, "She loved it," he mumbled, "she was happy and praised my drawing," he gave Seokjin a peace sign. The older man chuckled and gave the boys a small baby blue bag of macarons and other sweets.

Seokjin went to the backyard and took out a small rectangle box. The bitter taste of cigarette stung him but he needed it, somehow, he yearned for it. Namjoon found him and gave him a disapproving look before dragging him back inside.

The black suit was uncomfortable but Seokjin tried his best to wear it elegantly like his younger brother said. He sat on the soft maroon couch, strangers that didn't really know his story gazing at him with awe; enchanted by his handsome face and broad figure.  

"We don't want to take those filthy things!"

Seokjin rose from his seat, walking to the living room once again and saw one of his uncles' wife pointing at Taehyung.

The young boy embraced Jungkook with teary yet sharp eyes. Seokjin eyed her dirty dress and assumed Jungkook must have accidentally spilled some juice over the woman's long dress.

The raven-haired boy cried into his older brother's small shoulder. "Leader Kim might have treasured them," the woman continued, "but they are nothing but a burden for us!" she shouted.

Both of them ran, Taehyung pulling Jungkook along. They dashed to the garden and left the toxic house immediately when they felt too much.

"We must talk about this," one man said with a calm tone. Seokjin glanced at Dongwook, another man that has his respect other than his grandfather.

Lee Dong Wook, his father's best friend; he married his father's younger sister and now that kind man held an important role in Kim family.

"Who will take care Taehyung and Jungkook," he put down a bunch of files; Seokjin believed they were Taehyung and Jungkook's files, as well as their birth certificates, "We agreed that the one who will lead the family is either Seokjin, Namjoon, or our child who will reach adulthood soon," almost all of them hissed when Dongwook mentioned Seokjin.

"It should be them," people whispered at the back, "they are leader Kim's grandchildren, after all. They should take care of the 'parasites' leader Kim left."

That's it.

"I will take them," Namjoon gasped, "that's the end of the problem, isn't?" he said, giving death glares to everyone.

"Also, the one who will be the next leader is Namjoon after he reaches the right age; Uncle Dongwook will be one who fills the position of our leader until then," Seokjin slammed his hand on the table, "we all know he is the second strongest after me," he smirked to the other young hybrids.

"Why do you act so sure? Why do you think we will listen? You're nothing but a failure in here," one of the young people growled.

Seokjin turned around, a smile plastered on his ethereal face as he took long strides to the other male. Namjoon watched on, hoping it wouldn't turn out ugly like years ago.

When he kicked the wall behind them, forming a crack, nobody dared to stop him.

"Want to try it out? Like the old times? The tradition to decide who will be the next leader?" he whispered.

"It's the modern era," the man said loudly, taking several steps back, "we don't need to spill any blood, at least not today," he gave more pressure to the last word, crushing the burning cigarette under his expensive shoes.

"I don't want to hear any disagreements," Seokjin stated, all heads unconsciously bowed to him. He was supposed to be the next leader after all, "Anyone one who disagrees will be welcome to engage in an official duel with me."

He didn't need to take out his wings. Nobody needed to see the dislocated bones. The air around him screamed authority.

Seokjin walked passed Namjoon and gave him a sad smile, "Sorry," he said softly to his brother before following the boys' trace on the white snow.

The footsteps led to their garden in the back that resembled a labyrinth, Seokjin knew this place. He used to get lost in there until his grandfather told him the right way. It was a secret passage that led him to a garden full of beautiful flowers called 'Smeraldo'.

The snow fell again and the weather got chillier; Seokjin needed to find Taehyung and Jungkook faster since neither of the kids was wearing any warm clothes.

The older man searched through the place and heard hiccups between the smeraldo's bushes.

"Taehyung? Jungkook?" he called, and two small figures covered by white snow looked up to him. He walked closer and kneeled before them, he cupped their cold cheeks, wiping their tears with his sleeves.

Jungkook sobbed messily, he didn't really understand but when people kept shouting he felt scared, while Taehyung knew one thing: 'nobody likes us, everyone hates us.'

"They will dump us," Taehyung sobbed, rubbing his eyes and wiping his snot messily, "we don't want to go back to that place. We hate the orphanage," he hugged his knees.

Jungkook stood up and walked to him with hesitant steps, like a baby deer, "I-I'm sca'ed," he cried into his shoulder. Jin wrapped him with his long coat.

"They won't," he said reassuringly. Taehyung looked up; his ears twitched just like Jungkook's bunny ears twitched.

"How do you know that?" Taehyung questioned him, having stopped crying seconds ago.

Seokjin smiled, a sincere smile he was sure he would never use again because he believed he lost the ability to smile that way. Both Taehyung and Jungkook blinked, admiring the beautiful hybrid before them.

"Come on tiger," he gave Taehyung his fluffy scarf, pulling him up, "let's give our last farewell to the old man, to grandpa," the boys nodded, heading back with Seokjin. The older man lifted Jungkook and held Taehyung with another hand.

"Grandpa loved smeraldo," Taehyung stopped, tilting his head up to Seokjin, "he said the flower made him remember his grandchildren, all of them, even the broken one."

"Is that...so ?" he didn't realize tears were wetting his cheek until Jungkook cupped his face with his small hands and kissed them away. Taehyung tugged his hand until he bent down and he too, gave Seokjin chaste kisses.

"Let's give grandpa the smeraldo," he said softly, his voice wavering. The tears wouldn't stop. The boys picked some flowers and brought them to the mansion.

The people that were shouting before became quiet as they approached the coffin and gave their final farewell.

Seokjin bowed 90 degrees and whispered softly, "I will take care of them, just like how you raised me and Namjoon, grandpa."

"Those flowers make grandpa the happiest," Seokjin patted both of the boys. They hugged his legs and kept crying even after the coffin closed.

Namjoon kneeled beside them. "He's not going to wake up again?" Taehyung asked, and both of the adults averted their eyes.

"Yeah," Seokjin answered, "he's not going to wake up again."

Maybe because of the fact that his older brother hugged the kids, or how the kids refused him and chose to hug Seokjin, Namjoon felt this may lead them to something life-changing, for all of them.

"Taehyung-ah"

"Jungkook-ah"

"Let's go home ."

“Who are they?”
“My sons.”

"What are you?"
"I'm a father."

 

Cigarette, bruises, and bloody knuckles. A fucked up life, Seokjin's life.

Everything changed when he took two kids under his broken wings.

Where Kim Seokjin lives recklessly but everything changed after he took two little hybrids because he wanted to protect them from the corrupted world but maybe he was wrong.

Life in the Quirk Facility wasn't all that terrible.
The kids were fed good food and given time to play and hang out when they weren't under testing by the bald doctor or Mr. Yanagisawa. Himiko liked the hangout room the best, she thinks. She got to meet the others who were in the Quirk Facility too!
There weren't many kids left ever since Injection day; whenever she asked, Mr. Yanagisawa would simply answer that they got sick and were transferred to another part of the facility but were perfectly fine. There was an edge in his soft voice when he said this, his eyes squinting just a little too much.
While Himiko was keen on the fact the man was definitely not… telling the full truth, at least, she had sense enough not to push the subject. The last time she showed attitude to them, they put her in the Punishment Room for a whole day…
There were six kids left in this side of the facility, and she heard that there were going to be two more transfers sometime soon.
The day after her check up, she was forced in bedrest, sniffling and resting on her stomach with her back exposed, medicine slathered all over her charred skin. She stayed that way for two days, and with special help from a new nicer doctor who helped her get up and stretch and go to the restroom and eat whenever it was time. Thankfully, by the third day, they brought in a doctor with a healing quirk and the pain was almost gone after the treatment.
They said she was a success, and she was praised highly for it. They said they'd start using that treatment for the other children too. Regrettably, however, they also said she wasn't done with her treatment either. She had successfully retracted the tentacles back to her but has been unable to call them back. Not only that, but there's been this dull thumping in the back of her head, feeling almost deep in her brain…
Threatening to spill.
But the medications she was forced to take were helping. A bit.
It was about four days after her first treatment when she was finally allowed back into the Hangout room. She went to her usual corner, the beat-up bean bag on the white carpet where dolls and various books laid scattered. As she sat down, she ignored the pinching in her neck and instead brought her favorite Hello Kitty doll to her chest, studying the room around her. There were only three of the six kids she knew with her, each doing different things almost mechanically. Their movements were stiff, almost painful.
Himiko cringed. She could relate.
With a huff, the blonde pulled herself from her comfy seat and made her way to the group, her doll still tight in her grip. It was like a comfort to her.
She sat down in the middle of them all, clearing her throat—they all looked at her, a small smile on the peach-haired boy's face. Tobiko was his name. Number fifteen.
She liked Tobiko, he was nice. And interesting—despite being quirkless, he had pointy ears and strange eyes! He was also a lot older than she was, and she often wondered how he ended up here; if they all were the same.
"Hello," she greeted the three. "How was your treatments?"
Tobiko sat down by the girl, his legs folded under him while his hands rested on his knees. "Mine was a success."
The two girls, Ayane and Estuko (Numbers twelve and six) joined the two, crossing their legs and smiling their tired smiles.
Estuko nodded. "As was mine."
Ayane shook her head. "They said I'll need another injection today. Apparently someone messed up with the doses and it wasn't enough or something."
"Oh, you didn't have to go through the electroshock for nothing, did you?" Tobiko frowned.
Himiko shivered at the thought—that'd be awful! And she heard there were other treatments after the shock treatment just in case the first round didn't trigger the tentacles. The doctor had said the tentacles were currently "programmed" to respond to pain, if they successfully integrate in the person, that is. After they're activated, they weren't supposed to hurt anymore, right? Ayane and Estuko then explained that they've been experiencing sharp pains in their neck and head.
"Hey, did you guys hear about the new transfers?" Ayane started, leaning forward.
Himiko nodded. "They said they 'have their eye on two'—er, at least that's what I heard from my nurse yesterday."
Estuko bounced in her seat. "I know, isn't it so exciting? This place is changing lives! Soon, they'll be giving this quirk to quirkless adults, too!"
Tobiko seemed a bit unnerved, shuffling uncomfortably. "I almost don't want that," he hummed.
"Huh?" Ayane tilted her head. "Why'd'ya say that?"
The freckled boy shrugged, leaning back on his hands. "Unless they, like, fix their 'pain activation' crap, I'd like to live without chronic pain, thank you very much."
Estuko nodded along with a hum. "...Yeah, I kinda agree. They're only in their beta stages though, right?"
"Then why test it on a bunch of kids like us?"
"Um, me and Estuko are technically adults, Ayane."
She finger gunned. "Right."
Himiko hummed, hugging her Hello Kitty doll closer and pursing her lips. "I wish it would go by faster. I wanna see my Momma and Daddy again."
The three glanced at her with frowns. She was the youngest in the group, wasn't she? Tobiko propped his leg up, slinging his arm around his knee. "Y'ever stop to realize we were, like… legitimately kidnapped from our homes?"
They grew quiet, not knowing what to say to that before Mr. Yanagisawa entered the room, a pensive look in his eyes that were poorly disguised by his smile. "Greetings, children. Number fifteen, can you come with me? It's time for your check up."
Tobiko quirked a brow. "I had mine this morning."
"Yes," Mr. Yanagisawa's smile grew strained. "And you're due for another one, Number Fifteen."
The four children traded nervous glances at each other before Tobiko stood himself up and began rubbing his arm nervously. He glanced at Himiko for a moment before obediently following Mr. Yanagisawa out. The blonde saw how the scientist clamped his hand down hard on the shorter boy.
She turned her golden gaze back to the two girls in front of her, frowning. Ayane and Estuko scooted closer to her leaned in. "He's right, though," Estuko whispered.
Ayane nodded, and they fell back into a tense silence and the two older girls got up to mess around with their own favorite things—Estuko with a rubix cube and Ayane with some drawing paper.  
After a while of it, Himiko grew restless and raised her head, opening her mouth to speak but paused when she saw Estuko drop her rubix cube and began to twitch. Her hands were tense and in a claw-form, the muscles in her arms tight and her body jerked onto the floor. Himiko and Ayane screamed and stood up like the floor had burned them—instantly, nurses flooded the room, crowding around Estuko while ushering the other two girls out of the room.
They were at the brink of tears being led back to the eating area, both holding each others' hands and trying to get the image of Estuko hitting the ground with her eyes rolled up and white spit dripping out—Himiko shook her head, pursing her lips as she fought the tears.
What had happened? Everything was fine—she was doing fine working on the dumb color box before she just...dropped.
That night, Himiko couldn't sleep very well. It was probably the worst night she's ever had to endure, especially since the pain in her back wouldn't leave her be and her head felt like it was about to crack in two.
In the middle of the night, there was a scream that pierced her ears—fear gripped her heart with a claw of ice, squeezing it and paralyzing her where she laid. The rumble of feet passed by outside her room.
Ayane's room was in that direction.
Himiko buried herself under her blanket and pillow, forcing the tears to go away.
The next day, Himiko was the only one left in the Hangout Room. When she asked about them, Mr. Yanagisawa said Estuko and Ayane had been transferred to the other building, and Tobiko was recovering from treatment today.


The line between hero and villain is blurred for an assassin, leaving neither side anything to be desired. With the passing of the beloved ex-assassin Korosensei, Nagisa decides he's going to uphold his sensei's legacy and become something to be proud of: A Hero.

The building of UA is tall and looming, intimidating, and it makes Nagisa afraid and alone, but he knows this would have made Korosensei proud... And he steps forward into his future.
