''Sir we will meet up with the convoy in 5 minutes, they will be going with us to the docking station of the Hindenburg,'' Zero said. ''Tell the convoy to hurry up, we are at war with the SS remember!'' I said to Zero who then contacted the HQ through the onboard radio.

''Also ask them what the convoy consists off. I need a clear idea of my assets that protect me.'' I ordered immediately after. Zero talked with HQ whilst driving for 10 minutes, before answering:''Sir the convoy contains the other 50 Gold Skulls on 2 trucks, 2 jeeps each having a double MG34 mounted on top of them. besides that, it has the only Panzer with it. It has the 7,5 cm Kw.K. 40 L/48 gun mounted on top for anti-tank uses. 

One of the jeeps is in front followed by the Panzer III after that it has 1 truck, our jeep, truck and the last jeep at the end. We will meet up with them and integrate with the convoy on the move in 3 minutes.'' ''Good, Also if I remember correctly the Hindenburg Airship doesn't really fly to Munich,'' I asked curiously to Zero. ''Sir, haven't you been informed... It is our Organisations mobile HQ, it was bought and owned by one of the businessmen you rescued. It still flies normal routes, but if we need it, it immediately comes for us.'' Zero replied.

''INTEGRATION, MAKE SPACE FOR THE MARSHALL!'' One of the officers shouted as we approached the Convoy. the truck and jeep slowed down causing a gap wide enough for us to fit to form immediately in between. Zero nimbly wedged our car in between,  ''GOGOGO!'' The officer shouted again, the truck increased pace as it closed any large gaps between the jeep and the truck. The men were even more alert since their Marshall's Life is in their hands now. 'The SS is only aware of an organisation having skull soldiers, meaning that the appearance of this Convoy will clearly trigger a response from Himmler since he will not let this slide.' I started to think about my enemy's move.

The convoy moved along silently, 'Thank god Rudolf immediately skipped the 1st few ausführungs of the Panzer III, it mostly resembles the Panzer III Ausf M. But clearly has a better engine in it. Then it dawned on me, ' he Must have read the experimental tanks already, this is clearly the Pz III/IV, which existed on blueprints.' I laughed in my heart as I saw what he did. This is a good Tank, but production costs are not cheap at all, we can produce one Panzer III and Panzer IV from this tank. Thankfully, he considered that and probably has only ordered a few to be used as convoy protection vehicles. The Panzer III and IV are not the fastest, but the Panzer III/IV is a perfect convoy protection tank.

''INCOMING!'' The officer at the back of the convoy screamed 'Ching Ching Ching' small arms fire and grenades were flying all past the convoy, the soldiers in the truck immediately threw themselves onto the floor of the truck.  ''ENEMY ATTACK, ESTIMATED 100 MEN!'' The commander in the tank shouted. ''CONTACT HQ!'' an officer screamed. 'HQ will not be able to send any troops quickly, DAMMIT IF WE HAD AN AIRFORCE!' I complain in my heart. But the Golden skull Guards were not for nothing golden skulls, they heard the respective officer scream commands. The trucks started to flank us while the tank drove in front. 'BOOM!' A HE(High explosive) shell left the Tanks barrel, killing 20 closely packed SS soldiers. 

''PROTECT THE MARSHALL!'' The men shouted as they threw off the trucks cover and aimed their guns at the enemy. 1:5 Golden skulls have an MG34 or MG42, making 10 men capable of unleashing hell. 'Tatatatata' A hail of bullets descended upon the enemy, all drivers increased their speed, but suddenly 20 Panzer Is started to appear behind us, 'ANTI-TANK RIFLES!' The officers shouted again, 3 men crawled over the truck's floor to the back end before aiming their Anti-Tank rifles, 'Ching BOOM' The anti-tank rifles easily pierced through the armour, but the enemy has learned, they used evasive maneuvers to make themselves harder to hit.'Interesting, they learn quickly' I praise the SS tank commanders, 'Bit that is not enough' I laughed in my heart. 

The tank disengaged from frontal protection and let the jeep take its place, the tank drifted outwards coming to a stop whilst being able to point his gun towards the enemy And it immediately unleashed hell upon the panzer's, 'tatatata BOOM tatatata BOOM' The Panzer III/IV  kept a continues to fire upon the enemy with HE shells, so even if it missed it still did damage, while the Panzers tried to pen the frontal armour of the tank,''REVERSE!'' The commander shouted to the driver, who immediately went into reverse. The panzers tried to flank the tank but their Puny 20mm autocannons can't even pen the rear armour plate, which is 30mm thick and angled. It took less than 10 minutes for the tank to clear the Enemy panzers before speeding up to 55 km/h to catch up with the convoy.
But while the Panzer III/IV was fighting the enemy tanks, the enemy infantry continued their relentless assault, as every 100 meters there was a group of 20 men with MG42s and other equipment. 'They have must know about our route beforehand... A traitor is in out mists' 

I carefully looked around before leaning into Zero to whisper to him: ''Zero, there is a traitor in our mists.'' Zero tensed up but didn't reply, just nodding his head before getting a clearer look at his allies. He shakes his head, clearly indicating he doesn't know who it is at the moment. 
We speeded through the forest as we tried to shake the pursuers off. After fighting for more than 30 minutes did the relentless assaults end, the convoy kept the current configuration, as the tank caught up we all sighed in relief. ''Marshall, we have been dramatically altering our course to shake them off, it is currently 17:30, we estimate to arrive at the Docking station at 18:00. We are sorry the Marshall had to experience this.'' Zero said while apologizing as well.

''At ease, what is the damage and casualties list?'' I demanded from the officer on the truck on the right. ''Currently, 2 jeeps are badly damaged, The Panzer III/IV has suffered minor engine damage due to overusing it when trying to return to the convoy, we have 7 injured Gold skulls and 5 dead Black skulls, both trucks have extensive damage all around and need immediate repairs! That is it, Marshall!'' The officer replied with his head down fearful of my piercing gaze.''Good Dismissed Soldier!'' the officer returned back to his seat in the truck.

'The SS is dead set to kill me and destroy my organisation, they do not yet know where it is, but only time will tell when they do. I must Increase the speed of production and construction, Open up more factories for arms production, and AN AIRFORCE!' I sighed to myself. ''ETA 5 minutes sir!'' Zero said.
I watched as the massive airship the Hindenburg came into view, 'This mighty ship burned down in America, I will not let that happen!' Equipment was constantly put upon the airship, from guns and ammo to extra radios, desks, chairs and other tools for the mobile command centre. 'It will take time, although my organisation is not strong yet. We are not as weak as well. The SS might rule Germany, but my organisation will rule not only Germany but Europe, and if possible the world!'I remember my vows, my promises I made to my men. '' I will only need time'' I said out loud

The date is 3 January 1944, on Eastern Front Germany army were the joint forces of the Thirty-Six Panzer Batallion with the newly formed Fifty SS Motorized-Grenadier Batallion as the battle would take place on the city of Warsaw as the two-division were forced to work together to recapture the area near the city while they were currently on a bad term with each other.

At the first month, the battle was in Germany's favor before the arrival of the winter war and when it happens the casualties were already staggering enough beyond believing when the casualties skyrocketed as the entire army was forced into defensive position against the approaching Soviet infantry unit as it was mixed with the armored Army.

The Panzer Batallion requested for the SS division to hold the line and siege the city from all side waiting for their supplies to run dry but such request not only were ignored but it was also given with an order saying the Fuhrer wants the city to be taken right while at the same time he wants it taken by the end of the month.

The Panzer Batallion first argued about such outrageous order which would make the entire operation a total failure and added the fact they did not have any winter equipment ready for them as it would be suicide while the SS grenadier division also said if they did not follow the order to the very letter then they would be killed or executed as a traitor as they were suspected of treason.

Surprised and angered they were forced to submit to such order and commence the assault on the Stalingrad, in the battle that was about to start as a lone tank, lies silent on the snowy plain and it was the panzer six the infamous tiger tank with one person was repairing the broken track and another tiger behind it few meters away from it.

"Ah, Truly those SS dogs think they own the place if it weren't because of us they would be dead by now." said one of the Tank crew as he repairs the tank's track.
"Haha, that's right Schultz but they should have died even before the battle of France," said the other Tank crew who gave a coffee to the supposed Schultz.
"Ah thanks, Hans. my hand is cold right now" said Schultz as he grabs the coffee.
"Ah, really I miss Rommel and he was promoted as general by the fuhrer," said Hans as he drank the coffee "Can't believe it though he was a captain when you met him right?" said Schultz.
"Yeah, hardly believe it" as he looks at the track once more.

"Yups, it's done get on to the tank and tell the other to turn the engine on." said someone nearby as he stands up and walks to the tank.
"Haha, good I had enough of standing around and repairing this bloody damn track," said Schultz.
"Ah, Gunther you just came where did you go now," said Hans.
"I just went to another panzer and talk around they said that Rommel just took half continent of Africa from those tommies," said Gunther as he jumps on the tank and sits on loader seat.
"Schultz, please turn the engine on," said as the person quickly get on to the commander's seat.
"Sorry friend, commander just said it so I'm going in first," said Hans as he runs to the the the tank hatch and slowly move to his radio seat.
"Ah?! this blasted engine, okay then" as he pulls something like a turning gear before putting it on the engine turning it again and again until the engine started to work.
"Get on, Schultz, or we'll leave you," said Hans as he speaks through the radio.
"How do you even leave when the driver is me, damn Hans" he laughs a bit.

"All right, the First squad is clear and ready for action" as Hans talk over the radio.
"Good we're waiting for you on the front here," said the person over the radio.
"We have enough fuel that can hold out for one hour or so," said Hans over the radio.
"Everyone commences the assault we must take the city of Warsaw by the end of the month," said Richard to the radio "All panzer forward" as he quickly added.

As the gear was turned forward the tank move slowly before moving at the normal speed of 35 hp, Richard on the commander seat could see no enemy on the horizon as he could only see the latest panzer four G used against tanks but a bit inferior to the tiger tank which is outfitted by an 88 mm cannon but with lesser mobility due to being as the heavy armor the tiger hold position of the far back position.

"This is the third squad we had met the enemy tank squad and are engaging, over," said third squad commander over the radio.
"Understood fifth squad go and support the third squad," said Richard over the radio.
"Third squad understood moving in for the support," said the fifth squad commander over the radio.
"This is the fourth squad we have trouble on our hand and need support over," said the fourth squad's commander as he was distressed by it.
"We lost half of the second squad just lost contact with them a moment ago" as he added.
"Second and fourth having a hard time that is the first I had heard the news about them like that," said Hans as he looks at Richard with the unbelievable face.
"Schultz, speeds up the engine we need to get in there fast," said Richard with a heavy face.
"Understood commander" as he pushes the gear to the highest gear ever used.

Half an hour has passed as the two tiger tanks moved closer to the city where the battle carries on.

Richard looking through the gun's scope sees the fourth squad has only half of its total number while the second squad only had only one tank remained as it has its track broken and was holding the line pretty badly.

"Stop the engine," said Richard as he looks at the scope and finding four T-34 tanks coming in fast for a kill "Ready the shells and kill the engine, I'm firing the shot," as Richard.

A moment of silence as Richard look through his scope while aiming at the enemy tank as the range were more than 1500 meter far, he waited for the right moment to strike at the incoming enemy tank closing in before it happens when the range was about 900 meter far then it happens.

Booom, Shleeng, Schleeeck, Bang the sound repeat until three-time.

After the shot was fired upon the enemy the first shot land directly on the incoming to T-34's side turret where the ammo racks are located which caused a huge explosion as it killed the entire crew instantly, then the second shot hit directly at the fuel tank which made engine exploded a bit then turning the entire tank and its crew on the burning iron coffin as one of them managed to escape in time to extinguish the fire on his back, the last third shot hit where the driver is currently at penetrating as it penetrates the armor causing the shoulder to split into two killings he driver as it made one of the gear goes half causing it to turn to the side as it crashes then turning the tank around supposedly able to killing the entire two tank crew if anyone able to survive it would be a miracle.

"Thanks that was close and First squad it seems we owe you guys a beer," said the second squad with a laugh before suddenly an explosion occurred on the last panzer.
"What just happen?! huh, wait a minute is that a KV? must be the second version of it a tall turret," said Richard as he looks through the scope.
"It's no wonder they just lost and many of the first squad lost the entire squad quickly because of it," said Hans as he thought it was true.
"No, sir it was another tank we never knew what it is but the armor is thick and probably bigger than the tiger." said the fourth squad commander through the radio.
"Eh? another tank... commander?" said Hans as he turns his head toward Richard.
"... I see, indeed that tank is thicker from the looks of it" said Richard as he looks through the scope looking the unknown tank that accompanied the new KV tank squad.
"Then commander what is your order?" said the other tiger crew waiting for the order.
"Tell the other squad to fall back and reinforce our position and also tell those damn SS division to get in here and assist us also if they say it was the fuhrer order then they should come and support us by then," said Richard over the radio "Yes commander," said the other tiger crew over the radio.

"This is the third squad the enemy anti-tank gun took almost all of our squad it looks like we are the only one remaining it we have one crew who survives the attack," said the third squad commander over the radio.
"This is the fifth squad we took half casualties and one of our tanks just broke its turret unable to rotate well enough, some of us manage to fix it but unable it unable turn very fast," said the fifth squad over the radio.
"Understood then regroup at 371, 258 coordinate, we are currently fortifying ourselves and are preparing for an enemy assault," said Richard as he looks out from the turret while feeling the winter wind touching his skin.

As the order was already given the entire squad regrouped against the soviet combined assault while creating a hole to create a defensive line to combat the new type Soviet tanks as they also holding the line for the SS grenadier division as they expected to arrive an hour later, What they waited were not a couple of squads nor was it the new soviet tanks but it was the entire brigade of the entire Soviet tanks coming down on them while they well fortified but the ammo stock on them was unable to stand long against the massive number of enemy who is coming for them.

"Oh, boy. Keep your adrenaline on boys" said Hans.
"Hans you blabbermouth, don't act so mighty you are merely a radio operator," said The fourth commander as he laughs.
"Why you... well I try to kill them with my Machine gun here," said Hans as if he was joking around while speaking with a serious tone.

Hearing it the entire crew burst into a laugh before turn back serious as they stand against the entire Soviet army tank charge as they also joined with the motorized infantry Batallion which also armed with self-propelled Anti-tank gun.

"Wait men hold your fire," said Richard as he looks through the scope "just a little more" as he continued.

The men and soldiers of the group were heavy and tense as they look at the incoming enemy while waiting for the firing order.

"Bit more," said Richard "Steady, steady" as he continued.

Sweats slowly drip down from their cheeks and neck as the excitement or fear slowly creeps them.

"Fire" shouted Richard as he also pulls the triggers.

As the moments has arrived the entire remaining Panzer division opened fire on the incoming enemy tanks that also return the fire unlike the incoming soviet tanks, Richard's entire unit was mostly a veteran as they have entered many operations as most of them killed at the very least more than a hundred tanks on the battlefield, thus the entire Batallion of the Panzer division were able made a killing at least eighty or so percent of killing rates.

The Soviet tank charging through the battlefield did not even have the chance to cause any damage to the remaining Panzer division as they slowly being torn apart as they approach them.

"They are annoying but even so why did they throw their life trying to hold us here though?" said Hans as he peers through his sight.
"Not sure, I even guess it would not be good for us," said Gunther as he loads the shell.
"I agree with what you said Gunther, everyone is alert on anything even the slightest move of rock report it," said Hans as he said over the info to the radio.

The Crew of each tank watches over the horizons as they were wary of the new unknown foes before suddenly a new tank appeared behind the nearby building and fired its first shot.

"What?! aghhhhhhh!!!" shouted by one of the tank crews right beside the tiger tank.
"Turn the turret now... Fire!!!" shouted by the other nearby tank's crew.

As the shot was fired the shell didn't even manage to penetrate the armor even by one millimeter, the unknown tank then fired back at them which resulted in a huge explosion.

"All tank focus fire on that tank, fire at will" shouted through the radio as he also pulls the trigger.

Sounds echoes around the open plain as another squad of tanks appears on the horizon, it was a KV 2 tank as it aligned its barrel towards Richard squad.

"Ah, another one from our right?! it's no use!!!" said one of the squad.

The barrel fired a barrage of shells as it flew toward them in a quickly that the entire squad is unable to react back, resulting some of the squad lost with a huge explosion exploded at the same time the shell not only bypass the ammo rack but also the fuel tank igniting the oil then making a huge explosion.

"Fall back and regroup, move to point 376, 428," said Richard as he looks through the scope.

Pulling a trigger shot were heard the first shot by the tiger managed to dent the new Tank as it retreated away from the battlefield even so its job was a success as it managed to deal heavy casualties to the panzer division, reloading the shell Richard pull another shot as it managed to fly directly to the barrel by luck blowing the barrel of as it iron pipe were opened like a flower.

"What a lucky shot captain, understood falling back," said Schultz as he pulls the level.
"Hans radio the other how many survive against the enemy assault," said Richard as he peers to the scope then raises to the commander viewport as he looks to the outside making sure there is no more any enemy nearby.
"Understood, Captain... is anyone alive over... I repeat is anyone else alive over..." as Hans shout over the radio and keep repeating to make sure it there are responding.
"Bbbbzzzzz" the radio sounded.
"Sir, I think the radio is broken it seems I get out sir, and to fix it," said Hans after turning to Richard.

Between getting new information for the mission and safekeeping his crew and soldier, he takes the tough choice between letting him go or not.

"Okay Hurry and gets out then repair it," said Richard as he looks the scope once more before he notices "Wait, enemy tank the KV2 and the new tank pairing on our front, wait there are two new tanks?!! get the shell ready we hold our ground here," shouted Richard as he continues.

Pulling the shell from its rack Richard fired the first shot and it was a direct hit on the KV2 lower hull penetrating it causing an explosion, loading for the second shot the enemy fired on them as half of the shell fly by them while the few managed to penetrate the turret commander's viewport rupturing it.

"The new gun must be heavy we barely dent it... load it, but even so they must be newly recruited the shell mostly didn't hit us," said Richard as he fires the shot.
"They stop sir... nice knowing you guys," said Hanz with a paled face.
"If we meet again in Valhalla the drinks are on me," said Schultz as he smiles.
"Nice knowing to you sir it been an honor," said Gunther as he saluted.
"... indeed its an honor, prepare for the last shot" said Richard as he pulls the next trigger.

Firing another shot as the shell fly directly to the KV2 turret which caused it to deflect and fly sideways unable to penetrate as the entire enemy tank fire their gun with its shell fly and cut through the air and into the Tiger tank front armor killing turn Shultz into thousand pieces of meat, while Gunther has a medium-sized hole near his groin and Hans body part flying in the air.

Richard suffered the injury that supposes to kill other people but he still breathing with bit large wound on his left hand, looking at the gun barrel was half loaded he quickly put his hand on the cannon's lock mechanism and pulled down then lock it in place as he slowly places his eye on the scope looking at the enemy newest tank.

"I would not... go down... so easily!!!" said Richard as he slowly panting holding his pain before pulling the trigger.

Firing once more the shell fly slowly into the enemy new tank as it penetrated its dented armor causing a huge explosion and the nearby tank quickly turned its turret aiming at the broken tiger tank with a large hole in the armor as they surrounded him while their front to his rear side.

"Hahaha... I think... it's my turn... to die." as Richard slowly close his eyes with his head lowered a bit.

Then explosions were heard across the snowy plain, the KV2 and the new tank left the wreckage where the Tiger and Richard and the entire Panzer division lies were in turn slowly but surely the snow falls in the cold sky as a flock of it floating slowly to the place while one of it landed on top the Tiger's wreckage where the fire and the burning flame slowly engulfed the snow.

Suddenly when most of the snow landed on top of the burning flame a bright but tiny speck of light floated to the air and raising itself to the cloud before lastly disappearing from the surrounding.

The story would take a place on Africa and Europa as he goes on a campaign and fighting for the German Wehrmacht, the MC was defiant and always disliked how the SS Party doing things thus opposition always occurred.

The MC always tried on trial due to always mocking and insulting the party but due to his exceptional skill, he always been let off from the court-martialed in the army, not only were his company supported but they were also loyal towards him because of his inspiring charisma they would even follow him to the death.

During the last eastern front holding the front, his entire company were betrayed and backstabbed by the SS party from behind not only dying from that he was last killed by the enemy due to extreme infamy towards him but luckly fate said otherwise as he was reincarnated back once more to the battlefield, not as a tank commander but a newly appointed lieutenant with his first tank and teammates.

On the way fighting to the eastern front this time, he would lead his newly recruited and formed team spearheading into the enemy line with his commander in chief who will support behind the line.

Either he won the war or die trying, Blitz.

A great and mighty amalgamation of shrubbery, flowering herbs, and uneven trees stood shoulder to shoulder a sprawling gauntlet of nature presented itself before Shaka and the scout team. The change to this woodland was an entry marker to the savage lands of the Hellenic Forest. The trees blocked out most of the sunlight during the day, the atmosphere of the forest always had a tinge of death in the darkness within. Unseen eyes had been following the fourteen sets of footprints that had entered its domain. One of the scout team put his finger in his mouth sucking the blood from it, he had reached out to a tree and got cut, the bark of the was sharp even if it looked smooth.

Shaka could hear a lion mouse scurry away from the scout team, a foul odor had invaded his nostrils it was subtle at first however it had been steadily growing in strength as they moved into the forest proper. A warm air past the scout team, they pulled out their weapons experience had taught them that the warmth in this forest is death. A carcass suddenly fell from a tree, the source of the smell and a warning it was no coincident that it fell before them. 

Travis said to Shaka "The body is a warning from a Rachni, they inhabit this forest alongside the Barberians."  

Shakas's mind drooled at the thought of being able to fight the fearful Rachni an ambusher beastmen with high intelligence. He then turned to Travis asking him "Are they feral?" As his dagger was unsheathed by his left-hand instinctively, his mana dancing inside the blade ready to step into action at the first beat.

"Yes sir, as far I know they all are even the barbarians," Travis said his voice had barely been able to leave his mouth a practiced method to deliver clear messages at a low tone. A deathly atmosphere had crept in, a cacophony of beastly voices, a banging sound with every word "FOOD, MINE" their chelicera knocking together as they spoke. 

Travis yelled, "To me!"

The rest of the scout formed a circle around him and Shaka covering every direction as two Rachni shimmered into view from the cover of darkness. Shaka held up his blade as a lightning shot out from Trifecta, It blinded the Rachni, four of them in total. The fifth had already died. Three men pounced at the Rachni, Shakas' bolt served as a natural catalyst for them to all start attacking.

They had been trained to attacks in unison. the teamwork on display was good as they had managed to take out all those four Rachni before the body of the fifth fell to ground from Shaka's lightning strike. Shaka had launched the lighting strike in hopes of striking two of the Rachni scouts he sensed above them.

The three men, each with a legion designed and forged steel weapon moved in line formation. Each of them driven with a single purpose in mind. The first was a woman by the name Julee, her scimitar cut at the joints of the closest Rachni preventing it from moving. Immediately after that, she moved onto the next one to the left of the first, she used her grey shield to block its attack her actions appeared to be one movement. Vusi followed behind her, he used his Warhammer, which was shoulder length to smash the face of the Rachni crippled Rachni killing it. 

Roger a lanky sliver fox [race and age], moved to the one that Julee had blocked with her shield, Roger slid under the Rachni thrust his twisted sword into the abdomen of the Rachni at the same he froze its innards it was one of the few speels he had managed to master in his lifetime.

The unexcepted lighting from Shaka had messed up the ambush of the Rachni, the soldiers took advantage of the chaos. Vusi had used his forward momentum from his Warhammer swing to leap up and over the dying Rachni and attack the one at the rear.

Three arrows all loosed at once hit the undamaged Rachni in four of its eight eyes, after which a boiling noise started be heard from each of the wounds caused by the arrows. Vusis Warhammer landed with a thundering impact his momentum allowing him to produce extra force.
Julee then moved to help Vusi  by delivering the blow on his Rachni

About Ten meters away the last of Rachni was shot out of the canopy by Travis and his longbow, the fall killed it as it landed soft underside first.

The two soldiers who had not launched attacks were in charge of the bodies they quickly processed each one while, Travis, Julee, Roger, Vusi, and Shaka kept guard the fresh kill had awakened other creatures in the forest as the roar of a short-eared Panzer was heard approaching. Roger moves to a tree that the Panzer will not see him from. Julee smeared some of the Rachni blood on herself and stands as bait. The Panzer moved on all fours with its sharp claws, when it sees Julee it attacks in a heartbeat. The beast passes by Roger who launches his sneak attack nearly cutting off its one leg causing the monster to miss its next step and crash into the ground. Julee thrusts repeated and violently while screaming at Panzer, the voice pitching and yawing as she did. Eventually, Vusi had to stop her 'It's dead, we killed it, okay, it's dead' His voice soothed her like a bridge over troubled water. 

The claws, fur, teeth, meat, and bones were all removed by Amihan and Linga. The value of the Panzer is not to be underestimated if the Panzer a little bit older it would have developed the distinctive armor common to the Panzer monster however, it would have also been much harder to kill a fully grown Panzer.

Shaka was presented with all the loot from the kills, as the highest-ranking officer, it was his duty to split the loot. Shaka thought about it and divided up all the loot equally. To the amazement of Travis who said ' Without you here we might have fallen for their you deserve more of the loot,' all the scouts were nodding in agreement. Shakas' lightning strike had not broken the ambush from above. it also revealed the two hidden Rachni and blinded them. 

"I cannot take more if we are going to work together, you all need incentives" Shakas' thinking was to the Barberrains, any of the other creatures are mostly common monsters anyway. This small gesture from Shaka endeared the soldiers to him. Julee was being attended to by Vusi, Shaka asked Travis while intentionally not prying "Will she be a problem?" 

Travis said " Not at all it is just a little fresh for her, she knows to handle herself" Travis then commanded the troops to forward. He wanted to bring something of value back to procession most of the lower scout troop had not brought in any useful information. The forest returned to its natural state. A few hours later they came upon a brutal killing, a young fire ape was half-eaten, the poor things mother bleeding out on the floor. A solitary spear hinting to the nasty barbarians of Hellenic Forest.

Travis while assessing the grounds upon seeing the spear says, "Find the blood trail, they left like this it is likely one of them is injured and badly." The men all moved out maybe two meters separating them from each other. Julee "Over here! I found the trail." Without a moment's hesitation, they all followed the trail to a small village. It hangs up in the sky. Unlike Elven cities which are grown from trees. The Hellenic barbarians built around a cluster of Karri knight Trees. The shorter trees hiding away the sky city from unsuspecting ground.

Shaka was about to climb up when Travis said: "Please sir, this is a scouting mission only, if you wish to change our order you will have to take command." The wise Travis used this as a pressure to prevent them from having to engage directly a force that is not only powerful but also has the advantage of being in a city. This particular cluster was about two square kilometers wide.

Shaka replied, " I am no fool, I what will happen if we all go up there but me alone should be enough to get an idea of what we can expect this time around."

"If I may be so bold Sir, I can do it without risking anyone's life we just need to find a safe to hide my body" Travis nodded in agreement. Shaka seemed to agree with the suggestion.

"Alright I saw a good place early, a far distance back it should also put us outside of their guarding area," Vusi added to what had now become the chosen course of action. When they arrived, Julee began chanting a spell and conjured a Raven common in these woods. She had controlled it fully she had yet to master the ability so can could only control it when she is still. After a short while 

She stood and said, "We have to leave now, they somehow detected my bird, but I got it."

They all stood up and ran as fast pace towards the procession at their current pace they would arrive in under two hours. The information she had gathered was that the shamans of the barbarians are in the village. The Kings had long figured out that when a village has shamans in it there is usually some sort of tribal ritual going on. The rituals meant that the number of active battle-ready barbarians would be lowered as the barbarians would also attend to their spiritual need above all else even at the cost of their own lives.

Travis informed Shaka "Sir the intel we have with us could save lives if we report to watch command, I'm sure also the commander will hand out a small reward," Shaka was of the view that matched Travis. The troop moved quickly thorough the forest. About an hour in a Barberian caught up with fortunately she was alone.

A tall Aryan female, dressed in full leather fur armor dropped out right in front of them. she was holding a saber, obviously looted from an enemy as the blade had markings of a doorway on its hilt, it was the symbol of the largest legion filled with mostly commoners. The doors a metaphor for the Legion that accepts all the people of Crusader city, Hlanganani Legion.

Shaka commanded "Go back to base and wait for me," None of them argued not because they did not want to fight but because Shaka sounded more dangerous than the barbarian in that moment. Travis took only look back before vanishing into the forest with the troops. Shaka took out his sword and said: "I hope you don't eat me after this." Since they are feral they eat all, even the sentient races. 

Shaka pulled out the squire sword he held it in a way that the blade was pointed downwards, his jab had failed to get a reaction to the barbarian. She was careful took a step forward little by little, just outside her combat range she switches hands launched a fast attack from the opposite direction. Shaka was not fooled by this tactic, she followed up her blocked sword attack with a shield bash, a heavy grunt could be heard as she moved it forward. Shaka took a step a back to dodge the attack, which still managed to hit him. Not allowing for Shaka to analyze what just happened she swung her sword.

Her attacks always welcomed her next a slight S motion to attacks meant that the could attack without stopping. Shaka evaded the incoming attacks. The forest did not allow for his dance to work, he switches to a coiled attacks. She hits him again this time a small cut appears on his arm. Shaka is smiling at the pain of the cut. He still had a fear he might be trapped in the great orb, it had messed with his sense to differentiate between reality and dreams. 

Shaka in his delighted state unleashed attack after attack, each strike like a viper uncoiling its body. he would side her attack and strike always avoiding her shiel. He did so for the next few minutes until she could barely hold her weapons. She had proven a tough opponent due to her persistence if anyone else took that many blows from Shaka they would have died a while back.

She collapsed at Shaka delivered the final blow through her heart, a vision of what Rain did to Dawn flashed before him. He only took the core that formed and left the body behind Travis was only about fifty meters, Shaka smiled as he meet Travis and traveled with him back to join the others

The world has final reached a point where technology is so advanced, that it will become indistinguishable from magic. Jion Shaka as travels the world of Unity and becomes the Solar systems most powerful being.

Then one day the war broke and everything change our Mmorpg became real!

Thomas felt a warm gritty wind blowing across his body, he slowly opened his eyes. The harsh desert sun beat upon his brow, the taste of sand was gritty and hard. Unpleasant. Wait, how did he get here? He pinched himself, no this was real, as far as he knew. He was lying on a cot under some camouflage netting. He was in a town, the buildings were made of sand and stone. Sandstone? He sat up and looked around, the buildings were squat and short, barely ten feet tall, they were ugly but functional. He knew this place, but there was no one here? Slowly people came into focus round him, soldiers chatting up locals, jeeps driving here and there. 

"Good morning private, how are you feeling today? Took quite the blow to the head yesterday, boy that was something to see." Thomas whipped his head around, there was a grizzled medic attending to the wounded, he had the white armband with the red cross on it. His insignia identified him as a Master Sergeant. He knew the man, Master Sergeant Callum, one of the finest medics he ever met. However, if Callum was here, then that meant he was in El Alamein. He remembered this fight, it was fierce and many of the soldiers here wouldn't live to see another day. 

"Yes doc, I got surprised by that german scout, I guess he thought I was dead." Thomas rubbed his head as if it still pained him, even if this was a dream he still had to make it seem like he was a part of it.

"Well if you feel fine go ahead and return to your unit, you might have a slight concussion, but there's no lasting damage. Go on, get, I've got other patients to attend to." The doctor muttered under his breath as he turned to unwrap some bandages off a man's leg, or rather what was left of it. The rest of it was probably out there on the battlefield somewhere. Thomas left before all of the bandages came off. He knew where his unit was stationed, it was a house in the northeast quadrant, not too far from where the fighting broke out. In just a few hours the German Wehrmacht will arrive across the sands and there will be a fierce fight for this town.

He jogged across the town, it took about fifteen minutes and then he reached the building with his unit in it. He assumed that if he wanted to wake up, he would have to complete this...memory? He reached the door and he walked in from the bright blinding light to the cool cavernous darkness that is the house they were using. 

"Hey Tommy! Welcome back!" As his eyes adjusted to the light, he was greeted by someone unfamiliar to him. Sitting in a chair at the center of the room surround by broken chairs, tables, and scattered papers, was a man who looked to be in his early thirties. He was clean shaven with short, shaggy hair. He had a wiry build and looked like he could handle his own, or at least that was the sort of confidence he oozed. He looked around, he saw his old unit lying this way and that at different angles and places, they were all dead. Slaughtered to a man, but there was no blood.

"Oh right, you haven't met me before. I'm Kincade, the other guy. Normally we don't get to see each other, but I made a special exception. See, you get the body, but I get the dreams. Every time you sleep I'm always there, it's amazing you haven't snapped and killed everyone, oh wait...oops." Kincade waved his hand and El Alamein disappeared, instead it was the hallway outside his quarters, the two guards were brutally murdered, blood splashed across the walls, they didn't stand a chance. He looked at his hands, they were covered in blood, not his own though, the guards? No, he wouldn't kill them. 

Kincade walked out from the room, "like what you did to them? This isn't a dream anymore, you're awake, or are you?" Kincade waved his hand again and the scenery changed back to El Alamein, artillery shells were blowing up buildings, sending sandstone everywhere. Civilians were getting gunned down in cold blood, bullets exploding through their bodies creating a flower bloom like blood explosion. American soldiers were fighting back, their guns roaring with all the fury of thunder, British troops were also running around like crazy. 

"Try to survive this Thomas, have fun hunting, the only way to survive is to kill." Kincade laughed and walked off, disappearing in front of Thomas. If Thomas wanted to survive, it was like Kincade said, the only way was to fight. He picked up the nearest gun to him, a British Sten Mk I sub-machine gun. Not as good as the Mk II, but it was usable. He checked the magazine, twelve bullets. He needed more, he rummaged around the area and came up with two full magazines and a half empty magazine. He thumbed the release on the magazine, it dropped and he quickly loaded the twelve bullets into the half magazine, twenty nine bullets, one short of a full mag. He quickly rammed it home and cocked the chamber, the sub-machine gun was ready to go. 

No sooner had he loaded the gun was when a german squad ran around the corner, American they shouted and started opening fire. Thomas quickly jumped behind a corner as bullets whizzed by, sometimes striking the corner of the building and sending sandstone into his eyes, momentarily blinding and choking him. This was not good cover, he stuck his head around and noted their positions. Five men, each in the open slowly advancing to his position, in V-formation. Thomas quickly spun out of cover and unloaded his gun. Fifteen bullets later he had hosed down the squad with about sixty seven percent accuracy. One of the Germans took a bullet to the chin, the force destroying his brain and sending his jawbone flying in an explosion of blood and gore. Another two Germans took a shot to the chest and gut respectively, blood spurting from the chest wounds after their hearts got punctured. Of the last two Germans one got off lightly with a bullet directly to the forehead, the other got their Femoral artery clipped and they dropped to the ground quickly bleeding out in a lot of pain. 

Thomas noted his magazine, fourteen bullets left. He ran across the town, he needed to group up with the retreat, he knew the town was lost, this time. He ran across a quarter of town before he stumbled into a German Panzer III. Shit! The Panzer Mk III noticed Thomas and its gun barrel rotated to track. Thomas quickly dove behind a house as the roar of the cannon went off. Half the house disappeared in an explosion of dirt and stone, at least the resulting cloud of dust obscured the tank's line of sight enough for Thomas to run to the cover of the next house. He kept running from house to house as the Panzer kept blowing up houses, and sometimes the houses had civilians, in which case the house would also explode with a stream of red going everywhere. 

Suddenly the Panzer Mk III, exploded it a fiery blast of metal and parts, out between two house rumbled an American M3 Lee light-medium tank. It's gun had more power than the Panzer Mk III and could take a couple hits as well. Thomas kept running, gunning down Germans while keeping any eye on the situation. After another twenty minutes of dodging and firing, Thomas was down to his last magazine. He also had reached the evac point for the town, and grouped up with the remainder of the British-American coalition. He was assigned to a truck, and he climbed on with a few other soldiers. He leaned back and closed his eyes, time to head back to the real world.

Thomas awoke on a cold hard metal surface. 

"I'm alive...?"

Thomas Conlin was a Staff Sergeant during the Second World War...at least until he was killed in an ambush. 

Brought back to life by a seemingly unknown power and given some powers of his own, can he learn to master his gifts, or will they destroy him and everything he's ever fought for?

My name is Joel. I'm the only survivor of alpha team. here's my story. I was a trained operative for dealing with the the aftermath of Protocol-Panzer, a weapon that would purge a area of life, it would make anything in its radius get, let's make this simple, stuck in time. it made all the remaining survivors turn into these things that we call the Fallen, I was lucky to get out of there. it's come to my attention that an incident has happened with one of our soldiers I'm going to be looking into it but right now we're going to have to wait. I was very close to one of my team members his name was Louis he died in the line of combat and saved my life I could never thank him enough. it seems the incident regards a new project a new super weapon called project fracture. it seems to do what protocol-Panzer did best, wiping out a whole area. but the survivors this time instead of becoming Fallen they would just die.

Project-fracture is about a soldier that gets caught up in a mess with a super weapon. after this the soldier gains extraordinary abilities like being able to shoot electricity from his fingers, or punching the ground to create a shockwave. the soldier becomes what is called a glass trooper, soldiers who get fused with energy from the fracture. there is ups and downs as we slowly learn who this soldier is, and who he'll become.

Weiss's eyes had slowly begun to open, the moment she did she felt like she had been hit with a truck, every part of her body ached and was stiff, her mind hazy as she tried to lift herself from her bed of snow, her body shivering at the intense cold that seeped through even her aura, "What… happened?" she muttered, her hand going to her head feeling a slight wet sensation.

Pulling her hand away she saw the tips of her finger were covered in blood, realization begin to come within her grasp as she looked around her, seeing she had awoken within the Schreien forest, surrounded by trees and the many shattered parts of her shuttle that was supposed to bring her home.

Yet one thing was missing, "Arthur?" she weakly muttered as she looked around not getting a response, "Arthur!?" she shouted, pushing herself up from her crimson snow bed, spinning around on the spot whilst looking around, searching for Arthur, her hand also going to her hip only to find her own weapon wasn't there as she had placed it within the luggage, not expecting to have a need for it during the trip.

Still getting no response Weiss checked her pockets, finding her scroll, "Useless piece of junk" She mumbled at the shattered screen of the scroll, both half's having been separated from each other and shattering the screen, effectively destroying any use it would have to her.

Looking around once more to possibly direct her, Weiss felt her body shiver once again causing her to cross her arms in an effort to keep her body warm. Her eyes wandering through the open canopy of evergreen's above her, but unable to see the sun.

"I need a weapon" she mumbled as she put direction to the back of her mind and looked around for anything she could use as an impromptu weapon in case of a grimm attack, only finding her best decision would be a fallen branch or a sharpened chunk of the shuttle.

Walking up to one of the larger chunks of destroyed shuttle, Weiss held her nose, "What is that smell?" she locked in on a powerful charred smell, like someone had left a steak on the grill for too long and let it burn.

As she got nearer to the piece of debris, Weiss felt her body turn even colder when she saw a familiar pitch black hand with a white cross on the back of it, peaking through the snow under the debris.

"Arthur!" Weiss quickly ran to his side, her hands graspin at the edge of the sheet of metal, quickly pushing it away, her already weak body having an even harder time from her head injury and aching body.

But once she had the sheet off of Arthur she felt her stomach drop as the stench of burning meat grew even more powerful, powerful enough that her eyes began to water, and when her eyes locked onto Arthur's back she had to cover her mouth as she ran to the side, heaving as she held her chest, nearly about to vomit at the horrific sight of Arthur's skinless, charred back with numerous yellow boils already dotting the wound where the third degree burns turned to second degree burns.

"Come on Weiss, you're a huntress… you were going to see something like this eventually" she tried to talk herself into gaining more confidence, taking slow, steady breaths as she tried to block out the stench from her nose.

Taking one last deep breath Weiss hesitantly turned around and walked back to Arthur, her steps unsteady as she approached Arthur, "Okay Weiss… what first" she spoke to herself as she tried to wrack her brain for answers to what had happened and what she was to do, in the distance she could hear a raucous of howls sending shivers down her spine.

Fear filling her as her hand once again moved to her hip missing her Rapier making her feel powerless and terrified, as she heard more howls coming from the forest, "We can't stay here" her voice began to tremble as she took quick glances around her searching for whatever was howling.

Seeing nothing, Weiss hooked her arms under Arthur's shoulders, her fingers coming close to the raw flesh and boils that covered the majority of his back and shoulders. Yet she found herself unable to move Arthur any decent distance as her own strength failed her only letting her drag him a single centimetre with every tug.

The howling began to get closer along with the sound of crashing trees and the crunching of snow. Weiss began to panic as she dropped Arthur and lunged for the closes piece of metal she could grab, that being a long chunk of sheet metal that had been sharpened from the crash.

Even more howls and the sound of crashing trees getting closer as she spun on the spot, seeing numerous black figures had surrounded here, her hands outstretched as she grasped her metal shard in her trembling hands, never had she felt so helpless before in her life as this moment right now.

She could even swear the fox like grimms had been laughing at her, each of them beginning to circle her and Arthur, but not a single one charging forward, except every now and then one would lunge forward to which Weiss would jump in front of it, her makeshift knife held up ready to attack, but yet that same grimm would then quickly re-join the group, never finishing with it's attack as it continued to circle.

Every now and then another would do the same thing, getting Weiss to jump around to defend Arthur as more and more joined the rising army of fox like grimm, the ground beginning to shake as whatever was crashing into trees got nearer.

This continued for near ten straight minutes, giving Weiss no time to rest as the wound on her head continued to bleed out, covering the snow around her and Arthur in drops of red blood, "They're… having fun…" Weiss finally collapsed onto her knees, her head trailing up to the opening in the treeline above her, tears dripping down her cheeks as she felt hopeless.

The grimm were toying with her, they knew she was weak, they could easily have just torn her and Arthur apart when they first arrived, yet here they were, circling like vultures playing with their food, picking at its mind until it finally lost all hope.

Weiss's tears continued trailing down her cheeks as she began to weep, "Why does my life have to be so terrible!?" she shouted to the heavens, the fox like grimms seeing her last string of hope dying out charged towards her, the massive jaws that seemed to make up the majority of their bodies opening wide as the lunged towards her.

Closing her eyes Weiss awaited her inevitable demise at the jaws of the grimm, yet, for some strange reason she found no pain filling her body, confused, Weiss opened her eyes seeing the grimm had begun to shiver and took steps back from Weiss, "They're-they're scared?" she muttered whilst the fox grimms turned towards where a tree had fallen over onto their encirclement killing numerous.

Each one growling as a large ox like monster of a grim stepped into the clearing, it's body massive, almost half as tall as the trees in the forest, it's entire body covered in numerous bony plates from which black fur poked out.

It's mask made up the entirety of its head, with large, many, large, sharp, curved horns dotting its entire head. Yet this grimm also seemed to lack the same glowing red sphere's that all grimm had as it's mask didn't appear to have any openings for the grimm to look through, effectively making it blind, yet still somehow able to find its way around the forest.

The ox grimm ignored the numerous fox grimm as it 'stared' in the direction of Weiss and Arthur, steam coming from its nose as it huffed, it's hooves scratching at the ground as it prepared itself to charge her.

Soon it's hooves came stomping, causing the ground to shake and shatter where it stepped, Weiss already accepting her fate as she resorted to just watching the last moments of her terrible life.

Yet right then a loud crash resounded besides her as the ox grimm seemed to stumple and fell onto its side sliding across the ground and into some of the fox grimm, near instantly disintegrating them, in its side a large smoking hole, not deep enough to actually kill it as a dark liquid began to spill from the wound and filled in and replaced the damaged defensive plates.

"Get up, we need to run! I've got the boy!" Weiss turned her head to the side where she saw a a hooded figure of a woman running towards her, the woman ran up to Arthur throwing him over her shoulder, Weiss was left dumbfounded by the mixture of emotions going through her mind, from terror and acceptance turning to relief.

"We don't have time! The Vulpe's won't do anything and the Panzer will get up any moment now! So fucking RUN!" the woman shouted and grabbed the still dumbfounded Weiss's arm, not wanting to waste any more time on her as she force Weiss to stand and began to run through the forest.

Quickly leaving behind the fox grimm known as Vulpe and the large Panzer grimm, behind them Weiss could hear the Panzer smashing it's hooves onto the ground in anger, soon followed by it smashing through trees as it chased after them in anger.

The woman looked behind her, seeing the Panzer getting closer, "Girl, turn right in three… two… ONE!" she ordered and jumped to the side out of the Panzer's charge, immediately running down a different path along with Weiss who followed her orders to a T.

"We're nearly there!" She shouted, "Left, Now!" she shouted and dodged to the left whilst Weiss dodge to the right letting the Panzer charge between them before she joined the woman in their escape.

As they were running Weiss's sides began to hurt, her poor stamina being put to the test harder than even what Beacon had put her through, her eyes slowly beginning to turn blurry as her consciousness began to fade from her exhaustion and the combined blood loss, "We're here! Jump" the woman shouted and leaped into a large crack in the earth like a bottom less pit, narrowly entering a small gap in the wall of the hole, Weiss seemed to have not heard her as instead of jumping she fell unconscious, her body falling over the edge.

"Fucking children!" The woman shouted as she threw her arm to Weiss, grabbing her arm. Rocks crumbling around them from the giant Panzer's charge as it was moving to fast that it was unable to stop itself in time sending it over the edge of the ravine, its head crashing into the wall above the small cave entrance where the woman was quickly pulling Weiss into.

The Panzer falling down the pit, it's horn narrowly missing Weiss's leg as it created a gouge in the stone of the platform, the Panzer's body crashing against the many smaller ledges as it fell into the dark abyss below, "And fuck you, you overgrown cow" the woman spat down the hole.

Taking a deep breath the woman turned around to the unconscious bodies of Weiss and Arthur, "Still after children…" the woman growled angrily as she lifted both Arthur and Weiss over her shoulders and began to walk deeper into her earthy abode.

Weiss's eyes slowly began to flicker open, the intense pain from her head and stiffness in her body still remaining, her eyes slowly trailing over where she was, finding herself in near pitch-blackness if it weren't for the fire next to her that illuminated the large open cavern she was laying within, her body resting on what looked like a pile of clothing that had been torn and turned into a make shift bed and blanket.

Weiss looked across the fire where could see the same woman who had rescued her and Arthur tearing up pieces of fabric and throwing them into a pot of boiling water, "So you're finally awake, took you an hour" the woman said, not even turning her gaze to Weiss who had begun to sit up.

"Who? Where's Arthur?" Weiss questioned, her hand going to her head feeling the rough texture of fabric wrapped tightly around her head.

"Doesn't matter who I am, if you're lucky, I might tell you later… if you can survive long enough" the woman said, her voice uncaring, "And the boy's over there" she nodded to the side of the fire where another bed of fabric was located atop which Arthur was resting on his belly, the wounds on his back mostly covered with steaming pieces of fabric.

The war was not technically a war, it has been going for months and only a few skirmishes have been conducted by both sides. Until hell loses on the Norden, He heard this bit piece of information before taking off his flight mages to the battlefield.
Their strike has been quick, with a little warning they charge like madmen about to lose his head. Francois soldier is cowards by nature and mostly the upper echelon compromised of veterans who trained with swords instead of the modern firearms, which make them conservative by nature.
They think by hastily conscripting farmers and baker they thought they could make a fine army matching to the Empire trained division. What a joke.
Still, the situation is dire as how much I wanted to crush the Empire enemies under my boots the situation will grow desperate than ever.
The intelligence bureau should have at least caught a whiff of their plan. Francois has never been better in hiding their stuff.
This is no ordinary case.
An outside interference could be work at here, he narrowed his eyes as another wave of AA came his way then predicting its course with the help of the computation orbs he could make a minimal movement on the air without compromising his Mana barrier to the enemy fires.
His mages have been on the further backline of the Francois since the beginning of the battle, causing havoc to the enemy support and supply.
They only a handful of man, with quick and precision they could destroy most of more the squishy yet valuable target, in order the conserve their mana reserves to last throughout the battle.
He caught the sight of the Empire frontline trenches, a vast network of lines connecting the second network line trenches where the command post located. Then the last line containing the headquarters where supply, new conscript, and order from the high command received.
Francois almost overrun the 2nd battalion bunker, and emplacement. Their light tank constantly fired their rubber bullet bouncing off the newest developed empire tank the Panzer IV.
Though the panzer was proved ineffective against the Francois mages, they were riding such ridiculous design of "iron horses" using Plate armor that makes them one of the slowest mages in contrast of Empire mages doctrine who favor mobility and lightning strike, though Francois's defense shouldn't be scoffed off either.
We occasionally snipe the enemy tank, blowing them into an unrecognizable molten husk. I throw away my scope as I sensing a show of bullet behind me, a Francois mage.
They must think highly of themselves, splintering their forces apart. Mages may omnipotent, but they just a mere flying paper when facing other mages, we never work in one but at least a group or a pair.
I judge then I assess, they're a much greater threat to the soldier below if left unchecked, so I mused myself with him.
In this battlefield where smokes rise like it was in the middle of Industrial district, his red plume attached to the knight helmet he wore fluttering about on the wind.
I should bless whoever thought of putting such flashing colors on the mage, they soon become our favorite target to our enhanced bullets.
"Violet, Fish and hook maneuver." I transmitted a radio wave to her, with silent confirmation she breaks off of our flight path before I lunched a smokescreen.
Her flight covered and she went to the sky up above as I turned away and face the charging mage.
With me dodging and evading a hail of mana infused bullets, my bayonet attached as I tried to melee him.
One of the rules of Empire mages, never engage with Francois knight mages in direct combat, it will leave your bodies riddled with a hole made by swords.
Yet, this is war. The best rule is no rule, as long as your enemy bodies were strewn about lifelessly beneath your boot.
I swiftly stepped aside as he tried to hack me with a barrage of a sword, I parried one of his attack with my trusted rifles. Steel met steel as sparks grew on our exchange.  Oblivious of the war outside we keep the stance on a stalemate until one of us has run out of mana, though to my musing I never deployed any magical formula other than the flight magic.
With a parry, I backed away before my bayonet broke under the sheer might of the mage swings, it was like an eternity but it never reached a full minute.
As I charge in reckless suicide, then with careful timing I ducked under his swing, flexing my lower with the assistance of magic I managed to kick him off his horse before breaking off until a spray of blood showered my face.
The plan was easy. I distracted him enough until he forgot the existence of my other teammates, Violet.
With the smokescreen earlier, she activated a stealth formula before breaking off the sky above. As she watched our exchange up above She would deactivate her flight formula, effectively masked her mana signatures so she could strike hard with a charged bullet and bayonet splitting the armored mage in two.
Normally such maneuver was almost impossible if the enemies were in a group or the situation wasn't chaotic as this. Adrenaline could be two-edged blades, it could enhance your fighting sense but dulled another as your focus was much more easily manipulated.
With our uniform caked in blood, we proceed to assist the army below.
"This is Blackbird mage squadron to the Hase Battalion. We've come over and ready to save your ass, point your finger where we need to strike." A little joke could save a brain synapse or two.
"Thank god! This is Hase Battalion, you know we've grown desperate here, do anything to stop the bread loving bastard and guide them to hell where they will be forced to eat cake!" That's a tall order I thought, but this was expected.
We took a sniping position up above. Predicting the best flight courses so we could effectively bomb the Francois below.
Something broke my sight.
The Computation orb glowed slightly, I searched it causes.
A grin formed on my face seems the perpetrator has been found.
They tried to observe the battle, but they tried too much, hacking my mana signatures was nothing more than a death sentence as I could track anyone who attempted to do so.
I took my choices, support the army below or gain new intelligence and information for this bizarre Francois assault.
A transmission reached as it broke my musing. I almost broke the computation orb as I clutched to it tightly.
No, it seems they failed. Hans, Karl, they were a good man. Most people wouldn't accept our stances as child soldier, some scoffed, some with eyes of pity, but never them. They see us as comrades, I gritted my teeth before fixing my gaze again.
F'ck Francois! I will kill them all before dealing with the intruder!
I wonder when the exact time I develop emotion once more, I looked up the sky then to the earth below.
But I never regret every action I took, I embraced them.
"Violet," I said without a hint of emotion, "I'll enact the heaven falls." Her emotionless blue eyes grew slightly at my statement, a bit of concern mixed.
But it was soon all disappeared with a hardened gaze matching mine, she nodded.
"Herr Kommandant, do you still have unused field artillery?" I asked through the radio.
"Ja! We've burned our supplies long ago. You could find it behind our line."  Good.
We set our course to the artillery, as I descended upon the sight of Empire terrifying beast of 220mm howitzer, now lay dead without its flame of ammunition. Some soldiers, with an entrenched machine gun, tried to squat off the charging Francois.
"To all empire personnel out in the field, find a cover and closed your eyes, the judgment has been passed." I broadcasted to every channel the empire used.
A radio transmission almost reached me before I throw the piece of metal away.
Violet still flew above me, her eyes shifted into iridescent gold, while mine turn red blood as I touch the 171-inch barrel.
Violet deployed her observation formula, providing me with information about the enemies layout, spread, number, and location. I closed my eyes as I chanted my spell, normally mages didn't need to chant their spell due to the effectiveness of the computation orb.

The world transcended to silence for me.
But it was necessary to improve my images of the spell, like a warm liquid the mana flew towards the cannon. With a line like a snake snared its prey, it made the barrel glow in blue as I enchanted the 220mm round inside.

Compromising and change the basic structure for accommodation.
Enact the infusion of force and magical energies inside the round.
Stabilizing the volatile matter encased it in a powerful mana shield barrier.
Spell completed, I opened my eyes as red liquid pours from both sockets. My feet trembling, tried to force me to lie down on the cold ground below, yet I bit my lips as another warm liquid flowed from it.
Perseverance is the key, the Francois needs to die.
The cannon roared in bluish electrical charge as it playfully slithering about my hand.
With a mutter, the barrel grew in blue as it roared in mighty thunder, spelling its content to the world outside for the first and the last time.
"Heaven Falls!" I shouted with the last of my energies left as I tumbled down to the cold dirt mud below.
The world silenced into the darkness for me.
Unknown to the boy, the world watched as the battlefield bathed in the heavenly light.
Father, son, soldier, conscript, enemies and allies alike gazed from afar stupefied to the light.
It branched off the heaven above, without a blink, it rained upon the earth below.
In an instant, it brings the hail of its wrath below.
Scream and cries joined in the symphony of chaos as the rain of light never stopped. Like a meteor, it pounded the ground six feet under, burrowing every last of the Francois soldier.
Escape was futile for the judgment has come, like a furious storm, none can escape for it was not a tragedy but a promise.
Echoes of the death triumph the scream, as Empire soldiers hardened their gaze on the burning soldier in front of them.
 The light never burned the Empire and shall never be, only elation that the enemies have been stopped for now.
The trumpet of war has been sung, the choir will tell the dark time ahead.
The same side of the coin, the boy was a demon for the Francois.
For the Empire, it marks the day where their finest leader was born.
The Crimson Paladin, carve their path to salvation.
The doll Goddess, illuminate the path beyond.
The silver wing, bring the hammer of justice upon.
The dragon witch shall burn their enemies aground.
Soon all shall pray under their guidance.
Hail to the Fatherland, Woe to his enemies.
The path to victory just has begun.

Winter of Normandy. On top of a frozen nearby hill, sat five soldier around a bonfire. They were warming themselves from the harsh snowfall, which started three months before they were ever deployed, "When will all this end?" Gustav, a gunner complained
"Who knows? We've been guarding this position for nearly a week. Don't they think it's a little too cold out here?" Kurfürst, a loader replied
"Anyone got extra blankets?" Bismarck, a radio operator, who was already covered by three layers of thick blankets whined, "You already even have my blanket dumbass!"
Amidst their bickering about being trapped in a frozen wasteland, out came a terrifying voice that lowered the temperature a dozen more degrees, "Quit that, or I'll tear you apart?" The two froze solid including the other one who has nothing to do with any of them. It was their commander, Peter Müller, so scary that he can send chills on your spine even with just a glare. 
"Otto, how's Stalvormund?" Peter asked. 
"She's in bad shape. We must keep her awake if we want to keep her alive." Otto, his driver said, "Bring her here" Peter ordered. 
Minutes later, the ground started shaking, then an engine can be heard roaring madly. In front of them, is a heavy panzer half the size of the tree beside them, the feared Tiger I. It was indeed in bad shape, and its tracks are incompatible against the snow, giving Otto a hard time, "Sheesh! I've never seen Stalvormund this bad." Kurfürst said. 
"Hey, how's my dear 88'?" Gustav asked, "It should be fine after a few whacks, or try shooting a blank." Otto replied. Gustav did as told.  
"Not even the engine is good..." Peter said, "Aye, but I'm glad she's still combat capable though..." Otto replied, "Anyways Otto, how's the other unit?"
"You mean Stefan? Don't know, but I'm sure she's no better, maybe even worst. She took a good beating last time."
"Bismarck!"
"Aye?"
"Check on Stefan."
"Huh?! But they're on the neighboring hill!-PANG!"
"Dumbass, through the radio, you piece of Shieße!" Gustav scolded him as he hit his head, "Oh, my bad."
Bismarck contacted their ally through a chunk of frozen metal called radio, "This is Stalvormund to Stefan, do you read...?"
While radioing the other Tiger, Peter sat by the fire, "Why do we have to go all through this Peter?" Gustav asked, "It's our duty as soldiers. After all, this is already our homeland. We are to defend this point to the last bullet, the last shell, the last man, no matter what." Gustav can only give a sigh, as Bismarck returned, "So? How's the Stefan?" Peter asked. 
"She's in worst condition. Her machine guns froze solid, and her tracks are about to give in. Her engine stalls from time to time." Bismarck said, "Saddle up, get the Stalvormund three rounds of patrol in the neighboring hills. We must keep her in combat shape, and expect more worst the next days." Peter announced
"Geez... "
"Damn it... "
"... "

A couple of miles away, a column of vehicles are to return to their forward base, "How's she? The chief doctor inside a truck asked, "she's stabilized as of now, but she needs further treatment." his nurse replied
"Sigh... That's good to hear, anyways what's that young girl doing out here in the front?" He asked, "Ugh, she might be the rumored maiden soldier, chief... " said the nurse holding the girl's dog tag, "Well that makes sense seeing her together with the ruins of 2nd battalion. They're not annihilated after all!" The chief doctor chuckled
"I've got a strong feeling 'he's' the one responsible for all this again" the nurse said with a deepened expression."
"'Him'? You mean... "
"Yes... 'He's the same reason why we can't push forward."
"'His' units are already taken out, so what's the deal? We can take him head on with numbers-"
"'He's' different. You'll know once he blew you to smithereens."

After arriving, they sent the injured girl to a hospital tent, and fully stabilized her condition. Then hours later she gained consciousness but is unable to speak properly, "Give her time to rest. She must be in shock of everything that happened." A young man from behind the crowd throwing barrages of questions at the poor girl, spoke up. He was their field lieutenant, Doss, "leave her as of now" he commanded. 
Late at night, Doss,  who was having a splitting headache of how to pass through the frozen hills ahead of them, heard footsteps outside his tent, and took his sidearm out, "Who's there?!" He yelled 
"I-It's me, lieutenant Doss... " a weak lovely voice said. Then slowly entered his tent was the girl from before, "Oh, it's you. It's so damn cold outside, come in! What're you doing so late at night?" He asked
"I can't sleep, and I want someone to talk to but everyone is asleep, then I found your tent lit, lieutant Doss." The girl honestly said, "Oh, I see." He signalled her to sit beside him, and she did as requested. "What's it you want to say? I'll hear you out. And, I never get to know your name yet." The kind lieutenant said, "It's sergeant Violet Musgroove sir, and thank you, you gave me a liitle time."
"Violet... that's a lovely name."
"Thank you sir... " then she began telling her story. Doss learned that her family was killed by the demonic SS's, so she eagerly volunteered to join the army, to avenge them. But as soon as she entered the battlefield, she finds herself lacking courage. Then one day, while passing by the frozen hills just a few miles ahead of their forward base, they were ambushed by a lone heavy panzer, and mercilessly annihilated them. Miraculously, she survived, "I wish you can help me gain that courage, lieutenant. I would want to fight alongside you... "
"How old are you?" He asked out of nowhere, "I am about sixteen, sir... "
"Geez, You're just four years younger than me. Such hardship for a young age... " He thought, "You've been through a lot, especially today, you should get some rest." He told her, "Mmm... And one last thing lieutenant... " She said yawning, "Do you mind keeping this a secret?" 
"What?" He asked, "My real name is Patriciaane Lindemann... " She said as she closed her eyes, "Lindemann? That's german-" Then he finds a sleeping maiden leaning unto his shoulder. 
He then carried her to his stretch bed, "Now that complicates things. However, I must help her no matter what. " He thought to himself, "Sleep well, Violet... " For some reason, the young girl sleeping beside him,  sparked his interest.
