So it's official. I've done a solid 360.

Last year I started the year trying to achieve astral travel and I saw all occult novelists as nothing more than scam artists telling people that they can achieve ultimate power by buying all their books and spend the next 5 decades struggling along, not knowing what they're doing. I distrusted authors like E.A. Koetting and Aleister Crowley and thought they were just extremely charismatic drug addicts.

After my struggles with astral travel, I got frustrated and turned to chaos magick in the hope that it'll shed some light on what I did wrong with my attempts at astral travel. That let me to reading more books about Aleister Crowley and other occult novelists that delve into chaos magick. I still found them to be extremely power-hungry but I somehow got fascinated by what they were able to accomplish with magick. I slowly started warming up to them a little bit more.

Through chaos magick, I discovered psionics and thus also my first teacher. I learned quite a bit through psionics and it seems to be the field that I was most successful with thus far, but it wasn't enough. I didn't find enough research on it and I later got distracted with other things and ultimately moved away from psionics. [I still have the rock in my closest.... maybe that had some effect on my summoning attempt?]

By the end of 2019, I started having interests in Shapeshifting and Demonolatry, and I decided that I would set up a personal initiation for myself which included summoning a demon and trying to see if I can't get it to teach me the occult arts. Sadly I was unsuccessful (seems to happen a lot throughout this year). I did however read about something called a witch's temple which was quite interesting for me. Basically what it is, is that you create a space in the astral plane where you can travel to whenever you want. It gives you a place to perform ritual magick but without having to risk your family finding out. Because I sat on my bed facing west when I created the temple I can somehow use it as a good form of a compass when I go walking since it seems to be linked to reality when it comes to North, East, South and West facings. My temple isn't much. It's literally just 2 walls. One facing East and one facing West. With a pillar in the North-West corner. There is an altar in the middle. It's a bottomless pit. It pretty much just looks like a 3D model with a skybox. It's always twilight in my little dimensions with clouds flowing from West to East.

Now that we've reached 2020, I find myself slowly going back to astral travel and chaos magick. I started developing the same distrust I had towards authors like E.A. Koetting and Aleister Crowley. I see them as nothing more than power-hungry occultists, with a drug addiction. I kind help but think they are overly charismatic and that allows them to easily manipulate their followers. Whenever I read their books I notice that they use big words and amazing descriptions but in the end, they are just spewing nonsense which seems like it sounds very smart and realistic. Maybe I'm just overly skeptical since my summoning attempts failed. Although I still trust authors like Bluefluke, maybe that's just cause they seem more down to earth.

Orion finished making a dagger at the forge and waited for it cool down some when he thought of something.
"System?"
[Yes?]
"Um, may I ask for a skill book on how to fight?"
Orion, did not know how to use a dagger, nor has he ever fought anyone or anything in his life. This was due to how much energy he would waste, thus he was disinclined to do so from his nature.
[The System is here to help, but please don't try to take advantage of it. While we are still doing this nicely, at least. :)]
"What does that mean... Anyways, the System means that we shouldn't be babied around? So, at least we still can get skill books, right?"
At least there was some hope for him if he could get his hands on a skill book he thought.
[Creatures should only get babied by non-all knowing beings at least. Skill Books are rewards from dungeons and extremely rare drops from enemies indicating a path one can head. Also, you only get three more questions, use them wisely.]
"Okay, 3 questions..."
Orion was a bit disheartened due to this response, but quickly recuperated making a bit of resolve, finally.
Orion looks down on his forged dagger and thanked the dwarf whose name still hasn't been asked or given so far.
"Thanks, uhh... what's your name?"
"The name's, Steve, and you did a mediocre job at forging, but at least you learned enough to guide others for the start."
"Well, thanks again for your help, but I guess the races from fantasy/magick worlds are going to start to appear now though."
"Well, that's a given due to the System's interference in you guys's evolution, along with a couple of deities putting tribes down in certain places."
"Wait, System does that mean we are going to have a choice in changing races?"
'If so,' Orion thought, 'doesn't that mean...' a grave face was starting to be seen.
[Well, this is more of going to be an evolution type system that will only be around for the start of the change of the world due to the need to direct mana to prevent major poisoning.]
"So, mana can poison, huh... One question down, two more to go."
Orion then stood up and started to swing his dagger no longer going on his previous line of thought. Maybe, just maybe, he can get a skill if he did so...
The darkness around the forge started to lift and the dwarf, named Steve, started to become more transparent and bid farewell to Orion, who was currently trying to figure things out rather frantically as this started to happen.
After awhile the darkness lifted completely after half an hour, and all Orion got to show for it was a skill called [Physical Training-I] with an even worse description...
[Physical Training a method to increase strength, flexibility, and speed. The method this current skill uses is utter trash and will barely increase strength. It would be recommended to consult a professional on how to improve this method or at least consult somebody.]
Apparently quickly swinging a knife around with no target nor goal besides being a bit frantic will not get you far in life. Thus, Orion calmed down conserving a bit of strength he could have earlier. Orion suddenly had an idea while he started to hide away, he asked the System how to get appraisal and he got an answer he wasn't exactly expecting.
[Congratulations, you asked a question worth asking, but there are many types of appraisal, Magick Appraisal, Qi Appraisal, Inspection, and last but not least Soul Appraisal. All you need to do is spread out your energy and read out the results for three of them, but one of them requires a fair bit of knowledge to be accurate in. I will tell you how to use Magick Appraisal because it might help out a bit. Right now, no one has magick inherently within them, for this is the start and evolution has just begun. The ability to use magick and other energies would be to first sense them usually this is through meditation or through stressing times, such as a life and death battle or emotional teenage hormones. A little off-topic but necessary nonetheless for a pillar of humanity in the future, anyways the Magick Apprasal when used must be mana spreading out like a wave using your willpower where you then have it envelop the item you want appraised, then you must see or feel(if you aren't that talented with Magical Aptitude) the changes in the mana while in contact with the item. This will then be recorded within the Akashic field of mana with what you have deduced of it. The more widely known answers will be shown within the field, and with the appropriate skills one can see more detailed or more discreet information also decreasing false answers too. Good luck with your endeavors, and that last question too.]
Orion, thought at first what to ask, but ultimately kept his final question for later instead he was trying to comprehend a hiding skill, whilst keeping the information about how to use energies in a notepad he had on him from the English Course.

First Novel, so go easy on me... anyways world transforms to host demonic beasts (because being called monsters is mean and bullying) and the cause is mana, ki, and the recovery of various deities of course. Join the main character as he tries to secure back a lazy life with his newly friended fox.

After Morocco, I no longer faced the same struggles that I had in my first month on board the Calypso; the crew were wholly different. I couldn't tell if it was because of the much-needed break, or if they had accepted my presence on the ship.
Neither of my former saboteurs was anywhere to be seen which I credited to Captain Red's warning. I was grateful for the change. 
Even the captain was changed. 
While he remained the hard-hearted pirate captain, I was no longer frightened of him. Having worked together with him and Stewart in Morocco, I had a newfound respect for Captain Red. He worked twice as hard as anyone on the ship, and no one ever saw–he was human like the rest of us. Some days, if he was tired of sitting in his cabin by himself, he joined Stewart and me down in the kitchen. And on occasion the three of us would venture to dine with the rest of the crew. 
The days onboard the Calypso was peaceful and I made the most out of this peace by taking time for myself whenever I could. It had been years since I last dabbled in magick and witchcraft; years since I had last been in Scotland. I was disconnected not only from the magick previously in my life, but I was disconnected from myself. I longed to reconnect with my roots and with my practice, but onboard a ship my options were limited. 
I had no choice but to take a chance. And I took my chance on none other than the Captain himself, Red James Thatch. He was my first choice for a couple of different reasons: He was just about eccentric enough not to hang me or toss me into the freezing water for admitting to witchcraft, and if he welcomed the craft he could very well secure my position on the ship regardless of what the crew thoughts. He was the man in power, after all.
Once again I found myself angst-ridden before his door. This time around, I had invited myself. 
I took a deep breath and knocked.
No answer.
I knocked once more.
Silence.
From the inside, the parrot ruffled their feathers and squawked, "Oh! Hello?" 
The door opened and closed with ease. Captain Red was not in his room. His desk was the usual mess and his hat hung over the back of his chair. I studied the bookshelves along the left-hand wall. "A peculiar taste in literature," I noted wiping a thick layer of dust from the spine of those in the very back, "Why own books you can't read?"
"Because they fascinate me," a voice interrupted. My eyes went round before I squeezed them shut. "Captain, I didn't hear you come in," I began and spun on my heel to face him. Though angry at first, Captain Red's expression quickly softened. He stepped over and traced his fingertips over a book on the top shelf. "I-I didn't mean to intrude," I stuttered, but he didn't let me finish, "You wanted to speak with me, I assume?" 
I nodded. 
"Then talk."
I looked at the books for support. Many titles were faded, but I managed to identify a few words as Latin, Gaelic, and English. A few of them were written by hand while the majority were printed.
I began to wonder around the room. 
My braid fell over my shoulder for me to fiddle with as I told him the story of my life, from the very beginning up until my arriving at the Calypso. Once I began to speak, I found myself unable to stop. The words fell out of my mouth before I had the chance to think twice, and the Captain listened attentively to every twist and turn.
By the time I finished my story, I was slouched in his chair with the tears spilling down my face. For the first time, I allowed myself to acknowledge and feel the sorrow. Polly the parrot sat, again, eerily motionless in their usual spot. The Captain crouched down beside me with a serious expression and made sure I had no additions before speaking, "Witchcraft is a tricky thing. On one end you have the government dying to execute any potential practitioners, and on the other hand, you have those dying to learn it." 
I looked at him and sniffled, "What do you mean?" 
He tensed his hand around the wooden armrest. A fine pink scar I hadn't noticed before ran vertically down his cheek. 
"I've been looking for witches, real practitioners of the craft, for years," Captain Red explained, "every clue lead to a dead end." "Or a dead witch," I mumbled. "And here you are," he went on, "a live witch onboard my very ship. No wonder I misjudged you, Eden." His choice of words didn't strike me as well-planned.
His eyes remained unnerving yet bared a spark not before seen. I chose to believe my revelation had something to do with it.
"I want to learn dark magic," Captain Red admitted during our second time gathering around his desk the night after, "Curses, blood magick—all of it." 
I was taken back by his confession. "Do you have any idea-"
"Can you teach me?"
"No, I- why would you want to learn something so-...so dark?" I stood up from my chair and wandered over to the bookshelf. Pressing two fingers from each hand against my temples, I turned back around. "Do you have any idea what you're asking of me?" There was no light-heartedness in the face that met mine, "I know how it must sound-"
"Do you?"
"Let me finish," he grumbled, "I know what I'm asking for. I know the risk." He leaned forward in his seat and watched me as I paced. "The Witch Trials can't get to you out here, Eden. What are you so afraid of?" I threw myself around and gripped the edge of the desk. "It's morally wrong," I barked at him, "That's what this is. This is not fear, I am not fearful. It- you're challenging my morals!"
Captain Red leaned back and put his right foot upon the opposite knee. "You're a pirate and a witch," he said, "the government hates you, fears you, no matter what you do. Anywhere you go, I can't imagine you'll feel truly safe, do you? So, what's the harm?" 
I inhaled deeply, sharply. He was right about his guesses, but he lacked respect for my boundaries. There were certain things the common witch frowned upon: Curses, hexes, jinxes, and certain types of blood magick all made the list. 
"Harm none, do what ye will," I muttered, "the one basic guide most witches follow." "Are you, or are we, most witches?" he challenged. I felt a need to scream and allow all my frustration to empty. "Why are you so-...so-" 
"Not wrong?" he suggested. 
"Impossible," I huffed.

"When you hear the name Thatch you will first think of my husband, Red James Thatch, or, perhaps more famously, his father Edward Thatch, better known as Blackbeard. Regardless, it will not be mine nor that of my daughter, Mary-Anne. We are but supporting roles in their tales of piracy and travel.

In my living years, I didn't care much for the publicity. My husband could have it and he did, he was made for it, that man. But not me. I was content playing the role of his loyal wife and mother of his daughter.

Even so, my life makes for quite the tale to tell, and I believe it is time to share the life and death of Eden Thatch with the world."

By the end of the weekend, Madam Pomfrey deemed that Rowan should be able to attend classes again. However, before releasing her, Madam Pomfrey warned Rowan to take things slowly and not overexert herself. And if she was feeling ill or lightheaded to come straight to her.

Rowan promised, before finally making her way to the common room that Sunday evening. The 5th and 7th years were hard at work as Alchemy and Bram were reverently passed around though as though they some sort of holy idols. Which they were as rumor had it that if Alchemy was sincerely cared for, that the student in question was guaranteed to pass their final exams. Which was utter nonsense of course, but when one is sleep deprived or desperate enough even the strangest of things begin to sound rather reasonable?

On her way up into the girl's dorms, Rowan ran into the annoying twits, who sneered at her and said, "Well, if it isn't little Miss Breathless?" "Are you feeling ill today?" "Or do you need us to gather the whole common room for you?"

Ignoring the three girls, Rowan walked past them and headed into her dorm room. "You're finally out!" Tiffany exclaimed as though Rowan had been imprisoned against her will rather than resting the infirmary.

"Yes, I was finally given leave by Madam Pomfrey," Rowan said with a wide grin as she happily climbed into her bed and curled up inside the warm covers.

"Well, you definitely look much better now," Silvia drawled from her warm cocoon. "You had such a chalked-out color before." Tiffany nods her head in vehement agreement as Rowan makes a wry face.

"Girls," Bethanie warningly said, before turning over to smile at Rowan. "It's good to have you back with us. These two won't admit it, but they desperately missed you." Both Tiffany and Silvia flushed as Silvia ducked down her head in mortification.

"That's good to know," Rowan said as they quickly began to chat over lessons and any gossiped, she might have missed.

To Rowan's displeasure, Bertha Jorkins had spun her fainting as the result of an ill-fated romance between her and the unknown suitor responsible for her heartbreaking into two. Sadly enough, this was only Bertha Jorkin's 6th year and still had one more year of being stuck with her to go. But it could have been worse, it could have always been Rita Skeeter or Umbridge!

After the girls were sound asleep, Rowan once more transfigured her pillow, before slipping out to the bathroom. Instantly she apparated away and winced upon arriving in the hidden Chamber of Secrets. There was a feeling of having overstretched or pressing a finger into a bruise. It would seem that she wouldn't be fully recovered for a good deal of time.

"Lumos," Rowan said as she held her wand high and walked over to check on the giant vats full of basilisk ingredients. Seeing that the vats were still fine, she reached into her pouch and began to pull out the shrunken ingredients stolen from the deceased Bellatrix's vault.

 The skins of strange creatures, some with long spines, others with dropping wings, and other bizarre and rare things. Making sure everything was nicely spaced she returned them back to her usual size, before reaching back into the pouch for the rare potions in jeweled flasks. With a hum, she quickly finished, before stepping back to admire her work of a rather full looking laboratory.

Turning her back on the lab, Rowan walked over to the empty bookshelf and began to shelve the acquired books from Bellatrix's vault. Not having had much time to read the titles of the volumes during the Gringotts' break-in, she quickly did so now. And she was delighted to find a wide array of reading subjects despite over half being forbidden grimoires and other dark arts volumes.

Grabbing the last two books, Rowan paused as she read the two titles in her hand, Magick Moste Evile by Godelot and Secrets of the Darkest Art by Owle Bullock. The two authors who had started it all. Riddle had read the first book, which only gave him an idea of what a Horcrux was, while the second instructed Riddle on how to do so. It was quite the coincidence to innocently happen across two of the darkest magic volumes of all time. One to be found in the restricted section of the library and the other was so very innocently misplaced! A rather serendipity of coincidences.

Though still, this did at least solve her problem of having to sneak into Dumbledore's office to acquire the second volume. Flipping open the old black leather volume, Rowan stares at the name of the writer Owle Bullock. Why would anyone record such a vile thing? But then again, why not? Whether good or evil, some things still need to be written down, but in this case, it might have been better to not go into so much precise detail.

Glancing at the time, Rowan sits down in one of the armchairs and turns on a flashlight, before setting her wand on her lap. She quickly skipped through most of the magic that even gave her the shivers. Pausing she stops at to skim through the chapter on Inferi or better known yet as Necromancy. 

"The art of raising the dead is quite the puzzling feat. As no witch or wizard is ever truly raising the soul of the deceased but rather animating a corpse much like a puppet. The first step is to murder the intended puppet and not allow them a proper burial. The puppet must be kept in utter darkness and not be allowed for a single ray of light to touch them before the first ritual is completed. 

Upon the night of a new moon, when darkness reigns supreme the preserved corpse must be placed in a ritual circle as so described in Magick Moste Evile or in the previous chapters before. The blood of an innocent creature must be shed be it man or beast. But for convenience sake, a creature's blood would be best."

Rowan stops reading feeling rather sick to her stomach as she briefly skims the rest of the chapter. It was horrifying, to say the least. The amount of death and cruelty required was astonishing, but that had never stopped Riddle. The best example was the army of the Inferi in that cave that guarded the locket. So many of the dead were muggles, most likely vagrants or homeless, but others were very likely many of the witches and wizards that went missing during the first wizarding war.

Before there ever was a boy that ever lived in a cupboard on Four Privet Drive, there was a similar boy in a far worse home that lived on Spinner’s End. We all know the tale of that abused boy who grew up to become a bitter spy. But not all tales end the same for in the many parallel worlds that exist in the universe there are far better endings, and equally as many worse ones. This is a tale of one such condemned universe that for better or for worse chooses to change its own fate.

I stand there kind of stunned looking at the three classes before taking a deep breath and clicking on tablet to view the classes. The tablet seems to process a bit before repulling up the options by themselves. Looking  up at Nadia and Strauss who were talking between each other.
A} Elemental Forger: A smithing class that focuses on using elemental magick into ones works  and using elemental materials. Requires user two have at least two elements and decent luck. A three way hybrid class of hammer weilding warrior, enchanting mage and smith crafting. This class will focus around ones strength and ability two utilize multiple elements. As well having a decent luck allowing for a higher chance of rare materials to be gained. Choosing this tree  will have the user to start as a battle-smith type. Will gain bonuses to elemental affinities and elemental enchantments with progression, hammer focused combat styles and usage of armor-types.
B} Shadow Rogue: A thiefbased class which is complimented with shadow magick. Requires user to have decent luck, agi, and shadow affinity. Combining the magical skills of shadow mages and the natural cunning and utility of the thief line of classes. This class allows for focusing into either assassinations, infiltration, and scouting. Will gain bonuses and buffs to using ones shadows for sneaking and messing with visuals.
C} Apostle: A rare class only avaiable to god touched. Little is known about it except the fact they can either be very flexible or extremely  static in one type of usage. !!?!?!???!?!?! apostles are able to construct new items and are known for being able to utilize a mix of elemental enchantning and forging techniques like forgers but are not limited to one set of skills. Every two levels has a chance to give a choice of skills and allow for new utility based of what the apostle does.
"Is something the matter my little daemon? Seems your having a tough choice.", Nadia says sounding semi-concerned and walks over to look over the tablet before frowning. She gives a good look to Strauss before sighing deeply. "Strauss looks like I will take your offer to be a special class teacher get me at least 4-6 other students. Ember I know your gonna pick Apostle, after all it makes sense with your training you've done. Plus how are you gonna resist this kind of mystery?."
I nod already figuring she would have been able to figure out which class I would go with. I take a breath as I click the tablet and then an option appears infront of my face.

I take a deep breath and say out loud, "Accept. Here goes nothing." All of a sudden a light encompasses me as base level knowledge for the class starts filling my head. All of a sudden a sharp pain enteres my head and four voices all at once speak "Awakening commence. Good luck." Then all I feel is my body slumping against the table as Strauss yells ouot, "Hold on now what class causes this reaction!?!"

Elemental bolt: Allows the user to create a bolt of one or more of their elemental affinities. Can be used to attack from afar. Costs 10 mp for base elemental and costs 5 additional mp for each element added to the bolt.
Elemental Reinforcement: Allows the user to add a base elemental coating to their weapon. User is limited to two elements at one time on a weapon. Costs 15 mana initially and an additional 10 for a second element. Drains 10 mana (15 mana for two elements) per second of usage.
Bladesmith: Allows the user to be able to craft low tier blades like daggers and shortswords with magic or use smithing techniques. User is able to activate a heat resistance for 50 mana that allows the user to comfortably withstand heat for 15 minutes.
 
I woke up to seeing a distressed Strauss pacing in what looked like an office before stopping noticing I was awake. "Its about bloody time you woke up! Your bloody mother hounded me to make sure you were fine from your class awakening while she went with two of my contractors to build her class building. Aghh what kind of blind luck do you have. You got the base blessing of the Thistle, Braton, and Persephi. Normal apostles only start with one blessing and have to train other skills.", Strauss spews out obviously concerned.

I couldn't help look at him confused before laughing, "I'm sorry? How was I supposed to know that it was the least detailed of the classes but it just felt right. Any ways my mother is designing her own class building? I thought she was just a special assistant?"
Strauss shakes his head with some dissapointment, "Makes sense she hasn't talked much about it. Your mother has the Mentor destiny, which gives her a bit of an added bonus to teaching people so I have been beggin her to teach for me. Guess I should thank ye for that. She asked me to look for any folks that would fit well with you and well I managed to find one whose destiny I am basically 98 percent certain is intertwined with yours. She's a beastkin and should be here by tomorrow. We have some base facilities ready for you to start learning so be glad you can start. Just be careful lad." Strauss gives a small pat onto my shoulder seeming almost concerned about something.

With that all said and done Strauss has one of his employees escort me homes, with a set of books on forging and general knowledge for apostles to help make my life a little easier I suppose. Why did I have a bad feeling about this?

Once we get done playing with Luar we head back inside and realize there are a lot more people have shown up. The entire Weasley family is here and already settled in talking to people. 

I tell my friends I'll be back and I head to Ron's parents. I walk up to where the parents are talking and speak up. 

"Excuse me, Mrs. Weasley." I tap her shoulder.

She turns around and gets a bright smile when she sees me "Ah, Soren dear. Happy Birthday."

"Thank you. I actually wanted to thank you for the Christmas sweater, I like it a lot." I say giving my best smile.

"I'm glad you like it dear." She glares at Ron from across the room. "More grateful than some children." 

I chuckle a bit as Mr. Weasley notices me "Soren, you went with the twins to London, yes?"

I give a nervous smile "Yeah, why?"

"I was wondering, how was the ride? Did she fly smoothly?" he looks excited as he speaks.

Mrs. Weasley smacks the back of his head and smiles at me "Ignore him, dear, go play and have fun it's your birthday after all." 

I laugh a bit thinking they are similar to Auntie and Uncle Ted. "Thanks." I go back to the group and see we have a new member, Ginny is talking to Hermione and Daphne. 

As I walk up Ron taps her shoulder "And lastly Soren Black, don't get too close or he will Hex you."

I smack his shoulder "Don't listen to him, Ginny I assume?" I try to give a polite smile

She seems really shy as she only gives a nod and stays close to Hermione like a rabbit. 

I give a wry smile as Ron comforts me "Don't worry she is just shy."

I shrug "Want to go upstairs and play something?" Ron and Harry say yes while the other three just shrug. 

When we get upstairs Hermione sees the SNES and just rolls her eyes. I laugh at her reaction and gesture towards the bookshelf.

"I guarantee I have books you have never heard of." I smile at her look of surprise.

Daphne is also looking through the books "Why do you have so many books on the Dark Arts? This might be more than we have at my house."

I shrug "My sister is an Auror so I got her old ones, I also request ones from her sometimes."

She looks surprised "Do you plan to be an Auror as well? I remember you had top grades in the class so you totally could." Hermione gives an unconscious nod as she reads through one of the books.

"I haven't thought about it, I just want to have fun at school I guess." She seems unsatisfied with my answer.

I notice Hermione's brows scrunch and I realize she is reading a book that should not be on the shelf. I quickly close the book and smile at her.

"Sorry, that one is a bit too dark to be on the shelf." My face shows a bit of anxiety.

Ron and Harry are already distracted but the girls look at me scrupulously. "What is a Horcrucx?" Hermione asks.

"Arguably the darkest magic to ever exist and something we shall not be talking about." My anxiety shoots through the roof.

"And why do you have a book on them?" She gives me a glare and Daphne looks concerned.

"Because I have an interest in how to kill them, now that is all for the subject." The book titled 'Magick of Mortem' By Emeric. 

I pull another book off the shelf and hand it to her "Try this one, it has curses and how to counter them."


Ginny finally speaks up "Is a student really allowed to have all these books?"

"No, but my sister is and according to the ministry they are her possessions and that is how it will stay." I give her a smile but she doesn't meet my eyes but I notice her looking at Harry instead.

I roll my eyes and grab a book and start reading with the girls. Ginny sits on the bed behind Ron and Harry and watches them play games until Auntie calls us down to sing Happy Birthday.

I shiver as I think of how embarrassing it will be but I still stand up with the rest of them. When we get downstairs everyone is sitting around the dinner table and there is a cake in the middle with candles lit.

Auntie pulls up a chair and puts it in front of the cake "Sit" she says with a smile.

As I sit down all my friends sit with their parents and Harry sits next to me and Auntie Dromeda. My face tinges a little red as everyone is staring at me. 

As they all start singing Happy Birthday my face goes deep red. Even though I'm embarrassed I'm actually quite happy. The twins are standing up singing loud as if their singing career is on the line for this performance. 

Once they are done I blow out the candles and Auntie hugs me giving me a kiss on the cheek. "Happy Birthday Soren." If I blushed anymore I think my face would be bleeding. 

After that people started leaving the party. Hermione's family was first since they had to drive all the way to London. They put their cake in a bag and headed home. Daphne left next since Hemione wasn't there and it was a bit awkward for her.

Ginny went with her parents for the last bit that they were there and Ron stayed for another night with Harry. Auntie and Mrs. Weasley decided Harry would stay with the Weasleys for the last month of summer.

After they left I tried to help Auntie clean but she told me to go play since it was my birthday. So we just went upstairs and played games all night. Overall it was a pretty great experience.

"Sweet!" Axl said as was now laying down on his bed, Axl took a deep breath, He was totally exhausted and his head is hurting quite a bit, he held the Crystal Book in front of him floating and started to look through the information from his rewards.

Axl after he was done reading, dismissed the book, he took a deep breath, 'I finally made it.. i can't believe, it has been three long years..' 

Axl closed his eyes and smiled gently, 
he then jumped up and went to take a long relaxing bath, he didn't feel like training today and decided to take a break.

While he was in the bath enjoying the warmth, 
he was about to take a look at the Relic Card he obtained. 

Axl was interrupted by the bathroom door suddenly opening loudly, which made him jump up in shock, standing there naked wrapped in a towel, was his Aunt Mia smiling but she looked a little tired, "Axl! I'm back! *Sigh* I'm exhausted, come over here and wash my back?" Axl sights in relief once he saw that it was his Aunt, he reluctantly got up and started washing her back. 

Much to her surprise, she smiled widely, 
"Wow.. you actually came over right away, something good must have happened today."

Axl blushed hearing what she said but nodded, "I just got.. my class." 

Mia flinched and suddenly turned around wide-eyed and smiling, her previous exhaustion now nonexistent. 

It gave Axl perfect view of her perfect proportioned assets, luckily he was still young, so he didn't have any major reaction besides embarrassment. 

Mia started firing off questions, "You obtained a Class!? What is it!? Is it a.. Melee Class? or maybe a Magick Class? Come on, tell me!"

Axl thought for a few seconds, and suddenly smiled, he motioned her to come closer, which she did curiously, Axl went in close and started to whisper in her ear, "It's.. a secret.."

Then he walked away back toward the bath with a big grin and jumped back in.

Mia looked at him stunned at first but once she realized what he actually said she pouted and stood up and jumped towards him in the bath, they started wrestling, "You little Monster! How dare you mess with me! 
I'll show you who's the boss around here!" 

Axl didn't care, he just grinned. 
He might be young, but his size and physique is top notch, his strength as well. 

"Bring it on, Auntie!" 

They kept brawling for about half an hour, 
with nobody coming out on top. 

Axl was making use of his small stature to slip out of bad situations, but eventually Mia's experience and taller stature overwhelmed him in the end.

They were now both tired and breathing heavily Mia was hugging Axl on her lap with a smile and relaxing in the bath, Axl didn't have the energy to struggle, "Axl, can you.. tell me what.. your Class is now?" Axl took a deep breath, shrugged, "Blue.. Magi.."

Mia was surprised, she started thinking deeply for awhile but in the end shook her head and said, "I never heard of it.. Do you know what it can do? Don't worry.. i promise to not tell anyone.."

Axl nodded, "A Duel Class.. Melee and Magick.. Specializing weapons are Cane, Magick Dagger and Magick Gun.."

While Axl was explaining, Mia carefully listened and kept nodding, "And it's specialized Magick?" 

"all Magick" Axl answered relaxed, Mia hugged him tightly and gave a deep breath, *Sigh* "That's amazing, it's definitely on part with your sisters and Myr's class of Black Magi, congratulations Axl, your hard work really paid off, just promise me not to tell this to everyone else.. It might be be dangerous." 

Axl nodded with a smile 'And i still have some tricks up my sleeve.. Just in case..' 

Afterwards they both dried off and ate some breakfast it was still 10am. 

Axl explained he was taking a break today from training, Mia nodded and said she still needs to report her mission and she promised to train the girls today..

Axl just shrugged.. Mia sighed, "Come on Axl, you know they are both sorry, they are still young and you are more mature for your age..
Please, give them a chance to make it up.."

Axl just said he would think about it, 
which made Mia smile gently.

'At least that means that they still have a chance to make up.'

After breakfast, Mia gave Axl a big kiss on the cheek and quickly waved goodbye with a big grin before vanishing.

Axl blushed, 'I should learn to do that as well..'

but this definitely needs to be kept a secret.."

Axl tried to teleport to some different places inside the house, after five times he was exhausted, "This is harder than i expected.."

He suddenly realized and then gave himself a hard face-palm.. he wasn't actually wearing his new Gear Set to reduce mana casting cost and time, "I'm so dumb.. Well.. guess i found out i can at least cast Vanish five times, 
without help.." he did not switch into his new Gear Set yet, but he did take out the Relic Card in his inventory while he sat on his bed relaxing.

Axl was inspecting the Beautiful Card, it looked almost the same way as the Crystal Book, the only difference was that there was a Golden image of a Crown on both sides.

The card started shimmering and Axl suddenly got the information related to the card and on how to use it, it was pretty easy he just need to have a clear image what kind of item he wanted the Relic to be, then simply say "Invoke". 

But now Axl was in a dilemma, 
what did he actually need? 

He stood in front of the mirror, he was deep in thought, he just couldn't decide, he the suddenly equipped his Gear Set.

Axl was surprised by how it looked.

On his head he had a black Triple pointed Hat and blue Mask Bandana combination.

A sleeveless black open Vest with blue tribal marks, with a blue/yellow V-neck Shirt.

On his Arms, he is wearing two black Bracers with a blue/yellow bandana wrapped around the middle. 

He had a tight black/yellow Waistband Attached to a Long black Trousers.

And lastly two Black Boots with Metal heels.

He looks like a combination of a Masked Noble, Pirate and Martial artist. 

It made Axl look quite mysterious with his violet eyes, but still quite handsome.

As he was inspecting, he finally realized something.. He doesn't have a magick weapon to use with his new Class.

Axl started carefully contemplating..
'My training weapons are normal weapons and not actually magick related.'

He summoned his Crystal book and read about his Classes once again.

'My Blue Magi Class has affinities with Canes, Magick Daggers and Magick Guns, Hmmm, Which one.. would fit me the most?'

An Hour later..

Axl was sitting in a meditative position with a frown, he was torn between two choices, Magick Gun or Dagger.

A cane wasn't something he would be comfortable using.

'I guess that a Magick Dagger would be the best choice for me, I have my uncles Mudra Clan skills together with my magical skills.'

Axl held out his hand and summons the card once again, He started focusing and closing his eyes. 

After a moment of being quiet he suddenly called out softly "Invoke" 

*PING* the card shined and shimmered brightly which made it hard for Axl to look at it.. 

After a long minute Axl was holding a Long Dagger, It has a long beautiful adorned black and yellow Handle and Spine all the way to the point of the Blade which is Pure red. 

Axl was in awe, "Wow.. So Beautiful.. 
There is barely any weight.."
