THE SITUATION RIGHT NOW: I've gotten over the majority of my laziness. I'm unlikely to update this much. It's pretty much complete. The novel I'm working on is Dark Seas Leading Demise

So, as you are well aware, I haven't been able to upload anything as of late. While it was mostly because of trying to get into colleges and dealing with my overzealous schedule of 6 APs and a few internships, I have to attribute most of my lack of motivation to get back to this story due to the fact that I don't like how this book turned out.

If you couldn't tell, about halfway through, school picked up and I was rushing to complete chapters and began producing some absolutely horrendous chapters. Being my first experience writing, I was in over my head. I assumed that I could just wing it and was proven quickly wrong. Another reason is the writing style. After writing college essays 10 hours a day, 8 days a week, my writing style has changed dramatically. I feel like it is much better than the quality I wrote in the book and honestly, I am disappointed with it. Rereading the book and trying to get back into it, I realized how unfocused it was, how it drifted and meandered along. Being me, I can not continue the book without stabbing myself multiple times with shame.

This is not the end, however. I still love writing stories and I want to continue telling the story of Xavier, Persephone, Mordred, and the Hunter. The reason for this announcement is that I will be rewriting the book completely. Working with some of my friends, we feel that we can make a much better story line and develop the characters a lot better. I also believe that my new writing style will make the story more vivid and enjoyable. We are trying to be better prepared, and have a concrete plan to make sure the quality is maintained. So, look forward to reading the rewriting, currently we are working on the storyboarding the first ten chapters and the prologue is close to completion. If all things go well and how I have given up on school (senoritis sucks), we should be releasing the new version within a month or so (making a buffer and ARTWORK).

There is more good news. We have also planned a new story that is completely different from this one. Due to my friend group (mostly me)'s fascination with Warhammer 40k, we are starting a story set in that universe. Since this was decided yesterday, details are hazy, but I can guarantee that it will be awesome.

This somewhat dark and edgy story is based on my hectic D&D campaign I played. This a grim dark fantasy story that blends a plot-twisting drama with intense action. I hope that you enjoy this story. Hopefully, this will turn into a trilogy.

no new chapter yet sorry for that. I wanted to post this because a lot has happened and will continue to happen and I wanted to let you or those who have been with me for some time longer now, let you know where this FF is going. So an Update and information and stuff.

First I wanted to thank all newcomers who became interested in my little story and have reached the latest chapter here. We have 750k views, which is awesome. Almost a million!

If you have read the update history dates, you noticed I didn't really release regularly/ a lot since summer time end I think. That's when my semester started again.
Some personal information: I studied pharmaceutical biotechnology in germany, but changed majors now to economics. Which was a huge bummer. I don't regret it, but it was still hard to take in. It happened in the beginning of 2019, now in october I started with economics. I will try even harder now, learn more, do internships, volunteer in some student association, btw. I am also learning japanese in my freetime as I am a part-time otaku.
I realised I couldn't do super many things at once, I also wanted to learn more about programming and learn playing piano ... many past regrets I wanted to solve. Well, didn't workout because I am not an ideal rational machine sadly. Stuff had to be dropped and delayed. No programming or piano plays in the near future. AND that's why the chapter releases aren't steady here on WN. It just isn't my highest priority.
I do want to finish this story and move on to others ( I would love to write more, it's my passion even though I am not that good at it. Second, I am not native and tried to hold onto certain standards and writing conventions for myself when writing. This also slows down writing.)
( I have a list of possible future FF/novel stuff, SneakPeakTitles: Scientist in Xianxia World; AssasinsCreed a Bloodline from another World; Morpheus - God Candidates , Boku no Hero One for All - ff set in the past, Road to Singularity - Xianxia but with robots ...etc.) 
But only after PU will I have time for that.
The story (Pokemon Untold) is currently set in Kanto, but I have overarching plans for Johto, Hoenn and Sinnoh as well. With plots and twist in every corner. But my current progress is not good if I want to achieve everything in the next couple of years.

My free time won't become more or increase because I will largely invest it in stuff I mentioned in the beginning. 
So what solution or possible path forward do I have? Well, one would be a rushed drop-like ending. One where I tell the whole story in 10 chaps. But let's be honest, who wants that? Why do we even read books if we were just satisfied with summaries haha.
But I can't increase my pace either while maintaining my standards and conventions. SO that's why I will just drop the latter.
It will lead to a huge shift in design and style and maybe quality as well, something I will apologize for now. But otherwise I can't see ... a real route in which I end this FF and don't end up spending the next decades writing on it :I (haha).

I don't think I will touch the first 46 chaps and align/fit them with the new style. But from this point onwards the chapters will look different. I am not sure how. I am open for suggestions. I will do some research. But it will be much leaner and maybe with a faster pace. Not sure.  
Hopefully this will lead into me not spending too much time on writing, and enough for a regular release rate.  
So I am really sorry for all old fans who got used to the style I used until now. It sucks to me as well because I won't be able to express all ideas, thoughts ...etc. I have for the story. But maybe this restriction will force me to write more on point and focus on the important stuff.

Our places on this earth are divided by oceans setting us apart from one continent to another. Several countries speaking several languages to understand each other. People with several cultures and beliefs. Different personalities and opinions.

In this chaotic world, we live in called real life we search for a place to escape from that reality. To be accepted as who or what we are. We have found that in the music we sing. In the books, we read. In the movies we watch. In the places, we travel and visit. Everywhere in which we get inspiration to face reality head-on.

We write stories or poems to inspire others, reading the words we weave from our own world. For some of us, it is simply an escape from reality into a world in which we can use our imaginations to dream make-believe or to live our secret fantasies or just plain be creative.

Getting on the web gives us more ways to share and get connected to other people with the same kind of thinking from across the ocean. Some of the people we meet along the way give us reasons to smile again. It's where we become friends, get to know them well, and get so close that we even trust them enough to share our own greatest fears.

I was a living a kind of living death when I found solace here on Stories Space. A place to write, camouflaging my hatred and sadness from myself when I was reading all the poetry and fictional fantasies created by the writers. I found another escape from reality and indulged in reading.

My feelings from my own troubles in life had made me feel so empty that only through laughter and reading could I be free and somewhat whole again.

I made my own heaven in purgatory.

A friend told me to write down all of my pains and troubles in poems or stories. Another friend of mine told me to be fierce in my poetry writing. I found friends who helped me give my own life a reason to continue living again through writing.

Writing makes me calm every time my mind gets into a panic mode. The pains and the fears of the unknown are my muses for writing.

When I met someone who understood me and made me feel needed and loved my poetry changed its tune. It made me think of happy thoughts. I got inspired by the things I saw and the happy memories of my childhood that I could write about.

Painful memories and realities were always there and so I wrote about them from time to time.

When that someone left me I continued writing. The same inner muse I had gained I used to keep on writing.

Then, out of nowhere, I got to know you. I became happy again. This time I got even more inspired and more creative, experimenting with my writings.

I set aside my shyness and reservations to write creatively. I still can't overcome some of my shyness and reservation but I am blooming, inspired by you.

You became my muse.

The man in the moon. The stars in my darkest hours. When at night I can't sleep thinking of you calms me to sleep.

The sunshine after the heavy storm. Where all the dead trees come to life again. That keeps me warm when everything gets chilly.

My own little heaven in my real life purgatory.

Voidne is the unluckiest person in the world.  Just like his mother, he needs to work 5 times harder than normal people, just to achieve the same thing.

The new parallel universe was more advanced, and a new game was about to get released.  It was a VRMMORPG, that is going to be super popular.  Even companies were going to fight over occupying this game.

I am a 13 year old who loves reading .I thought that I cold give a try in writing and here I am .Never expected anyone to read my book and Thank you to all who read it.I live in India so we have English as our first language so there won't be many grammatical mistakes.We have compulsory creative writing in English so all of us are used to writing lame stories.I know currently nothing much is happening in the story but I can assure that by the weekend the story will get interesting.

what if, your marriage was not your own choice

Today is a sunny Saturday. On this day, in the fountain of a very popular plaza, sits a teenage girl. Teal eyes and ginger hair, styled in a side ponytail. A short, yellow dress that ends above the knees, a blue denim jacket and blue dress shoes.
As she was playing with her phone, chatting with a few classmates, she was thinking about her date. The girl had made quite the show at the festival, but the most amazing thing was that nobody knew her. She was just a random girl, no connections, no recommendation exam. 
She remembered that her classmates were mad that she had 'bewitched' Ibara rather than fight her properly. Yet Ibara kept defending her with passion, praising her for winning the entire festival without even hurting someone. Itsuka, however, was able to see a gleam in her eyes. The same gleam that her friends in middle-school had when talking about boys.
And it made her feel something.
That feeling only got worse when Ibara asked her for Kem's number after Itsuka told them about it.  That feeling inside of her didn't leave her even after returning home. When she texted Kem and read the latters' response, she something was wrong with her. Why would she feel jealous for someone she barely knows?
"Hey Itsuka! I'm sorry for being late." She was brought out of her thoughts by the voice of Kem. Standing a few feet to her right, was Kem wearing casual black jeans, blue sneakers and a red shirt. "wow, you look great! Maybe I should've wear a dress as well." She said with a smile as her eyes inspected Itsuka, making the latter flush.
"Don't say that, you look great." Said Itsuka, pink never leaving her cheeks "so, what are we going to do today?" 
"I'm not really good at these things, so it's just a movie and dinner. But, there is a surprise for the night. Look forward to it." Said Kem, smiling with her hands together. "Now come on." She said, extending a hand and looking expectantly at Itsuka.
Itsuka stared at the hand for a hand, then slowly took with her own. So, a red faced Itsuka and a grinning Kendo headed towards their destination. They something light since they were going to eat later.
"You know what's great about this place?" said Kem as they took their seats.
"What?" 
"That you can lift the armrest, so that there's nothing between us." She said as she lifted the armrest, the space between them almost nonexistent. "Apparently, couples like to do this a lot. I wonder why?" a teasing smile adorned her face, as she brushed her fingers on Itsuka's knee.
Itsuka shuddered. Her breath got caught in her throat. The lights started to go out as her face started to light up in red. She took a few breaths to calm herself. 
And then Kem moved her hand further up, brushing her thigh this time.
Releasing a little yelp in response, resulting in Kem giggling at her, she went to grab her hand and stop her. Kem, completely unfazed by this, interlocked their fingers, and used her thumb to rub Itsuka's hand, earning a groan of defeat.
As the movie kept going, Kem went from holding Itsuka's hand to hugging her, and Itsuka started to relax and simply enjoy the contact. About 30 minutes later, the movie ended and they stretched their sore muscles.
"Did you enjoy the movie?" asked Kem
"I wasn't paying too much attention." Said Itsuka, a little pink in her cheeks as she avoided Kem's gaze.
"Hmmm, come then, I'm hungry." Said Kem as she extended her hand, and Itsuka took it.
They walked for about 15 minutes around the plaza until they found the restaurant. A small and cozy building, tucked in a corner almost as if hiding itself. They took a table and order their food, falling into a nice chat as they enjoyed their food.
"Tell me something Itsuka. Have you decided your hero name yet?" asked Kem.
"Well, I have a vague idea. Why are you asking?"
"I heard from an older student that, when you go into the internships, you will need a hero name. Thing is, I don't have a name that I like." Said Kem.
"I was thinking of going with 'Battle Fist' or something on that line. Haven't you got any ideas?" Asked Itsuka.
"I mean; it has to do something with transforming. I want something cool, but I may just go with 'Shapeshifter' or a god's name. I'm just not creative, you know?" said Kem with a dejected look on her face.
Itsuka started laughing "so the great winner of the Sports Festival can't think of a hero name? It's truly shocking." 
"Laugh all you want. I don't want a bad name to haunt me in the future." She said with a frown, then looked at their plates and her phone. "Come. It's time to go, and I have to show you something special." 
They left the restaurant, hand in hand as Kem lead the way. The sun was already setting and the sky started darkening, the red and oranges in the sky started to merge with the purples of night. They stopped at a small park, and Kem started to look around before she removed her shirt and handed it to a stunned Itsuka.
Then, before Itsuka could say anything, Kem grew big white wings, the same she had during the cavalry battle. She then grabbed Itsuka in a bridal carry, and started to ascend. Rapidly.
Itsuka closed her eyes, not daring to look down and trigger a fear for heights. As she hung on to Kem, she noticed that they had slowed down, and then came to a stop.
"You can open your eyes now."  She heard, and so she did. First she looked up and saw how beautiful Kem was with the light hitting her a t the right angle. With a blush on her face, she turned and was able to see something truly beautiful.
A beautiful sunset, the sun was slowly moving behind the mountains as the sky started to darken and the stars started to appear. Then, a few minutes later, night had descended, a beautiful full moon in the sky as the stars seemed to shine brighter than anything she had experienced.
"Beautiful, isn't it?" she heard Kem say, and as she looked at her again, she noticed how the moonlight made her even prettier.
"Where do you live? I'll take as close as I can." Kem said, as Itsuka started to give her pointers and eventually arrived behind a convenience store about 2 blocks from her house. 
"I really enjoyed our date." Said Kem, as they had started walking to her home, which ended up having a dojo attached to it.
"Me too." Answered Itsuka, stopping in front of her house. She started to fumble with her fingers and bit her bottom her bottom lip. "Can we do this again? Soon?" she asked.
Kem hugged her by the waist, as she leaned a bit to Itsuka's ear and whispered in her ear. "As many times as you want." Then, she kissed her between her cheek and her lips, barely touching the edge of her lips.
In response to this, Itsuka froze, muttered a quiet 'Goodnight' and turned into her home. Kem just let a giggle and flew home. A beautiful contrast in which Kem talked about her date with her sis and had a pleasant sleep.
Meanwhile, Itsuka ran to her room as soon as she returned, and had trouble falling asleep, still thinking back to the nights last moments, and wondering what would happen in the future.

Daeva after bumping with Juno, she thought that her behavior wasn't so nice. But when the school bell rings, she snapped out of it and went to her designated room for her subject. Daeva is a fourth year college student in Literature and Creative Writing. She thought of becoming a writer to write literary pieces based on her experiences. Also, she thought that becoming a writer would allow her to have a small chance of interacting with people.

When she was about to enter her room, her Professor bumped into her. Mrs. Sanchez smiled at her. Daeva greeted her good morning and Mrs. Sanchez greeted her in return.

They both entered the room and Daeva sat at the second row. Mrs. Sanchez greeted her class and began discussing a lesson about her subject. She kept blabbing in front while Daeva glanced at the window. She caught a glimpse of Juno who's about to leave the school gates. As she follows Juno with her eyes, she began to feel a sharp pain at her left forearm. She didn't bother looking at it, she knows that it's currently bleeding so she just pulled her black sleeves lower. She returned her attention to her discussing professor and listens to her.

A couple of subjects passed then Daeva's lunch break arrived. She quickly ate at the cafeteria before going to the library. The school's library was enormous. It's also where the book club is rooming. Daeva is a member of the Book club and happens to be a good friend of Kevin, the Book club's president. When Daeva came in, she found Kevin fixing books that weren't returned to the proper shelve. She just picked up some books that were left at the tables and did the same. There weren't too much people in the library for now so she started casually chatting with Kevin.

"Hey Kev, you seem frustrated... What's wrong??" asked Daeva.

"Student School Council Vice President...She destroyed my morning." said Kevin casually.

"What did she do to you?" Daeva felt curious.

"Oh nothing...She just shuted me out... refusing to do some student council duties...or simply take the proposal and leave it to miss President's table... That's all..." Kevin replied.

Daeva didn't asked further what happened...But then, she felt like the person who she bumped with earlier at the hall way was the Vice President.

"The Vice President, was she the campus belle I keep hearing about." Daeva asked.

"Hmm? Yeah, that's her...Why, what's up?" asked Kevin as he finished arranging the books.

"I think she's the pretty blonde girl I bumped with this early morning. She wasn't really polite." Daeva said as she scratches the area where she felt pain while staring at Juno.

Kevin saw Daeva scratched her forearm right bellow her palm. He looked at Daeva with malicious intent. His lips curved up at one side. He then grab Daeva's hand and brought her to the school's clinic. Daeva didn't resisted and just followed Kevin.

The nurse was currently out of the clinic so Daeva's forearm can be treated. She pulled her sleeve up and let Kevin treat her wound. Kevin cleaned the blood off and covered it with bandage. When he was done, Daeva thanked Kevin and they came back to the library. 

There, while Daeva was waiting for her next class like Kevin, they decided to read a book. Daeva picked a random fantasy book while Kevin opened his laptop and read about demons.

"Let's go home together later and just order pizza for dinner, what do you say?" Kevin offered to Daeva.

Daeva just nodded, it's not very often that they go home together. Daeva and Kevin are roommates and oftentimes, Daeva gets home first before Kevin because of his club president duties.

Almost an hour have passed and Kevin closed his laptop. It's time for his next class, Daeva still have over half an hour before her next subject so Kevin just left her. When Kevin left the library, the atmosphere in the library became gloomy. Anyone who's in there felt uncomfortable, some left but some ignored it. Daeva is feeling a bit irritated but what can she do? She can't get rid of them...never...

Daeva kept reading until its just 15min left before her next class. She stood up from her sit and returned the book into one of the shelves. She felt a hand caressed her cheek and hear a chuckle. Daeva ignored it and left the library.

When she's out of the library, she can feel that someone ran "its" fingers on her hair. Her mouth was twitching, slowly forming a malicious grin. She covered her mouth with her hands, then, she took out a face mask from her pants's pocket and covered her grin. She went to her next class as if nothing had happened.

She still have 2 subjects left for her to survive. Her 3rd subject for the day passed as if it was a filler chapter of her day. Nothing very interesting occurred nor the class. But on her final subject of the day: Creative Writing, the class was given an activity and that is to write a poem. The poem have no specific theme but should be rhyming.

Writing poems weren't a problem for Daeva at all. She doesn't limit herself when it comes to writing and its subject. She writes what's in her mind and what she feels. They we're given an hour and when they were done, they are then dismissed. Daeva finished after 30min, she's always the first one to finish. As she passed her work and leaves the room, her professor Mr.Wilson gave her work a read.

This is a collection of different stories but all told by one person, Daeva. A mysterious young woman who's always very reserved and isolated from everyone. You may approach her like anyone else but beware...

This is a horror/suspense story...please read with caution. You might not be able to sleep at night with lights off and open doors and windows.

This will be an information chapter. It's not apart of the actual story since it's in the auxiliary volume however it will have extras. Such as a world map. And any other things that is not in the main chapters would be here (When I'm bothered enough to write it).
World Map: The link for the world map will be in the comments as you can't copy and paste text within webnovel. The world has 3 continents Drago, Kingdar, Faltro. And there are multiple countries however there are 4 main ones. Read the story to find out why they're the main ones. They're named Yelgard, Relgraw, Veldrey and Camelot.
Also why the names are written weird on the map is explained in the 3rd chapter (sorta) but it's basically the writing system of Xaltrey is English but fancily written because I'm not creative.
History of Xaltrey: Read the book. That's the juicy stuff. I can't give it away yet. However it hasn't been revealed yet as I'm writing but eventually.
