Its the apocalypse, be prepared for death destruction and teens being teens. Awkwardness beyond belief and misinterpreted signals.

This generation has a newer threat, Generation Z-OMBIE is about a group of teens trying to survive in the apocalyptic world. I have changed the title to Generation Z-OMBIE because the previous title was unprofessional.

Tiana stuck her hands out, "Big brother, lift out Tiana, please."
Luke picked up Tiana and helped her into the car. He did up her seat belt and smiled at her. "I hope that you can find a few toys while we are out but remember we won't be able to get toys all the time. So choose well right now. Tiana do you know when your birthday is?"
Cindy started placing the bags in the back then took the slippers from Luke and placed them in the trunk. "From what I have seen some are not too bad but those two seem to be the types that would gossip. Do not pay such people any mind." Cindy closed the trunk, smiled and got into the car. 
"Tiana isn't sure when her birthday is but it wasn't soon. Cake is only for birthdays that is what daddy would say. Tiana only got a cupcake on her birthday but it was so tasty!" She started at Luke with her big round eyes. 
Kitty walked to the other side of the car and got in. "That is okay, Tiana. We will figure out your birthday and if we can not figure it out we will give you a birthday. Carlos makes an amazing cake. Oh, and after dinner, you will be able to have a dessert."
Stella climbing in the front seat and sat down she placed the bag at her feet. "I hope that one day you will not be as scared of me."
Luke climbed into the car last and did up his seatbelt, "I am sure she will warm up to you eventually. In the meantime Stella I will be your friend. I trust that you will not do something to hurt my family and if Ketan says that you are under his command then I will trust that bond between you two."
"Okay, so the toy store first and then dinner?" Cindy looked back at Kitty. 
"Yes, please. Hopefully, the place we go to sells a booster seat so that we do not need to go somewhere else." Kitty relaxed her head against the door.
"Dessert? Tiana will be allowed dessert? Tiana is even luckier." She dramatically places her hands on her cheeks and slightly opens her mouth.
Luke takes out his phone and takes a picture of Tiana. "Yes, you will get a dessert if you eat all your dinner. That is what Leo always would say to me. Do you like ice cream?"
Cindy drove them to the toy store and swiftly parked the car. "Okay, we are here. I will take Stella to find a booster seat. Kitty and Luke can take Tiana to fun some toys and such."
Kitty got out of the car and stretched a little bit. "I will go along with this plan."
Luke undid Tiana's belt and then got out of the car. "I agree this will make it easier."
"Big brother, Tiana Likes ice cream." Tiana freed from the belt climbed out and latched herself on Kitty's leg. "Mommy, Tiana is so excited!"
Kitty held out her hand and lead Tiana into the store. "Do you know how to read Tiana? We will pick up some storybooks to read. If you don't know Luke and I will teach you how to read." She walked towards the books first.
"Tiana, would like to learn to read. Tiana knows a few words but not enough for a book, mommy." She skips towards the books. 
Luke followed behind the two and grabbed a cart. He pushed the cart listening to their conversation. "I will help teach you to read and write. They are skills that you will need in the future. There is nothing wrong with learning them now." He looked at the learn to write books and picked out two of them. One was a book about numbers and the other was the alphabet.
Tiana looked at the books in fascination. She reached her little arms to try and pull a book down but couldn't reach it. "Tiana is too short, Mommy can you help me please?" 
Kitty saw that book and picked it and handed it to her. "Here you are, dear. This is the one you were looking at right?" She started to look for more books like that and found out that it was a book series that had a box set. "Tiana, how about mommy buys you this instead? This has a whole collection of princess stories including the one you are holding." 
Tiana looks at the book collection in awe. "Can Tiana have all those books, Mommy? I would like all of them." She looks up in anticipation. 
Luke chuckled and looked at the baby books he found a set and added it to the cart. "If Mother offers it to you that means she wants to get it for you if that is what you want."
"Tiana wants, please. So many princess books. Tiana is so happy." She handed the lone book back to Kitty and watched what she would do.
Kitty placed the book set in the cart and placed the single book back. "Let's see what coloring books there are for you to color in." The walked down the aisle and went to the coloring books. "Tiana you can pick out five coloring books that you would like, okay. So think long and hard which ones you would like. Then we will get you a crayon set of 152 pieces that you can use."
Tiana looks up at Kitty and has some tears in her eyes, "Tiana feels like she is dreaming five brand new books and a huge set of colors just for Tiana. Tiana will choose well." She looks at all the coloring books and spots a unicorn one. "The first one for Tiana is the unicorn one!!" She rushes the book to Luke. 
Luke took the book. "Good job you still have four more to choose." He got down and wiped the tears away," once she was out of earshot he whispered, "she is going to be so attached and not want to leave. I do hope that she will not get jealous of the baby. Tiana is a good girl and we are blessed that she is taking this easily."

"What can I do for you, Alexandra?"
 
 
A woman in their early-30s approached Alexandra as she was in the living room. She was a fairly tall and slender woman, a quarter of her hair was tied in a half-up style and it suited her small face. The slender woman was wearing a uniform, a maid's uniform, to be exact. She was Diana's maid, Lilith.
 
 
A month has already passed by ever since she started living here. She was rather comfortable in this place, getting able to have the things that she wants and needs without going through that much trouble and such. She was also free to do whatever that she wants here and Diana wasn't restricting her to do things. If she wants to go outside, then she can go outside but she has to be with someone, obviously. It would be either Diana or Lilith who would go outside with her.
 
 
Though she doesn't go outside that much and would only head towards the park or playground where she can play with the swings or seesaw. She would also play with the sandbox where there are also a few kids, mostly younger than her playing. They would even be sometimes with someone, it could be their guardian, siblings, or parents. It's not like she's jealous or anything but those would sometimes ruin her mood and make her want to go home.
 
 
"Can you color with me?"
 
 
Alexandra told the lady who was standing in front of her. Alexandra was on the carpet with her things like crayons, pencil, notebook, and coloring books around her though the books were placed on top of the table that was being surrounded by couches.
 
 
The interior of the room was rather bright because it was still afternoon and the curtains were opened thus making the sunlight pass through and illuminate the place. In front of her was the television which was turned off, she got bored watching the shows on TV that's why she turned off and decided to color but thought that it would be boring if she did it alone that's why she asked for Lilith's presence. Diana wasn't here as she was still at her work so Alexandra and Lilith were only the one in the house.
 
 
 
"Sure, Alexandra. Which book should I color?"
 
 
Lilith smiled at her sweetly as she took a seat beside her, being careful and not accidentally sit on the crayons that were scattered on the carpet. Alexandra handed her a mandala coloring book which Diana bought for her because Alexandra requested it, thinking that the book was rather interesting and she likes it rather than those coloring books that are princesses and cartoon characters. Diana was hesitant about buying it though because mandala coloring books are supposed to be for people years older than her age.
 
 
"Oh, you have a mandala coloring book? Isn't this quite hard to color for you, Alexandra?"
 
 
"Not really, it's rather fun to color than hard."
 
 
Alexandra opened a coloring book and started doing her thing while she would be talking with Lilith, responding to her questions as she asked her and such.
 
 
"Do you know how to read, Alexandra?"
 
 
"Yes, my mother taught me to do so. She also taught me how to write. She would also teach me how to solve math problems and such when she isn't that busy. I learned almost everything a kid like me should learn how to do," Alexandra responded as she flipped the book to the next page.
 
 
Lilith was a rather polite and cheerful lady, she's also hard-working and was a maid for Diana for years just so she has something to feed to her family and buy with their daily needs. Since Lilith have a younger sibling, a few years older than Alexandra, it wasn't that hard to take care of her. Alexandra wasn't like any other kids that like to throw tantrums and loves to run around. Despite not going to school and was only inside her house her entire life, she was rather intelligent.
 
 
 
Perhaps it was because of the genes and her mother, who was also a smart woman, taught her.
 
 
"When is Diana going to come home?"
 
 
Lilith hummed before she responded. "I'm not sure with that, she only told me that she would be able to come home early. Probably an hour or two from now."
 
 
She only responded with a nod before she continued doing what she was doing. She recalled a memory which only happened a week ago about Diana asking her some things during the night while she was on the bed about to sleep.

"Alexandra, I got something to ask you."
 
 
Diana sat down on the edge of the bed as she looked at Alexandra who was laying down on it, the blanket covering up to her shoulder. When she heard what Diana said, she was curious and it was seen on the expression of her face. She opened her mouth to speak and respond to her.
 
 
"What is it?"
 
 
"You see…"
 
 
Diana looked like she was hesitating as it took her a few seconds to continue what she was trying to say, fidgeting with her hands in the process.
 
 
"If possible, would you like to go to school or would you rather have a home tutor to teach you? I think going to school to learn is the best choice but if possible, which would you prefer?"
 
 
It was rather an unusual question to ask Alexandra who took a moment to respond to her question. She hummed as she thought before she responded to her in a low voice, "I think I would prefer to go to school rather than have a home tutor. I could interact with other kids around my age and have friends. Aside from that, I think school would be fun."
 
 
That was what she said and Diana only listened to her calmly, nodding as she spoke. Right, it's no wonder that she would choose to go to school. I mean, she didn't have that much interaction with other children around her age because her mother only kept her in their home and wasn't allowed to go out since nobody would be there to guard her, she thought to herself and nodded.
 
 
"I see, then that's good. I think going to school is the better choice."
 
 
"Yes, but why are you asking?"
 
 
Alexandra asked as she stared at her but Diana only smiled and said, "It's nothing, you should go to sleep now," She then stood up and headed towards the door where the light switch is seen so that she could turn the lights off but before she does so, she took one last look at Alexandra and smiled at her. "Good night and sweet dreams, Alexandra."

Alexandra was bothered by that question of hers for days and she would think of why she would ask her that. Does she not know which one is better that's why she asked for my opinion? Is she planning on letting me go to school since that's the choice that I picked? I mean, that's not impossible, but thinking about it, making her go to school was rather hard. There are some requirements and for a child like her that didn't go to school for years and was only being taught by her mother, the requirements would be more than the usual.
 
 
"Alexandra? What are you thinking? Are you hungry? Would you like me to make you something? I think there are some cookies left, would you like me to get it for you?" Lilith snapped her out of her thoughts when she called out to her and asked her several things. She noticed that Alexandra was in rather deep thought and stopped coloring.
 
 
"Oh, no. It's fine. I'm just thinking about the cartoon that I watched earlier."
 
 
"I see. Should we turn on the TV? We can watch while we color."
 
 
"No, it's okay. I don't think the cartoon is still going on at this time."
 
 
Alexandra just smiled at her before she continued her task. Lilith only nodded and tucked a loose strand of hair behind her ear. It was silent and the only sound heard was the scribbling of crayons on paper, Alexandra didn't mind the silence though because it was making her relax and focus on what she was coloring.
 
 
But as they were doing so, a sudden loud series of knocks coming from the front door was heard and startled them. Lilith stopped from what she was going and looked at the direction of the door with a confused face. That must be Miss Diana already but why would she knock on the door when she can just enter? Is she carrying some things? But she would open the door and carry the things one by one. I also don't remember her not bringing the keys. Aside from that, she doesn't knock that loudly and would call out to us.
 
 
Another series of knocks came again, "Open the door! I know you're inside!"
 
 
That was definitely not Diana's voice. Lilith was confused and she stood up from her seat. It could be possible that it's the neighbor but as far as she can recall, their neighbors aren't that aggressive or brave enough to knock and call out like that.
 
 
"Just a moment, Alexandra. I'll check out and see who that person is, stay here as I do so," Lilith said and Alexandra only nodded. She was also confused and curious who that person is so she went to the couch, kneeled and peeked out of the headrest, watching Lilith as she walked towards the door and opened it. She couldn't see who that person was because Lilith was blocking the view but she could hear what they were talking about thanks to the unknown lady's loud voice.
 
 
"Let me in! Where is she? Where is that damn cursed child?!"
 
 
 
"Please calm down, Miss Celine. The child is inside but you're not allowed to come in without permission, you do know that, right? Miss Diana would be angry."
 
 
"I don't care! Just let me in! I want to see her and drag her out of this place, she doesn't deserve to be here!" Then Lilith was pushed aside by the woman, causing her to hit her back against the wall and fall to the floor along with some things like the shoe rack that she bumped into thus scattering the shoes that were there.
 
 
The lady walked and roamed her eyes around the place as if she was looking for something.
 
 
Alexandra saw the unknown lady and she looked familiar. Not until she realized who it was and the realization struck upon her like a bolt of lightning.
 
 
"There you are, you damn child!"
 
 
She recalled seeing her at the funeral of her mother though it was only once as this woman only went there once to look for Diana.
 
 
"Miss Celine!"
 
 
She was Diana's aunt.
 
 
 

When Alexandra opened her eyes, she suddenly became a princess?!


She was hit by a truck and born once again as a baby, aside from that, she can remember her previous life.


But she wasn't like the other princess who gets to be with their family. She was a princess yet to be announced and being observed. She was born in a supposedly all-males only bloodline and they think she was a curse or bad luck. Her brothers and father hated her.


Out of all things in her life, she never expected this to happen.

Once they got home, everyone got out of the car and went to their respective rooms. Namjoon sighed and he placed the little on the bed and took his clothes off "Let's give you a bath now before you get sick" Jungkook nodded and raised his arms up, waiting for Namjoom to undress him. Namjoon picked Jungkook up and went to the bathroom that was inside the room.

Namjoon set the little on the toilet seat while he started the bath. Jungkook watched as Namjoon put a bath bomb in the tub and change the water into a different color

Namjoon picked the little up and place him into the tub. Jungkook shivered as the warm water hit his cold skin "Cold" he whined rubbing his arms, shivering "I know I know, let me put water on you" Jungkook nodded and closed his eyes while he took a cup with warm water and pour it over the little

Jungkook smiled as he looked at Namjoon and giggled "I loveeeeee youuu~" he sang. Namjoon chuckled "I love you too bun, let's get you washed up" Jungkook nodded and closed his eyes tightly as Namjoon put vanilla-scented shampoo on his hand and massaged it onto the youngers hair

One Namjoon finished washing and drying Jungkook, he picked the little up and went to the room placing him on the bed and tickling the younger. Jungkook laughed as he was getting attacked by Namjoon. The older chuckled and went to the dresser, getting one of Jungkook's warm onesies and a pull-up.

As he walked back to Jungkook, he saw he was shivering. His eyes widen a bit and quickly went over to him "Oh baby, you're going to catch a cold" Namjoon quickly put the pull on him and the onesie. He picked the little up and hold him close hoping that it will warm the little up a bit

Jungkook wrapped his arms and legs around the older and nuzzled his face into his neck. He whined softly as he looked at Namjoon with a pout. The caregiver looked at the little and tilted his head "What do you want love?" Jungkook whined again and pouted more. Namjoon chuckled and thought for a bit before speaking "You want your paci? Is that what you want?"

Jungkook nodded and smiled. Namjoon laughed and went to grab his favorite pacifier which was decorated grey with little trees and a grey bunny on the button. Namjoon gave the pacifier to the little and he took it with a smile. 

Jungkook took the pacifier in his mouth and gently sucked on it as he hid his face back into Namjoon's neck. Namjoon smiled and shook his head slightly as he went downstairs the feed Jungkook a small meal since they ate nothing on the way back home.

Namjoon came down the stairs and went to the living room where Jimin, Taehyung, and Hoseok were. He hummed softly as he sat the little on the floor and gave him his plushie that was nearby. 

He kissed Jungkook's head and looked at the three "I'm going to heat up a bowl of soup for him, watch him while I'm gone" All three of the males nodded their heads and smiled feeling determined that they can take care of Jungkook for 10 minutes

The little took the plushie and giggled happily, looking around the room and making grabby hands towards Jimin. Jimin smiled as he looked at Jungkook, he quickly went over to the little seeing that he was making grabby hands towards him

Jimin smiled and placed the little on his lap "Hi kookie, what do you want to do?" Jungkook thought and pouted "Cowor!" He giggled out, the older male chuckled and nodded "Let me get your coloring books and markers okay?" The little nodded as Jimin picked him up and handed him to Hoseok who was sitting on the couch next to them

Hoseok gladly took the little and placed him on his lap bouncing him slightly "How's my little, kookie doing hm?" Jungkook smiled and hugged the older tightly " 'm otay" he giggled. 

Hoseok nodded "That's good, your daddy is making soup for you" Jungkook perked up as he heard 'daddy' "Daddy ma'e soup?" He asked tilting his head cutely. Hoseok cooed and nodded "Yes bubs he's making a yummy soup just for you" He said bopping the little's nose 

Jungkook giggled and yawned softly looking around the room again and spotting Jimin coming down the stairs "Minnie!" He squealed. Jimin chuckled and went over to him "I brought your markers and coloring books" Jungkook giggled and made grabby hands towards them.

Hoseok let the little on the floor and watched him as he quickly flipped through the colorful pages that he drew and grab a bright orange marker, sloppily drawing the baby tiger that was on the coloring page. Jimin chuckled as he sat down next to Taehyung watching the little fondly

After a bit, Namjoon came back to the living room and smiled softly as he watched all three of the boys watch the little. He crouched down next to the little and stroked his hair "The soup is done love, let's go eat now okay?"

Jungkook looked at Namjoon and nodded pausing from the ladybug he was coloring and closed the coloring book gently. He put the marker back into the box with a bit of a struggle but got help from his caregiver

Once he was done cleaning up, Namjoon picked the little up and brought him to the dining room. He placed the little on the chair and gave him the soup. Namjoon sat next to him and stirred the soup waiting for it to get cool before taking a spoonful of soup and blowing on it before feeding it to the little

Once Namjoon finished feeding the soup to Jungkook, he cleaned up his mess in the kitchen and went back to Jungkook who was close to falling asleep. Namjoon chuckled and picked the little up, saying goodnight to the three that were still in the living room and going upstairs to their room.

He saw Jin laying on the bed scrolling through his phone, he sighed softly and placed Jungkook in the middle of the bed. He got in soon after and he instantly closed his eyes, feeling extremely tired. He opened his eyes and looked at Jin smiling softly

Both of the caregivers looked at each other before their lips met and started to kiss. They pulled away a few seconds later and Jin chuckled "Go to sleep now Joon, I'm tired and I bet you are too" A soft hum came from the other side of the bed "Goodnight love" "Goodnight Joon"

After they exchanged their goodnights, the only sound that can be heard was Jungkook sucking on his pacifier and the two older males breathing, soon all three of them fell into a deep sleep

Eri's POV
 
Daddy put papa in the hospital. After he screamed and screamed all night on Tuesday. Daddy used his quirk on Papa until he fell asleep. Then he carried him all the way to the building with the white walls and floors. I've been sitting with him, coloring in my coloring books.
 
But, being here. In this place, with the hospital beds, and the doctors coming in and out and Papa thrashing in his sleep. It sends me back to that place. That dark place with it's bloody walls, and it's doctors that aren't friendly. No matter how hard I color in my coloring books, the walls always end up bloody and the colors look like splatters.
 
I know that I've died before. Overhaul would tell me when I did. When I lost too much blood or fought against the doctors a little too hard and there was an "accident".  Or if I made him to angry and he'd take it out on me too much. I don't remember what death is like, other then it being quiet and dark. Colorless.
 
He would say he reset me, that I was all new and shiny and ready for work. Then he'd stick me with needles and they'd pull out my blood. I won't let them pull out Papa's blood. I bit a doctor who tried to. Papa hugged me and looked out the window.
 
"Sweetheart you can't do that." He said with tears in his eyes. I almost started crying too. These doctors weren't going to use my papa like those doctors used me.
 
"I won't let them hurt you Papa. You're already stuck in here. I'll protect you from the evil men." I replied, hands on my hips. He huffed out a small laugh.
 
"They're not hurting me pumpkin. They need my blood to make sure I'm not sick." He smiled a pained smile. One I used to smile all the time. He's getting lied to and tricked. He doesn't know it yet.
 
I know this isn't his fault. He's worried about my brother. I'm worried about my brother. He could be getting hurt and he's alone and I don't have enough control over my quirk to save him if it matters.
 
Shinso is my best friend. Ever since I got adopted by Daddy and Papa, Shinso has always been there for me. Telling me my quirk wasn't evil like Overhaul said it was. That it was kind and gentle, and heals people. He told me about his quirk and how people always said he'd become a villain. He said that we could both prove everyone wrong together. He promised me we would do it together.
 
Which is why, I'm going to sneak out and find him with Daddy. I overheard daddy and papa talking. Daddy said someone found Shinso and they're going to rescue him tonight. It was the first time Papa and Daddy smiled in a while. They came to get me soon after and we all sat on Papa's hospital bed and cuddled together. Papa fell asleep and Daddy kissed him goodbye.
 
When daddy left I pecked Papa on the cheek and followed him out. My footsteps soft, like I was back in the place with the blood splattered walls, the place that reeked of death. My death. And I followed daddy into the rain, and followed him into the parking lot. Dodging behind cars when his steps slowed even a little.
 
When he got to his car he stopped and talked to the driver or the other person in there. This man looked like a skeleton with blonde droopy bunny ears. I wanted to giggle but I held it in. I snuck to the trunk and hopped as daddy got in so they didn't hear me. I stayed in the car for a while after they got out at their next stop.
 
Then I moved into a bigger truck, hiding in the bed. It was cold and wet but I was under a tarp, so I'd survive. It took awhile but all the trucks stopped and the wind picked up.

"What are you doing?" I asked the kid who was with me in the room. He was supposed to read a book, yes I bet, but the way he was holding it was not the proper way.
The book was face down.
"I'm reading a book, mom."
"Archie, that's not how you read a book."
"Oh, really? Now I know why I can't understand a thing in this book," he sighed, tossing the book on the other side of the room. I shook my head in disbelief. My son did that. He threw away a book like tossing trash.
He crawled on the floor to reach the side of the bed, his head was saying hi to me. I was folding his clothes.
"Mom, can I get another book?"
The book Archie was reading was The Purpose Driven-Life book I had bought a year ago. I was able to read that book for forty days and now he was trying to see if he could understand the writing in it. That book helped me a lot. It helped me to discover the true meaning of my life, the purpose I had since I was made to live, the identity I had been looking for. That book was my savior, my best friend. It was there when I was feeling down when I lost all the motivation in life and the meaning of my life.
That book was there for me when everybody else's turned their backs against me.
"I suggest you just get a coloring book."
"Mom, it is so boring. I don't enjoy coloring the same pattern every time."
"You can just play with your toys, Archie, or help me with the clothes."
He pouted his lips and turned his back at me. He was leaning at the bed, thinking of the next thing to do. He remained seated, eyes checking the place for the toy he could play.
Archie was my son. He was five. I had him when I was twenty. Archie had a dad but we were not in good terms. He broke up with me when he learned that I was pregnant with Archie. He couldn't bear to take the responsibilities with me. He said he was an athlete, that he needed to focus on school, their basketball practice, he was still young, he didn't know what were the things a father should do for his child, and a lot more about his life.
He was terrified of the new obligation that we were about to shoulder. So, that was the story of why I had to bring up Archie on my own. James was not with me when I was having a hard time being a mom; he was absent when I needed to give birth. James was only there through the happy times of our relationship. James was there during the courting stage. James was there when he wanted me to watch every game they had won. James was there when I didn't know what we were doing. James was there when I had done the wrong decision in my life. Then, James was not there when Archie was conceived. He started to distance himself from me, and when I said that I was pregnant with our child, James broke up with me.
It had been a tough journey for myself and Archie. It had been a nightmare to let my parents know what I had been through. I had been a disappointment to them. Their only daughter, who they thought would graduate with flying colors, who they thought would be a doctor, who they thought was not putting any relationship on top of her priority had dated the school MVP and guess what, after a year of dating, they had made a child.
I looked at Archie as he picked up a coloring book on the shelf and made his way to his study table. He seemed to get that attitude from his dad. James would argue with me if I was asking him to do something that he didn't want to do, but in the end, he would do it because I was the one who asked him.
Archie looked like James. His eyes, his nose, his complexion, the way he smiled, the way he frowned, even when he yawned; he was an imitation of his dad.
James was there when Archie turned one. He was there when Archie uttered his first word, it was dad. James was so glad to see his son called him dad. James was happy to be a dad, but he didn't ask me to start anew our relationship. He was dating another girl now. A girl who was prettier than me, who didn't have a son, who didn't ask him for responsibilities. James was easy to love just like Archie, but James was not ready to be a dad. He didn't want us to get married and live together for the child. James wanted his life to be controlled by himself alone. James was still a kid at heart.
We made an agreement that he could see Archie on weekends. He could take him somewhere to have their alone time together. We didn't try to explain to our son the situation we had. Archie couldn't understand at his age why his parents were not living together. Archie couldn't comprehend that his dad had a girlfriend and they were happy together. Archie was not aware that his mom was sad, and she needed to raise him alone.
My parents were also against the idea of marrying James. They didn't want him to be the husband for me if he couldn't be a responsible dad to their grandchild. Mom and Dad were fine with James being with Archie on weekends. There were times when he would ask for my permission if he could bring Archie at their home if he could sleep with him for a day or so. I let James be the father Archie that needed, but aside from that, we didn't get a chance to discuss us.
I guess for James; our story had long been ended. He was happy now. All I needed to do was to find ways to find happiness on my own. I loved him, but the love I had for me wasn't enough for him to stay with me. He had chosen his own path and I had my own too. Who would be there for me when they learned that I was a single mom? At the age of twenty-five, I had a son. Who would even want to go out with someone like me? No one. There was no one.
Sander. It was my brother. Sander was the person who played the role of James in my life. He acted as the father that Archie needed when he was a baby. He was there at the hospital when I had my labor when I gave birth, and he was there in every milestone I had with Archie. Sander was there for me. I don't need anyone else. I don't need any man. My brother was enough to be the partner that I lacked. Sander would be there for me until the day he decided to settle on his own and start his family. For now, we had each other.
It was summer.
Archie and I had to stay with him for the whole summer. Away from James and the environment, we had been used to living. My brother invited me to spend the summer with him. I was back in this place after almost three years. I had stayed in this place, looking for a job, and when I finally found one, I just stayed for a year. Archie was still young and he needed a mother. So, I decided to go back to our parents' house and live with my son.
"Mom," Archie called out my name.
"Yes?"
"Why dad was not calling again? I miss him."
I thought of a better excuse than Archie would think was true. For his age, he had been asking a lot of questions about his dad and things about our little family. He will start school next year.
"Maybe your dad is busy with his work."
"Is playing basketball his work?"
"Yeah."
James was able to fulfill his dream to play basketball for the national team. It was his dream to be part of the team he had been looking up to, and now he was with them. I would say he had been known to some people, they could be seen play on national television. He had a career, and we couldn't be the reason why he had to choose between his career and us.
James loved Archie. That was the only thing I could ask from him, to love my son as much as I love him. James never failed to do that task for Archie.
"Mom, he is not working. Dad is just playing and he said he enjoys it when he plays. Can I play with Tito Sander later? I want to play basketball, too."
"I don't think Tito Sander can play with you later. We need to clean the house and cook for lunch, remember?"
He returned his attention to the book. "Okay, I will just stay in this room and finish this. Mom, I don't like coloring, you know. I'm just doing this because I don't have anything else to do."
I smiled to myself while hearing his little problem. He had been staying in the house since we got here. Sander's place had a mini playground near his garden area, but Archie had no one to play with him. For him to entertain himself, he needed to read books and do the coloring of the rest of his coloring books.
"I can teach you how to play the Ukelele."
"Wow! I like that. Let's do that, mom," his eyes lit up when I offered him a new thing to do.
"We will do that after cleaning this room. Look at your toys and the books you have thrown anywhere."
He started to pick up the toys and placed them in the box he had as organizers. I would be done with the clothes and then we could play for the next hour. My phone buzzed, a name of the screen said the caller was Ashley.
Ashley was a friend from the café I had been going to since I learned that place from Sander. How did we meet? It was about a book. We were both looking for the same book at the attached bookstore in the café. Things went well for the two of us. We started seeing each other at the same place and we got to talk every time we had the chance. Ashley was nice. She seemed to be the same age as me. She said sometimes she would invite me for lunch; she said she liked me, and there was someone she wanted me to me.
I picked up the call and answered. "Hi, Ashley. This is Isabel," I said.
"I know you'd pick up. How about lunch today?"
"Sounds great. Where?"
"Same place. Let's meet before twelve?"
"Sure," I agreed. I saw my son who was diligently cleaning his mess in the room. "Ashley, can I bring someone with me?"
"Sure, bring any of your friends. I am bringing someone with me, too. See you later, Isabel."
"Yes, thanks. See you."
Maybe it was the right time for Ashley to meet my son. She was nice and I thought maybe she would like Archie.
"Archie, do you want to go somewhere with mom today?"
"Sure! I'd love to. Let's go. Let's go!" he started jumping like a happy monkey all over the place.

Aspen's story didn't start in the beginning. It started when someone dearly to him was removed from his life. Read on to find out how two unlucky stars have found their way to collide.

The bell rang dismissing classes for lunch; it woke up Tirza who had been sleeping peacefully and she began to wail. "Poppy! No woud!" Snape was instantly at her side and lifted her from the playpen. "Hush, its okay, daddy's here." Still holding Molly, Tirza cuddled against Snape's chest. "Are you hungry princess?" Tirza nodded enthusiastically. "Ungee! Baby ungee peez!" Snape kissed her head and they left the classroom. Tirza struggled against him and Snape finally set her down and took her hand. Holding Molly by the hair, Tirza toddled along slowly beside him. "It will take us an hour to get there if you don't let me carry you," Snape told her. "No warry," Tirza replied stubbornly. "Professor!" someone shouted behind them. Snape and Tirza both turned to see Draco hurry towards them. "Ducky!" Tirza shouted happily. Snape chuckled as Draco rolled his eyes at his new nickname. "Can I hold her Professor?" Snape raised an eyebrow. "Why are suddenly so kind towards my daughter Mr. Malfoy?" Draco shrugged. "Look at her; she's... cute!" Tirza started wiggling and trying to pull her hand free from Snape's. "Ducky warry! Peez!" "Is it alright Professor?" Snape nodded and Draco picked up the wiggling little girl. "Tis Mowy," she said, holding the lion out towards him. "I would refuse if I were you Mr. Malfoy, she's been drooling all over that thing," Snape warned. "No," Draco told her. Tirza wrinkled her little face into a nasty scowl. "Tis Mowy!" she ordered. "Baby kiss Molly," Snape told her. Instantly the scowl was gone, replaced by a smile and Tirza slobbered on the lion's face again. "Cute dress kid," Draco told her as they continued down the hallway. "Baby pwitty," she replied, nodding her head. Even with Tirza being carried, they arrived in the Great Hall as everyone else was already sitting. By now most of the school knew of what happened to Tirza and nearly everyone waved at the adorable little girl. Tirza happily waved back, smacking Draco's face several times in her excitement. "Come on princess, let's go eat," Snape said as he took Tirza from Draco. "Bye ducky!" Tirza yelled loudly. Everyone laughed and pointed at Draco; he cringed. Now everyone would probably start calling him ducky!
"My my, aren't we a fancy baby?" McGonagall greeted Snape and Tirza as they approached the table. "Hello to you as well Minerva," Snape said. "Oh Severus! She's just so very sweet that she completely outshines you!" Snape rolled his eyes. "I need some sort of chair for her to sit in, would you hold her for a moment?" McGonagall nodded and Tirza happily went to her. "You look so pretty, honey, do you know that?" Tirza giggled and pointed to her dress. "Pwintis." McGonagall kissed Tirza's cheek. "Yes you are, you sweet little thing." Tirza leaned over and spotted Dumbledore. "Tanta! Tanta!" She dropped Molly and held her arms out to Albus. The kind old wizard happily took the little baby and sat her on his lap. "Ooh (you) tanta! Tanta pretin (present)?" Albus had no trouble understanding her and nodded. "Just a moment darling and you shall have a present." Tirza clapped her hands and bounced on his lap. Albus took his napkin and folded it into a circle. He took out his wand and Tirza watched him, her dark eyes growing wide. He said a spell and the napkin circle was turned into a glittery pink bracelet; he gently slipped it onto her tiny wrist. Tirza stared at it for a moment, then touched it and giggled! She leaned up and wrapped her arms around Albus' neck and gave him a slobbery kiss. "Tayooh Tanta!" "May I hold you dear?" Sybill Trelawney asked. Tirza peeked around Dumbledore and stared at her. Tirza wrinkled her nose, pointed at Sybill and spit. "NO!" she shouted. Sybill was very insulted and turned away. Flitwick approached Tirza. "How about me? Can I hold you?" Tirza looked at Flitwick's long beard and than at Dumbledore's. "Tanta?" she pointed to Dumbledore. "Tanta?" she pointed to Flitwick. "Pretin tanta?" Flitwick smiled and gathered Tirza in his arms. "Of course you will get another present; pretty little girls must always have many presents." Tirza giggled. Within moments, a napkin was turned into a glittery gold crown that perfectly accented Tirza's dark curls. (Okay people, what is Flitwick's first name? Has it even been mentioned in the books? LOL, so I'm probably idiotic, but forgive me! Have pity on my poor brain!) Just then Hagrid entered the Great Hall and Tirza watched him with wide eyes. "'Cuse me headmaster, had me some trouble with a few of the blast end skrewts (did I spell that right?)." Albus nodded. "Of course; have you met out guest of honor?" Hagrid looked toward Tirza, who was attempting to tell Flitwick to give Molly a crown as well. "Well, if'n it ain't a little princess," Hagrid said, smiling at Tirza. Tirza wrinkled her nose at him for a moment. "Yient! Fee tie ooh tum!" she announced happily. "Ain't you a bright one! Bet you'd like ter come and see me animals?" Tirza's face lit up. "Yamimals?"

"No, she would not," Severus said, coming up behind them. "She will not be playing with any of your animals Hagrid; she'll be staying with me so I can keep an eye on her." He turned to Flitwick, who handed Tirza back to him. "Time to eat now princess." Dumbledore chuckled. "Princess," he said under his breath. Snape noticed the bracelet and crown. "Where did those come from?" Tirza giggled and pointed at Dumbledore. "Tantas!" Snape looked confused. "She thinks Flitwick and I are Santa Clauses; of course we could not disappoint the sweet thing, so we gave her some presents," Dumbledore explained. A house elf suddenly appeared beside Snape. "Kind and wise Dumbledore tell us special food for little missy," the elf explained. "Where little missy?" Snape pointed to Tirza. "Oh, little missy is VERY little missy!" The elf handed the plate to Snape and left. Tirza was now settled into a chair whose arms wrapped around the little girl, gently holding her and the chair was scooted up to the table to serve as a tray. Snape looked over the contents of the plate; peas, a slice of bread cut into tiny pieces, chocolate pudding, and a piece of meat cut very tiny. He nodded, thinking the food would be just fine, and placed the plate in front of her. Tirza looked skeptically at the things on her plate and than looked at Snape, who was eating his own meal, not paying much attention to her. She gingerly picked up a piece of bread and put it in her mouth; she decided that was good and turned to pick up a pea. Tirza's little button nose wrinkled in disgust and she took the pea out of her mouth and set it back on the plate. The meat received the same reaction, but the chocolate pudding passed with flying colors. Tirza stuck her hand in the pudding, than pulled it out and began licking it. After carefully licking her hand, she took another bit of bread. Bread of course is not nearly as exciting as chocolate pudding, so she turned her attention back to that, once again putting her hand in it. McGonagall laughed and nudged Snape. "Look," she told him. Snape looked at his daughter licking pudding form her hand and shook his head. "Tirza, do not do that!" he scolded.

Tirza did not like to be scolded and felt that she could eat her pudding any way she wanted! After all, wasn't she a princess? She stuck her tongue out at Snape and threw a piece of meat at him. "Tirza Jade, you stop that!" She ignored him and turned back to licking her hand; Snape shook his head and decided she really wasn't hurting anyone so he might as well let her be. The pudding soon was gone; a majority of it made it inside her mouth, but some ended up smeared all over her face as well as the table cloth. Tirza looked at the food left on her plate and giggled. She grabbed as many peas as her tiny hands could and began smearing them on the table cloth. She giggled at the "paint" and used her finger to draw in the mess of peas and pudding. After creating a masterpiece she reached for more peas and this time threw them at Snape, giggling. They didn't go as far as she hoped and she angrily threw her plate at him, which went much farther and smacked Snape's head. "Bloody hell!" he swore loudly. Tirza giggled. "Wody hell!" she repeated. Snape rolled his eyes. 'Probably how it all started the first time,' he though. "Wody hell!" she yelled and giggled. "Wody hell!" "I've created a monster," Snape moaned to McGonagall. McGonagall could only laugh at the chocolate and green mess that covered Tirza as well as part of the table. "Tirza, you will not throw food!" Snape scolded. She scowled at him and threw a nearby piece of bread at him. "Wody hell!" she shouted triumphantly. "I mean it young lady," Snape said, his temper rising. She continued to fling bread slices at him and the rest of the staff offered absolutely no help; they were enjoying it too much to be of help! Tirza giggled at the scowl on Snape's face. Snape was not amused and grabbed both her hands and looked her in the eye. "Tirza Jade Snape, no throwing food!" he shouted. "Wody hell! Tupid poppy!" she yelled, a scowl matching his own on her face. "Tupid poppy!" Snape was speechless for a moment; had she really just called him stupid? In front of the whole school? "Tupid tupid tupid wody hell!" she repeated. Snape said the spell to release the chairs arms form holding her and grabbed Tirza. "Lunch is over young lady!" She started kicking and screaming as he carried her towards the door of the Great Hall. Snape carried her kicking and screaming all the way to his chambers.

Snape was in the bathroom, the water running, attempting to wash Tirza's face when there was a knock on the door. Not in the mood and rather busy at the moment to get up and open the door, he called for the person to come in. Tirza continued to scream as he tried to wash her little face. "Almost sounds like you're murdering her Professor." Snape looked behind him and saw Hermione. "Miss Granger, what is it you need?" She shook her head. "Tirza dropped her lion and I thought she might want it." Tirza continued to wiggle and scream and Snape was getting another headache. "Um would you like some help?" Hermione asked. Snape nodded and handed the messy baby to her. Hermione sat down and took the washcloth from Snape and gently pulled Tirza onto her lap. "This is the way we wash our face, wash our face, wash our face," Hermione sang softly. She alternated gently wiping Tirza's little face and tickling her tummy. Snape watched the whole procedure wondering why Tirza would sit still and be quiet for her and not for him. Several minutes later, Tirza's face was clean; Hermione kissed her clean cheek and stood up. "She needs to be changed," she told Snape. "I know, I'll go get another outfit." Hermione shook her head. "Not just that, her nappy needs to be changed." Snape cringed and Hermione laughed. "You touch leeches and dead spiders; a nappy isn't bad compared to that." Snape highly doubted it; he carried Tirza into her room and wondered what to do next. "You've never changed a nappy, have you?" "Aren't you a bright one," Snape sneered. Hermione ignored his comment; even if he was nasty and deserved to have a big messy nappy; Hermione cared about Tirza and wouldn't let Snape's uncertainty make her miserable. "Here, I'll show you," Hermione said. Snape handed Tirza to her. "I'll need another nappy, a pin, a cloth and several wipes," she instructed. Snape nodded and found the requested items. Hermione spread the old towel he had given her on the floor and laid Tirza on top of it. Within minutes, Tirza's messy nappy had been replaced by a fresh one that Hermione pinned securely with a large safety pin. Snape had watched the process with a look of sheer horror on his face. "That is one of the most disgusting things I've ever seen. I cannot believe a person has to do that." Hermione laughed. "You get used to it eventually. Anyways, I am going to wash my hands and than go to my next class." Snape nodded. "Thank you for your help," he choked out. Hermione nodded and headed for the bathroom. Snape looked at Tirza, who was now sitting up in her messy dress. "You certainly had fun, I'm sure." Tirza giggled and Snape began to unbutton her dress. "I feel bad for the house elf that has to clean that," he said as he threw it into the hamper. Tirza now sat on his lap in nothing but a nappy, smiling at him. Snape smiled back; he couldn't remember the last time he had felt so young or so happy. It surprised him the way he was actually enjoying two-year-old Tirza. 'How unfortunate it that it has to wear off,' he thought.

Tirza was once again sitting in her playpen in Snape's classroom. The students were diligently working on their studies and her father was sitting at his desk, correcting papers as usual. Now clad in a blue sundress that featured a large image of Tigger and Pooh on the front and a white sweater to keep her warm; Tirza picked up the blue crayon. "Boo," she said to herself. She looked at the crayon and than at her dress, her little mind registering the fact that they were the same color. "Poppy ook!" Snape glanced over in her direction. Tirza held up a blue crayon. "Boo!" she announced, than pointed to her dress. "Boo!" Snape smiled. "Yes, your crayon and your dress are both blue; what a smart baby!" Tirza giggled and turned her attention to her coloring book, attacking it once again. She happily scribbled a page with the blue crayon and grabbed the yellow one next, adding even more scribbles to the page. "Pwitty," she announced. Tirza ripped the page out of her book and picked the green crayon and attacked the next page. Snape was relieved that for the moment she seemed occupied; she was fun, but she was a lot a lot of work! He kept his attention on grading as Tirza continued to attack pages and than rip them from the book. After scribbling and tearing out nearly ten pages, Tirza was bored with her Winnie the Pooh coloring book. Her dark eyes caught sight of the rows of books on the shelves next to her playpen, her curiosity peaked. Standing in the playpen on her little tip toes; she stretched her chubby little arms towards the bookcase and grabbed the first book that she could reach. She giggled and let the book fall inside her playpen and reached for another, and another, and another. After four books fell into her playpen, Tirza sat back down and struggled to pull the first heavy book over to her. She opened the hard cover and carelessly pushed the pages; several pages were smudged, bent or ripped by the time she stopped. She grabbed her green crayon and began to draw on the page; sure the book had no pictures, but that didn't matter because she could add her own! When finished with that page, she ripped it out as she had done with the others and turned to another, choosing the pink crayon. This time she left the page in the book and attacked another with the gold crayon, giggling all the while. Snape continued to pay attention to his papers, completely oblivious that Tirza was coloring and ripping pages from his precious potion books.

Tirza was on the third book before anyone noticed that she was no longer playing with her coloring book. "Um Professor?" a first year Ravenclaw said, raising her hand. Snape looked up and the girl continued. "I think the baby's coloring in your books." Snape quickly strode to Tirza's playpen; sure enough colored pages of potion books were strewn around the playpen. Snape stood there for a moment, his eyes closed, trying VERY hard to control himself. He loved his books; they were almost as precious to him as his cauldrons! "Poppy," Tirza said. He opened his eyes and looked at her. Tirza held out a page about truth potions that was now decorated in black crayon. Snape grabbed the page from her and gathered her crayons and any pages in the playpen. "My books, ruined," he moaned. Most of the students rolled their eyes; to them, the books were just books. "You do NOT PLAY with my BOOKS!" he shouted. Tirza's lower lip began to quiver and her eyes welled up with tears and she began to cry. The girls in the class shot nasty looks at Snape behind his back; it was bad enough that he was mean to them, let alone a little baby! Tirza curled into a ball and sobbed; all of Snape's anger and frustration melted away at her heart wrenching sobs. After all, they were just books. She struggled as he lifted her out of the playpen, slapping at him with little balled up fists. He gently rocked her back and forth in his arms. "Ooh mwean! Ooh woud," she sobbed into his shoulder. Snape sat at his desk and kissed her head. "I'm sorry I was loud sweetheart." She looked up at him, tears running down her face. "Baby tupid?" she asked. He gently wiped her face and kissed her cheek. "No, baby is not stupid. It is bad though to ruin daddy's books." Tirza looked very confused. "Baby bad?" she started to cry again and Snape tried to think of a better way to explain it. He tipped her chin up and wiped her face again. "You're a good girl Tirza, but no books, alright?" She stopped crying and wiped her nose on Snape's robe; he inwardly grimaced but said nothing. "Pway dig tooks?" she innocently asked. Snape shook his head. "No, no books." Tirza nodded. "Dood baby?" Snape hugged her tight. "Yes, you are a good baby." Tirza wrapped her little arms around his neck. "Wuv ooh poppy," she told him. Snape smiled and cuddled her close. "I love you too."

As I arrived at the school with my crew, I then stopped on my tracks when I saw the little demon who defeated me at the battle, I then took a step back away from her, and when she waved her hands saying goodbye to that servant, I then saw her smile, it was fading away and her bright smile turns to gloomy or sad. 

( Is she okay? )

( Her face looks so gloomy today.)

( Did something happened to her? )

" Is something bothering her? " Kiza said she is a demon with a wings of butterfly.

" She look so bothered." Ami, she's a demon witch dragon.

" Something must have happened to her, she looks so... gloomy." Azalea and she's a demon princess of death, she summon deaths.

" And sad. " Miko, she's a demon Necromancer.

I was just looking at her, until she looks in our direction and I saw her red eye's glowing bright and dark to all of us, and so we then hide to the big tree that was right besides us.

" That was almost." Haruko said, she's a demon princess of Armenia.

We then looked at her again, she was starting to walked slowly and the atmosphere on her looks so gloomy and heavy, something must had happened to her.

As I was walking through the lobby, I then saw this little girl named Yurina, she was just staring outside the window of the school, I then walked towards to her and when she noticed me she just smiled at me. 

" What were you looking outside twinny winny little girl? " I said and stare at this small bean. 

" Oh nothing, I just feel something weird today." she said and so I stared at her. 

" Do you want to forget it? " I said and she then looked at me and smiled. 

" How?  " she said and so I lend my hand to her and she gladly hold it. 

( Oh!!! Kawaiiiii!!!!! Her hands is so tiny!!! ) 

( I want to hold her tiny soft hand for the rest of my life.) 

As we both walked to the hallway, I then secretly looked at her. 

( Why is she so gloomy today? ) 

( It seems her bright and lovely spirit is not in the mood right now.) 

( Right, she was missing last night, and that news spread to the underworld.) 

( King Akuma and Queen Runa, must have been so worried about this small twinny winny bean.) 

( But still! She looks so gloomy, she's not so bright today.) 

( But why do I still find her so cute!!!!!! ) 

( Those rosy soft cheeks is so damn cute!!!! ) 

As I was having fun with my thoughts, she suddenly looked at me with her red eyes. 

" Is something on my face? " she said 

" Nope, anyway we're here, let's go inside? " I said and smiled to her and she just opened the door. 

( Why is she soo... F*cking cute?!! )

As she entered at my School President Room, she then sit on the chair and I give her a big coloring book for her to have fun.

( She should be having fun with it.)

( Small twinny winny beannie like her, loves to draw and color things up.)

( That's what I usually do, when I am stress, or when I think lots of problems or... When I can't remember something and after that, it would eventually calm me down.)

( And my mood will come back again.)

" What am I going to do with this? " she said while touching the coloring book.

" I'll give it to you for free, try it out for yourself, when you are stress or not in the good mood, try to color this drawings inside this book, it will calm you down, it's stress reliever for demons likes us." I said and smiled to her and I then give her my coloring materials.

" Ah... Thanks. " she said but she wasn't smiling.

" Anyway, it's time for your class, you should go now. " I said

" There's no ceremony? " she said while looking at the coloring book.

" When demons comes to school, they sing, and that's a ceremony." I said and then smiled to her, but she didn't looked at me.

( She's so gloomy, her spirits might be stress right now.)

She then stood up and left the room and I then sighed, she just looks so bothered to something.

As I entered my first subject room, I then saw Yasha and so I sit next to him and then I put the coloring book to my table and opened it, the professor is not in here yet anyway.

( Is this a stress reliever to demons? )

( But I'm not stress.)

( I just felt like...something is missing from me.)

( I couldn't put the exact word for what I'm actually thinking.)

As I opened the coloring book and then I stopped at the one page and then I just looked it.

( Hm.. Should I.. Color this elephant? )

" What are you doing? " Yasha said and so I looked at him.

" Uh.. Akumu—." I said but he cut me off.

" The student school president? " Yasha

" Uh... Yeah?? " I said and just stared at him.

" What did she do to you!? " Yasha said while his brows are almost meeting each other.

" She give me a coloring book that I can use. " I said and then I started to colored the elephant..with pink.

" Why is it pink?  " Yasha

" Because that's what I want, I'm the one who is coloring it anyway, so you just stare and don't talked. " I said and then I started to colored the elephant again with pink.

As minutes passed by, our professor has not arrived yet, and it's almost time, and this little demon next to me... Is having fun coloring the book that Akumu give to her.

" Are you still not done yet? " I said and stared at her.

" Ehehehhehe." I then got weirded out when she just 'Hehehed'me and then smile.

( okay.. She was this so gloomy, and now.. It looks like she's in herself again.)

( Man!!! I love staring at her, having fun with coloring books.)

( She's so cute!!!!!! )

I then pinched her soft marshmallow cheeks and she then looked at me. 

" Stop." she said and I just smiled at her. 

" You keep doing that for every second!!!! Quit it out!!!  " she said and I just laughed at her. 

( Her cute soft cheeks.... It's making me insane!!! ) 

" Yasha, you look crazy." Rikichi said and so I looked at him when I stopped pinching her cheeks for awhile.

" What do you mean?  " I said and smiled.

" You're fanboying over to a small girl, you look pervert, I mean. Pedophile." Rikichi

( The f*ck!?? )

" What's a pedophile? " I said and he just shrugged.

" I don't know, I don't even know what's the meaning of it, It just came out to my mouth." Rikichi said, so I then stared to this little pumpheaded pumpkin demon again. 

( Damn!! She's so cute.) 

( Why are you so cute?? ) 

( Why are you still so small!??? ) 

" Don't even think of pinching my expensive cheeks again. " She said and then glared at me when I was about to pinch it again.

" Expensive? " Rikichi

( What's an expensive? )

" It means, you cannot touch my cheeks unless you all going to give me something in return. " She said and smiled.

( I can give her anything!!!!  Just let me hug you for one hour.)

There was a girl, living with her poor parents, she was only seven years old, but she can already do the house chores, and she can even cook very well too, she's not just good at helping and doing chores at home, but she's also—very obedient and very cute, but because she and her family we're very poor, and her dad doesn't even have a job, her parents struggle a lot to earn money, so her mom and dad made a decision to sold their daughter to someone who wants to buy their daughter in exchange of a big amount of a money and a house.

But— because their daughter was so cute, a man which her parents didn't know that it was a demon, approached to her parents and asked if where he could adopt a child, the Little girl's parents was so happy to heard what the man said, for they were actually planning to sold their only daughter to someone.

And when the girl was walking back her home, she was almost going to get hit by a truck, but eventually everything stopped and she saw a man standing in front of her with two horns, she thought it was a Halloween Costume, but when the man brought her to a world she never expected, the demon then told her that her parents sold her to be her daughter.

Julius slides into the tavern, the Fae murmuring to each other, their whispers full of talk about Jacob and the human girl. Jamie is in the back, talking quietly to a Fae male. Julius notices with humor, it is the male she slept with to push Jacob away. Mason turns his head and greets the other male with a hint of anger. The Fae male clenches his jaw, knowing who he is looking watching his words. Jamie senses his discomfort and looks up, meeting Julius's eyes. Her orange coloring darkens, losing the usual spark. 

"Not what you were expecting, huh?" she growls, flinging Mason's hand off her arm as she prowls closer to him. The other male rolls his eyes and stalks outside, leaving Julius with the pissed off Fae. 

"You told me the truth, but held a detail," he snipes back, "that she is married."

Jamie smirks, stopping her movement to him. "Business arrangement. The Chief needs an heir and a male beside her. You know the laws."

Julius frowns, leaning against the door way leading to the bedrooms above them. "Leilani wasn't supposed to become Chief." he spits, "She is the first female Chief in Silver City."

Jamie's eyes burn bright as the sun, anger a constant storm. "And for the first two years, this village and city rioted. She put the city back together, only to have your father declare war."

He bares his teeth, his fangs sliding out gracefully. "You cannot put his mistakes on me, Jamie. I had no business to try and stop him. The king does as he pleases."

"He shouldn't even be king!" she snaps, thunder boiling above them as her emotions get the best of her. Her orange eyes brighten like a flame. 

"I am the Heir, Miss Nadolski." He replies in a calmer voice. 

Her face twists with anger and she takes a threatening step towards him. Both of them knew each other's strengths and who would win if it came down to it. "You have the right as any Heir to challenge him for the title."

"And I would lose." he breathes, his jaw tight and painful as he mutters the words, "He is powerful, Jamie. And I need time to train and become better."

Her eyes die to their normal dim orange color as she acknowledges his defeat. The room quiets, the Fae dispersed while they argued. The crackle of the fireplace washes over him as he puts his head against the wall. The next question rises to the tip of his tongue and he tries to drown the curiosity that burns him when it comes to her. 

"Anneth isn't five years old." The words left his mouth and her eyes meet his again when he tips his head up to gather her reaction. 

Jamie sighs, the sound long and exasperated. "No. She is seven."

Anger darkens the room as his heart speeds up. "So, what was I?" he hisses between clenched teeth, "A distraction? Adultery?"

Jamie shrugs, a foul smile on her lips as she starts to wipe down the counter. "I do not know. The child is Jamal's. They've been put against each other for ten years now." she explains, "Jamal was the one Gabriel was apprenticing."

Julius holds in a flinch as the information sits in. The sky is lightening as the sun starts to reach it's peak. Leilani's face emerges and he reaches to scrub his face in distress. Sighing, he changes the subject. "Where did Jacob and Callista go?"

"He took the human girl on a tour of Silver City." Jamie growls, her voice dark. "Your king is on very dangerous ice by taking a human child, Julius."

A pinch of jealousy rises within him, but he shoves it down. Callista is a human girl his father is interested in and nothing more. He rolls his eyes at Jamie, making her face flush with anger. "Of course, he did. Such a gentlemen." he drawls, hoping to hide the jealousy that rises within. 

"Get out of my tavern unless you are going to your room." she orders, her eyes staying glued to the counter as she cleans. 

Scoffing slightly, Julius straightens and then walks out the door, letting the sun hit him. The roads are full of people, and for a moment, Julius feels like he is back in the kingdom. A little girl separates herself from the people and stalks over to him. Dark black hair cascades down her shoulders and the dark blue eyes of her mother stares at him. His heart contracts, the spitting image of Leilani stands before him, but the firm jaw and pursed lips comes from her father. 

"Mother sent me. The War Conference is starting at eight o'clock today and tomorrow," the little grins, her eyes widening, "Daddy says you cannot be trusted due to who you are. Mother says her sister claims you brought a human to suffice your father."

Julius stares dumbfound at the little girl, Anneth. "Why were you there?"

She smiles mischievously. "I eavesdropped."

Groaning, he looks away from the little girl. He knew he had to make sure Leilani knew where her daughter is, instead of being dragged into war politics. He glances at her and reaches out a hand, his eyes trusting. Giggling, Anneth takes it and places a looping flower bracelet against his skin. Vibrant blue with a yellow center. He turns around, toward the tavern of her aunt's. Crossing the threshold, Julius places the little girl at the counter, with a meaningful glance at Jamie. The smirk that floods her face makes him want to smack her. 

He takes off out of town, toward the City. The jealousy of Jacob subsiding, but something animalistic inside of him, wants to hurt his best friend for showing her around. He waves it off inwardly, saying it is only anger he is taking the time to show her around when it might not matter. The sun flares, highlighting the path around him. Many more people are walking the path, heading towards the Village. Crates and bags are filled with items and a small smile comes to his lips. Trader's Day. 

As he continues to make his way, a few Fae wave at him, knowing who he is. A female smirk at him, winking when her male wasn't looking. He flinches, as dark and twisted as he is, cheating felt wrong. Shaking his head, he continues to move, ignoring the people beside him. 

The trees open and he sees the scene of stalls, laughter and selling. Trader's Day is something every village looks forward to. He and Jacob always did at Outlaw Village, the last stop for the merchants and traders. There was almost nothing left after village scourged them dry. He and all the teens waited the days for the traders, just to buy the last few things that were left to offer. 

By a stall of books is Callista and Jacob, a smile on their faces. Her shoulders shake as she laughs, when the merchant gives her a blue cover book. She takes it and smiles, something that lights up her whole face. It is odd, a smile so breathtaking from someone who is kidnapped. He is content from watching afar, the jealousy a green-eyed monster. His best friend glances over his shoulder and catches his eyes, widening as he reads the emotions lingering in his face. 

Swallowing harshly, he manages a nod and whirls toward the nearest stall. He hears footsteps quickening as they near him. A hand falling on his shoulder, keeping him from continuing. Jacob sucks in a sharp breath, before whirling him around to face him. 

"What's going on?" he asks. 

Julius flushes, the remnant of blood rushing to his face. "I don't know."

Jacob knows better than that, the emotions written along his face, hidden by years of training. "No. If you want to give her the tour of the Silver City, I will tell her I have business elsewhere."

He opens his mouth to decline, but something made him stop. An inner feeling of wanting to show her a city he helped build is extraordinary. "Sure."

Jacob nods and heads over to the book stall and speaks lowly. Callista glances over her shoulder, her pitch-black hair rippling. The matted hair is smoothed out and Julius wonders if she even notices. Her silver eyes pierce through him and makes him want to shift, but he remembers the version he showed her in the forest. He wants to maintain that version, to keep them apart. 

Callista breaks her stare and gives the other male a nod. He smiles at her, gesturing to Julius to continue the tour. As he takes his best friend's place, a scent of roses filters his senses. Blinking rapidly, he turns to the side away from her, the scent disappearing. 

"What has Jacob shown you so far?" Julius asks, his voice deepening as they walk. 

Callista hums, her voice soft. "Just the stalls. He wanted to show me Trader's Day." Her voice is airy, like she didn't want to speak to him that much. He is curious if it is because he slapped her in the forest and forced her on the horse after her failed attempt to escape. 

"Do you like books?" The question left his mouth in a hurry, like he is nervous. 

She blinks, as if startled he would ask. Her lips pull into a frown, and her eyes drift away. Julius senses the change in her and he lets his mask fall into place, no emotion hints on his face. Her eyes flicker before them as they walk through the celebration. A child about three looks at her with chubby cheeks and pointed ears looks at her, giggling. The mother blushes and sends her husband away with the child. 

"Yes, I love books," Callista answers, her voice light, "I read a lot back home."

Julius doesn't look at her, keeping his eyes in front of him. The human girl irks him, but he doesn't know how to deal with the feelings. He still sees Leilani in the back of his mind, the little girl beside her mother. He clenches his jaw, reminding himself it was a fling for him, no matter the feelings he left behind. 

"Follow me, then." He says, turning sharply to the right, circling the needle point building of silver. Less Fae are down this way, a far building from Trader's Day. The building Julius takes them to, a two-stories high, surrounded by cement. An old wooden sign hands from rope at the entrance, Fantasy Bookshop. The memories that fill his head, contain laughter and anger with his best friend. Wicked schemes were drawn here, and to this day, Julius has never stepped in here after the last scheme they have done. 

The bell dings as he pushes the door open, allowing the smell of old, musty books swirl around them. The library is warm, the fireplace near the door wafts over them. Callista's face lightened and familiarity changes the dark spots. Swallowing, he walks to the counter to the lady managing it. Her outfit is a series of color, changing from one to another as the light reflects it. Her eyes are a pale green, like the sky before a storm, a nasty storm. Her white-grey hair is pulled into a tight bun. She glances up, her smooth Fae face tightening at the vampire, but her eyes slide pass, latching onto Callista. Her eyes with interest at the human, surprise glittering in her depths. Callista bites her bottom lip in thought as her silver eyes take in the surrounding book cases that took three fourths of the space. The librarian's eyes greedily take in the sight of the hunger that sharpens the human's face. 

"Prince Julius," the female snarls, her voice dripping venom, "what a pleasure." The sarcasm radiates and bites him. He scowls darkly, letting her hear the warning. Her jaw clenches and faces Callista again. 

"Diana, this is Callista," Julius introduces, ignoring the supernatural greetings, "She is with me on a business arrangement and then we go to give he to my father." The room starts to cool, the air hard to breath. Only Callista and Diana seem unaffected. Clearing his throat, he steps away from the female and toward a familiar book case. 

It is filled with all his favorite books, when he has time to read. The last few years have been harder and the palace has no books in the walls beside his cottage back at Outlaw Village. He takes off a book, a novel about a warrior and hands it over to the girl beside him. The cover is brown, the title in gold. It has torn edges and worn paper as people have read it many times before him. 

"To start of your adventure." He jokes, but the joke dies as she looks up, her eyes bright with anger. Her adventure is being kidnapped and taken to another world against her will. He swallows harshly, and smooth out all emotions. "You know, for the ride to the kingdom."

Her eyes harden to stone, no emotions flicker through. "You need to stop acting like I am friend," she snaps. He opens his mouth to protest, but she interrupts him, "You and Jacob. we both know where this path ends, me in the throne room with your father. I have no idea what is going to happen and you guys can't be nice about it."

Julius closes his mouth into a hard line, his eyes on the book in her hand. The hand not holding onto the book is at her side, clenched into a fist. "You are right." He sneers, "Why bother with a human at all?" 

Callista rolls her eyes and shoves the book back into his arms, stalking outside. He scoffs and carefully puts the book back and takes off after her. She tries to lose herself in the crowd, but he has long legs. In a few strides, he grabs her arm and pulls her to stop. Leaning towards her, his lips brush her ears. 

"Do not make me be cruel, Callista. I can make sure you are under lock and key at the tavern." He whispers, his breath fanning her hair. 

Her body tenses and hears her heart pick up speed. He grins and releases her, stuffing his hands into his pockets. Surrounding people had stopped to watch, their eyes wide and hateful. But all of them keeps their mouths shut. Most of them are soldiers, visiting families. Some has tears streaking down their cheeks. They were called home, due to Julius's input to their Chief. They won't risk  cutting the new alliance, not even for a mere human.

"When the time comes that kingdoms collide, a broom of death sweeps the valley. 

A long lost princess returns, unknown to who she is. 

A sweet flower heals her, a gallant warrior defends her and a cruel man will destroy her. 

The realm will rise or fall by her hand."

In the last few months, Callista Malik has been experiencing dreams full of fantasy. As her nightmares become her days, Alice realizes she may be the problem. When Sasha goes into a coma and her dog is murdered, she has to disappear. Five days later, she gets sucked into myth and legend. 

Julius Flynn is part of the supernatural reality Alice found herself in. He has a mission; to bring her to his King. When she slips out of his grasp, his father goes wild, letting lose all kinds of secrets that were kept at bay. With the curse on his race, Julius begins to wonder what else his father has kept from him. When Julius is challenged for the Vampire King, all hell breaks loose.

Turns out that the village the two teens lived in is not more than a mere five minutes away from the place they were having their little witchcraft session at. Since they told us that all the books related to magic are in their storeroom, I and the idiot swordsman have followed them all the way to this village. I am kinda not believing their story and doubting that they are planning on escaping from us. That is why I have kept a good eye on them for the whole time. The idiot swordsman, who told me that his name is 'Sung Li', has been cheerfully talking about something I haven't paid attention to but also not bothered to stop him in to not let the two teens realize that I am not falling for their little charade.
"That is our storeroom." The girl says while pointing to a run-down wooden one-room house next to a comfortably large brick-house. I guess it does look like a storeroom, if nothing else. 
"Then let's go there." The idiot Sung Li cheerfully says. 
The two nod and start heading towards it. The idiot follows right after and I stay just a little behind him. I am kinda also wary that the rumors about the whole incident at that town being caused by me would have spread and I might be in some trouble if people see me. Though, to be fair, to them, I and Sung Li might look similar to the point of mistaking us for each other.
With that whole thing in my mind, as I pass by people, I can't help but feel suspicious of what they think. Soon, we reach the storeroom and the boy opens its door, which doesn't seem to have locks. As he opens it, a lot many books can be seen kept inside there. So, like, where they not trying to trick us in any way? No, it's still too early to drop my guard.
"All the books here are based on witchcraft." The girl says.
"Oh, we don't need to take every single book, only the ones related to dark magic. They are the ones that could be bad for you." Sung Li says to them like he is talking to a grade-schooler. Having been on this planet for a little while, I can kinda discern the expressions of the girl being that of irritation at that fact.
"Well then, come in." The girl says. Now this is where we might just fall in their trap if we keep doing what they tell us to.
And so, even though Sung Li enters, I don't. When they look back at me with questioning gazes, I quickly cook something up like, "It has something to do with my beliefs but I can't step foot in a place where knowledge of mage-craft is stored. Please just bring the books to me! I'll stay here."
Since Sung Li is an idiot, that little made-up story is enough to convince him as he flashes me a smile and a thumbs up. The other two don't look very convinced but they don't say anything either.
Within a mere five minutes, I am given 10 books that are thick enough to remind of my Mathematical textbooks and all have some eerie vibe to them. One of them has the cover of it made from the fur of some animal and a little blood is still on it while one has a creepy illustration on the cover of a Siren luring sailors towards her in order to devour them.
"Is this all?" I ask.
"Yes!" The girl answers. The boy nods. And the idiot says with a smile,
"Well then, that should be good enough." 
"Yes but, Sung Li," I say, "Could you tell how much something weighs by picking it up?"
"I can give an estimate."
"Good, good! I am not very good at those things so could you tell me the estimated weight of each of these books?"
He gives me a thumbs up and start going through each book one-by-one. Even though he picks them all up with his bare hands once, nothing seems to happen to him. So I guess picking them up would be fine. But, what about opening them?
However, just as I was about to fully conclude that touching them does not do any harm, Sung Li screams in an agony-filled voice.
"W-what happened!?" I ask as he drops the final book that the two had brought us.
"I was a fool." He says in a serious and somewhat furious voice, "These two are no Frosts."
I look at the two teens and see them looking back with smiles. I look down at the book that caused Sung Li to cry in pain and see that it has an illustration of a band of really mean and inhuman looking people wearing human-like masks and luring two humans to where they live.
As soon as I look at that, I take a glance back and see everyone in the village looking at us with eyes filled with … hunger. 
Seeing me look at them, their appearances start to change.
"These people are" I realize just as Sung Li says it, "the worst of the wizards."
All of their appearance becomes that of old crooks and hags with pure black clothes and hats like the traditional appearances of witches and wizards. Even the two teens from before have had their appearance changed. Furthermore, many Cyclops and other large creatures have appeared on the edges of the village as if to block our escape.
I see now. So they knew I was watching them and the whole thing with the Cyclops was a charade to fool me. 
And I got fooled, damnit! Here I was thinking that I was being a little too suspicious of people and now I realize that I actually wasn't enough suspicious of them. 
Well, that said, I am not exactly scared or worried as to what might happen. While yes, they may have me surrounded and think they have the advantage, I can't help but smile at the opportunity right before me.
I mean, think about it. Over 50 people with dark magic abilities all present all around me. How is this not an opportunity for a little Moral Dystopia?
"Well, you seem unexpectedly happy." Sung Li says as he lets go of his hand, which I assume is because his pain has subsided.
"Well," I cook something up again, "how can I not be happy when I have the chance to stop so many dark magicians right in front of me?"
And hearing that, Sung Li takes out his sword with a smile and says, "Well, if that's the case, let's show these bastards who is the boss!"
And so, a bloodbath begins.
