Today marks my first day in the new world. My new family took me to their home.
Our ride was a carriage, showing that the world is far beyond than my old one. 
I could see weird creatures flying in the air. It appears that different animals or monsters live in this world.
When I came out of the womb, my vision was all blurred, but now it's almost perfect. I could see most details of the world.
My mother looks to be in her 30's. She has long brown hair and is always smiling. My father has short brown hair and seems to be in his 30's or 40's. They are both tall looking, maybe around 180 cm.
Their home was huge, looking like a noble's estate. 'Are we nobles? Are there even nobles in this world?'
The house was white and looked to be two stories high. The lawn is cut and has a shine to it.
Our neighbors' houses also looked beautiful. Each house had a fresh cut lawn and a white coloring to it.
My mother carries me into the building. Once inside, she takes off her shoes and changes into slippers.
I was half expecting a Butler inside, but there isn't anyone else in the house. Darn, I thought we were filthy wealthy nobles.

A year has passed since my birthing to this new world. Nothing excited happened since then due to me being a baby.
In that year, I discovered that my mother's name is Nii Michiko, and my father's name is Nii Kaichi.
We live in a peaceful neighborhood. It seems like my parents are relatively popular with them too. Periodically, my parents would show me off to the neighbors. I didn't hate it, but I didn't like it.
Today is like no other. I'm sitting on the rug with my mother at my side.
"Kaichi... It's been a year since he was born but... He hasn't made any noise since!"
"I know Michiko... I don't know what to do..."
'Because I don't want to talk!'
Why would I speak if I didn't want to? Well, better start before they get suspicious.
"Mama... Dada..."
"Look, Kaichi! He spoke! He said, Mama and dada!"
"I know! I saw it with my own eyes!"
I looked at my parents with an annoyed expression as they talk.
'I know I'm a baby and all, but this is still embarrassing and annoying.'
"Oh! Do you think he'll start to crawl or walk today too?"
"I hope so!"
Ugh... What a bothersome day.
I start to crawl in a random direction, then I tried to stand up, but fell to my butt.
'Oof. It's kinda hard to stand up.'
After a couple of attempts later, I finally succeeded in standing up. Then, I tried to walk forward.
I was wobbling the whole time, but I succeeded in walking. My parents started gawking again.
After that day, nothing new or excited happened. Four years pass in a blink of an eye. 
I'm now five years old. In the past four years, I mastered talking, walking, eating, and most child's behaviors. My parents gave me a lot of toys, but the only thing that interested me was books.
Luckily, the language in this world is the same as my old, which explained how I could understand them at birth. I could even understand this world's writings.
Sadly though, all the books my parents got me were children's books, which were mostly pictured books. 
Currently, I'm outside with my father. In this world, magic exists. Its concepts are relatively complicated. Magic and skills use a point system that requires Exp to level up.
It is similar to the games I played in my old world. I got excited when I heard about this, which brings me here. Since we were alone, I decided to ask my father about the system.
"You want to know about the system? Well, we're not completely sure ourselves. Neither your mother nor I are scientists in the field. All we know is that you can use Exp, which you get from your experiences to gain and level up skills. These skills can allow you to run faster, fly, punch hard, etc."
"Interesting..."
"It is, isn't it?"
"Yeah! Oh, does that mean I could get skills right now?!"
"You could, yes; however, we have locked your ability right now. You'll be able to access yours when your around twelve. We want to make sure you get skills smartly rather than all willy billy."
"Oh, okay..."
I was a little down at this fact. I could fly or go supersonic, but I had to wait seven years before I can. 
"Don't worry, son. Your smart, but we want to make sure you don't make any dumb choices. You should get and level up the skills you need for your future job. This is pretty normal, you know? One thing different, though, is that you'll have more Exp than the average."
"Huh? What do you mean?"
"Well... The system in place gives parents the authority to add skills to their children for the first 250 Exp. We didn't do this; therefore, you'll get 250 Exp more than normal..."
"Oh, okay."
That kind of makes sense; however, something tells me that he isn't telling me the full story. I tried to ignore this sensation.
"Oh! You'll also get even more Exp too!"
"Huh?"
"I was going to tell you when you were twelve, but I'll tell you now. I'm going to transfer my Exp to you! I have about 49,000 Exp stored up. When you turn twelve, I'll have around 50,000, so you should be able to get anything you want."
This excited me.
"Wait!?"
He's going to give me 50,000 Exp?! I could level up anything then! I still got to wait till twelve, huh. While I wait, I could try to learn how it works so I can use that 50,000 Exp properly.
"Thanks, dad! By the way, can you get me a book about how the skills thingy works?"
"Huh? I could, yeah. Sadly, there aren't any pictures in it so that it might be too hard for you, but I'll gift you it anyways."
"Really! Thanks, dad!"
"Aw..."
We smile at each other.
Yes! While I grow up, I'll master the knowledge about this tree. Then, I'll pick the best skills!

Okuma Sho is a serious MMORPG gamer and is consider a NEET. One day, his parents demanded him to get out of the house and travel to town to get groceries. On his way to the city, a plane crashes onto him, which kills him. He awakes into a dark room with white text. The text tells him that he dies and that he will be reincarnated into another world. Then the text tells him that he will get a set number of wishes based on his past life, which he gets only one. Sho's wish was to keep all of his memories from his past life. He awakes back as a baby named Nii Sho. After a few years, he discovers that magic and skills work as those in his games he played; they're based on a point system. He also discovers that he has points more significant than the average person and that his father transfers his points onto him. What will he do with these points? How strong will he get?

Once the decision was made to leave quickly, it didn't take long, for them to gather everything up. Thanks to the system, he was able to absorb their entire farm. Marvin, Bart, and the other farmhands all agreed to come with them.

With their consent, he was able to absorb the entire surrounding area as well. Now that it was tucked away inside the space, it would remove any evidence, while allowing his parents and everyone to come along.

Popping up around the already existing farm inside his spatial world, they were quickly greeted by the citizens. His parents wouldn't be bored, they were recognized by the system, which gave them a lot of permissions.

His father saw men fishing, off to the side of a small stream. Kissing his wife, he grabbed some of his fishing equipment, eager to join them. Laughing playfully, she handed him the tackle box, when he came back a minute later.

Heading over to the restaurant, she saw that the menu was missing a few things. Putting on an apron, she headed into the pantry to gather some ingredients. The legendary 'home cooking' was about to be added to the menu.

Seeing the world for the first time, the farmhands and their families were impressed. This was an amazing place, clean and free of danger. Witnessing the farm, they saw how it sprouted its own crops while absorbing others.

Everyone could see, that not only was it a much better location, but they'd also have a lot more free time to relax and enjoy themselves. Naturally, people would work to increase the space, mixing a bit of the spatial earth and water each day.

Taking steps to ensure that everyone stayed happy and healthy, Zanir introduced a new building. Titled the 'Recreation Room', it was a building that had a single large room, sectioned off into a few different spaces.

The main section was the largest, there were a few tables, where people could eat together or relax and play games. He'd produced a few basic dice and cards, using the system to print out a few books, that detailed the various games you could play.

Off to one side, there a sectioned off area, where younger children could play. It was padded to ensure they couldn't hurt themselves. It was filled with a variety of bright and colorful toys, he'd hoped they would like them.

Using the system, he'd produced some wooden blocks with letters on them. They could be stacked and arranged. There were also various toy figurines carved out, varying from knights and mages to boats and carriages.

He'd also placed a few basic coloring books, using wax the system dyed as crayons. Making sure they were safe and non-toxic, he knew these would delight the children. Before moving on, he also created a set of building blocks.

Interconnecting pieces, allowed them to build anything they wanted to. With all of these things, the kids here would be happier. That, in turn, would also make the parents happier. Moving over to the last section, he wanted to create something for the older residents.

Transforming the final section, he designed it into a comfortable mini parlor. Blocking off some of the noise, it would give them a quiet spot where they could relax. With several comfortable recliner style chairs, they could relax in here together.

To help keep their minds sharp, he put in several things, like chess and checkers. There were also several kinds of crossword puzzles, word searches, and numbers games like Sudoku. Stepping back, he inspected his work.

Satisfied, he looked around and saw that it had something for all ages and groups. Hopefully, this would become, a place where the community could gather, to both have fun and relax. The last thing he wanted, was for anyone to feel stifled or trapped in the spatial world.

With the introduction and overview complete, he cut the big red ribbon in front of the building. Everyone cheered and clapped, people only had the simplest games and toys here, not even the largest cities had a dedicated rec room.

It didn't take long for everyone to shuffle in, exploring the area. The kids were the fastest, they all ran in, screaming with delight when they saw so many toys. Seeing the various kids playing together, the parents were moved.

Children were inherently innocent for the most part; they didn't discriminate against people. The farmhand's children had no issue playing with the kids who were formerly homeless. Kids just see another kid, there wasn't a distinction in social class.

Now that the children had started playing, their parents sat together in the middle section, watching over them. Introducing themselves, they quickly made friends, learning how to play card and dice games. Talking about their respective kids, the parents found out they had a lot in common.

With noisy kids playing, the older crowd moved into the mini parlor area. Seeing the comfy recliners and chairs, they helped each other get settled in. Soon they were chatting happily about 'the good old days'.

Bringing out the puzzles and games, they were also having a great time, seeing such strange new ideas and concepts. Looking at everyone, having fun and enjoying the building, his friends and family were very proud.

This would go a long way to improving everyone's morale, which was a key aspect of the spatial world. It would also kill two birds with one stone, both being the right thing to do, while also gaining him more points, from even happier citizens.

Now that he'd taken his family, friends, and even his home with him, it was time to go. He wanted to stop by Trostin, completing his deals quickly there, before setting off for the first mission. With nothing holding him back, any longer, he was now free to travel the world at large.

"Wait, if you can make coloring books, doesn't that mean you can make comic books?"

"Haha, just make a list of what you want Dante. I'll see how much they cost from my system."

Taking a few guards out of the system, he repaired the land, so it wasn't completely barren, while Dante got the carriage ready. Once they finished up, they headed down the road towards Trostin.

"What can I do for you, Alexandra?"
 
 
A woman in their early-30s approached Alexandra as she was in the living room. She was a fairly tall and slender woman, a quarter of her hair was tied in a half-up style and it suited her small face. The slender woman was wearing a uniform, a maid's uniform, to be exact. She was Diana's maid, Lilith.
 
 
A month has already passed by ever since she started living here. She was rather comfortable in this place, getting able to have the things that she wants and needs without going through that much trouble and such. She was also free to do whatever that she wants here and Diana wasn't restricting her to do things. If she wants to go outside, then she can go outside but she has to be with someone, obviously. It would be either Diana or Lilith who would go outside with her.
 
 
Though she doesn't go outside that much and would only head towards the park or playground where she can play with the swings or seesaw. She would also play with the sandbox where there are also a few kids, mostly younger than her playing. They would even be sometimes with someone, it could be their guardian, siblings, or parents. It's not like she's jealous or anything but those would sometimes ruin her mood and make her want to go home.
 
 
"Can you color with me?"
 
 
Alexandra told the lady who was standing in front of her. Alexandra was on the carpet with her things like crayons, pencil, notebook, and coloring books around her though the books were placed on top of the table that was being surrounded by couches.
 
 
The interior of the room was rather bright because it was still afternoon and the curtains were opened thus making the sunlight pass through and illuminate the place. In front of her was the television which was turned off, she got bored watching the shows on TV that's why she turned off and decided to color but thought that it would be boring if she did it alone that's why she asked for Lilith's presence. Diana wasn't here as she was still at her work so Alexandra and Lilith were only the one in the house.
 
 
 
"Sure, Alexandra. Which book should I color?"
 
 
Lilith smiled at her sweetly as she took a seat beside her, being careful and not accidentally sit on the crayons that were scattered on the carpet. Alexandra handed her a mandala coloring book which Diana bought for her because Alexandra requested it, thinking that the book was rather interesting and she likes it rather than those coloring books that are princesses and cartoon characters. Diana was hesitant about buying it though because mandala coloring books are supposed to be for people years older than her age.
 
 
"Oh, you have a mandala coloring book? Isn't this quite hard to color for you, Alexandra?"
 
 
"Not really, it's rather fun to color than hard."
 
 
Alexandra opened a coloring book and started doing her thing while she would be talking with Lilith, responding to her questions as she asked her and such.
 
 
"Do you know how to read, Alexandra?"
 
 
"Yes, my mother taught me to do so. She also taught me how to write. She would also teach me how to solve math problems and such when she isn't that busy. I learned almost everything a kid like me should learn how to do," Alexandra responded as she flipped the book to the next page.
 
 
Lilith was a rather polite and cheerful lady, she's also hard-working and was a maid for Diana for years just so she has something to feed to her family and buy with their daily needs. Since Lilith have a younger sibling, a few years older than Alexandra, it wasn't that hard to take care of her. Alexandra wasn't like any other kids that like to throw tantrums and loves to run around. Despite not going to school and was only inside her house her entire life, she was rather intelligent.
 
 
 
Perhaps it was because of the genes and her mother, who was also a smart woman, taught her.
 
 
"When is Diana going to come home?"
 
 
Lilith hummed before she responded. "I'm not sure with that, she only told me that she would be able to come home early. Probably an hour or two from now."
 
 
She only responded with a nod before she continued doing what she was doing. She recalled a memory which only happened a week ago about Diana asking her some things during the night while she was on the bed about to sleep.

"Alexandra, I got something to ask you."
 
 
Diana sat down on the edge of the bed as she looked at Alexandra who was laying down on it, the blanket covering up to her shoulder. When she heard what Diana said, she was curious and it was seen on the expression of her face. She opened her mouth to speak and respond to her.
 
 
"What is it?"
 
 
"You see…"
 
 
Diana looked like she was hesitating as it took her a few seconds to continue what she was trying to say, fidgeting with her hands in the process.
 
 
"If possible, would you like to go to school or would you rather have a home tutor to teach you? I think going to school to learn is the best choice but if possible, which would you prefer?"
 
 
It was rather an unusual question to ask Alexandra who took a moment to respond to her question. She hummed as she thought before she responded to her in a low voice, "I think I would prefer to go to school rather than have a home tutor. I could interact with other kids around my age and have friends. Aside from that, I think school would be fun."
 
 
That was what she said and Diana only listened to her calmly, nodding as she spoke. Right, it's no wonder that she would choose to go to school. I mean, she didn't have that much interaction with other children around her age because her mother only kept her in their home and wasn't allowed to go out since nobody would be there to guard her, she thought to herself and nodded.
 
 
"I see, then that's good. I think going to school is the better choice."
 
 
"Yes, but why are you asking?"
 
 
Alexandra asked as she stared at her but Diana only smiled and said, "It's nothing, you should go to sleep now," She then stood up and headed towards the door where the light switch is seen so that she could turn the lights off but before she does so, she took one last look at Alexandra and smiled at her. "Good night and sweet dreams, Alexandra."

Alexandra was bothered by that question of hers for days and she would think of why she would ask her that. Does she not know which one is better that's why she asked for my opinion? Is she planning on letting me go to school since that's the choice that I picked? I mean, that's not impossible, but thinking about it, making her go to school was rather hard. There are some requirements and for a child like her that didn't go to school for years and was only being taught by her mother, the requirements would be more than the usual.
 
 
"Alexandra? What are you thinking? Are you hungry? Would you like me to make you something? I think there are some cookies left, would you like me to get it for you?" Lilith snapped her out of her thoughts when she called out to her and asked her several things. She noticed that Alexandra was in rather deep thought and stopped coloring.
 
 
"Oh, no. It's fine. I'm just thinking about the cartoon that I watched earlier."
 
 
"I see. Should we turn on the TV? We can watch while we color."
 
 
"No, it's okay. I don't think the cartoon is still going on at this time."
 
 
Alexandra just smiled at her before she continued her task. Lilith only nodded and tucked a loose strand of hair behind her ear. It was silent and the only sound heard was the scribbling of crayons on paper, Alexandra didn't mind the silence though because it was making her relax and focus on what she was coloring.
 
 
But as they were doing so, a sudden loud series of knocks coming from the front door was heard and startled them. Lilith stopped from what she was going and looked at the direction of the door with a confused face. That must be Miss Diana already but why would she knock on the door when she can just enter? Is she carrying some things? But she would open the door and carry the things one by one. I also don't remember her not bringing the keys. Aside from that, she doesn't knock that loudly and would call out to us.
 
 
Another series of knocks came again, "Open the door! I know you're inside!"
 
 
That was definitely not Diana's voice. Lilith was confused and she stood up from her seat. It could be possible that it's the neighbor but as far as she can recall, their neighbors aren't that aggressive or brave enough to knock and call out like that.
 
 
"Just a moment, Alexandra. I'll check out and see who that person is, stay here as I do so," Lilith said and Alexandra only nodded. She was also confused and curious who that person is so she went to the couch, kneeled and peeked out of the headrest, watching Lilith as she walked towards the door and opened it. She couldn't see who that person was because Lilith was blocking the view but she could hear what they were talking about thanks to the unknown lady's loud voice.
 
 
"Let me in! Where is she? Where is that damn cursed child?!"
 
 
 
"Please calm down, Miss Celine. The child is inside but you're not allowed to come in without permission, you do know that, right? Miss Diana would be angry."
 
 
"I don't care! Just let me in! I want to see her and drag her out of this place, she doesn't deserve to be here!" Then Lilith was pushed aside by the woman, causing her to hit her back against the wall and fall to the floor along with some things like the shoe rack that she bumped into thus scattering the shoes that were there.
 
 
The lady walked and roamed her eyes around the place as if she was looking for something.
 
 
Alexandra saw the unknown lady and she looked familiar. Not until she realized who it was and the realization struck upon her like a bolt of lightning.
 
 
"There you are, you damn child!"
 
 
She recalled seeing her at the funeral of her mother though it was only once as this woman only went there once to look for Diana.
 
 
"Miss Celine!"
 
 
She was Diana's aunt.
 
 
 

When Alexandra opened her eyes, she suddenly became a princess?!


She was hit by a truck and born once again as a baby, aside from that, she can remember her previous life.


But she wasn't like the other princess who gets to be with their family. She was a princess yet to be announced and being observed. She was born in a supposedly all-males only bloodline and they think she was a curse or bad luck. Her brothers and father hated her.


Out of all things in her life, she never expected this to happen.

Shouko accompanied Yuuya to look at the other clothes yet the little boy didn't show much response as he did toward the blue sweater. She tried asking the sales advisor but unfortunately, the sweater taken by the boy earlier was the very last piece.
"I'm sorry, Yuuya," Shouko was a bit down when she thought she couldn't fulfill the little boy's wish, "They no longer has the design. Why don't we look around and try to find something else that you might like?"
"It's alright, Auntie," Yuuya answered with a soft smile, his lips curved up as he looked at Shouko, "I'll just choose something else."
Seeing that the little bun was a bit closer to her from before, Shouko braced herself to ask, "Well, can you tell Auntie why did you like the sweater?"
This time, Yuuya reacted with blush tinged his chubby cheeks instead of fidgeting with his jacket. Shouko laughed instinctively once she saw his reaction. Without thinking, she reached out a hand and softly patted his head.
Yuuya's eyes widened then he smiled shyly. Shouko laughed again.
"Was there anything on the sweater that caught your attention?" Shouko repeated her question that he left unanswered before.
Yuuya blinked his small, beady eyes. His small head nodded shyly. In a soft and milky voice, he said, "A paintbrush. I liked seeing the paintbrush."
Tilting her head to one side, Shouko tried to recall the sweater. Since she just took a glimpse of it, the image of the sweater was a blur in her mind before she gradually thought of the emblem that was embroidered on the sweater.
Her eyes lit up as she pointed out, "You liked the paintbrush? Do you like coloring?"
With a nod to confirm the question, the scarlet on Yuuya's cheeks spread more.
Understanding that this little boy was totally fixated on it, Shouko couldn't help but smile softly. "Have you colored many drawings? It seems that you love coloring so much, Auntie wonders how many have you colored?"
The soft glow in his eyes faded a bit, revealing a trace of sadness. Yuuya lowered his small head, he was back to fidgeting with his jacket. When he spoke, he sounded hesitant and sad.
"I love drawing and coloring but... Mom disliked it..." 
Shouko was stunned. Baffled, she didn't know what to say as a thought popped in her mind.
In an abusive household like the one that Yuuya came from, although a set of color pencils and coloring books didn't cost much, it went without saying that his parents would be extremely reluctant to buy them for him.
It just happened a few weeks ago yet it was still fresh in her mind how Yuuya's mother behaved toward her own son. 
Her heart ached thinking of what else this little boy went through under his parents' abuse and torment.
"Then, let's look at another section," Shouko quickly changed the topic. It was better to redirect his attention from the bad memory, "Come!"
Yuuya lifted up his head. He gave Shouko a nod.
But, before she could raise her feet and step away from the place, a large and heavy hand draped over her shoulders. Perplexed, Shouko looked at its owner.
"Kyoya!" 
Kyoya gave him a wry smile. Lifting up his arm, he gently stroked her hair, "Have you forgotten about me, your own husband?"
Baffled by his words, Shouko laughed in helplessness, "I didn't forget about you. I'm just helping Yuuya to find his clothes."
Kyoya cast a gaze at the little boy who was now looking back at him. His smile softened seeing his tender look, "Have you found anything you like?"
Ever since he saw his wife confronted the mother-and-son pair, he just watched quietly from behind. It was a matter that didn't need his interference unless the mother planned to go physical on his wife. 
Seeing his wife's happy face when she interacted with the little boy brought back countless memories in his mind. He was delighted to see her like that yet he couldn't help to feel sad as well.
She had always been this soft toward children, especially their son.
"Not yet, Uncle," Yuuya answered with his round eyes staring straight at Kyoya, "I'm sorry if I take Uncle's wife's time too much."
His answer amused Kyoya. He retracted his hand from Shouko's shoulders before he crouched down opposite the little bun.
"I've heard that you like coloring," Kyoya smiled, his dark gaze exuded tenderness when he spoke to Yuuya, "If you liked them so much, you could try drawing on your shirt. It would feel more special that way, yes?"
"Could I?" Yuuya's entire face beamed. His pale face turned a shade rosier, "I could draw what I like, Uncle?"
"You can," Kyoya replied in a firm voice yet his gaze remained gentle. It was almost the same way he always looked at his wife.
Yuuya's eyes sparkled brightly. His countenance brightened as a fit of giggle escaped his little mouth.
Shouko didn't know what to say when she saw the two men, one big and one small interacted with each other. It was hard to not feel soft when she was seeing such a heartwarming scene, especially when it was her own man involved.
As though he was sensing her appreciative gaze, Kyoya looked up and met Shouko's eyes. At the moment their eyes moment, both of their smiles deepened and their eyes gleamed softly.
It was like they were enveloped in a pink bubble, separating them from the rest of the world.
"Do you have any idea about it?" Shouko was the first one who broke the trance.
Kyoya nodded once, he slowly stood up. Yuuya was still staring at him with awe, inciting a laugh from him, "We could ask the director if she would agree to an art session for the children. It would be a great way for them to learn something new."
"Do you mean... by inviting an instructor to the care home?" Shouko was surprised yet it felt pleasant when she thought of his idea.
"En," Kyoya smiled. He swept his gaze toward the rest of the children who were happily showing off their new clothes to one another, "But, that kind of event has to be planned first. For this time, you have to choose another sweater, boy. All of your friends have chosen theirs, you should do the same too."
"Oh," Yuuya looked around and saw his friends' happy faces. It seemed like he was the only one who hadn't pick anything.
Shouko laughed softly looking at his slightly dejected look. She came closer to him and offered him her right hand, "Let's go now. Auntie will help you choose."
Yuuya smiled and once again he held hands with Shouko.
Kyoya watched them with a smile. The waves of sorrow in his heart gradually calmed as a layer of warmth spread within him.
In the end, Shouko chose two sets of clothes for the little boy. One set of winter home clothes while the other one could be used for outings. Kyoya went ahead and paid for all the children's outfits before they left the children's department. 
"Where is the restaurant?" Shouko asked while she was waiting for the children to assemble in a group.
All of the purchases were handed to the department store's staff. Kyoya instructed for them to be delivered straight away to the care home. By doing this, the children wouldn't have to tire themselves holding the shopping bags. 
"It's on the top floor of this mall," Kyoya watched the bodyguards brought the children to the elevator. Since they were too many, they had to spilt into a few small groups, "They could enjoy the scenery overlooking the town as well."
Most of the children weren't as healthy as their peers. To avoid them from having to move around thus tiring them, it was the best for them to just eat in the mall. They had to conserve their energy for their trip to the aquarium next. 
Shouko smiled sweetly to her husband, she felt as if honey was dripping from her heart. In an instant, she hugged his arm and planted a kiss on his cheek. Kyoya was dumbfounded. It took him a second to react. 
"Why did you kiss me, love?" Kyoya arched an eyebrow, looking at his wife with undisguised pampering in his eyes. 
"It's because my husband is so handsome," Shouko answered wittily, "I won't lose anything by kissing a handsome man~"
Kyoya purposely frowned when he asked, "Then, once I'm old and got gray hairs, you won't find me handsome anymore?"
Shouko's smile turned even sweeter hearing his words. Once he was old, she would still remain by his side, accompanying him for the rest of their lives.
In a soft voice, she replied with her eyes beaming in happiness, "By that time, I would be the prettiest grandma beside the most handsome grandpa."
Her answer sent a ripple in his heart as warmth diffused within him. He felt like she was gently touching the softest part of his heart.
"You're right, my wife," Kyoya leaned down, his warm and broad palm was placed at her waist, pulling her closer to him. His breath hovered on her lips as he continued, "We would always remain a beautiful couple."
Although pink blush had begun to tinge her cheeks, Shouko still let him kiss her. 
It was a totally different feeling since right now, she had acknowledged what she truly felt about the man who was holding her at this time.
She loved him.

Throughout her life, she always felt like she was standing above the ocean. While nervously waiting for the ocean to swallow her whole, she still pushed herself to bravely dancing over the surface, enjoying her life.

Plan.

Ang ingay mula sa nakabukas na aircon ang tanging maririnig sa kwarto. Kanina pa ako nakahiga pero ayaw akong dalawin ng antok. Maybe because of too much excitement. This feel so good. After years… ngayon ko lang ulit naramdaman 'to.

Hindi magkamayaw ang isip ko sa pag-iisip ng mga bagay. I'm so excited for tomorrow. The first step on stealing Nick Saramedo is ready. Sa pag-iisip ay hindi ko na namalayan na nakatulog na pala ako. 

5:30 ng magising ako. Naligo lang ako pagkatapos ay binalot ang sarili sa isang white robe. Nagpahid ng lotion pagkatapos ay pumasok sa isa pang pinto--my own walk in closet, my haven. Kalahati ng kwarto ko ang kinoconsume ng room na 'to pwede na ngang maging boutique sa dami ng damit, accessories, shoes and bags. They are my guilty pressure…. My escape… and my everything.

Naka-ayos ang mga damit depende sa kulay at kung pambahay ba ito o pang-alis. I picked a black off-shoulder to emphasize my skin tone. Nakakaputi ang itim. The dress hugged my waist perfectly. Litaw na litaw ang hubog ng katawan ko. Isang dangkal mula sa itaas ng tuhod ko ang haba ng dress kaya litaw na litaw rin ang kahabaan ng legs ko- Asera's killer legs. Iyan ang tawag nila. It is my biggest asset aside from my face, well on the second thought every part of me is a big asset. Kumbaga walang maitatapon, mapapakinabangan lahat.

Lumipat ako sa kabilang bahagi ng kwarto, sa may shoe side. Pahagdan ito. Nasa iba't ibang lalagyan ang mga flat shoes, wedge, stiletto and those sneakers. I choose the 6 inch red stiletto. I sat down in the black divan chair and wear my stiletto. Lumabas na ako.

Lumapit sa salamin. Naglagay ng dark red lipstick to match my red stiletto and black dress. A light cheek tint and a mascara. Hindi masyadong makapal para magmukhang natural. Tiningnan ko ang sarili ko sa salamin at napangiti sa nakitang repleksyon. I'm good to go. I pick up my gucci bag and stormed out.

I drove my own car. Perks of having a wealthy family, you could have all the extravagant things money can buy. Mabilis lang akong nakarating sa school. Bago ako bumaba ay may tinawagan muna ako. One ring at sumagot agad ito. "Hel-" pinutol ko ang sasabihin niya.

"Make sure everything would go according to the plan." Hindi ko na hinintay na makasagot ang nasa kabilang linya at binaba ko na ang tawag. Lumabas na ako sa kotse at nagsimulang maglakad. Katulad kahapon ay napapahinto ang ibang studyante para titigan ako. Imbes na dumiretso sa unang klase ay sa likod ako ng gymnasium nagtungo. 

Medyo malayo ito. Walang ibang tao. A perfect place to execute the plan. Luminga ako sa paligid. Nang may makitang isang bench ay dumiretso ako doon at umupo. Nagring ang hawak kong cellphone. "Hello. Papunta na kami." I smile devilishly when I heard it. Binaba ko na ang tawag at nag-abang.

Maya-maya ay dumating sila. The walking coloring books. Iyong tumatayong leader nila ang tinawagan ko kahapon na mabilis namang umuo sa plano ko. Napatingin ito sa gawi ko at ngumiti.

Maya maya ay sumunod na dumating iyong dalawang  babae. 

"A-anong ginagawa natin dito?" I smirked. It was Ara's friend. Hindi ko alam ang pangalan. Feeling betrayed. Pinagkaluno ito ng kasama niya.

"I-im s-sorry napag-utusan lang ako." Mabilis na umalis 'yong kasama niyang babae. Takot na masali sa gulo. Susunod na dapat ito pero nahila ito agad nu'ng tumatayong leader ng coloring book squad. I'll call her LCBS.

"Hello dear, miss us?" A bitchy smile can be seen in her face. Hindi ako kita sa gawi nila pero kitang kita ko sila sa pwesto ko. "Hindi ka na makakatakas sa amin ngayon there would be no Ara to save you." This is boring. Masyado silang trying hard. I rolled my eyes. 

"A-anong k-kailangan n-niyo s-sa a-akin?" pinalibutan nila ang babae. Takot na takot ito. Why is she so weak? Bakit ba hindi niya kayang protektahan ang sarili niya? "Wala naman akong ginagawa sainyo ah."

"Wala nga. Wala din naman kaming gagawin saiyo." Nanonood Lang ako sa kanila hinihintay ang tamang oras para makapasok sa eksena. "K-kung g-gayon aalis na lan-- ahhhhhhh.." Hinila ni LCBS ang buhok ni AF- Ara's friend. "Opppsss bawal pa.. Hindi pa nga ako tapos e. Wala kaming gagawin saiyo...." Mas diniinin ni LCBS ang paghila sa buhok ni AF. "...Wala kaming gagawing mabuti."

Nagtawanan sila. Oh... they remind me of some Disney's villain pinasosyal pa, bruha lang naman talaga.Tumayo ako at dahan-dahang naglakad papunta sa direksyon nila. "Well, what do we have here?" 

Napalingon sa gawi ko ang WCBS.  "A-asera" It was AF. Nalipat ang tingin ko sa kaniya. So... she knows me. Binalik ko ang tingin ko kay LCBS. "We are just having fu--" sinampal ko siya. Napasinghap ang mga alagad niya. Nanlaki din ang mata ni LCBS. Well... Wala 'yon sa plano pero queber. Unfairness ang tigas ng mukha. Ano pa bang ineexpect ko sa kapal ng harinang nasa mukha nila.

"You are all so noisy. Nakakasira ng araw ang mga pagmumukha niyo...." Namilog ang mga mata nila hindi yata makapaniwala sa sinabi ko. "..... In a count of three. Get lost or Hindi lang sampal ang aabutin niyo. "But-..."

"One.... Two...." Nagmamadali silang umalis. Hinila na nila si LCBS na Hindi pa ata nakakamove on sa sampal ko. "..... Three." Mabilis silang nawala sa paningin ko. Naiwan ako kasama si AF. Pinagmasdan ko siya mula ulo hanggang paa. Yumuko ito. 

Tumalikod na ako ng bigla itong magsalita. "T-thank y-you." I smirked. Hindi na ako nag abalang humarap. "For what?"

"For helping me." Mahina ang boses niya pero dahil sa tahimik na kapaligiran dinig parin ito. "I helped you? Really? Kailan? di ko maalala." 

Napa-angat ang tingin niya sa akin. Naguguluhan. "Kanina. Pinaalis mo sila Sheena." Humarap ako sa kaniya. The side of my lips twitched. "I didn't helped you. I shooed those bitch because they are so loud. They are ruining my peace." Nginitian niya ako.

"Kahit na. Thank you parin." She extended her hand. "I'm Leighn." Tiningnan ko lang ang kamay niya. Nang nahalata niyang wala akong balak abutin ito ay ibinaba niya. Nakangiti parin. Why can't I see the scared kitten now? She's not afraid of me..... anymore?

"You don't have to introduce yourself. Kilala na kita. Halos ng lahat naman." Tiningnan ko lang siya at tinalikuran. Wala naman akong balak magpakilala sa kaniya.

Hindi ko na kailangang maging sobrang bait sa kaniya para umamo siya. I know her kind they value utang na loob that much....  "Wait sandali."... kahit sungitan ko siya, siya parin ang maghahabol sa akin. At tama ako.

Hindi ko siya nilingon at nagpatuloy sa paglalakad. Nakahabol siya. Sumasabay na siya sa bawat hakbang ko. "Salamat ulit ah....." Hindi ko siya pinansin.  Dumaldal siya ng dumadal sa gilid ko. Bakit ang daldal niya? Akala ko pa naman,tahimik lang siya. Para siyang mahiyain. Looks can be deceiving nga.

Naririndi na ako sa boses niya. Tumigil ako sa paglalakad at pumihit pakaliwa para maharap siya. "Bakit mo ba ako sinusundan?" Masungit kong tanong.

"Hehe... Hindi naman sa ganun. Same way lang talaga tayo. Magkaklase tayo." Marahan akong napatango. Magkaklase kami? Bakit hindi ko siya napapansin? Napaisip ako sa itsura ng mga kaklase ko at napasimangot ng walang kahit isang naisip. Tss. Wala akong namumukhaan sa mga kaklase ko. Wala naman akong pake sa kanila. "Hehe...di mo siguro ako napapansin sa klase."

"Okay." Nagsimula akong maglakad ulit. Ganun din siya. Nakasunod sa akin. Nasa likod ko. Salita parin ng salita. Mga dalawang dangkal lang siguro ang layo sa akin. Bakit ang lapit niya? 

Tumigil ako sa paglalakad. Nabangga siya sa likod ko dahil sa bigla kong paghinto. Nilingon ko siya at sinamaan ng tingin. "Hehehehehe sorry. Huminto ka kasi bigla." Sabi niya with peace sign pa.

"So kasalanan ko?" Mabilis siyang umiling.

"Wala akong sinasabing ganyan. Desisyon ka." Napamaang ako. Inilingan siya at inirapan. Bastos 'to ah. Kung sapakin ko kaya siya? Nang makita niya.

" Bakit ka ba nakadikit sa akin? Ang laki ng daan." Pag iiba ko sa usapan. Baka masapak ko siya pagnapikon ako. May kailangan pa naman ako sa kaniya.

"Hehe. Gusto ko e tsaka...." Napataas Ang kilay ko sa rason niya. "...I wanna be friends with you." Gusto kong humalakhak. Ganun lang kadali. Pabor sa akin 'to.

"Friends with me? Aren't you afraid of me?" Seryoso kong sabi. Sinusubukang itago ang ngisi, baka mahalata.

"Nope. I mean dati oo. Andami ko kasing masamang naririnig tungkol saiyo. Hindi Naman pala totoo. May tinatago ka parin palang kabaitan. Hehehe." Hindi ko na siya pinansin at nagpatuloy na sa paglalakad. I smirked. That was easy as expected. Hindi ko na kailangang magpanggap na mabait, di din bagay sa akin.

Nakasunod lang siya sa akin. Pinagtitinginan siya ng mga taong nadadaanan namin. Nagtataka siguro kung bakit nakasunod ang isang bully Target sa isang dakilang bully.

Pagpasok sa classroom ay ganun parin. Nagtitinginan pa rin sa amin. Lalo na nung umupo ito sa tabi ko at hindi ko man lang sinaway. May narinig pa akong napasinghap at nagsimula ang bulungan.

"Hala bakit nakasunod si Leighn the nerd kay Asera?"

"Baka nag apply na alipin. Katulong. Haha."

"Oo nga baka, alalay ni Asera."

"Baka bagong napagtripan ni Asera. Hala... Back up pa naman ni Leighn so Ara."

"Bagong ibubully siguro. Naku! Kawawa naman. Grabe pa naman yang si Asera."

"Oo nga mas malala pa kila Sheena."

"Naku! Mas kawawa. Baka Wala ng magawa si Ara para tulungan siya"

Blah blah blah blah blah......

Hindi ko sila pinansin. Ang babaeng katabi ko naman ay nagsimula na namang magdaldal. Hindi ako nakinig. Tumigil din naman ito ng pumasok ang professor. Mataman itong nakinig.

I smirked. At Napalingon sa bintana sa gilid ko.

It's the plan . They will bully Asera's friend- Leighn and I will come to the picture to save her like a heroine. Magkakautang na loob siya sa akin at bubuntot. I know it will work. Sa palagay ko ay mabilis lang makuha ang loob niya, I can easily play her in my palm. She look gullible. Tama nga ako. Ito na mismo ang nag alok na makipag-kaibigan. She fall for the trap- she fall for the play.... easily.

Mas inuna kong pasukin ang buhay ni Leighn. I can't just brag in Ara and Nick's life, magiging halata 'yon. Hindi din ako pwedeng bumait na lang bigla at makipag kaibigan kay Ara, hindi din naman ako makalapit kay Nick at landiin siya agad-agad dahil for sure it won't work.

Kailangan ko ng ibang atake. 

Kaya mas inuna kong pasukin ang buhay ni Leighn. Kailangan ko lang siyang iligtas. Kahit na hindi na ako maging mabait ay siguradong didikit pa rin siya sa akin. Tulad ngayon.

Kapag nakapasok na ako sa buhay ng kaibigan ni Ara ay mapapabilis ang paglapit ko sa kaniya- sa kanila ni Nick. Kapag gumaan na ang loob ni Leighn sa akin. For sure she will introduce me to her only friend—Ara. Which will be a great help.

Leighn will be my bridge to the couple's life. She will be my key to be able to enter in their lives. First plan. Check.

Tiana stuck her hands out, "Big brother, lift out Tiana, please."
Luke picked up Tiana and helped her into the car. He did up her seat belt and smiled at her. "I hope that you can find a few toys while we are out but remember we won't be able to get toys all the time. So choose well right now. Tiana do you know when your birthday is?"
Cindy started placing the bags in the back then took the slippers from Luke and placed them in the trunk. "From what I have seen some are not too bad but those two seem to be the types that would gossip. Do not pay such people any mind." Cindy closed the trunk, smiled and got into the car. 
"Tiana isn't sure when her birthday is but it wasn't soon. Cake is only for birthdays that is what daddy would say. Tiana only got a cupcake on her birthday but it was so tasty!" She started at Luke with her big round eyes. 
Kitty walked to the other side of the car and got in. "That is okay, Tiana. We will figure out your birthday and if we can not figure it out we will give you a birthday. Carlos makes an amazing cake. Oh, and after dinner, you will be able to have a dessert."
Stella climbing in the front seat and sat down she placed the bag at her feet. "I hope that one day you will not be as scared of me."
Luke climbed into the car last and did up his seatbelt, "I am sure she will warm up to you eventually. In the meantime Stella I will be your friend. I trust that you will not do something to hurt my family and if Ketan says that you are under his command then I will trust that bond between you two."
"Okay, so the toy store first and then dinner?" Cindy looked back at Kitty. 
"Yes, please. Hopefully, the place we go to sells a booster seat so that we do not need to go somewhere else." Kitty relaxed her head against the door.
"Dessert? Tiana will be allowed dessert? Tiana is even luckier." She dramatically places her hands on her cheeks and slightly opens her mouth.
Luke takes out his phone and takes a picture of Tiana. "Yes, you will get a dessert if you eat all your dinner. That is what Leo always would say to me. Do you like ice cream?"
Cindy drove them to the toy store and swiftly parked the car. "Okay, we are here. I will take Stella to find a booster seat. Kitty and Luke can take Tiana to fun some toys and such."
Kitty got out of the car and stretched a little bit. "I will go along with this plan."
Luke undid Tiana's belt and then got out of the car. "I agree this will make it easier."
"Big brother, Tiana Likes ice cream." Tiana freed from the belt climbed out and latched herself on Kitty's leg. "Mommy, Tiana is so excited!"
Kitty held out her hand and lead Tiana into the store. "Do you know how to read Tiana? We will pick up some storybooks to read. If you don't know Luke and I will teach you how to read." She walked towards the books first.
"Tiana, would like to learn to read. Tiana knows a few words but not enough for a book, mommy." She skips towards the books. 
Luke followed behind the two and grabbed a cart. He pushed the cart listening to their conversation. "I will help teach you to read and write. They are skills that you will need in the future. There is nothing wrong with learning them now." He looked at the learn to write books and picked out two of them. One was a book about numbers and the other was the alphabet.
Tiana looked at the books in fascination. She reached her little arms to try and pull a book down but couldn't reach it. "Tiana is too short, Mommy can you help me please?" 
Kitty saw that book and picked it and handed it to her. "Here you are, dear. This is the one you were looking at right?" She started to look for more books like that and found out that it was a book series that had a box set. "Tiana, how about mommy buys you this instead? This has a whole collection of princess stories including the one you are holding." 
Tiana looks at the book collection in awe. "Can Tiana have all those books, Mommy? I would like all of them." She looks up in anticipation. 
Luke chuckled and looked at the baby books he found a set and added it to the cart. "If Mother offers it to you that means she wants to get it for you if that is what you want."
"Tiana wants, please. So many princess books. Tiana is so happy." She handed the lone book back to Kitty and watched what she would do.
Kitty placed the book set in the cart and placed the single book back. "Let's see what coloring books there are for you to color in." The walked down the aisle and went to the coloring books. "Tiana you can pick out five coloring books that you would like, okay. So think long and hard which ones you would like. Then we will get you a crayon set of 152 pieces that you can use."
Tiana looks up at Kitty and has some tears in her eyes, "Tiana feels like she is dreaming five brand new books and a huge set of colors just for Tiana. Tiana will choose well." She looks at all the coloring books and spots a unicorn one. "The first one for Tiana is the unicorn one!!" She rushes the book to Luke. 
Luke took the book. "Good job you still have four more to choose." He got down and wiped the tears away," once she was out of earshot he whispered, "she is going to be so attached and not want to leave. I do hope that she will not get jealous of the baby. Tiana is a good girl and we are blessed that she is taking this easily."

Entering the dining hall was quite overwhelming at first but Uteu was more interested in listening to his siblings talk about their days. There was a huge painting of Grello attached to one of the walls and Uteu had to pause to look at it.

"Oh its big bro Grello!" Uteu reeled back in shock to look at Ulo who had sparkles in his eyes as he looked at the painting.

"He was taking care of you when you were sick!" Uti piped in.

"He's so nice! He gave us lots of coloring books and snacks. Oh! And told us every day how you were doing!" Ulo said, the sparkles in his eyes intensifying.

"Shouldn't you call him uncle?" Uteu asked in amusement.

"He told us not to call him uncle. Cause uncles are unreliable." They said at the same time.

Uteu quirked his head at their words but brushed it off as Grello wanting to sound younger.

They headed over to the long table and enjoyed many dishes cooked for children. Uteu felt nostalgic as he ate a bit of everything. He hasn't had food like this in a while.

He was normally the one that cooked for them. But back in the day it was their caretaker that used to make these childish dishes for them. Ulo and Uti ate happily and they continued to tell him about all the things they were able to enjoy in the mansion.

They mentioned their favorite maid, Minh and least favorite maid Lia. All the things they loved to eat and how great the food was. They always had their favorites every day but some things they didn't like would be added in sometimes.

They even mentioned how big bro Grello would ask them kindly to eat their veggies. They'd be shaped in fun shapes so they were fun to eat, even if they tasted a little icky. Their favorite maid would give them peanut butter or ranch for some of the veggies to make it taste better. Big bro Grello even mentioned how proud Uteu would be of them.

They even told him what they would usually do during the day and which maids they interacted with the most.

Uteu smiled as they rambled on and on. The familiar chatter during dinner was exactly as he remembered it. It was also just what he needed for his nerves.

Finally, a bit of normalcy without having to worry about strangers or near death experiences.

He felt grateful for his siblings and frankly, he was also grateful that they didn't remember him being stabbed. He wanted them to retain their innocence a little longer.

When they finished eating, two maids Uteu didn't know the names of, cleaned up without a word and disappeared as soon as they were done.

Uteu's face turned solemn as he looked at the twins.

"Ulo. Uti."

Catching onto his mood, they quieted down and turned to fully face him.

"What rules did big bro Grello give you?"

Uti had a finger on her chin in thought as Ulo tried to recall, "Big brother Uteu needed his rest so we couldn't go find him on our own. We had to wait for him to find us... Not to go outside the house without a maid by our side and..."

"Oh! And to let a maid know if we ever needed anything! To use this whistle if we ever need one." Continued Uti as she pulled out a white whistle from under her clothes..

"Don't open the door for anyone. Don't go with any strangers ok?  You two know about stranger danger, so I'm counting on you two to remember."

Ulo and Uti gave him a look as if to say, "Duh!"

But Uteu wouldn't let them go until they agreed.

They got up and he followed them to their room. It was a spacious and warm room with small windows that no one could climb in and out of.

Two identical beds with cartoon character themed sheets and blankets were pushed together against the wall. Small drawers on either sides of the bed were opened and clothes were messily stuffed in.

Uteu gave the twins a look and they sheepishly inched away to deal with their mess.

"I don't remember you having these before..." Uteu said as he looked at the designs of the clothing they were folding. They looked new, with a lot of their favorite characters on them.

"Big bro Grello got them for us!" The sparkles came back into Ulo's eyes as he folded quickly.

Uteu was surprised. He guessed Grello thought of everything. Now that he thought back on it. The twins didn't have that many sets of clothes when they stayed over at his place.

It wouldn't have been enough for however long they needed to stay here.

When the twins finished tidying up, he ushered them off to go brush their teeth. He honestly didn't know where their bathroom was and hoped it was nearby. The twins pulled open a door on the opposite side of the room, past a low round table with crayons and coloring books out.

He entered their bathroom with them and saw cartoon stools for them to step up to the sink to brush their teeth. Uteu heard buzzing as they used their cartoon themed cups and electrical toothbrushes and dried their faces with their cartoon themed towels. Uteu felt helpless. Their big bro Grello was spoiling them.

The two pulled their stools over for a quick shower. Uteu asked how they normally got showers. He looked at the open shower and drain and cute shower curtain. He turned the knobs and quickly got the water at a nice warm temperature.

"Minh would give us a shower. She was really gentle with our hair." Uti said as Uteu pulled out a cartoon themed tears free kid shampoo and conditioner.

Uteu hummed and had them wash their bodies as he worked a lather for their hair. He rinsed them off and they quickly grabbed their big fluffy cartoon towels and dried off. Uteu found a small hair dryer in one of the drawers by the sink and dried their hair.

"We missed you so much big brother." Uti said as she hugged him.

Uteu almost melted into the hug. He patted her hair and as he tucked them both in, they yawned.

The door creaked open and Uteu almost flinched. He quickly turned to to door, stiff. A maid with short wavy brown hair nodded politely at Uteu and pulled out a a children's book. Uteu visibly relaxed.

"Good evening, I am here to read the twins a story, unless sir would prefer to?"

Uteu almost agreed, but the twins decided for him.

"We like Minh's voice! Please read to us?"

Minh smiled and replied, "Of course little ones, I would love to read to you."

Uteu didn't have the heart to stop her and nodded in approval when she turned to him. If he didn't know enough about her from all of the twin's retelling of these past few days, he would have felt weary leaving the twins with her.

He watched as she pulled out two stuffed toys from the closet and handed them to the twins before pulling a chair over and dimming the lights. She left one bright light for herself to read.

When she softly told them a story he didn't recognize with emotions and different tones for all the characters, he suddenly had a thought.

This was similar to what a mother was like, wasn't it? He could see why they wanted Minh to stay and read them a story instead of himself.

Uteu Drelden one day finds himself plunged head first into the many conflicts that arises when the Forging of the Chain is activated prematurely.

It has been a few months since I turned 4, and it is 1 month until Mina turns 4. Our parents are hoping that I awaken a quirk, to the point of looking visibly worried the more time that passes without me awakening it. I however, was not worried a bit. I assume that getting a custom quirk, and a powerful one at that, will take some time.
I have been able to do minor telekinesis, gravity manipulation, telepathy, and I noticed an increase in strength. My limits of the telekinesis is about the size and weight of an average book. The limit of what I've been able to manipulate gravity is my own body. With the telepathy, I can only hear the surface thoughts of the people in a 5 foot radius of himself. My strength is about the average 10 year old.

In a daycare, with lots of colors around the room, sat Azreal coloring on a paper in a book he brought from home. It seemed like he was doing what a regular kid would do, and was coloring inside a coloring book. Of course it wasn't the truth. In reality, Azreal was trying to write a song he was working on in his previous life, but never was able to finish it. Azreal trying to concentrate solely on his song writing didn't notice a voice behind him.
"...."
Not hearing the person, they start to get irritated. Tapping on Azreal's shoulder, to get his attention, They start speaking again.
"Hey, whatcha doin'?"
Azreal finally noticed them, due to the tapping on his shoulder. He turned around to see a little girl that looked to be around his age. She had dark black hair, forest green eyes, and pale white skin. She was wearing a green colored dress with a lighter green to accent it.
Hearing what she said, he had a brief flashback of his last life. The flashback was from an old cartoon he used to watch that had a girl who always said that. Thankfully, with the sage force, it only took a second making it seem like nothing happened on the outside.
"Sorry, I didn't hear what you said. Do you mind repeating what you said?" Azreal had to ask. He couldn't do a give me a moment, and has a short flashback to remember what was just said. Azreal hopes to be able to do it by the time he gets to U.A.
"I said, Whatcha Doin'?"She replied visibly annoyed.
"I'm just drawing in my coloring book."
"Give it to me!"
"Why?"
"Because I want to see it!"
"No, it's mine!" 'She is an extremely spoiled child.' Azreal decided.
Still wanting the book, she reached for it. Azreal kept it out of her reach, though.
"What's going on over here?" A stern voice sounded from beside them. Turning around they saw the assistant teacher standing over them.
"He's not sharing the book, and being a meanie."
"But I-" Azreal responded before getting interrupted by the teacher.
"No, Azreal, you need to learn to share the toys. Now apologize to Iana."
"..." Seeing how easy Iana got her way left him shocked.
"Azreal?" The teacher questioned.
Deciding that he won't win he relented. "I'm sorry Iana."
Hearing his defeat, Iana smiles and quickly reaches for the book. Due to Azreal being distracted by the teacher, she was able to take it.
Smiling to herself, she starts to run off, laughing. The teacher stares at Iana, discovering that she was played.
If she opens it, then it'll be very obvious, that Azreal is not a regular baby. The main problem with people thinking that he isn't normal is them believing that being smarter than others is his quirk. It will bring a lot of unnecessary trouble when he awakens his real quirk.
Reaching out wanting to get his book back, but she was just slightly out of reach. Taking a step forward, he reached for it again. This time, though, when he did, Iana dropped the book. Grabbing the book from the floor, before she can take it again, the book almost seemed to go instinctively towards him. It was closer to Azreal than it was to Iana, when he grabbed it.
'Hmm, if this is what I think it is, then I need to do some tests.'
Due to the ruckus Iana caused when trying to get the book, the other teacher noticed. "What happened over here, Ms. Zias?"
"Well..." The assistant teacher, named Ms. Zias, said.
"Ms. Zias, please tell me that you didn't judge the situation on your bias, again..."
"Well..."
"*Sigh* Just tell me what happened." The main teacher told Ms. Zias, while pinching the bridge of her nose.
"Ok. When I came over I saw Azreal here, keeping little Iana from a book. So, I intervened. I asked what happened, and Iana told me that Azreal was refusing to share a book we have, and that he was being mean to her. So, I started-" Ms. Zias was able to say before getting cut off.
"Wait, you listened to Iana only? What about Azreal?"
"I assumed he was in the wrong."
"You need to listen to others perspectives. Sometimes the boy isn't in the wrong."
"But-"
"No buts. I understand that 'He' was in the wrong, but you can't take it up with every boy, especially kids who don't even know the difference between genders, besides cooties. I'll finish up here for you, but could you keep an eye on the kids at the bathrooms?"
What they didn't know was that Azreal understood their whole conversation. 'Wow, I just thought she was one of those annoying teachers, that treats certain kids unfairly... There is no telling who a person is without getting to know them.'
Ms. Zias starts to walk to the kids who went to the bathroom, but was still able to hear the other teacher say, "I don't blame you Mia, remember that." Ms. Zias turned her head to see her teaching partner, to nod in understanding.
Azreal let out a small smile, thankfully unnoticed by the others, 'I forgive you, Ms. Zias. I won't hold a grudge on you.'
After the main teacher gave a warning to Iana to not try to steal other people's things. Azreal was able to continue to write in his book. Thankfully, there were some black pages, that he could write in clearly.
Mina came over a bit later. They were close enough in age, that they were able to be in the same class.
"Hey, Az!"
"Hey." He answered. Az is a nickname she gave Azreal when they were little because she couldn't say Azreal properly, and it just continued. Their parents think it is cute, and Azreal doesn't mind. It became her own little name for him. To be honest, he is just glad that she hasn't decided to use Azzy, that will be a big hit to the pride he has as a man.
"So," She started hearing a pause. "What are you doing?"
"I'm writing a bit of a small story."
"What is it about?"
"Well, I'm not really sure yet. I'm seeing where it takes me."
"Oh, ok. Let me know when you finish it."
"I will, Mina." What Azreal is writing is more along the lines of a song than a real story, but he is trying to write it as a song containing a story in it. If he told her he was writing a song, then she will go trying to brag about me doing it, but he would rather it be a secret.
"It is almost snack time, want to come with me to get some? I heard they are giving out brownies today!"
Letting out a chuckle, he replied, "Yeah, I heard that, too. Let's go." After hearing him, she took his arm and takes off to the snack section.

Azreal POV

It has been about a month since that event, and there has been some discoveries. Mainly based on my quirk. It seems that when I reached for my book, I was summoning it. Well, I was in the process of summoning it. At first, I thought that I'll only be able to summon books of magic, but now, I believe I could summon any book. I'll still need to do more experimenting, but I plan on showing my parents and Mina when they come back from a celebrating day for her since it is her birthday. They let me with a babysitter to celebrate with her, I think they are hoping for her to show her quirk, while out. I mean, they hope she has more than just her mutant quirk. They did the same thing with me during my birth month, but they didn't do it for any of my others.
Right now, I am reading some of my dad's cooking books. I am hoping to find a great chocolate cake for Mina's birthday. She is obsessed with chocolate. I believe she is going to have a chocolate stash in her bag when we go to U.A. Back to the book, though. I have found a few, but there is only one that we have all the ingredients for. Thankfully, the cake that I believe Mina would like the best is the same one that we have the ingredients for.
Just then, I hear the door start to open. Coming out of the kitchen, I see Mina with a smile covering her face. She runs up to me, completely oblivious to the tired expressions of our parents that I was able to see. I can't really blame them, though. Mina is a handful, and them trying to see if she will awaken her quirk is pretty normal for parents after quirks started appearing. They just want to see the best for their children.
"Hey, Az!" She says to me when she gets right in front of me.
"Hey Mina, I was looking at some books, and I think I found a chocolate cake be can make for you."
"Really? How much chocolate does it have?"
"Well, let's just say even chocolate pudding is an ingredient..."
"YES! WERE MAKING IT!"
"Ok, ok. Let me show you the recipe first, though." After I said that, I reached towards the kitchen, and the cook book that had the recipe in it came rocketing into my hand. Opening it up to the page I bookmarked, I held it up for her to see, but she had wide eyes staring at the book in my hand before letting out a sequel, that can give anyone a headache.
"You awaken your quirk!" My mom and Mina said like I didn't even say anything about an awesome chocolate cake.
"Yep, I thought it would be a cool surprise for Mina's birthday." I said popping the 'p'. "Now, are we going to make a cake?"
"CAKE!" Mina yelled to the people across the continent.
It was safe to say, that the cake had to much chocolate for my taste, but not for Mina. I mean, adding extra chocolate to an already abundant chocolate recipe is a lot of chocolate.
The next day, we went to register my quirk. I was a bit nervous, but I have been able to increase the range of my sage force. With the increased range, I have been able to have very good information access. I am also able to implement suggestions into other people's minds. Unfortunately, it is only a slight suggestion, and people can resist it if they either have a strong mind or don't have any real desire to complete the task. I plan on using this on the doctors, who examine my quirk, so my quirk doesn't seem to strong nor to weak and lacking potential.
Arriving at the hospital for the registration, my parents look a little nervous, and keep telling me that no matter what the doctors say, I will be their little hero. I know due to hearing their surface thoughts, that they are nervous about my reaction to my quirk designation. They don't want to crush their child's dream of becoming a hero, like most parents.
Giving them a smile, we went inside.
The resignations was more of a headache than anything else. I had to use gravity manipulation of the Strength force, so that they don't find out that I weigh as much as a 12 year old. That would be embarrassing if they thought my quirk was to weigh more than normal, then I would forget about the ease of going to U.A. just based on embarrassment.
When they finish the medical side of the examination, we went to a room that looks like it was specially made for kids who could not control their quirks.
"So, do you mind showing what your quirk is?" One of the doctors that followed my family into the room. He looked like he was in charge due the other 2 following his lead.
"Ok, Azreal, show them." My father said.
I raise up my hand, and a book comes flying out of mom's bag that she brought. It was the same book that I was writing the song in. The doctors only show a little surprise, reading their minds, I find it to be because they have seen many kids display their quirks. There was even a very disturbing one, where a boy could grow any of his part of his body, and when he came in, a bobble headed disproportionate kid freaked them out.
"So, it seems like you have a form of summoning for your quirk."
"What objects have you been able to summon using the quirk?"
"What quirks do you two, the parents, have?"
They all started talking after seeing me summon the book. They were obviously happy to see a quirk that isn't rambunctious.
"Well..." My mom started, before whispering to the head examiner.
"Oh, I understand. You know that you'll have to tell him, hopefully before he becomes 8. Around that time, schools start to learn about quirks, and inheriting them." The head doctor told her quietly, but I was still able to hear. I was able to guess that she was telling him that I am adopted.
After telling the other two, the one to the right of the main examiner poorly whispered, "Do you know what his birth parents' quirks were?"
"No, we don't even know his real birthday. All we know is that his real name is Azreal Yongheng."
"Ok, Kubo, you go check on the name." After the head examiner said this, the one to his left left.
"So, what has he been able to summon so far?"
"He has been able to summon only books so far."
"Well, then I am going to classify his quirk as summoning with a limit to books. Hmm, the name could be something library..." the main examiner trailed off in thought.
"Oh, could my quirk be called something cool, like Magician's Library?" I quickly asked him.
"I don't know, we'll see."
Long story short, I was able to get my quirk called Magician's Library, but the examiners want to keep track of my quirk progress until I'm 10.
It has been a while since I checked my missions, though.
