"C'mon , di we are getting late for train" I shout from the balcony. It was a shivering winter night of Delhi and christmass eve too. My sister and I planned a trip to Jaisalmer , yes the place of xerophytes "the Thar dessert" . I was always fascinated by the golden colour of dunes since my childhood.
"Aah wait , am ready lets go" my sister came out with her bag .
"Why you are not wearing any woollen clothes??" I asked her shockingly.
" No, I dn't need. Am not cold blooded like you" she said smiling at me.
"Ah , ok lets go we are late already" .
We board a auto to sarai rohilla station and almost about to reached their when  she shouted " oh shit, I forget the tickets at room".
"What???" I said still in shocked . 
"I, am sorry , actually I was talking to a friend and just forgot".
"You should be careful, we'll miss the train today for sure". But thanks to the electronic media I just checked my email and got a copy of the tickets. We board the train to Bikaner. 
I still remember the dawn, when we reach the hotel at Bikaner. We had our breakfast and asked them to book a cab for local sight scene. However , they said cabs are not available due to tourist rush.  Di decided to be in the hotel for the day . But that was something not acceptable for a wanderer like me who likes to visit different places. I went to the nearby shop when suddenly I met an auto driver.
"Madam, you didn't got the cab" he said .
" yes, why ?? Can you book one for us?? " I asked him.
" arey madam we are small people , how can we book cab . But I can carry you in my phatphati" he said indicating towards his auto.
Suddenly , an idea strike my mind . " ok, how much it'll cost "
"Just 1000 madam" he smiled back.
"Oh , sure, just give me half an hour" I said and went back to hotel. I asked di to get ready. 
I still remember the journey, we leave  for Karni mata temple. We were freezed, kept on coming closer to eachother in order to insulate ourselves from the shivering wind. But the temple was one of the mesmerizing thing I saw in my entire life, it was full of rats, yet no body was ever harmed. We went to other places like Lal bagh, bikaner fort etc. In evening he dropped us at the station from where we boarded the train to jaiselmer.

Next morning we reach Jaisalmer, the city of sands, of changing dunes. We prebooked the cab these time. The driver tour us around the Jaisalmer fort, Gadisar lake, vyas chatri etc. In the evening he took us to the camp site i.e. Sam sand dunes where we were about to spend our night. We were welcomed by the dancers of the camp. Everything seems to be a perfect film set , where we were the heroines ( just a feeling , although I was never of that kind). 

It was 4 pm at evening , a guy from the camp management inform us that we can enjoy the camel safari now. We went to the place where the camels were lined up. I tried to sit in the back of one of them but failed  as I have short legs. Di laughed at me "that's the disadvantage of having a short leg". I ignored her and these time tried to jump  on it's back when  I noticed I kicked and opened the button of the shirt di was wearing. Suddenly both of us turned back and notice there was a flock of boys laughing at us. We ignore and finally get on the back of the camel. Di kept on holding me tight and chanting gayatri mantra thoroughout the ride . She was afraid of falling down from its back. 

It was already dark till we came back to the camp site. We were invited to the bornfire and as usual we were late to that too. Everyone had taken  there places already. The evening was welcomed by the famous Rajasthani song 'padharo mahre desh" followed by 'nimura nimura '; fire plays and ofcorse the famous poha, although that was not tasty at all. After the performances every one were requested to come closer to the bornfire for a dance. We too were dancing when suddenly we noticed some people tried to come closer towards us . The more we tried to avoid the more they came closer. But there were two guys , who suddenly came towards us , formed some sort of shield around us from those morons. Eventually we started talking to them and came to know that they were from Delhi. We continued the conversation with them and became somewhat comfortable with them. They were among that flock of guys , who were laughing at us. The dinner was served and was really bad . They cooked maggie and even offered us to join them. 

We'r about to  leave for Delhi next morning when they offered us to visit Tanot mata temple , few hundred kms away from the camp site. I told di not to get involved much and trust Delhi guys and to ignored them. But she didn't listen to me and agreed to visit the temple. Whatever , the consequences may be ,but one thing is sure the temple is one of its kind with live bombs still persisting into it . And missing it would mean missing a wonderful experience in life. We leave for Delhi in the evening. 

Delhi 
"Hey, what are your plans on new year ?? " Di asked them and had planned to go out with them. 
"Why we have to go with them? We can roam alone too?? " I said refusing her plan.
" No,they are nice people. And its ok. " she said ignoring me.
It was 31st dec, we met them again although in Delhi now. We get into their car . That was the first day of my life I drank . I was in a state of ectasy. I never felt so crazy before, dancing in the coaching institute of one of them, drinking in the car, hoping over different places throughout the night.. I realised , may be they were not like the one I thought.  I was thinking about all these when my phone beeped.
"Friend request from Biki Gupta". I read in my mind. Yes , the guys I met in Jaisalmer was Biki and his friend Sandip. I never thought that the acceptance of that friend request would result into a new chapter in my life.

Several Korean scientists living in Germany had asked for migration to Kazakhstan.
Seeing the recent dispute with China, they wanted to offer a small helping hand to Kazakhstan.
Originally, they were planning to go back to Korea but were hesitant to return home due to cultural differences between Korean and Germany and decided to move to Kazakhstan.
The reason why they decided to come to Kazakhstan was because they saw hope when Youngho, a Korean, joined Central Asia and expanded his reach to the Caucasus.
Another reason was that the relationship between Kazakhstan and Germany was stronger than other countries.

When Korean residents in Germany suddenly showed interest in coming to Kazakhstan, Youngho asked the Intelligence Department to investigate them.
Although they would be of great help, he did not understand why they were making such a choice to live in hardships. This was because Kazakhstan was not such an attractive place for capable scientists who had been living well in an advanced country like Germany.

The scientists who wanted to come to Kazakhstan were children of workers who went to Germany as miners or nurses in the 1960s.
Miners and nurses who left for Germany in the early 1960s were in the middle class or class of literacy at that time.
Even though anyone who had never crossed the school gate could dig inside a mine, anyone who was to go to Germany was demanded a minimum degree of education on the condition.
The reason was that the Korean government wanted to present Korea as a highly educated country so as not to undermine its national prestige.
It was like the last pride of an underdeveloped country.
As a result, intelligent college graduates were registered to work as miners, and those who went out as workers borrowed money and wore suits and ties to get on the plane.
Due to the economic conditions of Korea at that time, it was impossible for people to be educated in a secondary school if they were not rich or if they were very smart.
It was almost a luxury for ordinary people who were busy filling their stomachs after the Korean War to send their children to school.
Likewise, most nurses had well-off parents.
At that time, women were considered overeducated even after they graduated from elementary school.
Nurses with their own expertise in Korea which was underdeveloped at the time chose to go to Germany rather than stay, and going to Germany was like being chosen because not everyone was able to go abroad.
Also, Korea's poor economic situation, in which people could not make money despite having expertise, drove them to Germany.
If they could sacrifice themselves for the livelihood of their families, they were willing to work abroad.

Now was the time to build up strength.
In order to do so, the foundation should be strong and the whole society should be developed evenly.

He ended his speech by saying that now was an opportunity to narrow the gap with China when it is shaken by the trade war against the U.S.

Kazakhstan gained a lot from the recent conflict.
It served as an occasion for the people to unite as one, which was soon expressed in pride for the nation.

Mature civic awareness had also affected the entire industry.
People recognized that working their best in their field was loving their country.
It was shown by productivity improvement and product quality.
Now, if it was made in Kazakhstan, it was recognized as a cheap and sturdy product by both Central Asian and Caucasian countries. The only problem was poor designs that were not aesthetic. However, if there was no inconvenience in daily life, such a level of flaw could be overcome.
Since when had Central Asia been such a rich place?
It was a place where people would still have to live a nomadic life if there were no underground resources.
In a way, it was no exaggeration to say that all this was due to China.
People could stay alert because there was a strong enemy around.
In order to continue such an atmosphere, reminding people of where Kazakhstan was located geopolitically was necessary.
They had won only a few battles because if they got carried away with such pride, the country would be eaten by China someday.
The only way out of China's direct threat was the independence of Uyghurs and Tibetans.

She was free now  without any tension.Her whole family saying a single thing that Anika has never done this kind of work before even our sons did not do this kind of work so, how can she do this. They can find someone else. They need an educated girl with job , with doing domestic work as well as doing farming. Why don't they find a uneducated girl for all this work. Have they seen their son. He is neither handsome, nor educated and have no manners of speaking. We can't marry our girl in that family and this is our final dicision.

what I meant by a straight line study and work is that, I have a very directed study plan going to primary school, then secondary school, then pre-university programme for a year and finally bachelor in education for 4 years and manage to graduate as early as 23 years old without any of a leap in my learning year.

A very smooth and straight line of study life where nothing happen.
so, it was kind of boring but safe for me. Thanks to some gifts, coincidences and luck along the process.

One of the gifts is that from as early as I can remember, I have a gift of memorizing anything that people recite infront of me. they only need to recite once and I am able to say every bits they recite with the correct pronounciation. 

Where at some point around the age of 7-8 years old me, i was in a class room learning something with a foreign language, the teacher recite the whole statement written on the blackboard ( and i do not identify any character used on the board) and he said " you all need to recite this before leaving for recess"

As he recite it first, i was able to recite it again infront of him then granted recess. 

Thou, for the written exam part of the language i extremely failed it as i do not know any characters on the paper. 

This scenario was continuing until i was 15-16 years old. 

It was a gift and the teachers should have notice that they cannot recite it first before me, as i will just recite it back without learning anything about that language. 

But then a gift will be taken back, if its not properly appreciated. i do not remember specificly when it start, but i finally was not able to recall and recite back what others said infront of me. Well, it  was my misconduct of the  gift at start. 

Now, it is even harder for me to remember peoples' name and/or their faces.

with the gift i manage to swim thru the 16 years of my education life steadily, safely and without outstanding remarks. As I never told anyone about it and I my self manage to blend and make average results through out my study. A principle of mine of not wanting to be in the sportlight and just be a normal boring and not known person. 

so, this story will be an uninterested story of the life that had been through and recalled to refleck back on what "IF" a different decision were being made.

Questioning the faculty hasn't been of much help. Apparently she was just found in a critical condition on a fine day in the back yard of the church and they knew nothing about the girl. This was exactly a week before Mr.Arnav Singh Raizada found the victim on the terrace of the hospital building.

Arnav studied the back story of the victim' as termed by the officer for the umpteenth time which was drafted five months ago in an attempt to try and fetch some more clues. Of course the first piece of information that included her education and native was provided by him and so the police were able to fetch the information from her Delhi neighborhood, which wasn't much as it is. He sighed dropping the file of papers on the table and fetched the other file lying beside it and took a deep breath looking at it with determination.
 
This was the file which the intelligence department handed him a week ago. He had been apprehensive to read it and had been delaying it, however sooner or later this needs to be done. Although he was informed by the agent that the information wasn't much helpful, somehow he found himself anxious to know about the mystery called Khushi Kumari Gupta. He noticed, as the days turned into months ever since that lone night, he was just being drawn into this more and more. Agreed that his stay in Mumbai was termed by the law, however, he might not just go back to his life leaving her in this state, especially when no one ever approached her as her care takers in all these months despite his efforts. Was she really that alone?

"The art of smiling is not a rocket science; it's just a reflex action to what you feel. Try it's not that hard, Arnav."
 
He smiled again at the memory;  Seven years, was long enough to forget someone, not that the memory of the person haunted him or tortured him in anyway, he is just amused by himself to relive the memory ever so naturally every time he found himself helping someone.  
"Ram Singh" he greeted as he reached the parking place of the airport.
 
"Hello sir how was your flight?" the driver spoke reaching out to his luggage.
 
"It was good, I would have hailed a cab, you shouldn't have come" he said going around the SUV and settling himself behind the wheel.
 
"Oh, I was strictly instructed not to allow you to drive at this time of the night sir---" he said hesitantly looking at Arnav settled behind the wheel already.
 
"Then your Maam shouldn't have sent you Ram singh, the taxi would have served that purpose, don't you think? Now shut up and take the place beside me or you can choose to stay here for the rest of the night, and oh! I might just deduct your one day pay if you choose to stay by the way" he said and smirked.
 
Ram Singh visibly cursed his boss under his breath. He slowed down his car as they neared the building with both of their gazes fixed to the white image above them and finally the car halted just below the building. Sensing the car stop, Ram Singh turned his head to look at his boss as a reflex action. "Sir, I was just kidding; you are not thinking to go up there, are you?"
He asked swallowing hard as he could see Arnav just ignoring him and his glance fixed to that image.
 
Arnav stepped out of his car all the way looking up at her and stood facing the ridiculously tall building, his face bent behind in an attempt to take a clear look at the white image. He tugged his hands in his pockets and continued to observe her. The white gown looked oversized for her petite body, it looked more like a hospital gown, her legs stood long and straight on the very thin wall; he noticed there wasn't a shiver nor a tremble in the way she stood there, her posture almost looked relaxed and his lips parted registering the view that spoke volumes to him, but somehow nothing made sense. He felt a sudden pull and he swallowed hard processing the unknown fear creeping up his nerves.His legs on their own accord made their way into the building completely ignoring the repeated calls from his driver. The doors of the elevator wide opened into the top most floor and then he walked around to find the stair case leading to the terrace. He wasn't rushing, he wasn't running nor was in a panic state, he was just walking as if in a trance" He could see her from behind, her petite body from within the loose gown showing curves blended in her form in perfect places, as the mid-night breeze blew her gown from the inner side.There was some kind of familiarity with her.Making sure, she acknowledged him so that he wouldn't startle her; ."May be you should jump and take a look to see what it feels like?" he said seeing her withdrawing her hands and tugging them in front of her. The rest of the stance in her body still seemed relaxed and as expected by him, she wasn't startled.
 "I'm not gonna jump stranger, you can go back to whatever you were doing before you decided to save me" she said 
"You are not gonna jump?" he definitely did guess that "Well, sorry to disappoint you Stranger, but I'm not jumping" she stated bringing her palms over her hands and rubbing against the cold breeze.
 "I'm glad, I wonder why stand like that if you have no intention to jump though"

Wang Baole had risen through the ranks of the Ethereal Dao College, from an ordinary student to a Deputy Pavilion Head. He knew how such matters were handled. His approach gave the dean great comfort, and the latter allowed him greater free rein in the management of the academy. 
As everything fell into place, Martian Day finally arrived.
The entire Martian City bustled with life that day. It was rowdier than the past Martian Days because every Dao Mountain Mist Academy student had beseeched their parents to support and view the friendly match. That was the mission that Wang Baole had tasked them with, and they had to do everything in their power to get it done. 
Wang Baole's current status and reputation in the Dao Mountain Mist Academy ensured that the students followed his every command. The Fire Spirit Academy had also done the same, with students from said academy also requesting their parents' presence at the match. On Martian Day, countless cruisers could be seen speeding through the air across all thirty-odd city zones. They were all headed for the Zone Twelve arena, crowding the skies with their sheer numbers. There were also plenty who journeyed to the arena on foot. 
Some parents still had work despite it being a public holiday, but they still tried their best to accede to their children's request. During the festive period, the spirit screens that Lin Tianhao had rented throughout the entire Martian Colony City continuously broadcasted about the friendly match. The public's interest was stirred as well. 
There were also some families who mutually disliked each other to the extent of disallowing their children from attending the same academy. They were the most enthusiastic of the lot, eagerly hoping for their children's school to emerge victorious in the match.

The venue of the friendly match… a stadium in Zone Twelve that could sit a hundred thousand spectators, was rapidly filled with people and soon packed to the brim. The rowdy voices of spectators filled the air.
They were all familiar faces who gathered there, and sounds of discussions and laughter rose in the air. The stadium bustled with life. 
"Old Zhang, you're here too? What a rare sight."
"That rascal of mine dragged me here. Fine, let's see how well they perform in a fight as a whole."
As the stadium grew more packed with spectators, the student participants from the Dao Mountain Mist Academy gathered and boarded the cruiser. They headed towards the Zone Twelve stadium. This was an important match for the academy, so the dean and all teachers were present and on board the cruiser.
As the cruiser flew ahead, Wang Baole inspected the students inside the cruiser happily. There were students snacking, or drinking Ice Spirit Water, or gazing into the mirrors, all of them little chubby fatties…
These students shall be the future pillars of the Federation. Wang Baole sighed inwardly. He was about to make a rousing speech when one of the more sharp-eyed students saw, outside the cruiser, a gigantic spirit screen erected in Zone Twelve. His eyes flashed, and he hurriedly pointed at the screen. 
"Quick, look over there. It's the dean!"
The people in the cruiser looked over as his voice rang out. They immediately saw an enormous spirit screen that spanned hundreds of yards wide. Wang Baole appeared on the screen.
He was dressed in formal attire and had a stern expression on his face and a resolute look in his bright eyes. His right palm was placed on his chest, his head raised towards the sky. A deep voice emerged from his lips. 
"I'm not an educator. I'm but a ray of candlelight, who will happily exhaust this flame of life so that I may shine a light on the students of Mars and light the way towards the future!
"I hereby swear that I will devote myself to the Martian education field. I will fulfill my duties to teach and educate. I will groom and cultivate our students. I will transform them into the future pillars of the Spirit Inception Era. They will have dreams, ideals, morals, the spirit to strive, and compassion. They will give their all for the development and prosperity of Mars. They will fight for Mars' honor and glory!
"I, Wang Baole, submit the above declaration!"
His voice swelled with emotion, but his gaze remained serious and resolute. In his eyes burned a passionate and fervent light. It seemed to reflect his hopes towards and resolution for the future and his students. 
Due to the angling of the camera, he even seemed slimmer than usual. He appeared almost handsome, and exuded a unique charm that spoke of great determination and passion!
He didn't mention the Federation and only spoke of Mars. This resonated deeply with the native Martians. The upper levels of the Martian administration were slightly stirred when they saw this broadcast. 
As everyone stood stunned and affected by the broadcast, dramatic music started blasting from the spirit screen and resounded in the air. This was not isolated to Zone Twelve. At present, every zone in the city was screening Wang Baole's rousing declaration and broadcasting his image. It was a rousing moment for everyone who saw it. 
Not only were the common pedestrians stunned, but parents heading for the stadium were equally taken aback. Though, their reactions couldn't compare to the reactions of the students on board the cruiser with Wang Baole.
They adored Wang Baole to the degree of fanaticism. When they saw the spirit screen broadcast and heard what Wang Baole said, they became immensely agitated. The fanatical passion in their eyes intensified. 
Even the teachers from the Dao Mountain Mist Academy turned and stared at Wang Baole with shock in their eyes. Lin Tianhao was the exception, instead, sighing secretly. Wang Baole had proposed filming and adding that part into the video. It hadn't been broadcast earlier. This was the first time it was being shown on the screens. He hadn't thought much of it when they had been filming. In fact, he had found it quite melodramatic. Now, having witnessed everyone's reaction to it, he couldn't help but be convinced of how brilliant the move had been. 
As long as he wins the match, Wang Baole will not only establish a strong presence on Mars, he'll make a mark on the planet. The definition of result and accomplishment might overlap, but they held vastly different weight and meant completely different things. That was the true reason for Lin Tianhao's sighing.
