A young boy, around the age of fifteen, was sleeping carefreely. His head was slumped on top of the rough wooden-table, whose look shouted look how cheap I am.

 His heavy snores were muzzled by a towel shoved into his mouth. No one was bullying him, as he himself shoved the towel to muzzle his snores. He didn't want to disturb the others in the classroom.

Today, he had forced himself to attend the Senior-high Mystic Academy, in order to retain his perfect percentage of attendance. After all, he is a model student and is studying for free in Mystic Academy as a Student on Scholarship.

Today, the homeroom teacher did not judge him because of his roguish behavior, as she knew that yesterday was a very tiring day from Him. 

Yesterday, right after school, Leal went to the nearest Mystic association center. He wanted to become a Mystic-hunter and become independent so that he can reduce the burden of his orphanage. He had stood in front of the palace-like Mystic Association building, waiting in-line for 14 hours.

By the time his turn arrived, half a day has already gone by. In the end, he just managed to obtain a chance to join the entry test of Mystic hunters. 

Fourteen whole hours, just for an assessment test coupon!

A new morning had long come to be by the time he obtained the assessment test coupon. Hence, without a wink of sleep, he rushed to the Senior-high Mystic Academy to attend the classes.

The first class had already begun by the time he reached the classroom. Thankfully, teacher Garden did not chide him for being late. Rather, she saw his exhausted state and red eyes, and worriedly asked for an explanation.

Leal explained everything to her, Shyly. Due to which, Teacher Garden, the gorgeous brunette with water-fall like black hair gave him full-permission to sleep during her class. 

Leal slept throughout her class, in the process, relieving himself from exhaustion.

 Teacher Garden was a gentle beauty. Her graceful aura and big black eyes could even melt the heart of a vicious monster. She was the dream crush of every boy in the classroom, including Leal. She had appeared many times in the dreams of the boy undergoing puberty.

Though, her class ended. She went out of the classroom under the pleasant shouts of Goodbye Madam Garden that came out of the mouth of her simps.

IMMEDIATELY, came in the history teacher, Albuquerque Pueblo, a man who claimed to be of French descent with a history book held in his hand. Everyone quiet down in horror. Their history teacher was the worst in history. The students in the classroom silently opened their history textbooks. Their head held low, starting right at Page 667 of the history book.

The history teacher, Albuquerque Pueblo, was not the least bit impressed by the attitude of the student. For him, they were supposed to be like this. Without opening the textbook, he began to teach important historical facts to the student in the classroom while walking around the classroom. He stopped after his eyes glimpsed at the sleeping Leal. The glimpse turned into an angry glare.

"Leal, how dare you sleep in my classroom! You are a model student yet look at what you are doing. What kind of example are you gonna set for the others?" He shouted after pinching Leal ears to wake him up. 

Not only that, but he also hit him on the head with the 1000 page heavy textbook. Due to which, the towel shoved into Leal mouth came out. Leal terrifying beast-like snores resounded in the classroom and silenced the history teacher shouts.

The history teacher beating hastened to wake Leal before his beast-like snores cause him a headache.

"Oh shit, I forgot to wake him up," muttered Vaal, as he saw the history teacher beating Leal on his snowy white head. Leal was still deep in sleep because his snowy-white hairs filled with mana reduced the pain. The attack of the history teachers only served as a massage that caused Leal to fall deeper into his dream.

Leal was dreaming, in his dream, he had finally become an awakened. He was flying in the skies along the griffins, playing with the monkeys on the ground, drinking the finest quality wine with the monkey king, and bedding the most beautiful women he had ever seen in his life, miss Garden. Until his dreamscape started to shake, and a tyrant was awakened ready to cause devastation.

He fought the tyrant.

 Boom! Bam! Boom! Boom! Each of his attacks exploding one the nine head of the tyrant. His dream shattered after he destroyed the nine-faced elephantian giant.

Leal woke up startled. Looking at his right, he saw that the tyrant he beat was none other his history teacher, Albuquerque Pueblo.

Leal bestowed him a glare filled with 'I am sorry'. While Teacher Albuquerque Pueblo, who was beaten like a monkey gave him a 'I will kill you' glare.

"Get the fuck out of my class, now!" He shouted. 

"I am sorry, teacher Albuquerque Pueblo. Please don't condemn me later," Leal didn't fight him verbally. He stood up in a hurry and left immediately. After all, the history teacher was beaten black and blue by his hand. Blood was dripping from the corner of Albuquerque Pueblo mouth, his eyes beaten till they were deep-black. His three hair strands seemed to be missing. Leal had concluded that his punch perfectly barren the dried farmland, hence he flex the Senior-high mystic academy.

Seeing Leal making his grand escape, Fatty Zhang, Skinny Wang, Xayah, Rakhan, Leona, and everyone in the class were giggling.

Teacher Albuquerque Pueblo didn't notice that the land had become barren. He didn't know why the students were giggling. Not until student Leona helped him stand up and the three hair-strand fell off his head. Their final shine glitter in his gray eyes, and he finally realized what happened.

"Leal, you pesky bastard!!!!!" His shout resounded throughout the academy. By that time, Leal has already left the Senior high Mystic Academy. His name was marked on the attendence sheet, hence there was no need to remain there.

He went back to his little hostel room, funded by the orphanage and collapsed on the floor mattress. He set the alarm to ring by 16:00.

Today, he will take the assessment test and become a mystic-hunter!


One could not the extraordinariness from the outside. However, upon entering the villa, one could see that it was a huge area and the infrastructure was extremely intricate.
It was filled with greenery and water.
There were ponds and lakes everywhere. Even though it was winter, due to the abundance of spiritual energy, the ponds and lakes didn’t freeze over, and balls of mist hovered just above the water surface.
The place was covered in greenery and pavillions and lakes were scattered throughout. 
"This is a good place!" Chu Yu complimented
Villa Owner Dong said, "Of course, we used to receive foreign dignitaries here!"
Villa Owner Dong began to reminisce, "Actually, it has been thirty years. Back then, I was just a fresh employee here."
Then he shook his head and sighed, "Time has flown by in the blink of an eye. I have become old and the world... has completely changed."
Villa Owner Dong welcomed Chu Yu into the depths of the Villa. They entered a small building with a huge conference room. 
The two of them sat down and called for tea to be served. Villa Owner Dong went straight to the point, "Mr Chu must be here about the Green Lion Lord?"
Chu Yu nodded, "How much do you know about it?"
Villa Owner Dong sipped the tea and replied, "A lot!"
"I would like the hear about it." Chu Yu replied. 
"There have been rumors about the Jingpo Lake area for thousands of years. There are even rumours that dragons roamed the waters. It is said that people capture it on film, but I have never seen one so I can neither confirm nor deny that fact. However, I do know about this Green Lion Lord."
VIlla Owner Dong was quite emotional, "It is a relatively ancient demon. It is at least a thousand years old. Furthermore, it used to be king in the ancient BoHai nation..."

Chu Yu’s eyes widened. He thought to himself, I had gone to primary school, you can’t hoodwink me like that.
The BoHai nation existed between 700A.D. and 900A.D.

How could a lion possibly be their prince?
Ever since Chu Yu was ‘wasted’ at the age of six, he had been studying hard. As such, even though he was no expert, he was quite well versed in Chinese history.
Villa Owner Dong laughed, "Do you find it a little unbelievable?"
Chu Yu nodded and said, "Villa Owner Dong, I am also a Northener..."
"Hahaha, I know that Mr. Chu is a Northerner! We have the same ancestry!"

Villa Owner Dong said with a sigh, "As time went by, there were many pocket dimensions which dried up and crumbled. There were also many stellar ancestors who fell after waiting endlessly. BoHai country is one of them."
Ancestor Da Zuorong was one of the powerful cultivators in the ancient times.

However, their population was too small!

"You..." Villa Owner Dong was visibly furious, his hand trembling as he pointed at Black Dog Small Lord, "Your King said..."
"My King said that it will give you time to consider, not to engage the Chu Clan!"
The Black Dog interrupted Villa Owner Dong and looked at Chu Yu, "Chu Clan b*stard, come and meet your maker!"
"Who is the b*stard scolding?"
"The b*stard is scolding you! You... you dare to insult me?" The black dog was furious and it couldn’t resist but shout.

"Woof!"
Black Dog Small Lord was nearly driven to insanity by that statement.

The eagle soars through the sky; the fish leaps over the dragon's gate; the bear roars and the tiger growls; all things in the world have a spirit. At the ends of Earth, the poles and magnetic field re-align; the world changes. The world that we were so used to, is no longer.

When myths turn to reality; when legends are no longer enigmatic, the world is now limitless.

Every trace of Information Stream that was enough to instantly cause the brains of ordinary people to collapse was constantly surging and condensing in Garen's mind, gradually forming golden symbols with a splendid aura.
These were meaningless symbols, yet incomparably complex. Though they seemed unusually concise, if seen in detail, each and every line contained countless terrifying changes and Information Streams. 
"The predecessors who were able to record these were definitely powerful to a certain realm already." Garen sincerely admired the predecessor who established these records of Information.
As the Information Stream gradually increased, every flow contained the history of the Milky Way Universe's development. Gradually, these new symbols began to stick together slowly and formed a stream of golden symbols, flowing slowly in Garen's mind.
Instead of water, only a myriad of golden symbols was in the creek.
Garen could feel the inexplicable aura intensified as it got stronger and stronger. As soon as the stream of golden symbols was formed, the aura immediately increased.
The symbols flowing into the stream were getting denser.
The small stream gradually grew to become a river, and still continued growing bigger and wider.
Steadily, the heavy parts of the river descended rapidly, sinking to the riverbed as the clear parts gradually rose. The clearest and lightest part was on the surface, attached with a faint unreal layer of aura. That was the vast aura formed by the golden symbols.
The aura flowed along the huge river, gradually forming a river that was lighter and thinner. It was no longer golden, but translucent and almost colorless. 
As the aura increased and thickened as time passed, it began to fade into a pale green shade as it rushed rapidly.
The entire river was gradually divided into two layers. The inner layer was the golden inland river wrapped in the aura as it continued flowing slowly, whereas the outermost layer was just a myriad of aura flowing around.
Due to the different flow rates of both layers, a slight friction was formed. This force had an incredible penetration, and that was a new time. It constantly brushed against all the foreign objects, wearing them out until they slowly declined. From complete to deformity. From their peak until they fall to decline. Thus the creation of a brand new history, a new form of Information Stream. The Information Stream continued to condense into golden symbols and then formed a new Mother Stream.
"What is the origin of Mother Stream then? Where did she originate from? What kind of pull forms such a scale?" Garen still could not see the whole picture. Even though he understood the concept of Mother Stream's existence, he still could not find the fundamental origin of Mother Stream. Only by finding it would he be able to truly figure out the real reason behind Mother Stream's exhaustion.
He continued looking patiently. As if responding to his inquiries, the pictures changed once again.
The picture changed from the pale green aura rushing upward. The river surface grew wider as its shade darkened, the flow rate of the gushing water increased as well.
The friction against the inland river was also increasing at the same time. The flow of time had reached an exceedingly terrifying extent, almost thousands of years have passed by. Perhaps another ten thousand years would pass by if he took a nap.
The pictures started to shake.
"I'm afraid I can only get here…" A low, loud voice rumbled from the picture. "My limit, my life, is not able to support itself any longer if I continue moving forward."
The voice spoke in Endor. Clearly, this snippet of picture was not recorded down by a random transmigrator, but a certain supreme True Soul from Mother Stream.
Garen also knew that he had reached a crucial point, all his attention fixed on the image before him.
The picture swayed more and more but the recorder seemed to be unwilling. It hesitated for a bit before the picture started swaying even more violently than before.
It seemed to have thrown the recorded item to the front.
Garen could feel his head swim for a while, not knowing how far it flew.
With a puff, the picture paused for a moment, completely settling down on a huge bunch of giant dark green balls.
Around the balls were green wired tentacles that were densely grown together, and among the mass of dark green was a small black opening. The Black Hole was so conspicuous that the eye-catching greens around it were not even able to cover up its existence.
Darkness, indescribable darkness. Broad, grand, and vast.
As soon as Garen set eyes on the black hole, the Soul Rings in his mind suddenly started swaying, his Soul Energy was boiling like hot water.
He felt that the darkness was so gentle, so peaceful, and so inclusive as if it could accommodate and tolerate everything.
A sense of security that he never felt before poured into his heart.
It was as if he was back home. His physical body and mental mind were completely relaxed after a grueling exercise, he was sleeping on his bed after a shower and resting face up on his bed. The sort of unspeakable comfort almost made him let his guard down, and so his body moved toward the front involuntarily.
It seemed that a voice was calling out to him softly.

Garen continued staring at the black hole blankly as surges of information flowed into his mind. From that moment onwards, the amount of information that entered his brain increased tenfold, then a hundredfold. His Energy Machine Imprint had completely collapsed as it was unable to deal with the immense information data. Blood started trickling down Garen's nostrils but he did not notice anything at all.
Instead, he walked toward the glass slowly as if he was a complete, lost soul.
Bang.
He was blocked by the glass. Realizing he was blocked, Garen got angry instinctively. He started to punch the glass that was blocking his path.
The immense force echoed in the entire pavilion room.
The amount of information was getting more as it increased in size. Without noticing, four days had passed already. Within these four days, Garen never stopped his action of punching the glass. His nostrils were still bleeding and his face was getting paler by the day.
Perhaps nobody had ever been able to receive the Information Stream to this extent, but Garen did it.
This was the first Demon Lord Level powerhouse to enter and view this record whereas the previous highest rank was only just an Army-Level.
Garen persisted until the very last minute.
The black hole was constantly emitting an aura that was a combination of highly concentrated aura and Soul Energy. The combination of these formed a substance that was unknown toward Garen. When the substance reached a certain high point of concentration, it naturally produced a huge sense of security, as if everything was one. It was that sort of inclusive feeling.
Not only that, he had also found out something big. This substance seemed to be the main root of Mother Stream's formation, separating into Aura Outer River and Golden Inland River. The river continued branching out as the different rates of water flow produced a different effect to the flow of time which would then affect the space universe that it flows through, hence generating a different rate of time flow.
Such a terrifyingly enormous river that could not possibly be surpassed connected an infinite universe of time and space and this cosmic time was divided into a different flow of time according to their different flow rates, forming various worlds.
Poof.
The picture disappeared suddenly.
Garen suddenly snapped awake from the recording and he found himself back in the pavilion.
He felt the region below is nose was moist and he reached out to touch it. Immediately, he could see his hands full of blood, most of them already dried into gores, all stuck below his nose and right above his jaw. He felt extremely uncomfortable.
"How long have I been standing?" He was a bit stunned and cast a glance toward the timer on the wall in the room. The clock-like timer displayed the count of fifteen days, twelve hours and six minutes.
"If we open it this way, Mother Stream seems to be a massive Information Stream formed by countless space information substance, but simply because of the innumerable information substance that was not likely to produce entities, the aura flowed from the black hole should be more important. That seems to be the real actual thing that gives Mother Stream substance."
Garen's brain was still very clear, though it was slightly aching as it had been a long time since he used his brain.
"Darkness embraces everything, it breeds everything, because it contains everything, it contains an infinite variety of substances. That is why we are able to find all sorts of entities that can match the Information Stream carried by Mother Stream. These entities are the substantial form of the massive Information Stream. They are the materialization of the universe galaxy's history of development, the history of countless worlds. After they are all loaded, everything will come into place and form the stream."
Garen calmed his nerves.
"From the looks of it, perhaps Mother Stream can be called the Long River of History, a substantialized version of the River of History, but it was higher than history itself. She did not just record about humans, but more of everything. But now, Mother Stream is almost depleting. If that's real, that means… The recorded history is about to be destroyed."
"Mother Stream's water represented the records of the past. She does not represent the past, just the information records of past history, just like words on a slate. But it is such words that brought out a new meaning of its own, just like how recordings of books have affected time, space, and even life. This process is not normal at all," Garen's train of thoughts was clear by now.
"Then, the root of everything should be the Black Hole." He recalled the mysterious Black Hole he saw in the images earlier on, that was what gave Mother Stream the ability to influence the entire universe. 
Surprisingly, the pictures had completely disappeared right at this moment. But when Garen recalled the Black Hole, he suddenly felt that it was still constantly emitting an indescribable surge of aura right in his mind, right in his memory.
He was shocked.
Once the Black Hole was pictured in his mind, he could suddenly sense an inexplicable aura pouring out from the Black Hole into his mind.
Darkness and affability, embracing all things.
"This…!!!" Garen sucked in a deep breath. The aura emitting from the Black Hole in his memory had merged into his Soul Ring. It really did seem real as it slowly absorbed the Soul Energy constantly generated in the Soul Ring.
After he finished going through the Origin of Mother Stream, Garen had a deeper understanding of Mother Stream now.
Mother Stream's water was not the root of life, but it was the huge amount of different information contained within it, those were the information of the evolutionary history of the natural universe. It allowed life to be closer to the natural universe and integrate with time to gain greater adaptability and many powerful forces.
The waters of Mother Stream were a condensation of numerous information. In other words, the aura condensed by Secret Technicians were actually a vast amount of information from their souls and also their own perceptions, combined with individual natural substances that carry information, finally forming the similar products.
With that, as long as there was a system of means that fit the rules of Mother Stream, even if it was no Secret Technique, other methods would still be able to produce such similar aura energy.
"Mother Stream is indeed huge and complex, but if I'm able to figure out the root of the Black Hole, perhaps I'll be able to find out the truth behind the Depletion of Mother Stream."
He was not reconciled at all. With his current soul, a Middle Demon Lord Class, perhaps an average creature would have a soul lifetime that could reach tens of thousands of years. Four Soul Rings represented forty thousand years of Soul Limit life. This was undoubtedly a great success for Garen, who was an evolved ordinary human. An average human's soul, even a transmigrator, would collapse entirely after three or four times of reincarnation. Three or four times. If it was an average human who did not practice, the longest lifespan was approximately hundreds of years, and the soul would completely collapse after a total of three-four hundred years.

The depletion was not just the cutoff of water, it was the extinction of the fundamental way of existence.
Just like a towering tree which had always been supporting the cave. Once the big tree withered, the cave would lose its support and there would be a huge mechanical gap. The cave would then naturally create a new structure and collapse to fill up the gap that was originally the tree. The force used would eventually crush the big tree entirely and re-establish a new mechanical balance of its own. A new, natural balance.
This was the case for Mother Stream.
In order to fill such a gigantic loophole that appeared all of a sudden, several universes would re-adjust their balance structure. Perhaps at the moment when the cave collapsed, all the small saplings and flowers under the big tree would instantly be crushed to death. All because the universe had adjusted its environment so that there was no more room or space for time to continue surviving.


One moment, Luo Jing was at the brink of death after accidentally touching a power outlet while showering. The next, he was in the body of a man named Garen, with memories of a past he was never a part of flowing into his head. As he slowly gets used to the body of Garen, he begins to explore a planet beyond his own logical comprehension. His journey will see him go from surviving in a planet locked in the 20th century, to wielding secret techniques so powerful that they level cities overnight. However, his journey doesn’t end with Garen. Instead this is but the first of many bodies that Luo Jing will come to wield in his mystical journey between worlds.

Chapter One: All Things Have a Beginning (3)
Starting the car, he backed down the house's small driveway toward the road. He reversed onto the road and drove along the street, away from the ocean and toward the main road and the train station. The trip to the train station was uneventful, except for the persistent symbol still in his vision. Blinking, moving his head and some more exclamations of "What the heck!" did nothing to help. 
After traveling over the bridge over the main road and following the local roads around the houses and past the school to the train station, he parked in the provided car park. As Ahava started his work commute early, he was able to take a parking space near the ticket machine, close to the station entrance. While he was getting out of the car, still, the symbol was still in the corner of his vision. Ahava walked toward the entrance of the station, barely paying attention to his surroundings, deep in thought about what was causing this weird effect in his eye. He was so preoccupied, Ahava forgot to swipe his pass for the car parking fee at the ticket machine. He walked over the pedestrian bridge and swiped his train pass  at the turnstiles. The information board in the station flashed, indicating that the next train to Perth City Center would arrive in five minutes. After finding an area to wait on the platform, he stood silently in thought until the train arrived. Ahava entered the carriage and found an empty seat for the ride into Perth City. Still perplexed, he reached and pulled out his phone to check it. On the display were the words: 
Initializing the History System, 40% complete. 
Again, the only difference Ahava could see was the percentage completion. The hourglass symbol continued to circle. Ahava decided to give up on his phone and reached into his laptop bag to get his tablet.  As he switched on the screen, expecting to see his normal home page, instead the same message that was on his phone screen appeared, this time on the tablet screen. Ahava gasped out loud in surprise. This got a raised eyebrow from the person sitting next to him. "Sorry," Ahava mumbled to the man. This was more or less an inbuilt reaction, as he was English and found saying 'sorry' for anything, even if the other person was at fault, was part of his nature. Now, checking both his phone and the tablet at the same time, the percentage shown on the blue screen had reached 50. The train traveled along the rails, stopping at each station on the way to Perth city center, as if nothing odd was happening. All during the journey however, Ahava kept looking at the phone and tablet as the percentage slowly increased, like downloading a game from the Internet. 
By the time the train was traveling through tunnels to the Perth underground city center station, the percentage completion was up to ninety-eight. The train stopped at the platform, the doors opening with an imperceptible hiss, and most of the people on the train moving toward the exit. As with every commute on the train, Ahava automatically moved with all the people toward the exit. Just as he was stepping over the exit of the carriage, the icon moved from the corner of his vision to the center, changing to the words: 
History System Initialized

… 
History System Operating 
Suddenly, Ahava's world went black, like a game loading screen or a movie title screen with the words hanging in the black void of nothingness. He felt no sensation from the rest of his body, almost like he was in a sensory deprivation tank. 
The words slowly faded to black and were replaced by a three-dimensional moving logo getting bigger in the black void in front of Ahava's perceived view. The logo read:

The logo was announced by a score of music, reminiscent of a full orchestra playing a soundtrack for an action-packed movie. After a few bars of music, the logo was replaced by writing. Ahava mentally strained his vision to focus on the writing to be able to read it. It displayed a series of options: 
'History System' personality type: 
1) Happy, Happy - Always positive and looks for the good in everything; 
2) Angry and self-righteous – never will let a chance to over-dramatize an event pass them by; and 
3) The Comedian - will help you see the fun in every situation. 
Please Choose. 


The house elf was so excited about seeing the locket destroyed. He was too weak at the knees to stand properly. There were a few words of thanks to Evan in his mouth, but Sirius didn't give him enough time.
"Kreacher, take me to that cave." Sirius commanded, with a flicker of determination on his face. He intended on bringing back Regulus's body.
He grabbed the house-elf and wanted to Apparate.
"Wait a minute, Sirius, we'll go with you." Harry hurriedly stopped him.
"No, you three stay here and wait for me." Sirius refused.
From Kreacher's narrative, he knew that the cave was very dangerous. There was evil magic left behind by Voldemort. He was going to find the body of Regulus, and there was no need for the three children to take the risk of coming along.
"I know what you are thinking, but the three of us are no longer children." Harry looked at Sirius. "Over the past two years, we have beaten Voldemort many times. If there is any danger in that cave, we can help too."
"Yes, let us go with you, Sirius." Harry had just finished his words, and Hermione followed, "After listening to Kreacher, no one can remain indifferent. We all want to do something for Regulus, even if it's just bringing back his body for proper burial."
Listening to Hermione's words, Kreacher made a loud mourning.
Evan saw easily from Sirius's face that he was really hesitant. He knew that Harry and Hermione would convince him. It was only a matter of time.
When it came to such adventures, Sirius was never a man of reason.
In reality, Evan didn't think about going to the cave.
From the known information, the cave was very dangerous. There were a lot of Inferi and other evil black magic left by Voldemort. Since Slytherin's locket had been destroyed, it didn't make any sense to go there.
Especially considering that it was Christmas day. This whole thing looked even more out of place.
But if Harry and Hermione were to go, he had to follow.
Hermione was right. After listening to Kreacher telling the story of Regulus, no one could be indifferent. They had to do something in his honour.
Since they had to go, it would be best to go with Dumbledore, he just had to talk to him…
"Well, I can take you three." Sirius relaxed. He straightened and continued. "We'd better hurry, I think…"
"I think it'd be best to inform Dumbledore about this." Evan suddenly said, "If I'm not wrong, Kreacher just said that Regulus had been dragged into the lake by the Inferi. No one knows how many of those monsters are in that cave."
"The Inferi" Sirius, Harry and Hermione froze.
"To say it briefly, they're the dead bodies controlled by the Dark Arts. They have no life, no souls or thoughts. They are practically fearless to all things except for fire and light. If there are a lot of corpses in the cave, we would not be able to face them, let alone finding Regulus's body." Evan turned his head and said to the elf, "Kreacher, do you remember the number of dead people you saw at that time?"
"The big black lake, Kreacher saw the hands of the dead people coming out of the whole lake." Just talking about it, Kreacher's big eyes were full of fear.
"It seems that the number of corpses is really large indeed." Evan looked at Sirius. "We must be careful, don't forget, besides the Inferi, there should be other magic left by Voldemort."
"But Dumbledore is still in the Ministry of Magic. He is very busy. The Wizengamot is now having the hearings of the case of Peter Pettigrew." Judging from his appearance, Sirius didn't seem to want to tell Dumbledore about this. He didn't want to waste any time.
He longed to go to the cave immediately and bring Regulus back.

Perhaps it was out of consideration of the safety of the three, Evan, Harry, and Hermione; perhaps Evan saved him not long ago, perhaps…

He Apparated to the Ministry of Magic, Evan and the others stayed there waiting for news. He was thinking of using this time to go down and see the collection of the Black family's library.

The house elf knew a lot about the house.
He could tell exactly when and why each piece of ornament was placed, he could even clearly state the origin of each stone.
Just entering the underground library, Evan noticed the huge green tapestry on the middle wall and the family crest on which the gold thread was sewn: a mountain symbol, two five-pointed stars and a short sword shield. On both sides of the shield were two big dogs standing up.
Evan did not know the meaning of this coat of arms; his attention was completely focused on the series of names at the top of the Black family tree.
Many of these names recurred in the history of magic and were of extremely famous wizards.
It could be seen that the Black family's past was glorious and honourable.
Evan was interested in comparing these names with the history of magic in his own mind. In addition to that, he also found that the Black family was related to almost all pure-blood wizard families, including many extinct wizarding families.
Even the families of the Four Founders of Hogwarts were linked to the Black family.
Looking at the names of these familiar and prominent wizards, and recalling the things they have done that affected the development of the magic world, Evan could feel the depth of this family tree full of history.
But the lower he went, the less pleasant the names that he found were.
For example, Kreacher's introduction of Phineas Nigellus, Sirius's great-grandfather, and Evan just saw him in Hogwarts' portrait a few days ago. A snide, sarcastic fellow, with a pointed beard, wearing the green and silver colours associated with Slytherin House.
Although Kreacher described him as a great man, it was known to all historians that this guy was probably the Hogwarts' least popular Headmaster in history.
