The light of the scorching sun knocked on Seol Jihu's eyes. With blurry eyes, he gazed at his tilted room. He closed his eyes and pulled the blanket up to his head, but now that his mind was awake, sleep didn't return so easily.

In the end, he let out a deep sigh and pushed his blanket aside. He dazedly smoked a cigarette by the window and headed straight to the bathroom. Once he doused himself with cold water, he finally felt alive.

Kim Hannah asked as she gently turned the steering wheel.

"Just curious."

"Do you need to be suspicious of everything? I already told you~ We're just having fun today."

Kim Hannah talked as if she was singing.

"As a protector, I have a duty to lighten up the mood of a depressed client in my care."

Kim Hannah agreed while snickering. Did she eat something wrong? Or did she finally go crazy? Just as Seol Jihu was beginning to worry, she suddenly straightened her neck.

"I dealt them a blow."

"To who?"

"You know~ Those sons of bitches who are constantly eyeing other people's things."

Kim Hannah explained in a roundabout way, but Seol Jihu immediately understood who she was talking about.

"What did you do?"

"Nothing much. I just spread the rumor that you might join Sinyoung."

Seol Jihu clicked his tongue. He didn't want to go. To be exact, he didn't want to involve himself in this problem. But Kim Hannah advised him not to do anything that would create suspicion. If he declined here, there was a huge chance Sinyoung would not see him favorably.

Zhou Qin smiled. "No, you goof. I was just…" She cleared her throat. "I was worried about you two. You never came back after you took off. And…" Zhou Qin reached behind and pulled out his black backpack. "Here. I brought your things. You left them in class."
"Thank you." Li Yundong took the backpack and stepped aside. "Um… Do you want to come in?"
Zhou Qin shook her head. "Oh, no, no." 
Okay. That deny came rather quickly. Not that he could blame her. She must be terrified of him after seeing what he did earlier. 
Zhou Qin seemed to have realized as well how her words might sound like. She cleared her throat. "What I mean is… I'd love to, but I can't. I've got urgent matters to take care of."
Li Yundong rubbed the back of his neck. "Oh. Okay then. Thanks again for bringing my stuff."
Zhou Qin smiled. "No problem." 
Zhou Qin turned around and walked away from his door. 
Seconds later, Li Yundong caved. "Zhou Qin!" 
Zhou Qin stopped walking and turned around. "Yes?" 
"Aren't you going to ask? I mean about today."
"I'm not blind, Li Yundong. And I'm not stupid."
Li Yundong tensed up. What was that supposed to mean?
"I know you'll tell me when you're ready." Zhou Qin regarded him for a moment, then gave him a wave. "I'll be going now, then." 
Li Yundong stood at the door and watched her leave.
Zhou Qin turned around again after she had pressed the elevator call button.
"Don't worry," Zhou Qin said, looking at him pointedly. "Nobody will bother you about what happened today."
Li Yundong would be lying if he said that he wasn't concerned about the consequences of today's incident. What happened today basically put him in a lot of people's shit list: members of the university council; Liu Chuan; Liu Chuan's father; He Shao; and maybe even the parents of the students who got injured.
The last thing he wanted was to face charges for violent conduct. He had neither the time nor money to deal with the possible legal consequences of his actions. Also, he was already on the verge of expulsion. Today's incident would just provide ammunition to Director Qian and Professor Liu in their crusade to get him expelled. 
"Thank you." Li Yundong rubbed the back of his neck. "And I'm so sorry you have to clean up my mess again."
Zhou Qin waved him off. "That's what friends are for."
Li Yundong snorted. "Then I must be a shitty friend for troubling you all the time."
"Sure. You're a bad friend who nearly broke his arms saving my life," Zhou Qin deadpanned. "You're a terrible human being. You should be ashamed of yourself."
Li Yundong burst into laughter. "Fair enough. I does sound kinda silly when you put it that way." 
"One more thing," Zhou Qin said. "Why is your phone always turned off?"
"A result of my own stupidity." Li Yundong gave her a wry smile. "Well, you know what happens when you post your number on the forum."
Zhou Qin giggled into her hand.
"No, I'm serious," Li Yundong said. "It's been ringing non-stop ever since I made that stupid post."
"Looks like you need to change your number soon."
A loud ding signaled the elevator's arrival.
"Well. See you around, then." Zhou Qin gave him a wave before stepping into the elevator. 
Li Yundong shut the door with a heavy sigh. 
When he turned around, Su Chan was standing there, staring at him.  
Li Yundong sighed again. "Looks like I owe her another favor."
"Yundong…" 
Su Chan's eyes were wide, and her face looked strangely pale. 
"You okay, princess?" 
"Are you… are you interested in her?"
Li Yundong frowned. "Who? Zhou Qin?"
Su Chan nodded. "Will you choose her and then… toss me aside?" 
Li Yundong closed the distance between them and then pulled her into his arms. "Tsk. Don't be silly. She's just a friend, that's all. I'm not interested in her that way. And I'll never toss you aside." 
"You already did," Su Chan mumbled. "Literally."
Li Yundong pulled back slightly. "Yeah… I'm sorry about that, princess. I couldn't think of another way to get you away from the fight." Li Yundong chuckled, then pinched her nose. "I'm glad you came back for me though."
Su Chan leaned backwards and swatted his hand away.
"Did you manage to land properly?" Li Yundong said. "After I threw you, I mean."
"Of course! I can…" Su Chan flapped her arms like a pair of wings. "Remember?"
"Right." Li Yundong smiled and ruffled her hair. "My princess is the best." 
"You really won't leave me for Zhou Qin?"
"No. Of course not. You're stuck with me, princess."
Su Chan threw her arms around his neck. "You're mine! I don't care! I won't let anyone else have you!"
A surge of affection coursed through him.
Li Yundong patted Su Chan's head a few times. "Yes, yes. I'm yours and yours alone."

They stayed in the hug for a while until Li Yundong remembered something.
"Hey, wanna check out what's on Feng Na's secret DVD?"
Su Chan looked adorably confused. 
"I mean that thing Feng Na passed to me this morning." 
"Oh." Su Chan looked even more confused now. "But it's just a round, flat object. What's so interesting about it? It doesn't even move."
Li Yundong chuckled. "No. We have to put it into a device and watch it on the TV. Come on, I'll show you."

Li Yundong stared at the TV screen, where an episode of "Cohabitation with A Flight Attendant" was playing.
"Hmm? Yundong? What's wrong?"
Li Yundong shook his head. "Nothing. I just didn't expect Feng Na and Cheng Cheng to get so worked up over a soap opera. I thought it would be a scandalous video clip or something."
All of a sudden, Su Chan got up from the couch and walked over to the TV. 
"Hey, hey, hey. What are you doing? Don't punch the TV again, okay? We can't afford a new one. We're broke, remember?"
Su Chan leaned forward until her nose was almost touching the TV screen.
Li Yundong struggled between wanting to laugh and to drag her back to the couch. Laughter won out in the end. "What are you doing, princess?" 
Su Chan turned away from the TV. 
"Oh. I was just looking for soaps."
"What?" Li Yundong chuckled. "Why?"
"You said it's a soap opera, right?" Su Chan scratched her head. "I just thought that maybe it is about soaps…"
Li Yundong guffawed, then patted the seat on the couch beside his. "Come here."
Su Chan shuffled over obediently and sat down.
"These shows aren't about soaps, my dear princess." 
"So why are they called soap operas then?"
Li Yundong stroked her hair a few times. "In the past, these shows were produced by people who manufacture soaps. That's how the name came about."
"Oh."
"You like soap operas, don't you."
Su Chan bobbed her head with zest. "Mmm!" 
Li Yundong smiled. "Good. Which means you can keep yourself occupied for a while…"¬ I should go check out the forums. And then get dinner started. He stood up from the couch.
Su Chan threw her arms around his waist and made a whiny noise. "Where are you going? Don't leave… Let's watch the soap show together."
Li Yundong groaned. "Seriously? You want me to spend a few hours watching a soap opera? You might as well kill me now."
Su Chan's cheeks puffed out adorably. Her arms tightened around his waist. 
Moments later, Li Yundong sighed. "You're not going to let me go, aren't you?"

Li Yundong cleared his throat. "Actually… I was about to go cook our dinner. You're hungry, right?"

After dinner, Li Yundong returned to his room and logged on to the university's forum site. As expected, the forum was going nuts over this afternoon's incident. 
Li Yundong clicked on the hottest thread: Hero of Tiannan University vs Cloaked Old Man (full play by play).
The page took nearly ten seconds to load due to the sheer number of comments posted. When Li Yundong read the description, he found that the OP wasn't kidding about the "play by play" part; the whole incident was described from start to end in vivid detail. Someone even counted the number of times Liu Chuan had cried for the demise of his father's car—apparently, it was enough to put a baby to shame. 
Li Yundong scrolled down the page, skimming through the comments as he did. Moments later, he saw something that made him stop scrolling. Someone had uploaded a video clip of the fight in one of the comments.
"Great. More proof. Just what I needed," he grumbled, clicking on the video's play button. 
 A few seconds into the video, Li Yundong realized that he really had nothing to worry about. The video's quality was so shitty that you wouldn't be able to tell a cat from a dog if it were in it. He paused the video and scrolled down further. The video had gotten quite a lot of replies, and a few of them actually made him chuckle.
Critical_Mass: What's this? An earthquake?   
Trololololol: Why is it shaking so much? It's like the phone was attached to a vibrator or something.
Li Yundong spent another minute browsing through the forum. Based on what he'd read, most people were skeptical about those supernatural claims, choosing instead to attribute those claims to sensationalism. Li Yundong saw that as a good thing, since he really didn't feel like explaining anything to anyone. What the public believed was none of his concern. He just wanted everyone to leave him in peace. 
Li Yundong powered down his laptop and went into the living room.
He paused a few feet away from the couch.
"You're still watching the show, princess? But it's been hours." 
Su Chan turned away from the TV. "This show is fun…"
Li Yundong chuckled. "Looks like someone has found a new addiction."
Su Chan made her face at him and turned back to the screen. 
Li Yundong walked over and flicked her forehead. 
"Do you mind if I use the living room? I haven't done any Qi-control training today."
Su Chan rubbed her forehead. "But I'm still watching the soap show…"
Li Yundong grabbed the remote and pressed the stop button. He walked over to the DVD player and removed the disc from the tray. 
"Why don't you watch the rest in my room?" He handed the DVD to Su Chan. "There's a TV and a DVD player."
Su Chan took the DVD. "Oh."
"Do you know how to set it up?" Li Yundong raised a brow.
Su Chan pouted. "Hmph! Of course I know! You've shown it to me earlier!"
Su Chan stormed off and went inside his room. 
"Don't break the DVD, okay?" Li Yundong yelled. "Feng Na would have my head if you do!"
Seconds later, Su Chan poked her head out from his room and made a face at him. 
Li Yundong chuckled and lowered himself to the floor. 
Despite his ordeal and near-death experience, he wouldn't trade this day for the world. Not when he'd finally heard three precious words from Su Chan. 
He closed his eyes and allowed himself to drift into a meditative state.

The first light of dawn alerted Su Chan to the fact that she had spent the whole night watching the soap show. The show was fun to watch as it reminded her of her own cohabitation with Yundong. But if she was honest, that wasn't the only reason she was so engrossed in it. The show was a distraction from her worries.
Would Lin Youfa bother Yundong again? Would Ruan Hongling be keeping a close eye on their place from now on? Should they move to a new place? But Su Chan didn't want to move! She liked this place; it was the perfect place for Cultivation. Besides, she had gotten rather attached to this place already…
Su Chan sighed and got up from Yundong's bed. She picked up a black, rectangular device and pressed a button on the top left corner. A flat platform—it looked like a tray—poked out like a tongue from the box which sat beside the TV. Su Chan walked over and removed the round disc from the tray. She studied the disc for a moment. Hmm… Its two faces look different, like a coin… But why is the bottom face so sparkly?
Speaking of two faces… 
Su Chan was being two-faced as well. 
A fox spirit masquerading as a normal human. 
Yundong will hate me when he finds out…
Su Chan padded over to the bed and slumped face first onto the mattress. The round disc rolled out of her hand onto the bed. 
Maybe Yundong was different others? Maybe he would find having a fox spirit as a partner acceptable… ish?
But everyone hates fox spirits!
A whine escaped Su Chan's throat as she rolled around on the bed.
She froze when she heard a sharp crack. She rolled to her back and sat up. 
Oh no… 
The round disc had snapped in half.
Panicking, Su Chan picked up the two broken pieces and stared at them. "B- But how? How could this thing be so fragile?"
Stupid, stupid, stupid! Not even soap breaks that easily!
She glanced at the door, which was shut—thank goodness. 
"Oh no, oh no… What should I do?"
She had just given Yundong another reason to hate her! 
Su Chan picked up the broken pieces and held them under the light. Aha! Maybe I can… Su Chan aligned the two pieces together along the crack.
The two pieces fit together perfectly. Even the crack had vanished.
Yessss! Yessss! I've fixed it! I've fixed it! Hehehe—
One of the pieces fell off the moment she let go of her hand. 
Su Chan wanted to cry. 
Su Chan dumped the other piece onto the bed. Maybe she could use a spell? Su Chan stared hard at the two pieces for a moment or two. When she couldn't come up with any spells, she went into panic mode again. 
Su Chan picked up the two pieces and kept bumping them together, hoping that the pieces would magically join together. "Join, join, join… Please, please, please?" she whispered. 
Would it work if she summoned fire with a spell and then weld the pieces together? No! What if she ended up melting the whole thing? If this thing was so brittle that it would break—
KNOCK! KNOCK! KNOCK!
"Wake up, princess! Time for breakfast!" 
The broken pieces flew out of Su Chan's hands when she jumped. She scrambled for the pieces before either one of them could roll off the bed. 
"I'm in trouble, I'm in trouble…"
Su Chan shoved the broken pieces under the blanket when the door suddenly opened. 
Yundong's poked his head in through the gap. 
"Morning, princess—" His eyes narrowed. "What's up with your hair? Wait… Don't tell me you didn't get any sleep last night…"
"O- Of course I slept. Hehehehehehe… M-My hair is messy because I just woke up."
Not because I've been rolling around trying to fix your stupid soap show thingy. Which I accidentally broke.  
Thankfully, Yundong didn't press on. His head disappeared through the gap.
"Hurry up and get ready! We're almost late for class!"
Su Chan climbed out of bed dejectedly. Then, she took the broken pieces from under the covers and glanced around the room. Hide it! Hide it! I have to hide it! 
That shelf! 
Su Chan ran, but her feet got tangled up in the blanket. She reached out and grabbed the shelf to steady herself, but ended up knocking the shelf slightly. A few books tumbled off the shelf.
A round object rolled out from between the pages of one book.  
Hey… Isn't that the same…?
Su Chan crouched down and picked up a round disc which looked similar to the one she had broken earlier.
She aligned the broken disc and then placed it side by side with the other disc. Relief coursed through her. The two discs were identical.
"Did you go back to sleep again, princess!" 
Su Chan's gaze snapped to the door. 
"Alright! I'm coming out now!"
Su Chan shoved the broken pieces under Yundong's bed and then picked up the other disc.
Nobody would know.

Then Xin take Chaos in the town, they come to a Doraemon Store to buy Xin's action figure.

Chaos ask," Why are  we here..?

Xin smile," Well im come here to buy the new action figure that just realise last night."

She asks," So that is happiness.."

Xin shake his head," Wait until we entered."

Xin and Chaos line up with others, because its weekend the store is pack with customers who want to buy items in that store.

After half an hour of waiting Xin and Chaos, funnily entered.

Inside of the store is like a Doraemon world, lots of posters,figurines and other staff is displayed here.

Xin then take Chaos in a DVD section and buy all Doraemon TV Series.

After that Xin rent a private space to watch the DVD that he buy.

Xin and Chaos enter and start watching.

Chaos is curious about what she seeing,she see that Nobita is beaten by the gorilla kid.

She asks," Is that happiness …. Get beaten by some one..?"

Xin shake his head," Just watch"

Chaos nod, then they both watch the whole episode.

They see the Nobita come to his robot friend and ask help after that his robot friend give him a device to help his problem but Nobita is an idiot so he fail to use the item that Doraemon give to him then eventually he failed miserable and learn his lesson.

Xin asks," Did you understand?"

Chaos said," I need a friend cat to be happy?"

Xin pa her head and said," Lets watch more so that you understand what happiness is."

Borth of them watch the remeaning episode after that Xin ask," Now do you understand"

Chaos confuse said,"Maye be a little..?"

Xin pat her head, Chaos like patting her head she don't know why but she feel warm and comfortable when he do that.

Xin said," Happiness comes when you feel satisfied and fulfilled."

"Happiness is a feeling of contentment, that life is just as it should be. Perfect happiness, enlightenment, comes when you have all of your needs satisfied."

Chaos," Feel satisfied and fulfilled..?

Then she stare Xin then his hand, she starting to understand what she feeling right now.

Xin see that its almost time for dinner so he need to go home.

The two of them walk out from the store and start to go home, Xin notice that she was barefoot.

So he said," Wait for me here.."

Chaos nod.

Then Xin run back to the near store to buy a pair of slipper.

After that he come back where Chos is.

He take her little foot and wear the new slippers that he buy.

Chaos asks," Is this happiness too?"

Xin said," No it's not its a slipper …. But if you feel happy to that then maybe your right"

Chaos suddenly smile and jump to hug Xin," Hey Oni-chan! I want to more happiness"

Xin said," Well it's already late so we need to go home"

Chaos tilted her head," Home?"

Then she suddenly remember something, then she run fast in the crowd Xin want to chase her but she was already gone.

Xin check his quest to see if he already complete it but it's not,Xin want to complete it but he fail.

He can only sigh then start to walk back home.

"Have you heard from Isaac?" "He's been in touch," Dylan replied with a smile. "He said he hadn't had a signal wherever he was." He saw Maya relax again, then when she looked for her phone on the bedside table and was about to grab it Dylan stopped her. 

"Don't bother; he didn't try to call you. I don't know what happened between you, but he told me a few hours ago that he was giving you space. Didn't seem at all happy about it though." For a moment Maya didn't speak, and when she did there were tears in her eyes. 

"I saw him with his ex Dylan," she began. "They were out together one night when I took the girls for ice cream." "Oh…" Dylan said knowingly. "Well I don't know what to say, but I'm sure there is a good explanation for it. Isaac's a top bloke, and he would never intentionally hurt you; believe me.

 Anyway, you get some sleep; your sister will be around to fetch you tomorrow." "Did he say when he would be home?" Maya asked him as he was about to leave. 

"Flights are set to resume in a few days," he replied, then left the room. As sure as Dylan had said, Naomi brought Isabella and Samantha to the hospital to fetch her and take her home the very next day.

 She was ecstatic to see her beautiful daughters, and after seeing the obvious concern on their faces she assured them that she was fine. "Exhaustion," Naomi said. "That's what the doctor's calling it. You really shouldn't work yourself into such states. He's prescribed you sleeping pills and booked you off for a week." "I've just taken a few days off," Maya protested. 

"I can't take more days off; not now." "This is sick leave, Maya, it's not the same. Besides, its doctor's orders." Maya was too tired to object, and she let her older sister take her home and get her into bed. 

Naomi had bought her a few new DVD's and some books and gave Isabella specific instructions to call her if her mother went back to work.

 "And no hard labor," Naomi said, but Maya rolled her eyes. "I'm serious; not even cooking. You have two able-bodied young ladies who are master cooks thanks to you, you do not need to exert yourself; they can look after themselves."

 "I know," Maya smiled proudly, ruffling Samantha's hair when she sat down on the bed next to her mom. Naomi had helped the girls bring the television and DVD machine into Maya's room, not without objection from Maya though. 

"I'm not dying," Maya had said, but Naomi had ignored her, and her daughters insisted it would be fun to watch movies with her in her bed. 

And so that night they watched DVD after DVD until finally, they had all drifted off to sleep. Isabella made spaghetti for the three of them, and then after locking all the doors and closing all the windows, she made sure her mom took a sleeping pill.

A ten years old boy with black hair and emerald green eyes, stood in front of a window overlooking a magically reinforced cell, in a secret basement/lab under privet drive 4.
The cell was a project that he and Luna worked on for the last few months. A runic Containment Room. Over a year ago Konrad found out that Luna was really good at runes so he helped her and together they created a special room that completely isolated magical and dark artifacts from the outside world or worked as a perfect cell for a magical being, Completely impenetrable from the inside, and impermeable to any form of magical energy. Konrad observed as the two of the three Horcruxes of Voldemort that he recovered in the ten years he was alive, lost the connection to their master, and their magic started dimming down. 
Then a dark energy flew out of them in the shape of two Voldemort's in a little different shape who looked at each other shocked. Luna and Hermione who stood in the back behind Konrad shuddered seeing the evil souls but they did what Konrad instructed them to do. They run to a staircase that led straight under the containment room and soon enough Konrad saw a small trapdoor open under the two ex-Horcruxes. That opening allowed magic to rush back into the room but as soon as the trapdoor opened, it was closed once again sealing the room. The two soul pieces tried to escape through the hatch but they were to late. Konrad watched with curiosity as they levitated inside the room clearly shouting and cursing Konrad but the room was sealed so not even sound could go through. 
The girls came back and stood beside Konrad.
"So this is Voldemort?" Asked Luna.
"How did you found this He-Horcruxes?" Asked Hermione.
"Oh that's simple. I told you that Voldemort left some dark magic in my scar right?" Konrad said.
"I found a lot of information inside it after some research around two years ago."
"Wow that's...wait! He left a piece of his soul right?!" Suddenly said Hermione with realization. 
"But isn't that dangerous! Konrad why didn't you tell us! You could have died! Or He could have even poses you!" Shouted Hermione, both she and Luna now filled with worry. 
"It's alright girls." He said hugging them." That's why I learned occlumency so soon. Voldemort had no chance with my mind, and now he is only a pretty neat DVD with a lot of info inside haha." Konrad assured the girls. 
They were in a relationship for over two years and he loved them very much, but the most they ever did was the kiss of their confession and a lot of handholding. He wasn't planing to do any more of course. He wanted to keep assuring himself that he was not a pedo. 'I'm now the same age as them and I accepted this age as my actual one so I'm not doing anything wrong! Right?" Konrad always wondered how it is that the girls were so mature, but the more he thought about it the more he realized that it's all his fault. He taught them common sense of a young adult and taught them occlumency! It's basically an art of memorization and protecting your mind which practically forces you to think more mature and on an even keel! 
The girls on the other hand felt blessed by being with Konrad. He taught them so much! He brought them together! And he's always there for them! They thought sometimes about this adult staff that they read about in secret when they had a sleepover, and wondered when they would do things like this with Konrad, but every time they thought about it they blushed completely embarrassed. Konrad would see them, and touch them! They were always so embarrassed when talking about it, but they were more and more open with each other. They would even sometimes experiment! The girls would sometimes train kissing together look at their bodies etc. They felt really indecent, of course the main perpetrator of all this was Luna. She had to persuade Hermione every time but with time they were more open with each other. They wanted to soon start implementing some of what they learned with Konrad but it still felt really embarrassing so they decided to wait until Konrad and Hermione at least passed their first year at Hogwarts. 
At the moment the trio watched as two soul pieces tried to ineffectively escape from the room with every moment becoming more and more transparent. In the last effort the pieces merged together only prolonging their existence for a few moments until they completely disappeared due to the complete exhaustion of magic inside the room. Konrad didn't need to extract their memories nor soul energy because he already had the most recent memories of Voldemort neatly stored inside his mindscape, and he wouldn't want to try and merge with something so filthy no mater what fanfics from his past life said about it. It was also an experiment of sort. Konrad wanted to see if his limited knowledge about souls proved useful, and he wasn't disappointed, he managed to contain a soul and proved that at least a magical soul fragment couldn't survive in a magic-less environment. 
He also retrieved the two ex-Horcruxes without destroying them. It were the Cup of Helga Hufflepuff, and the Gaunt's ring with the resurrection stone embedded into it. Of course the girls removed them from the room before the enchantments were destroyed, but with the original enchantment there were still the curses of Voldemort that Konrad planed to remove later.
He went to the gaunt shack around five months ago, after researching all he could about it from Voldemort's memories and preparing himself to take on the traps. Cristal was a perfect healer in that  with her ability of flying, invisibility, levitation, and a basic sleep casting It took them only two hours to retrieve the ring and put it in to a containment box. 
Now you might ask what was the third Horcrux, that wasn't put inside with the other two. That was none other Than the Locket of Salazar Slitherin! Konrad Went to 12 Grimuald Place, and was pleasantly surprised that the place was there and not under Fidelus! Now getting inside was much harder due to the powerful wards and this annoying house elf, but Konrad wasn't slacking since he came to this world. He took down the wards while keeping himself invisible and stunned Kreacher while he was at it. Of course he made sure no one would be informed when the wards fell and he would restart them afterwards after adding himself inside. He soon found the Locket. It wasn't hard with how dark it felt, and then Konrad started to use an overpowered Gemino spell on all the books in the Black library. This place was filled with treasures! The few books he could copy due to some magic he would read quickly at the place. It all took him only a day! The books he copied with the spell would disappear after sometime but with how much magic he put into the spell and with him supplying it later they would keep existing as long as Konrad remembered to supply the magic.
The reason why Konrad didn't purify the Locket was because he wanted to have some way to locate the other Horcruxes and Tommy boy. And The way to do it was really simple. Luna. Her magesight was much stronger than Konrad's no matter how much he trained. She could clearly see the connection between the Horcruxes if she focused strong enough. In the years they spend together her perception became much stronger than before and with Konrad's training she learned to control it as well so she wasn't distracted whenever she looked. She still liked to just gaze into the magic sometimes, but now she could function better than in the past. Now with the Locket she could simply locate the others by simply following the connection.
"Alright!" Suddenly Hermione shouted after the soul fragments disappeared "I'm going to write a report!" She gave Konrad a peck on lips blushing slightly and went to her desk filled with neatly placed notes and books. There was a lot of notes about ritual magic and spell creation scattered around the table as well. Hermione became very interested with how she could create new spells or use ritual magic not as sacrificial but more like a magical formation. She worked with Luna on a way to merge effects of rituals with the versatility of ancient runes.
The basement was a secret lab Konrad and the girls created over a year ago, that they used for their research and training. It was put under Fidelius Charm by Konrad. Doing it wasn't to hard because only the tree of them knew about the basement and he had a lot of magic to spare. When he asked Luna what she sees when she uses her magesight on him, she told him that Konrad shines like a beautiful sun and his magic moves very harmoniously. In comparison normal wizard was for Luna only like a small reflector with irregular currents of magic inside and around them. Konrad believed that he surpassed your average wizard at least ten times now in sheer magic power alone! This progress was huge, and he wanted to see how he faired against Dumbledork! 
Konrad knew that it was only a year before they would be going to Hogwarts but he was already very content with his progress. He knew a lot of different magic's and hoped that Hogwarts would fill the small gaps in his knowledge with its powerful library. He also needed training in fighting that he hoped to use the Room of Requirements for, outside of its obvious secret lab function. 
"So..." Luna came closer to Konrad, with a little seductive smile "Since Hermione is busy could I get the kiss you promised me yesterday?" 'God she's so naughty for a nine year old...who taught her that?' Konrad Thought. 
"Pleaseeee." She said getting closer.
"You realize that your nine right?" Konrad said. 
"So you won't kiss me?" She said with a pout.
"God what should I do with you." He said, then smiled and kissed the girl on the lips. No French kisses or anything. No mater how she behaves, Konrad knows that she is inside still a very shy girl and she would just overheat if he only added a little tongue. Their lips parted, and a girl with her face red like a tomato looked at Konrad and the escaped into her lab from embarrassment giggling happily. 'Two years together and she still acts like this haha, I wonder how will she act when we hit puberty.' Konrad thought. He suddenly felt a weight falling on his shoulders lightly.
§"sssDaddy!"§ Cristal said snuggling into konrad's cheek.
§"hey Crissstal!  You're finally awake! You ssslept through the purification." Konrad said to his beloved daught*khem*-Familiar. 
§"I wassssssleppy daddy."§ Cristal replied sounding a little apologetically.

They had indeed been searching books for Flamel's name ever since Hagrid had let it slip, because how else were they going to find out what Snape was trying to steal? The trouble was, it was very hard to know where to begin, not knowing what Flamel might have done to get himself into a book. He wasn't in Great Wizards of the Twentieth Century, or Notable Magical Names of Our Time ; he was missing, too, from Important Modern Magical Discoveries, and A Study of Recent Developments in Wizardry. And then, of course, there was the sheer size of the library; tens of thousands of books; thousands of shelves; hundreds of narrow rows. Ryan had in all this time been sneakily sending his shadows to loot books in the restricted section he had to be very careful though some books had charms for alarms and curses and such on them if he felt something wrong he had to immediately stuff it in his inventory and have the shadow run off as the librarian madam pince was becoming increasingly more vigilant with every false alarm. His collection was growing at an alarming rate. he was starting to feel like a real skyrim player with some kind of looting fetish and he just stored everything. it's like that maid who steals a DVD from all the houses she cleans until she has this massive DVD collection. He had everything from books banned by the ministry to books that were said to have been lost to time he had topics on everything from cooking to magical music and painting he had to be careful tho can't leave a barren hogwarts library. It's developing into an addiction. Some of his favorite topics where farming magic, beast taming, ancient building magic and of course old school kings and knights combat based Magic for sieging castles and war magic the thought of blowing out castle walls with massive ancient explosion magic excited him. he currently didn't have the magic power to do it those ancient spells needed a lot of oomph behind them he just didn't have. He found a magical book about showing off and took that instantly it gave great tips. Like a magic spell that makes your hair look like it's blowing in the wind dramatically or one that makes your cloak or cape fly majestically behind you like a knight of old. Of course as the best king of all time he will master these spells and look even better. He found some dangerous potion books that told him how to make things like everlasting potions which are potions that give you the designated effect forever these are dangerous because you could use them for almost any potion like wit sharpening or focus potions or even luck potions but they can also be used for things like love potions or loyalty potions and practically make people slaves. As a just king he frowned upon the thought of slaves in his kingdom unless they were unpardonable murderers and rapists if you try that in his kingdom it's basically death or getting mind fucked into slavery for the betterment of the kingdom I don't need people like that in my dungeons. You'll work for the kingdom. he was going to have Daphne help him with politics and law enforcement system when he could tell them about his kingdom he can't right now because they aren't good enough to protect their minds from people like Snape and if he showed them he would have to keep them there til they mastered it and made sure they were truly his friends and wouldn't blab. Luna was okay because natural barriers and childhood friend. Enough rambling.
Hermione took out a list of subjects and titles she had decided to search while Daphne  strode off down a row of books and started pulling them off the shelves at random. Luna picked up a book about fairies. Ryan started on his essay (manga). Neville had a book about poisonous plant care and Tonks just put her head down and started napping. Harry wandered over to the Restricted Section. He had been wondering for a while if Flamel wasn't somewhere in there. Unfortunately, you needed a specially signed note from one of the teachers to look in any of the restricted books (or some spiffy shadows), and he knew he'd never get one. These were the books containing powerful Dark Magic never taught at Hogwarts, and only read by older students studying advanced Defense Against the Dark Arts. "What are you looking for, boy?"
"Nothing," said Harry.
Madam Pince the librarian brandished a feather duster at him.
"You'd better get out, then. Go on -- out!" man she was really on edge from all those alarms.
Ryan watched on with a snicker as Harry was pretty much kicked out of the library. Harry had about as much subtlety as a mask wearing man in a bank. he knew Hermione would come back after Christmas with the answers for Harry.
Once the holidays had started, Ryan and Harry were having too good a time. They sat in Ryans trunk drinking hot cocoa and watching movies like home alone and how the grinch stole Christmas. Ryan knew the poor boy didn't have any good memories of Christmas so he made it his personal goal to make this his best one ever. He had prepared personal gifts for everyone including Ron,Fred and George even Percy gets a gift. Even the teachers got some presents from him and he was kind enough to buy malfoy a 5 year long uncancelable subscription sent to his house of daddy's little princess magazines and playwitch weekly so he could see those buff men he probably always dreams about. he sent Snape and malfoy batching birth certificates for the boy saying Snape was his biological father that rumor had never died down. he even got him a #1 dad mug and said it was from malfoy. He got Dumbledore a bulk set of wool socks in some dazzling colors. McGonagall got some cat toys and a book on ancient transfiguration. professor flitwick got a booster seat with a cup holder and some signed pictures of famous dueling stars and a book about new tactics in dueling today. for professor sinestra the astrology teacher he gave her muggle books about the stars and planets considering that in the wizard world our stuff is pretty far behind the muggle world they don't even believe we went to the moon. for professor sprout he bought a few rare plants and a nice set of new gardening gear. for his parents he got them both subscriptions to their favorite magazines and paid for an all expenses paid trip to France for a romantic 2 week trip. for the lovegoods Ryan sent Pandora the books about spellcrafting from the room of requirement and Xenophiulis her husband he sent back conspiracy theory and mystery novels and all sorts of random bits and bobs.
now as for what he got his friends and such. For Ron he just gave him 50 galleons and some stuff about the chuddley cannons including a new bed set. Ryan knew that basically the whole family had maybe 30 galleons in gringotts they were super poor to an unimaginable level. for the twins he got them both special trunks they contained a potioneers room and a lab for experiments he gave them some vouchers for random stores too including zonkos joke shop the candy store the bookstore and the apothecary he left them a not explaining how to use the trunks there were only 4 rooms in each with the link between them came with all the same defensive measures in necklace form. they were both Scarlett with their initials on them so it just looked like a pendent with an F and a  G on it. Percy got books about ministry law and the wizengamot and a spiffy fountain pen. he bought ginny a trunk and told her to hide it from her mother and how to use it he hid it among a package filled with the boy who lived books signed personally by Harry much to both their embarrassment. he also gave her a voucher for 100 galleons at madam malkins and 10 galleons for her wand next year so she can get a new one not a hand me down like Rons. For Arthur and molly Weasley he gave them books on muggle cooking and a few muggle objects and explained how to use them like a remote controlled race car and some hand held games. he gave them 1000 galleon vouchers for flourish and blotts for books for the kids next year he remembered gilderoy that fraud would be coming out with like 15 books that everyone needs to buy and with 5 kids that shit adds up fast. he also gave a few more basic vouchers at 100 galleons each for various shops in the alley. These were good people and he knew they wouldn't take charity so he disguised them as Christmas gifts. he when sent Charlie and Bill some nice things he knew all the Weasleys since childhood after all. bill got some dark magic detectors and curse breaking books and the Indiana Jones complete works. Charlie got some new robes with anti dragonfire spells and some breeding and other types of books. Ryan had unlocked his kingdoms coin pouch outside the farm of course he's going to splurge. For Neville he got him a signature trunk with his house crest on it he had the basic apartment linked to Ryans and had a massive greenhouse style room aswell complete with auto sprinklers new farming tools and some rare seeds so he could have a mobile garden each trunk cost about 100kgp but he paid it no mind. for Luna Ryan got her all 150 basic Pokémon plushies and a snorlax chair. he got her 5 brand new Pokémon card decks and a pikachu onsie in her size she would wear almost every day that there were no classes (absolutely adorable). He also got her a small collection of 50 different kinds of pudding.
Daphne and Hermione got trunks as well containing a library/study fully stocked with furniture with vouchers for 1000 galleons for the bookshop and 50 galleons for the supply shop for quills and parchements. they were all linked together and had the basic apartment with a kitchen and bathroom in modern style he also got them vouchers for madam malkins. girl and clothes man. Tonks got one that had the apartment and a combat arena for practice all the trunks had the basic wardrobe and random item trunk slots aswell so they were basic 4 room vertical trunks all stocked with basic necessities like coffepots fridges and food for them that won't go bad due to magic. he got her some aurora handbooks and a dragon hide wand holster with a slot for a knife just in case. for Harry he got an emerald green trunk with a lightning bolt on it. all the basic rooms with a special quidditch room with goals and working balls so he could fly around even when with the dursleys. his trunk had muggle notice me not charms and repelling wards so they would leave him alone and it would be impossible for them to take it also had anti elf barriers. Ryan had upgraded his own trunk with a new room it was basically an arcade room to relax and have fun it had things like pinball machines fooseball, skeeball, a ball pit for Luna, air hockey some claw machines with stuffed animals a bar with things like soda and butter beers with chips and things like that no alcohol for minors. it had tvs for watching sports like ufc and cartoons it was a dream come true and kinda looked like a super version of Chucky Cheese there was the carpet that had planets and stars that every game arcade in america had there were motorcycle racing games and dance dance revolution he had everything including pacman. With neon and blacklights everywhere he spent a fortune but it's Christmas piss off he was down about 2mgp total but who cares we need fun in our life.

Even though the stated shifts for most are nine and a half hours, running a compound takes a lot of work and when things require a little extra work most the time I'm called by one of the other two trusted to do my duties in directing others when im off shift. when im off shift my duties are split between 4 different people each shift, one of which being a shorter shift where when relieved those people help out with other tasks. I am often radioed to help with any number of different tasks, in the medical ward, outside helping with a problem when gardening, simple issues with equipment, questioms about procedures, etc. Im almost always wearing my ear peice. "why do you have a closet full of clothes here for both of us, the majority of them being black, earthy colors, or straight camo?" Vincent asks from behind me as he looks through the closet 
"they are cargo pants, my tank tops that fit tighter so i dont get caught on things, then we both also have all kinds of t-shirts, earthy colors and the black ones all say something sarcastic so it can have a little spice. in the back there are also a few dresses for me and button up shirts for us both incase we are here for a special occasion, i managed to find ones that were durable and practical but still looked nice. the containers up top have socks, underwear, bras, belts, and the ones labeled with our names each have a custom bug out bag in them. the totes in the bottom have supplies, gear, snacks. i was prepared." I close my laptop as I finish speaking and look at him with my hands folded over top of it.
"you made me a desk here....PC and all..." 
"its logged into all your gaming accounts, all the offline games have been downloaded on a few different hard drives, and each one is labeled by which games it has on it, they are all in the right hand top drawer, the left side of the desk is mine, i bought a big one so we could both use it. your processer over is yours and the left side with the paper organizer and plug in printer is mine along with the filing cabniet there" I gesture as I explain 
"whats in the other two drawers then?" 
"I went through your desk and got you a few pairs of the headphones you had, packs of all the cables I found, sets of the small tools you use to do maintence on your computer, and a few things i thought would be useful like pens, pencils, paper, puzzle books, and some cords i saw online that looked useful."
"ill have to go through all of them but honey...I never knew where all your extra money went and yet while i thought you were buying stupid things you never told me you did all of this for me, this must have cost you so much..."
"i wanted you to be comfortable here. under the tv there's an Xbox, a playstation and around 40 games for either, and of course tv shows and movies on DVD, i figure if we are staying here for a long time we may as well be comfortable. the compound produces an excess of power even for now when we are all living here. we rehooked all the extra solar panels, have hooked up both of our wind power generators, we have more than enough power to go around here. while we should still shut anything we arent using off we are free to play on what ever we like." 
"you had all this set up and you didnt even tell me? theres a fucking mini fridge in here. theres a microwave and a one burner stove, pots, pans, gaming stuff, a fucking amazing bed. this is better than where we LIVE now, why didnt we just live here?!" 
"I mean it is far enough away from my father that we wouldnt even really have to see him and could use seperate real kitchens but it wasnt perfect yet and I didnt know how to bring it up for the future."
"what do you mean it isn't perfect?"
"this room was supposed to have a burgundy accent wall painted soon, I even have the paint in the utility closet down the hall from this room, the two recliners came in, bit havent even been moved into this room and assembled yet, under the bed that pull out storage is an armory that's missing 50 rounds of ammunition i need to replace, and it only has three bullet proof vests, its missing one."

"I could have helped you finish everything, you didnt have to do all of this by yourself hun" 
"I wanted to" i say just as my earpeice crackles to life, mike informing me that I'm needed in the red building, kitchen number one for a mixer malfunction. "I need to go take care of some things but have fun, take things easy i know this a new space for you." 
I spend the most part of 4 hours getting sent from one odd job to another to pick up tasks that the people specially trained to each of these tasks had bigger jobs of that type to do, and while i can do basic to average in most jobs there are some i excel in, in those four hours i got three that i was a queen of, inventory questions and help, subbing in as head chef for a little while, and stitching up a two inch gash for the guy who wasnt being careful enough and fell off the roof. falling off a two story building hes lucky thats all he got, he put his harness and saftey line on and thats the only thing that saved him, but he gashed his arm on a planter hanging on a window of the upper floor. the doctor thanks me as he was a bit overwhelmed with all the wellness checks and while the man was a priority he thought backup would be nice and I was already there when he walked in. I write up the report of the injury and how it occured and what treatment he got after I put on antibotic cream, and bandaged it up, having him sign the report right under my signature and then the doctor sign under him. On the walk back about half way to our room vincent finds me "youre a hard woman to find. i thought there were only nine and a half hour work shifts?" 
"for most people yes, but with much power comes much responsibility" I make my tone deathly serious for this corny quote, causing us both to chuckle a bit
"i found the ice cream. we should have some" 
"to not have some ice cream right now would be irresponsible."

luci's pov**

once I arrived at the apartment I noticed that there were boxes so I went and looked around to see if my roommate was there. but she was nowhere to be found.

I only had a suite case with me and some big bags. my brothers are supposed to arrive with my bed and dresser also a little desk and a few boxes with some movies, books, kitchen supplies, and bathroom things. I went ahead and choose the room that was closest to the kitchen.

I put my things in my room and decided to explore while I was waiting for my brothers to get here.

it is a small and cute place.

it's going to be so much fun I just hope that my roommate has a TV and a DVD system and a couch. I don't really have much since most of my things are actually my mom's.

vinn his personality is well he can come of as rude and arrogant but actually he's really nice he is not very good with his word choice which can offend people he is pretty quiet but he isn't shy or anything he just doesn't really enjoy talking to people he isn't fond of

Luci she can be very very emotional sometimes and she takes alot things the wrong way she isn't the best at explaining her emotions to others she is quite timid and gets overwhelmed very easily and you must know that she LOVES cats 

basically this story is about love between 2 people there are some side chacaters but the main focus is on them

I swallowed hard when Jaden smiled at me.

"Oh, kakauwi mo pa lang? Saan ka ba galing?" Kapwa kami lumingon ni Jaden when mom came out of the kitchen. May dala syang tray na may juice at slice ng chocolate cake.

I went into her and kiss her on the cheeks.

"D-dyan lang Mommy. Nagpahangin." Tinulungan ko sya na ilapag yung tray sa mesa.

"Tamang tama pala ang dating ni Jaden." Mom was all smiles.

Nilingon ko lang si Jaden. He's really polite. Kaya din siguro gusto sya ni Mommy. Aisde sa well, kilala na ni Mommy ang family ni Jaden. Although hindi ko alam kung bakit hindi nabanggit ni Mommy ang about kay Syd to think na impossible na hindi nya alam o kilala si Syd.

'"Andrea. Ikaw na bahala kay Jaden. I'll take my rest." Tapos binalingan ni Mommy si Jaden. "Suit yourself, Jaden. Maiwan ko na muna kayo."

"Sige po Tita. Thank you. Sleepwell." Pati mata ni Jaden ay ngumingiti habang kausap si Mommy.

Nakamasid lang ako. Hindi ko alam ang dapat kong maramdaman. I really wanted to be okay with Jaden. Kung galit man sya, it's my fault. But i never wanna lose our friendship.

Nakapasok na si Mommy when i told him to take a seat again. Inilapag ko yung bag ko sa tokador malapit sa pinto at hinarap sya. Masyado marami nangyari kanina sa suite ni Syd. Madami ako nalaman. And now, Jaden's here. I really don't know what to feel.

"K-kamusta?" Pinilit ko ngumiti sa kanya. I sat next to him in the sofa.

He look so damn good in his attire. Naka brown knit sweater sya at black leather pants. Hindi lang sya mukhang mabango, dahil kanina ko pa naaamoy ang pamilyar na pabango nya.

"Andrea.. I'm sorry the last time." He seriously said instead.

Napayuko ako when he got my hand. He msaaged it a little. Hindi ko mabawi ang kamay ko. Jaden did a loy of things for me. I like him. But i love his half brother. Ayaw ko sya saktan.

But i'm wise enough to know now. No matter how i am grateful na minahal o gusto ako ni Jaden, it doesn't change the fact na si Syd pa rin ang pipiliin ako. I can't offer anymore than friendship.

I got my hand and hold him instead.

"Jaden.. Ako ang dapat mag sorry sayo. It's normal na nagalit ka. I appreciate all the things you did for me and-"

"I know. Nagkabalikan na kayo ni Syd." Putol nya sa sasabihin ko.

Marahan nyng kinuha sa akin ang kamay nya. He clasped his hand and smiled bitterly.

"It's actually not your fault." He sighed. "Alam ko naman. Alam ko na malaki ang chance na magkabalikan kayo. What you feel for my brother.. yan na yan ang nararamdaman ni Reese for me." Then he laughed, pero puno pa rin ng pait. "Reese stayed with me kahit na nalaman nya na pinaglalaruan ko lang sya. We parted our ways na akala ko, okay na. Na back to being friends na lang talaga kami. But I learned that she played my brother too. Syd was naive then. I feel guilty, na karma sa akin yung nangyari. I played her, she played my brother."

Hindi ako nagsasalita. This is Jaden's side and i should just listen.

"I confronted her and asked her bakit pinaglaruan nya si Syd. She said na si Syd daw ang habol ng habol sa kanya kaya pinagbigyan nya. Ang ironic, right? Iyon na iyon din ang reason ko kung bakit ko sya pinatulan." He laughed again. "Tinaboy ko sya but she stayed. I flirted with other girls in front of her and she still stayed. The way she looks at me everytime since four years ago.. Iyon na iyon ang nakikita ko sayo. The way you look at my brother.. Nasasaktan ako, pero in a way, karma na din sa akin yon."

"J-Jaden.." Nanuyo ang lalamunan ko dahil sa sinabi nya.

"I want to explain, kahit na alam ko na kayo na ulit. I don't know how or when, pero alam ko, somehow tatanggapin ko iyon. I guess it's safe to say na ikaw ang karma ko."

I sighed. "Huwag mong sabihin yan. May darating pa para sayo. I'm just a trial."

"If you're just a trial, then you'll be the trial i'll be willing to keep on doing even though i already know the outcome. That i will lose. But i'll keep on doing it hanggang sa manalo na ako." His words were making marks on my mind.

"Jaden i'm sorry." Nahihirapan talaga ako sa sitwasyon.

"I'm sorry too, Andrea. But i hope you'll understand."

Nangunot ang noo ko sa sinabi nya. His handsome face resonated a different light instead. May poagka feminine din ang features ni Jaden, but unlike Syd, Jaden's feminine features are minimized. They shared their dad's looks.

"Hindi ako titigil, Andrea." His words are firm.

Napakurap kurap ako sa sinabi nya. "J-Jaden.." In an instant, ibang Jaden na ang kaharap ko. He wasn't smiling anymore. It's like his eyes are looking straight to my eyes, telling me things only our eyes can comprehend.

"Andrea.. Andrea.. Alam ko mahal mo si Kuya.. But i have feelings for you too. Ayokong sumuko ng ganoon lang. Right now, I am not hoping for the two of you to break up, but i am hoping for you to fall for me too."

I had to distance myself to Jaden. Umurong ako palayo sa kanya. "Jaden what the hell are you saying? You can't. Move on. H-hindi pwede. Lalo ka lang aasa, mas masasaktan ka lang. Tanggapin mo na lang na isa lang ako sa mga dumaan sayo para may matutunan ka."

"Let me do this."

"Jaden, no. Stop it." Saway ko sa kanya. I stood up, sinapo ko ang noo ko gamit ang kanang kamay ko ay namewang gamit ang kaliwang kamay.

Pakiramdam ko nahilo ako sa sobrang pagka yanig ng pagkatao ko sa sinabi ni Jaden,

He stood up too. Humarap sya sa akin. "I'm sorry."

"Damn it. You're a good guy. A good catch. Don't lower yourself para humabol sa akin." Paksi ko sa kanya.

"You're worth it."

"Jaden naman. I love Syd. Wag mo na ako guluhin."

"I like that. I affect you that much, it's a start." He grinned.

"Stop treating it like a game, Jaden. I don't want to lose our friendship. Just.. just.."

"You can't make me go away. I can be very persistent." Naging playful na ang boses nya mula sa pagiging seryoso kanina. This guys is unbelievable!

"Ewan ko sayo Jaden." Ngumuso ako. I still hope na nagbibiro lang sya, and that eventually, he'll tell me na joke lang iyon.

"You look really cute when you pout. Makes me wanna kiss you."

Pinaningkitan ko sya ng mata. "Sira ka."

Tumawa lang sya.

Napakamot ako sa ulo. "Gabi na, umuwi ka na." I walked to the door.

I saw him sigh and walked after me. Tumayo sya sa harap ko as i open the door.

"Good night Andrea."

Then he was gone.

HIndi ako agad naka alis sa kinatatayuan ko matapos ko maisara ang pinto. Is he seriously still gonna pursue me? My God. Hindi pa ba sapat na parusa sa akin yung mga naramdaman kong sakit sa puso at ulo na duloit ni Syd, pati sa kapatid nya makakatikim pa rin ako?

Normal days resumed after that encounter. Naka hinga naman ako ng maluwag dahil hindi pa nagpaparamdam si Jaden after that night. He can be very persistent, ayon nga sa kanya. Tumambay kami saglit ni Marco sa isang coffee shop. He dropped me there, hindi ko dinala ang sasakyan ko because Syd's gonna fetch me.

"I got to go. Syd's here." Tumayo na si Marco the moment na nakita nya na pababa na sa sasakyan nya si Syd. May pupuntahan naman talaga sya, i just asked him to stay for some more minutes habang wala pa si Syd.

I stood up and kissed him on the cheeks. "Take care, alright?" Bilin ko.

"I will." He smiled and went. Nagkamustahan pa sila ni Syd saglit nang magkasalubong sila sa parking lot.

I sipped at my pearl milk tea as i wait for Syd to come in.

He was just wearing a plain green shirt na hakab sa katawan nya and a cream pants. Naka tsinelas nga lang sya, pero pakiramdam ko, lahat ng babae sa coffee shop na iyon lumingon the moment he opened the glass door.

Sinalubong nya ako ng mariin na halik.

I had to stop him. Nakakahiya, masyado maraming tao at nakatingin pa sila sa amin. He has this habbit of practicing PDA at medyo uncomfortable ako.

"Let's go?"

"Saan tayo pupunta?" Taas kilay na tanong ko.

"C'mon, somewhere private." Tapos ngumisi sya.

Mula naman ng magkabalikan kami, wala pa ulit nangyayari sa amin. We're taking things slow now. Naka mind set na rin sa utak ko na may boyfriend na ako. Hindi na ako kagaya ng dati na pwedeng mag decided basta basta.

Hindi ko binanggit kay Syd yung napag usapan namin ni Jaden. The last time, inamin nya sa akin kung gaano ka perfect ang tingin nya sa kapatid nya, and he thought na si Jaden ang pipiliin ko over him. I don't want him to feel anymore doubt, kaya wala ako balak sabihin sa kanya.

Nagpasama ako bumili ng libro sa NBS kay Syd. Para may taga bitbit na din ako. Naka buntot lang sya sa akin whil i browse some books. May ilang titles pa ako na hinahanap at hindi ko na mabilang yung dala nya. Hindi kasi ako masyado naka labas before.

"Angelique, mababasa mo pa ba lahat 'to?" Angil nya sa likod ko.

"Wag kang ano. Umuwi ka na lang kung magrereklamo ka." Sabi ko na hindi sya nililingon. I got another book and put it on his hands already full of books.

"Babe naman.."

"I'll stay with you later. Overnight. So shut it, okay?" Nilingon ko sya.

Bigla syang napipi tapos ngumiti. "Dapat kanina mo pa sinabi. Kayang kaya ko naman magdala nito kahit hanggang mamaya." Bigla syang sumigla.

I just rolled my eyeballs.

Dumiretso na kami sa cahsier, pero hindi nya na ako pinag bunot ng wallet. He paid it all with his card. Ayoko sana, but we're already creating a scene kaya hinayaan ko na lang sya.

"Where do you want to eat, Babe?" Pasakay na kami sa kotse nya paalis sa mall when he asked me that.

"Magpa deliver na lang tayo. Pakiramdam ko tutumba na ako sa pagod."

Tiningnan nya ako ng nakataas ang kilay, sya na nag suot ng seat belt ko. "At bakit ka pagod?"

"School works." Humikab ako. Actually, puyat ako. Humabol ako sa ilang projects na due sa Monday para wala na gagawin. Pupunta kasi kami bukas ni Mommy kay Daddy, and i decided na mag stay na lang ng overnight kasama si Syd para na rin magpaalam.

"Alright." Inabot nya sa akin yung cellphone nya. "Ikaw na tumawag for delivery para hindi na tayo matagal maghihintay later."

I called a resto habang nagda drive sya. Nakakatuwa na ang normal ng pagsasama namin ngayon. Lumipat na pala si Syd, umalis na sya sa hotel suite. He told me na gusto na sana bahay na talaga, so he bought one. Napapa iling na lang ako, isang pitik lang, kung ano mabibili nya.

It's my third time this week na makarating sa bahay nya.

Malapit na kami when my phone vibrated. Jadens' name registered. Hindi ko na lang iyon pinansin. Ayoko magka idea si Syd na baka may ugnayan kami ni Jaden. Hindi pa namin napag uusapan ang mga bagay bagay and i'm okay with that. With our current situation, wala na ako mahihiling pa.

My phone kept on vibrating. Salitan na tawag at text. Nakaka inis. Bakit ngayon pa nangungulit si Jaden? Pinilit ko wag pansinin.

"Who was that? Bakit di mo sagutin?"

Napapitlag ako ako nang sabihin iyon ni Syd. "H-huh?"

"That." Nguso nya sa bag ko na nasa lap ko. "You're phone. Looks like someone's calling you."

"W-wala yon." Tanggi ko na lang.

"C'mon. Sino ba yan?" Curious pa rin na tanong ni Syd. Palingin lingon sya sa akin habang nagda drive.

Ayoko ma open yung pangalan ni Jaden. "Wala yun, mnga kaklase ko, mahilig sa group message." Kibit balikat na sagot ko.

Mabuti na lang at pinalagpas nya na.

Ten minutes na kami sa bahay nya when my order arrived. Sumalang kami ng dvd sa dvd player. Mahilig kami manuod ng movie habang kumakain ng kung anu ano. One of the many things na nagkasundo kami ni Syd.

Napapapikit na ako sa gitna pa lang ng movie when Syd's phone rang. He stood up, naiwan ako sa kama at handa na sana ako matulog when i heard a panic on Syd's voice.

"What? Where?"

Napa balikwas ako ako when i heard the panic on his voice. Pilit akong dumilat at bumangon.

"Damn it. Kailan pa? Bakit ngayon lang ako tinawagan?" Kitang kita ko ang pagkuyom ng kanyang kamao. He seemed mad.

"Syd? Baby?? I called him.

Nilingon nya ako at nag sign na sandali lang. Tumalikod sya at itinuloy ang pakikipag usap. Nakatingin lang ako sa likod nya. Bigla akong kibahan khit di ko pa alam ang nangyayari. He looked worried and concern, kung sino man ang tumawag.
