Tower woke up to find himself surrounded by chickens. His death lead him to a strange world and his reincarnation came with a Round Table. This is the story of the young man who dominated the world with his Round Table.

Gods, Devils, Cultivators, Sages, Monsters, this is a world filled with strange things, and his Round Table stands at the top of this food chain.

"It has been roughly twenty-four hours since the battle in Metropolis between the Justice League and this strange "Berserker" figure. The arrival of a new Hero, whose name has not been released by either himself, or the Justice League arrived in the middle of the battle and took care of the rampaging villain"

"The rampaging villain was soon stopped by the combined efforts of the Justice League as well as this new superhero. His prowess with the spear, combined with his metahuman strength, speed and endurance made him a formidable foe for this "Berserker". His changing appearance may have something to do with the battle, as a strange wall appeared around us as-".

The TV turned dark and the report coming from the famous journalist came to a halt as several figures walked into the room. Gray, who was sitting down on his couch, a half-eaten green apple in his hand tilted his head slightly and sighed at the caped crusader standing right behind him.

The footsteps from a couple dozen other people could be heard from behind Gray, and the twenty year old let out another deep sigh as he placed his apple on the table in front of him, not liking the serious looks on any of the faces of the Justice League.

Or the nervous looks coming from the younger members of the Team.

Batman looked around his penthouse apartment before looking at Dr Fate who was currently inhabiting the body of Giovanni Zatara. The Lord of Order waved his hand before several dozen talismans, seals and shikigami all appeared on the island table in front of Gray, landing on his table with a loud thump.

He sighed once more.

"Isn't their a rule against breaking in entering in this country?".

No-one, not even Diana responded to Gray's comment. All of the members of the Justice League had serious expressions on their faces. Only Superman and Supergirl were not present.

Batman, taking command of the situation sat in the chair opposite Gray's and took out a small holographic projector from his utility-belt. The image of Martian Manhunter and Superman sitting in the Watchtower medical bay came up, a small rising number was present in the corner, indicating that this was live.

"After the battle in Metropolis, those seven Servants disappeared without a trace. As it stands right now we have no means of tracking them. When you disappeared after destroying that arrow that Gilgamesh created, we went to see Superman in the Watchtower. His condition is stable but-".

"His arm. It's not healing nor can you reattach it".

Batman, Wonder Woman, Martian Manhunter, the Green Lanterns and the Hawks all frowned at Gray's words. The definitive tone indicated that the twenty year old knew something. Something that they didn't.

Diana, who didn't want Batman to have to threaten Gray stepped forward and looked at Gray pleadingly.

"Please Gray. Tell us what we can do to reverse what Saber has done to Superman. The loss of an arm. It can't be hidden from the world like an identity can be".

Gray looked at the saddened expression on Diana's face before shaking his head once more.

"It's not that I won't heal him. It's that I can't".

"Why?".

Batman's angered expression turned into one of aggressive curiosity as he unblinkingly looked at Gray. The Dark Knight, as well as the rest of the Justice League looked unhappy with Gray's response, while those of the Team looked slightly conflicted as their gazes constantly darted from Gray to Batman.

Gray sighed before placing a hand on the table in front of him. A slight pressure from his hand caused the glass table to fracture, but not shatter. Countless lines bloomed out from the single point that Gray touched, but didn't destroy the glass table.

"Ryougi Shiki, or Saber rather, has the ability to "visualize the concept of longevity given form". They appear in the form of lines, lines of death as you would put it".

Gray gestured to the countless number of lines scattered all over the glass table in front of him. All the League members watched on in interest at the explanation of the Pseudo-Servant, despite their lack of hospitality against the young looking man.

"I don't know everything about these eyes, but let me be clear on one thing. Everything, as far as I am aware, possesses lines of death. Living or dead, animate or inanimate, all things in creation possess lines of death. Once a line of death is cut, it is near impossible to undo the damage done to the target. Unless you can change the conceptual structure of Superman, that wound is permanent.

"That is Ryougi Shiki's power. As long as she has the imagination to visualize events, she can kill even  Gods".

The moment Gray's words left his mouth the tension in the room became palpable. A formless pressure pressed down on the members of both the League and the Team, and the memory of those rainbow colored eyes that gleamed with death was still fresh in their minds.

The Flash, or Barry Allen looked at Gray with his arms crossed and eyes narrowed. His tone indicated that he of all people were not happy.

And that was saying something.

"And how do you know so much about this Saber character? They called you a Servant, but also a Faker. What are you?".

Gray looked at the fastest man alive with a blank expression before turning towards the rest of the people in the room. All of them, even Diana and Dr Fate looked at Gray with interest, although the former was looking at him with a look that the Lord of Order did not.

Gray picked up his apple and took a bite out of the fruit.

"I don't have to tell you anything".

"Why you little-".

The scarlet speedster took a step forward towards Gray, Batman put a hand on his shoulder and looked back at the younger man.

"Take it easy Flash. There is still a lot we don't know about Servants, their characteristics or even the Holy Grail War that J'onn keeps going on about. Gray is our only lead on this. If he doesn't comply, then we can use force".

Batman used the psychic link Miss Martian had created to talk to his friend, trying to placate the speedster. It worked, although the Flash vanished for a second before talking out a whole bunch of food from Gray's fridge, eating it with a speed that even Gray couldn't match.

Rolling his eyes at the actions of Barry Allen, Gray turned back towards Batman, a smile marred the face of the Pseudo-Servant.

"You do want to get rid of the Servants don't you? Or at the very least, get justice for what they did to Superman, correct?".

He looked at both Batman and Hawkgirl in particular, both of them noting how his eyes darted to the red markings on both of their hands, rather than anyone else in the group.

Gray raised his hand on which the three over lapping circles which created his Command Seals shone slightly, much to the interest of the two members of the Justice League. 

Hawkgirl looked down at the red tattoo noting that it still hadn't come off, even after washing her hands so roughly that it broke the skin.

"Don't do that. It'll ruin those hands of yours".

Shayera Hol raised an eyebrow as Gray took her hand in his own, gaining a slight smile as she looked over at Diana, who frowned when her eyes met the Thanagarian whose hand was entwined with Gray's. 

Hawkman frowned but didn't say anything. He and Shayera were having difficulties since the birth of his daughter by another woman. A human woman at that. Their relationship was becoming more strained, as the male started seeing the human woman and Shayera started living at the Wayne Family Manor, as a guest of Alfred rather than Bruce who was standing beside him.

Gray noted the same glimmer on Shayera's tattoo despite her broken skin and smiled at the beautiful redhead before turning towards Batman with a larger smile.

"Do you know what it takes to kill a Servant Batman?".

He frowned at the use of the world "kill", but went along with it for conversation purposes.

"No. I don't".

Gray's smile grew larger and he picked up a piece of chalk sitting in one of his kitchen drawers, putting his finger towards the roof as he spoke,

"All you need to kill a Servant..... is another Servant".

Waking up in an abandoned apartment in Gotham City was never how I imagined my Saturday morning. Seeing Gods walk amongst Men brought familiar yet foreign memories to mind.

I knew who they were, yet I had absolutely no recollection of myself before today. Waves upon waves of experiences and feelings pilled themselves up like mountains within my mind, yet it was jumbled and incoherent.

Being able to stand side-by-side against Demons and Beings whose very presence could shake the heavens and the earth was a dream that every kid had as a kid.... right?

Now were did this Class Cards fit into the equation?

"I..." I was just going to say that I'm fine but looking at Stephen's worried face for some reason I just can't lie to him, "I don't know..."

Stephen just stands there for a second before coming into the boxing ring, he comes over and plops down next to me.

"This is going to sound cringy but you know it's ok to not be ok all the time right?" He says, looking at me earnestly. I try my best not to laugh because I know he's 100% serious.

"What greeting card did you get that off of?" I ask, I know I said I wouldn't laugh but I still end up laughing. I mean he's right but the way he says it is just so...

Stephen's face is now completely red. I calm down and eventually stop laughing. After that, we just sit in companionable silence. It's not awkward at all really, it's more the type of silence where you have something to say but you don't know how so for the moment you're happy just not talking about it.

After a moment Stephen breaks the silence, "So… what are you thinking about?"

"My plan for world domination," I say with a crooked grin as I lay my head on his shoulder.

"..." Stephen doesn't say anything just gives me a look that says it all.

"What?" I can't help laughing, his reaction is so funny, "Don't worry, I haven't come up with a solid plan yet."

I take my head off his shoulder and stand up to stretch, my muscles are killing me. "So, are you just here to ask about my mental state or is there something else because if I'm not careful I'm going to get my ass kicked by Black Canary tomorrow."

Stephen laughs and I feel my cheeks getting a little warm, "Yeah I was supposed to call you up for dinner, but I thought I would ask how you were since you've been down here for almost an hour now."

"Thanks..." I don't know why I say that. I'm not sure I have anything to thank him for if you don't count his 'advice'. "Well let's go! I'm hungry!"

Stephen laughs again and I help him up, we then walk out of the gym and back up into the main warehouse.

And yes, I am starting to realize how weird it is to be living in a warehouse.

We walk over to where the others are standing, probably with dinner. I just kinda hope it's not pizza, yes I know that is the opposite of what any teenager would say but honestly, pizza isn't my favorite food.

I expect to see the same pizza boxes from before but instead, I see steaming bowls of pasta. I will say that I'm pleasantly surprised. Unlike pizza, I do like pasta.

As we get closer my mouth starts to water when I see the penne pasta in the cream sauce with bacon and chicken chunks, if food has ever called to me it would be right now.

Flash comes over and hands us both a tub of pasta, and I swear that the cream sauce is calling me. "Looks good, right? Nothing like Italian takeout. Bats may disagree but I love this."

I nod because Italian is one of my favorite foods; yes I do understand that pizza is from Italy but that doesn't mean I have to like it.

I take the tub of pasta more than willingly and then look around for a fork or something to eat it with. I spot a fork lying on the table and go over to grab it, on my way over I bump into something, I turn round and see that it was Batman.

"Ah... sorry bats... I-I mean Batman, I was just talking with Flash and he called you that so I got confused and....." I can feel my face turning red from embarrassment. God, please let me end this already without making any more of a fool of myself.

But to my surprise, Batman chuckles. I'm honestly waiting for the heavens to open up and end me because to be completely serious I was 100% sure that was going to happen before the day Batman ever laughed. Batman then turns away and goes to talk to Question.

Stephen comes over and is soon followed by Flash, they must have seen my stupefied expression because the next thing they ask me is, "What's wrong?"

"H-he laughed..."

They both shrug, probably not understanding what I mean before Stephen starts to talk to Flash, the conversation is mostly based around something to do with computers so I don't pay much attention. As soon as I finish my pasta, the cream sauce was heaven, I look over at the two who are still engrossed in their conversation. "I... umm... I'm going to go back to the gym to train some more."

I place my empty tub on the table and almost miss Flash elbowing Stephen. Stephen jumps a little and then turns slightly red before turning to me, "There are some things I forgot to bring and some I just wanted to buy so I was wondering if you wanted to..... to go shopping with me tomorrow..."

I mean I guess... There are still a few things I wouldn't mind getting... "Sure that sounds great. It's a date then!"

I then turn to walk away but still catch Flash congratulating a very embarrassed Stephen, they kinda remind me of a pair of siblings...

I spend the good part of the night using the machines in the gym. I figure that if I want a fighting chance I should work on my strength, stamina, and agility. None of which were that good to begin with.

I come off the treadmill I've been on for probably two hours and a half and sigh, it's probably at least midnight by now.

I grab my hoodie which I threw on the ground when I first came in and walk back up the steps. I think I'll go see how Jikan's doing, take a shower and go to bed.

I walk over to the corner of the warehouse where Jikan is. Like I expected she's asleep, she's looking a lot better now though. 

I don't stay long since she's asleep and move on back to my room when I get there I grab a towel and head into the shower. Turns out when you send who knows how many hours exercising you get really sweaty.

I come back out of the steamy bathroom fifteen minutes later in my pajamas and slide in. My eyes start to feel heavy as I fall into sleep. Strangely it didn't take long for me to fall asleep under the warm blankets that night. I was rather surprised.

It's dark, so very dark. I can't move, it's as if someone else is in my body, controlling my every move.

'Dawn how come there are no pictures in this house? It doesn't feel like a happy three-person family is living here, it feels more like a dollhouse.'

A light comes on overhead, in front of me is a dollhouse, it looks exactly like a New York apartment on the bad side of town. The side of the dollhouse opens and I can see inside.

Two dolls stand in the kitchen, while a tiny little doll stands in the doorway. The dolls in the kitchen seem to be fighting while the one in the doorway seems to be crying. I seem to look closer and I recognize two of the dolls, the little one in the doorway looks like me from the picture frame while the doll in the kitchen looks like mom. I can't see the face of the last doll, I can tell it's a man but only his back is facing me.

I watch the scene in front of me, the dolls in the kitchen are fighting but I can't hear what they're saying, every once in a while they'll throw plates and silverware to the floor. Finally, it seems like the male doll snaps, he hits the doll that looks like mom over and over again until it is on the floor. The doll that looks like me seems to burst into tears and the male doll walks over to it, I still can't see its face, and slaps the little doll.

Suddenly I feel a burning pain in my cheek like I was the one slapped and not the doll.

The light goes off with a loud click and I'm plunged back into darkness. I still can't move, I can't even breathe. I feel like I'm slowly drowning.

Dawn hates her life. It's boring and nothing ever happens to her. She wakes up, eats, goes to school, sleeps again and repeats. Boring am I right?

The only light in her life is hearing about the world's Heroes on the news.

Or it was until an unfortunate accident releases a power that neither she nor the other Heroes she loves could have ever imagined.

Danny was awfully glad the heart monitor had been shoved into the wall during his impromptu wake up call for his roommates, otherwise it would embarrassingly show that his heart had currently stopped.

He was in space. Not just space, but a floating space station for superheroes.

(Danny wasn't sure if he was alive anymore.)

Apparently, neither was Harley, as she rubbed her knuckles roughly against his sternum, drawing an annoyed cry from him. "What was that for?"

She shrugged innocently. "Doctor trick. Just checkin' in that you didn't… check out." She grinned at her pun, ignoring the sighs from the Gotham residents in the room.

"Harley, enough." The order from the Dark Knight was enough to shut the blonde up, but a few lingering giggles did escape. "This is no time for jokes," the Batman continued, glaring at the Gothamite occupants of the room. "We need to decide what to do with Johnson and where to go from here."

Danny stared at the man blatantly. "Well, hopefully we'll leave me in this bed for a while…" He sighed when no one even snickered at his weak attempt of a joke. "Hey, I've known shit for weeks and haven't said a thing about Wonder Woman!" The Amazon merely shrugged when Batman turned his masked gaze on her.

"Bruce, really. He's proved he is worthy of spirit."

"Spirits can be broken." Batman rumbled. "And don't call me that."

Jason's groan rang out from the back corner of the room. "Dude, we literally all know your 'secret identity.'"

"Jason."

"Sorry."

"You're not staying with your stupid company," Ivy brought up, focusing idly on a slowly twisting vine circled around her arm. Danny knew this was one of her anger-coping strategies, and was proud of her for holding back as much as she was. "We found your boss inside the building. Clearly, there was no sense of control in there."

"How about we make you affiliated with the League? It puts a level of protection on your back," Superman suggested.

Danny was already shaking his head. "No. You realize most of the people I'm trying to find absolutely hate your hero group, right?" Danny was not willing to have the reins taken away from him. Meeting with the heroically… disinclined was important to these kids. He understood that they were responsible for some truly terrible things in some instances, but the few moments they spent with sick kids was all Danny cared about. "I'm not running a 'protect-villains-from-heroes' outfit, but I'm also not about to team up with the Justice League on this either. They'd all be out to get me, and honestly? I don't want you guys controlling me either. I'm good on my own."

Danny fell silent, breathing heavily. He hadn't been speaking loudly, but his mini-speech had managed to exhaust him. All the excitement had distracted him from his injuries, but now that the slight burst of adrenaline had worn off, he was aware of every ache in his body. Evidently, his pain wasn't hidden well in his expression.

"Alright, everyone out," Batman ordered, stepping away from Superman and Wonder Woman to clear a path to the exit. "Johnson's had enough for now." He crossed his arms as they and the Gothamites left, with each calling out a version of feel better soon! as they passed by Danny. "Harley, you too."

Harley hadn't moved from her chair next to Danny. "Aw, come on, Bats. Yah can't kick the doctor out of the patient's room!"

"You're a psychiatrist, Harley, not a medical doctor," Batman deadpanned. His correction didn't seem to bother her, because she merely shrugged and patted Danny on the head before skipping out of the room. Danny tried not to laugh when she popped her head back in just to stick her tongue out at Batman.

The door slid shut behind her, and the click it made sounded as loud as a gong to Danny in the quiet room. "I assume there's something you wanted to say alone to me?" He asked the Dark Knight as he strode closer.

"Tell me," he began lowly, "if you're not staying with your company, then how are you going to continue fulfilling these wishes?"

Danny winced and let out a weak chuckle. "I hadn't thought that far ahead yet."

"Then you're being reckless. You're a scout and liaison, you're forgetting all of the vetting and compiling of actual cases that comes before you, not to mention fundraising and advertising. This is not a one person job."

Danny lay his head back on his pillow. It was easier to stare at the ceiling when faced with the problems of his fleeting plan. "Any suggestions?" It took him a few seconds to force the words out under his fresh wave of tiredness (definitely due to his IV, he was sure someone had drugged him when they saw his pain rise and for that he was grateful).

"Wayne Enterprises will be buying "World of Wishes" and donating to its budget as Bruce Wayne's latest philanthropic move. Your next 'boss' is going to be heavily pre-screened… though I think we both know you've been running solo for the most part anyways. Here's your chance. Don't mess this up."

Danny tried nodding his head, but it didn't matter. Batman was already walking out of the room by the time his eyes shut.

At first, Danny had been ecstatic to be released from the Watchtower. He was okay with heights, but he was firmly of the belief that space was not for him.

Then once he got home, he realized that besides being back on Earth, there wasn't much difference between the two situations. There was always someone keeping watch on him, or fetching him an item, or hovering around when he hobbled on crutches. If they had the chance, Danny was sure that the Sirens would bubble wrap him.

On top of that, he seemed to have a rotating schedule of well-wishers (read: babysitters for when the Sirens were busy). He was considering giving Jason and Barbara their own keys at this rate, especially since Jason had broken two of his locks. At least the ginger had the decency to pick it open each time.

If those two were absent, then there was always at least one person present to keep an eye on him. Jason's friend Roy made an appearance one day armed with bag full of poker chips (Danny had lost miserably), Wonder Woman had stopped by with a plate of cookies (that was a surprise), he had beat Cheshire at three games of chess, and someone had left a handmade "get well soon" card signed with the name "Zoe Lawton."

In other words, he was completely stir-crazy and ready to be an independent, functioning adult once again.

Two more days, and he'd be free. The first thing he was doing was taking a child's case as far from Gotham as possible.

 Qin Guan's protest didn't work. Everyone worked together to get him to leave.
 He suddenly heard someone laughing.
 Qin Guan stared at the man from Warner Bros. "You must be satisfied now. Let's go to America! Go!" As soon as Qin Guan's flight took off, his website was updated with an exciting headline: Qin Guan had left his nest!
 The whole world joined in the jubilation. This was a good beginning. His fans wouldn't be worried about his career anymore.
 Qin Guan, on the other hand, was not in a good mood. He had watched the original cartoon and checked out the material collected by the crew, but the city where he would be staying was not as beautiful as he had imagined.
 Chicago was a city where light and darkness intertwined. When the production added metal monsters and piles of rubbish, Gotham City came to life.
 This was the second film of the Batman franchise, but it was groundbreaking in terms of quality. It was the first time superheroes would be portrayed with a complicated human nature and actual feelings. All the characters seemed to come to life.
 The film was a simple blockbuster with outstanding visual effects and a simple plot. The dark side of human nature showed through its every scene.
 Wherever there were human beings, there was chaos. The troublemaker was the cunning Joker, who had no superpowers, but could scare people with his personality. The character was a big challenge for every actor, which was why so many superstars had been interested in it. 
 However, Qin Guan had been approved by the creator of the cartoon, as well as the director and the production company. When they saw Qin Guan in person on the set, everyone tried to keep a distance from him. There was a distinct deserted area around Qin Guan.
 People were not shocked by his appearance, but by his gloomy mood. Everyone was afraid of being affected by his sorrow.
 Actually, Qin Guan was sad because his wife had forsaken him.
 He was right. Cong Nianwei couldn't stand having someone follow her around all day long, so she had taken advantage of this chance to push him to join the crew.
 This experience was not bad for his interpretation of the character, though. Qin Guan seemed to be possessed by the Joker. The actors and the director were captivated by his acting skills. The creator of the cartoon even burst into tears.
 A person who had never been addicted to a cartoon would never feel the same as they watched a fictional character come to life. The man thought that he could finally die happy.
 Darkness was very closely associated with light. Only when Batman faced his nemesis did he realize that the Joker's ultimate goal was not to ruin a specific superhero, but to destroy the hope of all humanity. That way, even if god himself walked down the altar, his pious believers would still not have the courage to keep living.
 In the end, Batman had to hide behind the curtain. He was no longer the Knight of Light, but the Knight of Darkness. An arrest warrant was issued both for him and the Joker.
 When the director stopped the crew, Batman let out a long sigh of relief. He was happy to part ways with Qin Guan. It was ridiculous to see such a handsome guy dressed up as the Joker. Plus, Qin Guan's gloomy vibe made everybody's mood worse.
 Everyone fixed their eyes on Qin Guan. Now that the film was finished, they could all return to reality.
 Qin Guan remained the same, though. He just kept pacing in circles on the floor.

The dark of the night was nerve-wracking `in Gotham. But this dark doesn't scare anyone in Gotham now. The siren of police cars was resounding assuring it's people that they are safe. Now a days people look towards police with respect in their eyes. Those eyes which are filled with trust and their confidence in them that they will protect them.

This city which was once filled with chaos has turned in something akin to heaven today.

No more children are abducted in daylight, no more prostitution, no thefts. No crime was reported in last month.

Gotham has changed completely. People don't live in fear now they live in a hard-earned peace. Now the children can play in streets without a care, now men can go to work and their families can be carefree cause police is out there. Students go to schools for study not to sell drugs.

By the students, did I mention that the most sought out career in Gotham is Police. Every single student in Gotham wants to be a policeman. Everything I wated or dreamed about has become a reality. I should be happy but I am not. 

Gotham has changed in so many ways that I can't even fathom. People are safe, believe in police, trust law and order but I am not happy.

I should be happy as all I wanted was Gotham to be crime free and Gotham has become crime free but at what cost.

War!!!

Yes, war that has been fought in Gotham. This city has been baptised with blood of all the wicked and their families. In this war I have seen far more blood than any war veterans.

This war ignited by him and his wicked sense of justice. Those who came stop him are now resting 6 feet under or what he says "REST IN PISS". No matter who came Whether it was the politicians, criminal's, super villains, heroes all have one result a bullet in their heads.

I still remember when he breaks batman's spine in front of the Gotham.

In that day Gotham realise what a crazy police officer can do. 

No, he didn't do anything out of law. All of the criminal's either died in jails, or killed by another criminal who didn't get caught. 

You know batman was right he and joker doesn't have any difference. It is just that joker wanted chaos and he wanted justice and protection of Gotham. 

It did not matter to him how, but all he wanted was justice for everyone. He did everything killing peoples in fake encounters, forging evidence, killing corrupt cops and blaming the gangs of Gotham, threatening the media, lawyers and judges. Killing the politicians in daylight. Killing people in jails, putting the witness's families on gun point do that they do not change their testimony. 

When he transfers in Gotham, I first thought he was another of those corrupt officers who were transferred here for being the thorn in my way. 

But I wasn't wrong he was a thorn but not in that way. 

He was a patience and dangerous snake. He waited for decades to strike, to change the system and when he strikes everything changes. 

Gotham's Street were dyed in blood but not by criminal's by police encounters. When media and human rights started to raise their voices, they were arrested of false crimes and dealt in the jails. 

But the amazing thing was no one grieve over them not even their families, they said they get what they deserve. 

I have seen Gotham changed in so many ways. It has started to hate its dark knight because he once saved joker from a police officers bullet. Everyone has this hatred in their eyes for the dark knight that they want to became police so that they can put a bullet in batman and Robbins heads. 

I hate that man to the bone. Not because he changes Gotham with those underhanded means. No, it was something that I don't have the courage to do but he has. 

No, I hate him for what he did to my daughter Barbara. She was such a good girl always eager to help. She was brilliant, intelligent everything a father can hope for. She even became a vigilant to help people. 

And he crippled her. He breaks every bone in her body in so many ways that even doctors were terrified and for what because she saved Selina kyle that damn thief from getting shot. 

I was their when he caught her head and slams it on the road with all his might numerous times. I was held by his police officers who did not try to save her. I only know that she was Batgirl when I remove her mask. 

Now all of her body is paralysed beneath the neck. She can't speak because of trauma. She can see, hear everything but can't move. She can't call me daddy. 

I know she is only alive because she is my daughter or else she would have died like Robbin. 

And you know what no matter how much I hate that man I can't do anything because deep down I too know he was right that day. 

"I am leaving her alive Gordan because she is your daughter, but remember today Batgirl dies. And do not blame me for her condition it was you who did this to her. If you have taken some drastic measures none of this would have happens. Shame on you Jim you are a police commissioner and your daughter is a law breaking vigilant."

And he was right if I too have taken some drastic measures peoples would be happy. If I have issued a shot on sight order of joker or any other criminal maybe it would have not happened. 

It still amazes me you know, how a police officer comforting a child in a chilly dark night change so much. 

The one I comforted became the dark knight of Gotham and the one he comforted became "Elijah THE BLACK KNIGHT OF JUSTICE"
