a man in black clothes is flying through the air with a dark sphere by his side. this is yami. he is currently moving his squad members from the outer region of the STRONG MAGIC ZONE : ULTIM VOLCANO, where they trained and are now exhausted, to a place where they can rest and restore their mana. yami descend's from the air and lands near a stream of water. he releases his magic and three people come out from the dark cocoon. the movement these three are released they see a stream of water infront of them and heads towards it. they drink water from the stream to quench their thirst. these three are finral,gordon and vanessa.
yami :"you guys sure are thirsty.huh?"
finral :"i thought i was going to die without water. good thing you landed near a stream of water, captain."
vanessa :" i was really thirsty after that training in the STRONG MAGIC ZONE : ULTIM VOLCANO."
yami :"rest up and quickly recover your mana. and finral as soon as you recover even  a little mana , open up a portal to the base."
finral :"yes captain."
after some minutes finral recovered his mana and opened up a portal. yami lead the way and the three of them followed him into the portal. they reached the main hall of the BLACK BULLS' base. yami sat on a couch and looked at finral,vanessa and gordon.
yami :"from now on whenever you got the time you will need to head to the STRONG MAGIC ZONE : ULTIM VOLCANO and train. consider this a daily mission of the BLACK BULLS. you must train at least 3 day's per week there, in between your missions as magic knights. finral from now on you will be in charge of taking the current and future members of the BLACK BULLS to the STRONG MAGIC ZONE : ULTIM VOLCANO to train with your portal. got it?"
finral seems to be depressed about the situation. but he reluctantly accepts the mission yami gives him because he fears him.

a lot of citizens are gathered in the capital and everyone is having a lot of fun. shops and attraction are filling the streets. its like a festival. a witch in purple-reddish clothes walks through the streets watching and enjoying the attractions . this is vanessa ecoteca. she is currently enjoying herself in the first ever star festival. she has on the same outfit as in the anime.
She wears a slim, sleeveless, fit, red-violet top and miniskirt with red-violet evening gloves. The design of the top allows her to showcase much of her torso, with a large v-shaped opening exposing part of her breasts and midriff, where it is only connected at one point around her navel region. The cups that hold her breasts have curvy edges. Her miniskirt is very short and only covers her buttocks. She also wears dark purple stockings and garter belts underneath her boots.
Her thigh-high red-violet boots are skin tight and split at the collars, creating a V-shape. Lastly, she wears a red-violet hat with a conical crown, which falls onto one side near the end. The hat also has a purple ribbon surrounding its circumference with a pin of intricate design attached to it, and a very wide brim. In addition, her grimoire is carried inside a purple pouch on her right side, which is strapped to a purple belt around her waist. Her outfit is completed with a pair of earrings.
As a member of the Black Bull squad, she also dons the squad's signature robe. The robe is short and barely covers her torso, and the Black Bull insignia is on the left side. She wears it in a way that the button which holds the robe together is located at the center of her chest.
she attracts a lot of attention. unlike the original BLACK BULL'S in the anime, the current BLACK BULLS doesn't have much of a bad reputation. the current BLACK BULLS complete their mission with high efficiency. they have a good reputation among the citizens. the citizens trusts the members of the BLACK BULLS,they believe that the BLACK BULL'S will complete any mission they are given and will protect the citizens. but the citizens still fears the BLACK BULL'S because with a man like 'THE GOD OF DEATH AND DESTRUCTION YAMI' leading them and the members being a loner with poison magic that curses other's(gordon), a noble with spatial magic that flirts with women every chance he gets(finral) and a witch from  the forest of witches ,that could very well be a spy(vanessa) and their captain being a foreigner, the citizens are wary of them but still trusts the BLACK BULLS to a certain extent.

That being said, I doubt it’s very likely we’ll be together for long,” looking over at Tucker, “so, we’ll have pairs and lists of things to get for each of us. Tucker and Landon are one. Devin and Clint together, and Dallas will be with me. We can’t take too much so try to stick to the things on the paper, and stay within shouting range,” he passed a paper to Tucker and Devin. 

“Why these pairs?” Devin asked, reading the list, “and this list is very detailed.” 

“One, the pairs are based on height. Two, if I didn’t then I’d have to answer questions, and I don’t want to do that.” 

“Sounds good to me,” Tucker linked his arm with Landon. They started for the doors. 

Willis chased after them, “do you ever listen to a word I say?” 

The others followed, chuckling at them. They entered through the big department store on one end. All the lights were off, but the sun more than helped fight off the darkness. Though it was too dark in some parts. Willis and Dallas made their way to the main hallway. Watching as the two pairs slipped into different shops. The roof had skylights, and windows. Making it much brighter. Willis sighed leaning against the railing of the second floor. He handed over his journal to Dallas. The brunet read the list carefully. 

“You actually listened to me,” he mumbled after a moment. 

“Of course I did,” Willis said, “you had good ideas.” 

Dallas swallowed the lump in his throat, “thanks.” 

"Sure.” 

“Shouldn’t we start on the list?” 

“In a minute,” they stood together quietly, listening to the others’ muffled voices. 

In one of the shops, Tucker was having the time of his life. He had spotted the anime poster the second they had walked into the hallway. Landon didn’t fight him on entering the store, so he chose to enjoy it. Most of the store had shelves with anime figurines. Tucker looked at all of them, pulling down a few of his favorites. He rambled on about what show each of them were from to his friend. Laughing at the confusion on the other's face. 

Landon stayed near the door after Tucker released him. He held their list so it wouldn’t be lost, and mentally checked things off. He had a knife, but he figured everything else should be updated if he could. 

“Come look at this,” Tucker called him to a smaller section, gesturing to the wall of enamel pins, “this guy reminds me of you.” 

Landon looked at the pin of a guy with spiky red hair, “I guess we have the same hair color.” 

“Well yeah, but his personality too. You’re both super nice, and have to deal with explosive people.” 

“Explosive people?” 

“Devin. See, they look alike too,” the small character did resemble his brother. Tucker laid it on the floor, “I’m taking a few.” 

“Willis said we couldn’t take too much.” 

“They’re going on the backpack,” he shoved them in his pocket, “come on, we should keep going. Maybe actually find a backpack.” 

There was a crash outside. They jumped up, seeing a large ice spike covering one of the stores. Devin continued walking down the way with Clint by his side. Tucker was going to ask but Willis shut him down, walking down the hall after them. They let it go, but Landon recognized the store. It used to be an animal rescue. 

Clint shouted that he found bags in a store further down. They all conjugated there. It wasn’t the best for what they needed, but they all found one they liked. Tucker alerted the others to a shoe store. His pair took off, and Dallas only hung around for another minute. 

Devin had started redressing in the corner, grabbing a black pair of jeans from the rack, “you should find some new clothes too,” he said to his partner. 

Clint didn’t look his way, “I’m good. Not really my style.” 

“Says the guy wearing my clothes. Just admit it. I have good taste.” 

“Nope, yours fit better than Landon’s did. Though Tucker would probably agree with you. Poor Landon. He got torn apart.” 

“Finally someone said it.” 

Clint flipped through some of the shirts, “so why did you destroy the store?” 

“Were you serious about the memory thing,” Devin threw all of his old clothes into a pile, while pulling a white V-neck over his head. 

“Yeah.” 

“Then don’t worry about it,” he started off toward the front of the store, “are you ready to go, or did you finally find something that pleases you?” 

“I’m ready.” 

The two left, and saw Willis walking down the escalator steps. Dallas was hovering between the floors, watching Willis. Clint waved as they walked to the next store. This time Clint did find clothes to change into. He walked into the changing room with white washed jeans, and a navy blue t-shirt, stashing another set into his bag. 

Devin grabbed a jacket off the rack and tried it on, “why do we even need jackets? It’s summertime.” 

“We won’t be in Arizona for too long, and eventually it won’t be summer.” 

“You think it’s going to take that long to get back?” 

“Do you want an honest answer?” 

Devin sat against the wall outside the changing room, “better now than later.” 

The door swung open and Clint walked out, “it didn’t work last time. I don’t see how this time will be any different, but if any idea will work it’s this one.” 

“Which is?” 

“Willis and I talked about it a little, and the theory is similar to the previous one. If we can shut down enough of the facilities then there is a chance we can reverse this.” 

“How many is enough?” 

“I’m not sure yet. I need to see more information, and have time to process it.”

They sat in silence. Devin held his head in his hands, letting the words sink in. His scalp hurt where he pulled at the strands. He let go, instead forcing them on his backpack straps. Clint shifted beside him, leaning against the wall. There was nothing either of them could say to make it better. That didn’t mean they wouldn’t try. 

“Then we can do whatever we want for a while,” Devin nudged Clint with his foot, “unless Willis says no of course. Always have to listen to the almighty leader, right?” The smile on Clint’s face was worth the effort.

Wiltold left the system alone since most of his questions been answered after asking people for directions they told him most people go to the biggest guild called macreed or the second biggest fanged tiger. Wiltold asked were macreed was and the grocer gave him directions
After finding the guild he noticed there was an armor shop next door so he went in and ordered leather armor and pants it cost him about 380 kon. He had about 1,100 kon left so he went to pick out a blade from the weapon rack and he found a  moderately sized blade that he could lift comfortably he bought it for 350 kon he also got a dagger for 50 kon. Now he looked like an adventurer Wiltold tallied up his remaining amount to 700 kon.
When Wiltold was done he asked the clerk if they accept scrap metal for kon "yes we do " Wiltold brought the dagger in front of the clerk and he said it was worth  12 kon "fifteen and it`s a deal" "11 kon or nothing" "I don't care if you lower the prices take it or leave it 15 kon" "10 kon" "I'm not going lower than 15 kon" "10 kon or leave "then ill leave" the clerk didn't expect he was going to leave but it was a measly 10 kon it didn't matter in the long run. Wiltold looked around for a few minutes and found a weapon shop there were many weapon shops near the guild since they were the main customers.

 Wiltold entered this new weapon shop and asked the same question but this time the clerk said it was 12 kon he just took it and left he didn't want to haggle anymore. Wiltold left the weapon shop and entered the guild from what he saw it was just a pub with mission boards. Wiltold asked were to sign up for being an adventurer "there's a fee of ten kon to be an adventurer and another ten to be in the guild and another 5 to check your level also we need your name to put it on the card and a little blood and also  your class"
 Wiltold gave the employee twenty-five  kon and told the employee his name and he had no class  they brought out a clean needle and poked his thumb a tiny droplet of blood came out and touched the card now even if he lost it he could recall it back they motioned him to come into the back he might as well ask a few questions while he walked 'system what does adventures card do' 
[let me make this clear adventurers card is the thing allowing you to fight monsters and keep the rewards while a guild card makes excepting request easier and to leave a guild would cost more the higher rank you

i recommend joining the guild up until D rank also forgot to tell you the limits of your skill slowed time the limit is this F-C rank cant sense your movement but stay still for to long and they will see a blur  B rank can see a blur like your running fast so if they adjust to your speed you lose and A-S rank can adjust to your speed so fast to them you aren't even in slowed time
and here is a bit of info a guild master has to at least be A rank and  there are 4 SSS,10 SS ranks, 20 S ranks, and 50 A ranks out of this whole continent and that is just counting the ones who reavled themselves point is don't get too confident now leave me alone and let me watch my anime or else il mess with you]

Inside a Large forest a young man is currently leaning on a tree, with a mortal wond in his body.

"My King!" Girl on a Horse gasp her breath. when she saw the young Man condition, She quickly got down to give him an Aid but The young man raises his hand with difficulty to stop her. 

Then He showed her his large wounds, under his armor. "You know, What this means right..? -!!" A blood start to drip from his lips. 

"My King... I... I..." The girl stuttered in her voice, she kneels near the young man. Her eyes is already filled with tears.

The young man took a beautiful Golden Sword from his side. He reachs it to the girl, giving it to her "I entrust the holy sword to you..... Bedivere" 


The girl hugs the sword unconsciously, She saw The young man hand drops to the ground. after handing the sword to her.

"Bedivera..... im feeling tired... can i sleep....?" The young man mutters in low voice, as his eyes starts to dim.

Bedivere heart broke when she heard him saying that... because she knows how many hardship and challenges. this young man have experienced. after he became the king of Britain with his young Age...

"Y-yes! My king you can rest a-as much as you want!" Bedivera cried choking in tears. She even gave The young man. the best beautiful smile she could give...

The young mans corner lips curls up a bit, before taking his last breath...

Bedivere wipes the tears on her eyes. she reach her hand out, to touch The young man cheeks. closing her face towards him, She whispers 

"You will always be my King... I love you..." Bedivere gently kiss, The young mans forehead..

The Sun starts to rise again in the Orario city. The streets already become bustle! with the street vendors standing their shops at the side's to sell their goods and Many Adventurer's wake up early, So that they can earn more money in the Dungeon 

But in one corner of a random dark Alley where no people pass by. A person is still asleep while sitting on the hard Floor.

"Im a King....." Paul mutters in his sleep. A large amount of tears gathers on the corner of his eyes.

When he said the word (King) the Streghthening of his body become two time's faster than before.

"Morning came!" A white-haired pretty boy that just came out from the inn streches his body a little. "I hope This day, i can find a Familia that i can join!"

"I already asked the Familia's near this streets, i should go to the west side of the city, to try my luck... lets taks some shortcuts." The white haired boy Turn to corner of a street, entering the Dark alley

He Skipped his steps so he can Pass through there faster but when he turn to the side something made him stop.

A handsome boy with armor on his body, is currently sleeping in the hidden dark corner of the Alley.

The white haired boy notice him, because Paul have an eye catching Golden Hair and there's some tears flowing down his face.

"He's crying...? don't tell me. that he didn't have a familia like me.... and he can only sleep in the street because he doesn't have money... well thats impossible with his Armor appearance he must be a strong adventurer...." The white Haired boy contmeplate. the scene infornt of him, rumbling his honest thoughts.

Paul wake up from the loud noise near him, He look around the place. then he see a person near, making him suddenly stood up from there.

*clank* Paul leaned on the wall as he stand up. he felt some stiffness in his legs and body. He didn't remove his armor after all. when he slept on the floor. 

why? because a skilled theif, might steal it from him without knowing. if he placed it on the floor and his body will become defenseless. so he decided to not take it off.

"woah!" The white-haired boy seems surprise at his action, backing away from him.

The sleepness in Paul head disappeared when h saw an intruder in his place. He thought his a theif at first but after observe the white haired boy for a minute. A surprise expression appears in his eyes.

'White hair check, Red eyes check, innocent looking face check!'

He know this white haired boy!! His name is Bell Cranel the Main character of the Anime Danmachi! and One the reasons why he decided to stop watching it.

The Main character in Danmachi anime is too innocent and Naive...? hmm lets say. he's not that Naive. He just still haven't experience. The cruel and dark side of the anime Danmachi. 

because he didn't even know, that his life is always being manipulated by some gods and goddesses like their playthings, all the time. But Paul know that Bell would not be able do anything, even if he knows the truth. 

Thats how Powerful. The gods and goddesses in this world. so Paul will try avoiding them if possible.

*Gulp* Bell Cranel felt a Tension in the air. When He see Paul staring at him. He couldn't help but stare back.

*Stomach growls* A sound broke their staring contest.

Paul have a small blush on his cheek, He rubbed the back of his head feeling embarressed. Bell stare become weird. Then he took something inside his small bag.

"Mister are you hungry? you can have this..." Bell handed him a clean Apple warped in paper.

Paul accept it unconciously.

Bell run off when he saw Paul accept the apple. Then he shouted as he run "Mister you should wipe your tears. its really such a waste for your handsome face!!"

Paul stay there in his place... still staring at the apple then at Bell disappearing back 

"Thank you!!!" Paul suddenly shouted at the far away Bell when he realize what just happened.

Bell wave with back of his hand disappearing in the crowd.

*sigh* Paul know that he shouldn't be embarressed in accepting the others help. His in another world, not in earth. 

He should learn to accept it with gratitude, so he could pay them ten times later.

*Munch munch* Sound of eating apple.

After eating the apple, Paul took off his gloves and wiped his tears with his hand.

"wait why did i cried again...?" Paul said in confused tone. then a Hazy memories came to his mind. He start to remember the dream that he have earlier.

"Im a King" Tears flows down again from Pauls eyes, but He felt the Streghthening speed of his body become doubles making him feel happy.

After 20 seconds the Streghtening speed slowed down again. "

Paul said again to test something "Im a King" 

His streghthening speed increase again. Then after 20 it came back to normal.

Paul tried it 5 more times and the result is the same so he got some idea 'if saying my Cosplay accupation streghthen the speed of my transformation into heroic spirit then what if i say her true name and her legend?.'


"My name is Arthur Pendragon! and im The King Of Britain Kingdom!" Paul said with some excitment. then as he thought, He felt his blood flow rate become faster and faster until it stopped into the level he can handle. it made him feel a bit light headed.

After the adrenaline Paul got an idea again on how he can use The others item now that he have with him. Closing his eyes, He chanted in low voice

"Excalibur!
The King of the Swords!
The Hope of huma-!!"

Paul wanted to say some more chant in describing the Excalibur but His new energy is being drained so fast that he couldn't sustain it. so stop there because he already confirmed his Test.

The Golden Excalibur inside his Body Moved a little, as if wanting to go out there. When he describe its origin.

"so thats how it is!! i can use my powers when i describe their origins!.. but i felt something is missing" Paul is really happy in his progression. In discovering how to use his powers, but He still isn't satisfied because there's like a someone is hinting inside his mind that its not enough...

So he put his hand to his chin, in thinking pose. He again, analyzed all the events that just happened. After transporting here in another world but nothing cames to his mind.

"Ill put my powers aside for now, at least i have discover how to use the sword and other items."

The reason Paul can't use them is, because of his small energy reserve. He just need to wait till his body become Heroic Spirit or strong enough. so he can try it again by that time.

"i should find some job and a place to stay for now..." Paul remove some dust on his armor, with determined face he walked towards the streets full of bustling people.

4 hours of going through the crowed and asking some shops. they all rejected him. some are polite while some are rude in making him leave their shop.

Paul thought that its easy to get a job here in another world but it seems he underestimated of how The business work here. Its Even more hard to get a job here than Earth!! well the one his talking about is the earth part time Job and not a full-time job.

*Sigh* He is currently sitting on a coach inside the Guild, Paul is trying his luck here too but sadly fate aren't on his side.

"Sorry sir, you need to become adventurer first before you can go inside the Dungeon" A beautiful Elf with brown hair pushes her glowing glasses up, She's wearing some kind of waiter atire for female "I heard Mister Paul don't have a Familia? You need to join a Familia first before you can register as an Adventurer here in Orario City. Plss understand it Mister Paul."

Paul have a serious expression on his face then he sighed. 

"sorry for disturbing you miss Eine" He stand up from his sit to leave.

"How about i recommend Mister Paul to some Familia so he can join? They will accept you, even if you have that delicate and femini-" Eine said when she saw his depressed figure. " *Cough* what i mean is They will really let you join their Familia, without considering your looks."

"Sorry but im really not thinking of joining familia for now hays... where can i found a normal job... should i sleep again in the street tonight....?" Paul mutters the last sentence in really low voice but Eine ears twitched a little, she heared it all because she's an elf.

Elf have a sharp hearing, a good eye sight and large magic reserve. when they were born. its one of the blessings they got. from taking care of the nature.

Eine hurriedly stood up stopping Paul. her eyes is filled with sympathy."Mister Paul How about i recommend you to some normal jobs?"

Paul depressed figure, suddenly jumped to Enie as He took her hand quick. He have a happy expression on her face "Really miss Eine?!?" 


Eine seems confused at first, but seeing him happy makes her felt better. than looking at his depressed figure.

"Of course! but don't expect too much. im just recommending you after all. So it depends on them if they accept you.!" Eine notice that her hand is still being held by Paul, the cheeks on her face start to turn red. She's a woman after all and a handsome boy is holding his hands, so she couldn't help but feel embarressed.

Enie forcefuly took off her hand from his grip. she shouted to the counter clerick "Misha hold my post for a while. ill take some of my break time."

"huh! where are you going Enie!?! i can do this all alone!!" Misha who is a receptionist like Enie in the guild shouted. When she saw Eine escape the guild while she drags Paul with her.

"is it really ok to leave there like that...?" Paul said when they both stops infront of an item shop.

"Its ok! when i get back, it will work out" Eine said with some confident in her tone, She look at Paul like a big sister taking care of her little brother. "Don't Worry Paul."

'Eh she's not calling me with honorifics now? nevermind i should get to bussiness first.'

"Are you going to recommend me to this shop Miss Eine?" Paul said feeling awkward  because He have gone to apply here before and was kicked out harshly.

"Yes, The manager of this shop here is one of my friend... wait did you apply the job here before...?" Eine said when she saw Paul expression.

"Yes the shop elf reseptionist kicked me out before i know it..." Paul sighed.

"Ah so you didn't reach the Annie-san the manager of this shop?" Eine.

"Yes..." Paul

"its understandable, You got here to apply while wearing that expensive looking armors of yours right? The recepsionist here doesn't like human and with that armors of your He must have thought. that your just playing around" Eine wanted to laugh 

When she imagined Paul Applying job everywhere with his high class looking Armor. of course the shop owners will hesitate in hiring him. 'Pfft this boy is really careless well i shouldn't laugh at him or else it would be rude.'

Paul see Eine face, He already know whats she's thinking. he discovered it too. when he applied a Job for the 3rd time, but he couldn't do anything about it. this is the only attire he have what else can he do? so he tried his luck until the end but he failed.

So Paul learned that Relying on luck is bullshit in the new World. It He really hit him hard. thats why he learned the Shameless tactics making himself look pitiful at Eine Tulle.

He know Eine Tulle from Anime, because from his point of view, She's one of the most reliable girl. that have no Strength, She just give some advices and sometime's a small help that. she could give in the shadow.

It all worked out somehow. Tonight Paul now have a stable job and a place to stay. 

He's staying in the abandoned storage room of his New work place the Manager allowed him to sleep there when. She heard his Homeless circumstance.

"Annie-san is really kind" Paul lay, on the handmade bed with only his Blue-long-sleeve Tshirt and pants.

"Annie-san the manager, Ryuu and her Friend Syr The maid, Bell The Apple boy and Lastly Eine Tulle The receptionist. This 5 people's are one's that i owned today. Ill pay Them back later...." Paul eyes began too close because going around in town all day really took a tol in his body.

When Paul Fell asleep his mutters something he didn't know. "I.... Promise.... In.... My.... King... Of... Knights.... Oaths...."

*Shook!* a sound of the wind gather around Him

A Majestic green crown materialize, Above Paul head. shining with green light. 

The soothing sound of a wind. start to Dance around Paul. like its giving him their blessings.

"Hey, these spent casings go to the workshop, correct? And the guns in your room?" Tatiana pointed at the boxes and military crates being unloaded inside the compound.
"Yeah, but tell Oscar he could have the shotguns, the 1911s, and the machineguns in his armory. Wait- just tell him we'd need to clean them all first before we start distributing them around our people that have safes in their houses. We're keeping the majority of it but it's safe to have a few stored around we could have access to." I replied.
"Didn't we already give a few guns in each household?" Kaley asked.
"Yeah, we did but that's for them. It took a chunk of our ammo when we started basic training for each of them but it's better for our people to know how to use them instead of winging it when the time comes. Granted we don't teach all of them every single day but it's better than nothing. Anyway, back to storing guns at other people's places, it's only for emergencies and so that we could have a few guns at the ready outside if there's a chance we weren't able to go back to our house. Same reason we made each household have a vehicle ready just in case." I explained.
"Oh, so that's why mom said that dad started having his own collection. Maybe he got most of them from Oscar." Kaley commented.
"Hmm, I guess we'll leave a few more in your dad's house, Johnny's house, and a few places where we could find a good hiding spot like the house in Woodlands that had a safe. We never head out without our daily carry but better safe than sorry, right?" I replied then Kaley nodded.
"Hmm, now this is a face I wanted to see every time!" Tatiana nodded as well but she smiled when she saw Aya approaching us.
"Hello~ Mom said the food will be ready in a few minutes~ Oh! Oh! Thank you for the coloring books! Sis Rin said she'd make a few copies first so everyone could have the same thing! Thank you!" Aya smiled brightly.
"No problem, just make sure to color them like your mom taught you, okay?" I smiled back.
"Yes! Keep it inside the lines! They look different though, you made new ones?" Aya asked.
"New ones?" Kaley and Tatiana looked at me.
"Oh, I never told you guys. I used to draw a few ones for them just to get them hooked on the anime I'm always watching. Let's just say I went early before MelonCoco reached them. Oh, Aya, yes, they're the ones we found from a library, there's a lot too!" I chuckled.
"..." Kaley was speechless because of the lengths I go just to spread the word.
"..." Tatiana was speechless because she didn't understand a thing that I said.
"Oh! Okay~ Thanks!" Aya made a small bow before she ran back to their house.
"Oh yeah, I need to start Tatiana's 'training' on anime as well..." I started a few plans inside my head as Tatiana shuddered when we met eyes. Kaley was chuckling when she saw that happen but one thing she was forgetting was that we still had a game we promised we'd play together but still haven't had the chance to.
After a quick shower and a change of clothes, we discovered that the guys placed all of the crates just outside my room so I could arrange it inside my armory later. Rin and Cynthia walked out of the door after a few moments and Cynthia seemed to have cheered up.
"That's good." I thought to myself.
Tatiana followed a few moments after but she was dragged back inside because she was wearing a tank top without anything underneath. The five of us soon came down and a few of my people have just started eating.
Tonight, we were served a bowl of freshly cooked lentil soup with green salad and cornbread. Aunt Sharon just finished another batch and a few soldiers from the DDR Camp happily took them to their base. They were carrying two huge pots but the look on their faces made me think they were ready to wharf on it the moment they reached their dining area.
After eating, our meeting started with everybody present.
We first talked about the daily upkeep along with the reports from Woodlands, the DDR Camp, and the two other outposts. There were a few requests and suggestions but it wasn't much to worry about. Some of the requests were transfers but it needed approval from the place the person was coming from and going to before it was accepted.
However, since the outpost where Lawrence was needed a bit more people, they were accepting anyone that applied. A supervisor was recently transferred to his outpost for a trial run for admin work and she seemed to be doing a good job for now.
The outpost in Meycauayan seemed to be doing well and they would soon expand a little bit, heading towards the square near the expressway. For now, they were sending more people to clear that area each day to lessen the zombie presence. They would soon start erecting barricades the moment the surrounding area starts getting somewhat peaceful to fully reclaim the area.
The square wasn't a sustainable piece of land where you could grow crops but they were thinking of growing a mushroom farm inside the storage areas where the numerous shops inside store their goods. It was the same thing that Amanda and Charlotte were doing with the white mushrooms we regularly harvest. The other advantage of reclaiming that area was the vantage point it could give and it had a huge automotive shop where they could store and repair vehicles which their place clearly needed help with.
"Old man, did Mauricio say anything else aside from hosting a meeting?" I looked at Oscar.
"Not much. He just said he had a business proposition we might be interested in and he was thinking about long-term solutions." Oscar replied.
"Long-term solutions? Is it about the farms he has then?" Jomarro chimed.
"More security then? Didn't they have a lot of soldiers over there? What would they want with us?" Johnny added.
"It's the pretty obvious answer but yeah, I guess we'll see what he wants first before we offer anything. We'd work something out if it's fair and just shake hands and walk separate paths if it's too much." I replied.
"Kid, before I forget, if we use two cargo trucks tomorrow, we'd be done with hauling everything from Jomarro's place plus the ones coming from the other shops. I don't mind going for extra trips but once we're done with his place, we could focus on obtaining more from the other shops willing to trade for our guns. I see we got more but I'd keep on low-balling them." Oscar smirked.
"Good thing the parts dealer is always hoodwinking you so the others think you're a bad dealer." I chuckled.
"What?! The fuck you mean by getting hoodwinked?!" Oscar snapped.
"C'mon old man, you know what I'm talking about. Tomorrow, let's see if we could strike a proper deal with him to see his whole collection. I bet he has something special in storage and I'll make sure we come back with a whole car at least." I replied, shaking my head.
"Or a body for the rest! I want a sleeper car! Something like nondescript Civic!" Lois added.
"Bah! Let's see if you could do better than I did then! Cheh!" Oscar grumbled.
We soon ended the meeting after talking a little bit about Ibarra. They also grew curious as to what happened but all we could do was wait for him to fully recover to get a story from his side.
My group headed for the gym and I challenged Mikhail once more for a striking match. With more options on hand, my win was achieved a tad easier compared to when we were just using our fists. However, there was still a cause for concern about his strength when we were sparring because one solid hit from him would get me vomiting everything from dinner.
It was a good sight to see everyone training their bodies on a daily basis because physical fitness was something always forgotten when it comes to prepping.
Kaley and I came out of the shower and we headed back to our room. Tatiana, Rin, and Cynthia followed after changing clothes to help us with cleaning the rest of the guns we acquired.
"You guys found a lot..." Rin was still surprised even after adding them into our inventory.
"Lots of casings too, we're gonna be a little bit busy these coming days." I replied.
"Oh! I could start sorting them and tumbling them in the morning?" Rin suggested.
"Tumbling? What?" Cynthia turned to us.
I briefly explained the process of reloading ammo and it seemed she was a bit interested.
"Cynthia, I'm telling you right now, it sounds cool but it's different from our perspective. it's just looking at two people with a peaceful look on their faces while making bullets that kill people!" Kaley exclaimed, chuckling.
"Correct! After that, they would smile like they fucked for hours after looking at what they accomplished!" Tatiana added, smiling.
"C'mon, you two explained that really poorly!" I exclaimed.
"Sounds kinda cool still..." Cynthia was surprised at the two's expressions.
"You could help me sort them then? You're not going outside tomorrow, right?" Rin said.
"I could?" Cynthia was surprised.
"Yeah, but listen to everything she says." I replied.
"Oh, like yesterday?" Cynthia said nonchalantly but Rin turned beet red.
"Yesterday?" Kaley, Tatiana, and I looked at them suspiciously.
