He replied, "A couple of hours, when we cuffed you, the storm receded. Indicating that it was nightime when we had to retreat. Tell me boy, are you the one that caused the storm?" I looked at him stupidly. 'Of course I was the one who caused it!! How else would the storm recede if I wasn't cuffed?' It seems that Luffy's, his grandson, stupidity was derived from this nincompoop in front of me.
