I don’t see why people are complaining that this is nerf?? It’s completely logical and faithful to the source material as others have pointed out. If anything it’s a buff that he can somewhat freely swap between them, and presumably he will be able to handle more techniques at once in the future
Unfortunately, I made a disappointing discovery when I unlocked my fifth cursed technique. I was only able to use four techniques within 2 hours of each other. Let's see, let's explain this in video game terms. Let's say my body has four magic slots into which I could assign a single curse technique. If I wanted to change one of the techniques, I had to wait two hours for one of the slots to cool down in order to switch that technique to a different one.

Theoretically, yes, but he would never do that. Mostly for plot reasons but if you want an actual explanation I will oblige. Simply put, he doesn’t want to do that. The original supreme one has no desire to spend his time going into a bunch of worlds and fixing them, so neither would his clones. Not to mention the fact that if he created a true clones of himself, you would have multiple near-omnipotent beings that would inevitably diverge over long periods of time until they end up having different priorities. Creating artificial avatars could also work, but at that point it is simply more efficient to create the feeder worlds and let candidates develop naturally.
