While gene manipulation and strengthening were always supposed to be the answer, an intriguing but surprising development changed the course of humanity. Virtual reality, an unassuming technology that was used for entertainment became the escape pad as the company 'Note' cracked the ability to store the human mind and its consciousness in virtual reality.
