Yes, I missed the teasing undernote of your initial comment because I was on the suspicious bandwagon regarding the customer guide's actions from get go... However, 'ignore' was a poor choice of word on my part as its meaning was too strong for what I actually wanted convey but I wasn't able to come up with an appropriate alternative. With the other phrases I intended to be more humorous and lighthearted to take edge off of it, so to speak. But looking at it again, I realize it just simply looks bad.
