概要
Zein was a rogue Guide living in the god-forsaken land of the red-zone, guiding for money and survival. Until the guild he used to work with caused a tragedy. Driven by sorrow and guilt, Zein became a mercenary guide in the land bordering the forbidden Deathzone, working like a suicidal monk. One day, an overbearing Esper suddenly appeared and told him, “If you’re so hellbent to die, why don’t you come with me to the Deathzone?”
A strange proposition, a nostalgic smirk. Had Zein actually met him before?
Following the man into the deadly zone, will Zein find the respite he seeks, or will he get engulfed in a storm?
But there’s no such thing as love in the deathzone...is it?
* * *
The story is set in a sentinel-verse, so there will be:
- Sentinel (Esper) and Guide
- Dungeon!
- Romance
- Action
- …smut? ;)
It’s a (kinda) love story wrapped in dungeon system shenanigans, with abilities and action and whatnot

レビューを書くAll star review, one of the best written books I’ve read on this platform with mature understanding of emotions and human psyche. Proper world building in balance with the plot moving forward 😳 Totally recommend for everyone!
Well written and the world is very interesting. This is the first time I have come across this type of apocalyptic world setting. The main characters are well written, and I enjoy their personalities. The supporting characters have just enough to like them to, and the balance is great. I am already hooked on the story with the right amount of information at the right pace to move the story along and keep your interest. Really good, don't pass it up.
Well written story with a world that has plenty of potential, characters that are memorable and so well written it feels like they are real. Only fault I can find is that I am now addicted to it and need more updates.
This book is a gem in everything, plot, character development, world building and so forth and so on. There is nothing that I can add more that has not been already told by others. Just start reading and you will find yourself living with it.
very well described, without redundant words and periods, with well designed characters. As a lover of sci-fi' book since my childhood I have greatly appreciated the plot.
Well written book that draws you in. The author gives enough information about the world that doesn't feel like an info-dump. Characters are relatable and you find yourself rooting even for the side ones. The story has a good flow and draws you in. More than once I got emotional reading this book 🤧 Highly recommend!
One of the best novels I ever read on here, the story is amazing characters too and you can take yourself inside the story as well. I like how everything is described and explained, it really shows how good author is. I recommend this for sure ❤️ and I want to take myself to the time where I read this for the first time😭😭 can't stop reading and rereading this, you will love it too😭❤️❤️
Oh my God, I've left this story for a while now cause of school. I stopped at ch 554 and I'm just picking it back up..... all I can say is that it's worth it. The fast passes, the sleepless nights. I don't use my money on this app but this made me but it's worth it. I'm rambling BUT the plot, the characters (especially Bas- he's a sweetheart), the world setting, everything just falls into place. I've seen no loopholes in this story, or I'm just distracted by the amazing descriptions. With this story, I don't really have to build my imaginative scenes from scratch like I do with other books, the author already painted an image for me to just give color. Really, I have few worthy books on this app and this book is among my top three.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ author, keep up the amazing work👍.
This masterpiece deals with some really tough themes in grief, trauma, sexual-assault in a respectful way and doesn’t get to overwhelming. There are also themes of healing and hope and love and found family. For me it helped my personal journey and highly recommend it to anyone.
Cohesive storytelling and excellent characters. One of the best original stories so far. Sometimes, it can be hard to follow, or there are too many characters that get introduced, but the author was able to control the pace of the storytelling well. 5/5
This story is amazing, I could feel the emotions while reading it. It always made me excited for the upcoming story, now that is about to be finished, and I feel I would have loved for this to never end. Thank you author for bringing us such a wonderful tale.
I want to read but can afford the price can I get it free from somewhere else plzzzz I want to read really
Hands down one of my top favorite stories ever. I already read this twice and about to do it a third time. I love the progress of the plot, the character development, the love between characters and of course, how they show their love 🤭 well done to the author for keeping it so entertaining. I laughed, cried, blushed, and felt every emotion there was.
I love this book so much ❤️❤️❤️ One of few books that I love to read on this app ... No regrets except I didn't read this while its has 24-hour free read ,now I had to wait patiently to read it 😭😭😭😭😭 love love love 🥰🥰[img=Loving it][img=Loving it][img=Loving it][img=Loving it][img=Loving it][img=Mad][img=Mad][img=Mad][img=Mad][img=Mad]
Okay, as someone who is obsessed currently with the concept of Esper and Guide, I can say without a doubt, this is a fantastic read. I have enjoyed every second of reading (even if the moment hurt), and the way the plot has developed has been wonderful. The groundwork put into place before reveals has been beautiful. It is truly a well writen story, even with a spelling mistake here and there. I feel like I could gush more, but I also don’t want to reveal any spoilers. I don’t normally write reviews for books I’ve read, but as someone who has enjoyed not only this work, but the author’s other work as well, I felt the need to. Thank you so much for putting this story out there. I have enjoyed it immensely, and will continue to until the end.
