Too much chapter about side characters, I think you should reduce those chapters and put it in the end of the arc. Now I am even starting to confuse which one is MC and which one is not. I do appreciate it's to build up the world but it's too much right now. Or you could say sth like this Greystones (North of --- Kingdom, 500 mil away from where), so reader can understand Ohh this location is a bit near/far from MC. Maybe he should be careful. As of now I am starting to confuse everything. there's pirate attack somewhere? An Priestess having affair somewhere? A princess scheming somewhere? and MC is doing something? Too much info dump right now. If some aren't going to appear now then you can just put their chapter only right before it appear and make it like "5 months ago".
