Wake up in a Jungle

There was something wrong with how the world was running, trying to see what it was, they activated an ancient summon spell to wish for the truth from the Deity themselves. However, one small mistake transformed the spell into something entirely different. Instead of a Deity, they found themselves exchanging their lives for a group summon. Their death was out of nowhere, and the summons was confused as hell to wake up in a jungle.
