The cheers grew even louder and the applause increased as Arrot entered the tower, greeted by Toma, Bean, Umpki, Bora, Lett and Broly.

He sounded more like a cult leader to me, and as a cult leader myself, I was impressed so I give him 8 points said Abb with a wicked grin that only grew to be more unnerving as he grew older.

Toma began hysterically "I can't believe how casually you just announce your jobs like that dude you forget it's not supposed to be public knowledge or something.
Abb frowned "oh quit it's not like anyone who isn't supposed to know is listening in on us.
True, but you forget that spies are everywhere, so best be careful we might receive an increase because of the declaration we just made.
They began to argue until Arrot raised his hands and clapped them together bringing everyone's attention to him "everyone calms yourselves this is something we have prepared for is it not and for tonight enjoy yourselves after all the universe will still be in shock from our announcement especially Frieza and many other tyrants will be secretly shaking in their boots at the thought of a rival Empire run by Saiyans knocking on their front doors
The others grinned at the thought, they had worked hard to make sure this Empire was strong and stable and now that they have announced to the universe who they were it was time to see their achievements.
Lett was the first to speak among the group of young Saiyans
"Hey, Arrot I want you to fight me!!
Among other groups challenging their leader would have been strange but to them, it was a normal occurrence since Arrot often spared with them and he permitted them to challenge him to a sparring match often in exchange for something of course, but what could you offer an Emperor he didn't already have
Riches? Arrot already had those
Fame? Arrot already had that
Love? Arrot could command it
what was it that someone could offer that he didn't already have?
Arrot looked at Lett who had last time offered to kill all possible rivals for him which he did but lost the match in a matter of seconds, what could he offer Arrot know who had secured his power in the Empire?
Lett bowed on one knee and spoke "My lord forgive my rude tone earlier the excitement simply couldn't contain itself, but this time I offer you something different.
Arrot raised his eyebrow a Lett "Ohh and what could you offer me which I don't already have?
Lett grinned "Last time I offered to kill any rebels forming on planets conquered but they have been calm in our region for some time so I offer to destroy the Galactic patrol for you my lord
The other's eyes widened for a split second and Arrot's face remained composed as if he already knew what he was being offered Bean began to type frantically on a holo tablet as if calculating all possible outcomes for this event Toma looked Amused as well as the others.
hahaha, good Lett very good the destruction of those irritating police would truly be quite the gift indeed!!
Lett grinned as if proud of himself and was expecting some sort of gift
"I would love those bastards gone as much as the next tyrant, But not yet
Lett's eyes widened and the others looked puzzled
W-why??Lett asked as if questioning if he was right to offer something so grand.
"Well you see my dear little Lettice (Arrot's little nickname for Lett) as irritating as the Galactic patrol are believe it or not but they still have their value at least for now that is"
The others were curious as to what Arrot meant and so he spoke "you see my dear the galactic patrol although not being the strongest are incredibly efficient in what they do and are quite good at holding of tyrants and the Freiza force although the Frost demons continue to advance they are held back quite well if only the one ruling them was stronger they would truly be a force to be reckoned with.
"Also they are doing us a favour by fighting these tyrants since not only do the tyrants face each other plus the galactic patrol but they will have us to deal with as well, Also there is a possibility of an Angle being among their ranks you know.
The others gasped at these last words, Arrot had told them of Angles and the gods of destruction and how they should never be crossed especially as they are now.
Lett looked down contemplating what he was about to offer and wondering if he would have been able to accomplish the task he felt a hand on his shoulder he raised his head to see Arrot looking down at him with a smile although it was kind he always felt conflicted about that smile it was as if it was kind on the outside but laughing hysterically in the inside this was Arrot for him someone who Lett wanted to be better than but was always a thousand steps behind.
Arrot helped Lett get back on his feet "it's okay lettice you'll think of something different to offer me"
Who said I reconsider my offer?

Lett pushed his chest forward with pride "I promised I would destroy the Galactic patrol did I not an Angel or not I will do it maybe not now but someday and this is a promise!!
Arrot grinned "of course lett that is your Saiyan pride after all you do you.
Inside his mind, Rin was Laughing hysterically at Lett's announcement hahaha it seems yours wasn't the only awful speech huh?
Oh come on Rin he's doing his best to overhear at least give him the benefit of a doubt
Okey Dokey but I'm not cleaning up his remains when he gets killed by Merus
"Oh come on Merus didn't seem like a killer to me hell probably feel bad and just throw him in jail but I'm more worried about him freeing Morro and until I'm strong enough it's a nope.

And so as Arrot enjoyed his night sinister powers were planning their next move based on the news they just discovered.
