章 20: Chapter 18: Qiao Haoyu

Some of the fireworks exploded on Qiao Haoyu, leaving a sulfuric smell on him. Haoyu's eyes were wide open.

"I haven't seen you for six months. Why the sudden burst of refinement to visit tonight?" Young Master Ze asked.

"Hehe, I didn't come because of any refinement, I came to find Yu Qing." Suddenly he switched his mood, saying, "Qing'er, why didn't you tell me you were coming, so I could have gone to meet you."

Yu Qing replied: "Senior Brother Haoyu, why make a fuss about meeting me?"

Haoyu came with Dongfang Tang, who was about the same age as him and a die-hard follower.

"If it weren't for the fireworks, I wouldn't have known that you're here. I was anticipating your arrival tomorrow," Haoyu said.

Yu Qing laughed: "The weather was good so I managed to come quickly."

"You should've told me anyway."

"Oh, stop bothering yourself about it, I hope Senior Brother Haoyu is doing fine."
