Continue with this story I think it has a lot of potential for instance you can go back to the dawn of humanity and create legends about a time traveler or this figure who lead humanity to civilization. You can do a lot with this

the intro feels a little lacking in introducing the character as it does not mention his background at all (maybe fixed after ch.3) otherwise an interesting and engaging story. well done author
So far this is really good. However I just want to mention than The Doctor's species is Galifreyian and Time Lords are a Sub-Species of Galifreyian.
