that why people like to become a huntress that even with little talent and combat ability they can enter the police force and be a corrupt rich woman so why not
like they most often then not use terrorist atacks by the white fang as simple acidents because not only they would get a promotion from maintaining peace but the white fang money would also get into the police fund and on the wallet of the big shots of the police
and this shit everyone knows that why everyone wants to be a police woman more than half of the police is corrupt and all of the big bosses are corrupt too so its good to be swiming on the same black river
but nobody even like talking about this on open as every little white knight that wants to acuse these things are either dead or in a state worse than dead so the lesson is dont opose the police and let lives being taken as nobody cares it wasnt their home or lives anyway so why give a fuck
but that doesnt mean that they cant make jokes about it or discuss this topic like those fucking teenage girls that like to talk like those middle aged woman that like vomit shit by their mouths so... yea
in conclusion the city is an active state because they are actually making jokes about the police or the people that are dying in the hospital bed or dead so... do whatever you want with that information as again nobody cares you stupid white knigth
but back we go to our protagonists
they are walking on the previous soundless and quiet streats that are full of people talking to eachother most of them are either middle age man or young man and sometimes woman but most of them are actually either not giving a shit and sleeping or sleeping with some random young boy they found on the red ligth district of the city
curently they are walking out of the city as Ruby's house is in the florest a got target of grim if you ask me but thats what it is
Ruby is almost screaming at Pitou with an enraged face as she tries to supress her scream making an strange voice that sound like a wisper with strong represed anger on the tone

she says as her face is in a mix of red and black
pitou is using his mask again and says with an deadpan aura
