I read this ahead on MTL. There are too much inconsistencies. The MC remembers random side characters but forgets important plot and characters like when he forgot Ning Rongrong was a member of Shrek seven devils. I think the author is using this bs forgetfulness as an excuse to follow canon and not create original content. And not to forget this story is slower than the original, the author seems intent to reproduce every scene just with the addition of the OC. Overall *******ish at best.
Author should mention that they’re translating this novel. It is still in progress but it finished the Douluo Dalu arc. It is currently in the Battle Through The Heavens arc. The story is good the MC introduced better quality of life to the world.
