"Demeter is in trouble." He spoke out surprised at his own words. After all, he did not know anyone named Demeter. At least there was no one that he had met in this world that was a barer of that name.
As he thought deep about what was going on. A tearing pain happened in his head. And he fell to his knees. He screamed loudly to the sky.
he could feel his mind about to tear apart. And yet, it did not. It was a strange feeling as if who he knew himself to be was being ripped apart from him.
And then Lenny looked at his body. He could see black liquid tendrils spreading across his body like a spider steadily weaving its net.
It held his arms in place and no matter how he tried to shake it off in a panic, it did not come off. Lenny was taken back by this, smashing his head into the wall before him.
It was only after rolling around a bit, did he understand that the tendrils were not actually on his body.
